My wife and I are in the market for a new sports coupe and we have been eyeing the new Camaro as one of 4 cars we are considering. With the slow death of drivers who can drive a stick, many dealers do not carry the V6 manual tranny powertrain model on their lot; as we drive only clutch on the floor in our household, our search, taking weeks, took us quite a distance from home in finding Sunrise. Josh and the staff at Sunrise made the trip well worth the time and travel. Josh took the time to explain all of the features on the car and sent us out for a test drive; when we returned, he asked intuitive questions about our experience with the car, our likes, dislikes and if we thought it might be a car we would like to purchase; as we had previously informed him we have other cars of consideration to test, he displayed remarkable understanding in agreeing that testing all was the proper way to decide; though he asked the other cars we are considering, he did not try to dissuade us from testing the other cars or denigrate the other cars we are considering. He was very, very no pressure and empathetic of our time and distance in our search. Whether buying or not, this is the way a sales associate should respect a customer; irrespective of Sunrise's distance from my home, if I purchase a Chevy, I would definitely visit Sunrise again.

Sunrise Chevy of Glendale Heights has always treated me very well. Yesterday I purchased my third new Chevy Malibu from them even though my credit score was not that great. On top of that my mother ways able to get a 2014 Nissan Rogue something she has wanted did a long time! They allowed her to be my co-signer to work both deals. It was as if Jesus Christ Himself told our rep Javier Guzman exactly what we wanted because the vehicles he brought out for us were just perfect! I walked into Sunrise and met with Sean Donato. He put me in contact with Luciano. From the very beginning Luciano was very respectful. He made my experience wonderful! He was honest, not pushy. He presented me with lots of options until I felt comfortable with my choice. He didn't try to force me to buy something I really didn't want. I'm a young college student who has had a lot of unfortunate experiences on the road, however that didn't stop me from saving enough money to buy a nice reliable car. I came in late 5 minutes before closing and Manny Reyes the man who had eventually sold me the car was very welcoming and helpful in me getting a test drive and everything on short notice, throughout the entire experience he was extremely hospital and even made small talk with me and my girlfriend to make sure we were comfortable. It made me a lot less nervous for the whole car buying experience in general because this was the first time I had done it on my own. So thank you Manny for everything you've done and all the help in me buying my 2012 Kia Rio, I wish all the best too him as well!For the short time that I was talking to rick he was really kind and considerate in setting up the financial side of the visit, we even talked about the cubbies in doing so. Really up front and nice guy.

Each time we are in the dealership for service and past purchases, we are always greeted with a smile and over all a friendly, family like environment. Nicholas Mazzeffi was my salesman last week and was very pleasant to work with. everyone is pleasant my car couldn't be completely fixed after the 1st recall the volume on the steering wheel stopped working & the temperature info disappeared from the screen. .. I was told I would have to bring the car back & leave it for possibly 2-4 hrs.. I haven't had time yet to make the follow up appt.

This was my third car purchase from Sunrise. Both times recently was for the death of an older car. Both times Primo worked as best he could to get us into cars that were budget-friendly. Both times we walked out with a new vehicle thanks to him. He doesn't pressure you either and you can tell he is genuine and loves to help people out. He saved my rear not once, but twice now. The service department customer service was excellent they keep me inform on a daily basis. Bryan the service specialist offered me a loaner free of charge until my car was ready. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was they didn't wash my car after the repair was done. I've been to other chevy dealers for repair and my car came back to me really clean. Overall great experience.

Sunrise Chevrolet made the car-buying experience easy and seamless for me, especially after having bad experiences at other dealerships. Raul Martinez took me seriously, answered questions thoughtfully, and there truly was a no b.s. vibe. Financing can get ugly, but Eric and Rick explained things, and worked with me to get to a comfortable sale price and payment. This was the first dealership I dealt with that didn't tell me to "go talk it over" with my husband, or wouldn't even entertain a conversation on price (yes, that garbage still happens). I bought a previously owned 2013 Buick Encore, so I can only speak to their Used Car sales team, but to me, Sunrise is a premiere dealership.

