Suburban Ford of Waterford was recommended by a friend 20 years ago and I'm still buying/leasing my cars from them by choice (over other Ford dealerships). Tom Tatu assisted me for my current lease and he (along with previous sales agents) was very courteous, provided great communication during the process, did not rush my decisions, listened to my needs and explained the enhancements/changes to my new vehicle. I will request his assistance on my next vehicle purchase. The financial team has always been very pleasant during the approval processes and very patient through all questions directed to them. As for Suburban Ford service, they have always been accommodating and fairly quick for service needs in my experience. I have been happy with Suburban Ford and expect to be a return customer for years to come.

Once we said we were interested in buying, all conversation ended. Our salesman barely spoke to us during the next 2-3 hours we were there. We came with pre-approved financing and he told us we still had to listen to the finance department's offer. Then never told us that we were not going to have to listen to it, so an hour later when we finally met with someone (who spoke literally 3 words to us during his process) we thought we were meeting with the finance department. Turns out he was giving us the final purchase paperwork and he barely said a word while we signed. Explained nothing about each digital page we had to sign or initial. Poor business practice. No personality whatsoever. And his digital pen wouldn't work so he was even more short with us since he thought it was user error. We then waited almost another hour for...? We have no idea. The papers were signed. Our insurance company had been notified and we were covered. We got there about 2:30 and didn't drive off the lot until the 6pm closing time. I would never go back. The salesman (Rick) couldn't be less involved with us. We spoke more to the salesperson across from him, as she was much more friendly. I wish she could have the commission.

Kevin Kobak was referred to us by my father-in-law and we travelled from Ann Arbor to Waterford to get our new Explorer. Kevin was GREAT to work with. We wanted a specific color/model Explorer and he searched high and low until he located what we wanted. My father, daughter and I each leased cars from Naomi at Suburban Ford of Waterford about 3 years ago. I remember how Ramon helped me get comfortable in the car then. So, when he called me last Friday, I quickly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Ramon put me at ease right away turning in my old lease and purchasing my new lease car. He answered my questions, heard what I said and advised me so i could make an informed choice. He was personable, accommodating, and made the experience fun. I never felt pressured, and I feel that I got the car I wanted and needed, and thanks to Ramon I have heated seats (which sure helps making driving in Michigan in the winter better)! My daughter and my father both have leases that will expire later this year, and they are talking about when they can turn in their cars early and work with Ramon.

After waiting for 4 months for a new Flex we had ordered which never arrived. I went on-line looking for one in the area. Found one that looked promising at Suburban Ford of Waterford so I called. Talked with Shay Thomas who was very helpful. After telling her what had happened at a different dealership she informed me the one I was looking at on the website was available. She connected me with her sales manager, John Duley, who informed me that I could purchase the car they had for about the same price as the car I'd ordered. The next day we drove the half-hour to Suburban Ford. I was really skeptical about the trip. I really thought we were going to be quoted a price much higher than our ordered vehicle. Shay greeted us upon arrival and showed us the car. It was perfect for us. But I was still concerned about the cost. Next John stopped by and gave us a price. True to his word, it was very close to our previous order. We bought it. Shay and John converted what began for me as an uncertain, doubtful process into a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Shay, while not new to auto sales, is fairly new to this location. Her desk is not in the main traffic area of the sales floor. Ask for her. She has a great personality and makes the buying process relaxed and enjoyable.

My experience at Suburban Ford in Waterford was exceptional. We had been contemplating getting my wife a new vehicle for awhile, and pulled into Suburban Ford on a whim. We we were interested in the F150 SuperCrews. We began looking at them outside, when Ramon Namphy had the "pleasure" of greeting us. For two days Ramon worked ridiculously hard trying to pair us with a vehicle that would make us happy. Not an easy task given the fact we were not set on a new vehicle and had no desire to compromise on any aspect of it. We sat at his desk for hours over 2 days with 3 young kids, made him run through several trucks trying to find the package of options I wanted, walked out a few times, went to another Ford dealer to see what they had to offer, and probably ruined any other business he might have been able to do. I typically have zero patience for salesman of any sort, but this was the exception. Ramon never pressured us, was completely transparent regarding all the financials, and continually laid out multiple options to satisfy our every demand. In the end, we found a truck I have no regrets buying. We have ran into Ramon around town a few times since and he always goes out of his way to say hello. I would recommend him to anyone, and will seek him out if ever in the market for another vehicle.

