My wife and I were looking for a new car and found a 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Touring which was loaded with all the safety features we were looking for. The car was listed on Subaru of Morristown website. We had been to various car dealers and looked at other vehicles before deciding this was the one we wanted. I am glad we did. I emailed Rebecca Charles (Internet Sales), she was very helpful by answering any questions by email until I finally agreed to an appointment for a test drive of a comparable vehicle since the one I was interested in was in-transit. When I arrived she introduced me to Al Rowe (Client Advisor), he went on a test drive with me and explained all the new features (EyeSight Driver Assist System, Subaru Starlink, etc).Once the test drive was over I told Al that I was looking at other vehicles and was not ready to decide yet. Al introduced me to Duke Snyder (General Sales Manager), both Al and Duke were very pleasant and not very pushy. They said I could call with any questions I may have. I did have a concern regarding the 0 percent financing promotion which was going to expire on 10/31. I spoke to Al about it a few days later and he assured me that the vehicle would arrive on time and that I would not lose the 0 percent rate. He gave me a call on 10/28 to let me know that I could come in and pick up the car on 10/31. When my wife and I arrived Al went over the entire vehicle and all its features again. When we were done going over the car Al introduced us to Mike Viscione (Finance Manager), having purchased new vehicles before we were not looking forward to this based on past experience at other dealerships (especially on the last day of the month). Mike made us feel very comfortable and was very patient in explaining anything we did not understand. We were very pleased with our experience at Subaru of Morristown, the sales group was great!! We look forward to bringing our car in for service, if they are anything like the sales group, I am sure we will be pleased.

Great car. Great dealer. This is the second car I purchased at this dealership. As long as the brand holds up, I imagine my next car will come from here as well. Al was very respectful and sincere. This dealership is a complete opposite and perfect alternative to the Route 22 "experience". I'm also thrilled I will continue to service my car here. While I was very happy with my first Subaru, the Service Department staff is what brought me back. They're very straightforward and genuine. I never walked away feeling unnecessary work was performed.

After having leased three Acura's over the last nine years, an Audi before that, and a Lexus before that, I found the vehicle I truly love at Subaru of Morristown. It's the 3.6R Subaru Outback. Greg Hazen was the best salesperson I have ever had (and I've been buying or leasing vehicles since the 1970's). He is knowledgable, thorough, returned all calls and emails, and kept me up-to-date on when my vehicle would arrive. Also, manager Duke Snider deserves praise for how friendly and helpful he was. Everyone at Subaru of Morristown went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Buy or lease from Subaru of Morristown!

This past Saturday, I purchased a 2017 Subaru Legacy at Subaru of Morristown. I worked with The salesman, Greg. He was friendly and easy to get along with. He made the process very seamless. Just picked up my new 2017 Outback with EyeSight, theri collision avoiance safety system. I had broguht my prior Subaru to this delaership and felt the service area was excellent. The got me to talk with Al Rowe in their sales grup and he was wonderful. I could not recommend the people more highly. In October 2015 we went to Morristown Subaru to buy a 2016 Outback. We picked out the packages and were told by Greg we could not get both packages on the car, that we would have to wait 12 weeks for delivery. We wanted a white one with everything except leather. Also were given basically the list price. Shopped a couple other dealers--ended up 80 miles away at Faulkner Subaru of Bethlehem, PA. Terrific team--ordered the car we wanted for $2000 less than Morristown price for half the options and received the car in 2 weeks.5 days ago we went back to Morristown Subaru(should have learned) got Greg again--this time wanted the 2015 Jasmine certified pre-owned Forester with 10,000 miles. It had been on their lot 6 months. We called for an appointment--showed up--the car was dirty, scratched, dead battery and coffee stains on the seat. After jump starting the car we test drove and went inside to get their pricing--they said there was no special pricing and it was what was on the web--high Kelly Blue Book.So went back to Faulkner bought a fully accessorized new 2016 Forester with all weather package--for $450 more than the damaged car Morristown was offering. Twice they have walked my business--Both times Greg was salesman and Duke the closer lost the deal---please avoid this place!!!! One last not their service department is excellent

Greg is the finest, kindest and most thorough salesman I have ever had the pleasure to have on my side. I took my Forester in for service only, really, just service and I drove out with a new car. I told Greg my story and he put me into the best fit for me. Before you go to another dealership, invest the time and energy and visit Subaru of Morristown. Ask for Greg. He will not let you down. Wait until he "details" your manuals for you.

