Monica was outstanding with pulling me back into the deal on my 2017 Tundra SR5 BIG BALLER style 3" lift, huge tires very nice truck.... noticing that I was on my way out the door to go else where with the news I received before speaking with her, I'm so glad she got evolved and made the deal, please you must give her the due she deserves it. As I prepare to buy another vehicle and I have to say that I'm re-thinking weather to buy another Toyota. I took my 2016 Camry for it's scheduled oil change and was told that I only get 3 oil changes in a period of 2 years. That absolutely felt like a insult as we bought a Toyota so we can drive it not park it in our garage. We were told that we only get 1 every 10,000 for the first 30,000 miles. That's not the sales people make it seem when they're trying to sell you the car. I could had gone to Hyundai and gotten oil changes thru 3 years and got hooked and baited into the Camry with this gimmick. Was a long process but I would not have gotten a better deal anywhere else. This team did everything they could possibly do for me, I brought negative equity and walked out with a great deal. I have never had a dealership do as much as they did. My daughter bought a car 2 days prior to me and she had nothing but good things to say as well. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try first. Thank you everyone who helped me yesterday. I just purchased a 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4. I had the pleasure of meeting with Sales Representative TOMMY TSILIONIS. Tommy was very professional and proficient during the entire sales process. Tommy did a great job mediating a very fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle. Tommy stayed late (Thanksgiving eve) to assure I knew how to properly utilize the features of the Tacoma. I'm very particular when it comes to dealing with car dealerships and the usual nonsense that occurs; however, my overall experience with Sun Toyota was excellent.

I went to Sun Toyota to check on the new Toyota Tacomas after having a GMC Sierra for about 4 years. I was wavering between between another Sierra or the Ford F150 but wanted to see the Tacoma since I had one in 2005 from Sun Toyota. Jose Sanchez was my salesman and took me to see what Tacoma's were available. I told him that my main concerns were the bed size and payload. After initially seeing the options I wasn't real optimistic about buying a Tacoma. Jose took the time to listen carefully of what my concerns were and was very patient with me which is hard to find in salesmen in general. Anything he felt he couldn't answer himself he was quick to bring in others that he knew could help the process and ease my concerns. He made it clear how proud he was of the dealership and the Toyota brand and how important the warranty was which proved to be one of the big reasons I chose the Tacoma. In the end, and even after I resigned myself to the fact that it wasn't the perfect fit, Jose came up with solutions to my big concerns. I'm sure it was a longer process than he normally progresses through to a sale, but he showed excellent customer service and made me feel like he was 100% committed to my satisfaction throughout the deal. He even went above and beyond and offered his free time away from work if I had any issues with the programming of my new Tacoma. Refreshing to have run into Jose and the rest of the team at Sun Toyota. I will definitely recommend the dealership and Jose to any friends that might be in the market.

After looking about 3 months for a vehicle I inquired about a Tundra at Sun Toyota. Saul was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He was my intermediary when negotiating price and was able to secure an offer I could not refuse. My experience at Sun Toyota was lightyears above my experience with other dealerships. There were no sleazy sales tactics, no pressure, no nonsense. Sun Toyota always made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. The wonderful ladies at the front desk gave lots of love to my little Casey and even hooked him up with a Sun Toyota bandana! I drove 25 miles to have my first service for my 16 Tacoma, I arrived on time as suggested by the e-mail reminding me of the appt. I sat in my vehicle for more than 10 minutes before being approached by someone who would taking care of me. I scoffed to myself of the importance to arrive on time; however from that point on I was taken care of quite thoroughly my your Asst. Srv Magr Andrew Wilson. As it was my first visit Andrew explained everything. I was extremely satisfied with our interaction. If I were to pick something that concerned me it would be the time a standard service took ie in at 1055 am out at 120 tack on travel time 40 min each way. That's a long day for an oil change

So many things were gr3at. First the sales process. I basically did most of everything on the phone. I knew what I wants. Even at the last minute I upgraded the model and there was no issue that. The salesman me m e there early since time was an issue for me. I had told them I had 2 hours to get out with a new car. I was worried with my below average credit. But they assured me I would get in to a new vehicle. The financing department is so automated they took a 2 hour process and made it 20 minutes. The show room and servicedepartment is state of the art. TV everywhere, repair status board, all drinks, coffee, water, snacks available mostly free. I was totally in pressed. This is my second new vehicle I baught in 12 months. I wish I went there for my first one. And yes I was out of there in my new car in 3 hours, would have been 2 hours but I had a lot of questions. Also every manager made it a point to say hello to me. I felt important and I was not just a sales number. I can go on and on for my great experience. So I'll end it here. Thank you everyone.

The Service advisor went over everything they were going to do and what the costs would be. After he went over what they did and what the car would need in the future.The only negative was when I called to book an appointment. the person kept carrying on a conversation with another employee, which I could hear in the background. and I had to ask if she was through socializing and finish my appointment. It took her several attempts before she got it the info correct.

What a breeze! Went in to buy a truck. Pat, Ed, Kevin & Matt were fantastic. Pat was my sales associate. He's very nice and not pushy. Ed gave me a great deal with no haggling. Kevin processed the deal amazingly quick. Matt introduced himself as the accessories and service guru. I would totally buy another car here again and everyone e else was just as friendly. Patrick and Sasan worked some real magic for us. We got a fair amount for our trade in despite it needing an expensive repair. Sasan worked some creative financing that got us the exact vehicle we wanted at nearly the same payment we had. We got an amazing warranty package plus roadside assistance. Even though we are diehard Toyota fans we were amazed by the number of vehicles they stock in every brand and type. We will be returning for the free oil changes, routine service and to purchase again within a year. The showroom is immaculate and they make use of every modern technology to reduce your time and paperwork. They even offer snacks while your vehicle is being prepped and gassed. I took a used 2014 Hyundai Accent, purchased at Sun a few weeks ago, in for service due to what I thought might be an alignment problem. As soon as I pulled into Service I was greeted by a Ms. Fudge (sorry, I do not remember her first name) who was very friendly and outgoing. We went thru the issues and once written up I was told the vehicle should be ready at about 11:30. (I had dropped it off at 10:10). After about an hour or maybe less, Ms. Fudge found me in the waiting room, explained to me what they found, it was fixed, and the vehicle was being washed and cleaned up. In addition they topped off all fluids. Within a few minutes the car was ready and I signed the necessary documents. And this all happened by on or around the time promised. Ms. Fudge couldn't have been any more customer friendly, knowledgeable, and just a nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone Sun Toyota's Service Department.

