I started researching this particular vehicle online, I requested a test drive thru the online system. Jessica reached out me within 24 hours to schedule to come in. When I arrived I was greeted multiple times, all the staff were very friendly. Jessica came out and told me I would be working with Vin and introduced us. Vin was very friendly and accommodating. The dealer did not have the vehicle I was looking for but one similar, we went for a test drive, came back in and told him exactly what I wanted. They located a vehicle, we negotiated and the deal was done. This all happened on a Monday and I was able to pick it up on Wednesday. The day of pick up couldn't have went any smoother. All the paperwork was ready for me, the vehicle was detailed and clean as could be. First time seeing it and it was perfect. After signing all the paperwork Vin took me around the dealership to meet the auto body shop, service, etc. All which were very friendly! Then Vin took me outside to show me all the new features and to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Told me if I needed anything or had any questions to reach out to him. If he didn't hear from me he would be contacting me in a couple days just to see how everything was going. I would highly recommend Vin and the North West Hills Dealership, smoothest process I've ever had working with a dealer and delighted that everyone there was so nice and friendly. Glad I gave them a chance.

Sales rep was great, but the process was not. The back and forth of the sales rep to the sales manager to discuss the pricing was annoying and what could have been a 10 minute conversation turned out to be me sitting at the sales rep desk for 2+hrs. Ultimately when the sales manager came over (2 hrs later), he was not completely clear and upfront about the price, how my trade was working, etc. I asked for the actual price of the car multiple times, but all I kept getting was down payment and monthly pmt. The closing of the purchase however was great. The sales rep knew I had to be in and out quickly, and he made sure to line everything up so we could accomplish that. He was knowledgeable about the car and made everything smooth.

Worked with Vin Kjersgarrd for second time in past few years. No pressure no hype just plain and simple down and clear facts on vehicle i was interested in purchasing.Vin and staff actually felt it may be bad idea to go from one vehicle type to another unless I at least did a lateral move. Needed a work truck for my business fast and other dealerships made the financing end of it complicated and could not provide reasonable interest rates. In addition Northwest Hills had a better selection of vehicles available at the dealership to choose from compared to other local dealerships. Was able to find what I was looking for and get it fast. Vin Kjersgaard is a very polite and knowledgeable person to deal with. He had all answers to all my questions and then some. Very good at what he does. Darren Schwartz was also very polite and knowledgeable of his job. Help me out with no problems. Overall I had a great experience buying my new Camaro from this dealership!! My only issue was I thought for the amount of money I spent on car it could have been a little more cleaner! Inside Windows had streaks and rear window wasn't even cleaned. Also door jams and rims.

Dealership attempted to sell a used car with 4 different tires on the vehicle. When they were told about it the used car manger said it was safe with 4 different tires on the vehicle, and they would not replace the tires. After telling him how unsafe if was while standing in the showroom with others customers in the the showroom the used car manger said rhey would replace the tires. After buying a total of 4 vehicles from the Sullivan's dealerships i think I would never buy another vehicle from them again.

This was by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I told them my down payment and what I wanted to pay per month and within an hour and a half I owned my 2010 RS Camaro. They gave me a fair trade value for my car and they only saw a picture of it. Josh Acuna, our salesman, was great to work with and wasn't trying to push us into anything like typical sales people I've dealt with in the past. My wife's lease is up in March and we don't plan on working with any other dealership. And if Josh is still there, he will definitely be the one we work with!!!

My time with Lindsey at Northwest Hills was great, she made everything easy to understand for me (a first time buyer) and made sure I understood everything before leaving. I had issues with my Denali since I purchased in in September 2015. I brought it in to the service department immediately for work to be done and from there it has been nothing but issue after issue. After several months of back and for with the service department, sales manager and one owner, they agreed to a buy back with GMC. After I let them know I was not comfortable going into a same type vehicle I previously purchased, they demanded, I returned the loaner that they agreed I could driver, due to the safety issues they could not fix in may SUV until I get a new car and that they would not move forward with the deal.When I explained to them that this was not acceptable and that they were putting my family in danger both sales managers stated the owner said he did not care, I needed to figure it out on my own.I had to take a car that they documented was unsafe for the road out of their lot and return a car they said was safe. When I brought the SUV home I noticed the side step in the passenger side was loose and could come of at any time when I drive it.The dealership is not worth mine or anyone else is business. They are civil if you do what they want. I do not trust them at all. I have heard about dealerships giving people a hard time but not to the extend or magnitude that this dealership has. I can not believe the positive reports give.

I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Silverado 2500HD LTZ. I worked with Josh Root as the sales professional. Josh was great at being patient with me as I decided and test drove several trucks and asked lots of questions. In the end I decided on one they had on the lot. Josh worked with me to get the deal that I wanted with Roger Rathbun. After the deal was done there were several outstanding options that needed to be completed that I wanted. Both Josh and Roger ordered the equipment and had it there a few days later. They arranged for a loaner truck for my use while mine was in the shop being taken care of for a few days. They checked in with me and Josh personally made sure everything was completed as I had requested. Roger called me to inform me that a recall from GM had just come out and that he would make sure that was completed before they gave the truck back to me as well. I had a question concerning the loan about a week after I made the purchase, after I left a voice mail I wondered if he would return the call since the deal was done and over with. Darren Schwartz quickly returned my voice mail and answered my questions. I was completely happy with my new purchase experience to date! Thank you Josh.