Just signed a lease for a 2016 Forester. Prior to visiting Subaru of Morristown, we went to another dealer and the difference in service was just night and day. Glenn, our salesman, made our car-buying experience as easy and stress-free as it could have possibly been. He was so friendly knowledgeable about the cars and in under two hours we left feeling very confident in our decision to lease. Bob, the general sales manager was also wonderful. From the beginning, we really felt that he gave us the best deal he could. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Subaru of Morristown and would recommend anyone looking to buy/lease a Subaru to give them a try. Make sure to request to work with Glenn!

DO NOT USE SUBARU OF MORRISTOWN! Thought I was over this experience emotionally until I saw Salesman, Bob Parks walking at the Cedar Knolls Mall the other day. Hope I can save others from emotional and financial stress. We were looking for a used car with 2 requirements - It needed to be certified and dent free. Bob showed us a "dent free" car that was pending certification. Per Bob, if the car did not pass certification, the deal was off. Fifteen minutes before closing, Bob pulled the car out front under the lights and a dent was visible. We said the deal was off. Bob went inside to speak with Bob Canon, General Manager, while we waited outside. They locked the doors, turned the lights off and left us standing in the parking lot. We went back repeatedly trying to get our $1000 deposit back. We stopped trying after Bob Canon told us "A deals a deal, you'll never getting your money back, and get out of my office!" How's that for customer service! Went to several dealerships and all stated they would have ripped up the contract immediately and worked with us to find the right car. Happy to say I went across the street to Beyer Ford and had a wonderful buying experience with Salesman, John Schell and Sales Manager, Mike DiLeo. DO NOT USE SUBARU OF MORRISTOWN!

This was our first Subaru purchase. We were looking for either a Forester or an Outback, and visited five of the Northern NJ Subaru dealerships over the course of a few weeks. We wound up purchasing a Forester from Greg Hazen at Subaru of Morristown. Greg was BY FAR the best salesperson we encountered over the course of our Subaru dealership experiences. Not only was he the most knowledgeable, he was also the most positive and enthusiastic of anyone. He showed us features of the vehicles that no one else at the other dealerships took the time to introduce us to, and encouraged us to go beyond the typical "get on the highway for 10 min, and then turn around and go back to the dealership" test drives most places take you on. I would recommend going to Subaru of Morristown and speaking with Greg if you are interested in a Subaru. Like I said, BY FAR the best person we worked with, and we visited all five of the Subaru dealerships in the Northern NJ area. Bob (manager) and Mike (finance) were also great members of the staff that we met during the purchase process..

What a great experience! I worked with Greg Hazen. He put up with my need to do multiple test drives. He is extremely knowledgable about each of the models. He was never pushy but just happened to email or call just when I was contemplating my next move. When the car was ready for pick up he was ready to share all the features in the car. I would definitely buy another car from Greg but since I bought a Subaru I bet I won't be buying one any time soon.

My car buying experience with Greg lasted at most 10 minutes, it was that awful. I went to the dealership mid-week about an hour and a half before close. Greg greeted my girlfriend and I right after walking in, the one positive thing I could say about the experience. I told Greg what I was looking for, I had done some research and was set on what I wanted (2016 WRX). He said that the car they had listed online was recently sold. I asked him if he had similar models due to come in or if there was a way that he could trade with another local dealer. He started out by telling me how difficult a WRX was to get and that these are "limited edition" cars. He then started telling me that he could look at other dealer inventory BUT only if I was prepared to put down a deposit tonight. I questioned why I would need to put down a deposit in order for him to look at the database? He responded by saying that is how it works and that he wasn't willing to do so otherwise. I again questioned him and asked what would I be putting down a deposit on?..He hadn't located a car. He then said that if he couldn't find a "similar" car that I could have a refund, but otherwise the $1,000 was non-refundable (this was after me pressing on: what happens if we don't make a sale?). It seemed that he was trying to strong arm me into giving him a deposit and then getting stuffed with whatever car he decided to dump on me. I would emphasize that almost immediately into the conversation, he started to become aggressive, condescending and down right disrespectful. I was upfront and said that putting down a deposit for him to look at dealer inventory made no sense to me and wasn't something I was willing to do (I said I was completely willing to put down a deposit if there was an actual car). He became even more aggressive at this point, leaning over his desk and looking down on me, he then asked me if I thought he was a thief. The conversation ended abruptly after I told him he was a horrible salesman. My girlfriend and I got up and left before anything could escalate any further.I am happy to say that I bought the exact 2016 WRX that I was looking for, from another dealer (1,000 times better experience at Liberty Subaru). I will not miss Greg or the sour coffee and cigarette stench that came with him. Greg, be better and try doing your job.

