My husband and I came to Subaru of Glendale wanting to get a new Subaru. We were not sure which make and model but we knew what we knew somewhat what we were looking for. We had spoke to Julia prior to our visit. Once we arrived we were quickly greeted and met with Julia. She was amazing and worked SO HARD to make sure we were happy. Julia went above and beyond with customer service! From now on I will recommend Subaru of Glendale and Julia when friends and family want to shop new Subarus. Thank you Subaru of Glendale for the great shopping experience and our awesome new car!

My wife and I went to Subaru of Glendale last weekend looking for a lease. They had a relatively larger inventory than the others. David M. greeted us with his professionalism and efficiency, helped a great deal to make the whole experience easy and convenient for us. We're pretty happy with the car and the deal. Where to begin? 1. They mark up their prices higher than any Subaru retailer in LA. 2) Their service is terrible -- anger management, condescending men and manipulation (which I know is expected at any car dealership but TRUST me -- more than any I've dealt with), 3. lack of organization and communication; for example, one manager told they confirmed a deal of 320/mo when in reality it was 325/mo and just blamed it on confusion; another one told me they'd give me a deal of 325/mo including tax and then later said they never said that and it wasn't written on paper. I was naive. One told me they'd call me back with more specific information and never called TWICE; I had to call them myself. Unimaginably terrible service. If you want an uphill battle and to deal with rude, unqualified men and waste your time because of their stupidity, this is the place for you.

Very sleazy. They convinced me to lease a Forester before my current lease expired by promising to pay off the remaining month. They did not send payment for the other lease and fabricated a series of lies to explain why. I ended up making the payment myself (after being sent to collections). After returning the lease, I was made to wait outside in 99 degree heat until they eventually finalized the return. The only good thing is that they did not push me to buy another vehicle since they obviously do not want my money.

We stopped by today since our lease is up 2 months and we are interested in a Subaru. An extremely rude saleswoman told us we couldn’t touch the cars if we weren’t buying anything today. We mainly wanted to check out interior cargo space so we left since we weren’t allowed to look inside. If you want a Subaru, avoid this location!

Due to an organization I'm a member of I had access to Subaru's VIP pricing, basically gives a small discount on the price of the car in an effort to avoid haggling. I emailed Subaru of Glendale about a new Crosstrek and Jojo called me back shortly after. We spoke a couple times during the day, he gave me the price and I ended up going in to the dealership that night. I had already arranged my own financing but they were able to go half a percent lower so I went with them, plus the final cost of the car ended up being lower than the quote he gave me. Only hiccup at all was discovering that the brand new car (still wrapped in plastic) had a dent in the bumper that must have happened during transit. They scheduled a time when the bumper could be replaced for me so I wound't be settling for anything less than a new car. I'm not sure how much of my experience was due to the VIP program so your experience may vary but I fully recommend Jojo and the dealership.

Most ridiculous and fraud filled day of attempted car buying. I had a deal through Costco. George Davidagayan found a car that fit what we wanted and told me to come up and get it on Saturday. Got my cashier's check and drove the 40 miles with my son that was getting the car as a college graduation present. Called George to confirm that we were on the way, get a text from him that he can't pick up because he's in a sales meeting and I let him know that we'll be there in an hour. No contact back. When we get there, there's a problem the original car isn't available and I have to take a different one and that car isn't on the lot and won't be for hours. No call back to let me know of the delay. Fine, agree to the new car and they tell me they'll throw in floor mats but only after I submit a "10's only" on the dealer review that comes later. Again, I agree to the deal and that the car will be delivered to my house at 6pm, pay, buy added parts for the car and head home happy. Check in at 4pm to George who texts back that we're looking good for 6pm. Check in at 5:20 and 5:30. No response. Getting concerned. Sure enough, call the dealership at 6pm and George is still there. The dealership is an hour from my house. Car just got there and is being finished up supposedly. I tell them it's disappointing to once again be delayed with no notice and that I'd like the floor mats delivered with the car that night. George gives me all these reasons no, I tell him I'll still give him his 10-only on the review that they're now extorting me with and he must bring the mats with the car tonight. "I'll check with my manager" George tells me. Except he doesn't mute his cell phone. After a minute of listening to him rustle papers on his desk, he says his manager said no. Ok, I've bought cars before and know the game but never been so blatantly lied to before and I tell him. A lie is a false statement made with the intent to deceive. He nailed that one although he and his manager were "offended" I used that term. Now they're threatening to cancel the deal because they're worried about their 10-only review. Most likely they sold the car to someone else AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT AND SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. George finally gives me the "I'm only making like $100 on this car but I"ll drive it down" 5 minutes later the manager, Jay Karacuha, calls. Now I met Jay in the office. Over 40 year old guy that uses the word "awesome" more than my teenagers did during their entire high school years. He now tells me the deal is off and they're canceling my contract. This is after 7pm so I've lost my entire day, been lied to and misled numerous times and then the topper. My check and money are in the safe and everyone is gone and they can't get me my money MAILED to me until Monday. Meaning, I can't go to a respectable dealership and buy the car until after my check comes. Worst experience. Worst personnel. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS EVER

