I have purchased 5 difference vehicles in the last 12 months or so, from different dealers all across PA, NY, and NJ. I have never met a kinder more helpful crew than at this dealership. I usually look forward to dealing with a dealer about like I look forward to a root canal or colonoscopy. However these folks were straight forward , easy to deal with, efficient and even helped me out when I forgot a wallet three hours away near home...they sent a driver with the car to collect the final info and check they needed to close the deal. I highly recommend... It is true that a family business makes a big difference and they are clearly a different dealer experience... Kudos to Laurie, Ryan, and Ted for making this the best dealer experience I have had....and I have had many.....

We chose to buy our Jeep from SusQ because the salesman was pleasant and low key. He did not hound us with frequent emails or pressure us in any way. Greg answered questions well, did a nice test drive with us and found answers to questions if he did not already know the answer. Our grandsons were curious about our new Jeep and were just delighted to know it was on a train! ( from the factory). It was a good experience! We do not buy new vehicles frequently!

Stopped in to look at a 2013 Jeep Patriot and was greeted by Angel Castilloveitia. I really wasn't planning to make a purchase that day, but I instantly fell in love with the Patriot. Purchased a new Jeep Compass with Erik Wingert salesman's help. This is the 3rd car purchased in the last year by family members working with Erik Wingert as our salesman. First my son Jason purchased a new Dodge dart, then his girlfriend purchased a used Chrysler 200 and now my wife and myself purchased a new Jeep Compass. I recently purchased a new 2016 Ram 1500. The deal was too good to pass up, the salesman was very professional and very easy to talk to and he made us fee comfortable at all times of the sale. It all started out with a loaner 1500 while my Commander was in for service and I got a chance to tow my 34 ft camper with a Ram truck. Cal was very detailed in his explanation of the 2014 Journey that we purchased. He always made sure that all of our questions were answered and if he didn't know the answer he went and found it and out and got right back to us. I stopped at the dealership to look at a jeep a friend of mine had seen and thought I might be interested in. Eric Wingert was the sales professional who greeted me in the lot and with no pressure told me about the vehicle and answered all of my questions about prior ownership and financing options available. Although this was initially just a "reconnaissance" mission and I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that evening I left a few hours later driving my new to me jeep. Both Eric and the finance manager were very helpful and professional and made the whole experience easy for me. I would recommend talking to both them if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle!

Ted Hollenbach was great to work with. He showed me several vehicles in the spring when I found out that my old Jeep would need a lot of work to pass inspection. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, and it took me a few months to decide. He was very patient and did not push me. He was also great with my son who accompanied me during my visits. In the end, I bought a new Jeep Patriot, and I love it! I would recommend Ted to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

The staff, especially the salesman, was very calm and not pushing at all, he actually was very accepting of what we wanted and how we wanted to handle the whole transaction. I would recommend Susquehanna Auto to anyone and tell them that it was a great experience in car buying.

I purchased a 2001 Jeep Wrangler from Susquehanna and it has given me nothing but problems. I was told by the salesman that this Wrangler was very reliable and had no problems. In the 4 months that I have owned it, it has been in the garage getting repaired 3 times. I have put over $1500 worth of repairs in it even though I was told it had no issues. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They lied to me and covered up all the problems this Wrangler had. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, not professional, and don't care about their customers.

Went in to trade my 21015 Nissan Frontier for a different feeling vehicle. Was shown a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with too many options to type. David Wissler was our salesman and he was a true professional, like a unicorn never seen in nature. They ran numbers and made one xxxx of a deal. yeah rolled over a good chunk of change but made a deal I couldn't refuse. They work magic you will not be disappointed. And one major plus, THEY DID NOT SHOTGUN MY CREDIT like all others do.

Salesmanship lacks quality, no call backs only excuses. Says they will call back but does not. Promises to fix this or it will be fixed upon delivery and not completed and sorry that cannot be fixed. Certified car with damage to windshield which my pictures before I bought did not show the cracks. Yellow paint all over the body when i picked it up. I had to wash twice after they had service wash it. Even worker said it was bad tell them to wash it again. inside was dirty never cleaned, white crap everwhere caked in the carpets. Will only have someone come out from glass place to fix. Crack looks worse than before very distracting by driver steering wheel!

Due to my very hectic work and personal life I was unable to commit to a time to come in and decided to pop in at the tail end of a very busy Saturday as it was convenient to me. They pulled together as a team to help me out and I was not made to feel as I was being an inconvenience. I wish I could remember everyone else's name but I can't. Ted had everything in order for me by Monday afternoon so I could come in and pick it up and leave by the time I needed to for an evening commitment. It was truly a very hassle-free experience. We bought a used car from them, but will never do so again, due to the following circumstances:1) They had the registration issued to the previous owner, not to us.2) The title came in the mail and it, too, is in the previous owners name.3) A month later, the car is still incorrectly titled and registered.4) They were to reverse a credit card deposit of $500 the day we purchased the car in cash, and now we find it had never been credited back.5) We are now paying credit card interest on a charge that should have been credited over a month ago.6) When I spoke to them on the phone, they said they would immediately reverse the charge. It is now over 24 hours later, and it has still not appeared, even though they claim they processed it yesterdayThe buying process was pleasant, and the car is good and was at a fair price, but the after-sales headaches will prevent us from using them again..

A few Saturday's ago, my 2014 Jeep acted up one too many times and I took it back to Susquehanna. Damian Wissler and his team treated me with respect and went to work to find a replacement vehicle. In less than two weeks, I a am driving a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and the exchange went smoothly. We had been vehicle shopping for quite a while being turned down everywhere due to our very poor credit. Angel looked at us and said no problem we've got this and never ever looked down on us! when thinking about buying a new vehicle I had never really heard anything terrible about this place. Well now I will say stay clear and do not buy car from this place. The deal itself on the car was not a bad one however I felt like they were very pushy. Several time they came back with a deal and it was not what we had discussed. It was late at night and I said several times lets do this tomorrow its late and they ignored me, and kept trying to make the deal. In the end I did get a good deal on a car however when I found out that they did not put the tires on that they had promised me was the last draw. I tried to reach the sales manager on a Thurs and he did not call me back until the following Monday. My sister had actually traded in the car I bought and they told her they needed to replace the tires so they would no give her more money for the car. There service department recommends putting tires on if they are below the 1/2 life before they sell the car. however this vehicle had 3 tries below the half life and one brand new one. in the deal before I knew this because they did not tell me this, I agreed to 2 tires which were stated to be on the vehicle already. They were not so I asked the sales manger if he would put three new tires on and he said no. He told me that this was not part of the deal and he stands by the deal and just because the service department recommends that doesn't mean anything. I should have not signed the papers then and they are not putting out any money for this and if I want it I can buy the tire myself. First of all the man did not listen to word a I said. He did not care about what I was saying only that he was not going to do it or cause his company anymore money. What a crock of **** if they would have explained things to me correctly in the first place or done this correctly in the first place this would not have happened. This dealership cares only about making the deal and getting money they do not care about their actually customer. I will never recommend them or buy another car from them.

