I traveled for 3 hrs to look at a 2005 Land Rover. They knew I was coming as I had called several times. First they had no gas in the car and couldn't figure out how and where to get any. Then they couldn't start the car even with a power pack - the battery was either so dead or there was a serious electrical problem. They had advertised the car to be in perfect condition. After being there an hour, thinking there was still hope, I was told that they would not be able to get the car out from the ones in front of it due to no parking on the Street in that part of Queens. So why was I there anyway if I couldn't test drive it? I was told if I came back, I could test drive it if I gave the manager $300! I wonder if the owner knows about this. Finally when I needed a ride to my bus, which was just a few minutes away, they refused me. One wonders how and if they do any business at all.

It is the worse car dealer in the region, just play games with your time. I wasted about a week in the process of buying a vehicle. After processing my whole financial information and get approved by a bank. They just sold the car to another customer. STAY AWAY PLEASE !!!

After buying the car, I went to Acura for a check up they told me the alternator belt looks like it needs to be repaired. I call these guys and they said just bring it in and they changed the belt and I was on my way in a 1/2 hour. This is how every used car place should be. They will see me for my next car for sure. I bought this car because my car got flooded in the storm Stacy they gave me a very fair price once I mentioned that.

The van was in good condition, the mileage was right and i couldn't ask for better. We were searching for a reliable used car for our son who attends college out of state.Our son sent us a link about a car he was interested in that was at Sylhet Motors.Unfortunately when we arrived there the car was not available.We explained to Syed what we were looking for in a car for our son.Syed recommended several cars to us and answered all our questions about each car.He was very knowledgeable and pleasant, just as all the staff is at this dealership. We found a car that satisfied our requirements and are very pleased with it. Sylhet Motors stands behind what they sell.We had a small issue with the car ( on a Sunday) and called them and they said to bring it right over and that if they couldn't take care of the issue that day they would take care of it the next dat. True to their word it was handled the very same day. We are very pleased with this dealership and will do repeat business with them!

He then pointed out several cars that fit those needs. He was never an aggressive saleman and waited for us to choose the car that we liked best. Needless to say, we bought that car. The purchasing process wasn't stressful at all. Sylhet Motors stands behind the cars they sell. If you have an issue, even if its on a Sunday, they will handle the problem if possible.