My mother-in-law's month old Certified Pre-owned 2011 Tahoe with 44k took seven tries to start and then it ran rough and wouldn't go faster than 10 to 20 mph. I called Sullivan's (the dealer she bought it from is too far away), they took it in and Ralph called me when they couldn't reproduce the same issues. Based on the codes in the system he said they would replace a couple of relays and make sure the electrical connections were clean and protected with dielectric grease. I told him I thought it was bigger than that, that it was a safety issue and wanted to see if the throttle position sensor was bad. He felt it wasn't and said they would leave it at the relays. When he called later to let me know it was ready he let me know that he went back and reviewed the issues as I described and ended up replacing the throttle body. All the work was done under warranty and I couldn't be happier. NICE JOB RALPH!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cory and Vin were an unbeatable duo. All the dealers near me like to waste time and go back and forth so I found a truck I liked and submitted an inquiry to northwest hills GMC. Cory contacted me first thing in the morning and it was smooth sailing from there. He introduced me to Vin and we had a deal done in less than 3 hours over phone/text. They even gave me extremely fair value for a trade, all over the phone and through pictures(I sent as detailed pictures as I could). This dealer has their staff really trained well. You can tell simply by how smooth each step went. They were able to register the car for NY and pay the taxes for me(they collected them from me and did they rest). We got on the ferry from Long Island the next day to pick up the car. Vin was nice enough to come to work on his day off and even stay late! He even wanted to explain each part of the car, but we had to catch the ferry back to NY.All in all, I don't think you can find a better car buying experience. A+ to Cory, Vin, and the entire team at Northwest hills.

For the second year in a row we paid a visit to the folks at Northwest Hills dealerships to replace our vehicle. Last year my wife took possession of a 2015 Jeep Patriot Latitude on a lease. Corrine Markey, our sales person was wonderful on that transaction and led us to lease a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT this year. We were warmly greeted by Jack Olson our salesman. He was patient with us throughout the sales process which was helpful as we just had a new baby a month earlier. Northwest Hills even paid off my 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt loan which made the lease of the 2016 Cruze possible. Two years in a row they have met or exceeded our expectations. Vin Kjersgaard is one of the best sale personnel I have had the pleasure of doing business with. His knowledge of the product was outstanding. Looking for a second hand vehicle is very stressful checking the internet for weeks.. Found two I was interested in and decided to give Northwest Hills a call. Spoke with Vin Kjersgaard who scheduled an appointment with me on his day off. Vin was extremely professional, no high sales pressure which would have pushed me away. Spent approx. 3 hours with me that day trying both vehicles and going over everything about the vehicles and made me very comfortable. I responded to a call about turning in my leased 2013 Silverado early and getting a 2015 Silverado. I talked to the sales man several times on the phone and thru emails. I made it very clear that the payment had to stay the same. I have it in a email. I go into the dealer do the test drive and then sit down to do the paper work, he has the payment over 100. Dollars more a month. Then he tried to tried to down size me from a crew cab to a extra cab. This is when I left. I reached out to his manager explained my experience to him. I was a assured he would get back to me. I had to call him back two days later and he made excuses then said I must of been confused of what truck he was talking about. The salesman sent me pic of a crew cab and did a test drive in a crew cab no confusion. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Three weeks later I did the same deal for four dollars more a month with another dealer.