Although our experience with purchasing the Jeep was fantastic we were a little disappointed that the recon department made our sales rep look bad with things as simple as changing the wiper blades, making sure there was washer fluid, and that the key fobs both worked. We left the dealership and replaced the blades ourselves and filled the washer fluid up since it was empty. It had been snowing since the night before and was still snowing so these things were definitely needed to take the Jeep home safely. I'm hoping our service is better than the reviews that I have read regarding the warranty repairs and basic maintenance. We'll give them a chance, we would really like to have this dealership maintain our new Jeep.

I called last night at 5:30 to see if the truck was still available and I was told it was, because it was available by appointment only, so I made an appointment to see the truck at 3 PM today. He said no other appointments were scheduled. Gentleman said he would have it pulled out and cleaned up so I could take it for a test drive. Today at 10:50 A.M. we are told it was already sold just this morning I don't understand how that can happen when you have to make an appointment to see it. Someone got priority treatment and didn't need an appointment and they didn't even look at the schedule to give us an option to move up our appointment since we inquired first.My fiance emailed through the website today to ask about best price, only to have your Manager Ray Carrington from the store called her and told her he already sold it this morning. This is bad business practice and no one had the courtesy to call us at all. You only sent this email below because Mr. Carrington told you he already sold the truck. We would know nothing if she didn't call and inquire on the price of the truck. We already had the money pulled from the bank to make the purchase today; as well as I left work early to make sure we were there by 3PM.

I bought a new ram 1500 Eco diesel at Susquehanna. I purchased there paint protector package. I was told they would applie it on that Saturday when I showed up that Saturday. I was then told that they stop doing it on Saturdays. Wasn't happy that the sells department didn't know this when they sold me the package. Was told I would have to made an appointment to have it applied during the week and they would need my new truck for the day there would be a rental car charge if I needed one. What the xxxx I wouldn't of traded in my car if I knew this until the truck was ready for delivery. So I make appointment to have it done when I pickup my truck there are scratches in the bed of the truck. Not didn't I even get a apology I was told how did they know they did it. Top top it off the top of the truck had blisters in the paint. Now they won't fix any of this. I would stay clear of this place There are plenty of dodge dealerships around that know how to treat there customers

Service dept was on top of a small issue that was from the factory and got me in and out quickly on Christmas Eve. To keep this review short but informative, I'll just say that my husband and I dealt with at least 8 dealers in the Virginia area before finally being lucky enough to get to work with Deedre and the folks at Susquehanna. After a lot of potentially lost money, several heart aches, and a number of hassles with a few of the 8 dealers, it was such a breath of fresh air to have gotten in touch with Deedre, who helped us buy our new Jeep! In less than 24 hours and across state lines we bought the exact Jeep we'd been looking months for! Not only was Deedre extremely pleasant, helpful, and just simply easy to work with, she even drove our car down part way so we could pick it up! So at the end of the day, I'd easily take the drive into PA from VA to get a vehicle from Susquehanna any day over dealing with the dealerships in our area. Great great experience!

I had begun my search for a jeep wrangler sahara back in June '15 and as soon as I walked on the lot of Susquehanna Auto I knew I wanted to purchase my car through them. Their dealership is clean and modern. Brandon Murray greeted my mother and I on a rainy day and showed us the Jeep Wrangler Sahara's they had in stock. Not seeing exactly what I was looking for, Brandon worked endlessly to find me my dream jeep. He definitely went out of his way to search for the right car, but we eventually decided I would await for the 2016 version. He contacted me as soon as he was able to customize build my own car. He gave me weekly updates on the status of the jeep- which I always looked forward to! Finally it had arrived and we had to pick out a date for pick up. Living in Philadelphia made it a bit more difficult to come home- so Brandon actually offered to travel over 1.5 hours to personally deliver the vehicle to my doorstep! All of the paperwork was well organized and prepared. He went over everything so well that is was easy to understand what I was signing. He also went over all of the Jeeps features before heading back to Wrightsville in my trade in. Brandon was always very communicative and made me feel like I was the only person that was purchasing a vehicle from him. He was very professional and personable. I would recommend Susquehanna Auto and Brandon as a salesman to any customer. Their customer service is off the charts. I had originally gone to Susquehanna dodge to look at some used trucks. Upon arriving, I realized that the vehicles I wanted to look at didn't fit my needs. The sales crew were understaffed that day but Erik found time for my wife and I all while helping other customers. Not once did we feel unimportant. He took the time to show us the vehicles we wanted to see and answer all of our questions. I ended up buying a 2011 Nitro. The negotiation process was painless and very loose as Erik is a pretty straight up guy and was a pleasure to talk and laugh with. I have already decided that our next purchase will be with Erik.

My husband and I saw a Jeep SRT for sale on the dealer's website and Autotrader. When we called to come in and test drive the vehicle we were told that the vehicle would not be available for a month or so because the General Manager's wife was using the vehicle. If the General Manager can't figure out that if you want to let you wife drive the most expensive $80,000 vehicle for sale on your lot to take it off your website then he clearly can't run a business. Sorry to the owner of this dealership for his poor performing General Manager because we went to another dealer that same day and bought a $80,000 SRT elsewhere! YOU LOST A SALE!

In December of 2013 I stopped at Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because I had a Jeep Patriot that my warranty had just run out on, and was considering purchasing an extended warranty or getting a new Patriot. When I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Ted Hollenbach. He took me out onto the lot where there were Patriots that had just come off the delivery truck. There was nothing that I was really interested in. Ted suggested that I look at the "new" 2014 Cherokee, which I didn't even know existed. We went for a test drive, and immediately I was hooked. Monday (3/30/15) I stopped at the dealership on my way home from work, and drove out in a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee. That happened because of the professional, customer focused detail of Ted and the staff at Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They ALL went out of their way to give me a great buying experience. When we talked finances, they did absolutely every thing possible to get the numbers where I needed them to be to and feel comfortable with the purchase. I may or may not be like most people.....I dread buying a car. Past buying experiences tarnished any hope in finding a dealership I felt comfortable in, let alone confident in the transaction after the purchase. Well, until now. You see, I want to feel welcome and I want to be treated with respect. I found this at Susquehanna Auto as soon as I stepped into the building. I was greeted with a friendly hello by a receptionist who paged for a salesman. With in seconds Erik came around the corner and greeted me. I told him what I wanted to test drive and off we went. After a nice talk on the test drive and pondering what I wanted to do. I left the dealership without purchasing that day. I got no pressure from Erik or Raymond the manager. They were both kind and kind spirited. Long story short, I purchased the 2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude from Erik and it was by far the BEST experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in buying a car. It was a total delight, and I mean that whole heartedly. I do believe I just became a customer for life.....huh....I even surprised myself :)

My fiance and I came in to Susquehanna 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Ted took his time and allowed us to look at the vehicle we were interested in and answered our questions. We loved it so much we started the paperwork that evening, without even test driving it!!! We came back the next day, in the middle of a snow storm, to pick up our Dodge Journey. He made the process so painless and easy, it was actually enjoyable, and lets be honest, car shopping is NOT an easy process for most. My husband and I stopped in back in December to look for a new car for me since we have a family now. We met with Brandon at the dealership and he helped us to look at a few options that would fit our budget and the 2014 Dodge Journey I just fell in love with. he went above and beyond as well as his sales manager to get us into this beautiful and amazing car. The customer service is just outstanding. They will do whatever they have to get you into the car you love. And I also had the chance to get my first oil change and the service that is provided by the service department is also outstanding, they are all so very nice and I really appreciated the kids room that they have upstairs, we had to wait a while because it was Saturday and very busy but my 2 year old just loved playing in the kids room, so that is a huge bonus for us. We would recommend this dealership to anyone, they are wonderful and I'm sure many years down the road when we need another vehicle, we will definitely be going to them since they did a phenominal job.

