Can't say enough good things about the staff & the entire car buying experience here. We fully intended to repeat buy at our local dealership 15 minutes from home; however no inventory, so we went to "just look" at Sunbury an hour away. Honestly, their customer service & no pressure approach was so impressive, we decided to purchase a car. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Kudos to Ernie, Austin, & Alphonso. Each was a master class in professionalism.

After purchasing a vehicle less than two years ago from Sunbury Motors Kia I was in the market for another. The experience was so hassle-free and easy the first time, it was a clear choice the second time around. I walked into the dealership and within the hour I was leaving with the vehicle that I was interested in. Easy as that. Alphonso was a wonderful sales person and made the process as simple as possible. No hassles. I can't say enough about the high quality of customer satisfaction that this dealership provides!

We had a great experience here. We looked at a vehicle in Sept. and because of some issues, didn't make a decision right away. We kept in touch with the salesman. Let him know we were still interested, and a month later, bought the car!Everyone there was really pleasant and helpful. Thanks!

We have purchased a used 2015 Ford F150 and had no struggles for the trade in purchase. They met our needs in everyway. We have not had to use the repairs yet but everything thus far is great! Totally recommend.

I just bought a 2012 Kia Optima and could not be happier! We had the pleasure of working with Austin Martin for the second time. Bought a 2016 KIA Sorento. The purchase process was comfortable: Kii and Kyle listened to my ideas of equipment and showed me the vehicle. Neither tried to add options that I did not need or want. Closed deal and returned to take ownership several days later. All paperwork was complete and in order. Austin explained thoroughly all the systems of the vehicle.

Was looking for a good used car but was given a deal on a new car we couldn't refuse. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. We have nothing negative to say about this dealership other than the numerous follow-up phone calls from office staff after the sale or service.

Second new Kia I have bought at Sunbury Motors. This time Austin(salesman) spent time reviewing all the options available on the 2014 Kia Souls. After deciding which model was best for me he worked hard trying to locate a Soul ! with the Whole Shabam package. He made calls to several other dealers in PA and VA and kept me updated on the results. Behold! He found one! He sent a driver the next day to pick it up. I am very satisfied with the sales staff and the financial officer for getting me what I wanted at great price. I would highly recommend my family and friends visit Austin at Sunbury Motors Kia when shopping for a new car.