I had bought a 2012 dodge avenger, in their used car lot in 2013,and loved it and had all my oil changes with the service department at Sun Toyota. And I figured it was about time to look into a newer or new vehicle,,So I challenged one of the sales men, Mr. Ferris Hamden, which just so happened to be the General Sales Manager; that he could not get me a deal on what I wanted and to what I could afford in monthly payments.Boy was I wrong!!!!! Mr. Hamden has a lifer for buying new cars, from here out, and I will/have been, recommending Sun Toyota to everyone and anyone, that mentions that they are looking or wants a new car. Thank you.

I drove OVER 4 hours and 277 miles, from Fort Lauderdale to Sun Toyota, to buy my 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited and it was worth EVERY mile and EVERY minute! As an Investigative Reporter, I research and over analyze just about everything I do.. Character flaw? Maybe... But in this case it saved me over $8000.00! I spent over a month talking with salesman after salesmen, visiting several different dealerships all over Florida. I actually had a General Manager here in South Florida tell me, "If you can really get that deal at Sun, it's worth the drive." My Sun Toyota salesman, Jose Sanchez, was fantastic, patient and helpful. New Car Manager Michael Panopoulos was awesome. Business Manager Courtney Cohen gave me a better finance rate then the bank I have been dealing with for 20 years. I also appreciated his honesty. Here's the bottom line, Sun beat my local dealership by $3800 on a the new truck and Sun offered me $4500 MORE for my trade.. That's $8300! That doesn't include the better interest rate.This was my experience, I know everyone's situation is different....But do yourself a favor and make the call.. As a new car owner, I was stressed out about buying a car. The employees there were so nice and made the experience seem less intimidating. I originally, looked online at a different vehicle than the one that I bought. Even then, the online sales team were quick to respond for any assistance that I may have needed. When I did make it to the dealership, my sales agent Rob helped me narrow down what I wanted/needed. He advocated for me when it came to pricing. We came in for an oil change and routine service checks. A motor case screw was loose and had to be replaced. Walked in thinking a $24.99 oil change and came out with $300 plus bill. It was a little concerning however glad it was discovered and repaired.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Matrix 5 years ago at Sun Toyota and had a pleasant transaction and follow up. I recently wanted to get into a truck, so I browsed Sun Toyota's pre-owned inventory. I was able to find a 2011 Toyota Tundra SR5 with only 21, 300 miles. I worked with a young man named Niko Grivas. Niko was very new to the business, but it was clear that his business acumen was good and his enthusiasm to help me in anyway possible was immediately evident. There were a few small items on the vehicle that needed attention, but Niko's sales manager was willing to correct these items. Having shopped around a fair amount, I knew the vehicle was priced right. My credit is mediocre due to some job loss and health issues in the recent past, but the Finance Manager James Smith worked Sun's network of finance partners to find a lender and a rate that was a fit. It took a little longer than I anticipated, but it all came together and I'm now loving my new vehicle. The service manager that I worked with to address the small concerns that I had was Jay Nigro. Jay communicated well, followed up as promised, and made me feel valued and comfortable. I live 52 miles (one way) from Sun Toyota, in fact there is a large Toyota dealership in my suburb. This is a dealership that wants to sell and service cars and trucks and has the right personnel to keep you coming back.

All the staff members went out of their way to make this experience as laid back as possible. So not the normal high tension wait for the interminable walk back and forth, back and forth to get the right deal. They listen to your requests and work within that framework.All done with a smile. I took my 2009 Venza in for service and while waiting, I wondered around the lot. Joe Cuomo approached me about buying a car. I wasn't there to buy a car but he offered to get my car appraised. Joe was very friendly and did not pressure me at all to buy a car. I really like the Venza but unfortunately Toyota stopped offering them after 2015. Joe showed me some Toyota Certified Venzas. There was one (2013) with low mileage which looked pristine. We talked a bit and after some discussions, I test drove the car. Joe and his manager worked very hard to negotiate a deal which included a lower total price, doing some minor cosmetic fixes and swapping some parts from my trade in (no charge). Joe and his Sun Toyota team went far more than I thought they would to earn my business. The whole process was way more than I expected and I truly thank Joe for his friendliness, his knowledge of the car and inventory, and business knowledge to close the deal and make me a happy customer. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to buy a car (new or used) to see Joe Cuomo!

The staff very friendly and helpful. Job done perfectly. I am very happy with the results. Only one issue. .I was originally told dashboard would be in in 3 months. That is not the problem. But when I did call in four months to see if it was in, a woman on the phone must not have been having a good day. She was not friendly and told me "that she would call me when it was in". Javier was a great sales person he deserves 5 stars but the loan originator is very deceiving, he was going to give me a 3.9 interest rate despite having a 740 cresdit score and when I said I was approved for a 2.9 apr with capital one, he lowered it to 2.9 then changed to 2.94 for not taking one of the warranties he was offering and when it came to signing the paper said 3.11 apr and he kept saying the interest rate was still 2.94 bit the apr is 3.11 and that 2.94 would appear on the documents and looking at the documents I can't find 2.94 anywhere!!! He lied and ripped me off by .20 percent!!! the loan originator is a liar but Javier was a great salesman!!! can't remember his name though.

