My first time buyers experience was such a relief at Sullivan Buick GMC . Stetson Clark was amazing I’m not hassling me, listening to what i was looking for , and really went to bat for me getting me my first car . He’s personal & very nice and isn’t just trying to sell you something that’s not for you. The GM there was just as nice and spoke to me as any old friend . Every service since has been remarkable . I 10/10 recommend Sullivan Buick GMC

Typical dealership, nothing but lies. Advised Rachael more than 4 times that I had negative in my trade, poor credit, and no money to put down. She said “no problem, we have approved financing, will take care of the negative in your trade, and you don’t have to put any money down. No shocker that when I arrive to the dealership they tell me I need at least $2500 down in order to get any of their new cars, even the most inexpensive car. No shocker also, Rachael told me I’d get a mid level SUV and not their smallest and least expensive SUV. Unless you have a credit score of 700+ and a few thousand to put down, avoid this place and their false advertising. But again, this is typical dealership moves. I wish I could share the texts between me and Rachael, but unfortunately google won’t allow.

The Service Writer, Matt A., was efficient and respectful. Everything went very well. All services were completed. I had complimentary coffee and a muffin while I waited. My Buick was ready in under 2 hours and I was on my way. Thank you Sullivan Buick.

One of the best truck buying experiences ever. A helpful staff that answered all of our questions with ease and communicated our options clearly. They worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied and confident with our purchase. We would highly recommend GMC and this dealership.

Best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. No stress or worries about anything and no regrets in our purchase. The salesman went above and beyond to help us! I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment for sure!

Michele is one of the best service advisors I have ever encountered in my life. She is not only friendly and out going but the lady knows her stuff and understands completely when I tell her I need something done ASAP. I was amazed at how quickly your shop was able to replace the torque convertor in my van. Our van is used every day to get our 6 kids back and forth to school. Without it was taking two vehicles to get them back and forth to school. I brought it in on a Tuesday morning after taking them to school. Michele called me late Wednesday afternoon and said it was ready. I just about fell out of my chair. Thank you Michele and the guys in the shop for outstanding service!

Compared Toyota Avalon to Buick Lacrosse. Both great cars. Tony Phillips and Dave Knight made us such a great deal we chose the Lacrosse. They were so friendly, helpful, gracious and willing to do whatever they could to earn our business. We look forward to a pleasurable continuing relationship are recommending them to our friends!

2014 GMC Denali Acadia in for regular oil change, lubrication and tire rotation. Michelle pointed out 4 recalls to do and then called back with discovered AC Freon leak which was covered by Warranty. Great service to get all things done in one visit. Brian Hitching Post of Ocala, Inc

I travelled 100+ miles to purchase a vehicle from Sullivan as an internet purchase and I was not disappointed. In fact, everything went so well I really have to commend my sales agent and General Manager with the way they built my deal. The process of doing the paperwork and picking up the vehicle went smoothly without any glitches. I highly recommend this dealership and their personnel.

On 7/13/12 I with my wife purchased a new GMC Sierra from this dealership. In my 40 plus years of buying new and used vehicles, this is without doubt the most positive experience I have ever had with any dealership. I highly recommend Mr. Sullivan as he went way out of his way to accommodate our needs and desires in all areas, especially in financial. Both my wife and I are disabled, and here too, the people at Mr. Sullivan's dealership were outstanding in addressing our needs.