We owned a Subaru Outback and wanted to buy another new one, first time went to the Glendale CA location with an appointment for Max Vartanian at 12 pm on 12/18, there was no customer there, receptionist called him many times and he finally showed up after 20 min., after he showed me the price, I decided not to buy the car and left. Later found out Max kept my drivers licence, so called and asked whether he can send it back to me same day as it was his mistake (he left the drivers licence on the copy machine), he said he can mail it, I said can't wait and asked him to drive to my office as it is close by, he refused so I have to go there again and pick it up, terrible customer service! When I went back and pick it up, again no customer, while Max was browsing his mobile phone.Chat conversation end Type a message...

My fiance and I went to Subaru of Glendale after having a horrendous experience at Subaru of Santa Monica. I met with Adriana in internet sales, who I had corresponded with a few times during the week. When we met, she went into great detail about the Crosstreks on the lot and took me on a test drive. The exact color I wanted wasn't on the lot, so we took a drive to one of two storage lots where we looked at possibly all the Subaru Crosstreks in the SoCal area. We found the one I wanted, after a few rounds of negotiation she met me on the price, and I drove away shortly after. I will most definitely buy my next car at Subaru of Glendale.

I had shop for a new car for months and I narrow to a new Subaru and I contacted 6 different dealerships and Subaru of Glendale was the first to respond and gave me the best price. I was treated as a king from the beginning to the end and could not ask for more. They earned my business for life. My main issue with this dealership is that their refusal to do warranty work on my problematic back-up rear camera. They claimed that I voided my warranty when I installed an XM radio which was only hooked up to the AUX line. It doesn't make sense to me how that is connected to this issue. The service manager and rep wouldn't even explain to me how my XM radio causes the back-up rear camera to not work. They just kept saying "Sorry its their policy". So, by looking at the XM radio, they just right and there assume it's the reason without even checking if it's the reason. I have asked many other people, including mechanics, that this is BS and that it should be checked out under warranty.However, what broke the camel back for me is that when they supposedly did the point inspections, they claimed that my brakes are ok; gave me a green check. In fact, my brakes do need change; I had other mechanics inspect it for me and told me I need to change it. I distrust this dealership as a whole. I don't even think they do the point inspections anyway.Not to mention, the revolving door on their service reps is just a sign that they don't do a good job.

I recently purchased a new Outback from the internet sales department. The buying process was very easy. I received a upfront quote. They did not have any extra items installed on the car like a other dealership i visited that offered a very slightly lower price and when i arrived they already had Lojack installed. Raiding the price more then Glendale Subaru. I really appreciated how upfront the Subaru of Glendale did business. They even have a completely Different show room just for the internet sales department. Check them out if you are in the market. Chris was my sales person and his manager Edward was very nice as well.

