I went to five different Honda dealers in Louisville KY. All but one were rather smug and didnt care to deal on a vehicle. This dealer had a deal posted on Cars.com. Far less than the competitors and still saved considerable amount of money after flying to Detroit and staying one night in a hotel to drive it home.

I originally purchased a CRV in 2005 owned it for 11 years with 154,000 miles I still sold it for $5,200. I only had basic wear on my vehicle no major problems, the Suburban Service Dept always kept me on schedule for all my maintenance. I Loved that vehicle so much because it fit my lifestyle, I needed to have another! I placed a request through cars.com for a dealer to contact me and 4 dealers left me emails and phone calls with information. Alan Luu from Tamaroff said; "I sold you your 1st CRV and I can beat any offer you can get for this 2016 CRV." After doing my homework Alan made my purchase come true, he saved me a good amount of money and made my purchasing experience awesome. He worked with me online to get some information completed prior to my visit, I felt very well prepared on the final day of purchase. While I did not lease my car from Tamaroff I decided to have it serviced there because it is closer to my home than the dealership of purchase. I made a good choice because the facility is always clean and the personel are always polite and efficient. I have not had any concerns with my care once it has been serviced at Tamaroff. Prior to visiting Tamaroff, buying, leasing, or repairing a vehicle was always an aggravating process. Since first visiting Tamaroff 15 years ago, I did, just once, try another dealer. I won't make that mistake again. Unless I move too far away, solving my vehicle needs is now easy and requires just going to Tamaroff. I know going to a dealership is the last thing most of us want to do, but all my experiences with Tamaroff have turned out much better than expected. It's mostly because their team really has gone the extra mile to help me out of tight situations on more than one occasion - especially Shameem Rahman. Through job loss, going over mileage and more throughout the years I've always walked away with a good feeling and a reasonable payment. That's why after my first Honda in 2007 I worked with Shameem in 2009, 2011, 2014 and most recently today (2016). I felt compelled to write a review this time because several people at Tamaroff really stuck their necks out to help me out of my most difficult vehicle situation to date. I am just grateful that they went far above and beyond my expectations and showed appreciation for me being a loyal customer. When anyone tells me they are in the market for a new car, I always give them Shameem's card and will continue to do so because he listens and actually remembers every detail about what you said you like/dislike, what you can afford/can't afford, etc. and works his hardest to provide what you ask for, or the closest thing to it.

I had a issue with my air not blowing hot. The guys over at Tamaroff, did a great job diagnosing the repair, and giving me a fair price on fixing the issue, without suggesting I replace the whole climate control system. Every member of the service staff was kind, courteous and welcoming. A number of them greeted me upon pulling into the garage. A service tech started running test immediately. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The service was performed in a timely fashion. I was in and out in less than an hour, and my car was washed! The experience was made more comforting and satisfying when Mark, the service adviser mentioned that everything checked out in good condition. I only paid for an oil change and tire rotation.

This was the first service after our car purchase here. The service personnel were very friendly and explained the service details really well. The very satisfying thing about the whole process was theat the customer waiting lounge had a good selection of bagels, donuts, and coffee and two large screen led Tvs. Our waiting time was over just like that and we got our car serviced in a jiffy.

Sean Walter took great care of me and the time to advise and inform me of what was necessary to get possession of a new car, getting insurance, ... Sean found the car I wanted REALLY fast. This was a first service visit for my new 2015 Honda CR-V purchased at Tamaroff. With close to 8,000 miles, it was time for the first oil change and tire rotation. I had a morning appointment and when I arrived, was greeted promptly and courteous by service Director Andrew Haas. In addition to the oil change and tire rotation, I had a few questions about one of the technology features on this model, the LKAS (Lane Keep Assist System) not working properly. First, it was checked out on the computer to determine if there were any mechanical or electronic issues and there weren't. Turns out, the LKAS works exactly as it should but only activates under certain conditions such as a minimum driving speed for example. Andrew even went on a test drive with me to confirm and he was right on! Needless to say, I am completely satisfied with all the services performed on my new car and will be back! During my wait, the customer lounge area seating was clean and comfortable with complementary refreshments including hot coffee, plus large screen TVs. It was a GREAT experience!

I ran over an industrial sized nail and knew there would be trouble. I called Nissan Tamaroff immediately to let them know I was on my way. But then, my tire went flat on the freeway! They offered me the number of their towing company, which was great. I made it there, got a tire patch and was on my way! I love the service, friendliness and courtesy of all the guys there; they're a great bunch of chaps!

