Bought a car, and 2 days later, problem occured. They said to bring it in and they would fix it, so I did. They said they would have to order a part, and would contact me when it came in. No calls over the next 2 weeks, so I followed up on my own. I was told the part had not come in yet, and they would call me when it did. That was 4 months ago.

I had a great experience working with Rich. He was very knowledgeable about the car I bought and took the time to show me how everything worked. He even set up my cell phonek. I was looking for a used car with low milage that still had a warranty. I found exactly what I wanted with a 2013 BMW and honestly the price was better than any dealer around.

Just bought our son's first truck from here. Our salesperson, Eddie, was very helpful in showing us several different choices to pick from. This is the second car I've purchased from the Izzo brothers. As a satisfied customer, I once again purchased a car from them with all the specs I wanted. At 2 other dealerships, I was told there were no more 2015s left. One dealer said he didn't have the ability to find a car off his lot & the other dealer never returned my call.When I called Nick & told him what I wanted, he was able to find my car the next day. We bought a 2014 Chrysler 300 from Superior and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I love, love, love my car- the way it drives, the color, and all of the extras that came with it! Best of all, I have seen no other car exactly like it. I no longer look around thinking it would be great to own a different car. There is no other car I would rather own. Peter, our salesman, was very helpful, courteous, and very grateful to sell us our new car. Andre, the finance manager, was very knowledgeable and managed to get us the low interest rate we were looking for along with a lot of extra pointers along the way with great conversation. The dealership was amazing to browse through all of their cars. They sell vintage to brand new, including exotic muscle cars! I've never seen a dealership quite like this one. We found the truck online Friday July 24, it was in our price range and had everything we wanted in a truck. On our way to Sunset Bay we stopped at Superior Auto Sales and took the truck for a test drive on7/25/15, knew this is exactly what we wanted, so when we drove the truck back we went right in to talk with Andre and put money down. We had to wait until Monday to get our loan. The vehicle was spotless inside and out and best part ...the price was right. Andre Borusowski went out of his way to ensure this truck was ready by 7/28/15 to be picked up. No pressure sales at all. We had been looking for trucks for the past couple of weeks trying to decide between new or used. Everything we wanted in a truck would have been big bucks brand new and even with all the discounts , we still would have had a huge payment, which was something we didn't want. We were searching the internet when we came across the vehicle that had everything and more than we wanted. We went out the next day to test drive the truck and knew this is what we wanted at a price we could afford. We worked with Andre who ensured us he would put car in sold lot (this was a Saturday at 2pm & our bank was closed). Monday we secured our loan, Tuesday we picked our truck up..the best part was no haggling with the price because they are already priced fairly. It was so nice not being pushed from one person to another. They explained their warranties and what dealership offers. I am a retired Catholic priest who lives up in the hills. A 4 wheel drive truck that I can plow out my driveway is imperative. Plus, I need to get to town to celebrate Mass in the mornings, and usually the country streets are not plowed yet! I am on a limited budget, so I talked to Richard, Rick and Nick and needed a used truck in good condition. Within a few days I got a call that they found a used truck that seemed to fit my needs. When I looked at it they were already replacing the brakes and looking it over with a fine tooth comb! Everyone was so friendly, I also got to meet Andre and almost all the staff and many of the machanics.They treated me so well, kept in constant contact, gave me all the time I wanted to drive the truck and I knew this was the one. They went 100% over and above to make sure I got the truck I needed at the price that works perfect. I love the truck, and I couldn't be happier with Superior Auto Sales. For this being my first car buying experience, I am beyond pleased. I was in the market for a jeep and stumbled across the perfect one. These people were so accommodating and helpful. Not once did I feel like they were trying to rip me off. They worked closely with me and my budget and by the next day I was an official jeep owner. I had my father with me during the whole process and he was so happy with the people we were working with. Which is a big deal because he's not very fond of salespeople to begin with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We talked to Nick Izzo and Rick Izzo on the type of jeep we wanted and what we wanted to spend, within a week one was found and brought to us a week later. The jeep was perfect for my son, we loved it and the Izzos worked hard on getting that jeep ready for purchase. Andre helped with finance and everything went smoothly-Andre was also instrumental on our insurance for new veh on policy-he suggested geico, he called geico and we were happy to go with geico who provided a lower rate by a comparison of 400.00 previously quoted. I contacted this dealer to see if they could help me find the vehicle I was looking for and was amazed at how helpful the staff was. What was even more amazing is they found the exact car I wanted within one week of inquiring. What really impressed me though was how helpful and knowledgeable the finance manager was. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and I had no clue what the process entailed, but he walked me through every step and it turned out perfect.

