I bought a GMC Terrain from Jeff Womack at Suntrup Buick and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Jeff was very nice and accommodating. He made the process incredibly easy and hassle free. He was amazing with great recommendations that weren’t the typical “pushy” salesman. He seemed very interested in actually helping me find a vehicle I really wanted and a great deal. If I ever have the opportunity to buy more cars from Jeff, I would love to. Absolutely amazing experience all around!

My service advisor, Tim Bacon, is a real professional. I have dealt with Tim before and he is one of a kind. besides being professional, he is one of the last people who really cares about customer service. I recommend this dealership highly! I also just purchased a new vehicle from Suntrup last week and from the used car manager, Jeff Johnson to the sales manager Crystal, and the sales specialist, Kyle Snyder, all willing to go the extra mile to help. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants their vehicle serviced or to buy from.

I brought my Buick Encore here 8/6/21 to have the catalytic converter replaced. This was the smoothest, most pleasant dealership service department experience I've ever had! The only thing I would have changed is that I would have put masks on everyone. I understand that is personal preference, but I don't think any customer would be offended by the staff wearing masks. Other than that, everything was exceptional. All staff were friendly, attentive, punctual, and professional. They did not try to add on any more repairs or services. They did alert me of a cracked pipe, but let me know that it will not hurt my vehicle and did not try to sell me the unnecessary repair. I will never go back to the previous Buick dealership I went to in the past.

The Service Advisor Dave listened to my concern on an issue. Along with regular maintenance he did a thorough check of the concern. Upon arrival to retrieve my truck he personally gave me the scoop on what I thought was an issue. Great service is RARE these days. Sun trip may not be the cheapest. I don’t care the service is worth any cost

I've purchased two new vehicles from Suntrup and have had 4 serviced with them over the last 19 years. I am never disappointed by anyone I encounter, especially the service department. Whether it's Tim, Casey, or Dave, they always take excellent care of me and my vehicles and are happy to explain anything questions I may have. I am highly satisfied with my experiences with the team at Suntrup.
