Our sales person, Nolan Clagg, was very well informed about the product and willing to answer any questions that we asked of him. Ever get your vehicle serviced and no one ever calls you? Then you call and they don't even know you dropped off your vehicle? That is so frustrating and is exactly why I love the service department at Tasca. They call in the morning to confirm they have your vehicle and what is to be done. Then when they say they will have it done by a certain time they finish it earlier and call you to let you know it is ready. On top of that they do a free wash and vacuum any time I have my vehicle serviced there. The people there are prompt, professional and courteous. I have been so happy with Tasca that my daughter just bought a used vehicle there. Keep up the great work.

Eric L'Europa made the finance process simple and straight forward, and Matt Venturini got me all set up with my loan exactly as I needed it. Process was simple and straight forward. I leased a 2017 GMC Acadia. The salesman, David Stravato, was he reason that I chose Tasca. I had leased from him in the past. My experience with David was an excellent one, similar to my prior This was my first experience with Tasca and I was very pleased. All of the sales staff was friendly, even though I was not dealing with them. David and the Sales Manager, Eric L'Europa, worked very hard to make the numbers work. Once they did work, the rest of the process went very smoothly. Matt Venturini was extremely friendly and took care of the financial details very quickly. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.

We had the pleasant experience of purchasing a 2014 GMC Terrain from TASCA recently. Our salesman, Nick Cardillo, was polite, professional, and informative. He answered any and all questions about the vehicle. Mike Bessette was the sales manager. His no pressure approach in determination of price was quite refreshing. We felt confidence that he provided us with a fair price as well as making us confident that the vehicle would be checked completely before purchase. Matt Venturini explained several finance options to us and also tried to find us the most competitive interest rates for a loan. He also had numerous extended warranty options that he explained in detail. Given the sophisticated componets in today's vehicles, it made perfect sense to purchase one of the extended warranties presented. I highly recommend this dealership if and when you are ready for a great car buying experience.

When prepping my pre-owned car for delivery, someone mistakenly bombed it with air freshener leaving an unbearable odor in the car when it was delivered to me. They drove about 90 miles to pick it up and tried to remove the odor. When the first try was unsuccessful, they offered to refund my money but I really loved the car. So Jack Clagg, the GM, found a specialist in odor removal, again picked up the car, had the odor completely removed and redilivered the car to me smelling almost like new with no air freshener smell. The care and good cheer with which this was handled was extraordinary!! Everyone makes mistakes, but the way this was handled went way beyond what one would expect. Great management! Great service! Great attitude!

The best car buying experience I ever had. I've bought numerous vehicles from dealers over the years and this was the best experience I've ever had. My salesman Tim Guillette was extremely helpful,proffesional and patient. The sales manager Jay went above and beyond to get me the best deal ever,and Alexis in the finance office very personable and helpful and explained everything to me .They all stayed an hour after closing on Saturday and came in a half hour early on Sunday to make sure my like new 2007 GMC Sierra Pick Up was cleaned and gased up ready for delivery. I would also like to thank the Recon. crew for getting my truck ready in such short notice. They all went above and beyond to make it work.The Tasca family should be proud of that dealership they are a first class operation. By the way I love my truck.Keep up the great work. They are right , You Will Be Satisfied, I know I am. THANKS AGAIN.

I recently purchased a new GMC Sierra SLT from Tasca Automotive Group of Woonsocket RI. The sales process with Bruce Cowen was fine. Living in Massachusetts my truck had to be registered and inspected within seven days. Tasca did register the truck within that time period. Unfortunately, the completed registration was not emailed to me as promised. After several days, I contacted Tasca and was informed the Mr. Cowen was away. and I spoke to a manager, Jack Clagg. I called late the next day, as my allotted time was expiring, and I had still not received the registration via email and found that the manager I spoke with, Jack Clagg was off. I was somehow directed to a Stacey Goddard, a Business Manager, whom I have never met. Stacey was great! She took the bull by the horns located my registration, emailed it to me and followed up with a telephone call to confirm my receipt of the email, all within the hour. Additionally, she sent a copy of the registration to me via mail. The following week I did receive the registration and other papers relating to the sale. Additionally, I had a brief interaction with both Mike Bessette and Jack Clagg who were both very professional and pleasant. I would like to see documentation of incentives, rebates and other relevant information during negotiations be in writing and available to both parties. The price of vehicles today necessitate that this information be written and updated throughout the process to eliminate confusion and ensure that all parties are on the same page. My husband emailed him and called him earlier that day to let him know we can't wait all day. When my husband called him at 4pm later in the day, Chris said he was in Connecticut and wouldn't be able to get to us. He gave my husband an attitude and acted as if we were doing something wrong. He stated to my husband we should be grateful for what he has done (he only picked up our vehicle from another Tasca Dodge Dealer location) But really Matt was the one who spoke to my husband and I to find the vehicle that suited our needs. Chris complained about his job and how they have him running around. My husband was only trying to explain to Chris that he should have communicated with him if there were any problems. One minute Chris said the plates were at the dealership but then he said he didn't know if the plates were there. My husband and I decide to go straight to the dealership to find someone that can help us get the plates. When we arrived Nolan helped us and was able to get our plates and put them on our vehicle.