About 6 years ago I was in the market to get a car. I was fortunate enough that I had the opportunity to get my first new car at 18. After some resurch I walked in Sunrise and Primo was one of the greatest guys to help me with this. I came out with a 2012 Chevy Sonic that I loved! Unfortunately a few weeks ago I was in an accident and the Sonic was totaled because of it. I needed a car so I walked into Sunrise and Primo once again helped me find an amazing Cruze. Just finished taking delivery of my new Malibu. Primo, Dan Schomer and Rick MacIntosh all helped to make this an easy and smooth transaction. Luciano "Primo"! Garcia went over all of the new features of the car with me and he was as patient as could be, he even set sync'd my phone with the car and set all of the passwords for me. Dan Schomer set a fair price that was agreeable for all on the first visit, Rick did all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently . My wife and I went over to Sunrise to determine which trim of a certain model SUV we were interested in buying. Danny and Richie were patient, honest, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. It was everything you could hope for and more out of a car buying experience. They made us feel important and catered to our needs in making a decision and were not pushy at all. They let us go on a couple test drives to aid in our decision making process and helped us think through it. They even offered to let us take a brand new SUV for a few hours to be certain...before we even committed to buying anything. Second car buying experience at Sunrise with Roger Nicklaus and it was better than before. Roger addressed all of our questions and concerns with complete knowledge and honesty. I came in on a whim to see if I could trade in my Dodge Journey for something a little more roomy. Matt had 3 options in a matter of minutes. Took two for a ride. Matt was very knowledgable about the options and reviews of each make. Ended up going with a suburban that was awesome! Quite an enjoyable experience. My wife and I were at this dealer to view a certified 2014 Silverado 4WD, after looking at this vehicle, we decided on a different vehicle - I was looking for a vehicle with 4WD/AWD. Saw the 2014 Dodge Durango - this one turned out to be a better fit. Sales rep was patient, knowledgeable of both vehicles. Did not push us at all. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Sunrise. The added bonus is that it's so close to home. Matt Dickerson make the process as painless as possible. He kept us well informed as to how things were progressing and considering we where there with our 3 little restless kids it was good to a timeframe. Matt listened to what we where looking for and tried to stay within our budget. In the end, Matt advised us on a promotion going on and we were able to take advantage of the offer which got us in a vehicle far better than we anticipated we could get. Gave me way too little for my trade. WAY to little!Interest rate for my year vehicle was too high. Even with a middle of the road credit rating. I bought because they came $10 away from my anticipated payment amount.Promised paint t/u and buffing. Paint looked great but car never got buffed. I have had the car for 1 week and already have to bring it in for a few problems. Thank goodness for the remaining warranty. Salesman was friendly and not pushy. That is always a plus for me as a buyer. I would request him if I bought from them again.

I loved our salesman's (Joshua) attitude and approach to helping us. He listened, gave us information and answered questions about the features on the car we were thinking about, and as part of the delivery, he made sure we left with the On Star app working on our smartphone. We have all bought cars and when thinking about purchasing a car whether it is a new or used car usually brings heart palpitations and anxiety to mind. Rose Cruz made the initial introduction over the internet very easy and was able to answer all of the questions that I initially had. I have to say this was the smoothest car purchase ever. Matt Dickerson took all of the anxiety out of it. . I knew what I was looking at , we talked finance first , as that was a requirement that I wanted , then test drove the 2013 GMC Terrain . Matt knew the history of the car, all of the features of the car, from safety features to how all of the interior functions worked. I was in and out in a little over 2 hours with a new ( pre-certified used car ) , 2 keys , new plates and extended warranty . I would highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet and Matt Dickerson to any one interested in purchasing a new or used car. He did not pressure me into a car outside of my budget and made the whole process very seamless and hassle free.

I had been looking at Kia Rios because they fell well withing my price range and had found one at the jeep dealer across the street that in person was much more rough than pictures had suggested. On a whim so as to not have an entirely wasted trip I decided to stop and look at two kia Souls that Sunrise Chevy had sitting on their lot. I was met immediately by Roger Nicklaus, who was easily one of the nicest most friendly car dealers ive met, and allowed me to test drive the soul which I loved. He did not however pressure me into getting it and he and eric claeson showed me other options within my price range they also had but I told him I needed to do my due diligence and research a little more. I spoke to him the next day and let him know I was intending on looking at some other souls but that if I was unable to find something I liked I would be back. After about 6 hours of car shopping and two of the most unpleasant experiences ive ever had trying to buy something I found myself calling Roger back letting him know id be in shortly. Roger was out on a test drive when I came in but Matt Dickerson was ready and up to speed with my needs and again incredibly friendly and willing to help a quality I didn't realize was so important in the car buying process.I left that day with peace of mind knowing the car was in great condition and would run for a long time to come because I bought it from people I trusted.