I bought new 2017 Tacoma love the truck but it was lots of miss understanding , they advertise $50. visa card we did not get one even I asked about it many time, I was promised a key less entry ad on to my new truck ya they did installed a cheep aftermarket remote that panic button dose not work on it and they keep giving me run around about it. I am very disappointed. going to see an attorney about it!I had small issue with my key less entry remote they resolve that matter its all good know, we are please with our sales man Tyler and other team member thanks Sun Toyota.

I chose this dealership because Toyota is a brand you can trust. I've owned a Toyota Camry for the past 10 years and it still runs well, even after driving 175,000 miles! I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a Toyota Tacoma and am truly satisfied with my purchase. My salesperson, Tommy "Chills" Tsilionis, spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions. He was very patient and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. (He also filled up my tank with gas!) James Smith, from the finance department, was able to procure an excellent used car loan rate for my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. I was extremely impressed with the state of the art desktop touch-command computer system that he utilizes to explain the different service contracts available through Toyota. I would highly recommend Sun Toyota for their congeniality of staff and their excellent service department.

I have purchased three autos from Sun Toyota over the years. Each time, I've returned to their facility for each stage of recommended service for a new auto. Each time, the level of service seems to get ever better. That's why I don't even take my vehicle elsewhere for so much as an oil change. Each time, I've usually had a different service manager with no dip in the level of service. The last two times I've be aided by Michael McKinley, who just seems to know my mind and appears to take a personal interest in my business. Intellectually, I know he gives the same level of service to every client. I'm greatly impressed, however, that he is able to make each of us think we are his special client. That's a wonderful talent, and he could not appear more sincere each time. Have to love it! If I didn't know better, I would have to assume he's an owner of he dealership!

Our salesman, Willy Patti was just excellent. My husband loathes the process of purchasing a new vehicle. So to get him to go look at a new car is difficult at times. Willy Patti made the process so easy and we did not have to spend many hours at the dealership. He was honest and up front with us about all everything and not one bit pushy. Joe went out of his way to show us what was available, although we originally set out to buy a used vehicle (he even secured another vehicle from another lot so we could compare), we decided to buy a new vehicle. I took my Vehicle in for a complete review because I was taking a road trip in the next few weeks. Mike Jimerson met me in the service lane and greeted me by name. I always feel important at Sun Toyota but Mike went the extra mile to make me feel that way. He determined which coupon was best for the service needed and quickly wrote up the service notice. I went inside to wait for service to be completed and my only shock was the snack area was gone.. I was looking forward to my customary donut/hot dog but that was no longer available. But the waiting area is the best in the area for a dealership. My wait time was reasonable and the costs acceptable. Then Mike went and retrieved my vehicle and had it waiting for me in the service lane. I never have an unhappy experience at Sun Toyota!!!!

Dan Staal was terrific and a true asset of your store.Few problems with the mechanics, but eventually he was able work things out. He secured a free rental car for me so I could leave my FJ Cruiser overnight. Bit of an inconvenience since I had scheduled this appointment a week prior and had to make a second trip from Clearwater and pay for rental gas.. Next day when I picked up my cruiser the compass still wasn't working, we read the manual and fixed the compass in the service driveway......

I recently totalled my car and was spending money on rentals until my total loss claim was done on my vehicle. No other dealership would approve me for a loan because my recent loan was not closed out yet due to the long process of paper work. Thank God for Sun Toyota!! I went into the dealership with the idea of just kicking a few tires and seeing what the new models looked like. I was not really interested in a buying a new car. A salesman, Joseph Maxey, suggested that we put some numbers together and see how far apart we would be. I had a very tight budget and didn't think it was possible, but I agreed anyway. He not only got everything inside my budget, but he also sold me a beautiful Rav4 and I could not be happier. When I decide on the next new car, I will visit Sun Toyota and Joseph Maxey first.

Excellent customer service! When inquiring about some quick info for a lease, we were quickly greeted by a friendly and helpful salesman. Willy Patti is very informative, knowledgeable, professional, personable and accommodating to our needs. We were even able to test drive the very exact model and color that we were looking for. He went above and beyond, without making us feel pressured, to make a deal. The staff and dealership itself is very welcoming and comfortable. I drove in without an appointment because the tire pressure warning light was on and I only wanted to find out what action I should take as I have had two other cars with that feature but each was different in the way they worked and I wanted to be sure I followed the right procedure. A service advisor came out immediately and listened to my problem, took me inside, took my key and wrote up a work order. The car was put into a "speedy service" bay and within thirty minutes all the tires were checked, the low one was examined for faults and brought up to the proper pressure. When the car was returned the advisor spent about ten minutes explaining the Toyota way of tire pressure monitoring and sent me on my way. The service was great, the time spent explaining was very much appreciated and the cost to me was zero. I was treated in an exceptional manner and very professionally. I love my Avalon, but I really love the service I get at Sun Toyota!

Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated at Sun Toyota. I had done plenty of car shopping before going here and I HATE car shopping. I wanted the new car, but hated how I was being treated at previous dealerships. Other stores were condescending, impatient, rude, and pressure you so hard to make immediate decisions it completely ruins the entire experience. Buying a new car is a big decision and an expensive decision. I wanted to feel good about giving my very hard earned money to a sales team that I sincerely enjoyed working with. Willy Patti is SO incredibly informed about the vehicles he is selling. The man knows his stuff. Not only does he know it, but he does an amazing job at explaining it to a person who is not in the car business. His demonstrations were so helpful and they got me excited about the car. He really took the time to show me what the car was capable of without just rattling meaningless terms to me. At the end of the day I was offered a VERY good price with no pressure and no games. I left extremely happy, because of the entire experience, and my beautiful 2017 Corolla. He listened to what I was really looking for in a car and helped me find the right one to suit my needs, instead of just offering me the more expensive one. You can tell Willy is just a good person in general. Very honest/positive/hardworking person. I'd HIGHLY recommend him as well as the entire dealership to anyone and I'd be more than happy to purchase another car from them in the future. At the end of the day I have a new car that I am extremely happy with and I know that my money went to good people as well.