Talk about loyalty! I bought my Crosstrek last month and just love it! Frankly, Subaru cars don't need salespeople. Where there is a good product, there will be a line to that door. However, the sales people do add a dimension to the car buying experience. I've been fortunate to have Segundo Pernito as my salesperson twice. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and the excellent service he has displayed has allowed me to close the sale in under 3 hours. Service wise, I do not have any complaints. The staff at Morristown Subaru has just been great!

This past week I had gone into Subaru of Morristown to trade in my jeep for a new car. As soon as I walked in a very nice man named Greg Hazen welcomed me and asked what he could do for me. I had a car in mind that I found on their website, and also another car in mind. He let me test drive both cars and gave me the prices. I decided to go with the newer car and he gave me a very good deal on it. He was very patient with me which I appreciated greatly because I wasn't all too nice the first time I walked in. The following day I made my decision on the car I wanted and he took care of everything for me and in great timing too! He was very helpful and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He is a very nice straight foward person and that's one thing I liked the most. He had made my experience great! He definitely turned my frown upside down.

I've been emailing Morristown Subaru's internet sales rep, Emily, to get a quote for a Forester. After a few days we came a to a number we both agreed on. I called her and we setup a time for me to go in. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told Emily wasn't there but Al would be helping me. A gentlemen printed out my emails with Emily and gave it to Al. Al took me on a test drive, upon returning he said there's no way the price emily quoted me was correct for a vehicle with Eyesight. He went to talked to his manager and came back offering me the car at MSRP (30k). I showed him the emails between the two of us which clearly stated the quote was for Eyesight/Nav/All Weather at $27900. I also showed him an email from Liberty Subaru which quoted the same vehicle for slightly less than Emily did. He said he had to talk to his manager Rob. Rob came out, looked at me, the printed emails and the email from Liberty Subaru. He said, "I heard you have a better quote from another dealer. Then you should take your business there because that's a great price." Then he walked back to his office.Needless to say I'll never go back. I'll be going to liberty tomorrow, already called and the sales manager assured me that's not how they handle business. Sad part is now I have a bad taste from Subaru altogether. Been a Toyota and Mazda driver for over 15 years, never had something like that happen to me. I'm test driving the CX 5 tomorrow, guess we will see.

After researching all the small SUV's and found the Forester so highly rated... I truly planned on making a deal when we visited this dealership. What we got was the worst experience ever! We arrived mid afternoon, waited for nearly an hour and no one helped us. So we left and went to the Toyota dealer to look at the Rav. We were helped immediately and went for a drive and learned all about the Rav. The salesman was great and unfortunately I could not get the Forester out of my mind and went back in hopes of a better outcome. Within 15 minutes, we were assisted by Gregg Hazen who knew all there is to know about the Forester. When we sat down to crunch the numbers; that is when it went sour. He became arrogant, belligerent, condescending and he was actually arguing with me. At this point, did he really think I'm going to do business here? Thanks tho... the next day we made a great deal with VIP Honda. Its been a week and no follow up from Subaru. Happy-Happy-Happy with my new CRV!!! * The service we didn't receive was so bad that I cannot give any stars.

Very poor experience. Poor communication, no follow through. Ended up canceling car purchase and having to get Sabaru involved. Bought two Subarus from other dealer in Parsippany. Salesperson and GM refused to apologies or make things right for not being ready to complete paperwork on the night we were scheduled and showed up to finish the deal.

I was looking for a manual WRX which was difficult to find. Most dealerships told me I had to put an order and wait 2-3 months. Eli showed us an automatic one and later on called to say they had found a manual one with the specs I wanted in another dealership and that they could transfer. During the transfer, there was a problem with the vehicle and Eli, Matt and Bob did a great job at finding another one and was able to get it a week later. They did a great job with this and I highly recommend them. No other dealership offered looking for this vehicle around like these guys did.The people that helped were Eli, Matt, Bob and Andrea.