I was having a hard time finding locally the exact truck I wanted, until I stopped in to sunrise and met Luciano. He worked hard to not only find the exact truck I was looking for at another dealer in eastern indiana, but to my surprise, was able to get it to sunrise and deliver it to me the next evening. My husband and I had been to about 5 or 6 Chevy dealerships before coming to Sunrise and were truly fed up with the sleezy, rushed and unprofessionalism we were confronted with. Not at Sunrise. We were so pleasantly surprised - the second we walked in the door we were greeted by polite, professional looking salesmen and we didn't have to wait long to get started. Matthew Magnusson really took the car buying experience to a whole new level where it wasn't a chore - he made it enjoyable and he was honest. I am a consumer of quality and that means I buy where the service is gold star. That is why we walked away with a brand new Tahoe. We drove by the dealership one night just as they were about to close but decided to stop anyway "just to browse". We had a car make and model in mind and wanted to see the selection that they had. After looking around for a bit, we saw a car that caught our eye and it was not even what we had considered to begin with! The next day we came back to the dealer, and thanks to Eric C. and Javier Guzman, we drove our new (used, but new to me!) car home! After visiting numerous dealerships, we foubd the perfect Tahoe black on black....upon arrival to the dealership we're told it was sold. Javier was apologetic but asked (not in a pushy manner) if we would look at a Tahoe theyed just gotten in. We took it for a test drive, did the paperwork and picked it up the next day. I've been smiling every since. We will definitely be shopping with Sunrise again and I would recommend them to anyone.

I did a lot of research on cars and had my eye on the Chevy equinox. I took to social media to ask about dealerships to go to. Sunrise Chevy was mentioned by several people saying they are the best around, so I went to check them out. This was my first and last stop. Immediately I was greeted and put in the right direction for exactly what I was looking for. The staff was helpful in answering all my questions and was courteous to me and my daughter who I had with me. I was nervous about committing to a new vehicle but didn't feel forced to go with the car. I was asked by Roger if this was the car I wanted, would I be happy taking it home, can I see myself in it for the next few years etc. It was really about what I wanted and I felt 100% taken care of. They were able to work with me on a price that worked for me as well as the type of warranty that was necessary for what I was getting. Overall everyone was open, honest, and very professional. I left extremely happy and would definitely go back for my next car!

I have been dealing with Sunrise Chevy for 10 years. So it was a no brainer to go back when we needed another vehicle. We called and spoke with Matt, we mentioned we would be there around 6:30. He had the car washed and waiting for us to take it for a test drive. It drove great. Matt was very courteous and a great sense of humor. He let us put all our sporting ear into the back to make sure it fit. Once it did all the T's were crossed and 'I's were dotted. They filled the gas tank up and off we went with our new vehicle. I don't think there are enough superlatives to describe my experiences with Sunrise Chevrolet. I've had my new car for a couple of months now (LOVING the Equinox, BTW...), and took it in to the dealer for install of some Chevy branded accessories. I have to say, everyone at the dealership has been great to deal with. An appointment was made, I dropped the vehicle off, and the work was done quicker than promised. I'm just some guy that bought a Chevy, but I was treated like I was somebody... This dealer came highly recommended to me by family and friends and it did not disappoint.I was in sort of a rough spot financially and after spending quite a while searching high and low for a solution I came across Sunrise. I checked out their used inventory online late one night and found a car I was really interested in. Their super helpful online sales team was able to set me with a test drive the very next morning, and we were off. Each and every person I worked with from online sales, to service were nothing but professional and kind.Even after a number of other dealerships weren't able to help me out in my time of need. Sunrise did everything I could have asked for and more. Not only were they able to put me in a car but in the car I wanted! Not just the cheapest thing on the lot, or something they hadn't been able to move. The service I received from the sunrise teamwas wonderful, everyone made sure that I was comfortable and explain everything to me.. Javier made sure that I understood everything about the cars that I was looking at and he help me stay within my budget. I didn't feel bullied at all. I was in search of a vehicle to replace my wife's 2006 Chevy Impala with 126,399 miles whichwas destroyed in a car crash.Roger Nicklaus' customer service skills and his attention to detail are outstanding. I must say I've purchase serveral vehicles in my lifetime throughout Chicagoland area but this right here this is the reason I came back for my second vehicle purchase through Sunrise. I talked with Eric Claeson, Finance Director when I purchased my car. He was easy to talk with and he answered all of my finance related questions. Eric provides excellent customer service and you can tell he enjoys his job. Brian Kurtz, Manager introduced himself and encouraged me to test drive a car. I eventually test drove a couple of cars and I bought my car from Sunrise!! Like I had mentioned before Matt Dickerson, Sales did a fine job of locating a very nice car for me. Overall, Sunrise offers a very positive environment for the consumer. Many car dealers I have visited in the past "I have pretty much run out the door" soon after my arrival. Hands down, we recommend Sunrise Chevrolet. On the sales end, we had the pleasure of working with Matt Dickerson. After listening to what it was that we were looking for, Matt walked us through some of the benefits of each of the sedans on the Chevy line. He made sure that all of our 'checklist' items were 'checked', and offered to go on as many tests drives as needed to feel comfortable about the vehicles that we were looking to purchase. Our situation was special, as multiple cars were being purchased for different reasons, but he helped us drive off the lot with four brand new cars. It's wonderful having the peace of mind that if we have any questions or concerns going forward, Matt will be there to help us long after our purchases were made.