This was the first time a bought a vehicle I never saw or test drove. This is also the first time a bought a vehicle that had everything I wanted. This is the 10th vehicle I have purchased and I finally figured out what works for me. I purchased a new 2015 Jeep AEV JK250 through Kyle at Susquehanna Jeep. I researched Jeeps and especially American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) for months until I found the model and dealership I was going to use. I actually wanted to use a local Maryland AEV dealer but the experience was horrendous and made my decision to go with Susquehanna easy. Kyle at Susquehanna was always very quick to respond, very professional, knows AEV Jeeps inside/out and gave me the lowest price by a large margin. In fact, the other dealer that I did not use accused them of lying and doing the "bait and switch" on me because the price was just too low. When the Jeep arrived, everything was as promised and it exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation recommending Susquehanna and especially Kyle Leeds if you ever want to purchase an AEV Jeep. Even if you are not local to PA, it would be worth it to have it shipped to your location. Thanks again Kyle!

Friendly, knowledgable, professional, courteous, accommodating, sincere. Just some of the terms I'd use to describe the staff at Susquehanna. I had looked at a Jeep online and when I went to test drive it was 30 minutes prior to closing, but Brandon took time to show me all the bells and whistles that this Grand Cherokee had to offer. When we got back from the test drive I asked about filling out an application for financing and filled it out that very night together with Cheyne explaining the whole process (all of this when the dealership was closed). Never felt rushed or that I was inconveniencing these guys. I picked up the Jeep the next night and they made paperwork a breeze. Brandon answered all my questions right away with confidence and for the few things that needed followed up on, his response was prompt and thorough. After visiting a number of other dealerships in the area, I found Susquehannas site and was impressed with the reviews. I had found a Jeep Cherokee that I was interested in on their site and called Kyle to set up an appointment to look at it. He agreed to meet with us on the day I requested even though it was his day off. When we got there he had the car parked by the front door. He gave both my wife and me an opportunity to take a lengthy test drive, including hills and highway driving. We werent totally sure about that particular car and after a little more research came back two days later to check out several other Cherokees. Kyle was very accommodating with our desire to try out the other cars we had selected. After test driving another vehicle we found the one for us. Kyle made the whole process easy for us and couldnt have been more helpful. He knows his cars thoroughly. He explained all of the features of the various systems of the car and was able to answer almost all of our questions. The couple of questions that he didnt have an immediate answer for, he researched and got the answer to us within a day. We traded in two older Jeeps and they gave us a good price for them. I did a lot of research on new vehicle prices and feel they offered us a very competitive price. They even found us an auto loan at a local bank that was a better rate than Chryslers rate incentive. When we picked up the car, Kyle reviewed many of the features again with us to make sure we understood how to use them. He even set up my cell phone with the cars Bluetooth. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Kyle and Susquehanna. I would recommend Kyle and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have been a long time customer. I had my oil changed little over 2 weeks ago on my truck that I bought there brand new. My husband smelled antifreeze smell in the truck while driving it. He opened the hood to see where the smell was coming from and notice that the radiator was bent and pushed back. We personally don't work on our vehicles so I knew that when I had my oil change is when this happened. My husband went up to speak to them and they stated that it was bent because of the antifreeze mixture. My husband took the truck to the garage that does our inspection which is very reputable in Wrightsville and he said that someone had to hit it with something to cause that damage. He spoke to Pat the assistant manager of Susquehanna Dodge and told him what he saw. I then spoke to Pat and he said that's it my word against his and that's all that matters and they will not fix it. I will be going up to Susquehanna Dodge to speak to the manager to see if I can get some resolve. I have my truck scheduled to get the radiator fixed by someone else.

After doing a lot of research and shopping around I went back to the dealership that I bought 3 previous vehicles from. After some initial confusion on weather the vehicle was available or not, the process was great. I got a great deal that met my expectations so well I couldn't try to talk them down with a straight face. I checked several websites and prices of similar vehicles all over the mid Atlantic and showed them the price I found and they came back with an offer that was very competitive. The process was quick and easy. Kyle was great and Sales manager Raymond and service manager Nevin are total professionals. I highly recommend visiting Susquehanna CDJR and Kyle before making a buying decision.

My experience at Susquehanna was a very positive one. I knew I wanted a Jeep Wrangler and Kyle was extremely knowledgeable on the different styles and packages available. He made it easy to trade in a 20 year Jeep by coming to the house and driving it back to the dealership 20+ miles on worn out brakes. Kyle is calm and confident and easy to do business with. Although Susquehanna is not the closest Jeep dealer to me, I'm glad I took the time to shop there and I am very happy with my purchase. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with all the bells and whistles was a big purchase, but to me it was well worth getting everything I wanted and the dealership worked with me and I know I got a great price.

This is a great dealership I live over 300 miles away and from the first email with Kyle Leeds I was impressed. When we spoke on the phone I had a bunch of questions if he couldnt answer them he went and got the answer. What toped things for me were he took extra pictures of the jeep and sent them to me with without me asking. Where I live you cant get service like that. I finally made the trip and had the pleasure of dealing with all the great friendly staff and wonderful facility they have. Dealing with Kyle was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership he was very professional, he took me for the best and longest test drive. He also took care of some small concerns I had with the car knowing I had a long drive home. Over all I would drive back to buy a new or used car what a great experience

I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart Ralley. This is the very first car that I bought brand new. Had the car the next day afyer test driving it. She went over every detail of the car and explained everything very well. Tricia went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. She called me a few days later to see if I had any questions and to see how I liked my new car. Not one salesperson I know has ever done that. I will be defintely call Tricia for my next vehicle. We bought a new RAM truck from this dealership. Our sales person was Tricia Harrison. We have bought many new cars from many dealerships but have never had a salesperson who cared as much as Tricia does. She was a tough negotiator but her service after the sale was and is outstanding. She returns calls and emails within minutes at times and has never failed to assist with any issue or problem we have had. She has even offered to drive to our home to help us. We would highly recommend her and would buy another vehicle from her without hesitation.

