I had been waiting for a long time for a holder for my manuals. No one in the sales dept seemed interested in getting one for me. When I asked Cathy in the service dept if I could order one, she went and found the exact one for my car in a box somewhere that no one else seemed to know about. Many kudos for Cathy. Cathy also installed the part that was ordered for my Corvette on the spot so I could be on my way. That is customer service that brings people back.

I had an oil change and tire rotation performed. It was done in a timely manner. On the way home, the tire sensor monitor came on the dash board. I called Sun, and they said bring it back. They immediately corrected the problem when I arrived which took about a minute.

Stopped for a routine oil change during a monthly employee cook out lunch. I was greeted by several employees and invited to have some lunch while waiting. Also, the mechanic found a tie rod needed attention if I had the time.I've never been to a business that was so thoroughly invested in making a customer feel important as I have in my dealings with Sun Chevrolet.

Fixed my Cadillac Escalade that was involved in a minor accident. Had no idea they fixed cars other than Chevys but was down there looking at new vehicles and asked and got an estimate to fix my Cadillac. Took it in Monday morning and got the call to pick it up Wednesday afternoon. The body shop kept me updated everyday as to the progress of their work and when it came to picking it up Wednesday night, I was a little late, Sun chevrolet was closed, but found that the body shop employees actually stayed later after work to wait for me, and drove the vehicle to the front of Sun's parking lot so I did not have to walk back to the body shop alone. Also, they washed and dried my vehicle, it came home in beautiful condition. The work on the rear bumper was excellent and no signs of any that an accident occurred. Really pleased with the work they did on my vehicle and the way I was treated as a customer !

I was pleasantly surprised at my first service visit i had.. I usually service my own vehicles, but this time i decided to let the dealer that i bought the car from do the service. What a great experience i had ! Friendly and Helpful staff, along with a nice area for me to wait. My past dealer experiences at OTHER locations is what led me to start working on my car myself... But this place changed all of that ! I will surely have them service my Malibu from this point on.

The recall notice regarding software for the valve tapping noise finally solved the issue that I've had documented for the past few years. The engine is running smoother & quieter than it has since I've owned the vehicle. Also, they addressed the rumbling noise that I had been noticing for a few weeks (sway bar).

I had called the dealership asking to have my car looked at asap because my wiper blades were not working. It was about 4:15 and was snowing out. They said if I could come now they would have someone look at it. Since it was late in the day I was thrilled that they would look at it immediately. After checking the blades out it was determined that I needed a new transmission on the wipers. They were able to fit me in the next morning and I had my car by noon. Very appreciative of the speedy service!!!!

This is my 4th Vette from Sun. What a great store and great people. Dave my sales guy goes above and beyond to service his friends. ( when you're Dave's customer, you make a new friend ). Rocky and Marty, SAME THING! These people go out of their way to make their customers feel like their part of a family. John in service makes the one part of owning a car I hated most, more like a social visit and a joy. Paul the Vette specialist is the only guy I would let touch my zo6. I hope GM knows how brilliant this guy is. He knows EVERYTHING about these cars. From Parts to Body shop their isn't one person I've interacted with that hasn't been a great experience. So, GM go focus on your other dealerships, this one is PERFECT

This dealership was very friendly and tried to get us the car we wanted. They would not come down on the price of a new car but tried to find us a used car that would fit our budget. AJ was great to work with & did all he could to try & find the car we wanted. I had to go to a Cadillac dealer in Lancaster to find a 2011 that had only 1000 miles on it. I do give them an "A" for effort and would give them another chance next time.

Kathy was very helpful when I called to schedule a recall & oil change; she got me in quickly. When I arrived at Sun, she checked me in on time, and was both professional and friendly. Kathy also checked me out in barely an hour, which I truly appreciated since I need to take a day off work for appointments! Even your facility staff was helpful - the coffee machine was working while I was waiting. One of your staff noticed and not only did he get it fixed, but he came over to the service area to notify me when it was up an running..... makes me want to come back.