I can't even begin to describe how smooth and painless the entire process was. Our salesman, Raul was helpful and friendly without applying any pressure (very refreshing that this is the s.o.p. at Sunrise). Once I had selected the vehicle, a 2016 Equinox which is GREAT, I also met and worked with Dan Schomer and Eric Claeson when finalizing the transaction. This is a VERY professional group of nice people. From the start my experience was great. After working with Primo a couple years back I new that I wanted him to help me in the possible purchase of my vehicle. I called Sunrise and was greeted by a very polite and helpful receptionist, Jennifer. She had transferred me over to Primo. I informed him of the vehicle in which I had seen online and was very interested in. He was very helpful with answering all of the questions that I had. He informed me that he was going to do his best to get me in this vehicle. He took down some of my information over the phone as he knew that I was at work and wanted to help me as best he could. Once I came into the dealership, I was greeted by Primo who had the truck pulled up and ready for me to take a look at. The paperwork was all set up that way I didn't have to sit in the dealership for hours and hours. Not only do I have Primo to thank for going above and beyond but I also want to thank Rick Mackintosh and Jose Martinez. Without them, I don't think this deal would have worked. I have been into several dealerships throughout my lifetime and never ever have I been treated so kindly. It was like working with family. They were honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. I can honestly say that my next purchase of a vehicle will be through Primo and I will refer anyone in the market for a vehicle to him! Not to mention the next day I had brought my vehicle in to have the radio looked at but was also introduced to Mr. Kurtz who shook my hand and thanked me for purchasing a vehicle from his team. Never have I been thanked by an owner of a dealership. It sure shows that this dealership cares about their customers and it's not just about a sale! Although they had sold the car I was looking at by the time I was able to get into the dealership, they were very helpful in tracking down the car I wanted and making sure the whole purchase experience went smoothly. This has been the best dealer I have ever been to and I've purchased from quite a few dealers. I went in knowing the car I wanted (saw it online). I spoke with Javier Guzman as soon as I got there and told him about how I heard of them and the car I wanted. He showed me the car and described in detail everything I needed to know about the car. Now after looking at the car usually comes the dreadful part of going back and forth worth pricing and the dealer making you feel like it's their way or going home in the same car you came in. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT here, Javier showed me the price of the car, the tax and fees breakdown and the value of my car if i traded it in, and actual printed out from their system, not just written out like most dealers do and then try to get you to sign anywhere agreeing to the price. I felt like I was actually taken seriously here and they did their best to make it as easy and stress free as possible. No back and forth 20 times with the finance department like most dealers. If I every want another chevy car or any car I'm definitely checking with sunrise chevy first before I go anywhere else. I just hope Javier is still there if I ever need another car in the future.

