I have been a Ford driver for 6 years now. This is hands down the best experience with a dealership that I have had! My salesman Andrew made things super easy and found me a vehicle with more options than I had requested for the same price...BONUS :) Coming in to sign paperwork was a breeze and the finance manager Desmond went over every last detail of the paperwork, answering all my questions. Gene Motuzas & Richard Hiatt were both extremely helpful with my first Ford purchase! I wanted a hybrid and they were very patient as I checked out the Fusion & the C-Max and tried to make up my mind. They checked different model years and features packages that were available at other dealers so I could get exactly the car (& color - RED!) that I wanted. I decided on the C-Max and look forward to driving it and looking to Tapper Ford for service assistance for many years to come.

Todd did a great job from my first visit to the showroom to when I picked up my vehicle. He was personable and knowledgeable without being "pushy" in any way. My father was an auto dealer, so I've been around dealerships for most of my life, and have clear views about what constitutes a quality salesperson. While on a weekend getaway to the Detroit area, I found myself with major car trouble, ironically next door to Tapper Ford in Paw Paw, Michigan. Evidently I picked up some road debris that lodged in my cooling fan that caused the fan to seize and my car to overheat. This was Friday afternoon and the dealership was pretty much wrapping up for the day and I thought that my weekend plans were toast for sure. As fate will have it, I stopped at the Wendy's next door to stretch my legs and get a refreshment when my car would not restart. After several attempts, I finally started my car and drove next door to Tapper Ford. Though my summer toy is a 2007 Mazda Miata convertible, I had hopes that their service team might be able to help and they came through in a big way. Naturally I had to arrange for my own transportation to complete my trip, but the service adviser, Dan Tapper not only managed the repair of my car, but gave me his personal cell phone, assured me that he would take care of my car and told me to enjoy my weekend. He also promised to meet me back at the dealership on his personal time, to pick up the car on my way back home on Sunday afternoon. As the son of a retired Ford executive and consequently a loyal Ford driver (my Miata was built by Ford), I am very pleased with Dan and my entire Tapper experience. Although I have an excellent relationship with my Ford dealership in Naperville, Illinois and have purchased many cars from them, I would be surprised if they offered me the level of service that I received from the Tapper Ford organization this past weekend. The Tapper Ford dealership in 2 Paws is awesome. The last new car I bought was in 1978 with my father. Ever since then I've had used cars, nothing higher than the year 1999. Last month I decided to check out the sale at Tapper Ford. I test drove many cars and went nuts over the Edge Sport. I'm still smiling..can't stop! Richard Hiatt was incredible. This was my best day ever since the loss of my father last year. The dealership had the atmosphere of a great team of people. Everyone were very kind and helpful. We were moving our son to a new place of employment in Michigan when his Ford Focus power steering started going out. Tapper Ford worked us into the service dept., that Friday afternoon, immediately and spent lots of time trying to get needed parts for the car and get us back on the road. The parts had to come from out of state so we spent the night in Paw Paw. Tapper Ford Service worked diligently Saturday morning, even staying after there normal closing time to fix the car! The staff was very, very courteous, friendly and kind. We appreciate everything they did for us!! The overnight stay in Paw Paw turned out to be an extremely great experience. The hospitality and graciousness of everyone we met was wonderful!!! Thank you to all.

We brought in our 2014 Escape for an engine knock at 20,000 miles. After they had it for a week without calling us, we finally called and were told it would be weeks before they could even tell us what was wrong with it and it would also be weeks before they would have a loaner car for us. We are under warranty so apparently we are not important? I don't know but they had the audacity to ask where we purchased it so we could take it back to them? I was under the impression Tapper was a Ford dealership with a Service Center but apparently NOT. HORRIBLE, just horrible,

Called ahead to ask if they would replace faulty brake light and Service Dept told me to bring it in. 10 minutes later they were working on car and after another 15 minutes I got my bill: $2.07! It's Tapper, Paw Paw for me for service from now on.

