We noticed on the contract that there was charge for maintenance on our new jeep patriot and also a service contract charge. We said we did not want either one. The paper work was completed and we "assumed" (yes, we should have read closer) the charges were removed. The maintenance charge was removed but the service contract charge (we saw later) was still on there. We received no other paper work that would explain what a service contract was. I stopped in less than a month after taking vehicle home and filled out a form to be sent to the Bank. The Bank has NOT rec'd anything yet from the dealer. I think 2 weeks is sufficient time to have dealt with the contract overage.We also paid for the North West protection pkg and I'm not sure it was worth it. I see what looks like clear coat paint bubbles on the hood. Does this go away?

I stopped into Tacoma Dodge looking for a vehicle and I met with a saleslady Mrs. McCullough, I had all the paperwork needed like bank statements and a letter from my bankruptcy. She then took my information and came back with a offer for a 2016 Jeep Patriot. It was late in the evening so it was dark, we walked the closest lot with a key to the brand new Jeep, but it wasn't there so we went to a near by lot and found the vehicle. We searched many rows of cars with minimal lighting. We then drove back to the dealership to obtain the two car keys to move out of the way to get to the vehicle I was looking for. We then drove around and had some very lengthy conversations. Once back at the dealership it was not long till the finance manager sat down and finished the process.

On October 16,2016 our dream came true we finally got our credit score down and were able to purchase a 2016 Ram 1500 thank you Kathy and Jerry for making our dream come true. Chris Was very knowledgable with his job and helping to show me exactly what i was looking for right away with a good deal. When i told him that my car was not detailed properly he insisted that they fix it and also replaced the dead battery in the vehicle to be purchased. We just stopped in to look and see what they had. We had bought another car about 3 weeks ago and decided it was too small. We started looking at the used Cherokee, but then realized that a new one was right around the same price. We took one for a ride and then went back " to talk about it " . I hate this part. We sat down with Willie Newcomb to see what kind of price we could get for our trade in. After a while we all came up with some numbers that we might live with, we told him we wee going to go home and think about it. Willie told us that he had the day off but Kathy McCullough, would be there to help us when we came back tomorrow. We went back the next day and told Kathy we needed to "talk about it " a bit more. Kathy worked with us and we came up with the numbers that everyone was happy with. Between Willie, Kathy, Business Manager, lot attendant we left feeling very happy in our decision.

Wow. Just wow. I am mechanical and work on my cars as much as possible. There are some things I am unable or uncomfortable doing. There are also recalls, where I need have to take my vehicle in to get serviced according to the recall notice. The NHTSA investigated the location of the gas tank in the 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and found that the location of the gas tank caused the vehicle to be susceptible to explosion in the event of a rear end collision. But the recall, which came in an 11th-hour deal between the automaker and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, covers only 1.56 million of the 2.7 million Jeeps that the government wanted repaired. The rest are part of a "customer service action" and many may not get fixed. Chrysler, looking at its bank account, decided that $300 million was too much of a cost to fit all the vehicles with a tow hitch (which they agreed to do for the early model Grand Cherokees that has the gas tank in the same location, but far fewer vehicles on the road), and that the cost of lawsuits for wrongful deaths would be cheaper. I just bought a 2004 Grand Cherokee and was notified of the recall. I took my Jeep in to Tacoma Dodge believing that they would structurally enhance the rear end of the vehicle to keep me and my family as safe as possible. What I got was nothing. That perplexed me, so I asked to talk to the tech. The tech told me I didn't have a hitch, so Chrysler told him to do nothing but note it. I asked to talk to the Service Manager. He told me that Chrysler told them that if I didn't already have a hitch on my Jeep, then they didn't have to do anything. I told him that doing the minimum that Chrysler says you have to do and doing the right thing are different. I expect Chrysler, being a multinational conglomerate, to put their bank account ahead of the people that buy their cars. I also expect Tacoma Dodge, since they like to tout that they are a local shop committed to "Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and our staff is committed to achieving this goal in every aspect of our business.", to put their customers ahead of profit. Tacoma Dodge knows about the hundreds of people that have died in these collisions. They know that installing a hitch can and will save lives. They also know that it will cost them about $100. Eric (not sure his last name), decided that the $100 bucks was more important than ensuring the safety and satisfaction of his client. He actually had the audacity to yell at me and tell me if I was so concerned about my family's safety, I should buy my own xxxx hitch and that he'd be happy to sell me one. When I told him that i was already buying one from someone else because safety was my number 1 concern, he changed topics and went back to the "Chrysler tells us what to do" excuse. It's a shame really. The $293 I spent on a factory hitch means very little to me. I'm sure that the cost of the hitch, which is significantly less than I paid, means even less to Tacoma Dodge. Yet Eric and his team decided that, however much that was, was more important than me and my families safety and more than I am worth as a customer. Furthermore, I really didn't expect when I complained, that I would get a call back and be yelled at, belittled, degraded and have them insinuate that I was a bad father. Regardless, it is obvious that Tacoma Dodge has lost me as a customer and I sincerely hope that this post reaches at least one person before they make the mistake of taking their vehicle to Tacoma Dodge. There are many other service centers in the area that can do work for you, including warranty work, even if you bought your vehicle through Tacoma Dodge. Please don't let them continue to treat us like they did and still give them your business. You deserve more. You deserve to be respected and have your voice heard. You deserve better than Tacoma Dodge.

After buying a brand new car with my wife we decided to buy an 07 Dodge Ram I am very happy with the truck itself but while waiting at the dealership for it to be serviced a Salesman said it would be brought inside it was not brought inside and got hit by another customer I did and up taking possession of the truck and after discussing it with the general manager he said I would like to make you happy what can I do I told him I wanted no cash just a cold air intake. He did state that he could probably make that happen said that he would get ahold of me over the weekend or Monday at the latest here it is almost Friday and still no word from him. Just based on that me and my wife will no longer go through Tacoma Dodge if you are unable to do something you should state it and not just give somebody false hope. On the other hand Fred their salesmen outstanding.

This dealership is unbelievably unethical, we purchased 16 Dart, signed a loan at just under 4% but when the loan agreement arrived on Saturday from the bank the interest rate was almost 7%. We spoke with the dealership on Sunday, told us to pay it, that was our loan and the extra was from financing. On Monday I was on the phone with the bank for over 4 hours, they were reviewing our loan but could make no guarantee the rate would be lowered. I went back to the dealership to get a guarantee, nothing they refused to give me a guarantee the apr on the paperwork would be honored and refused to take the car back. I would never send anyone here, they are unhelpful and lie to your face.

