Bought a mustang was in it for a month before the engine light came on and started losing power. I had the vehicle code read by a local shop and the established issues with the catalyst system. Which I was quoted a couple thousand dollars to repair. Due to it being such a short time of having the vehicle I was sure the Susan Schein staff would work something out to where I could be accommodated for my troubles especially since I had to wait days to see someone and even then the manager never came to even acknowledge me or my situation. After being belittle and tossed options of cheaper cars that I had no interest in purchasing I was told it’s nothing else they would do. Fortunately, for me I had a friend that works for Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Dodge(buy your next vehicle there!!) that spent all day working to get me taken care of and out of the horrible car they had given me. I would recommend steering FAR away from this place as possible. Horrible management staff. The salesmen are just kids being used by the the managers to make sales even though they truly want to help their customers they aren’t allowed to because of the greedy management.

The sales manager was very rude and condescending. He neglected to help with damage the vehicle they sold me had a previous accident. I was told the vehicle had a clean title. Also only had the car for one day at that point. My salesperson Zach was very friendly and helpful as was the vehicle service team which offered to help against the dealership manager’s wishes. However, will not be buying from this dealer again.

My wife and I had a great experience buying our 2014 Chev Cruze. Henry Corley helped us by having the car out of the rain for us to look at. We test drove and liked the car very much. The financing was easy and the interest rate even better than we had arranged with our bank. Two days later, we drove the car to Mobile and back. A very enjoyable ride! My visit to Susan Schein was a true blessing! I was in the market for my daughter's first car, and very nervous about the whole process. The first time I spoke with Henry Corley on the phone, I knew that I was in good hands. Upon arriving at Susan Schein, I was greeted by such friendly staff, and they were all so helpful. Henry and Gary talked to my dad and I like they had known us for years, and Greg was equally as cordial while we were signing the paperwork. On Sunday Sept 13, 2015 my cousin and I went to Susan Schein looking for a particular vehicle that was online but not on the lot. Instead I saw this 2013 GMC Acadia Denali. As we was looking at the vehicle to our surprise this person came out asking if we needed help. We both looked at each other and said "does he work here because it's Sunday"? Henry Corley introduced himself and ask if we wanted to test drive the vehicle? I instantly fell in love with the vehicle after driving it. Henry was very professional and friendly all at the same time. He "Did Not" pressure me, he listen to what I wanted and the price range I needed to be in. I returned on Monday Sept 14 and purchased the vehicle. I'm a very happy customer with the "Excellent Customer Service" I received from Salesman Henry Corley, Greg Cromeens and Mr Perkins. They were all GREAT!

Henry was very unprofessional in every aspect. He acted as if I was an inconvenience. Money was all he cared about and when it looked like I wasn't able to put down the full amount, he shrugged me off and was very rude. Don't let him trick you into thinking you are getting a "good and fair" deal!! Will never shop there again.

My wife and I was out just looking a vehicles when we met Henry Corley. At first, we did not have any plans of buying a vehicle on that particular day. We were out looking trying to get ideas of what to purchase when it was time to buy our next vehicle. We informed Henry of our thoughts of a price range and the type of vehicle we was looking for. Henry should us several vehicles that meet the qualifications and price range, but keep in mind it was not our intent to purchase a vehicle. Do to my height, Henry found the perfect vehicle that fit me and my wife would love as well. After test driving the GMC Acadia we both fell in love with the vehicle because it fit everything we were looking for in our next car purchase. Henry did not pressure us at all, he left the final decision up to my wife and I. We are happy with the car purchase we made and thanks to Henry for his excellent Customer Service. After selling my 2006 Cobalt Lt back in May 2014, I began actively searching for a new (used) vehicle. After countless web searches and window shopping I was still clueless as to what type of vehicle I wanted to be committed to for the next several years. Having a pretty small car before I knew I wanted more space and just wanted to sit higher on the road in general. During the beginning my car search I visited Susan Schein Automotive and had my heart set on a Jeep Liberty ( with the convertible top) or Ford Edge ( w/ panoramic sunroofs). Pretty much a crossover type style car but Mike Thomas surprised me with more than I ever expected. Mike's patience and overall dedication to finding the right car for me is something you don't experience at all car dealerships. Mike worked with me and my family to make sure we were more than taken car of. Mike never pressured the sale and was super knowledgeable on the current inventory. Mike went above and beyond to insure our compete satisfaction from, the overnight test drive, to the lifetime full power train warranty. This experience was unlike any other car buying experience and I will definitely be returning for my next purchase.

We didn't intend on buying a car today, but our 2006 Accord went kaput and we didn't have much of a choice. A friend referred us to Susan Schein where we met our salesperson, John Payne. John is extremely down to earth and easy to work with. He was very honest throughout the process and tried to make us feel at ease even though it was a tough decision for us to have to make.