Truthfully, if it would not have been for Matt Duggan, not sure what our decision would have been. It's possible that we may have ended up at a different location. The service department at Suburban Ford of Waterford is outstanding. I have used them a number of times and I have always received exceptional customer service. A few months ago, I had numerous repairs done to my car and I was eligible for some rebates. Unfortunately, a few rebates did not come to fruition and I was a little bummed. To make up for this mix up, Nate (service member) suggested that he would detail the inside and outside of my truck to make things right. Without hesitation, I agreed with his great idea. I picked my truck up yesterday and it was sparkling. My truck is 6 years old and it looked brand new...I was impressed and extremely satisfied. The service team did not have to do this...except they went out of their way to keep a customer happy. Thanks Nate for the great service every time I bring my truck to Suburban Ford of Waterford. It is nice to have someone you can trust! Thanks again.

Last week a son who is less than a year out of college called to say that his car died. In the fall he moved to Oakland County to start a new job. We live a couple of hours north. Tim Sarafolean at Suburban Ford was a huge help. We talked on the phone and explained our circumstances and he had several selections in mind. Our son took several cars for a test drive and finally settled on a quality used car. He couldn't be happier.

I have my entire family buying vehicles from this dealership, and we live over 30 miles away (with a Ford dealership a mile from the house). I won't buy from anywhere else. Any problem or concern I have ever had my salesperson gets involved. Dana is the best!!! I also love the service help that they provide. They have talked me through things over the phone and I just completed a chat session with Zac and he answered all of my questions about my ESP. He even relayed messages to my salesperson for me!!! I wish they were closer to handle my service needs. They don't over charge to inspect the vehicle like other dealerships do. This is a wonderful dealership and I am thankful for the service and support they have always offered.

I came into this dealership with my sister and brother-in-law while they shopped for a new vehicle and ended up getting approved for the one I fell in love with. After realizing that the monthly cost may not have been something that I looked forward to, it worked out for the better because I ended up with a car that I LOVE and my insurance rates went down due to all of the car's safety features. If I could relive the experience at this dealership with Ramon, Danny and Kevin.. I would hands down! Oh, and the coffee isn't half bad either. Thank you for Suburban Ford for selling me my very 1st "Up to the Year" vehicle on a finance. Not only do I get to ride in style and safety, I get to build credit.... This was my 2015 gift to myself. To show my appreciation and came back to the dealership today to finalize my choice and brought a different family member along who also got approved for a vehicle and she is extremely satisfied. I was looking for a new lease vehicle and was having some trouble finding a dealer that would help me terminate the lease on my current vehicle, an Escape, without charging me an astronomical amount of money. Thank God for NORM STERN! Within 48 hours not only was I in a brand new, GORGEOUS Ford Explorer but, the monthly payment was not much more than I was already paying for my Escape! Norm was friendly, professional and FAST! This is how car buying ought to be, truly! The finance department took care of my online credit application immediately and JENNIFER was super efficient...no waiting around for documents to be printed, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Norm Stern. I so appreciate how fast and hassle free this experience was. My days are packed with family and work obligations and the last thing I had time for (on Halloween, no less!) was leasing a new vehicle BUT, this entire experience was smooth, smooth, smooth! I was very happy both with the truck and the service. Rob did not question me or blow me off when I asked to take a test drive in the truck prior to purchasing. He grabbed the keys and immediately assisted me. He was not pushy with the purchase or any paperwork. I felt as though it was 100% my decision instead of feeling pushed into like other dealers I have dealt with. Upon finding a few issues with the truck Rob made sure to keep in touch with me and scheduled a service appointment for me, to get the repairs completed in a short amount of time. Upon diagnosis of the issue the parts were ordered. As soon as they came in Dave in service contacted me to set up an appointment and got me in that same day to finish all repairs. Upon pickup of the vehicle the washer fluid reservoir was completely empty and the new oil change sticker had not been placed in the truck but those are very small accidents. Overall I was completely satisfied and not only will be servicing my truck at Suburban Ford, I will absolutely buy another vehicle both from Suburban Ford and Rob.