We recently leased a 2016 Patriot from this dealership. Initially, Willie greeted us and supported us in taking some test drives. Dominick worked with us on the best deal and jeep and was very professional. The financial department got our paperwork finalized professionally and expediently and we are generally happy with our vehicle. Willie, one of the salesmen, actually gave us his cell phone and answered an early morning call from us about some issues we encountered with our 1 year subscription to Serius radio---he wasn't even at work yet but still went above and beyond and helped us out, forwarding our concerns to his management!!! It's still the first week with our new jeep, but so far, so good with Tacoma Dodge.

Tacoma Dodge service is by far the best! I've dealt with Larson Dodge a couple times and have always had a bad experience, I only switched to Larson from Tacoma Dodge because they are closer. However, I am more than willing to travel a little further for a much better experience with Tacoma Dodge. I didn't plan on buying a new car. I found an amazing price on TrueCar and my information was forwarded to a few dealerships. Out of all the others Willie Newcomb was the most personal, non-pushy, and genuinely wanted to help me and my family get into a new car. Willie took the time to record a 1 minute video introducing himself and showing me the car before we came down. We live in Seattle and drove to Tacoma because of how we were treated by the entire staff at Tacoma Dodge. I know that everyone at Tacoma Dodge is great but Willie just seems like one of my brothers. He was constantly helping with my 2 rambunctious kids and worked hard to get us out of there in about 2 hours. Willie helped me connect my phone to the car, answered all my questions without judgement, then after I left the lot with my new Dodge Journey Willie emailed me. He asked how everything was and if I have any questions about the SUV. I did have a question about optional aftermarket stuff and he referred me to a local provider and called to make sure that was all I needed. The finance department Tacoma Dodge is also amazing. I didn't think with our little down payment and terrible credit that we could afford a new SUV. Between Willie negotiating for us and the finance department willing to give us a chance we got the new car we wanted for a great price. After doing tons of research online, I went to Truecar.com and plugged in exactly what I wanted. 3 dealers popped up and Willie was one who contacted me right away. He was very easy to work with, I went in the next day on my lunch hour because he had already found a car nearby that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, where the other dealers weren't able to. The whole process was very quick, painless and completed within about 2 hours. I came back a few days later to pick up my new Jeep Cherokee Limited, finish a few pieces of paperwork and I was on my way! As Always they get me in the same day and very polite and find the cheapest yet best product for my 06 magnum. Took it in for an oil change and two new tires that i had purchased from them 5 years ago. seems that i finally need to have new break pads and the rotors turned on the front. quoted me a price. I trust Tacoma dodge than any other repair place.

We took in our 2012 Jeep Liberty because the check engine light, abs light, brake light, anti skid light and airbag light came on as well as speedometer stopped working. By the time they got around to looking at the car all lights were off except airbag. They told us that it was something wrong with the seat belts and they could not replicate the problem. We had them fix the seatbelt sand went to pick it up. Spent over $600. We left and not even 3/4 of a mile away it did the same thing again. Turned around and they told us this time it was the abs module. We weren't happy because we felt they did work that was not necessary and would not guarantee that if they did the abs that it would fix it. We didn't want to spend another $1200 for them to try and fix the problem. I would not trust this service department.

Service works hard to take care of issues. However, sometimes FCA ties their hands. They have tried a number of times to fix a transmission problem. FCA makes the flash unavailable to some VINs. Thanks to the service department for listening and trying to fix the chronic problem.

I had to get my third break light fixed for the second time (bad situation), but the staff at Tacoma dodge made it pretty painless. Had to wait 4 days for an opening, but when I arrived I was promptly created and was on the road in a loner car in less that 20 minutes. They actually got it fixed early (that evening) and just told me I can come back when it's convenient. I drive an hour and past the local dodge dealer to go to Tacoma dodge

On 12/28/15 I came for oil change service as well as multipoint inspection on my Ram 1500. After that truck was sitting home until yesterday, drove it to work. Today I found big oil leak, after I check I found that oil pan bolt (plug) was not tighten and was holding in the pan just by two or three lines of tread. If I didn't check it I probably will lost it today on my way to work as well as all engine oil and ended up with major engine problem. Can you imagine that happened to anyone who knows nothing about cars except how to drive it? It is unacceptable mistake and I want to warn people about it. If I have to worry about quality of work performed to my car then I went to wrong shop

We were able to come to a solution that provided us with a van that had stow and go seats in both the rear and middle section of the van. We overcame a misunderstanding of what stow and go included with the first van we purchased but we were able to work out an agreement that provided us with the van that we needed and thought we were purchasing the first time around. I was told by the dealership that if I gave an excellent review of my experience I would get a free oil change and tank of gas. I was also told that because someone who had been driving my "new" car before me had set up the Sirius radio several months before I bought the car, I would get a free year reimbursed to me. I looked at several cars on the lot and test drove two of them. I was not aware that the one I decided to purchase had been a demo until I went to sign the papers. (Mileage was about 3000). (I know, my fault for not being more thorough, but still, I wouldn't have agreed to the price I did, had I known. I am a single mom on limited income, so every dollar counts for me). Before I wrote this review, I emailed my salesperson to ask about the survey, oil change, gas, and Sirius reimbursement, and no response. To get help with the Sirius in the first place was like pulling teeth. My salesperson sent me to Service (who never called me back) who sent me back to my salesperson. I will have to say that my salesperson was very sweet and did sit on the phone with Sirius radio for about 1/2 hour trying to get it all straightened out after I purchased the car. I have been back to the dealership on several occasions and never felt welcome. And watch out for those "giveaways". Because I had already bought my car, I won a whopping $2, not even enough to cover my bridge toll. Who cares that I am still in the market to buy or trade because we ended up getting a huge dog that doesn't fit so well in my Dodge Dart. I was not offered any of the oil change or additional warranty packages at the close of my sale.

I made an appointment for the oil change & recall & received great customer service both on the phone & when I dropped off my vehicle. I had a concern about my Jeep's steering & the service manager was willing to take a ride with me to see if he could address the problem. It didn't recur but he made a note about it & told me to come back to see if they could diagnose it if it happens again in the future. I usually wait for my vehicle to be serviced & the waiting area is clean & comfortable with snacks/drinks for purchase. I prepaid for my oil changes & appreciate being able to save some money!

I now have a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I have brought it in twice for service. PLEASE SEE MY REVIEW ON YELP AS IT IS TOO LONG TO REPEAT. They said could not register in WA for OR. Told me I had to make trip at my expense to OR. Floor mats missing. Was not walked thru on how to use different systems. FLOOR MGR. Domic came to my truck bec he saw I was upset and talked to me. Domic called me next day and he had called Oregon DMV and they told him how to register from WA and he down loaded forms for me and gave me envelope. Spent half hour w/General Mgr and told him this story. Told him Domic should get commission not Willie. General Mgr. said he would take care of Domic and would deal with the other two. Got email from a lady called Karen B. from Tacoma Dodge and she tried to make LIGHT of my problems. I replied to her email and then she blocked my reply. NOT A GOOD DEAL.NEW POST 11/20/15: The two trim strips on the cab started to fall off this morning so detail dept. pulled them off and will replace next week. SO NOW I HAVE MADE 3 TRIPS TO DEALER W/PROBLEMS, NO OFFER TO FILL TANK TODAY. I have now filed a complaint w/ the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. T;his is after talking to Shawn GENERAL MANAGER and KAREN BACHMANN PUBLIC RELATIONS for Tacoma Dodge..