I spent weeks looking for the exact Ram that I wanted. I don't know what the Dodge engineers are thinking but who builds work trucks where a limited slip differential is an option? I didn't want a 2013 because they had the DEF fluid didn't have CD players in them(call me old fashioned). I searched every dealer within a 400 mile radius because I had some( what I thought) simple needs. I wanted a 2012 2500 or 3500 with the Cummins engine with a 3.42 rear and an 8 ft bed( the dealers around here in NY don't order them).None to be had. So I started looking at the 2013 3500's because they had more of the basic items I was looking for. After searching my 400 mile radius again I found only two trucks. I called the dealer and was connected to Tricia. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was willing to go the extra mile to make the sale.I never like buying a new truck and laying out so much money for a vehicle. Having never bought such an expensive item sight unseen and from out of state , I was very apprehensive at first. As it turned out, Tricia made this the easiest car purchase I have ever had. We spoke all through the weekend, even on her day off and Sunday to put all the paperwork together.I explained to her that I was involved in bad accident a few weeks prior where my truck was totaled and that I couldn't drive for long periods of time and she volunteered to drive the vehicle right to my house( 220 miles away). The only score I didn't give a 5 on was cost. This is in no way a reflection on Tricia.. We spoke and she did come down some from the original quote she gave me and I ended up spending more money than I wanted to because of her willingness to help me put all of the pieces together. The 2013 3500's really don't have many incentives to buy them. if you are considering buying a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend giving Tricia a call to see if she can help you.

My wife and I went to Susquehanna Dodge to purchase our first brand new truck. The salesman, James Bell, was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and kept in touch with us (without being pushy) for almost a month while we were deciding what to go with. When we finally did go in to purchase the truck, he came in on his day off, and stayed after hours to get everything done! I was very impressed with their sales department, and the service department was in touch with me the very next day to schedule installation of options I wanted but that were not on the truck when we picked it up. Overall this has been a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

From the moment I contacted Corey via email, the entire experience was SUPER! I have purchased at least 15 cars in my life, and this was the best experience I ever had with a sales rep and management team. No games, very straightforward. Never tried to overtly pressure me, but created urgency. Came very close to my price, and it was so pleasant that I didn't even mind that it was a tiny bit more than I had planned to pay. Quickly matched the financing rate from my bank, didn't try to pretend I had bad credit (I have had that happen before...) Want to marry Corey, but I'm too old so maybe I will just adopt him.

I am not from the area and live a good hour away but one Sunday afternoon while travelling though on my way to visit family I drove by the Susquehanna Jeep Dodge Dealership. I was driving my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport at the time which I purchased at a different Jeep dealer. At the time I though I was happy with my 2012 until I saw a few Jeeps in the front of the dealership that caught my attention. I had to pull in for a closer look. Wow, I was blown away with what I saw!! Quality Jeeps with quality accessory parts! I was so excited at the time to learn more about the AEV Jeeps at this Susquehanna Jeep dealership but it was a Sunday and no one was around. Usually sales people see you coming from a mile away and hunt you down. I always hated that but this was the first time I had wished a sale person would have come out from behind one of the cars parked on the lot. Later that same night once I was home I started researching Susquehanna Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. I started to realize that Susquehanna was a unique dealership different from all the other Jeep dealerships I have ever been to and AEV was also. I also started to realize that I was dissatisfied and never really happy with my 2012 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased at another Jeep dealership. That following Monday as soon as I got off work I drove the one hour trip back up to Susquehanna. I got to tell you I was excited! I never had that feeling before at dealership. I new that the product was what I wanted but for me to be serious of the purchase it would depend on the sales people. Maybe I got lucky or it was meant to be but somehow I managed to get Tricia Harrison as my salesperson. First I found her to be very friendly and not overly aggressive like I have experienced at other dealerships. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the particular vehicle I was interested in. From my review so far you would think that I was probably an easy sale and that any one of the other sales people at Susquehanna could have closed the deal right? Wrong I left the dealership that night with many decisions to make and I know I called Tricia about 100 times with questions. It was a long process and Tricia was great she never pressured me and always had the right answers to my questions. She even set up a time and place for me to meet an AEV representative who allowed me to actually drive one. Tricia and AEV made the SALE! I traded in my 2012 from the other dealer and ordered my 2013 and had it shipped right to AEV. I realize that their was a tremendous amount of time and work tied up in the purchase of my Jeep and I just wanted to thank Tricia, everyone at Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and AEV. I have waited 6 months from my purchase date to write this review so that I could get to know my jeep better. Six month later I LOVE IT! I am so glad I drove by Susquehanna that day and I'm even more glad I met Tricia! I will recommend Susquehanna to a friend and I will definitely be back, Although I cant see myself getting rid of my 2013 any time soon! A customer for life, David Simmons Jr.

This was my second new car purchase from Susquehanna Dodge. I was displeased with an issue that occurred during the FIRST vehicle purchase from several years ago, but EVERYONE was more than willing to make it right for me on the second vehicle. They were very attentive to my wishes, Kyle was well-versed on the technical specs on my choices, and knowledgeable to completely answer my questions. The long-term warranty-choice presentation at vehicle pickup was well presented, but I didn't feel it necessary in my particular situation to explore any of these additonal choices, and Chayne was satified with my decisions and did not pressure me over and over again to consider these extra warranty choices. (I do know the other feeling from a new vehicle purchase from Sutliff in Harrisburg, where we were pressured HARD to add these extra charges.) The members of the staff we had contact with were VERY pleasant and I do feel were MORE considerate of my needs and wishes rather than just the bottom-line commissions and profit that most other car dealerships focus on. I do realize the importance of sales and profit, but Susquehanna Dodge does an EXTREMELY good job of keeping that hidden, and putting more effort into having the customer first. This is probably the best reason for return customers and recommendations of those return customers to influence their family and friends to take their business here.

We visited this dealership after being treated very poorly at another Jeep dealer. Our hopes were not high for a good experience and we were ready to be defensive. Luckily, the staff at this dealership were so friendly and down to earth that we didn't need to be defensive! It was snowing when we visited and the salesman - Calvin - didn't complain once about showing us cars and running in and out to check on things and bring cars around for us. They also gave us a much better quote and a better trade in value for my current car. I didn't feel pressured to buy and we didn't have to do the traditional "haggle battle". They gave us a great quote the first time. Very pleasant and easy experience!

We were interested in a new van and have been having our present van serviced at this dealership even though we purchased it only 5 minutes from our home. We take it there because they are friendly, courteous and honest about what needs to be done on the vehicle. When we sat down to talk about purchasing a new van we told them what other offers we had received to trade on a new Chrysler van and they were willing to match our best offer. The salesman Cal Lehigh and sales manager Rick were very friendly and never tried to pressure us into a deal or an on the spot decision. Kyle and the Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team have been extremely helpful to my family. So helpful in fact that we ended up buying two new vehicles in one month, one of which was modified by their service department.They have definitely set themselves apart from the rest of the herd of dealers in my opinion. I never felt pressured or rushed and trust me, they had to be patient with me. Every step of my purchases was handled in a timely manner and thoroughly completed. A no B.S. approach is what I loved about this team. All of them are outstanding people and will go the extra mile for you without thinking twice.As for Kyle, I cant explain how pleasurable it was to work with him. I got his personal cell number and I used it to call him multiple times during my modifications. Never once gave me a cookie cutter answer and was always honest and to the point. Kyle is a good guy, and I don't say that about just anyone. So, I would highly recommend them for any purchases. xxxx, I'd recommend them for an oil change. After fighting dealership after dealership my entire life, I have finally found a good, honest place. I will never shop anywhere else again. Great dealership!