In January I was out looking for cars, doing research online prior to finding SAS I had searched through other car dealerships and inventories. The day of i had two dealerships in mind to check out. When i got to SAS i was greeted by Nick who handled my interest from there on. I checked out the BMW that i was interested in and test drove it. I liked the car and after leaving (for a quick coffee stop) I returned and put a down payment on the car. After about a week i returned to pick it up. The service there was very professional, and overall enjoyable up to this point. When I got into the car for the first time as the owner everything was functional and clean. They had washed the car inside and out, a nice touch when first laying eyes on it. I pointed out to Nick that the tires were no longer Run-Flat tires. BMW had switched to Run-Flat and had gotten rid of the spare tire. This being a concern of mine Nick said that he would get us a spare tire as soon as possible. Happily I left with the car. Everything was good up to that point, and if i had written a review at that point everything would have been 5/5. The reason customer service got a 2/5 was as follows; about a week after I signed for it the service department contacted me about the tire requesting the size of the rim and what not. I promptly gave them the information and waited for more information about the tire. After appx. 3 weeks, 2 further emails about it I decided to call Nick personally. I stated that i still hadn't heard about the tire that he promised me. Nick was veeeerryyy quick to say that his father had ordered the tire and it would be in by Friday. I thanked him and awaited his phone call. I understand that he is busy but it is now Wednesday of the week after the projected Friday and still haven't heard anything. Note it has also been over a month after buying the car. I would consider myself a very easy customer to deal with, it took me about an hour to decide to buy it, and I didn't attempt to haggle the price at all. After I signed i no longer feel like a valued customer. Given all that, i would recommend this dealership to a friend, however I would warn them to make sure that any secondary requests about the purchase were fulfilled prior to singing on the dotted line.

A smooth and easy car purchasing experience is what my husband and I received from Nick Izzo, his brother and father, and all of the folks over at Superior Auto Sales! Nick understood right away what type of vehicle we were looking for and immediately contacted us with some great possibilities without any pressure. He even searched other dealerships for us. We can't thank Nick enough for making the whole process so easy; especially once we made the decision to buy the '08 Chevy Impala with amazingly low mileage, which actually was the first car Nick suggested! The Impala's been great and is just what we wanted. We also must let everyone know how nice it was working with Andre to set up the financing end. He is truly the master at getting the best rates possible, and what a great personality! Everyone who works there was so friendly and personable. On the day we picked up the Impala, they even invited us to stay for pizza and wings and watch an Olympic hockey game together. We felt just like part of their family! As a busy professional, I searched online for available convertibles in the WNY area. I found 3 I had interest in. On Friday December 20th, I called all three places to see if their car was available. The all were. I explained to the salesperson, I would be running in to see the car in a short window in the afternoon, would not want to test drive it as I did not have time. I further stated I would make a decision over the weekend on which car I wanted, test drive on Monday and make the purchase. I stopped in at all 3 dealers that day. They all answered my questions. Superior stood out in their professional manner, honesty and integrity. It is important to note that Dealer number 1 never contacted me to follow up even though he knew I was a "hot buyer." Dealer number 2 emailed me late Monday to follow up. (by that time, I was already driving my new car) Nick Izzo from Superior called me early to ask if I had any questions about the car and did I want to test drive it. I made arrangements to test drive it and made the purchase that day. He had all of the necessary documents taken care of for me which I thought was a bonus - called my insurance company, took care of the title etc. A little more than a month after my purchase, a warning light came on. I contacted Nick who had me bring the car in, made the repair with no charge. There was no question of who would be responsible for the repair, they just took care of it. Superior service! From the first time I called to ask questions, stopped to just look at the car, until the day I walked in with a check to purchase the car it was a great experience. I have spoke to friends and co-workers since then letting them know about the service I received, and that I highly recommend if they are in the market to purchase a vehicle, to call or stop out and ask for Nick Izzo. I absolutely LOVE my car and am really looking forward to putting the top down. PC12312011

Just purchased a 2009 chevy uplander van from Andre at Superior Auto Sales. He was very helpful as were the ladies in the accounting office. They made buying my new car easy and fun. I put a down payment on the car after seeing it advertised online and felt confident in buying the car even without physically seeing or driving it. They held the car with the deposit for a week while I awaited my income tax refund. I paid for the car in full and could not be happier with the vehicle. Over the last several weeks I have been searching for a good quality used vehicle to replace my Jeep Grand Cherokee (retired with 212,000 miles) Most of the vehicles I checked on had issues with carfax or autocheck or appeared to cosmetically be in poor or average condition. Recently I came across Superior Auto Sales website, and found just the vehicle I was looking for. The sales dept. individuals assistance was outstanding, and I was very pleased with the way the vehicle was ready for me in tip top condition when the sale was completed. Its great to find a used car dealer I can finally trust in every aspect of the transaction from sale to delivery. I dealt with Andre from start to finish on my trade and purchase...he's an asset to the company...working with him for the first time, but it felt like I've known him a while...open and honest when it came to financing and warranty information......finance guys at many dealerships take advantage of uneducated customers...there are many good ones however and Andre is one of them...I was looking for a particular vehicle, Honda Odyssey, and they happened to have a low mileage used one....I drove 3 hours to see the vehicle and it was exactly as what was described...I will keep them on my list of dealerships to check on inventory in the future when I'm ready to purchase again.