I would choose and recommend Tamaroff to anyone with a Nissan product. Because of the quick registration and the pleasant wait in the very clean waiting room I will continue to use Tamaroff to service my Nissan. It seemed that all elements of the Service were done to make what used to be a necessary but unpleasant task as painless and pleasant as posssible.

I appreciated not having to be locked in by an appointment time for what I needed to have done, oil change and filter. I was met immediately by the service crew and within ten minutes my car was on its way to be serviced. I was informed about a recall on my vehicle that I had not received prior notice about and was told it would be advantages for me to have my tires rotated at that time as well. I didn't feel like I was being hustled to add more fees to my bill and gladly agreed to the additional services. The estimate given before the work was begun was right on point. I'm always impressed with how clean the service area and the work area are. When the service was complete my car was vaccumed and washed as well. Great service ladies and gents! Keep up the good work.

Tamaroff continues to provide excellent customer service. I have always driven Nissan vehicles. I like Nissan vehicles because they are good, stylish, and reliable cars. I continue to return to Tamaroff Nissan because of the customer service. When I am at Tamaroff, I feel like I am at home. From the purchase of the vehicle as well as the routine maintenance, I never feel as if they are taking advantage of me. Customer Representative who handled my 100.000 mile check-up was very professional, informed and pleasant. Told me what needed to be done and explained everything, including the cost. The remodeling done at the dealership is very impressive ! The new Customer Waiting Area is convenient, comfortable, open, with a nice selection of snacks, beverages and complimentary eats and drinks.The remodeled entrance to the garage area where Customer Service Reps greet you when you bring your vehicle in, is also welcoming and open. The reps desk now faces the customer when they arrive. The open look is fresh, looks organized and gives the impression 'They" are ready to take care of business. Nice touch! Thumbs UP !!!!

They have sales consultants like Shameem, supported by their management team. If a deal does not workout for you and if you don't buy the car You will be called "You are out of your mind". They will end up using language and tones which you will never see at a car dealership or any marketplace. They absolutely don't have any respect towards customers. They don't keep on time, the deals on their website are not honored. They increase the price and start talking that if we pay 1000$ more they may probably do a favor of getting a car(but in reality the website has a different offer\numbers) No respect for customers, no punctuality, beefing up prices, the car that you like is always 'just sold out', just to suck more money from you. Worst Dealer in USA, be prepared to get abused from consultants like Shameem

Came in for oil change and tire rotation on my Nissan Maxima. I was in and out in record time less than 45 mins. New lounge and set up in service is nice.The only negative is you are grossly over priced this service oil change and tire rotation is $62 at my Ford dealer I get the same service for $20 less.

I once again had a very positive experience on Feb 5, when I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Charles greeted me and after taking my information, escorted me to the very well appointed and comfortable waiting area. Everything went very smoothly. I had been seeing the check tire pressure light go on and off for months. Whenever it came on I would have the tires checked at Discount Tire near my house. Finally someone suggested it may be the rear tire drivers side. They checked that tire and found nothing wrong. Yesterday I took my car to the dealership and they found a puncture in the tire that DT found to be OK. Problem finally solved. Thank you so much. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Free bagels and doughnuts, plus coffee in the waiting area. I was even shown the new waiting area pictures. All this for no charge at all. Thank you so much service guys. So sorry not to remember your names. That is my new hobby.

I had a very easy and pleasant experience at Tamiroff Honda. I made an inquiry via the Internet on Sunday, December 21 in the evening. To my surprise, I received a response from a sale rep that same day. A day or so later we went out to see the vehicle. They had the equipment package we desired, but not the color. I was assured it would be available to me in a matter of a day or so. The Christmas holiday intervened so there was a day or two lapse in our transaction. The car would have been available to me actually, on Saturday the 27th, but I wasn't ready. I had some other things to attend to first. I took delivery of the vehicle on Monday, 29 December. The process was very painless,very easy. The staff was extremely pleasant. Even the finance manager was a very pleasant individual. My salesman did everything in his power to please us, and he succeeded. Cars today have so much technology involved in their operation, and our salesman took the time to explain the functions of everything involved in operating my vehicle safely. We were totally satisfied. Honda was running a special promotion at that time, which made the process even more appealing. The interest rate was especially attractive.

I have been shopping around for a Honda CRV for quite some time. Coming here made the process easy and simple. Shameem, the sales consultant was easy going and fair when it came to pricing. I bought Honda Accord EX from Tamaroff Honda. Verrrrrrrrrrrry disappointed. I can not complaint anywhere regarding my car's service. They have used cheap oil for my car and now my accord is giving me average of 23/25 mph. I am not getting any response from any customer service provider. Their customer service has been degrading and don't value the customers and are rude to customer and don't listen to customer concerns. They are telling me that if I will complain then don't dare to come here again. They are forcing me to give very good review regarding Tamaroff Honda's service.