We initially came in looking at the Malibu for my husband and worked with Matt. While my husband ended up deciding to go with a different vehicle, we were so impressed with Matt that we decided to come back and work with him to put me into a Cruze. My family (3 adult kids and I) had bought our last 8 cars from another dealer in the Chicago area because they had always given us the best price. Josh and the sales manager Dan beat all the other dealers price with their 1st offer!!!!Equally as important, I came in on lunch break needing to get back to work and Josh accurately took my information which included a GM card earnings (points) and a Chevy incentive to buy back my old lease. Some of the other dealers screwed up those incentives and I had to re-explain over and over to them how the incentives worked. What a waste of my time with those other dealers. Josh and Dan were 100% accurate on 1st try!!Josh and Dan also respected MY TIME and suggested that I go back to work and have Josh text/call me after they got the numbers ready. I got back to work and Josh called me with what turned out to be a great and fast offer. Other dealers played the game of throwing a very high offer on the table and then all the silliness of "what can I do to earn your business" or "what would you be willing to come up to today" I gave all the dealers "MY PRICE" walking in their showroom and what I was willing to sign for on the spot. Sunrise and Josh came within a few bucks of "MY PRICE" on their 1st offer. (so, to be frank, because Sunrise got within a few bucks of my price on the 1st try, I didn't even haggle with Sunrise any further). One sales manager at another dealer came in about $60 higher than Sunrise on their first "best price"...............I just literally laughed. He walked away multiple times, came back multiple times, each time telling me how they were losing money and what a great deal I was getting and that I couldn't get a better price somewhere else. I literally pulled out my wallet and challenged him to bet $100 that I could come back with a signed leased contract for another Traverse at the exact same MSRP vehicle and a $30-$40 better monthly price before the upcoming Saturday or before. He stammered ... "I"M NOT A BETTNG MAN" ......(lol). After about 45 minutes, he eventually got within a couple bucks of the Sunrise price but in the final analysis, I chose to drive all the way out to Sunrise (32 miles from my house) just on the principle that Josh and Dan did not waste my time. When I got to Sunrise on a Saturday morning for the pick up, the car and all the paperwork were ready and everything was done very quickly. My wife had to come in the next Monday (she was working on Saturday) and sign some of the paper work and she was also very happy. Javier and Eric were absolutely great! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Javier. Javier spent several hours with me looking at several different vehicles... Not once was he bothered by the time I was taking, In fact, he always made sure I was happy. After taking several test drives, I found the car I was most happy with. It was getting late, so I had to get going, however I was told that they could have everything ready for me tomorrow. When I showed back up at the dealer the following day, everything was ready! The car looked great, paperwork was all ready and Javier and Eric were waiting for me. Total time for all the paperwork you ask? 15 minutes TOPS! Eric was great! Got the payment I was looking for and was even able to get the extended warranty (I asked about it, I was not pressured in any way to buy one). I have bought over a dozen new vehicles and by far this was one of the best/easiest purchases I have made. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunrise Chevrolet, Javier and Eric. Recently I purchased my first "family velhicle" from sunrise chevy in Glendale heights. Many other members of my family purchased vehicles from sunrise, including my parents but I was skeptical about the cars and the service. However, when I went into sunrise chevy I was blown away by the service as well as the great chevy vehicles. I did not just have one person but a team of people helping me during my visit. Primo was amazing and his knowledge of the cars was great but he is also a great people person with a great attitude which made the experience one of a kind. I have always liked Chevorlet, and the Sunrise was the best place to have gone to. When I came in, Mat Magnusson was the one that had help me select the car i was looking for. i already knew to what I was looking for. but Mat had gone the extra mile to make sure I was absolutely satisfied. That I was going to get the most of the car i was going to buy. Mat know to what the car had and to what i would be getting. Like the schedule maintenance it came with. To the new features it had. But Mat never stop there. The past year i have had my car, Mat would always keep in touch to make sure everything was going great with my new car. And would always remind me to when it was time for my next schedule maintenance. I know i can count on Mat, to help me make sure my car is in top maintenance. And with answers to question I might have. If he does not know the answer, he has asked around to see if they knew the answer to my question. And would get back to me as soon as possible.

Overall we had a very good experience. Our sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable, as was our financing employee. We did notice that when our sales associate came back inside after going out to our old car or car we purchased, he smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. If someone "has" to smoke, I would recommend they do it when the customer has left, not while they are working with the customer. I do feel we were there for much longer than we expected, between three and four hours, but maybe that is normal for a car purchase and trade in.

On Saturday afternoon, I came out of the grocery store and saw a blck piece of rubber hanging off of my the front of car. I was a little freaked out and since I live close by drove right over to the dealership. Service was unfortunatley closed. Didnt matter Josh pulled my car into the service bay and he tied up the rubber piece until I could get back to schedule a service appointment on Monday! He saved the day! It turned out to be a small item called a deflector.How many sales guys would even think about getting themselves dirty to help ypu out ? Josj did - He's my hero!I brought my car into service today and they were impressed and said he did a great job as well

We came into sunrise with a 2 year old traverse and wanting to get into a newer traverse. Matt Magnusson was our salesman and he was more then helpful he was a gentlemen. He helped us pick out the right traverse that we needed and made sure that we were treated with respect. If you're considering buying a car, Sunrise is certainly the place to do it. Tim, Sean and Rick did a great job of making me feel comfortable about the transaction. Personally, I don't like to be "sold" something. I prefer to make an informed decision myself. Tim is not your typical "salesman". What I mean by that is that he simply did a great job educating me on the vehicle and my options, and took the time to genuinely understand what I want and kept working to get it. Once Tim and Sean worked their magic on a great deal, Rick had us in and out of the finance office in a matter of minutes. I could not be happier with how it all turned out and I love my new truck. I was in the market looking for a paticular car. Looking at Cars.com the car I wanted happen to be at Sunrise. I live about 140 miles from the dealership so i called in to see if it was still there. I was transfered to Kahar,who was my salesman through my purchase. Told him my situation n he told the car was there and available for me to see. So i drove up there to look at it. Brought my mum n neice along for the ride. Got there and got out of my ride and was greeted very friendly by another salesman who got Kahar for me. Very friendly staff everyone spoke n said hello that we crossed paths with. We talked for a bit,filled out few forms and went on a test drive. Then Kahar got fellow co workers Jose and Eric involved to finish the deal. They got it done an I drove off in my 2015 Chevy Camaro SS. Overall experience was great. Craig was great. I always shop by referral. I have buying cars, I don't have the time. I spoke with my neighbor whose bought all his trucks for his business from Sunrise. Have been looking for Chevrolet 2500 HD Crewcab with a long bed for awhile. I stopped in to look at the used 2015 that was on their lot before Christmas. It was just what I was looking for with the options I needed. Because of my timing I wasn't able to come back until after Christmas and work out a deal for it. I was pleasantly surprised by how easily it was to work out the deal and financing with Sunrise. They made the whole experience very easy and I went home a very satisfied customer. I worked with Javier Guzman, Jose Martinez and Eric Claeson. I would recommend that anyone would be able to work with them and be pleasantly pleased with how they are treated.