After writing my first review I was contacted by Gary the service manager And he was very helpful He helped to correct most of my complaints at no charge.It was a pleasant experience and was much appreciated.i now have a change of heart and i would recommend this dealer to others.THANKS GARY JOB WELL DONE

Our experience was mostly good. Rick came in on a Sunday to show us our new car. Only negative is that all concerns regarding vehicle work were not addressed fully and we ended up doing some work ourselves afterwards. I did get a great car for a great price though so we did not return to have this work done.

Terrible expierence trying to buy a car and finance!! I worked with Andre in Finance he was a joke he never called back I had to keep emailing him back to see if I got approved and still till this day never called me back with a answer. Even if you can't get us approved call me back so I can move on poor communication and he said he was in Finance for 20 years what a joke.. Way to brush people off.. Don't waste your time with this non professional dealer what a Joke!!

This Dealer is a Joke I never got a call back for approval even if i didnt get approved they should of called me back I think that is Bad Customer Service . Ok if i didnt get approved dont scrub Me off Just Call me back and tell me there is nothing We good do to help ya!! I had to email Andre in Finance Numerous times And he still didnt call me back WHAT a Joke I dont recommend anyone going to this Dealer For Finance Andre Is Poor at communication Even if i have Not so good Credit Dont Scrub Me off cause in the future i Could pay Cash But Not at this Dealer Andre is a poor Finance Manger I dont recommend Going to this Dealer For Approval!!!!

Purchased a 2004 KIA sorento about 1 yr ago and I am very unhappy.First off I owned the vehicle 15 min. and the outside door handle broke off took back to the dealer immediately.They were going to check price to repair but they never responded.Second after two months the transmission started going still chatters and engine light is on with transmission code. Third just today I got a flat tire and when I went to put the spare on it not only was it flat but the rim was cracked and unusable. Never went back for any service because of my first experience. For everyone that thinks Im just a complainer I want you to know since I purchased the vehicle I only put 6,000 miles on it.

Nick Izzo was so wonderful to deal with. He was very organized and took the time to make sure my used vehicle was ready for pick up when promised and that all the minor repairs were completed. From start to finish I was in my vehicle the next day. Nick took the time to go for a long test drive with me so I could really test out the vehicle. He answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle. Andre was amazing with the finance ends of things. He went the extra mile to get me a lower APR rate than he originally quoted me when it was all said and done. Both of these gentlemen were awesome to deal with and not pushing like I have dealt with in the past with other dealers. I would definetely buy another vehicle from this company in the future, because they made it an enjoyable experience.

My wife and I were looking for a slightly used Toyota 4Runner Limited and the staff at Superior found just what we wanted in our price range, color and all options! They located several vehicles for us to choose from and all we had to do was pick. We chose a 2011 with 11k miles with everything we wanted. It was much easier to work with the staff here than at some of the larger dealerships - from trading in our old vehicle, going through financing, warranty, etc. - it could not have been any easier.If there is a specific vehicle that you are looking for, they will find it -- quickly. We couldn't believe how fast they located vehicles all over the country for us to choose from. The staff at Superior Auto Sales made this car buying experience a pleasure and we will definitely purchase our next vehicle from them! We are looking forward to having this 4Runner serviced there as well in the future.

This is a great place to get a used car. Once they knew what kind of a car we wanted, they found one for us. They made sure the car was inspected, did any touchups that were needed, and gave it a beautiful shine! Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. I bought a car. Well, it's more than that, I had to get another vehicle and I didn't want to buy new - those days are over for me. I saw Superior's ad on Cars.com and went to their site. I found a couple of cars I liked, but ONE really caught my eye. Superior had 43 pictures from every conceivable angle of a Buick LaSabre. After drooling for two days, I called and Mary Hulbert and I talked about the car. It has everything on it except a butler, but I'm still looking. I bought the LaSabre and have been flashing it around ever since. Superior was so good to deal with that I told a friend of mine about them. He just came back from Superior with his dream car, a Mercedes! Well lah-de-dah!

This was my Third time buying a used vehicle and I will be back because of the service. The overall experience was very rewarding. They did a vehicle search for the Mustang I wanted. It had very low miles and was in pristine, showroom condition. My wife can't drive it enough. My sales rep Mary listened to my needs and was very accommodating in every way.

Gave Superior Auto my specifications and price range and they did all the leg work for me. Sending me information via e-mail and setting up the appointments for review of each vehicle. The car fax information was always included and the prices were very competitive with other dealerships.

This dealership ripped off my son by selling him a vehicle that did not pass NYS safety inspection. It had several mechanical issues that were covered up by the dealer as they deleted the computer codes. The dealership delivered a vehicle unlawfully without a valid NYS inspection. Vehicle was unsafe and put my son at risk, Do not purchase anything from this dealer, you will be sorry.