Not the typical experience we have had at other dealerships when negotiating a sale. Kathy, our sales person, was friendly, honest, and a real "go-getter". She had a test drive vehicle all ready for us, to get an idea of what we like/dislike in the model we were looking for. When she located a potential match (out on the back lot) and we were seriously interested, all the lot attendants were busy, so she went out in the rain, and moved several cars herself to bring it to us. Everyone we encountered in the showroom seemed happy and friendly. The part we always dread the most is when the finance guy takes you into the "little room" and high pressures you to buy things you aren't interested in. This did not happen. He was very nice, and explained many options, but did not treat us like we were ignorant when we declined some. Kathy made sure to demonstrate everything on the new car, and even called the next day to see how we were doing and ask if we had any questions.

I had a brake problem (pulsating braking, especially at highway speeds) and they solved the problem and had me on my way within a couple of hours. Jared and his crew at the Auto Spa have our Wrangler looking new again. They repainted the hard top, buffed out the body and had the Wrangler detailed inside and out. We bought the Wrangler new in 2005 and thought that after 10 years it deserved a little "refresh". Jared and his painter were great about helping us decide on a new color for the top and the outcome is excellent. The Auto Spa has also done a great job keeping our 2014 Grand Cherokee looking new. They made a couple minor "dings" disappear and the detail work on the Cherokee has also been very satisfactory. Good folks to work with at what I think are reasonable prices.

Tex was an awesome guy to work w on my truck buying experience. I told him what I wanted and he spearheaded it until he was able to make it happen. He was always pushing forward to find the info I asked about. Tex was a down to earth guy who wasn't pushy but was there to talk w u and tell u ur options. When my truck decided it didn't want to behave properly I took it, unannounced, to Tacoma Dodge.. Even with no appointment available for a week, they kept my truck, arranged a rental and said they would try to work it in, which they did in a couple of days. The mechanic was baffled so he ended up calling the engineers at Dodge! Long story short, they fixed it and now it runs great!I really want to commend and thank the young man who helped me navigate this mess. Brandon Jones is awesome with customer service. He went above and beyond to help me out. Brandon... you are an excellent Dodge representative, wonderful with customer service AND you deserve a raise!!!!!!!!

This was my Experience at Tacoma dodge in Tacoma, Wa.My wife and I went to Tacoma Dodge to look at the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicons. We hadnt decided if we wanted a 2 or 4 door Rubicon. The salesman asked if we would like to take a test drive and we said yes. The first test drive was the 2 door Rubicon and all went well. The next test drive was the 4 door Rubicon. My wife and I sat in back to see the fit; the salesman said he has to drive the vehicle off the property. We merged on to Tacoma Avenue, at the next light the salesman drove onto a dirt road. The road had many turns. He proceeded to drive fast and turning hard, to me this was inappropriate and did not represent what a Jeep can do. This was simply driving fast and dangerous, which scared my wife and made her very uncomfortable. It was a concerning trip as he came of the dirt road weaving onto asphalt. Hitting asphalt while driving fast and swerving could easily been problematic. We left that evening with no intent of working with your sales team. Morgan from the dealership called to ask how our experience was, I detailed out the test drives and said that our experience was not pleasant and would not be working with them to purchase a Rubicon. Morgan started emailing and I asked for the bottom price of the jeep. She gave us a price which was acceptable to us and we made an appointment to have our trade-in appraised. The price of the Jeep was already established. When we got to the dealership we met L.C. and he knew that all we needed was the price on our trade-in, which we negotiated back and forth a few times finally agreeing on a price. L.C. made a loud announcement about selling Jeep everyone cheers, so now we wait to go sign papers. Once in the finance office to sign they started handing us all these different options they added on. We asked the guy where he got this from, he said it is what we approved. I asked to see what he was talking about and said I had never seen that form. I pointed out that there was no customer signature only the salesman manager (Troy), he agreed that was strange. I told him we only want the jeep with no extra add-ons and insurances. He removed the items and printed the final contract. The Jeep went up about $7000 from what we originally agreed to. I told him about the price Morgan had emailed me and he left to talk to sales manager. They both came back and the manager said he could not honor what they emailed to me. At that point I said we are not interested, the sales manager said your almost done, why let the deal go and he could not believe we were going to cancel. They just tried to add $7000 on the price of the Jeep plus every option under the sun on the paperwork hoping we would just sign. The original paper that listed the price of the Jeep and our trade-in was no longer available, which we had signed. The deal was nothing but a bunch of lies and wasted 3.5 hours of the day. We will never give your dealership our business. We went to Larson Jeep in Puyallup, Washington and received great service, a deal we accepted and they held true to. Tacoma Dodge is dishonest and tries to trick their customers. Rob and Tyler at Larson Jeep were great and uphold honesty and true customer service.

After buying a new car here, I went in to get my license plates, the key they forgot to give me in the first place, a free car wash, and free tank of gas. You would think that would take, what, a maximum of half an hour to do? NOT HERE!!! It took over 2 hours and 15 minuets to accomplish that. After an hour and a half I asked if it was almost done, I was getting fed up. The person "helping" me said they were just about to start the wash and it would be ready soon. Over half an hour later she comes in and says that the car is pulled up front and they are just putting the license on. If they're just now putting the license plates on, WHAT ON EARTH HAVE THEY BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS!?!?! It was a Wednesday morning, they did not seem that busy, and people who came in after us kept being done before us. One of the worst things was the fact that no one apologized for the time we wasted there. She kept saying that it was almost done, almost done, just this last thing to do, but never once did she say that she was sorry it was taking so long or gave any kind of reason why it was taking so long. My only guess is that they are terrible at time management or hated me personally and wanted me to suffer. Do not ever get any work done here, especially something really simple, unless you want to spend your ENTIRE day in the waiting room.