I would recommend Tapper Ford to anyone I know. We purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer a few months ago. After a few weeks, we discovered a strange rattle in the rear of the vehicle. We took the car into the service department and they discovered there was tool left in the back during some previous body work. The team took the time to search everywhere and remove the tool - at no charge to us. My second experience was taking the vehicle in for an oil change, the team found an issue with the brakes that made is dangerous to drive. Luckily this was covered under warranty and they had a loaner vehicle available until they had ours ready. We were headed to a family function in Milwaukee Saturday morning when my dad's 2013 Taurus broke down on !-94 a little bit east of PawPaw. We looked up the nearest Ford dealer, they got us connected with Ford customer service and a tow was on it's way. We had 4 people in the car and John, Tapper's service manager drove out to pick us up. They brought the car right in and got on the job of diagnosing our problem. While we waited the staff could not have been nicer and more accomodating. Dan the service advisor kept us posted on the status and Andy, one of the sales guys lent us his demo to go for some breakfast. When we returned the car was ready, they found a recall that was improperly performed by another dealer. We were on our way in short order. Please keep in mind, we had never been to this dealer before and they treated us like their most loyal customer. I can't say enough good about Tapper Ford! Thank you!!!

I recently leased a 2013 Ford Edge from Josh Wright. It took us a while to track down the vehicle I was looking for. Josh Wright came through on the last minute effort to secure a 2014 F-350, when few were available, with a weeks notice. I was impressed by his diligence and understanding when the first vehicle he had for me was not exactly what I was after - even after traveling to Wisconsin to get it. I got the the unit I was after on the 2nd try and all of my expectations were met at the highest level. Five stars to Tapper and Josh! The new digs for the former "Two Paws" Ford are awesome too. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Impala from Tapper Ford, from Tom Griffoien. I could not have been happier with the experience. He was incredibly patient with us, gathering cars from different lots that fit in our price range. There was no pressure to buy something more expensive than what we set on. Tom found a car that had less than half the miles of the one I originally set my mind on, without raising my monthly payment. Even though I asked to see many cars, and our experience stretched over two days, he was always very pleasant. The finance manager worked very hard to find the best auto loan rate I've ever received, which was a great surprise to see a monthly payment actually lower than what was estimated. The new facilities are beautiful, and we got a full tour, meeting the service staff that we'll be working with over the life of our car. I would recommend Tapper, and Tom, to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My salesman was Richard Hiatt. He is a plethora of information about cars and car buying! He had me look at their inventory, choose several models, and I test drove 4 different cars. I was pleasantly surprised by meeting with Richard to test drive a 2010 Mercury Milan. I stopped in without an appointment, and they immediately took care of my car. They found and removed a nail and had me on my way. We had spent all day on a Sunday three months ago looking around for a new used car for my wife and when we found the color of the car she wanted it was settled the weekend before we bought the car, the dealership was underway of building a new facility which had been well completed by the time we made the purchase and was it ever nice looking overall. Our salesman was caring and understanding of what we wanted and where we wanted to be with the price everything was laid out on the table and we were all on the same page and the day we signed papers happened to be their open house so we were able to celebrate their grand opening with them, upon our inspection of the car my wife discovered a serious problem with the car before we were able to take it home our salesman seeing the disappointment on our faces told us he would make things right with us for our patience and understanding and he did just that and now we are the proud owners of a used 2010 Ford Taurus Limited for two months now thank you Andrew Isbell and the team at Tapper Ford in Paw Paw Mi.

We drove over an hour, one way, to look at a used car advertised on cars.com. We called ahead and were told the vehicle was immaculate. We were disappointed when we arrived to find oxidation on the lift gate and a few other minor cosmetic defects. We were satisfied, not overjoyed, with the offer on our trade in vehicle which they have already sold. They would not budge on the newer vehicle price, but we felt their asking price was fair (this was also due to stipulation that the tailgate be repainted). Our salesman was very helpful in getting the tailgate issue resolved. The minor cosmetic issues were resolved by having them touched up. We felt like that was done adequately, but could have been done more professionally. We have a metallic fleck in our black paint and the touch up paint was flat black. Tapper went above and beyond by picking our car up and dropping off a loaner (both directions) for the paint process. We were also quite pleased with our finance representative who beat our best rate with another credit union.

