Miguel always gives me the best service for my Ford Edge, he explains in detail if there is a problem with my vehicle and the right solution to fix the problem. He is by far the best of the best for a service manager. I give Miguel 5 stars as well as Stotts Ford .

Recently purchased a Mustang Mach-E from Stott's Ford and I have to say this was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bruce was really nice, honest about all the cost upfront, easy to work with, and very helpful. This is the way car buying should be. Great dealership, would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

We walked in to Stott's Ford and instantly felt welcome. There was no pressure, no hassling like so many dealerships you walk into. We are so excited about our upcoming Ford purchase, and highly recommend Stott's ford.

I have always gotten exceptional service from Stotts Ford in Tryon NC. The sales team is not pushy, but are there to help you. The service department is phenomenal. I drive almost an hour to take my car to them. I am a repeat customer and will be for many years.

Just bought my third vehicle from Stott's Ford in Tryon, NC. Have always gotten exceptional service at this dealership. Appreciate the quality product and staff that this dealership provides. We now own two cars and a truck ---- all three purchased at Stott's. Service on our vehicles is always done well and promptly. We appreciate all the services they provide. If we have the need for an additional vehicle, Stott's will be our first destination.

I had a very positive buying experience at Stott's Ford. It went so well I came home and told my next door neighbor and she went down that day and bought a car in 30 minutes. We live in Tryon Estate and most of the cars in the parking lot are Fords which says a lot about Stott's. Need I say more!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 vehicle from STOTT'S FORD and are very pleased with it. Our salesman was Bruce who was very helpful, informative and patient with us in our decision making process, and above all was not pushy with us AT ALL , for if he had been, we would have left without a purchase. All the people there were inviting to us. Thank God that you are there and pray that you will continue to be able to serve the automotive needs of the community. Thank you very much.

I had the unfortunate experience of car trouble while traveling from Louisville, KY to Hilton Head Island. My car broke down just on the South Carolina line - Saturday morning, Memorial Day weekend, A passer but gave me the name and number for Stotts Ford. Called them, they sent a wrecker to bring the car to their dealership and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately they were unable to get a needed new radiator on a holiday weekend but ..... They found me a rental car, took me the 30+ miles to pick it up and kept me informed all week about my car. I picked the car up on the way home and everything was perfect. These folks deserve more than 5 stars! Great service and really - just super nice folks to deal with. If they were closer to Louisville, there is no doubt they would be taking care of all my auto service needs.

I recently was involved in a wreck that resulted in a total loss off my 2011 Explorer. Their dealership was a great help to me in finding a replacement Explorer, I've been dealing with them for several years now and they service every vehicle i own. If you want a dealership where your not just a number and are treated with respect and GREAT SERVICE this the place to go.

I have been dealing with Stotts Ford for some 28 years and have purchased several autos and trucks from an F-250 to a couple of Mercedes and I have always been treated honest and fairly by them and have nothing bad to say about them. I also use them for service and again give them an A plus rating ! I even recommend them to our customers and feel very comfortable doing so ! All I can say is give them a try, I think you will be very satisfied as I have been for many years.

We purchased a new car from an Old Friend we met for the first time. Was searching and found what we wanted in Tryon. Called up and the folks were not professional, they were friendly. The only BS was me and Barry (sales) and Harold (owner) swapping stories about nothing. Easy process, friendly folks, small town dealer. Worth the drive from darn near anywhere to work with Stott's Ford.

The guys at Stott's Ford are awesome. They are very helpful and they are fair. They do not try to get you to do unnecessary stuff to your vehicle. I have bought vehicles and there and had them serviced there. Robbie and those guys there are great!

I wrote the previous review but what happened actually wasn't Stotts Fords fault. The fault lies with Road loans not communicating enough details with their customers. Cars.com won't allow me to remove the review so I'm writing another review to do justice to the good people at Stotts. I was able to work this deal out with Stotts with the help of a family member. They explained the issues with Road Loans and I don't blame them really. They were more than gracious and easy to work with. They made a bad situation we were in finally resolved with the purchase of a great car to replace the one that was totalled. The vehicle we purchased was in great shape and worth every penny and I can't thank Stotts enough for giving us a second chance at such a good car to fill our family's need. I will definitely make the trip to Tryon for any future car buying experience. Thank you Barry, Bruce and Mr Stott. This car means the world to us. And sorry for the previous review that I posted in the heat of anger before I had all the details.

My wife and I were looking for an explorer because our tribute was totaled by another bad driver. We found the perfect car in great shape at Stotts and got approved through Road Loans with eLoan. We've used them many times because I don't have the best credit but have a good income. After a week of driving to Tryon from Greenville zeroing in on buying the car they tell us they refuse to deal with road loans even though my wife who happens to be pregnant showed them the paperwork earlier and they said it would work. We even offered to let them hold the vehicle till the loan check arrived. They never really acted interested in us buying this car anyway - not to mention it had 6k more miles on it than was in their description. We still wanted it and had the loan in hand they told us to forget it basically. Its their business but its my wife that burst into tears and I would never recommend this place to anyone. They don't even offer financing options. Their loss, we found a newer one with lower payments that hadnt been wrecked or the mileage in description fudged with carmax where I bought my F150 Platinum.