There was no pressure, friendliness from Andrea (receptionist) to everyone I passed by in the showroom or in the service department. My sales person, Eli Krakinovskiy, was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured and made the entire car buying experience as easy as possible. Since this was my first time driving a Subaru, he took the time needed to explain the features of the Subuaru XV Crosstrek and answered all of my questions or concerns. Eli and Bob Canon worked with me on my trade-in and took the time to understand my budget. The Subaru XV Crosstrek 2.0i Premium with Moonroof Package in Satin White Pearl was my first choice and Matt Furman did an AMAZING JOB locating my car for me when the inventory available seemed impossible, I liked the relaxed atmosphere and no-pressure vibe and would recommend purchasing or leasing a car from there to anyone. Signed a deal for a new Impreza and was told they would search for one, no problem. Several weeks later I noted on their inventory list on line that the car I ordered was in transit. I called the salesman and was told that was my car. A week later the sales mgr. calls me and tells me they cannot sell me the car at the price we agreed on because the lease residuals had changed and the car had a lot of accessories. When I told the sales mgr that the car came in with no options, he told me that the customer had requested them. Total baloney because I was the customer. In this day and age I thought dealers had stopped doing this nonsense, but evidently Morristown does not believe a contract is a contract-unless it works in their favor.

Also, what kept my visit seemingly short was the fact that I met someone in the waiting room with whom I conversed. Joseph our sales rep showed my wife and I around and asked us what we were looking for. We talked for a little while and then Joseph showed us the different options that we're available to us. We weren't sure if we really wanted an impreza or a crosstrek, so Joseph told us that could test drive both and then get a better idea of what we really wanted. We did the test drives and decided that the crosstrek was the best choice for us. We initially weren't planning to buy the car that day unless the dealership could offer us a good deal. After telling Joseph that his initial offer was too high, we agreed on a number that was closer to the amount that we thought was fair, with the options that we wanted installed. Joseph told us that he didn't have the car on the lot, but that he'd arrange to get the car from another dealer within a few days. We put down a deposit and waited. 6 days later we picked up the car. All in all, it wasn't the car buying process that I'd been expecting.....it was much better. The negotiating and financing process were relatively quick. Joseph was always on top of everything, and called to keep us informed and where things were in process. After going through the car buying process before, I have to say that this was much different, less time consuming and less stressful. If you're looking for a subaru and you're near Morristown, I'd recommend checking them out and asking for Joseph.

I decided to buy the Forester Premium model with EyeSight Driver Assist System, part of the Option Package 15. On the day of picking my Forestor, Anthony explained all features of the GPS Navigation, especially the voice command, enable and disable EyeSight Driver Assist System in great length and details. I ended up getting a Crosstrek through Subaru of Morristown. They are an hour from my home but they had the best price on the internet for the model and color that I wanted. Enterprise was on the same street within a very short walking distance and they offer one way rentals so you can rent locally and drop the car off at their Morristown office. They then offer to give you a free ride to Subaru for those that prefer not to walk. I feel lucky they I got Anthony Emerick when I clicked on the request quote link. He left me a voicemail and sent an email with a quote lower than the internet price. It was nice to be given an option on which way to continue communicating with him. He is a very sincere, knowledgeable, receptive, amiable person. It made all phases of the transaction run smoothly and at my pace. I was never pressured or rushed into this transaction. After the sale he gave me a tour of the facility so I would be familiar on where to go for accessories that I had ordered and future maintenance along with making introductions to employees from that department. He then took the time without being asked to go through the functionality of every feature of the car and paired my cell phone to the vehicle. I have purchased 4 cars from their dealership in the past (2 Subarus and 2 Toyotas). They were always up front and honest, but no more. I had contacted Anthony Emerick regarding a Subaru XV Crosstrek. Via email we had agreed on a price. When my wife got there they tried to tack on the $825 destination charge that all other dealers include in their price. Needless to say she left a disappointed customer. The dealership is no longer an honest one like they used to be.Update 5/2014 - I was contacted by Elizabeth Brauer (Owner) as she had concerns regarding the above review. I emailed her back and that was the last I heard from her. No follow up on behalf of the dealership. I guess they are just not interested in customer service at all.