I brought in my car for service but determined it was time for a newer vehicle. The service representative, Dan, was very patient with me while I considered my options. Alex helped me select a vehicle in my price point. He was very friendly and, I have to add, patient. When I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, he pulled at least three cars around so that I could compare minor details. He assured I got the best deal and was very honest with me about terms and the benefits and drawbacks of each choice. While it can be draining to spend a day at a car dealership, working with Alex made the time not drag so much. I will refer family and friends to him.

Thanks Tim for all of your help with my new truck. I had been to an other local Chevy dealer and was not satisfied with the willingness of the Salesperson to help me find the Truck I was looking for. I called and talked to Tim. He had many trucks to look at and test drive. I was looking for a White Truck, yet Tim brought out a Tungsten metallic for me to look at. it was beautiful. Additionally the Manager Dan Schomer was key in bringing the price of the truck down even further. Finally the worst part of buying a new vehicle for me is the finance dept. where they normally beat you up with add-ons and up-sells. Sean Donato was my finance person I had to deal . It was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Very Professional.Thank you to the entire team that helped me purchase the vehicle i wanted at a price i wanted to pay. I bought a 2015 certified pre-owned Malibu.Pros: Roger was my salesman. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he listened to my needs and didn't push up-selling. For instance, I went with a vehicle priced at approximately 2/3 of my available limit. I wasn't pressured into maxing out my available credit. Roger went at my pace and really minimized the "going to ask the manager" tactic. With that said, Roger is a tiny bit "old school" in that he is a bit rough around the edges. While I can appreciate a no-nonsense somewhat "blue collar" approach, some people may not. I would recommend him to most, but not people with thin skin or those who are easily offended. All things considered, I am very satisfied with the service, attentiveness and consideration Roger afforded me. When the manager was required in negotiation, Jose was very personable. I found Jose to be very kind and genuine during the negotiation process. Rick handled all of my paperwork. A true professional, Rick was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions, and he was lightning quick. I came in with my own financing, and we got through the entire process in 10 minutes. As for the vehicle itself, the interior was in great condition. Exterior and paint at reasonably good condition, I was comfortable with it considering the price, which I found fair. Some room to negotiate.Cons: Car needed a buff to remove scuffs. Was not washed after buff, buffing compound coating the paint and windows leaving a very gritty texture on all exposed surface. Would not consider "delivery ready". Must detail exterior myself to remove. This is the reason for "4 stars". Would give 4.5 if available. Bottom Line: Great dealership, will definitely be a return customer. Just a word of advice... ensure the vehicle is in delivery condition.

I recently bought a brand new car from Sunrise Chevrolet. I should start by saying the salesman, Sean Love was new but he is a very nice, polite person and helped as much as possible. I did have a problem with my brand new car and took it to the service department. Jeff Hrubek is the Service Director and he made sure I was given a similar loaner car and kept me informed of what was going on. Brian McNeilly, who is the Assistant Service Director informed me the same day what the problem was. The car had a defective part and he had to find it. I will admit I was getting impatient after a couple days passed but Brian did his best keeping me informed. He got the part and assured me everything was good to go. He also told me to bring the car back at any time if I had any problem at all. I appreciate his attitude and great customer service.

The internet has made car buying a little easier for the consumer, all the knowledge you need is at your finger tips. I knew what I wanted to buy, what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for my trade in. Thanks to Matt Dickerson I achieved all those goals. I bought a Silverado and Matt was very helpful in showing me what all the buttons and gadgets do in the LTZ trim. Matt made it fun again buying a car, I felt no pressure and there was no going back and forth and back and forth to the managers office as I have experienced at other dealerships.. We walked into Sunrise (on a recommendation) and were instantly greeted by Alex, who was very upbeat and pleasant. He asked us what brought us in and we told him that we wanted to look at some Equinox's - and we were not sure yet on whether we wanted new or used. He took us over to his desk and gave us a booklet on the Equinox so we could start to look at the options. Then he took us over to the new car lot to check them out. He went over the different color options and features of the different levels of the model. We liked everything we saw so we decided to take it for a test drive. Alex was informative during the drive and showed us the different features, and he was not pressuring at all. We took a nice little route and were able to switch drivers halfway so that we could both test the vehicle. Once we got back we stated that we did want to see our used options as well, so Alex happily walked us over to the used lot and wrote down the numbers of all the vehicles we wanted to compare. Next we sat down with Alex and Richie to discuss the pricing and our options. They were both incredibly informative, pleasant, and NOT pressuring or pushy. Neither of us has ever bought new, so this was a jump for us. They both were understanding and gave us time alone to discuss. After not coming up with any reasons NOT to purchase the new one, we pulled the trigger. Alex was quick to process all of our information and get us set for finance. Everyone at the dealership seemed genuinely happy and excited for us. We went in to sign papers with Rick in Finance and he was quick and did a great job explaining everything we were signing. He was even able to get us a better interest rate than we originally thought! This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had, and absolutely will recommend them to all. It was so nice not to have the typical "pushy dealer" experience at this Dealership.

