Went into the Tacoma Nissan dealership last week with great expectations. Walked out with a very low opinion of the professionalism of the sales staff and more specifically a sales manager named Darrel. This guy was terrible and extremely unprofessional. He was disrespectful, unprofessional and pushy to the point that it was just rude. After some negotiating, we determined that the dealership could not meet our bottom-line price which was perfectly fine with us. We set a price that we could afford and we were going to stick to it. No harm, no foul. But at the end of negotiations, Darrel stormed off from the table mumbling under his breath. From what I could hear it sounded an awful lot like he was calling myself and my wife bad names. It was very unprofessional and a little pathetic to say the least. The leadership at Tacoma Nissan should really consider letting him go. He is a very unfitting and poor representative of the dealership. Tacoma Nissan is officially off the list. Jeff

After a long week looking for a vehicle No one would help me and these other car places would show me cars I could not afford and that was Beyond my budget. Mr. Nate ask me what I could afford and what car I would like to at see and what my budget was. He made this process easy for me by making me pay a low monthly payment due to hard times. Went into Tacoma Nissan yesterday for a serivice on my old car and ended up trading that car in and buying a newer one. (Wasn't my plan) but it was a great choice ! I had Nate Jackson as my sales person, he is amazing ! He stuck to his word throughout the whole process, he went to "battle" for me a few times to get me exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier now ! Listed a vehicle at a low price. Triggers your phone call and email. Was kept waiting for a week until vehicle goes through their shop. Dealership then increases the price more then double stating its all about supply and demand. Blames the customer for seeking out a deal that is "Good" then tells the customer how wrong they are for wanting to report this to Dealer rater. This is what gives ALL Dealerships bad names.

We have bought 2 new cars from these guys! I had to replace our first Pathfinder after it was lost in an accident. Having had a great experience the first time, this was the first place I came after the accident. The sales team is truly amazing, making the whole car buying adventure stress free! Paw Readshaw is a very friendly and engaging salesman. He met us on the lot and took us right to the specific Pathfinder we came to see. I truly appreciated the customer service representatives who held the doors open for md because I had my hands full with a laptop computer and bag, anticipating a long but productive wait during my appointment with the service department. Keith in the Service Department was the utmost professional, providing me the best customer service experience ever. (THE ISSUE DESCRIBED BELOW HAS SUBSEQUENTLY BEEN RESOLVED BY THE DEALER.)In reporting this particular negative experience with this dealer, Id like first to point out that my previous experiences with this dealers Service Department have all been highly satisfactory. Ive been the owner of a Nissan Murano for many years, and the maintenance services I received for this car from this dealers Service Department (as well as previously from Campbell Nelson Nissan in Edmunds) have been efficient and pleasurable. In addition, Id like to point out that even with the arguably questionable tactics most recently of Tacoma Nissan in my current purchase of a pre-owned Nissan Versa Note, I did ultimately proceed with the purchase, and am so far quite satisfied with the car.However, in making this purchase I believed I had encountered an aspect of the purchase which I thought fair to consider at the time as a bait and switch. In my initial inspection of the car, and during my test drive of it, there was posted in the window a Buyers Guide that clearly stated and defined the terms of a 100,000 mile Limited Warranty to be provided by the dealer. Yet, in the process of drawing up the paper work for my purchase of this vehicle, the dealers official with whom I was working, substituted a different Buyers Guide that stated the sale was instead under an As Is No Warranty condition. I questioned him on the matter, referring to the Buyers Guide posted in the car, but he said that it didnt apply. He instead gave me an assurance that there was a manufacturers warranty in effect, but this assurance was not in writing. This assurance has subsequently be put in writing by the dealer's Sales Manager. The dealer's Limited Warranty, which had been posted in the car, was later asserted by the dealer to have been a "mistake."

I negotiated a price and car with all dealers in the Seattle area via email for over 2 weeks. Kieran was the most persistent and kept checking in to see if we could make a deal. He was not pushy or condescending (yes, there was one) and worked with me to understand my requirements. I paid a visit to Tacoma Nissan dealership to close a deal finalized over email. Unfortunately, there was a mismatch with the interior color. Kieran and Tacoma Nissan ensured that my deal was honored and provided a car with better specs at the same initial deal price. I would highly recommend anyone with car needs to go see the professionals over at Tacoma Nissan, they were so courteous and knowledgeable and made me and my family feel like we were in good hands. My wife and I have had Nissans for over 8 years but rarely go to dealerships for service because they tend to over charge. We took a chance with Tacoma Nissan and were very impressed. The repair was comparable to other quotes but they also repaired a few other minor issues without us asking and without a charge. They were very straight forward and knowledgable.