I never been to a dealership and met someone with such a passionate drive in what he does. Anthony definitely made our car buying experience turn from night to day. By the time I knew it we were already going into finance. Best part about our process is towards the end, we asked him how long has he been doing this and he said only 4 weeks! He still has to write his name on his business cards! I Highly recommend Anthony in the Internet Department to anyone.

This was my first time visit to Subaru of Glendale and yet was a great first time experience. They did the job promptly with a very reasonable price. The waiting area was not Hugh like most places in Glendale but was very clean and friendly with flat screen TV, Coffee and fresh pastry. I defiantly will go back.

I have bought a few cars in the past and didn't have any product knowledge about the Subaru brand, while at the Toyota dealership on Brand Blvd to test drive the Rav4 I decided to also walk in there to see how their cars looked. Based on my experience as to how the salespeople attack you I was quite defensive initially; but to my surprise the salesperson there was very friendly & wasn't pushy at all. He was very helpful & showed me the Forester compact suv which to my surprise had won the Motor Trend Sport Utility of the year. He showed me a few videos comparing the Forester to the competition, words cannot do justice to the insights that I got then and there. I just wished that I had bought a Subaru instead of the previous vehicles that I owned. I test drove the car, fell in love with it & am very happy to have made that choice. The process was very smooth & fast, it took me under an hour to get into finance and drive off with my new car. I highly recommend this dealership.

This was my first Subaru purchase ever but the 9th in my family. I was stunt with the way I was treated and the smoothest transaction ever. After we were done the car was fully gassed up, Washed and delivered to my home. The salesperson went over the equipment and made sure I understood how to use every nob.

The Internet sales agent Jojo checked other dealer's inventory within a 50 mile radius of Glendalein order to make the sale. They did not have the particular Subaru Forester I wanted.Jojo found the 2014 Subaru Forester Premium 2.5i manual transmission at Costa Mesa Subaru.He drove to this dealr to bring the vehicle to Glendale Subaru where I purchased it and drove it home.

Found a used car here on Cars.com. it had very low miles for the year and model. I agreed to buy it for the listed price, signed papers and sent them back fed ex overnight. 2 days later I flew there from Phoenix and went to pick it up and drive it back. They said they would have someone pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. I got there and no one was there. I called and they said take a cab and we will reimburse you. I got to the dealership and a salesman named Andy was there to greet me. He was very nice but the car wasn't ready and they didn't have paperwork ready. After about 2 hours they called me into the finance office and said the fed ex paperwork didn't get there (i'm sure it did the day before) so they had to "re-do" the paperwork. I told them I didn't want GAP insurance and the paperwork I signed didn't have it so, I'm pretty sure it was a trick they use to have another chance to sell it. I didn't want it but he kept pressuring me to buy it. he offered a lower rate if I did, so I agreed to it just to get out of there. it took almost 3 hours total. the reason I signed papers in advance was so I could just go there and pick up the keys and drive away, obviously that didn't happen. The good things, they offered me lunch while I was waiting, they did reimburse the cab fare, the car was as advertised. They washed the car. Andy was nice. Just expect them to hard sell the GAP insurance and extended warranty with any car you buy there. Expect to spend half your day there.

I went in fully expecting to buy a 2010 NIssan Pathfinder. I'm aware they are a Subaru dealership, but they had what I was looking for. However I had done a little research and realized there were 3 dealerships with similar vehicles. I came here first as they were the closest and quite possibly would have the best price. After test driving and asking several questions that generated the response "I'm not even sure." from my sales guy. I decided to try somewhere else. I test drove another one and still gave this dealership a chance to at least negotiate with me. They must have thought I was lying about what we being offered and asked me to send them the link to the page. I gladly did. There advice was to buy the other one. Which I'm glad I did, because it had 10,000 fewer miles and was a Certified Pre-Owned.