Absolutely changed the way I view car dealerships. We went shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, looking online and stopping at a few places here and there. It usually ends the same waya pushy salesperson tries to get you into a boiler room situation with a boss who is working on a third divorce and trying to ignore the bottle in the file cabinet. Not this place. We emailed Nicole in Internet Sales ahead of time. They agreed to meet the price Dave Smith in Idaho had quoted us. When we got there she introduced us to Norm - a really nice guy who seemed kind of an odd fit for a car salesman. Norm didn't try to push us into anything. Just asked us what we wanted. He did a great job of working with us to really decide what options we needed and could live without. After a half hour of checking cars out we suggested that we go inside and see if we could agree on a price. That took literally ten minutes. Anybody can find out what invoice is now, we made what we felt was a really low but fair offer. He went to the boss one time and we had a deal. We have great credit and could write a check for the car, but with 0 percent interest why would you? Then we went to finance which took ten more minutes. Norm had our car detailed and filled it up with gas. That's it. Got a really good deal on a super nice SUV. But more importantly we met a bunch of people who actually care about what they are doing. They really want you to love your new car. Which is a lot easier if you have a great experience buying it. Thanks a lot Norm! And everybody at TacomaDodge.

Have bought vehicles here for 20+ years. Last vehicle was a 2011 Ram. Rear window started leaking before 36K, but I didn't catch it until 200 miles over. Good news is I bought their "platinum" extended service plan. Bad news was it doesn't cover window leaks. Dodge said they would Goodwill it though and I signed a piece of paper that said no charge. Next thing I know us they tell me they are charging me the $100 deductible off my warranty. Then they take a week to fix it, so I am eating the storage fees for the place who took off and stored my canopy ($200). The final straw is Dodge charges me sales tax on the deductible. Never have I paid sales tax on a deductible before. Tacoma Dodge just cares about volume, and they don't care about the customer anymore!

I am currently stationed overseas but my wife and daughter are in the U.S. looking for a car. I found a deal online at Tacoma Dodge and immediately contacted Tad Stephens. Once we settled on a price, he guarenteed it to me and gave me his word that the price wouldn't change upon my arrival. Recently I have had a dealer do that to my wife so I was extra cautious. Tad had the car squared away when my wife arrived and had her in and out in under half an hour. Setup an appointment to drive car advertised on the Internet as a special price and when we arrived the salesman said he is sorry but the car seems to have gone missing. He then proceeded to try and have us look at another car in the same make and model but of course was not being offered at the special price. I specifically contacted him and asked about the car that was on special and setup an appointment for the following day to test drive. The entire experience ended up being a waste of my time. I also suspect the advertised car was a fraudulent advertisement. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest experience.

I started this buying process through the internet, Nicole my salesperson emailed and called me a few times. They agreed to accept my price certificate from Truecar. We went by the dealership to buy the car on a Saturday. Nicole was a poor salesperson, over the course of the test drive she sat in the backseat and didn't utter a word the entire time. Then when I was ready to buy they came back and said that the rebates were not available on a lease. This was not true, nothing in the print said it was restricted to buying only. The sales manager didn't seem at all interested in doing a deal, nor would they listen to any kind of reason. The salespeople had to wait in line to even speak to the sales manager. To this day I'm not sure if they were just ignorant of the leasing and reabte terms or they just didn't want to sell me the car at the agreed upon price. Once it was evident that we were not going to buy Nicole got very cold and disgruntled. She didn't walk us out or make any attempt at keeping the relationship alive. I was able to drive directly to Rairdon Chrysler in Kirkland and lease the car with all incentives.

We called ahead to see if there was a specific vehicle that was on special still in. They put us on hold a couple of times before saying that it was and asking us to schedule an appointment to drive it which would assure that it was there. They also took our phone number. An hour later we arrived at the dealership and were greeted well and introduced to the dealer we would be working with. He grabbed some keys and walked with us out to the lot. There he appeared confused that the vehicle wasnt there and told us it might be in an overflow lot that they have. He got the keys to another vehicle and drove us to the other lot. He did not use his seatbelt or turn signals and when he approached a yellow light he sped up to get through the light. We got to the lot and turned on our flashlights and walked around to help him find the vehicle. It was nowhere to be found. We returned to the dealership and he brought us to a desk so that he could go talk to his manager. He came back and apologized saying that the vehicle had sold the day before and that their website doenst update as fast as they sell things. I asked him what about when we call in to make sure its in? He said they didnt have that information. I asked him why they even have appointments or even check if anything is in. I also said that I felt like this was a bait and switch. He said it wasnt and knew that he might lose the sale due to this. We left the dealership. The next day we contacted the dealership again and asked if the vehicle was available. They told us the same thing as the day before "yes! its the last one left, would you like to make an appointment?". So needless to say we were lied to and if the vehicle exists then they have no intent to actually sell it at the advertised price.

WE WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING!!!!! WE WENT IN TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTICS TEST DONE TO SEE IF THE TACH IS NEEDING REPLACED. WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE $92. ENDED UP TO BE $115 BEFORE TAX. ENDED UP REPLACING THE WHOLE GAUGE CLUSTER WHICH WAS $422.10 AND $92 FOR LABOR. OK, SO THEY REPLACED IT. GOT THE BILL AND IT WAS OVER $200 MORE THAN WE WERE TOLD, PAID AND LEFT, GOT A BLOCK AWAY FROM DEALERSHIP AND THE SPEEDOMETER WAS NOT WORKING, TURNED RIGHT AROUND AND WENT BACK. TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND SAID IF IT DOESN'T WORK, PUT THE OLD CLUSTER BACK IN IT AND GIVE ME OUR MONEY BACK. THEY BROUGHT IT BACK INTO THE SHOP, PRETTY SOON I SEE THEM TAKE IT FOR A RIDE. I went to buy a new jeep from this dealership after seeing one posted on their internet add. At the very start, the navigation system wouldn't work. (Pretty bad for a brand new car) I was told that the car would be brought into the shop that day and I would be called the next day when it was fixed. I didn't get the call the next day...but did get called on the following day. I was told that the jeep was available for me to come and see. On my way to the dealership, I was called and told that the jeep had been sold. Jump ahead three days, and I see the same car listed on the web site. A quick call and a visit to the dealership and I learn that the car is still there and it hasn't been sold. Why all the games? The management did not want to talk with me. I guess in the end, I should be happy I didn't buy from them; I feel like I dodged a bullet.

After one week with my car, I'm still loving it. When I picked up my car last week there was a box with the chrome foot pedals left in the trunk. After attempting to install myself (and failing), I contacted the service department and asked if they would install them for me. I arranged for an 8 am appointment. While washing the car the night before the appointment, I discovered one side of the spoiler was a little loose, and there was a small circular scratch on the trunk that had not been there when I had picked up the car.When I arrived to my appointment I was immediately helped. I asked if the mechanic could take a look at the spoiler and was told certainly. I also asked if they did auto detailing and could they remove a scratch. I informed the receptionist that the scratch was received after I had picked up the car, and I would pay for any time spent to remove it. She told me that they would take a look at it, and it would be approximately one hour.After 15 minutes she came and got me to show her where the scratch was. The pedals and spoiler had already been repaired. After another 15 minute wait she returned and said all done. The scratch was gone, and there was no charge. This is my first experience with Tacoma Dodge's Service Department, but I hope it's always like this.