We didnt have alot of time and he did everything he could to accomadate us.In about 2 ours he had us out of there sign, sealed and delivered. We were impressed with Tapper Ford and our salesperson, Gene-O Motuzas, right from the beginning. Through Cars.com, we were able to come to the dealership and know exactly what we looking for. Gene-O gave us the car for several hours to test drive and was even patient with us when we were talking with insurance company toward the end of our transaction. This is the best dealer-buying experience we have had thus far and would come to Tapper again and work with Gene-O.

I just purchased a 2002 Used Trailblazer, Jonathon Edick is an excellent salesman. I test drove it on Saturday, came back on Monday to look again and it was a done deal. The customer service from everyone there was excellent. I was never pointed in the wrong direction and anything i asked always got answered, even if it meant asking someone else. Jonathon does an excellent job at putting his customers first! He got everything set up and was awesome with negotiating prices and made sure everyone was satisfied! Geno and my famiily work well together. He understands that we know what we want when we come in and offers suggestions without pushing. He does try to get us what we want although that's not always possible. I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2009 Ford Escape from Tapper Ford. Gene Motuzas was my Sales Consultant. He represented the car fairly over the phone, did not pressure me and I was very comfortable with him. He stayed after hours on a Friday night so I could come in after work and take a test drive, and then stayed after hours again on the night I picked up the car, taking the time to show me all of the features of the vehicle! The vehicle was spotless and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. When my mother was looking for a truck, he spent the time to find her a vehicle that matched her wish list exactly. This dealership is a good distance from my home and even farther from my work, but it was worth the drive and based on my experience so far, I would recomment it to anyone without hesitation.

My experience in buying my 2013 Ford Escape was very exciting and not stressful at all. This whole process was due to the superior salesmanship of John Quardokus. He was so pleasant to work with and there was absolutely NO pressure from him at all. His patience with helping me was exemplary. I went in to buy a used Edge, but could not find one that fit the bill, and believe me he tried to find one. Ended up with a new Escape and absolutely love it, completely my decision, never any pressure from John. I am from Chicago and my wife and I were on a trip to Northern Michigan when our Ford Taurus broke down on the highway outside of Paw Paw. Our road side assistance towed us to Tapper Ford. It was a Saturday so the service department was closed and we were stranded. Salesman Richard Hiatt helped us find a rental car service at the Kalamazoo Airport, and drove me, my wife and our two friends to the rental car kiosk at the airport. He did this even before we ever considered purchasing a new car.When the news came that our car would be expensive to repair, we decided to buy new. I looked at a couple places in Chicago, but also reached out to Rich on purchasing a car from him. He got us a great deal on a 2013 Escape and also a great price on our trade in for our broken car. Once we closed the deal he set up our phones with the bluetooth service and answered all of our questions regarding the Ford Sync software. Rich is a great person and we are very satisfied with the level of service we received.

I needed a new car when I was in a car crash. I wanted the same make and model as the one I had before. Tom Wright's Two Paws Ford had the car and John Q made the sale painless. He was sensitive to my trauma of being in the crash and seemed more concerned for me and my kids than for the car. He was really friendly and kind. The car had a quirky mirror. The service department kept the car and ordered part after part until the car was perfectly fixed like new. They gave me a BRAND NEW beautiful car to drive while mine was being fixed. I had a chance to test drive a 2010 Ford Fusion last year with John Quardokus. John was extremely helpful in pointing out the car's features. He was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle. I felt very comfortable refering my baby brother to John to purchase a vehicle. John took the time to understand what type of vehicle my brother needed and what would fit within his budget. When I asked my brother what he thought of his experience with John he shared that he liked John because John "didn't talk too much" - he explained my brother's options and then allowed him to make his own decision without pressuring him. As far as the auto repair shop, a problem with forgetting to do something and we had to return the vehicle because oil had spilled but other than that , they were fine. The first time I went to Tom Wright Two Paws Ford I felt right at home with everyone. The service is great. Being a woman, with repairs on my car I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They go over everything that they did to my car and the prices are very reasonable. My wife and I have been using Two Paws Ford for some time now, and we have never yet been disappointed. There service to our vehicles has been A+, and their service Manager Rob has always been in contact with us letting us know the status of the repair. My wife will not take her vehicle anywhere else. Two Paws Ford has also made available, fee of charge, a rental vehicle for us to use while our vehicles are in their shop. Not too many places do this, and this makes Two Paws stand out all the more.