I went to this Dealer to purchase a Jeep Overland. After working with Tricia I made an offer over the phone for a 2011 Overland Jeep. I was told she would check with her manager and get back to me. After two days I still did not get a reply. I called the Sales Manager and asked about the offer. He was short and very unprofessional. I would never buy a car from this dealer. We needed to buy a bigger vehicle so we headed to SUSQ Dodge. We test drove one and loved it. We had an incredible salesperson, Tricia, who helped us right away and was not pushy at all. When we finally settled on the car I would buy and the trade in price, Kyle located my car at a nearby dealership and delivered it to my house 50 miles away from the dealership. There is a Dodge dealership less than one mile from my house and I chose to do business with Susquehanna because of Kyle and all the hard work he put into making the deal work. We were shopping for a used Van because we needed more room for our children. We were only on the lot for a minute and Kyle came to help us. We had a great experience. For us one of the biggest things is not having a sales person that follows you around or doesn't truely listen to what you are looking for. We left a few different car dealerships because of this. After arriving at Susq. Dodge Tricia came out and introduced herself. We explained we were just looking at this time. She gave us her card and said she would be inside if we needed anything. We found the type of vechile we were looking for and then approached Tricia for assistance. Tricia was great through out the whole car buying process. While filling out all the paper work she was wonderful. She explain everything so we understood. She also took time to talk and interact with our children. We will definitely recommend Susq. Dogde to family and friends.

I put A LOT of time and effort into choosing the exact Jeep I wanted. I also made several dealers put a LOT of time and effort into researching my options. Jeeps have an absurd amount of options from the manufacturer and countless potential after market mods. Tricia helped me FIGURE OUT what I wanted while the other dealers were trying to SHOW me what I wanted. There was a huge difference, no questions asked. I went to one other local dealer saying I wanted a Wrangler that has 'x,y, and z'- I ended up test driving a Compass...? I sort of screened my dealers by showing them I wasn't going to just walk onto the lot and buy the car they wanted me to. This immediately got rid of 50% of the dealers I was talking to and left Tricia in the lead. I told Tricia what I thought I might want and she worked with me until we were able to figure out the best case scenario. Tricia's ability and willingness to help me figure out what I want and arrange it on my schedule was fantastic. After three weeks of searching and perfecting my search Tricia found the Jeep that I wanted. She then got a wheel and tire package of my choice at a reasonable cost. I am in sales so I expect a lot out of sales people, especially when I am about to spend 30,000 on a new vehicle. Tricia was there to help me, as well as to make a sale. I was the priority and she was willing to work towards the exact vehicle I wanted.Tricia's personality combined with her efficient response time made it a no brainer for me. I can honestly say I recommend her above any dealers in the area - and trust me I looked. If I had an issue I would just openly express it with her and she would be willing to work through it. If you are into Jeeps and you are in the Lancaster/York area - I suggest you at least make it by this dealership. If nothing else you can get excited about the several $60k Jeeps sitting around :)The only score I didn't give tricia a 5 on was cost. I am not one to beat up salesmen unless I really need to. I ended up spending more money than what I wanted because of her willingness to help me put all of the pieces together. That coupled with the fact that Jeeps really don't have many incentives (if any, ever) to buy them. This makes the wiggle room for dealers that much tighter. I guess the bottom line is that Jeeps are expensive but if you want a Jeep that is just what you need to expect.Tricia was willing to work for the sale. If you are looking for your run of the mill, mundane, simple minded and stereotypical dealer, Tricia is not the one for you. If you want an upbeat honest dealer that will make you excited to buy a new car, I highly recommend speaking with Tricia. If absolutely nothing else; Tricia is a normal and straight forward person that is easy to talk to. With that in mind, if you are considering buying a new vehicle you should at least give her the opportunity to try to help you.PS- I would also like to say mention that while she did direct me to this site prior to the purchase, I actually have yet to look at any of her reviews. I rarely take the time to supply reviews but I thought she deserved some positive feedback for outperforming several other dealers.

My family and I were in desperate need of a car and thought we would check out Susquehanna Dodge. We were shown a Dodge Journey by James Bell. James did an excellent job showing us the vehicle. He was very friendly and helped us with our baby's car seat in order to test drive the car. He was very thorough when explaining the features about the car and the warranty. When we decided to purchase the car he gave us a great price. Overall it was a very smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as James Bell. I visited darn near every new and used car dealer in York, PA, but did not find quite the experience I was looking for until I got to Susquehanna Auto. At other dealerships, I had a lot of pushy people try like hell to sell me cars I did not want, rather than listening to what I had to say and help get me a car from that line of thought.No one at Susquehanna pushed me at all. Kyle was a helpful young man who had his knowledge at the ready, and made it relatable. I could not have asked for a better experience from Kyle and this dealership. I highly recommend.

Tricia Harrison worked endlessly to find a vehicle with the options I wanted. No matter what obstacle we faced while we were negotiating, she was able to present several options to resolve it. The speed with which she responded to email was exceptional as well as her thoroughness. She also allowed me and my wife to take several test drives so that we could feel absolutely positive that we were buying the right Jeep for us.Rick Bair offered fair trade in value on three of our vehicles while we were assessing our options. We also got fair values on Rick's first offer. We didn't need to spend hours negotiating a fair price. It was fair off the bat which made me feel that I was dealing with an honest dealership. I did not have to go through any of the games that I've had to deal with when buying a new car. Everything was upfront and fair. I felt I was dealing with honest people the entire way through the transaction. A little more than a year ago, I was in Susquehanna Dodge looking to buy a new car. I spoke to a very good salesman. He showed me a new car on the lot that had everything I wanted. I was excited and ready to buy. Then I noticed a Susquehanna Dodge front license plate that was drilled in to the front bumper. After seeing that, I completely lost interest in buying from Susquehanna Dodge. It didn't deter me from buying a new Grand Cherokee though. I went up the road to Stetler Dodge in York. They had a similar vehicle but did not have holes in the bumper so I bought my new car there. It is ridiculous to spend $50,000 dollars on a car, which is the price of a luxury car, but have a cheap plastic front license plate drilled in to it like it was from a corner used car lot. The fifty cent front license plate caused me not to buy a $50,000 car from Susquehanna Dodge. If you're going to pay luxury car prices, the car should be treated and handled like a luxury car.The reason I purchased a Jeep from Susquehanna Dodge this time, was because Tricia Harrison promised me from the beginning that she would work to resolve that issue. Then, when we were close to completing the deal, Rick Bair was able to work with Tricia to fix the bumper issue, that issue, believe it or not, is a deal breaker. If you look hard enough, you can definitely find someone who wants to sell you a new car that doesn't insist on advertising on the car after I buy it. Some dealers give you the option.I did not think I would ever buy a car from Susquehanna Dodge but Tricia Harrison worked very hard to resolve every single issue and Rick Bair worked equally as hard with Tricia to resolve the final issues that would have prevented me from buying a car. Everyone I dealt with at Susquehanna Dodge worked hard, were honest, and addressed issues quickly. I would definitely buy from Susquehanna Dodge again on my next purchase.