So I took my truck in for an oil change , steering wheel replaced and the recall notice I received in the mail on it. I took in my truck at 10am on a Thursday and never received a call til Friday at 10am saying it was done. One of the workers at sun came and got me and took me back to the dealer ship to pick it up. I was checking out and realized that the lady never mentioned that they did my recall. So she asked the shop and they never did it. "What REALLY! They had my truck for 24 hours and they Didn t do the recalls! The recalls that if not done could lead me to an have an accident ." "Yes they never did them. Do you still want us to do it ? Asked Bryan a worker at Sun". Seriously ! I couldn't believe he had even asked the question. Well considering I don t want to be in an wreck with my family duh of course I want it done and done now! So I was told it might take 25 min to 2 hours to do the recall. So I waited 40min went back and asked that they check the shop to see where I was at "it s still going to be 2 hours or longer . They actually have two recalls they need to do to your truck". What then why have I been sitting here . I got a ride back to my house. So I wasted 3 hours at Sun. I called them at 3:45pm. to see if my truck was done . "O yeah it s done they are washing it now." "Ok I ll be there soon to get it." 20 mins later Bryan calls and says my trucks done. I go get my truck and guess what they put the wrong steering wheel on it!! How can they screw up so much on one truck in two days?!? Now I get to go back again ! Yeah ! I ll NEVER buy another Chevy as long as I live!!!!!

I hadn't even received my letter from GM yet but ven number shows if there is a recall so it's done before receiving letter. I must honestly say this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I initially built a car with all of my preferred options through the Chevrolet website and then checked the local inventory of the dealers in my area. After asking for quotes from a few dealerships on that Monday, I received a reply from Ryan, the internet manager at Sun Chevrolet, less than an hour later. I was able to get all of my questions answered within a few hours and agree to a very good price for a new Chevy Equinox with everything I wanted. Once my wife, daughter and I arrived at the dealership Monday night we found everyone at the dealership was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed, while Ryan was assisting another customer. Once the salesman was free, we were then able to take our time and look over the car in a large indoor garage. It was nice to be able to go over the car and stay out of the cold February weather. The car test drove perfectly and the 4 cylinder engine was closer to our 08 Equinox then I initially expected it would be. I felt no pressure to rush our decision and Ryan gave us a few other options for similar cars if we needed something bigger or less expensive. We had to return to the dealership the next day to complete the financing of the car and have another option installed. Everything went perfectly and better than I ever anticipated. Our daughter is almost two-years old and full of energy. The owner himself, Martin Sr., babysat our daughter and let her wander around the showroom looking at the cars, while we took care of the paperwork to buy the car. I will definitely buy another car from this dealership. My wife and I have told many people about our experience there and suggested to our friends and family that are in the market for a new car to visit this dealership. Overall the experience was great and tailored to our individual needs. We were able to quickly get a great price for the car that best suited my family. The dealership was willing to work with my schedule and delivered much more than a car to my family. The car is great and I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit Sun Chevrolet.

the dealership ordered a new power mirror for my equinox. expected to arrive on Monday. so I call and talk to pam at 8am. no part yet she had no idea when it would come in. so I asked her to call me when it comes in and gave her my cell # she said ok I will call u. now it is 1:30 pm i'm going to work. still no phone call. I ask my wife to call sun chevy to see when the part would come in so I could schedule the repair. well the mirror is in and didn't receive a call from pam. I could've of called every half hour and made a pest of myself. probably upsetting pam. so I waited. my question is why no phone call doesn't anyone know when the parts truck is suppose to come in. this all seems odd to me. plus my wife felt she was treated very rudely.while waiting for the repair to be done

I emailed to get a price and information on a preowned vehicle they had in stock. Tom Hamilton responded quickly and over the next couple days continued to answer all my questions and even take extra photo's for my husband. We had issue's with our Credit Union losing our check so we could pick up car and Tom knowing my husband and I only had Saturday to pick up ; went above and beyond to find a solution. Mike from finance ran our credit application quickly and got us a better rate then my husbands credit union. We drove up to get car and the top notch treatment continued. Hot Dogs, Popcorn..and the smoothest best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. Thank you Tom and Mike.. We will tell anyone looking for a car to check you guys out. You are well worth the drive!