Would it be a car an SUV or a truck my wife and I were really not sure. Vin Kjersgaard took the time to show us and educate us on no less than 6 different Vehicles, his knowledge was exemplary . Then we test drove three. After three hours with us Vin who always appeared to be as excited as we were about the possibility of a new vehicle in our family, really allowed us to be comfortable and make the best choice for us a Buick Encore. But the color we wanted was not on the lot. No problem what so ever Vin told us. They located my wife's dream car and within three days we were driving out of the lot with a beautifully detailed emasculate Encore. The entire experience was wonderful . Cautious optimism is always the best a customer can hope for when searching for a second hand vehicle. On July 16, 2015, I bought a 2008 Dodge Dakota truck from salesman, Vin E. Kjersgaard. As a salesman, he was superb, attending to all aspects of the sale with absolute professionalism. Indeed his engaging personality was also stellar. He was able to personalize any questions or concerns, assuaging any doubts that we might have had about purchasing this old truck. At first sight of this rather dirty, tired looking vehicle, I was temporarily appalled. However, I did like its configuration and the sound of its dusty old engine and the thought that it had the potential as a personal transporter for my needs in years to come. FIRST TASK: clean up the bloody mess! That said, Vin guided it through a series of "cleanliness adjustments"(Jay) and I suspect, legal, mechanical evaluations. One week later, after finalizing the sales transaction with Darren Schwartz ( financial guy), my wife and I were flabbergasted when we saw the astounding results of a masterful cleanup of that truck. It was beautiful! The "beast" had been transformed into the "beauty." And the engine was sparkling. Though I heard it before, now I could SEE it; it actually had parts that looked practically new. After 25 years of owning Japanese automobiles, switching to GMC represented, for me, a significant change and source of anxiety. The product is what brought me into the dealership but having dealt with all the staff from my sales consultant, to the business manager to the service manager, I was impressed. I have purchased several new vehicles in the past elsewhere, but my experience at Sullivan's surpasses those. Vin, especially worked very hard to satisfy my requests locating just the vehicle I wanted from elsewhere. At delivery, it was spotless and meticulously prepared. I felt I was dealt with fairly and competently in what was a low stress and low pressure experience. In addition to the excellent staff, the facility itself is first rate. After driving the Viper for 10 years, I finally found another car to love - the 2015 z06 Corvette convertible. Because it is new model and had not even been built yet, trying to find a dealer who would honestly tell me when and how I could order one was not easy. After going to several other local dealers and being given some pretty inaccurate information, I found Sullivan Northwest Hills Chevrolet. From the first meeting, my wife and I felt that we were dealing with folks who were honest and straightforward (which is the only way to sell a car these days with the amount of internet information available to the buyer). We were introduced to Vin Kjersgaard, a lover of all things Corvette, who explained that the dealership had just one allocation for the new Corvette convertible and if we wanted it, we should reserve it (and that we could always cancel the order if we changed our mind. No pressure, just information). Vin walked us through building "my" car and when I picked it up today, it was exactly as promised. From our initial meeting through the financing and final delivery, the folks at Sullivan Northwest Hills were forthright, accessible, and people of their word. Highly recommend them

I would like to first point out that Vin was an awesome salesmen when we purchased the vehicle! He kept us in the loop on everything going on and we had a very smooth delivery. It was a little bit disappointing to go in the dealership and have him talk to me without even knowing who I was not even a month later. This is my third car purchase and I felt a lot like a dollar sign instead of an actual person after that.My real problem is with the service department. I declined the extended warranty offered along the advice of many people wiser than me, including many Subaru mechanics. I was very glad that I did that considering when I brought my car in with a very apparent rattling the techs at NW Hills "could not hear anything." I left and heard the car rattling right away. I returned my car two days later and got a loaner vehicle. This was by far the worst loaner vehicle I have ever encountered. It was damaged, interior was stained, and it had a terrible smell. The tech's "thought" they "fixed" the issue on my car. I can't believe that a dealership would allow a customer to leave with the "assumption" not known fact that the issue is fixed. I own the fact that I bought a used, non-certified car from this dealership, but I do believe that if you do not have techs capable of working on out-of-brand cars, you need to send the vehicle to a dealership that does. Which, I would like to add, I was told would always be the case when they were trying to sell the warranty to me. Because of the very incompetent service department and the frustration I experienced because of them, I will never return to this dealership again.

Vin and the entire team at NWH listened to my leased vehicle situation and were determined to help. The entire process was low pressure high impact. Each of the other team members, including the owner, all made it a point to stop by and say hello and to make sure my needs were being addressed in the best way possible. The staff at this dealership demonstrates professionalism and courtesy and makes the purchase experience a pleasant one. There were no maudlin attempts to ingratiate themselves or to attempt to strong-arm or embarrass you into making the purchase. I purchased an 04 GMC Sierra 2500 from Sullivan northwest hills dealership. It was a good price and Corey my salesperson did a very nice job. However the truck I purchased never passed inspection the entire time I owned it. It started having issues two dates later ( speedometer gauge cluster, exaust manifold leak, very loud transmission wine on the highway. I was also told that it had a brand new $600 break job. After having my local mechanic look the truck over he said it was cobbed together and there was no way the breaks were new the pads were down to the wear sensors. The used car manager was crass and rude when I presented them with the issue. I even offered to pay for the parts my self. Please steer clear of this dealership they'll sell you a car and do a nice job of that but don't stand behind it. Bad businnes

We saw a used truck online. We did Northwest HIlls' online estimate for our trade-in. The numbers were great -- about $6500 lower than Rodman Ford for a nearly identical vehicle. We drove the 2 hours and the final price was within $200 of the online estimate. No pressure to finance through the dealership so they'd get a cut. No pressure for add-ons. We arrived, the truck was clean and ready for us to drive, no multiple trips to the "manager" making us sit for 15-20 minutes at a time. Easy, easy, easy.They are even handling the registration in Massachusetts for us. (Still waiting for the paperwork, but it's only been Saturday to Thursday.) Again, easy!Oh yeah -- Vin is a car guy. My husband is a car guy. They chatted tracks and racing and their fast cars while waiting for the numbers. Always a plus to talk to car guys.