I cannot say enough about how pleasant Tricia made my experience at Susquehanna Dodge. I did not have a good experience at another Jeep dealership. I left there frustrated and ready to give up. I decided to research Susquehanna Dodge, and I kept seeing excellent reviews for the dealership. I took specific notice to several positive reviews for Tricia. I decided to give Susquehanna Dodge a try and specifically asked for Tricia. I was not disappointed. Tricia was so kind and attentive to my needs. She listened to everything I said and requested, and she bent over backwards to make sure I got the Jeep Wrangler I specifically wanted. She did not try to push a vehicle on the lot to make a quick sale. Tricia stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process of finding my dream Jeep. What solidified my satisfaction was Tricia told me I would not be able to get my Jeep until Monday. I was disappointed cause I had hoped to have it Saturday afternoon so I would have it for the weekend. Tricia made the trip to the dealership (on her day off) to make sure I had my Jeep for the weekend. This allowed me to show it to my friends and family that same day and allowed me to have fond memories of my first day of driving my new Jeep. Thank you so much, Tricia. I went to the dealership without an appointment with a transmission issue and was treated with respect and friendlyness. Patrick Washington's professional attitude and confidence were outstanding, they (the mechanic and Pat) assured me my problem was minor and they were confident in their judgement and they were correct.While I was waiting I wandered over to the new car section and was greeted by James Bell, even though I told him I was not financially ready to buy he still took the time to walk me around and show me some of the new styles of 300's and jeeps. Did he have to do that, no, knowing I was not ready to buy he could have walked away. I give him a very high rating for that alone and when I buy a Chrysler again it will be from him. I originally bought my Chrysler from Don White, in Timonium but never felt comfortable there, they even sold me a brand new Sebring that couln't pass PA emmission standards. Maybe their fault, maybe not, but my auto experience' s are are going to be with Susquehanna Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Wrightsville, they made me feel welcome. There was even a lovely blond hair lady that works there (name unknown)I believe works upstairs, just a guess, that made certain to me that coffee and snacks were available if I should so desire. Tricia did all she could to get an exact match for my wife's Avenger. She was willing to meet me at my work for me to finish signing paperwork and made sure both of our vehicles were ready a.s.a.p. I didn't have a lot of dealing room for my 2011 Ram but I got it anyway with some added perks. Over all she was great to work with. She had my wife test drive three different cars just so my wife could decide on the Charger or the Avenger (they didn't have the 8 speed tranny in the charger so she had us drive a 300). She was very patient with us and made sure we didn't go thirsty while doing paperwork and dealing. She should get a raise.

I just recently purchased a brand new car through SUSQUEHANNA DODGE, and had nothing short of spectacular experience. This is the third vehicle I've purchased through this dealership, and each time, I have worked with Tricia Harrison. Tricia is a fantastic salesperson! She is an incredibly hard worker with a great sense of humor, and is always willing to go the extra mile. While my most recent experience with Tricia was exactly what I've come to expect from such a stellar associate, and dealership... the most shining example that comes to mind is when I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from SUS DODGE last year. I contacted Tricia on Dec 31, that's right, New Year's Eve!... and told her I was interested in purchasing a new Wrangler. She told me to come in so we could sit down and discuss what specifically I was looking to get. I did so, and within about an hour (all due to Tricia's hard work), we had found the exact vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately, the jeep was over an hour and a half away! Somehow, Tricia was able to get the Wrangler to the dealership by 10 that night (ON NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!) and told me that she could have it ready for me in the morning. I honestly thought to myself, "No way..It's New Year's Day! She'll be spending the day with her family". But sure enough, I showed up at SUS DODGE a little after 10am and there was Tricia, with my Jeep all ready to go! This simple little act spoke volumes as to her commitment to her customers, as well as to her character. It is for this reason (and many more), that I went first to Tricia and SUSQUEHANNA DODGE when I was yet again in the market for a new vehicle........and I was not disappointed.

I enjoyed my experience with this car dealership. The only improvement I can think of would be to go over the details of the car a little more. I'm a little tech-challenged so I needed more time for explanation of how things work. I wasn't sure about the key fob. Not sure where everything is button/dial wise. It would have been better for me to have an hour of daylight with my salesperson to completely understand how to operate the vehicle so that I feel confident driving it. I did appreciate my salesperson's efforts to help me get the very best price and payment plan available.

We have returned to this dealership twice for service after purchasing a used Wrangler. The first visit resulted in a warranty repair. Excellent experience. Problem was diagnosed, repaired, and we were completely informed about the problem, time required, and given a loaner vehicle. Our second visit was for routine service and accessory installation. We wanted fog lights installed. Jeep offers 2 varieties. Initially we wanted the 'above bumper' lamps since our bumper did not have the lamp knock-outs. Nevin suggested a new bumper from a Jeep that was just upgraded. For only a few dollars more than the 'above bumper lights', we got an original equipment bumper with integrated fog lights. We considered this a real value and a great price too.

We visited the dealership several times before deciding on a used Jeep Wrangler. Randy never hesitated to assist and answer our questions on each visit. He answered our e-mails quickly, even several sent after the sale was completed. We got the distinct impression that they are serious about customer service. The final transaction was completed without excessive negotiation and resulted in a good price. Randy went out of the way to put me in a 2011 Grand Cherokee. He was very attentive and wanted to know all my needs. He worked with me both on price and trade in, and got my Payments to where I wanted them. He was very knowlegeable about all the Vehicles he showed me, and never rushed me, even on the test drive. After dealing with the horrible, nightmareish experiences at Stetler Dodge, I found REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE associates at Susquehanna Dodge! They were wonderful, kind, helpful people ! I am so thankful for their help, and their kind attention to my problem. From my first contact with Heather in the Service department, on Sat.Sept.3rd, at around 1pm, I advised that the tow truck was on the way, she told me not to worry, the showroom would be open until 4pm. Dropped the keys off to the gal in the showroom, and she gave me keys to a beautiful Jeep Compass.Nevin called me Monday morning, Sept.5th, said the part would be in Tues. Sept. 6th.Picked-up my Jeep, Tuesday at noon. I couldn't ask for anything more.(except that my Jeep, with only 12,000 miles was 30 days out - of - warranty )Why have I given them an outstanding rating?I was so used to being abused elsewhere, that I HAD to express my THANKS !