Our maintenance light came on for an oil change so we stopped into the Toyota dealership to get that fixed. We spotted a 2016 Toyota tundra with a 6 inch lift on it and just had to test it out. Our truck at the time was a 2016 tundra. We fell in love immediately with the tundra and had to have it. The salesman here worked with us until we got the monthly payment we wanted! Happy customers! I just became an Uber Driver but my car didn't qualify for their terrific standards. They recommended Sun Toyota and I am so very satisfied that they did!!! The paper work that Javier Zamora, Relationship Manager, and Uber provided me was easy and quickly accomplished. Then I was able to pick out my wonderful car!! Oh I love my new 2015 Nissan Altima!! It's perfect in every way, not just for my needs with Uber, but it fits my personal lifestyle as well. Thanks to Uber I am able to use my new car at my leisure also. Sun Toyota and Javier provided me with just exactly what I needed and wanted, and so quickly!! No long periods of time waiting for the approval and going through uncomfortable waiting, it was done and done!!! I have an immaculate 2004 Avalon we purchased new. The car is flawless and never had a major problem. Liked it so much we got a 2014 Avalon Hybrid that gets 38 mpg. Both cars are serviced at Sun Toyota. Always convenient for my schedule, transportation home if needed. If you get there early enough, you get donuts.

I rolled in at about 645am. I was almost immediately rendered speechless when Michael came up and said " be right with you, i have one car to do ahead of you". Less than two minutes elapsed when he came back and we got down to business. Told Mike i did not have an appt. and he said "no problem". We stepped into his office after he took some items down and let me know i was nearing one year and might consider doing the one year maintenance now instead of waiting a few weeks only to have to return for another visit. Great way to treat customers as our time is valuable and this will help me stay intune with my daily business. Well later that day i noticed that i had a yellow mark on my tire and looked and found that they marked where i had a tear in my tire sidewall. Thanks to Mike and his team for looking out for me again. Can't say enough about Sun Toyota and their incredible service team. KUDOS all around.

From the purchase of my 2016 Prius to service needs through last week I found I was dealing with competent, knowledgeable, friendly and people who seemed genuinely interested in making my experience pleasant and complete. That includes your body shop which went the extra mile in getting the damage repaired when Southeaster regional headquarters screwed up on getting the replacement part to the shop. To get my car repaired in a timely manner they went to another dealer to get the needed parts. They also did not get the locking lug nuts for my new car to you as promised. Wasted long trip to dealership so asked to be called when they arrived. It was about 3 days later when I got the call and went right over to you. The nuts were installed immediately. In summary, I give the dealership and employees I have had contact with the 5 star rating.My experiences were also great when I had my 2010 Prius serviced by Sun after my contract with Autoway was up.

I went in yesterday 9/30/16 with the intent of trading in my 2011 Tundra for a 2017 Tundra. I was greeted by Jorge and we spent the better part of three hours talking about everything under the sun. Joe Koenn is very efficient and I trust his judgement in advising me of what needs to be done! He said the A/C and Engine filter were in bad shape and in need of replacement. He showed me the filters so I could see how bad they were.

Willi Patti was great! We could not believe how knowledgeable/informative he was. I think what really was impressive was that we did not complete the transaction until closing on Sunday. He never rushed us but took his time to make sure our phones were set up, etc. Patrick Sacca was very helpful and pleasant to work with. My wife and I were looking to trade to something with a more comfortable ride than our SUV that we had less than a year. We tried a few brands in the mid size category. Having had 2 Camry's, the '99' for 10 yrs.with 185000 mi. and the 2010 for a much shorter time. After a few test drives we both decided the Camry definetly had the better ride. Patrick Sacca was a great help, from the test drive to answering any questions we had, to explaing some of the newer features on the car we picked. First I have to start with my buying experience. By far, the single best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I've been eyeballing a Tundra for years and out of the blue they just happen to have an XP mammoth package listed that caught my attention. Knowing that this is an easy to sell vehicle, they did not have to work with me as hard as they did on pricing and financing yet they did, every step of the way. I definitely got a fair deal from both their sales and finance managers. I've owned my new Tundra for 4 months now and had to bring it in for my first service this past weekend. I travel for my job and am not home very often sometimes to include weekends so scheduling for me is often difficult. I called to see if I could schedule a last minute drop off on Sunday and was told that they were booked solid, but I could drop it off and pick it up on Monday afternoon, which I was fine with. I don't blame them for my lack of planning.I dropped of my Tundra on Sunday at noon and the service rep who was brand new (first day on the job) was excellent. I had an issue with a strange sound apparently coming from the leaf springs and a few other minor requests on top of it so I knew they might have my truck for longer than expected. The service rep was very attentive and courteous making sure to acknowledge everything I said showing he understood what I perceived the problems/issues to be. Took my key, signatures and off I went.3 hours later he called me to tell me that he fit my truck in, it was all done so I could come pick it up at my leisure. When I arrived, he addressed each issue I brought up and what was done to address them. He displayed an actual understanding of the resolution as well which does mean a lot to me. No charge for any of the additional issues (though I feel they could have) and did a thorough walk-through with me to cover what was done to address my issues. Insanely impressive that they put in a level of care that goes beyond what they HAVE to do, versus what they choose to do. Though my next vehicle purchase is going to be for my wife and I've promised her a Tesla, I can say without any doubt that all of MY vehicle purchases and any influence I might have over friends or family will be to purchase from Sun Toyota. This is not a sponsored or paid review. This is me taking time out of my busy schedule to let as many people as I can know that from someone who has bought more cars over the last many years than a lot of people do that I've never had such a positive experience from both the sales, finance and service departments from a dealership.

Brought the car back to Sun Toyota and my Service Advisor, Greg Gamble, made sure that the mistake was corrected to my satisfaction. He did a great job.

