Bought a 6.0 powerstroke from these guys then when I got it home I realized the oil cooler and head gaskets were messed up made them take the truck back and while I was in there mechanic shop I saw a gmc suv sitting on there lift with a rusted frame that was hardly there they had filled it with spray foam and started undercoating it to try to make it look like nothing happened highly highly recommended avoiding this place

Buyer beware...These guys sold me a 2015 Town and Country that they hid a cam shift problem by replacing a coil but not fixing the issue. Also, they recharged the air conditioning repeatedly so the sales person could state with pride how the air conditioning was bowing ice cold air. However, the system has a leak on it. Also a portion of the window causing is missing over the steering wheel she you get wet when it rains. Do not buy from these guys when they say as is no returns.... they mean it. BUYER BEWARE.

Where to start... This without a doubt was the easiest and most pleasant experience with a dealership I have ever had. The vehicle was just as it was described on their page. The staff was friendly and willing to work with us. They have several financing options and found one that would fit our budget the best. From what I could see they have top quality inventory. I would and have recommended it to my friends and people at random that ask avout my truck.

I purchased a grand Cherokee in mint condition! They took the extra mile and got me exactly what I wanted from a different state just to keep me as a customer. I'm new to the area and needed my car serviced. I called several shops and got quotes. Their price beat the the others I had received. They did outstanding work on my car and even helped me familiarize myself with the new area since I was new. They were helpful in so many ways and I thank them for that. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will be coming back for more service.

Sent over a request on cars.com to see if a vehicle was still available. 2 weeks now with no reply from this place. If they can't reply to an email how am I supposed to trust them when buying a car. I will NEVER buy from here and will definitely let everyone know.

Called and specifically asked salesman, Ihab, about truck's exterior....damage, rust, etc. I was directly told it was in great shape with no rust. Drove from Cleveland to Akron expecting to buy vehicle. Upon seeing vehicle was shocked & disgusted that the entire rear bumper was rotted out by rust! Now I understand why the tailgate was down (blocking view of bumper) in only rear pic of truck online. Got right back in my car and left.

Wael was my salesman and he made the process quick fast and easy. I've had my car for 3 years and have had little to no problems with the vehicle it is paid off and as soon as I am ready I will be going back to upgrade my vehicle. seemed to have newer cars with lower mileage. I ended up purchasing a vehicle there. a little misleading when negotiating but Wael really knew the car buying process with banks, and helped me on my end. no pressure sales. had a warranty "built in" to the sale. good guys tho

I called and talked to Nick before I even went up to Summit Auto Sales, he assured me, with my limited funds and terrible credit that they would be able to help me buy a quality used car. When I went in Nick was very helpful and courteous with me during this process, explaining everything to me as we went along. The guys at Summit went out of their way by miles to help me get into the car I have now. It runs great so far although I've only had it a few hours but I put it through it's paces... ;)) I am thrilled to death to be free of having to ask for "rides" everyplace I need to be and I left there in tears of happiness. I have never been treated so well and with so much dignity and respect. When we were done they sent me on my way with a hug and smile... Thanks so very much guys...

Everyone at Summit Auto Sales was helpful, informative, and upfront. They made us feel comfortable, and there was no pressure to buy. They told me I had a six month warranty. Two weeks after purchasing the car, it broke down. When I took it back, they told me I had no warranty. Don't buy anything from them.

Awesome car and great buying experience! We had gone to several well known dealers before here. This place is a jewel. It's is a no-frills and hassle free place - they let us test drive the car and even allowed us to check out the car by our mechanic without any hassles. My mechanic said it was in very good condition and a very nice looking car. They also provided a CarFax. They worked with us to find the best lender, and gave prompt replies via email and phone. Ask for Wael (sounds like "Will") - he's very helpful and a down to earth friendly guy - not a high pressure salesman. He'll tell you what you need to know and answer any questions.