Went in on a Friday and was in my new Fusion on Monday! My requests were really only two things...I wanted my payments to come down on my lease and silver was the color. The car wasn't on the lot but Tom Tatu had it there by Monday and I was very happy! I also appreciated the fact that I wasn't pressured to add to the cost of the lease either. It was presented to me in a professional manner and when I said , No thank you," we moved on to signing the agreement. This made my buying experience very pleasurable. I came back to Suburban because they've always taken good care of my vehicle when it needed maintenance and they are close to work and home.

Came in on Saturday to check out an Explorer or Edge. We spoke with Sam and gave him a list of features and he brought 3 vehicles for us to look over. The third one was the one we wanted. Usually I don't do reviews... but I just had a "great" Dealership experience at Suburban Ford of Waterford and they deserve a compliment. I took my truck in for routine service and my Service Advisor Ashlee had it written up, took my phone number and directed me to the coffee in just a few minutes. While the service was being done I met with Tom Tatu to buy another vehicle I had been leasing. Tom is in Sales, easy going, professional and had everything ready. Next it was on to Chris Herrera a Business Manager, to sign the documents which only took a couple of minutes when I rec'd a text from Ashlee that my truck was ready and on to billing in the service dept. Once again all the paperwork was ready and the bill reasonable. They accepted payment with a smile and a thank you! My truck was waiting right out the door and I was on my way to work. I'd have to say, being in the Service Industry as a business owner myself, I was impressed. Thanks to all of you.

I bought my C-Max from Suburban Ford in Waterford initially because I wanted to find out if the Costco discount was as good as the prices I had been quoted by other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised when that price was not only good, but significantly better than what I had been quoted elsewhere. Joe Mellinger, my salesperson, knew all about the car and was able to answer all my questions. And they had what I wanted in stock. So this was a slam dunk buying decision. Later when there was a miscommunication regarding a service update, I sent a message to the service manager. He took that to heart and went well out of his way to make sure that my problem was resolved to my satisfaction and with the least possible effort on my part. I will be back!

Earns the name "Stealership" when it comes to trade in values. Brought in a vehicle they claimed would need $500.00 in repairs before they could resell - offered $3,000 less than the "Fair" trade in condition. Along with other justifications, they actually tried to convince me that the reduced price was to cover a bumper to bumper warranty to the next owner! Why would anyone gift a warranty to a stranger? Why didn't I get this phantom warranty the last time I bought a used car from them? I have purchased a number of new and used vehicles from this dealer over the past 15 years. It's hit or miss with these guys... mostly miss. Know your trade in value and do your research before you step into this facility!

Our experience was fantastic! Laurie Moses was our salesperson. She went above and beyond. She actually had our vehicle delivered to us....all the way in the UP, on a weekend!! Talk about customer service. Everything was handled over the phone and through email. All we had to do when the vehicle arrived was sign some paperwork. Purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion. Originally looked went to find a Ford Focus, which was on their website on a Saturday, but the car had been sold. However, my wife and I went to look at other vehicles, and the Fusion was a choice we made. The salesman was knowledgable, and not pushy. We made the choice and the car was prepped and ready for delivery.

I Took My 2002 Ford Escape In About Aug, 2012 For A Recall About Acceleration Lines or What Not & They Made It Worse. Thank God My Certified Mechanic Fixed The Problem or I Could Have Crashed. I WILL NEVER Go To SFofW For Repairs Ever Again..! They Half-Assed My Car & I Could Have Died..!

After talking to the salesman the night before, I set a time to look at a SUV the next day at 1:00 pm only to drive hour an a 1/2 , to tell me the SUV was sold the same night t talk to me, he could have call me to let me know it was sold. I would never buy from someone, who would waste my time like that.

Walked Into The Dealership & Was Greeted By Mark Ninomiya. He Was Very Friendly, & Even Though I Was Test Driving (Soon To Buy A Vehicle), I Didn't Feel Pressured. He Didn't Tell Me What I Should Get, Instead He Agreed With Me On What I Want. I Am Very Proud To Have Found This Dealership Where EVERYONE Treats You Like Family.!!