Sun Toyota of NPR Fl. did an excellent job working to find a van that would provide all the necessary equipment I needed in a vehicle for me to drive. I am limited on my ability to walk and need a van that would work with my wheelchair life as well as some other features I need on the vehicle. everyone I talked with was willing to go the extra mile to see that I receive the vehicle that met my needs as well as trying to stay within my budget. The salesman that tackled the task of finding a vehicle for me and handled the paperwork was Patrick Sacca. He went far above and beyond courteous and helpful to find the vehicle I needed, as well as providing continual assistance explaining the features on the van that I didn't understand. Also every time I called him for something even when he was not at work, he always polite and did whatever he could to solve any problem or question I had.

I Passenger Sun-visor needed to be replaced (wouldn't stay up) It was replaced quickly and correctly, but Oh My!! the bill was a shocker. $197.98. I found The Same Toyota Sun Visor with my VIN # on line with installing directions for $82.00.. however am 85 yr. old gal my only choice was let the Pros do the job. Just feel price a bit high.but have never complained about the service.

I started the review process online for a new Tundra. I made the trip down to Sun Toyota and found the truck I was researching. I liked the fact that the doors were unlocked and I could start to look at it on my own. Before long I was approached by a salesman who said "I'm your no pressure salesman!" Having to wait for the rain to let up, I came in late. Allen Grimes greeted me with enthusiasm and respect, and even in the drizzling dark, he helped me look around, Finding what we thought was "the car", we shook hands and decided to wait until the next day to finish. Allen even came to pick me up in the car the next day.. But when we returned to the lot, found an even better fit for me! In a few hours I drove home in MY new vehicle.. WOW! Finance manager Kevin Perkins was the cream on the cake.. Great guy!! Can't say enough good things about my experience with Allen and Kevin!

This service department is wonderful but you should plan on spending several hours waiting, no matter what you're having done or whether you have an appointment. At least the waiting room is nice!Purchased new tires. Appointment was for 11:47 am, arrived 15-20 minutes early. Checked at 1:30 pm and told that tires were on vehicle. Checked out a few minutes after 3:00 pm.

Dipen was a very attentive and super kind salesman who makes an honest attempt to build relationship with his customers. We were looking for a gray 2015 Camry SE certified used. I appreciate his extra efforts to match our price range and is a very good communicator via phone or text both outside and inside the dealership. We definitely would have purchased a car there if they didn't have trouble with organizing their car inventory but things happen and it wasn't his fault. The only thing I did not like was when the manager tried to steer us to buy a new car rather than a certified used. Would definitely recommend Dipen!

My wife And I were in the market for a new vehicle, we have a large family and finding a vehicle that suits our needs is not an easy day at the dealership, my wife found a vehicle that she liked, I wasn't going to make a decision over the phone without seeing the vehicle first, I spoke with the sales individual and setup a day to view this vehicle, when I went over the vehicle it wasn't up to our needs. The sales individual was very patient and wasn't just trying to sale me whatever he could find, I changed my mind right down to the last minute and he rolled right with it. Sales people can be pushy and then you find yourself in something that isn't what you really had in mind, I'm not an easy sale or a push over, I tend to push back. This transaction was very smooth.

Drove in without an appointment with a dead battery. The battery was replaced at no charge as my warranty was still open. I had some damage to my 2014 Toyota Avalon repaired at Sun Toyota's Collision service center. I picked the car up on the day after Hurricane Hermine stuck Florida. The center had lost its power and had sent its employees home. The manager stayed there and checked out customer manually using paper and pencil rather than line-powered electronics. The center did not close. The work they did on my car was perfect. I had to drive 50 miles through heavy rain to get to the center in my other car, and they did not disappoint me by closing. I have had several highly positive encounters with Sun Toyota sales and service. There is none better.

Vmov heard me in what I wanted and was so friendly and nice. he knew my likes and dislike on car. he was not pushy or trying to sell me the first car I see. He heard my concerns and gave me what I needed , not what I wanted. it was the camry vs the corolla and the Camry was to big for me I did not feel comfortable driving it and then he recommended the toyota corolla and I loved it. the color was also beautiful and i drove out with my car that day.

Went in to Sun Toyota to look for a used car...met with Joe who sold my fiance a truck a couple of days prior. I went into the day starting to look around, no intention of buying a new vehicle. Joe helped me find a car deal that was just unimaginable. I had a very specific set of features, model, and price that I was looking for, and he found me a vehicle with all of them and more. Don was very professional,polite and funny to a point.We went for a test ride in a new Avalon ,even though I was bringing my 2013 Avalon in for servicing. On test drive I mention that I received numerous emails on trading in my 2013 towards a new or upgraded Toyota...we took a look at the new Avalons on lot found one I liked then started negociatitions ..We came to a price I was ok with and did the deal. I enjoyed my day with Don and was happy to get into a new Avalon by days end... Thanks Don Smith .

I highly recommend you go see Amelia at Sun Toyota!I'm very happy with her attentiveness and care. I went to at least (not an exaggeration) 12 dealerships and contacted even more before deciding to buy from Sun Toyota. Amelia walked up and told me right off the bat that she was new there, which I appreciated. When I arrived I knew precisely what I wanted and was pre approved. I also really liked Ferris. He's a straight shooter and was very open and honest about everything. I really appreciated that, so he was the linchpin that swayed me to buy from Sun Toyota.

My buddy and I were ready to buy two cars. Both of us had trade-ins and we knew exactly what we wanted. He wanted a Tundra SR5 5.7 and I wanted a Tacoma TRD Off-road. We had exact specs, conditions, price, etc. that we wanted. We went in on Friday and met with AMELIA STAMAS. She greeted us and we proceeded to tell her that we were going to be difficult and that we had no problem walking if we didn't get exactly what we wanted. This did not phase her, she simply smiled and said, well good thing you got the best. That day we gave her exactly what we wanted, got our trade ins looked at and talked about price. We came back Sunday and with some of the best negotiations, my buddy and I found exactly what we wanted, for the price we wanted. Had it not been for AMELIA STAMAS and FERRIS HAMDAN we actually would have left. The work these two put in to this sale was way above and beyond any other person would have gone. I would completely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car, even if you aren't looking at Toyota, come talk to these two and you'll probably end up getting one and happier than you would have been getting something else. It was a great experience and I look forward to working with them again.