I recently leased my second GMC Terrain from Northwest Hills dealership. I went back to this dealership a second time because the deal was effortless the first time around. This time was no different. I requested an internet quote (I live an hour away) on a terrain and I quickly received an email from Cory Giordano. From there we spoke on the phone and I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and financially. I wasn't in any rush since my old lease wasn't up until May. However, Cory ended up giving me a deal I couldn't refuse. Cory also made arrangements for me to have a loaner car when I turned in my old lease so I wouldn't have to come down twice. He listened to my wants and needs and gave me everything I had asked for and more! Vin Kjersgaard was the salesperson that the deal went over to. He was very pleasant and on his day off came up to Massachusetts to register my new vehicle for me. He even made plans to meet me the next day to give me my new lease. Vin has also called to check in on me and my new vehicle. The staff at this dealership have been so accommodating, caring, trustworthy, open and very personable that I will be letting others know that they should give Sullivan's Northwest Hills dealership a "look see". From the initial interaction in the dealer parking lot all the way to the new vehicle pick-up Dave offered polite and professional service. He took as much time as we needed with questions and guided us around the car as we looked at everything. Most notable to us was the pressure free way in which Dave communicated with us. From there Dave led the way through every step of the process, always ready and willing. Also notable to us was our experience with Darren. Your pretty nervous with all the paperwork and all that comes at you when you close, but Darren provided both a professional and thorough explanation of everything in a very relaxed atmosphere, again taking as much time as we needed. I could say I regularly pass Northwest Hills Dealership, I occasionally drive through the lot to admire the GM Vehicles as new ones arrive. As I was passing a couple days ago I spotted the 2015 Canyon and to my surprise saw it was an All Terrain. Had to get out for a look and I nstantly loved it just by a quick peak. As I struggled to look away Vin (sales) started the truck with the remote start and was kind enough to let me and my girlfriend take it for a quick ride. It was great that someone who is as much into autos as I am was there to tell me all about the truck. Vin wasn't pushy nor did he talk to much. He was polite. Let us talk and got to know each other pretty quickly. We went inside, Vin offered us coffe and snacks. The crunching of numbers was very easy going and although I had some pretty specific terms I wished to be met, Vin and his team achieved the task of getting me to where I wanted to be with my trade in and payments. I'd reccomend anyone looking into getting a new or used vehicle to visit Northwest Hills and the crew who took care of me. I look forward to returning for service or even, further, future transactions. Overall a great experience to drive off in a great new truck.

We worked with Vin to purchase a good used Subaru. Vin was prompt, engaging, knowledgeable and always available to help. The staff was friendly and accommodating and generally easy to work with. Our only frustration is with the pervasive fluidity of pricing practices of auto dealerships.

I recently purchase a car from this dealship and they didn't not tell me about my visor for my sun roof was Broken and also the told me the car was check by they cerifed mechanic and not even a week later my brakes want out I need rotors and brakes and when I call the dealerships back they told me I had to bring my car back to the dealership and that was over 1300 miles and they also charge me a 200.00 fee for vin being hide and never told me it was options about that feature I would never recommend this car dealership to no one at all

Absolutely an exceptional experience with Dave and Howard in sales and wow, what a phenomenal car! If you like great driving cars, check out the new CTS and ATS. Seriously! This is the second vehicle that I purchased from NWH and cannot say enough good things about the staff or the car. In July, Pat in service gave me a loaner CTS while my truck was in for service. It all started with Pat! I thought it was an interesting car and considered buying a new one. I never thought I would be interested in a Cadillac, or anything other than a German car. I did a lot of research and saw that all of the reviews, including the Consumer Reports video review (search for it), raved about this car's ride, handling and power. They said it was hands down better than a BMW or Mercedes! I therefore knew what to expect, or so I thought... This car far exceeds my expectations. It is exceptional!Dave Paolino worked with me on configuring and ordering the car. Dave is a a great guy, reserved but friendly. He has a great attitude and listened to what I was looking for. I enjoyed the ordering process while Dave kept me calm with his subtle sense of humor while waiting for the car to be built. It would be an understatement to say I was anxious. Prior to deciding on NWH I checked out several other dealerships including BMW and Porsche but decided I wanted to do business with Dave - somebody I felt comfortable with and liked. I would definitely buy another car or truck from Dave and NWH.Kudos to Dave, Howard, Pat and the staff at NWH. These guys get a 10 in my book.

I recently purchased a slightly used 2011 Equinox, through the assistance of Vin Kjersgaard. Overall I must say I could not be happier with both the Vehicle & the services NWH has provided. Vin was absolute with ANY help he could provide. They have delivered an impecable vehicle and in my opinion they hold an impecable reputation. Most important to me was the ability to stand up to what they had promised....The Salesman I delt with was Vin K. & I felt he was very open, honest and fair throughout the purchase. Taking the time to show us alternate vehicles (from other dealers) within a 50-75 mile radius to prove that in fact NWH DID have the best deal out there. I had a rental car when I showed up, and they were nice enough to allow me to leave it with them....I left in a new car & they returned my rental the following day. I bought my 2010 Acadia from Sullivan's new. I have had it in there two times to fix steering problems. I lost the ability to steer Wednesday on Rte 44 in traffic. Thank god no one was hurt.GMC is aware there is a problem ( it is all over the internet) and not willing to fix it, but what is making matters worse is the dealership is aware and says "it is not covered " What happened to standing by your product? Unacceptable to have a woman, a wife, a mother driving her car and completely losing the ability to steer in traffic. I will no longer recommend GMC Acadia to anyone nor the dealership until they can stand by their product.cc: Better Business / Facebook and twitter