This was a classic case of bait and switch. The vehicle, a 2011 Dodge Caliber, was listed in the ad as a Mainstreet model. I asked several times throughout the purchase process if this was in fact a Mainstreet, as I didn't see that on any of the doucmentation. Finally, at closing, I questioned the business manager, who told me it was an Express, not a Mainstreet. I asked to see the sales manager. In comes Mr. Swedlund, who had an attitude from the beginning, telling me that the dealership was not responsible for misprints in the ad. And further, if I didn't want the vehicle, there was the door - they could sell this vehicle over and over again at the price I was getting it for. I was reduced to tears and Mr. Swedlund left and sent in the General Sales Manager. I continued with the purchase, but only becuase I had already turned in my trade-in and was hip deep in the process. The General Sales Manager appeased me with 3 free oil changes for the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, my experience was horrible.

Enumclaw took a little longer to deliver to Tacoma Dodge than anticipiated. Once delivered Tacoma Dodge was quick to get the process moving along. The vehicle was quickly detailed prior to test drive and detailed again after confirmation of purchase. We had purchased from Lithia Dodge in Renton and 2009 and upon delivery the tank was almost empty and not cleaned out very well. Tacoma Dodge sent the car in immaculate condition and full tank of gas.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by Alton. He was very friendly and welcoming. I rate this dealer very high as they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price that was what I wanted. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a car dealership... EVER!! I went to buy a new car at Tacoma Dodge. They didn't have the car I wanted, which is okay because I am open to look around at what else is out there. They had me and my husband test drive a car that we all knew was out of our price range (even the sales woman, Laura). When it came down to talk, we re-told them what our price range was. My dad is the buyer of the car as he was trading his car in. When we told them the car was going to be for me and my husband, all of the sudden, Laura and her Manager, said we were trying to do an illegal loan--that I cannot pay for the car as long as it is in his name. OK--we weren't trying to do anything illegal. Plus, if I live with my dad, the particular loan they were talking about, isn't illegal. And I am not about to move when I am due in 1 week!! Yes, I am 9 months pregnant!! NEVER did they ask me if I wanted to co-sign on the deal, or even if my husband wanted to co-sign. We both have good credit, we could have. They didn't ask us anything at all. We were prepared to make a deal that day... we had a car trade-in plus a cash down deposit. They never asked us how they could get around an "illegal" deal. My dad talked to the manager and asked: shouldn't you ask us about our options since we aren't trying to do anything illegal. He said NO I don't need to help you at all, I have 5 other paying customers here that I am working with.. NOT YOU. At this point, I was so offended that I walked out. How dare they treat us like that. We are nice people, only looking for a new car. I work with the handicapped and I am a coach and mentor to teens. I am not a bad person. They made me feel like a criminal. I have never been accused of that in my life! I believe they couldn't make the numbers work. And instead of trying to work things out, they made up a crazy story and tried to make us the bad guys.Avoid this dealership at all costs. They boasted to my dad that they didn't need us because they already sold 300 cars that month. If you want friendly, you don't need to go here. If you want to get ripped off, then definitely go here.

We had never been to Tacoma Dodge before; we purchased our previous car at Lithia Dodge in Renton, and usually got it serviced there. We came to Tacoma to look at a used car we saw advertised on the internet. After test driving the advertised car we decided it was not for us. We intended to go back to Lithia to look at their used cars, but Chad, our salesman, told us he could put us in a new car for very close to the payments as a used car. After working out the deal he turned out to be right, and we are so happy and excited to have our first Jeep - brand new! I posted my picture with my new car on my Facebook page and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for personal service!

My salesman, David Woodring, was awesome! He was one of the most pleasant and respectful car salesman I have ever worked with. My dad usually hates car dealerships and their salesman with a passion. To my surprise, he actually really enjoyed the experience all because of David. I was so impressed how David consistantly responded to my emails within 5 minutes of me sending several over a couple days. That is great customer service!The dealership has a huge selection of cars. The building feels very new and clean. The staff are extremely respectful and classy. I traveled an hour and a half from home because their asking price for my new vehicle could not be beaten.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman, Chuck, spent 2-3 hours helping us search their massive inventory and never once tried to give me anything other than exactly what I wanted. He did a great job of showing me the options that the vehicles had to offer, explaining the differences between models, as well as explaining the cost of the different options. Once he found out what model, options, and color we wanted, he made it his personal mission to find that vehicle and never once placed any pressure on us to hurry up and buy, nor did he try to push us into a vehicle that we didn't want. Grade A sales and a grade A vehicle.

I felt like Mike not only was attentive to my quest for a vehicle that worked for my family but he "listened" to the pro/con of what I was reporting about each vehicle. I have purchased 4 vehicles from the old Tacoma Dodge, but this will probably be my last. Overall, I cannot recommend Tacoma Dodge. First, parking is horrible. They like to tell you numerous times that they are the highest volume Dodge dealer on the West Coast, but their parking lot is so full with inventory, there is very limited parking spaces. Next, we finally get in a vehicle to test drive and we run out of gas on I-5 and wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up. Next, we choose a vehicle (not sure why we still stayed with Tacoma Dodge) and they said they would have it on their lot by 11:00 am the next morning, but they couldn't get the truck there until almost 5 pm. They did throw in a free bed liner to make up for this miscue. Next, they had e-mailed an internet price that ended up being off by $1,000. It was still a good price even at a $1,000 more, but still frustrating after that whole experience. Finally, it took them 5 weeks to get our tabs ordered and when we asked them numerous times to hold them for us so we could pick them up, they still mailed them. This one is pure laziness. When we purchased my wife's new car, that dealership had the tabs in about 6 days. It is a just a matter of loading it into the computer and getting them ordered. Sorry about I can't be more positive, but this was not a good experience!

From the very beginning meeting with Chuck was an enjoyable experience for both me and my wife. He made us feel as if we were there for a friendly visit instead of there to buy a car. He gave us a written quote on the vehicle we wanted and when we told him we wanted to go home and think it over, he said he didn't expect anything less.A couple of days later we called and said we wanted to meet with him again, that we had made our decision. We drove up from Lacey and when we got there Chuck had everything ready for us. While filling out the paperwork we talked about family and learned that both he and his son were Marines and both had seen combat in Iraq. We were having such a good time sharing stories, we forgot that we were about to go $38,000.00 in debt. Chuck turned us over to Billie (what a neat lady she is) who processed all our paperwork. To our surprise, she said that instead of the 3.99% fincance charge we expected, there was a 2.99% special ACU was running, and was giving us that rate instead. I mean how cool is that! that!Renate and I thank all of you at Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep for taking such good care of us. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it!