I would strongly discourage anyone from having this dealership install a new set of tires. I had all four tires replaced, after matched Tire Kingdom's price, so I let them do the work. 06/17/2016This was the first time the tires were replaced on our 2012 Sienna SE, which was in "pristine" condition. Unfortunately, the tech who did the work did not care about the job he was doing or our vehicle. All four wheels had e finish knocked off around the lug nuts(from not taking a second to align up the socket on impact wrench) and scraped off finish on the edge of rims from the machine used to remove the tire. I contacted the same service tech I have used several times before and obtained the name of the tech and asked if I brought my vehicle back, could I request this same tech not be able to work on my vehicle. The service adviser said "ok" and that's it. I informed him I photographed the damage and he couldn't care less, advising he would be sure the tech was spoken to. That's it! Sorry about your luck. I didn't ask for anything and he sure didn't offer. What a shame.I then took my 2012. 4x4 Tundra to Tire Kingdom where I purchased 4 tires, new struts, alignment, whole nine yards warranty and NOT A SCRATCH ON MY RIMS. not sure if I will go back to Sun Toyota for anything.

Service said I needed new tires on my 3 year old car. A second opinion confirmed this. I went and got an improved price on the tires, Bridgestone, and would have bought from another supplier. When I called Sun Toyota to tell them, my service guy not only matched the other company price, but also beat that price! Needless to say, I bought my tires from Sun Toyota, I am very happy and plan to return for other service as needed.

The folks at Sun Toyota are a great group. We arrived on a Saturday just to look and drive a new Tacoma and we were able to look around the lot and get in the trucks without being bombarded by sales associates. As we entered the main building we were greeted by Danelle Robertson who took care of us during the drive and initial negotiations, she also stayed with us during the entire process all the way through receiving the keys. She is one of the newer associates but had good knowledge of the product and when she didn't have an answer was quick to get it. Great job Danielle.

2000 miles after I boght this car check engine light and LSD Light came on.Brought the car for service supossedly under watrant. Got a quote for $46 for a gas tank cap aND $349 for some sensor. Declined the service and the car was returned with the tire pressure light on. Thus dealer and service department are the worse.

I stopped in to Sun Toyota to check out a few cars in order to get a better idea of what would be a good fit for me. Before I even stepped in the door, I was greeted by a host of smiling faces and friendly people. I told the young lady at the desk that I was interested in looking at some vehicles and she quickly got Marc Langlais to take care of me. Marc was a very friendly guy. Not that cheesy, overbearing kind of friendly that one might expect, but a genuine person. We chatted a little bit and looked at a few cars on the website, but soon we were out on the lot getting up close and checking out the vehicles in greater detail. Marc was very attentive and professional throughout this process, even when i wanted to take a second look at a few vehicles. Once I had decided on which one I wanted, we went back into the A/C (August in Florida!) and chatted a bit more about the car. Then I was introduced to Javier Zamora, a very affable gentleman with a firm handshake. Javier handled my paperwork in a most pleasant and efficient manner with enthusiasm and a smile. Before you know it, I'm sitting happily behind the wheel of my new Altima and was on my way with a big smile on my face. I could not have asked for a better pair of personalities to work with. Both Marc and Javier were very helpful without being pushy in the slightest. They listened to my needs and took great care of me. I will definitely be back to make another purchase at Sun Toyota for my daughter's first car because these guys made the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks again you guys!

I had. 7:30 appointment to have my first oil change and tire rotation on Saturday. I was quickly greeted asked a few pertinent questions and guided to the reception area. My care was ready before I had finished my complimentary coffee and donut. The professionalism was bar none. This was a great way to start a Saturday.

Very disappointed in the service and the quality of the vehicle. I traded in a 2012 GMC Sierra for a 2106 Tundra -xsp. I had my first experience with the service center only to be more disappointed. The audio system in the Tundra would not hold a signal and I needed the first oil change with a multi-point inspection. Had a 9 am appointment. dropped off the Tundra and got a call at 3:30 pm that it was ready. Yes 6 and 1/2 hours. Got in the Tundra started it and the low pressure tire light is on. which was not on when i dropped off the Tundra. How can they say they did a multi-point inspection? Drove the Tundra out to US-19 only to loose the audio signal again. They stated to do the computer update? Makes me wonder if they are not able to notice a low tire light did they really do the update? Very Disappointed in Sun Toyota and the Services they provide.

We went to Sun Toyota due to their large inventory of 2016 Camrys. Upon arriving we were guided by Dipen Makati. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the car and immediately found what we requested. He did not put any pressure on us and his customer service was outstanding. In discussions he made sure to get a sales manager which treated us with respect. We picked up the car a few days After and he was there making sure the car was spotless and walking through the new features of the car. Too many times once you buy and you go back to ask a question you are not their problem....but not with Dipen he has been very receptive to our questions. From the moment I stepped up to the door at Sun Toyota, I new I was in for a different experience. I had already made contact with Vadim (V) by phone and had made an appointment to lease a car to drive for Uber. The pleasant salesperson I first saw in the parking lot walked me to the front desk where an extremely professional and friendly lady called for V. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He then introduced me to Javier. Between the two of these gentlemen they walked me through every step of the process and answered every question I had. At no point did either of them make me feel like I was asking too many questions and they took my calls anytime I thought of a new one. After the lease was complete, V has texted me to be sure I am enjoying my 2013 Prius. I would recommend that anyone should go to Sun Toyota and if you are lucky, you will meet Vadim and Javier.

