Wasn't necessarily needing a new truck as I have one n paid for. Came across the f150 on their lot and Trey was quick to respond. Went down an evening after work test drove it asked few questions I had an offer Trey talked it over and they came back under my offer. Very very pleased. The entire process went incredibly smooth from start to finish. Thank you Trey and Tadd Jenkins

Sales department did a great job but its sad that there service department will never take care of the warranty work they said they would do the last three times it was in there shop. The last time I had it in for service they promised they would get the warranty work done but when I went to pick my truck up the work was not done and now that the warranty is almost up they said they could not take care of it there. Plus they did services I did not request and charged me for them. I take with the service manager he said he call GM and let me know what to do about the warranty issue and still have not heard from him. I would not recommend the service department to anyone.

The staff at Tad Jenkins Chevrolet is professional, friendly but helpful in every phase of our experience and displayed genuine interest in our experience! We had some concerns and such but these folks were there every step of the way. We had a salesman, Randy Smith, who stepped up and guided us with his expertise in many areas so we now have a vehicle that meets our needs, performs and is just a beautiful car. We’ve been to many different dealerships in other states we’ve lived but Tad Jenkins Chevrolet is the best we feel we’ve seen! They are honest, and always assisted us if we had questions! Came to Tadd Jenkins because I new Sales Rep Sherrie Wheeler a good long time friend. Know her to be honest, hard working , friendly, loyal, & go the extra mile type. She kept at it till what I wanted was found & then made me a good deal. All others we had contact with were courteous & helpful making them a good team. We are enjoying the new ride.