I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali from Northwest Hills. It is the third vehicle that I have purchased from the dealership and the second vehicle I have bought through Dave Paolino. A car purchase does not rate high on my excitability factor. I loved my Jeep and making the decision to purchase a new one was not an easy one for me. I started the process by securing my own financing and narrowing down my options. I scoured over multiple dealers' inventory and selected two that had what I was looking for. Dave Paolino responded to my general inquiry regarding inventory promptly and after business hours. The original vehicle I was interested in was sold before I made it in. After a few emails Dave and I set up a meeting. I arrived 15 minutes early and Dave was preparing for our meeting by pulling a vehicle to the front. The 2012 Jeep Liberty was love at first sight. I test drove that and another just to be certain. Dave hit the nail one the head with his first selection for me. He was a good jockey during negotiation and thought outside of the box to reach a mutually beneficial platform. He even suggested I try their financing options believing they could beat my rates. I did and they did! For these reasons I found Dave to be professional and competent. What earns him exemplary status however was his diligence and commitment to follow through when faced with adversity. It's a real testament to his character. It took a week longer than anticipated to get into my vehicle. I had no option but understanding because Dave proactively checked in daily until I was in my vehicle. I work hard to earn a living and I prefer to support local businesses and hard working individuals. In summary I love my new Jeep and I would highly recommend Dave to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle.

We were offered additional options and warranties though the usual high pressure to purchase was absent at NWH. Very Poor service, charges for what should be warranty work, damaged vehicle and in the end could not fix vehicle said there is nothing more we can do. You don't give up on a customer, It was a 2012 vehicle and under warranty when brought in with a problem and was told because of the paper trail warranty wont be a problem. Very disappointed...

We were shopping for a used truck that would meet our business and family needs. We took a ride through the lot and noticed a GMC that was similar to what we were looking for. We stopped by the truck to have a closer look. Vin came out and met us and asked us a few questions about what we were looking for. He was very pleasant. He was not pushy towards us. We appreciate this quality in a salesmen. He offered us a test drive but we declined as it was Saturday and we were on our way elsewhere with our young daughter. We told him we would come in on Monday. He politely asked us what time we would like to come in. We agreed on 2:00. He gave both of us his business card and said he would see us Monday. When we came back Monday he promptly greeted us and we went for a test ride. He was organized and ready to go when we showed up. The truck was clean and fueled when we test drove it. Vin was very friendly and we were comfortable doing business with him. He displayed quick and great communication skills with us. We put a deposit on the truck Monday and picked it up Tuesday evening. Vin spent a good amount of time going over details of the truck with us on Tuesday and showed us where the parts and service department was located. We had an overall great experience with the Dealership and Vin. Darren was also very helpful and polite with the purchase of the vehicle and details. We are very pleased with the truck and staff that we dealt with at Northwest Hills. Thank You

I saw an ad on the Internet for a used 2003 tahoe. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Vin. He took me out to the lot to look at the truck and then a test ride. After explaining my situation to him he took all my info as well as my co-signer and went to work on my deal. It came to light that there were a few complications and Rob then went to work on getting my loan approved with a different bank then the original bank we started with. Over all I was pleased with there service and willingness to help get my deal done. I think it would have been nice had the service dept not charged me almost ten dollars so that I could have a second key for the truck made when I picked it up and found that there was only one key for it. Although I felt a bit better when Vin told me that I could bring the truck back to have the rug cleaned up more free of charge.

From the moment I sent an on-line inquiry regarding the GMC Acadia, Northwest Hills was responsive. In particular, Vin Kjersgaard called me on his day off to schedule an appointment with me. When my wife and I arrived, Vin was in a meeting, but his colleague, David Paolino, greeted us and spent over 45 minutes of his time going over the vehicle and taking us on a test drive. When we came back, we were offered coffee and sat down with Vin and subsequently agreed on a price which we felt comfortable with. We noted a couple of items that needed to be addressed and Vin was quick to resolve them without fuss. The week of pick-up was disrupted several times due to weather and circumstances but all the while Vin ensured that the vehicle was clean and ready for delivery. When we arrived for pick-up, Vin spent about 1 1/2 hours patiently going over all the features of the vehicle again, even helping us set up our On-Star account and Bluetooth for our phones. He then gave us a tour of the entire facility, introducing us to key members of the service team. The day after pick-up we thought of and noticed a couple items that had been overlooked (after all, buying a car is not something we do frequently). But, after I called Vin and discussed it with him, he was quick to respond to our satisfaction. Throughout the process, Vin was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and not pushy. I would be proud to recommend him.