This was our 2nd purchase from Tacoma Dodge. We used to live in Tacoma but now are 2 hours away. There are a dozen other Dodge dealerships between here and there so we called ahead about a number of factors before deciding to make the trip. Their service and parts departments have always been awesome to deal with, easy to get an appt for repair and maintenance. We are happy overall for the most part with our buying transaction, as we got the SUV we wanted and our salesperson was friendly and knowledgable and our finance person was VERY good and a pleasure to work with. We would refer people to them and we would buy from Tacoma Dodge again. 2 issues we encountered that were negatives for us are:1. We called ahead and even though we asked specific questions very carefully we were given incorrect info about rebates that resulted in our ultimately deciding to drive a 4 hour round trip and when we got there we were told the person was not there, and we did not get 2 of the rebates we were supposed to be eligible for resulting in a loss of over $2000 in savings. Next time we will get it emailed in writing to be sure we get what we are promised.2. We have an infant who was with us and had a 2 hour drive home, which we mentioned more than once. We arrived in the early evening, 5-ish, and had selected a vehicle within a half hour or so. It would have been nice if we could have then been taken care of faster by the negotiating manager and sent to finance quicker so we were able to get our son home and to bed, even if it meant helping us before someone else, considering the circumstances. We had to drive back the following morning for a 10:00 appt with finance after getting home after midnight with a baby. When we originally made the plans to come in the first place we explained our situation and were assured that reasonable accommodations could be made but that did not happen. It would really have made a difference in the overall experience for us. Thank You!

The negative aspect of this review is for the financing portion of our purchase, not our interactions with the sales person (Chuck), who worked very hard to make us a fair deal.A year ago, we purchased a new Jetta at University Volkswagen in Seattle and the financing person took the time to research our various financing options and help us make the best choice. It was an excellent experience. Sadly, I can't say the same about our experience at Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep.After agreeing on a purchase and trade-in price with Chuck, we were passed off to Fiona in financing. And that's when our experience went downhill fast. We pondered whether we would be better off getting financing with BECU for 72 months or through the dealer's 1.9% promo. Fiona basically told us that financing should have been discussed during the sales process because she was too busy to bother. Seriously??After composing ourselves, we told Fiona to proceed with BECU financing. She thought we were pre-approved, but we clarified that when we called BECU they told us pre-approval wasn't necessary because they are affiliated with Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep and financing approval can be handled right at the dealership. Except that Fiona wasn't willing to take the time to submit our loan to BECU while we waited. Instead, she drew up the paperwork using the terms we mentioned from the BECU web site. She implied that she would submit the paperwork at a later time, when she wasn't so busy rushing other customers through the door. She assured us, however, that our credit scores were excellent and she didn't anticipate a problem. Assuming things were in order, we drove off with our new Jeep. Flash forward two weeks: Fiona calls and says that our exact terms weren't available through BECU and we needed to come in and re-sign paperwork with the modified terms. Talk about a major inconvenience! Since the dealer wasn't willing to spend 15-30 minutes finalizing our loan while we were there, we had to waste half a day on a holiday weekend to drive back there and re-do the paperwork (we live over an hour away ). In my opinion, this qualifies as VERY BAD customer service.I realize that this dealership keeps its prices low by selling a high volume of cars, but is it really necessary to cut such sharp corners when it comes to financing? Although I would still recommend this dealership because of their large inventory and decent prices, especially if you live near Tacoma, I would add this caveat: don't expect any level of customer service when it comes to financing. Research your options ahead of time and come prepared with pre-approval.

We were looking to replace our daughter's car. Our parameters were simple; larger than her current vehicle, Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder, with at least the same gas mileage. There many nice vehicles out there, but Jeep is a family favorite.We were looking at the Jeep Patriot and Jeep Compass. Both were nicely appointed and showed 22/city and 29/hwy. We went with the sporty looking Compass. Then it was time to talk price. Jamie introduced us to Doug, who worked really hard to come up with a deal we could live with. We signed the papers and we were on our way. We enjoyed our time at Tacoma Dodge, and will recommend them to our friends.I could not have asked for more from Jamie and Doug. By the way, our daughter loves her New Compass!

Our experience would have been enhanced if the person I had an appointment with (Chad) had been available at the time of the appointment. In addition, our 4 hour visit should have lasted no more than 2 hours. It took us less than an hour to select a vehicle and more than an hour negotiating, for less than $1,000 and another hour and a half of waiting around for agreements and the availability of a financing person. This process, if it is the process is VERY inefficient. I will give Jake fairly high marks for trying to entertain us during the unexplained and unnecessary waiting around but, I have to wonder how you can attain the title of high volume dealer with this waste of resources and customers time. I have to wonder, how many more deals could you complete if you waste less time, 25%, 35%, 50% more?I would also have been nice if the Dealership manager had come over and introduced him/herself and thanks us for our business and maybe even apologized for all the waiting, hell, maybe even offer to buy us dinner, since we arrived at 12:55 and didnt leave until 5:15.

Friends recommended my husband and I visit Tacoma Dodge. They had two wonderful experiences with the dealership so we decided to check it out. We were not disappointed. Jamie McCroy was friendly, professional and more than willing to help us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. We drove off the lot with that vehicle, a 2011, Deep Cherry Red, Wrangler Unlimited Sport. There was no hassling or pressure when it came time to make a deal happen. Very clear this dealership takes advantage of military members that work in the nearby base and conduct the "typical" bait and switch action with selling cars. They conveniently offered $7000 less on the trade-in the kbb value, then tried to be cool by saying they would take $7200 off the new car. Sales personnel of Tacoma Dodge: It is a tragedy you would continuously do this to our servicemen and women. It is reasonable to make a profit as all companies should strive for. Ultimately, what keeps the American Dream alive. However, really think what you are doing when you make these offers to military personnel. We are a large community and we all talk to eachother. You can easily be placed in the "military consumer" watchdog list as a bad business for military personnel to work with. Is that really the reputation you are going for? Its a gamble. Ultimately up to you. Finally, for your own dignity and respect to what you do as a "sales associate"...know your product you are selling. Ridiculous that some of your employees cannot. You cannot really expect someone to give you $60000 when you cannot tell the customer the differences between makes and models and you have to read the window sticker. Hello? Us customers can do that too? I applaud Michael (a fisherman) as a phenomenal sales rep. He knows the product. Does not come off as obnoxious or rude. He was very patient and respectful. I would do another deal with him if he was not working at this dealership.