In all aspects of the experience, excellent professionalism and salesmanship was demonstrated. I was reluctant to take the plunge on the exact day of our visit, but the salesman was able to offer me what I wanted to be able to make a decision that day. I can be a bit of a tough customer, so the quick purchase even surprised myself. And I could not be more pleased.The finance guy was the best I have ever worked with in my 66 years. I usually don't get extended warranties on anything, and he did not waste time trying to "sell" me. But his fantastic ability to explain everything completely with very few words led me to perceive a scenario where the warranty made sense this time. I changed my "no" to a "yes", and also could not be more pleased with that decision.About everyone goes through a phase after a big purchase wondering, "Should I have done something different?" I came into this Nissan dearlership after having had a bad experience at a previous dealer in Olympia. I really had already resigned myself to not getting a car but was willing to look around anyway, as I walked around the lot looking at what they had available I was approached by a sales guy Josh he was very friendly and compassionate after hearing about how my day had gone to this point. I decided to give him a shot and see what he had to offer me we went into the office and looked at the stock they had available he was very attentive and working hard to try and find the perfect match for me. We did find the exact car I was interested in he went and picked it up from there overflow lot and brought it for me to see. It was everything I wanted I was excited to think I was going to get exactly what I wanted after having my hopes dashed previously. Still a little hesitant though we started the buying process in which I was introduced to Jason sales manager he was just as wonderful he was kind and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that things went smoothly. I am very greatful to both these wonderful gentlemen who really just turned my day around and made it possible for me to drive away in the vehicle that I wanted. THANK you again for your service

Had a walk in oil change and needed a tire rotation. They did the oil change but not the tire rotation. The service rep said a did not need it due to the fact that my back tires had more tread. Any other dealership would have rotated the tires anyway because it is money in their pockets. BTW my vehicle is rear wheel drive. Love their honesty

George assistance was great. He was friendly and not at all pushy in making the sale. He made sure I understood everything I was getting and what all the numbers on the car and contract meant. After the sale, he stayed to make sure I was able to operate the car. After a few days I had a question to ask and phoned him. He answered my question and I was again grateful!Nissan, you have a wonderful employee working for your company. Hopefully when I'm ready to purchase another car, he will be my salesperson to sale it to me.Thank you George, you are the BESTEST!

Service manager, Lisa, I think that is her name is the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable , an excellent person I have met at any service office. We got a super deal on a new Frontier. No trade-in with perfect credit. 0% interest through Nissan. Bought from Daniel; wonderful salesperson!! Negotiation & finance was fairly quick and painless. Price on the frontier truck was great but when we got to the trade in everything went bad. The offer for my 2008 colorado as a trade was half of the value. I dont do the back and forth with the manager. I guess they didnt need a sale .

I stopped in to get a quote on my trade in for a new Nissan. The quote I received was significantly below trade in and they also said it needed new tires and $1,000 to recondition it. My trade in has less than 21k miles and I just bought new tires in the last 90 days. I was so disappointed I took my trade in to the nearest dealer that sells this make new and asked if they would take it in on trade and how much they would offer. They quickly inspected the car and offered to buy it without purchasing another car for $12,000 more than Tacoma Nissan offered. Tacoma Nissan is less then honest, or professional. DO NOT TRUST that they are offering you a fair quote on your trade in. No matter what the condition they book your car at fair KBB trade in and then tack on unnecessary tires and reconditioning costs. KBB factors in reconditioning in the condition stated before giving you a value.Please read the reviews online, there is a reason this dealership has such poor reviews.I have also called Nissan HQ to let them know how disappointed I am in the standards they have set for allowing this type of franchisee represent Nissan.

I found out by entering vin number into to google they my car was sold at Puyallup Kia asking price$ 21,988. So you know that they got at least 20,000. So why not pay me??? you sold my vehicle pay me the 17000.00 you promised. Capital One contract is not valid. Why are you being so unprofessional and corrupt? Come pick up your truck and pay me. Simple but not. Why do business continue to fraud a disable ,single, need roof fixed customer. What could be your motivation to continue to keep me from fixng my roof.ONLY REASON I SOLD MY CAR!!was to fix the roof .You SOLD my car and now you need to pay me. It has been 1 month and 5 days and counting. Stop jerking my advocate around and conclude this "business"I will continue to post pleading with you to stop this. You who are involved in keeping this going are pretty sick to do this.