After a lot of research and internet vehicle comparisons my wife and I stopped in at the Northwest Hills Dealership to take a close look at a 2014 Malibu. Jessie quickly greeted us and reviewed the various models and options available. Based on recent bad experiences at other dealerships, I was not looking forward to car shopping but Jessie quickly made me feel very at ease. I found Jessie to be very professional and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and at no time felt under any pressure to make a decision quickly. Unfortunately, there were no 2014 Malibu's available for a test drive but Jessie said he would arrange to get a car for my test drive. I got a call from Jessie the next business day that he had a car for me to try out. After a long test drive, I was convinced I wanted a 2014 Malibu 2LT and Jessie quickly found two cars with options similar to what I wanted. Jessie took care of everything, including arranging a very low rate loan, contacting my insurance company and even arranging to transfer plates on-hold at the DMV. He also arranged for me to get the car with dealer plates until the DMV could make the plate transfer.The car was ready for pickup in a few days and was exactly what a new car should look like. It was spotless inside and out and it even had a full tank of gas. Jessie took the time to make sure I understood all the features on the car and assisted with its setup.I also had the pleasure to deal with Darren who went over all the paperwork. He explained some of the options available for extended warranties/services and let me make the decision based on my needs. This was an unexpected relief as my last experience at another dealership involved a lot of high pressure sales to try to convince me to agree to add-on services. I think we were done with all the paperwork in less than ten minutes.I definitely recommend the Northwest Hills Dealership if you are considering a car purchase.

All made my purchasing experience a very good one. There was one item that needed repair prior to taking delivery. Jessie assured me that it would be taken care of and that the vehicle would be detailed and ready for me to take delivery on the date agreed to. As promised the vehicle was ready for me, the one issue had been repaired, detaied and ready as promised. So far I am very satisfied with the vehicle and must say that my overall purchasing of this vehicle more than met my expectations. I would give the folks at N.W. Dave was an exceptional salesperson . He was knowledgable, highly professional with great follow through . Helpful in enabling me to make a decision with facts and answered all my questions. You can tell he is on top of his game . Made the entire experience a pleasure and most inportantly took the time to understand my needs so the entire process of selecting , buying and arranging to pick up the car was highly efficient. Finally after I purchased the car and arrived to pick it up , Dave was prepared to answer all my final questions and walk me through features so that I didn't need to spend downtime with the operators manual once I arrived at my home. After all this several days later he followed with a call to make sure everything was OK and answer any questions that I might have had at that time. One final note , prior to retiring to the Berkshires, i lived in Greenwich Ct where the car sales competion is much different and the buyers , I think it is fair to say , are considerably more demanding . In that environment the sales people have to be superb since you can move to Dealers down the road in Fairfield Ct ,Darien Ct, Wilton Ct , White Plains NY etc, if your saleperson in let's say Greenwich is substandard or fails to meet your expectations/needs. Having purchased several Mercedes', BMW's and Toyota Full Size SUV's in that environment I would put Dave in the category of the best salesmen I have been exposed to , especially since he is just getting started in this new career ( although until he mentioned that he was relatively new to the profession I would have never known). Oh, by the way I was so happy with the Chevy purchase, I returned several weeks later and purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Dave as well.

I travelled to Northwest Hills dealerships because they had vehicles that were not available in western Mass. Vin took the time to show me any vehicle I wanted to see. He sensed that I wasn't thrilled with any of the vehicles I had test driven and directed me to a car that he thought would be a better fit for me. I hadn't really considered that model before, but I liked it right away. I would likely have gotten a better deal in Massachusetts, but I probably would not have gotten the right car for me. Overall, this was a great experience. We have been searching for our next car for over a year and have visited many dealerships and wholesalers. We had a very specific car in mind including options. I found this particular car on cars.com and there was not even a photo of it posted yet, just mileage and a few particulars. When I came to see the car, it was very raw and I was told it needed a transmission. Since I had lost the last three previous cars we were ready to buy, it asked to put a deposit on it and was told that I could and if the transmission was not fixed to my liking, or if the scratch repair on the door was not done well enough, I could have my deposit back. This gave me the confidence to move forward with the sale. At the end of the day, when Vin called and said that the car was ready, it was and looked great. It drove well and was now certified (not part of the original agreement). That was definitely a plus. They went through the car and replaced the rear brake pads and rotors. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received from everyone at the dealership. I would absolutely recommend others to shop at Northwest Hills. Not everything went as smooth as it could have, but I consider how a dealer handles the "bumps" when making my choice to buy a car. The Nav DVD had gotten scratched but I had seen it work on our test drive but it would not load when I picked up the car. Without me asking, they ordered a new DVD. Also, I had switched from transferring my Mass plates to this car to getting a whole new registration in CT. Fortunately, this was handled very well and they did not make me feel like I was being a pain in the neck, when I kind of was. The only thing that could have been done better would be to have a more formal "quote" available to send electronically to spell out the incidentals that go with the purchase. At the end of the day, we got exactly the car we wanted, for a few thousand less than others we saw, and we were approved for financing at a much better rate than we thought possible with our credit.