Superior customer service is alive and well in Wrightsville, PA! I recently purchased a 2007 Chrysler Crossfire from Susquehanna Dodge Chrysler Jeep (a Chrysler Certified pre-owned vehicle). When I purchase a car (whether new or used), I expect to be treated both with respect and like the sale matters to the dealership (given the size of the transaction), and in this case, I was absolutely not disappointed.Down to earth friendliness coupled with straight-up business sense permeated the deal from start to finish. Salesman Cheyne Henry (ask for him, people!) is a polite, well-spoken and friendly young gentleman. This was a long-distance, internet purchase, and Cheyne bent over backwards to get me all the info I needed and requested. He supplied numerous, high resolution photos after doing a complete, on-the-phone walkaround of the vehicle, and looked at every nook and cranny when I asked, giving me a complete (and honest) play-by-play. And he bent over backwards to accommodate my third party inspector, too!A small (well, medium-sized) business owner myself, I asked to deal directly with the owner, Mr. Damian Wissler, and this was not a problem. Another true gentleman, Damian is also an astute businessman whose personal touches show through in many ways at his fantastic dealership, from his professional and courteous staff, to the wonderfully renovated, stylish and brilliantly repurposed dealership facility. I am always busy with my business, as Damian not doubt also is, so we arrived at a fair and livable deal quickly. It's like that when you deal with reasonable people.After agreeing to the purchase, I flew in from halfway across the country, and Cheyne drove up to Harrisburg (in a brand new, top-of-the-line Chyrsler 200, no less!) in the early morning to pick me up. He offered to get me breakfast after my early flight, and was more than pleasant company on the drive to Wrightsville (halfway between York and Lancaster, PA on the beautiful Susquehanna River). He ensured that his team had my "new" car prepped to car show specifications - ready for the museum or exhibition, so clean was my Crossfire. Cheyne's bend-over-backwards and stand on his head desire to please is both genuine and refreshing (to say nothing of a smart way to do business)!No one thing that SusQ Dodge did was so huge or overwhelming as to make the sale. But EVERY SMALL THING they did was exactly right, and exactly what I asked them to do - and a lot of small things add up to a fair number of big things. I never once got the sense that, because I was coming in from out of town, that I was treated any differently than they would a local. And I never got the sense that, despite my knowledge of cars and experience with autos and the process of buying them, that I was considered a pain, despite the fact that the devil is in the details. They even sent me on my long road trip home with a full tank of gas, for which I tip my hat once again to them. If you're driving up from Baltimore, Philly, Washington, Trenton, or any points in Eastern Pennsylvania, etc., and want to be treated the right way when making a major purchase, Susquehanna Dodge will treat you right and ensure your satisfaction.I've bought over 40 vehicles (new and used) in my short life. I vote with my money and universally choose not to do business with jerks, crooks or jokers (no matter how good the deal). Sometimes after meeting the personnel at poorly-run car dealerships, I wonder how they can possibly stay in business a day longer, much less look themselves straight in the face in the morning. The folks at SusQ Dodge Chrysler Jeep no doubt wake up every morning and feel proud of what they see in the mirror, and rightly so.In closing, let me say that Susquehanna Dodge's slogan, "Doing Business the Right Way" is simple, to the point, and utterly true. This is a good, old fashioned, straight up American automobile dealership where you can expect to be treated the right way. They earn my highest rating for customer service and satisfaction. Bravo!

We were shopping around for a used 2008 Dodge pickup with low mileage. We were interested in the vehicle we purchased after seeing it on a Sunday (the company was closed). A phonecall was placed on Monday and my husband spoke with Tricia Harrison, making arrangements to test drive the vehicle on Tuesday. I had a car which I had traded my previous Jeep in for 3 years ago. I loved my 2002 Wrangler and I can only say a moment of paranormal possession must have come across me to have traded it in at the time. I regretted the decision for all 3 of those years. Recently, it seemed every where I turned I saw another dark blue TJ Wrangler on the road like my old one begging me to buy another one. I knew I was upside down in the value to payoff amount, but I decided to forge ahead and take an outside chance that the Jeep gods were smiling on me. I started at the dealership I had purchased my last one at, and was met with a reception that could best be described as record low day in Nome, AK. I was turned away so fast I nearly sought a neurosurgeon for whiplash. Then, on an unusually hot day in May, I decided to check out Susquehanna Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chrysler (Not necessarily in that order). Not only was I permitted to browse the lot without being mugged by salesmen, but I also was permitted to come in the salesfloor and mingle. The receptionist asked if I needed a drink and offered help with a salesmen/person. Pam was available and spent a great deal of time listening to my financial situation, what my needs and wants were and then said, "Let's see what will work". I was waiting for another icey "What? Are you kidding me?" as I had heard before, but she was actually willing to work with me. The manager and the finance team obviously had to move some numbers and I am sure they took a little hit on the profit margin with me, but they worked with me and with the very friendly and warm guidance of Pam, we were able to work something out. I got a Wrangler I love, and I could not be more pleased with the sales and attention that I got at Susquehanna DCJ. Pam was not pushy, she was open and upfront about the vehicle and did not try to sell me anything that didn't sell itself to me first. She was outstanding and I can tell you that anyone I know who is in the market for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep (though I will try to talk them into a Jeep anyway)I will send right there and have them ask for Pam. If Susquehanna DCJ is working on a "word of mouth" advertising angle, they found the right customer to please, because I will be more than happy to spread the word. Thank you so much Pam for your work with me, behind the scenes and even fielding my calls and text questions on your day off. After having a very unsatisfactory experience at our local Apple dealer, we decided to look around for another vehicle/dealer than we every tried. My husband searched on-line for vehicles that would meet our needs and discovered the Jeep Compass. We first looked at Stetler Dodge but they had only two Compass on the lot and it was about twenty miles from our home to return for multiple visits. Then, we discovered Susquehanna Dodge in Wrightsville which is only about 8 miles from our home. We looked at vehicles on a Sunday when there would be no "pushy" salesmen around. Much to our surprise, there were multiple Compasses available and we decided to return later in the week. When we arrived, we checked in with the front desk. NO Pushy Salesman accosted us on the lot!!! We were assigned to a salesperson by the receptionist and immediately were greeted by Tricia Harrison. Talk about a match made in heaven! She was friendly, had similar life experiences, enjoyed our company and was willing to help us in any way that she could to make us comfortable and satisfied. She was SO competent that she completed our transaction within an hour and had our vehicle ready for delivery that afternoon. She made sure everything was perfect, even taking us to the service department and introducing the service manager so that we would be familiar with him and the procedures for receiving service at Susquehanna Dodge. Needless to say, this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had and that's saying something since my husband loves to buy new cars!

We went to Susquehanna Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Looking to trade in my 2009 Ram on a Jeep SUV of some sort. We found out we loved the Liberty Renegade they had in stock. Well what can we say about Susquehanna DCJ. First let's start about with the inital reason we chose to go to this dealership. We chose them because we were under the assumption that they were a small town dealership. We figured with a place like that we would receive the best treatment, places like that seem to value their customers more. We were undecided on whether or not to buy a Dodge Nitro or a Dodge Caliber. We decided we were going to go with the Nitro because it suited our needs better. Our salesman was Randy Rohrer, and he was wonderful. Randy is not your typical pressuring salesperson. He was very informative about the vehicle we chose. He had a personality, which is a hard to come by quality in salespeople today. Randy made the process of choosing the right vehicle so much easier. Randy was very friendly and we would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to check him out a SDCJ. Truth be told everyone that we encountered at SDCJ was very nice and professional. Sales - I visited Susquehanna Dodge Chrysler Jeep on two occasions to test drive a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. Both times I met with Ms. Pam DeRolf. Pam was friendly and very helpful. After the first visit I had a few questions which I submitted via email. Pam responded within 24 hours with the answers.I decided on my second visit to make an offer. I also had a trade. After minimal and painless negotiations we arrived at great price for me. Also, part of the deal was to replace a broken cable that operates the flip up front seat.Service - I was able to make an appointment convenient to me to repair the seat. After I got home I discovered that one of the front speakers wasn't working. This was handled without question by the service department along with the seat cable. During my service visit I met Mr. Nevin Musser who was also very friendly and took care of everything.