I recently took car in for its maintenance. I was there for a few hoursdue to the amount of work as I was behind. Dave Straus that was my adviser was helpful and kept me in the loop on the progress of my car. The salesman on the floor that I know took the time to talk with me and every person that that dealer is friendly no matter the reason that you are at the dealer. They were never pushy when I purchased a car and service gives110% and that is the reason why I will go no where else for my service.

I wad told my repair could take about 2 hours maximum, it took them 1 hour! I was thrilled. I was comfortable and studying thinking that it was going to take that long but when they came out in an hour I thought something went wrong. Nope. Everything was fine and they were finished.

I have to say that, in my eight years of dealing with Sunrise Chevrolet, I have always found their staff - from the Service Advisers to the valets to Management - to be most friendly and courteous, as well as helpful with identifying and resolving problems with my vehicles. Every member I have encountered, even just in passing in the customer lounge, has taken the time - made the effort - to greet their customers with a smile, a "Hello!" They make you feel like a family member, rather than an intruder who is in their way. Every one of their customers is treated as an appreciated guest. Even their valet drivers are impressive, always demonstrating excellent driving skills, literally following the Rules of the Road, following route suggestions, constantly keeping their passengers feeling comfortable and safe.

Got everything I went in for done, just wish that I would have known it was going to be longer than a day so that I could have arranged to have a car for work the next day. In my opinion sunrise should have supplied me with a rental at their cost as I dropped my car off for my apt on Monday at 10 and wasn't told until 6pm that it wouldn't be ready until te filleting morning.

The finance guy, Eric Claeson, was very helpful and so was salesman Javier Guzman. Eric helped me locate the exact truck that I wanted and gave me a great deal. He also arranged to have an add-on installed prior to delivery so that I would not have to make a return trip to the service department. Javier took the time to explain all the new technical features including OnStar and Blue Tooth. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Sunrise Chevrolet.

Traded in a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox. Got great value on both the trade in and my purchase. I bought from Roger who worked with me to get a fair deal for the Equinox. He kept in contact with me and followed up after each visit to the dealership, but was not overbearing. My Equinox could have been a little cleaner when I took it home (sticky cup holders, dirt/crumbs in some door pockets), but overall a very good experience.

After years of owning used cars I was finally ready to take the next step and buy a new car! I knew I wanted a Chevy truck, but not much more than that. Josh Morgan helped me find the best truck to fit all of my needs. He was able to work with my budget and help me find the truck I cold have only dreamed of having. This was a huge decision for me, and Josh and his staff made it extremely easy and enjoyable. Josh was not your typical, pushy sales man I have been used to. Using humor and many facts about the truck he was able to sell me. Great person to work with if you are looking for a car or truck to park in your drive way!

Another great job by Sunrise. Went in for an oil change and ended up also having the antifreeze and thermostat changed. Couldn't remember when the antifreeze was last changed, so got that done. Thermostat had never been replaced. So, with the upcoming cold weather, decided to get those two things done so I would be prepared for what's coming. Thanks, Sunrise! and Eric!

I have never owned a Chevrolet and my intent was to only look for a vehicle. When I walked in to Sunrise I was greeted by Alex Lima, we spoke for a few minutes about my desire to look for a new vehicle. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle from the smallest details to my monthly budget. After about 10 minutes he guided me to a 2015 Trax which I had never even heard of before. He called his manager over as well (Sean) everyone was extremely curteous, I took a Trax for a test drive and must say I fell in love with it! It didn't take long for me to agree that this was the car I would be driving home that day! The whole experience was very pleasant - And I think you even beat the 6 hours I spent at Honda in 2013 LOL... Great Job and Thank You for helping me get the car I wanted at a price that I could afford!!

I had an issue with my 2003 Z-71 Tahoe. It appeared that it had a bad Body Control Module. Working with Dave and his technician, we verified the problem, replaced and programmed the new BCM and everything seems to be working as designed at this time. The price of the repair was exactly what I was quoted. Thanks to the Sunrise Service Team for taking care of my Tahoe!