If you are in the market for a Subaru and live in/near Northern New Jersey, I would highly recommend Subaru of Morristown. Upon entry into the sales showroom, I was kindly greeted and right away my salesperson, whom I was appointed, welcomed me and introduced himself. His name is Anthony Emerick. I had an idea of the car model and trim that I wanted to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. Within a couple of minutes, Anthony had the car prepared for me to test drive. During the test drive, Anthony pointed out all the features that I didn't all ready know and re-emphasized the uniqueness of the vehicle I was driving. After deciding that I wanted to purchase this vehicle, we put in an order with the specifics that I wanted. The typical turnaround for my order could have been about 1-2 months. Astoundingly, I received a call from Anthony that we had a stroke of good luck and my car was ready for pick within a couple weeks of the ordering. We ended financing the vehicle and that process went as smoothly as anyone could imagine, as well.Overall, Subaru of Morristown, and Anthony in particular, treated my wife and I as VIPs and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We will definitely come back ;)

For years I have been getting my Subaru serviced at Subaru of Morristown. They do excellent work and the service manager is a pleasure. When I went to buy a new Subaru to replace my 10 year old Outback I started with a test drive. So far everything was fine. I made an appointment to return later in the week to discuss the price and financing. I arrived in the evening having confirmed the appointment with the receptionist earlier that day. The salesperson was not there; he left promptly at 5. No explanation from the sales manager, no apology. I was ready to walk out but agreed to talk to another salesman: no smile, no eye contact, but eager to sell me VIN etching to make my car theft-proof! His indifference was staggering. I left with his price quote. Never received an apology from the first salesman who missed the scheduled appointment and no follow up call from the second salesperson. If they are not interested in selling a car to me then I have no desire to purchase one from them. The next week I went to another Subaru dealership in Morris county and purchased my new Impreza.

My car sounded like it had a weak battery when cranking up in the extreme cold. I called and they fit me in the same day. They checked the battery and it was fine. They also did an oil change on a last minute request. They did not charge for checking the battery.even though they were busy they took care of me.

I have used Subaru of Morristown for several years for service for my 2004 Forester. Sadley a few weeks ago I wrecked that car and knew I wanted a second Subaru. I walked into the show room and John C. was ready right then and there to help me. He was realistic with me and not pushy at all. I enjoyed his attitude and overall personality. I did not feel pressured to buy but that if I was the dealership was ready to work with me. We negotiated a great deal for my 2013 4 door Imprezza and they have continued to reach out to me to make sure everything is working ok and when I noticed my tire air caps where missing they replaced them on the spot. Prayerfully I wont need a new car for a while but when I do I would head to Subaru of Moristown.

The deaaler inventory at Morristown was exceptional. They had the type of vehicle I was looking for right in their stock and was able to negotiate out a price that fit into my budget. The salesperson was very personable and did not make me feel I was being hounded and that I needed to buy a vehicle right on the spot which was very important to me. Most dealerships did not have the type of vehicle I was looking for so I would strongly suggest this dealership to anyone that is looking for particular features in their vehicle opposed to most others that either had fully loaded or very basic models in stock.With respect to the actual vehicle, I am overwhelmed by the handling ability of the Subaru. Having gone from a Silverado pickup to a car was difficult enough but my Outback completely amazes me. The handling is unbelievable in bad road conditions and may actually be even better than the pickup. Granted I miss having a pickup but the handling in this vehicle can only be experienced by actually driving in snow covered road conditions. I have actually looked for the button to switch it back to 2WD after hitting clear pavement and realized that that's not necessary. Anyone that is concerned with safety should look no further than a Subaru, especially with a family. I am currently working on convincing my wife to buy the Legacy.

Greg was very professional. We first visited the dealership on a Saturday evening, 10 minutes to closing time. Greg was very patient and offered the test drive (which we took). It took about a month since our test drive for the 2014 models to arrive in the showroom. Greg stayed in touch with us during this period. Initially, their price was a bit higher than the competitor. But they near matched the price. No haggling or high pressure sales of any sort.The color that we wanted was not in their inventory. But, Greg located a car within 2 weeks. Financing also was a cinch. Took us less than 15 minutes. Franco explained us all the options and was very professional. In the end, we paid about $300 more than the lowest quote that we got. However, the professionalism and friendliness of these people was well worth the extra money that we paid.