When we first met Cheyne I wasn't sure of his youth and experience. However, it was us who were presenting him with a new experience. We were trading a leased 2008 Dodge Caravan for a new 2011 Dodge Caravan. First, the 2011 Caravans were just arriving, and there was little known about them. And then here we were with a lease situation.Cheyne was very willing to seek help from Damian regarding the leasing situation. He used this as an opportunity to listen and learn. He was very professional in handling this. Also we found that Damian was very helpful if we had questions on Tuesdays when Cheyne was off. In fact, Damian ordered the van for us (when he should have been on vacation) while Cheyne was taking our credit app.When our new van arrived Cheyne handled the paperwork very professionally. We did need some additional help from Damian regarding the leasing questions but Cheyne was still learning. When it came time for Cheyne to show us the features of our new van, he was the BEST SALESMAN ever. He was so knowledgable, thorough and patient. I visited SUSQ dodge on a friday afternoon they had the exact truck I was looking for in stock. Cheyne and I went for a test drive came back and made a deal. A smaller country dealership, my experience with SUSQ Dodge was a very good day, for both my 2010 Nitro & my 2011 Ram. The sales lady who helped me purchase my Nitro was the reason I searched for her when I bought my Ram. Pam is an excellent sales professional. She answered all my questions and offered me an adequate trade in value for my Jeep. Any service question, she deferred me to the service manager, Nevin, who was also very knowledgable and professional. The fact that this dealership is quality over quantity, is the main reason I went there first. I did not need to go to any other dealer after talking with these folks. I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I bought new from a dealership that was closed down by Chrysler. I only had 17,000 miles on the car and my check engine light came on. I called my former dealer and they recommended I contact a Jeep dealer because it would be warranty work. Since it was the week before Christmas I thought it would be difficult to get my car looked at. There are 2 dealers in the York PA area. I called the first dealership and the lady that answered seemed to be overwhelmed and almost rude stating that there is no way she could get my car in even if I waited for it she didn't know how long I would wait. So I called Susquehanna. I knew as soon as the phone was answered that this was going to be a good experience. The service advisor took my name, address and phone number and asured me that they could help. In fact he got me in the next day a 1:00pm. I arrived early, and was greated professionally, I was offered coffee and shown a choice of waiting areas. While I waited for the repairs they kept me informed of what they found (sensor failure) and what they are doing to fix it. When the job was completed I was once again treated professionally and thanked for my business. I told them they earned a new customer! The dealership is clean and is run like a customer would want.I highly recommend this dealership for service.

When I first came to Susquehanna Dodge, I did not know what vehicle I wanted. I test drove a vehicle that was suggested to me by the sales representative, however was still unsure what vehicle I wanted to pursue. Tricia gave me some information to look at, and we corresponded by email over the next few days. When I returned, I had the opportunity to drive two other vehicles one of which I chose to pursue. Tricia and I sat down and went over what the payments would be, however I wanted to take the offer home and think about it; there was no sales pressure on me to make a decision that day. I went home and worked out a price that would fit my budget and returned to the dealership. I told Tricia the payment that I wanted to pay a month, and she made it work for me. I was looking for a used vehicle and stopped at Susquehanna Dodge. I was greeted by Pam Derolf. I explained to Pam concerning my credit and wanted to purchase a used vehicle. Pam advised me that they had a program called Auto Traxx which specialized in financing people with not so good credit. Pam was very understanding and knowledgeable. I came a few days later to look at it and the dealership had just closed, but they stayed after closing. The dealership employees were very friendly and knowledgable. They had everything I had wanted prepared done by the time I got there. Tricia was very nice and expressed my concerns and issues with sales manager who very professionally addressed them. they compensated it in the price and worked with me on the warranty. The car was used and after overlooking the nooks and crannies at first, Now I notice they could have cleaned it up alot better. Would of also appreciated a full tank of gas. Just expected that most dealerships do this, and should have asked. Overall it was the most comfortable dealership I went to after a long couple days of shopping. Everything was done within hearing distance and agreed to a fair deal in a timely fashion. I would have no problem going back here for my next car and plan to take advantage of the free oil changes.

If you are considering a Chrysler product do not hesitate to visit Susquehanna. I found the exact car I wanted on the internet...good price, low mileage, two years old or newer). Wrightsville isn't exactly on my radar for car buying since I'm in Hershey and have always purchased my cars w/in 10 miles of my home. HOWEVER, wherever you are it is well worth the drive to Wrightsville! I got a very good price, exactly the amount I had in mind for my trade in, they called my insurance agent w/all of the information to change my policy, and Pam even followed up a few days later w/a courtesy call! I can't say enough nice things about these people, but my space is limited. Do yourself a favor and go!!

I run a small construction company and need my trucks to be on the road everyday and when my 2005 Dodge started having transmission problems I took it over and Collin was so nice he got my truck in the next morning.There mechanic ran it through all the tests and found out that 2ed gear was gone, Collin got on the phone with me and clearly went over all my options and costs then was able to find the only transmission in the state and have it put in within 24 hrs, so I could get my truck back up and running. I also had Larry Roach in commercial sales look at my truck and try to find a new truck to replace my existing one but even though he was able to find one and get all my financing set up instead of pushing me into a new one he helped me think clear and just repair mine. I think in this tough economy its nice that when you take your vehicle to a garage that they give you options and costs up front so that you can make a smart choice and not be blindsided when you go to pick it up. The model/style of truck we were looking for was not in the dealers stock. Pam called and offered to show us a similar model that was close to what we wanted. Our scheduled appointment was a few days away; when we showed up, the model we were looking for was parked out front. After almost 4 months to figure out what exactly I wanted, test-driving and shopping at Chevy, Jeep, and Ford dealerships, I knew exactly what I wanted when my wife and I drive into Susquehanna Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. The dealership was clean, comfortable and seemed to be very well run. Once Tricia Harrison, our salesperson, understood that we were looking for something very specific, she did not play any games and helped us get a great price. We were politely offered other things (extended warranties, some extras) but not pressured (which we appreciated very much) and we were driving away with our Patriot in about an hour. Absolutely no pressure. After an experience at York Volkswagen where the salesman was not going to let me leave unless I bought a car, if was very pleasant to deal with Pam who was more than willing to help me find exactly what I wanted, but did not pressure me during the month it took me to decide. When I picked up the car all the paperwork was ready and took no time to finish. Pam gave a very detailed overview of all the bells and whistles on the car. Then one of the other salesmen, who also has a Sebring convertible, came out to give me some pointers on the convertible top. I had a follow-up call from Pam a couple of days after I took possession of the car to make sure everything was going well. It was such a pleasant experience all around.