I went into Sunrise Chevrolet last Saturday planning on only looking at a Colorado that Alisha Heenan had told me about, I ended up leaving with the same very truck thanks in large part to Craig and Alisha. Craig was very helpful throughout the process including giving me a variety of options with both models of Colorados I was looking at, he also went above and beyond to help fix the car I was currently leasing. I couldn't be happier with the service provided, when my current lease runs up I plan on returning to Craig to hopefully if all goes well buy an upgraded model!

I am a seasonal visitor to this area and discovered Sunrise during a visit last year. I was in need of a front end alignment after having two previous failures at other service facilities. This years visit was for oil, filter, tire rotation, and running light replacement. Sunrise had me in and out in the minimal time. They were also having a promotional on the oil change which saved me a few bucks too!

The first vehicle that I purchased here was my 2012 GMC Terrain in August. I was looking around at other dealers every one was very pushy and wanted to rush me into buying the first vehicle I saw. I looked at local dealers and found Sunrise. When we got there Raul Martinez was at the door waiting for us (that was a great first impression) all the other dealers we had been at would have us waiting for a long time. But any ways Raul was so attentive he made sure that we were chosing the best car for me. He showed us all the Terrains. I finally chose the one I wanted and we took it for a test drive. It was the best experience ever there was no awkward silence and he wasn't trying to convince us to buy it. Raul even said that He didn't need to convince us that the vehicle would sell its self. Which made us feel in control of our decision. He sat there and explained everything the vehicle had and answered all our questions. He never once asked me how much I was leaving as down payment or anything. I was amazed because that's all we got form other dealers. I never felt like I was getting rushed into buying with Raul. I took my baby home that day. It was the fastest and easiest process ever. And usually car buying could be very stressful. My vehicle had a lot of features I didn't know how to use so I went back to Sunrise and Raul spent a lot of time with me, teaching me how to use my baby. Raul Martinez has great customer service skills. My husband and I are very satisfied with my GMC Terrain.

As usual, I was greeted immediately upon arrival by friendly service staff. I was asked to identify any special issues. The customer service staff prepared my paperwork, explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. I chose to wait for the vehicle. In due time the customer service rep found me, informed me that there was an unforeseen issue which needed to be attended to, got my permission to do so, informed me that it would be a lengthy wait and offered me a shuttle ride home to wait until the vehicle was ready. In due time I received a call that the vehicle was ready, offered me a ride bak to the dealership (which I declined). When I arrived they gave me a thorough explanation of the work done, the cost was as predicted, I paid and happily drove the vehicle home.

I had been looking for a new Traverse for a couple months and visited many dealerships. However, my visit to Sunrise Chevrolet was by far a more enjoyable experience than any other Chevrolet dealerships I visited. Luciano Garcia was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the features of the Traverse. He also did not use the typical hard nose, high pressure sales tactics that I experienced at other dealerships. I have a challenging situation. Before I went to Sunrise Chevy...I was skeptical that any dealership would be able to help me find and finance a good car. Boy was I wrong! My process was difficult and stressful and took over a month to finalize but Craig kept in touch with me the whole time and reassured me that he would do his best to make sure I got my car. And I did! Last week, both Craig Gugliemotto and Sean Donato helped me finalize the details of my purchase and I drove off in my 2015 Chevy Spark last Friday. I couldn't be happier with my car! Thanks again Craig and Sean for sticking with me! You're the best!

I was very nervous about buying a car and Javier made it very easy helping me and keeping me informed on buying my new car. I must say the entire staff was very friendly and helpful but a big thanks to Javier for getting me in the perfect car!

It was easy and painless working with the sales and finance groups at Sunrise. I like the no hassle perspective. The sales staff gave me the lowest price with no haggle. The finance officer was very nice and gave us the price the sales department had discussed. No hassles. Sunrise is a great place to buy a car! We will definitely come back.

Recently I drove our new purchased vehicle to the airport where it sat for a week. Returning we found the battery was dead for some reason? Not having any of the paper work in the car I called the salesman we purchased the car from and he was able to promptly give us the phone number for roadside service to come out and jump the battery. Note that with a dead battery the ON STAR system in the car does not work so we relied on our cell phone and salesman to reach a service agent and were on our way again in short order.

I can't thank Craig & Dan enough for going WAY over & above any expectation I had! Not only did I just buy my 2nd vehicle from Sunrise but so did my Mom. Besides finding us both the exact vehicles we wanted (color, options, etc.), they also had my old vehicle repaired for me. I couldn't be any happier with the AMAZING service from Sunrise! Eric (finance dept.) and Mike (service dept.) are awesome too! Thank you so much, we'll be back for our next vehicles and service on these!