When I thought my car transmission went out only to discover the axle was broke in half I was relieved. The service writer provided me with two ways of getting it repair. One was with a geniune Honda part and the other was aftermarket. I assist dealers in parts for a different company and some of them don't have the mental capacity to do what Tamaroff Honda did for me. I appreciate them. Peace.

The customer service was excellent. However, even with a coupon, my oil change was $34.95. I can find a better price elsewhere. I was surprised that no one suggested a tire rotation. I should have remembered, and requested that they be rotated. That is my fault, for not remembering.

I have bought my vehicle at tamaroff and is a long time customer of them. Also referred many friends who bought vehicles from them. But recently looks like their business model changed. Their customer service has been degrading and dont value the customers and are rude to customer and dont listen to customer concerns.They have been only focussing on money/ dollar. They will do whatever if its profit only to them so they can rip off money from customers regardless of the customer. They are expensive as compared to other dealers in town for new vehicles. Also they have increased the price for maintenance, oil change with no added benefits.Its just a ripoff. So from now on i am moving all my service to other honda dealer -Suburban honda who are competitive on price, care the customer and are cheaper as welll....bye bye tamaroff.. I purchased my Honda from Tamaroff in 2010. My salesperson Julian was professional, charismatic, & knowledgeable. He has remained that way. Occasionally he will call to see if I am still happy with my car. Any time that I have called him he has helped me. When it comes to servicing, Tamaroff is the only dealership that has worked on my car. Most of my servicing has been routine trips. Although the servicing team went through a rough patch they are awesome now. Jeff and Mark are excellent managers. They make sure your experience is a great one. I appreciate them. I do not mind waiting for my car when it's being serviced because the waiting room is immaculate. Big soft plus chairs, free wifi, coffee, tea, bottled water, and USA Today. There are vending machines & a nice television as well. I am highly recommending Tamaroff for your purchasing & servicing needs.

I have been a customer of Tamaroff Honda, since 1988 when I purchased my first 1989 Honda Accord. To return in 2002 to purchase my 2002 Honda Accord V6(still runs like a charm - just hit 100,000 miles) My daughter purchased her first 2005 Honda Civic (still runs like a charm). Only place in Metro Detroit I could find a 2015 Honda Fit LX. Very hard car to find. They only had one on the lot so I paid the sticker price, but the deal was done in a few days. Once I was serious about financing a purchase only, I was spared being talked to death with lease deals. The dealer and the finance guy were pleasant, I will most likely refinance with a credit union to lower my interest by a percent or two, but otherwise this was a pretty smooth and easy first car buying experience. I love the Fit, and recommend it to those looking for a practical, affordable and well made Honda.

My SUV's back seats wouldn't recline all the way. They ordered the wrong parts, had my car for 2 days, and then called me to say it was done. When I checked the seats, I discovered one of them wouldn't go back up in place. Then I was told they would have to order another part and I would have to come back again in a week! I will never go back to this dealership! I made several calls to management and they never returned my calls.

The service was excellent, I was out of dealership within one hour. I recently moved to Michigan from Illinois and was surprised that Tamaroff charged $72.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I had the same service done at my Honda dealer in Lisle, IL and the cost was only $27.00 with no coupons or specials going on. Despite the cost the service was excellent.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Jason Danek...Did great work! I am from accross state and was in town on business. This is my first Nisssan and I enjoy it. I stopped to get an oil change and a look over. Jason Danek was more than polite, helpful and quick to get me answers to any & all questions I had. On my wait, I went to the Nissan show room where I was greeted by Don a ten year salesman! WOW... Did he know his stuff and he was not ornery, like many sales representatives I have met, that I was not there to purchase a new vehicle, but to get information about my Nissan Murano. I went back and let Chris Woods know that I was impressed with his team. I walked the campus and it was clean, and I was greeted by EVERYONE!!!! I don't get it they told us they didn't have the brakes for a 09 Versa. They said they sent for them and 4 hours later they still were not there. One week later and our brakes squeek. We are not happy campers. I will say it was the first time we were disappointed but we were very disappointed. Need some compensation.

No longer in Michigan, I would still come to Tamaroff while driving "by". A trip from PA to IL saw my old CRV breaking down in MI. 3 visits and a lot of logistics later and Tamaroff never gave up until I was able to make it safe back to PA. They even put "spare" parts so I could safely make it around town while Honda parts were on their way. They really care about you no matter what year or how old your Honda is.