I can't lie...we went to Subaru of Morristown because, after weeks of research, we found the best price on a 2014 Forester there. However, when I experienced the no-pressure salesmanship of Anthony and an overall exceptional experience in terms of sales, financing and service, I was pleasantly suprised to find that not only was Subaru of Morristown the least expensive on the car I wanted, they were also the best in every other aspect of buying a car! Anthony Emerick made the buying experience very easy. He was very helpful from start to finish. If you ask for a price on the phone or through email he tells you the price. Anthony will not make you run around and ask you to come to the dealership when all you want to know is the final price that you will pay when you walk out the door. What's most important is he will put the final price in writing and fax you the contract. I bought my Subaru Forester without ever meeting Anthony or being in his dealership because he was a good and honest business man from the start, I gave him a deposit over the phone and paid for the car when it was delivered to their dealership. It must be said that I paid $400 more( when other dealers were willing to beat his price) for my Subaru from Morristown only because of the service that Anthony gave us from start to finish. I emailed and called 4 other Subaru Dealers in northeast New Jersey before Morristown and they do not compare to the service that Anthony E gave us. Thanks again.

This is my third Subey and second purchased at Subaru of Morristown. Although I think the deal took a bit longer than it should have, my salesman (John C.) offered coffee, water, etc throughout the whole process, which told me that he was aware of the wait as well. Their finance guy, Robert, used to be the most depressing soul on the face of the earth, so I was very pleased to have met Franco. I'm not sure how long he has been at this location, but he's the polar-opposite of the other guy. Franco had me out the door and sitting in my new Forester in about five minutes, which was a welcomed part of my long day there. All-in-all, it's a great place to buy a car. If you're considering buying a Subaru for the first time, I will tell you this: It will not be your last. In fact, came back two days later with a buddy of mine, and he bought a new Forester from John C. on the spot. Truthfully, this was his fourth Subey, but I recommend the dealership whenever I can. Great cars, great salesman and outstanding service, you can't ask for more.

I was in the market to buy a certified used vehicle and am working with a limited budget. Every dealership I went to (I went to dealerships all over NJ) tried to pressure me into buying/leasing a car that was above my budget. They all tried to convince me that I won't get a low mileage certified vehicle for less than $200 month financed. So, I decided to make one final stop at this Subaru dealership which has sold my mom, my sister, and my dad cars before, to see what certified used vehicles they may have to offer me. I worked with Al and he was great! He looked at my budget, and got me into a certified used vehicle with low mileage for under $189/month. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and I felt like I was working with family. I felt like he was really looking out for me and genuinely cared about putting me into something that was going to protect me on the road and not break my budget. I am so grateful to this dealership and because they sold my mom, my dad, and my sister cars in the past, I am going to always come to this dealership whenever I need a car in the future. I'm not going to bother wasting my time and energy anywhere else.

this is our 4th car we buy new ,normally we always by Toyota buy this time my husband and i we decided we need to change. my husband likes the caramel bronze pearl color and the only dealer who have it was Morristown Subaru. so we went there and get the price we want buy the car. people were so nice not pushy , not like some other dealers were they basically harass you. i told my husband the experience we got was like buying a milk so easy no stress, I will buy again from them !!!!!

I am a friendly positive person, and usually have people reciprocate that. I was treated well and had good conversations with the staff. The mechanic took me under the car and showed me exactly what was going on, explained what could use work and what needed work. He also showed me how i can fix a couple things myself with minimal labor, as i expressed my liking to learn to work on my own vehicle. He was very honest and didn't mind at all me watching him and even explained a few things along the way, which i was very happy about. Very happy that i lucked out with an honest friendly and experienced mechanic, thanks wayne. The only downside to the experience was the price, wayne worked so quickly and got the job done so fast that i thought i would only be charged for a couple hours, but my labor bill came out to be around $600 for less than 3 hours of work. And when asked why this was the amount charged, i was let known that they average out different mechanics's time to put forth an all around labor charge. An unfair, not cost effective system. I was so satisfied with the mechanic and all that i bit my tongue and let it slide, but it was a completely unfair price for work i watched being done. and i know all that money isn't going to Wayne, or i wouldn't be so upset. Money-Grubbers. and i would definitely not have done any of it had a less friendly mechanic working on it. So they're lucky to have Wayne. If you don't mind spending all your money, come here for good work(probably not always good). But just remember, if your like me and like to watch and communicate, you'll have a better experience talking directly with the mechanic than the people at the front desk.