My low tire light kept coming on. I stopped by without an appointment to have my tires checked. Two tired needed to be replaced and the service person was exceptional in providing the service necessary. She surprised me when she told me that I had tire insurance and it covered $400 of the cost. I drove away very happy getting two new tires for a total cost of under $30.00. Excellent service

The mechanic should have checked the air pressure of the tires but the air pressure device of the car, used after I left the dealership, revealed that one of the tires had a reading of several pounds (psi) above the recommended pressure. That is the only complaint that I have regarding this visit.

Willy...I have purchased over 30 new cars in my life (for me, my wife, and 4 kids...grandkids next) and your demo of the Corolla yesterday was the best ever. Usually I know more than the salesperson...but not yesterday. My only regret is that the Corolla may finish 2nd to another brand, but you & Ferris & Javier make the decision very difficult...Sun Toyota is an awesome dealer...great people. All the best.

Lee and Sandy was outstanding at answering my questions as well as all the questions my daughter asked. We spent many hours at the dealership, looked at many cars and Lee and Sandy kept their patience, answered our questions with details, advised on now based on getting a sale but based on what was best for our budget, credit, etc. They were extremely personable. I enjoyed dealing with Lee and Sandy so much that I went back the next day and bought another car from Toyota. The service advisor, Jay Nigro did an excellent job. He was upbeat and attentive right from the start. He listened! Talk less and listen more.He wasn't pushy as we discussed what was best for my vehicle's service plans for that day and also going forward. I bought my 2010 Corolla from them and went in for a simple oil change. I was just looking around a little to get ideas for the future. Pat walked up and offered to see if they could upgrade me. He brought up a beautiful 2016 Barcelona Red Corolla that I fell in love with right away. He worked to get me the best deal and was patient when I was making my decision. I took my car in expecting just an oil change and came out with a brand new car. Hassle free, great customer service. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime but never felt that the experience was something to write home about.....but this one was. Only because of our Sales Professional, name is Lee Huston. My wife and I have a system we follow since she hates to go thru the looking part. I did some online research prior to "looking" and called Sun Toyota because I saw in their website a Lease Special for $179 on a RAV 4 that no other Toyota dealer (closer to home) offered. I also did some research on Hyundai but they offered no Lease special even close to Toyota. I then called Sun Toyota and spoke with Lee, who immediately confirmed the rate and said it was on the GLS series RAV 4. He also explained the down payment necessary and also amount to allow for dealer fee , tags, registration....so I knew what to expect. I thanked him for the info and said I wold let him know when to expect me and he confirmed Sunday. Well Sunday ended up with too much rain so we went for Monday. He called me Monday to see if I knew about what time and I told him.When I arrived at the dealership, the first salesman met me outside and asked if he could help, I told him I was there to see Lee Huston and he had him paged for me. Lee immediately showed up, shook my hand and we proceeded to sit down at his desk. He confirmed again exactly what I was looking for .....a white with tan interior RAV 4 2016 with the $179 lease. He said to just relax, have some water or coffee and he would return with the car. Within 5 minutes he showed up with exactly what I wanted and we took a test drive where he began explaining many of the features, naming a few that he was going to program for me, offering to spend as much time as needed for me to be familiar with the vehicle. After the test drive, I told him I needed to go home and bring my wife back to finalize my decision. He immediately brought out his Sales Manager who said "why don't you just drive it home and show her"....so I did just that.By the time we got back to Sun, she had made up her mind it was the right vehicle but when she met Lee the first thing she says is "did you have any other white white Rav 4's?. He didn't bat an eye and said follow me. Walked us out to the lot and Patty loks at all the others and confirmed her decision to stay with the one we just drove.Next thing that happens is my 2nd meeting with the sales manager who made it very simple...."how much do I have to give you for your F150 to seal this deal? It made the whole experience even more pleasant....I told him a figure and we shook hands and the deal was done.Went thru the experience with the finance associate, Lee was waiting for us outside his office to excort us to the car. Spent another while reviewing other features and we were about to leave and I asked him about the mesh bag that RAV 4;s have in the rear to hold packages. He said not to worry, I will get you one and call you when it comes in.Two days later, Lee calls with the bag. I drove up to the dealership, asked for Lee who comes out with bag in hand, big smile, big handshake, and another big thank you for your business...and please tell your friends about me and Sun Toyota.I think you know where we will get our next vehicle from......Sun and Lee!!

It started when I brought our 2011 Venza in for service. I spoke with Baron in Quality Assurance who made me aware of the "repurchase program." At the time, I wasn't sure we were even ready but Baron took me to the sales staff where they patiently listened to my concerns, gave me the information I requested, then let me go on my way. There was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire process. We returned today, 13 Aug, took a drive in the vehicle we were interested in and ultimately settled on a three year lease. Not once, throughout all this were we put under pressure. You just can't beat that. Ron Cauchi answered any and all questions we had and made the experience a very pleasant one indeed.Matt

Patrick was so welcoming and definitely helped me pick the right car! I was so comfortable talking to him and he helped me and did the best he could do to get the car I wanted!! I was having oil problems with my old car and was in the service department several times, after working with Travis in the service department (who is amazing by the way), it came down to the fact I needed a new car that was dependable, reliable, and something I'd be happy driving as well as affordable. When I came in I was frustrated and not in the best mood due to dealing with the downs of my recent car trouble, but Jorge came into my situation with a great attitude as well as living up the test of impressing me with options for replacing my problematic car (I'm picky what can I say). I ended up in a car I love, that fits me, with all the needs that I wanted in a car, as well as being in my price range. I was so happy that my mom ended up buying two cars from him the very next day, one of those being the same model as my own new car. Thank you for your excellent service Jorge and Travis!