I must say I had the best customer service so far in my car shopping weeks here. We were greeted nicely by John Martin upon entering the lot. After a few hours of walking down Brand, I was getting frustrated at the lack of selection and of receving help from any sales guy. When we walked into Subaru, John was nice and showed us around.My car-knowing friend, Byron N. suggested I take a look at the Impreza. John walked us over to some of the sedan and hatch. I was quite impressed with the low price and nice interior. John was not pushy and he understood I was there to still decide on a car I wanted. He offered to let us test drive which is unlikely from many dealers if they think you won't make a purchase day of. He kindly unlocked the door so I could sit inside and check out the car. Our sales person John was helpful, knowledgeable,friendly and worked with us to try to make the sale. The manager, Edward was abrupt and annoyed when he spoke to us. He stated he was very busy and showed us the door. The dealership did not show much pride in their product. The vehichle, which had been on the lot for four months, had what appeared to be dried food stuck to the seats, smelled musty and one of the driving lights was missing. Rather disappointing when you approach a dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle.

I am totally impressed by the service reps at Glendale Subaru!The sunroof on my 2005 Forester XT Premium stopped working (a common and unfortunate design flaw with the 1 piece aspect of the 2003-2006 Foresters - and I made an appt to have it checked.I got there a bit late from am freeway traffic but Joanne made feel really at ease right away. She was quick and complete logging me in. Then Ross completed the discussion and paperwork.An hour later, the verdict was in - $1,300+ for parts and labor to replace the big sunroof. I expected the worse case to be $2k so their quote was only a couple hundred dollars more than the getting it done with second hand parts at an upholstery joint. However, $1.3k was something to think about for a car with a $11k bluebook. I told that to Ross and he offered some sound advice and alternatives. Now here's the best part, when I went to settle up, there was no charge for the assessment and the car wash. Yes, carwash!!! It has been a while since I bought a new car from a dealer and after this experience, I wish I can afford to bring all my car repairs to Ross and Joanne!

I found the exact Subaru Outback I wanted by doing a search on line thru cars.com. It was at this dealership. I sent them a message that I would be interested in test driving this specific car. Tamaz at the dealership got back to me immediately. We set up an appointment to test drive the car the next day. When I got there Tamaz was great, very knowledgable about the car. I was only interested in leasing. Tamaz gave me a great straight forward price on the lease. I ran all the numbers and it was a great deal on a 3year/36,000 mile lease. Signed the papers and picked up the car the next morning. I have not brought the car in for service yet, but when I picked the car up, Tamaz took me around to the service department introduced me to everyone there and I am looking forward to hopefully a continued good relationship with this dealership. It really pays to do your due diligence whenever purchasing or leasing a new car. I knew what I wanted, knew how much I was willing to pay and got it at this dealership. Very happy.

Long story short... they lied and deceived me. I'm a female and went alone. Big mistake. I was firm on what I wanted for a trade on my used BMW. No less than $5,000.00 (worth in Kelley Blue book, $7,000-$8,000) They agreed, all 3 of them. I then went to the finance dept to set up the money and David Lepe told me the car HAD NO ALARM SYSTEM! I repeated it 5 times in disbelief "NO ALARM! What car doesn't come with an alarm!" When I got home I saw that they gave me $3,000 for my car! I had to go and buy my car back! (All of their words against mine!)Also discovered that it DID COME With an alarm! They lied deceived and cheated me! Don't buy a car from these crooks!!!

I went to this dealership when i was preparing to buya car and I was still undesisive at the time.I went in to drive one of the cars they had on the lot and that went according to plan.while i was waiting for the saleman to get the keys another car thet had on the lot caught my eye and i thought to myself i should also compare that car since i was also interested in it. After finishing the first test drive me and a friend i had along for the trip requested that we try the other car.The sales men then proceded to ask us what our goal was today.we clearly told him we wanted to test drive and compare 2 cars because i wasnt certain what car i wanted to buy. he then told us it wasnt possible to drive the other car because he was busy! my friend asked him to get us another salesman and he said that they where all busy. My friend noticing this rude behavious then asked him if he spoke for all the other salesmen.to cut the long story short the "busy" salesman denied us the second test drive so we walked to a neighbouring dealership when i could still see the salesman standing out on the lot for atleast the next 30 minutes doing nothing but chatting with other salesman.Overal a very bad experience and a bunch of immature and unproffesional salesmen