I called on a 2010 Nissan Murano to see if it was still for sale and talked to Mel, he said they had it on their lot so we drove 1 hour from our home to check it out. We met Mel on a Thursday night and we nothing but wonderful things to say about him as our sales person and the whole Tamaroff dealership. We made an offer that night and picked up the car on Saturday. I would recommend Tamaroff and Mel to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Great experience with Tamaroff Nissan. The gentleman (Brandon Barnes) who helped me was exceptional; he was very calm and professional. Did not rotate tires as per code. Some bs about they didn't need it. Told them to fix interior light. Marked on sheet as being checked and ok. Does not work and certainly not fixed. Was supposed to do B13 service. A how much was really done. Will take back to my regular honda dealer and get good service.

I had a good experience on Friday. At every level, the customer service was excellent. I especially appreciated Mike. He was very straightfoward when questions were asked,, and I didn't feel he was ever trying to "hustle me." by pushing questionable repairs. I also liked that my car was washed after the service. (The last time, it was not washed.) The facilities were quite clean. I wish the waiting room had sports magazines or local papers, but this is not a deal breaker in the least. At the cashier's station, all of the employees seemed very friendly with ready smiles, etc.

The agents were very professional but needs to regularly update customers on the status of their service. They do not have to wait until the job is finished, but every 30mins to 1 hour, the waiting customers should be updated. The lounge area was very cold, and it took a very long time and customer complaints to have some space heaters put in place. Otherwise, the space was neat; the WiFi, coffee and TV are very good ideas.

My wife and I have always taken our cars to Dealerships for repair and regular upkeep. We have had the pleasure of excellent service from most of the Dealerships we had visited-- Not this one. With this experience, I can say with complete confidence that Tamaroff Honda is a below par repair facility. First, it's filthy. Also, the mechanics have serious attitude (sitting around picking fingernails - don't look you in the eye when you speak to them). The customer service reps put on a smile, but it is obvious that the service reps also have the same attitude as the mechanics. It seems like a customer is an interruption to their day. They are clearly not happy and it reflects in the quality of their service. Their inspection was careless, cursory and based on guess work - not professional. They wanted me to pay for a service without any guarantee of repair--- then go from there. As a former licensed mechanic I can say it was a completely lazy approach on their part. We will not return.

I didn't buy my Element at Tamaroff but I've used them -and ONLY them - for all of my maintenance and repair services from day one. My car is now ten years old. Friends and family ask why I continue to take my car to the dealership for service. I simply cannot bring myself to take it anywhere else. Tamaroff always takes such good care of my vehicle and I trust them because they are Honda trained and certified. That's easily worth a few extra bucks IMO but I also get coupons and special discounts regularly. If all this isn't enough, the service center personnel will win you over. Everybody from the Courtesy Van drivers to Parts, to the ladies at the front desk is always pleasant, available, and just happy to be of service. I'm so serious! Even at 7 am! They're boss(es) must be taking good care of them because they sure do take good care of me. I want each of them to know how much I really appreciate it. Thanks so much!

After an accident I took my CR-V in for repairs and was told it would take 3-4 weeks since it was a major job. I gave it four weeks, called to find out how it was going, and was told they had JUST GOTTEN IT ON THE LIFT to determine if it had to be totaled! Could they have called to tell me they were delayed so I could go elsewhere? Of course not! 8 weeks after that (10 weeks in all) I pick up the car to discover one of the replacement parts they put in is bent and they had to replace that again, taking two more days. Every time I called I couldn't get a straight answer from the manager. He would always underestimate the time by a long shot (or was not telling the truth on purpose). Christine was very helpful, but I will never take a vehicle there for repair again.

I had a great experience buying my first car, a certified used 2010 Honda Civic LXS, from Tamaroff. Sean Walter was amazing, explained everything and got me my car easy and simple. I recently had to move and sold the car in the process. I cancelled my extended warranty and I am due the remaining amount. Its been 3 months now and there have been no responses and communication from the finance guy Jeff Rubin. No acknowledgements to repeated emails and no call backs ! I think it is pathetic that choose to sit with my money and not refund me the amount. I will never recommend Tamaroff let alone buy another car from them. I would warn future buyers to be careful as the after payoff experience with these guys is really bad !

I took my vehicle in to Tamaroff Honda for an oil change and transmission fluid change becasue the service codes had come on. When I got there a couple of other relatively minor items were found to be needed. Because I had just purchased the vehicle (pre-owned with 60K miles) a few months earlier I balked a bit about the additional items needed because I felt they were something that should have been inspected before I purchased the vehicle. The service mgr agreed and gave me a great price to take care of the issue. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service.