My overall experience was and excellent one. Customer service was in contact with me constantly if I needed a question answered. Chad worked with me trying to find just the right vehicle for me. He went out of his way to make sure we did look at every vehicle that was close to all my needs. He worked with me trying to get the price and payment come in where I was comfortable. Financing was found for me and my monthly payment was even lower than we had agreed on, which for anyone is a big plus. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted and actually made quite pain and worry free. I was only disapointed in the quality of the prep work and cleaning of my new truck. When I picked it up, the vehicle still had alot of shipment garbage inside and I had to remove alot of the shipment plastic wrap. The vehicle was still quite dirty from shipping, took quite sometime to get the vehicle clean. Other than the cleanliness of the vehicle, my workings with Tacoma Dodge were really top notch.

I would have given this 5's all the way across, but the guy that did the financing at the end was disrespectful towards my father, who came with me, and was very pushy about different options. In all honesty, I was very close to walking out and not getting the car. Although I did get GAP and the 60 month/100,000 mile at a great price, the guy was pretty much telling my dad to butt out and that he was giving me bad advise when it comes to the car buying. I did not appreciate this one bit and although I might tell people there is a good selection of cars and the sales people are great, be prepared for the finance/business managers. Maybe they are not all like this, but this particular guy definitely left a bad mark on this buying experience.

Tacoma Dodge Jeep was worth the drive. From the minute we got there to the moment we left we were treated like a new friend. We were treated fairly and Mike showed us every model of our jeep in every color and expedited us through the purchse process to get us on our way as quickly as possible. When we did not have the experience at the dealer closer to home we headed south to Tacoma. I came in with a very specific vehicle I wanted. Chad Martin found it in the Jeep system, and got it for me. Pricing was not an issue, as we dealt on the AmEx/Costco basis. I thought I could have gotten more for my trade-in, but I guess you have to make some money somewhere. Chad kept me in the loop as the car was located and transferred here from Oregon. I was saddened and really upset that 24 hours after my sales lady Sarah and your sales manager made a deal and I signed the financial paperwork that gave me 1.99% financing and a rebate of $2000 where after I signed it states that I could not change my mind you were able to change yours. I presented everything to your team including my 2010 W2 for income verification and I told them to run my credit to see what vehicles I could qualify for due to me not wanting to fall in love with a vehicle to be told I couldn't have it. So after all of this which I thought was a done deal and I'm driving the new 200 that I get a call from Tom saying that he needs a copy of my most recent pay statement. I take him the statement (pay) and he begans to tell me Chrysler didn't accept the financing so he had to sell or shop me to other lenders. So null and void on my rebate my 1.99% financing and my monthly payment of $466 is now going to be $515 which baulked at and it got down to $487 and now my finance percentage is 7.82%. I feel the rates and orginal numbers should be honored you should have made sure that you were able to keep your part of the deal that you offered that contract should have been financed before you even gave me the keys or announce on that damn loudspeaker that a sell had been made if you hadn't secured the financing. I signed your new paperwork but you better believe your ass that I'm not going take this one laying down. I feel you have dishonored your contract with a bait and switch tactit and I'm not at all happy about it. Believe me this is far from over.

The staff at Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep are friendly and helpful. I've been to several car lots over the years and have not been as comfortable with negotiations as I was with this company. These folks are military friendly, I'm a retired Army Medic and they gave me an awesome price along with great customer service. Yes they are trying to sell a vehicle and there is, in my opinion, minor sales pressure but if you stick to your price range they will respect that and work with your budget.I hope anyone that is able to read this article will have as good of an experience as I did. Chad was working hard to help us but I have feeling him managers were not on our side. I recommend Chad but not sure if I want to recommend the dealership. Their detailer didn't do a very good job. I think a wheel is out of balance. but it has new tires so could be a bad ball joint or tie rod end. They said they changed the oil but there was no service again sticker.I got the feeling we were kinda in the way and the sooner we got out of there the better for them.

I have to say delaing with Mr. Robertson was great. He was very helpfull, and always returned my messages even when not on duty. My biggest complaint is delaing with Mrs. Kinsey. She didn't return calls, or messages when she said she would. She seemed to have attitude when she had to explain or call me. I was not informed correctly about the extended warranty, or about registuration from her. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. I know a thing or two about how to treat a customer. I believe Bilie needs a refresher course. I finally was given some helpfull information from Ms. Jessica with the Title Dept. She was very kind, and patient and made the final process smoother.

I purchased a jeep from Tacoma Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep in December. The add listed air conditioning as a feature and the sales person assured me that it had A/C. It turns out that it just has a fan that blew cold December air, and the jeep does not have A/C. I learned this recently as the weather became warmer. The sales person was not truthful. When I called the dealership to rectify this issue, they were not interested in a sensible resolution. I also found out that the sales person no longer works there. I just want to put a warning out to other consumers and alert them of the unprofessional practices of this dealership.

Tacoma Dodge offered the most aggressive deal and trade-in allowance of any of their competitors. I figured there was no way it could be true and kept waiting for them to find some way to alter the deal at the last minute. It never happened. They delivered everything on time for our agreed upon price.I ordered my car from the factory, and even though they weren't going to make much on the deal, I received regular updates on the car's progress during construction and shipping.

The experience was good except for one drawback and if I had known about this option prior, I would not have purchased the vehicle. First let me state that I asked both salesmen if the vehicle had Navigation as an option and neither could provide a definite answer. I would not be in my current position of seeking onboard navigation if the salesmen had been educated on all of the features of the vehicle. This is by no means a knock on their character because both men have helped me every step of the way through the process. I only purchased the vehicle because of the limited research I was able to conduct on my cell phone searching the Dodge website. The website stated that the Uconnect 8.4 came with Garmon Navigation but after the purcahsing vehicle it is in fact the Uconnect 8.4N model system. If I would known this fact, the salesmen could have provided me the correct answer instead of "I don't know". If it is possible for me to get this system changed out for th 8.4N model, then I will be completely satisfied with my purchase.

I saw a car that i liked so I applied for an online loan. I was told by the sales man that there wouldnt be a problem getting me financed and to go pick up the car. I told him to be sure before i made the 200 mile drive<oneway>. I arrived test drove it and was ready to take it,they told me to purchase auto insurance so i can drive it home. But it all seemed fishy when i went to the finance manager please be careful with the {goodies} they try to put on your purchase price they tell you it wont cost you anything they told me it would help get me financed by getting lowjack and stolen property insurance. they said it doesnt cost anything but it was on my purchase price 850 FOR LOWJACK AND 350 FOR Insurance. Well my sale price for this car was 10700 b ut with the goodies that didnt cost me anything my price was jacked up to over 15000 with taxes. well i took the car home and they call me a few days later and tell me that in order for me to get financed I hve to pick another vehicle or put 4000 down or I gave to bring the car baq, after I already bought the insurance after I went drove 400 miles to get the car after I payed for wheels and tires. I just dont want anybody going through this ordeal I am looking to see if this is legal because it just doesnt seem right im losing more than 1000 dollars because i trusted these people and whats worse my own saleperson doesnt even call to opologize or explain anything. I get a call from someone I didnt even talk with and the people I worked with never returned my calls. Please BECAREFUL.