my transfer plates were lost or misplaced... never found out what happened bc Anthony, salesperson and General Manager George would not returned phone calls to either myself or my husband. I was promised by George that someone would come out to my house and place plates on my car when they were found but when they finally came in he told the receptions, Jessica, to tell me that his offer not longer was valid bc my plates were transfer plates and I needed to sign for them. George was not able to tell me personally. My husband and I had to hound and call constantly to get plates. they never returned phone calls. The one time I spoke to George, he was rude and hung up phone on me. Typical "salesmen" only nice when they want to make a sale!!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I ever had. Was not given the incentive APR 2.9% financing. When asked why they gave me some BS story about not being able to qualify if my son is a co-signer. My credit rating is stellar. Ended up with 4.24% that they said couldn't be changed after the fact. This is our families third Subaru in 3 years. Love the product, hate the dealer. Never again with Subaru of Morristown!!

He basically kicked me out of his dealership today because I tried to negotiate a fair price. He said "I'm not here to play games with you." i do not recommend this dealership because of George Miranda, sales manager of Subaru of Morristown.

Al Rowe was great to us without forcing anything upon us. He talked to us like normal people and didn't consider us just dollar signs. Subaru of Morristown is where you want to go, and I would ask for Vinnie. Vinnie was my salesman and he was excellent- not pushy,great on the test drive,explaining the car and giving you enough time to truly get a feel for the vehicle (not just your typical ride around the block). I was satisfied with the deal that I made along with the treatment that I received. To sum it up, it was a good experience and I was happy that I dealt with a low keyed, patient, and informative salesman.

Not sure why you wouldn't buy a car from these guys. Shop around and you will see the hassle the other dealers in the area give you over price. It's not like they are giving away the secrets of the Universe. What's next a blood sample and Birth certificate. These guys gave me the price right up front, and it was already better than the dealer I "haggled" with for two hours. Anyway, I can't speak for anything but the deal they have me. Plus my credit is, you may say, at the bottom. They didn't jack me up on Interest rate either. Then again, I was looking for that and was ready for a smack down. A+++ seller, would buy again

Went to this dealer because I had been disappointed by a previous experience at another, competing dealership. To be honest, I hadn't even considered a Subaru before meeting with my sales person, John Cicchino, but thought I'd give the dealership a shot because I was in the area. I was so pleasantly surprised. I told John exactly what I wanted and he was able to find me a car that fit every need (2013 Subaru Impreza 5 Door Premium). On top of that, he was able to get it for me at a price I could afford and I didn't feel like I had to negotiate a bunch (I hate negotiating). He was professional but friendly and took the time to make sure I was happy. Also, I am new to the US, which can make leasing/financing a bit of a nightmare, but, not only did he take care of it, he delivered the car to my apartment in NYC all the way from Morristown and no additional charge. My only regret is that I didn't go to Subaru of Morristown first!! Would highly reccommend this dealership (especially John!) to anyone.

Alex Hurtado is a liar and a cheat. He tried to sell me a car that he said had 1 previous owner and no accident history. I asked for the carfax and he told me he would get it to me. After sending him e-mails and calling for 5 days, with no response, finally obtained a copy of the carfax (that he didn't even send, had to go into the dealership to pick up even though he had said he would e-mail or fax it). Car has accident history and multiple previous owners!! Not well maintained at all! Do not trust this snake in the grass. He will try to put one over on you.

Vinnie spent a big portion of the day making sure I knew how to operate every part of my new Subaru Legacy. He was patient and very good at explaining but he also understood the value of practice. We spent a long time out driving around and I really left there feeling like I knew how to do everything. I loved that he programmed my radio with a whole bunch of stations he knew off the top of his head. I never felt pressured. It was a very good experience.

The friendly people at Subaru of Morristown are very knowledgeable and they really take care of their customers. From the time I walked into the dealership I was greeted and a salesman (Howard Smilowitz) was able to talk to me right away. At the time of my visit, I was not sure which Subaru model I wanted to purchase and Howard willingly accommodated test drives for each vehicle that sparked my interest. Anne Mary O'Rafferty,Service Manager. On my most recent service appointment the Service Manager was rude and annoyed that I stick to the Subaru maintenance guidelines on my Forester rather than the expensive, unnecessary maintnenace schedule that Subaru of Morristown recommends. I realize that they are in business to make money, but ther is no reason to be rude to customers. The sales experience with the dealership was good, except for the meeting with the finance manager which was much too long and unnecessary.Their pricing is outrageous for serice and parts,Go to them for sales, but go elsewhere for service.