Unlike many people, I dread buying a new car. It usually means saying hello to a car payment I have been happily living without. And I'm not a fan of investing money in cars - it's a losing proposition, so I can be a pretty reluctant customer and I have no patience with sales pressure. I researched vehicles for about three months prior to contacting a dealer and it was Jessie Santiago that answered the phone when I called. I told him what I was looking to accomplish (and that I wasn't overly thrilled about it, either) and within the week, I was driving the new 2014 GMC Acadia that meets all of the needs of my business - and it didn't break the bank. Jessie introduced me to several of the other team members who all had occasion to assist me in one way or another and I have no reservation in stating that everyone at this dealer is committed to customer satisfaction - not just customer service, but satisfaction. This dealer is a bit of a distance from where I live, but I won't hesitate to return and to recommend NWH to others in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle.

I purchased a brand new 2013 Cadillac SRX Performance Edition AWD. It started with less than 200 miles and again with less than 3000 miles. The engine is defective as the service manager informs us, the cylinder head must be replaced, they did not tell us the true problem the first time that it was due to the defective engine, cylinder head and allowed my wife to continue to drive this vehicle which placed her and myself in a very dangerous situation. The cylinder head engine defect on the 2013 SRX 3.6 AWD sucked water and coolant into the engine, rust is around that area now as told by the service manager. The General manager told me that "You are not getting your money back, and that is. Take it up with GM. Insulting us more, they stick us with a Buick aveno tiny car and not even honoring the same level or greater vehicle as was told to me when in the buying process. The service manager told me when I asked why they removed the spark plugs for detailing on delivery, I did not get an answer because the record shows that on the first service issue due to failure with 189 brand new miles, they found the water in the intake and removed the intake, dried out the plug, and coil in # 3 cylinder. Asked how did that get in there, I was told could be due to the power washing. I said, what? what do you mean? I cant drive this in the rain or run it through the car wash? He said no, the power washing of the engine. I said, its brand new, off the line, why power wash the engine. He said, well it suits on the lot for a while before delivery to a customer. People are telling me what a bunch of crap in this story. Now, with 2912 miles, the car is in the garage with the cylinder head defective because the engine is now contaminated with water and coolant inside and they want to tear apart the engine and replace the components / cylinder head. Well not on my watch. I paid cash on the spot and I want all my cash refunded or the vehicle replaced brand new exact specs or greater. I will not stop until one of these two demands are met. The general manager at Sullivan' Northwest Hills Dealerships in Torrington, CT is rude, unprofessional and careless with Customer attention and satisfaction.

The salesman knew our situation before going to the finance guy. After we told him we wanted to know if they dealt with "subprime lenders" they blasted our credit app out over 20 times and sometimes twice to the same bank. I just feel this is bad business practice, and all customers should be treated the same regardless of credit. We potentially would have put money down if required but after being handled like this we wouldn't drive a car from here if it was given to us!!!!!!

I was a customer of Wilson Dodge in Torrington for 30 years. My last 5 vehicles came from Wilsons. Was not happy when they took Dodge away from them. I was driving a 2006 Dodge C/V now with over 200,000 miles and was looking for a new vehicle. I normally put 200,000 miles on a vehicle every five years. I drove in your dealership and met Paul. That was the first good thing. Told him what I wanted. Well I got exactly what I wanted with out any pressure, with out and get this get that or something different. He went over everything in the vehicle and took care of my every request.. Second thing is my new 2012 C/V is fantastic! I could not ask for more. Third,two things, looking good service through the future, which I have gotten twice going into the dealership, with a nice return phone call to make sure I was happy, and last but very important, I hope that Paul is still there when I go to get my next C/V in the future.

When I pulled into the parking lot to look at vehicles, within a short time Dave met me in the lot and produced keys to what I wanted to look at. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but was really in no hurry to purchase. Once I looked at the Terrain, I was pretty much in love! I called Dave the following day and made arrangements to test drive on Saturday. When my husband and I got to the dealership, both vehicles were outside, warming up. Dave was quick to assure me to take the car for as long a test as needed. Although Dave is a relatively new sales person, he was very knowledgable about the Terrain, totally able to answer any questions I could come up with. He was very personable and friendly through out the sale. Howard went the extra mile for me in obtaining the trade in value I wanted on my car.There was no pressure from Darren about any "extras" when I signed the paperwork. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour and on the road with my new vehicle.All in all, it was an easy purchase, made all that much nicer by not being pressured in any way and I found all at the dealership to be very friendly and attentive.