We were deciding to purchase the 2011 Jeep patriot and Chad also told us that this Jeep comes with 1 year FREE Sirius Satellite Radio. Next day called Chad and when I asked Doug the manager about it, he said "oh no yours doesn't come with it". Then when i spoke to a different sales manager Tom, he confidently said yes all the jeeps come with it and I said Chad admitted that he made a mistake and it doesn't with it. Then Tom replied, " you sounded like you are unhappy with your purchase, would you like to bring it back?" and I said Yes I would and he said he would call me back but NEVER DID. Basically they LIED to get you to buy the vehicle and do not keep their words and promises about taking care of you!

We had been very apprehensive to go to a dealership because of high pressure salesman that we both had encountered in the past. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, and this was the best experience I have had working with a car dealer. I spoke with Doug larson on the phone at length before coming in. He followed through with everything we talked about on the phone and I never felt pressured at any time. Even the dreaded trip to the finance office went quite well. We weren't pressured to purchase all the dealer add on's that I have run into before when trying to close a deal.Last but not least, we love the new Dodge Durango. Mine is the only one I have seen on the road. I was surprised at the deal we got considering they are so new and not many in stock yet. Some dealers try to overcharge in these situations, but not the case here.I have no problem recommending this dealership.Jonathan W. Cartwright

I just bought my first brand new car, 2010 Dodge Challenger SE, and everything seemed good at first. I was approved for the 1.9% financing through Chrysler Financial (GMAC), put a big down payment, and was out the door enjoying my new car. The salesman (Rich I believe) was cordial and accomidating, as most are. The facility looks clean, well staffed, and has a vast selection.Now, my first issue was this. I get a call 4 days after the fact and Eric from Finance is telling me they didn't approve my loan application now, though I've had the car for 4 days and they cashed my check. Then, a Debbie (or Billie, I honestly can't recall) calls me to follow up with them attempting to locate another lender, and they found one...but at triple the interest rate. I said no, I agreed and purchased the car at the given rate and if that wasn't workable then I'll have to return the vehicle. She was not a pleasant person to speak with, she begins sweet and sappy saying '6% is a great rate! Don't you want the ego of financing this on your own?' I told her I did not. Her demeanor changed and she was short and unpleasant to speak with. At the end of the day they got me approved.Second issue. When I purchased my Challenger, we picked out a spoiler I wanted and Rich ordered it through parts, along with a fuel filler door. I was told it would arrive by week's end and I would recieve a phone call letting me know when they arrived. They later revised that and said by the following Tuesday. Okay, no big deal. What was the big deal is that by the 3 week mark I finally called to ask if my parts had arrived, and the parts lady exclaims, "Oh yeah! We've been wondering when you were coming down to get them. They've been taking up shelf space for a week." Apparently making a phone call was too difficult for their enormous staff. And I was irritated because I had paid for the parts with my loan, so I was paying interest for the parts to not be on my car and instead 'take up their shelf space'.Strike 3. I attempt to get scheduled to get my spoiler installed, and I might have been short due to my temperment, but the ladies at scheduling would not work with me. They'd say, 'This is all I have available. Sat at 9am.' They wouldn't budge on anything. I mentioned that I was told when purchasing the spoiler that it would take less than an hour to install and that I wouldn't even need an appointment, just come on in, as the salesman put it. She laughed and said, "Don't know who told you that...but it's 3 hours." I told her the salesman who sold me the car said that, and she just laughed and said, "Okay." Yeah it was really funny at that point.I then decide to send an email to the manager of Tacoma Dodge citing my upset that they won't accomodate my schedule after they dropped the ball, and 3 days later I've heard no reply. So I call and speak to an Eric Frost and tell him how upset I am and he works with me and gets me in the next morning.I drop the car off, am given a rental, and sent on my way. It's done the next morning, I come by to pick it up and my heart dropped in anger and disappointment. They had installed a Dodge Charger 'wing' spoiler on my car, when I made very clear and showed what spoiler I wanted to the parts department and my salesman. I recieved a wing from a different model car. How did that slip through 10 hands and that not flag anyone's attention?I then go back and talk to Eric Frost, and he scrambles to make it right. And when Eric got on it, things got done. So I am thankful for that. But the troubles weren't over there. First they order the part, and it takes 3 days to arrive, and come to find out it's missing a piece, so they have to order that piece. It arrives 2 days later. Then, I'm informed that the bolt holes on the spoilers will not match up (I was told they would and to swap spoilers would be a 10 minute job), so, a new trunk lid must be found to fit my car and painted.Naturally, I was infuriated that I had just purchased a new car and through the dealers' countless screw ups they were going to have to start swapping body parts off my BRAND NEW car. I've been through enough body shop work to know that when you start swapping parts and painting things they often don't match perfectly. Isn't one of the perks of buying a NEW car that everything is NEW and PERFECT? Apparently not at Tacoma Dodge.And to end the long story, it took a total of 2 weeks to get the part shipped, arrive, and paint matched. They payed for the painting, but it's the LEAST they could do. Throughout my whole experience the staff was fairly rude, they left me a few times with answers to questions with "I don't know." And I'd ask if that's the answer they want me to walk away with. And they'd repeat, "I don't know." The staff needs an overhaul, they have so many people working there and no knows anything about anything. The only fully pleasant person I dealt with was the manager, Eric, and when I had questions he got answers for me. Everyone else was short and it seemed there was no communication between staff, and apparently what the salesmen promises you before you sign the papers never translates with the rest of the dealership. Really ruined a new car experience, my first new car experience.

Bought a 2009 Journey from Mike. He told us it was on sale for $26,999. Took it home. Next day found it on cars.com (same vin, same everything) for $20,998. Wow! On Sale? For $6000 more? 3 days later Billie, in finance, called & said we needed to go in and sign the final papers. We get there and she tries to tell us monthy payment will be $200 more than the contract states. Why are dealerships not held to the contract? We haggle with her (again) and get payments down to about $50 more than original contract. Not going to work. I pointed out the $6000 difference and Billie said it was mispriced. We took our original vehicle back. Mike, the salesman, called the next day and tried to get us back in there, even told me they would be losing money on it. How? When the total price on my contract was $31,000! That's $10,000 more than the asking price of the car. We are about $4000 upside down on our car, but that doesnt explain the $10,000 difference in price. If they had been honest and kept the price at $20,998 as advertised we would have gotten the payment we wanted and would have bought the car. I'm glad now that we didn't. Today (3 days later) they have re-listed the Journey on cars.com at the $20,998 price. Stay Away from Tacoma Dodge! They are dishonest and will cheat you!