Bought many cars in my 66 years and this was a real experience. First the salesman seemed to think we were getting such a good deal, he would not listen to anything I would say regarding negotiation. Minimum communication skills. Then when we were asked to sign the papers, we were introduced to the second sales person who outright lied about the maintenance expenses that she claimed would face us with this new car. She stated our third service appointment would cost us $500 for one. (It's an oil change and tire rotation). Then when I strongly protested the glass etching and the negotiable document fee, she was outraged that I would question these charges and said she could do nothing about it. These were non-negotiable charges. Funny how the $500 Tacoma-Nissan rebate was wiped out by these superfluous charges! I would be glad to discuss this with someone who is not in sales.

I went into the Tacoma Nissan dealership on 7/19/14, I had previously been in discussion via email with a member of their internet sales division regarding the purchase price of a vehicle on their lot, during these information exchanges my partner and I made it clear that we had already secured financing through a credit union and are not looking for a competing rate and only wanted to purchase the vehicle. I will leave out the typical gripes of purchasing a car that the average consumer endures and skip towards the unethical and fraudulent business practices they are conducting. Like I stated earlier the dealership knew before our arrival we had our own financing, additionally upon our arrival I made sure to let the sales person "Ryan" know that we had our own financing. After deciding on which car we were purchasing they said they needed information from us, which we were happy to oblige as we understand there is regulatory/title/compliance pieces that require specific information. After my partner had started to fill out a form sans social security number and birth date the salesperson came back from the ether that he had disappeared into for quite some time requesting we sign the form, include social security number, birth date, occupation and a few other things. I asked my partner to not touch the form any further, I read the form and it stated "Application for credit" all verbiage indicated the sole use of the form was to run someones credit. We asked Ryan, why we were signing a credit application when we made it clear we already had financing arranged - we are not looking at add additional hard inquiries on my partners credit history as we have already had 2 inquiries when shopping for a loan. Ryan's only answer was "this will make your life easier" and immediately walked away. A credit application does not make my life easier, and the sales person came back with a manager of some sort whos name I did not catch. He told us that he was going to put our information into a CUDL database to grab the information about our loan, unaware of what this system was we requested to check with our bank about it. We called WSECU and they advised us to not let the dealership put our information into this database as it would run our credit again and they would try to shop our information to various lenders...soemthing we do not want. THe dealer insisted this was not going to run our credit, a quick glance at the website on CUDL it became apparent he was lying directly to my face and was going to run our credit anyway if he had the information needed to do so. He claimed this application was necessary for the Patriot Act, sounds highly suspect to me. We still wanted the car, and at the price we were quoted, and asked if there was any way we could not fill out this form but still give them info necessary to ensure we weren't doing money laundering or shady business. They asked us to fill out a credit application, AGAIN. At this point we requested the information on a different form again, the sales manager then essentially told us that we were stringing them along and that we did not have any intention of making a sale. and kicked us out of their business.

Went there not too long ago to see about getting a good deal for a trade in 2 cars and purchase one, since the are supposively having a deal of 125% trade in value. They wanted to give me 75-80% of both cars worth. I can understand that it costs SOME money to recondition a vehicle. But it should NOT cost an arm and a leg like they claimed it would be for a car that is practically new(should not cost $3000+ to wash and clean a car). Then on this one vehicle that I did want, it only had one price on it which was a reasonable price... they told me that its the wrong price and I would have to pay $4000 more for it. To me, they lied about the price or what not because customers go by the prices which are on the windows of the cars. THey wanted me to buy a sentra that is well below the value of both my cars. Well after I declined, they just left me hanging there at the dealership trying to find a friend to help me bring one of the2 cars back home... since the dealership didnt want to help after they brought one there... they were rude, did not talk to me and gave me the eat shit look. I am sorry I am not going to be ripped off by men that think women do not know anything, especially about getting ripped off from their vehicles. I am going through another dealership which is giving me the full value plus some for both vehicles for a brand new vehicle that was my second choice....Do not go to them, only if you thrive on being lied to and left hanging if you do not make their quota for them.

Very straight forward sales person offered me a deal I didn't refuse. Go see Daniel Siddall best sales person that works with military on a personnel level. Very friendly staff. The overall experience I had was excellent service with sales persons that were not pushy or in your face and very professional.