Mario was friendly and kept looking till we found something that worked. We were at the dealer for close to 5 hours but it never felt dragged out. We are long time customers of Toyota, however, our last experience with the company was a nightmare and we swore we would never purchase from here again.We were pricing and ended up driving into the lot to look at the new Rav4's. Along came Pat Hayes - we were on guard to say the least. By the end of the experience, we had purchased a new Camry with Pat and Courtney - the experience was so different then what we were expecting. Pat was amazing, Courtney was amazing and not once did we feel pressured or that we had to make a decision that we weren't comfortable with. I had decided to look at upgrading my Tundra Crewmax to a new one. I had a price and a model in mind. I booked an appointment with Jim Gass. He was busy with another customer and meet James Heard. I liked the truck I test drove, but was not in love with it. Jeff Barnes meet with me and asked me what does he have to do to make me fall in love. I told him and he gave me what I asked for. It was an offer I could not refuse. You can not beat their 20 year / 200,000 warranty.I have purchased three (3) vehicles from this dealership and serviced them all. James Heard was one of the most respectful salesmen I have ever meet. My kids love the truck!

I came into Sun Toyota for an early Monday morning appointment to have my 2015 4 Runner serviced for 10,000 mile service and also to get a replacement tire ,there was a giant rock stuck in it and it was not fixable. I was unaware that it was not covered under my extended warranty and the replacement tire was going to cost $300..00. I was very unhappy about the fact that the warranty I purchased did not cover the tires as I believed I had purchased a warranty for the entire car. I was going to take the car and leave but the service tech suggested I talk with a manager first. Matt was very helpful and went out of his way to make me a happy Sun Toyota customer again. I must tell you if it wasn't for the tech that checked my car in (I don't remember his name) and Matt the salesman I probably would have taken my business to another dealer. I left with a brand new 2016 4 Runner and a warranty that covered the tires. The gentleman that did the finance contract again I can't remember his name) was also very helpful and made sure I was fully advised of all my options and what they included.

Greg let the techs know I was planning a trip, so they checked the service history and recommended services that were overdue. Although I completely appreciate the service advisors for all of their assistance over the years, I am NOT happy with the work of the technicians. I had all 4 of my tires replaced on July 20, 2016 as part of the tires for life program. I had to return today, August 7, 2016, because I had one missing lug nut and another that I was able to turn with my fingers. Luckily for me, I heard a hum/grind coming from the right side of my car and thought to check the lug nuts. If I hadn't heard it, I would have most likely had the tire come off while driving since it was on the back right side. During my prior visit, Michael was very kind and helpful. Today, Greg couldn't apologize enough for my troubles. Again - the service advisors are top notch and can not be blamed for the sloppiness of the technicians in the garage. It's sad that I will never purchase another Toyota again because I don't feel safe after having simple repairs or service done to my car.

After an exhaustive Internet search, we finally came upon Sun Toyotas inventory and called about a truck that seemed like it might have what we were looking for. Upon calling to find out more information, we were lucky to have Amelia answer our call. She proved to be very informative and eager to help, as she took it upon herself to go out on the lot and send us a variety of pictures of the truck we were interested in. My daughter came down from school to have the car looked at. The brakes were making noise.She was afraid the car was not safe .The service advisor and the tech.took us into the service bay and showed her there were no issues with the brakes. Just glazing from stop and go traffic. They also told her to check the oil because this is a older car and the seals are worn. Thank you.

I went in and was promptly greeted by the salesman Joe Cuomo. I was looking for a vehicle they did not have in stock. He immediately assisted me in locating the vehicle I wanted, researched all options available, provided me with detail information about everything throughout the entire process. Two cars with different options I inquired about arrived within a few days and We were able to make a deal I am happy with. Joe was working on my behalf the entire time and I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. My Prius is 10 years old and finally had a maintenance bill! I guarantee that my next car will be a Prius, too. Sun's mechanics got my Prius to 68 mph, and fixed some other minor problems, too. The service staff is always courteous (a big call out to Baron and Greg), and they make me feel at home while I wait. The mechanics are great. Did I mention 68 mph?

Willy Patty is a fantastic salesperson. The only day a friend could drive me to Sun Toyota was on Willy's day off. He rescheduled everything just so we could drive up that day. I just traded my Camry for a RAV 4 at Sun Toyota. The entire experience was actually enjoyable. My Salesperson, Desmond Lee, was great. When it came time for the paperwork, Desmond stayed on top of it. I definitely will be back, and it will be a pleasure to refer business to Sun and Desmond. In regard to Sun's Service Department, I've been servicing my car there for over two years. I've found them to be very thorough and efficient. They have always answered my questions in a manner that I can understand. You won't find a better Service Department.

Getting your car serviced is generally where most dealerships drop the ball. I took my xB in for 20,000 mile service and to get the A/C checked. Work was done quickly and correctly. The service advisor was friendly and helpful.

In my 60+ years I have never had such great service from an auto dealership until purchasing a new Toyota from Sun Toyota in 2014. I never liked taking my car to a dealership for service unless the item was under warranty, however I have found Sun Toyota to be trustworthy and have fair pricing. My service advisor Mike Jimerson has taken very good care of me and my vehicle with prompt service and advise.

Jason is very knowledgable and knows his product inside and out. He has that natural sales personality. Over all he needs a mananagement team that can go out of their way to work with banks. Jason has a gift for sales. He needs a management team to work with him to help with afordable payments and to allow him to grow and prosper in the hard business of comission sales. Just purchased my second Tacoma from the team at Sun Toyota. I got a very well timed call from DJ in the internet dept on Friday afternoon totally out of the blue and set up an appointment to meet on Sunday morning to give me an offer on my 2013 Tacoma as a trade in. I had an oil change and a car wash and wax service. The bill reflected the wrong oil, but it was changed immediately by my service rep Travis. The wax and wash was done very well, but the guys forgot to finish the roof. No problem at all. The service manager John said bring it in whenever you can and they promised to complete the roof immediately. They not only kept their promise, but Travis was the perfect gentleman and corrected the problem himself quickly. I have been buying and leasing cars for more than 45 years. Very seldom is everything always perfect. I believe the strength of a car dealership is in the service reps. taking charge and feeling empowered to fix problems quickly and perfectly.