The no pressure, calming demeanor of each and every employee we dealt with was enormously appreciated. My son was searching for a car with a very limited budget in mind and we were presented with a few options that fit his criteria. There was little room to negotiate on his part as he had a bottom line, out the door price. We were pleasantly surprised after some concerns on my (his mom's) part, whether his chosen vehicle was a right fit. We were reassured by all that the choice was and will be a great first car for him.This 23 year old young man is "over the moon" thrilled with his 2006 Chevy Equinox. Didn't play games- I inquired over the internet that I wanted to buy a white Enclave asap and they followed up, responded to all questions and concerns, and made me want to do business with them. Other competitors did everything they could to get me in the store without speaking about the cost of ownership-- probably what folks are taught, but you have to know your customer and this is not what I wanted. They lost a good opportunity to sell a car... and some were local; they lost the opp to service a customer too and this is a bigger deal.Megan and David found me what I wanted and offered me a good price and we went there that day and purchased. David did a great job listening to what we were looking for and realized we were buyers, not just kicking tires. My credit union offered me a nice financing rate and Darren did everything he could to match it- he got me a great rate. Darren educated us on the warranties, but did not try to strong-arm us... it would not have happened and it would have taken away from a perfect car buying experience. Again, he read the customer and was right... Can't say enough; just a great experience.I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours and this included trading in a car through Autotrader.. These guys care and are a class act- if you are going to buy a Chevy, Buick, or a Cadillac, I'd highly recommend calling Dave Paolino and his team at Northwest. Hopefully, I won't have to for a while with my new Enclave.

This was the best overall leasing experience I have ever had. I had requested a quote online and received an email right away. Most of our conversations were online or over the phone. I told the dealership exactly what I wanted (vehicle and payment)and they came through. They actually stuck to the lease payment when it came time to sign. Most dealerships don't do that. We searched online and found the Traverse we thought would fit our needs but needed to test drive it. So we stopped in and test drove the traverse that we picked out online and loved the way it drove and the space and the options it has. Then we worked out trade in and discounts and decided to purchase the Traverse the transaction we had was very smooth. The only problem was the brakes, on the way home we notice a problem. We brought it in and they turned the rotors. I have to say that I am concerned that it took off some life to the brakes.

I contacted and visited many dealerships in my search for a new vehicle. I was baited to come to the other dealerships, after being made promises that they would be able to sell me a vehicle at the price and payment I wanted. In every case, my meeting with the other dealerships ended in disappointment. If I was told up front that they would try and after trying it didn't work out, I could accept that results but that wasn't the case.When I called the Northwest Hills Dealerships, I was told that it might be possible to meet my expectations. I visited the dealerships and was extremely pleased to find that for every vehicle I test drove, the price and payment was as promised. My wife and I were looking to trade an '05 trailblazer for a new tahoe. We had done our research and knew the value of our trade. I have played the car buying game several before and knew what to expect but we were very motivated to make a purchase if the price was right. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with northwesthills especially after being treated like a piece of garbage at terryville Chevrolet. From the moment we walked in the door my wife, my children, and I were treated like family. There was very little haggling and we ultimately drove away in a new tahoe ltz. Fran and the whole team were excellent and will have ny business in the future.

Since January 1 we have purchased two new vehicles from Northwest Hills plus had interaction with the service department. Everyone we dealt with was very anxious to be as helpful as possible and were proactive about suggesting things that we perhaps would not have thought of ourselves. We are very pleased with the sales personnel, expecially Norm K., and with the the service manager (Duane?)who was very obviously anxious to secure us as repeat customers.

The service was thorough, and the price was more than fair. We felt very well taken care of. The salesman was very friendly and did not pressure us to buy before we were ready. He took time to research answers to our questions about the vehicle history, and was quick to relay information to us. Northwest Hills generously replaced the tires and made sure we had all the tools for tire replacement. We would definitely go back and recommend Northwest Hills to friends.

I was very pleased with the response I received from Neil when I inquired about a 2011 Yukon denali ovia the internet. I also spoke with Fran Fortin and he and Neil worked out numbers without me even stepping foot in the dealership. I was impressed and happy since I have two young children and my time is very important. I went in on a Sat., met with Fran and some others to finalize pricing and order my vehicle. Everything went smooth. I didn't feel alot of the gaminess that is usually involved in car sales. Delivery of vehicle was very prompt. Overall, very pleased, would highly recommend!

Just recently purchased used Jeep- Norm K was great, no pressure sales & very easy to work with. Angelo sales manager took over for Norm & handled delivery for us since Norm was away & he was just as concerned about us being happy with the vehicle & going over all little details of truck's accessories. Had minor glitch with recent brake installation on way home & one phone call to Rich the Service Mgr & he not only offered to put me in a loaner car, they came & towed the Jeep, repaired it quickly and offered to deliver it back to me! I also got a follow up call from Angelo and Norm to be sure the problem was taken care of & that I was happy with the Jeep. Have bought many vehicles new & used in the past & have never had a dealership be so attentive & courteous. My husband owns a Dodge truck & although he didn't purchase it there, we will definitely be using Northwest's service dept for both his truck & my Jeep. Great group of folks!

I've had two dealings with Northwest Hills. I turned in an out of state lease vehicle, and a couple years later I purchased a used vehicle. My experience the first time just walking into the dealership was positive enough that I remembered them when it came time to look for a vehicle. Overall the dealership has a nice but small feel to it. My salesman was very easy to deal with and did not pressure at all. Small gestures like coming in on his day off to deliver my vehicle go a long way in my opinion in this day and age.