We always used this dealership when it was Paul Masse and thought let's give Tasca a try. First mistake and worst experience EVER! My wife and I have been leasing for several years and currently had an Acadia and Sierra. She was looking at Regals and I wanted another Sierra. After several unsolicited emails about my leases coming to an end from Tasca I decided to replied back to Joe. We communicated several times over 3+ weeks. My wife and I test drove a premium II Regal with several bells and whistles. We wanted AWD which they didn't have in stock, so we asked specifically if this car was the same as the one they would have to pick up for us. Joe's brother Nolan told us the ONLY difference was ours would not have a heated steering wheel. We gave them deposit #1 which we were told was fully refundable for any reason. I was unfortunately not getting another Sierra as the price was too high so was going to settle on another Acadia (deposit #2) which was also not in stock. When the Regal was delivered we took a test drive, but the car they picked up was missing lots more than a heated steering wheel (lane departure/front collision alert/Bose/and so on). When we brought this up to them we were told they would give us a great deal if we would take it. The "deal" was an additional $250 off (equivalent to 6.41 for 39 month lease). We left the dealership pretty confused questioning if this was intentional or not (we had mixed signals).Ironically, maybe someone was looking out for us from above, when we got home we had an email from Paul Masse about our lease end options. After a couple of emails with Tom Frat we quickly figured out that Paul Masse South Kingston was hundreds LESS (yes over $200 less for both) and we upgrading the the Regal with all the bells and whistle. After letting Joe know the situation, and we were completely honest with him about Paul Masse, he replied back that he "spoke to management and they understood but wanted my business and would beat Masses deal by $60"... just show Tasca the numbers. Now while you may think that's a great deal - we didn't. Our experience with Paul Masse was always best deal upfront none of the BS. We were completely turned off at this point but decided to send him the numbers. Tasca fired back an email that they couldn't believe we were looking elsewhere, yet the day earlier they understood, Joe was taken back as he had personally driven to pick up the Regal (the incorrect one), all the numbers he ran for us he couldn't understand, and then stated that they would not play this game. Only one person was playing a game and winning, and it was not me. To quote Tasca "we are at the point of diminishing returns" - guess that means what Tasca doesn't have the best deal. They could not match the upgraded Regal and actually told us we'd have to take the lower model or a 2014 (yup 2 year old), and the Sierra "may" work ". OK - jokes on us right... as that saying goes screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. We were actually done even before we got the reply as we couldn't bring ourselves to purchase from a dealership that practiced business like this. We requested our deposits of $200.00 be credited back on March 14, sent another email 2 days later, followed up with a phone call 1 week later but was sent to voice mail and Joe NEVER replied. I'm sure he'll say he did, but just like the car that's not true. My wife spoke to the business manager on April 7th (3 weeks and 4 days after we squashed the deal) and he wasn't aware of our issue - ok maybe. Wife was told Joe was with a customer and that he would call her back. The next day she called again, because you guessed it he didn't call, but this time the business manager and Joe were both off. To this day we have never heard back from the dealership regarding our refund in any way. But every story has a happy ending right... I checked my credit card 1 day shy of a month after our initial request for a refund and there's our money, and here's my review. It should be noted that the business manager is Joe's Dad. Nolan I don't want to forget you, Joe's other sibling who also works at Tasca.... Nolan may I suggest getting to know the cars you're selling so you can provide accurate information when asked - this is what created many of the problems!Paul Masse is the best from our perspective! We leased a Regal with every bell and whistle for much less than the basic trim Tasca offered, and I'm driving another Sierra! Paul Masse worked the deal completely via email and text, sent pictures, went above and beyond, and saved us hundreds! We saw are vehicles for the first time when we picked them up on March 17 (Happy Saint Patricks Day) sight unseen!I'm sure Tasca will want to fire back on this and will have some excuses for their mistakes, say they where not deceitful, say they were not ignorant, and probably even blame us for the lack of communication - but I have the emails to prove what I say. Own it!

Tina had talked to me on the phone earlier that day, so she was expecting me. She smiled, addressed me by my name and had the vehicle I wanted to look at displayed front and center waiting for me!Those first impressions were very positive and I was able to let down my defenses and partake in the test drive and so forth without thinking I was being set up.Tina took the time to explain all the bells and whistles in the vehicle and helped me set up my blue tooth and OnStar.Closing the deal with Matt was not as stressful as I was expecting either. He knows that new vehicles are expensive and buyers are nervous about the whole process of financing their purchase. Matt put me at ease with his easy going down to earth manner and I was very happy with the end results.

I received great customer service on 03/30/2016. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Emile who helped me out immediately. I also mentioned that there was water dripping from under the dash and Emile and the service tech determined the cause of the leak, ordered the parts and informed me it will take about a week for them to arrive. He loves his job thats for sure and he should because he is a very good example of what a service advisor should be. He is Attentive, patient, down to earth and extremely Nice. He is always there to try to help me with the frustration that I was experiencing because of the issue. It is awesome when someone else understands why your frustrated with a car because of an issue that not only you hear but the advisor and technician do as well. This was my first car purchase and heading into the dealership i knew I had to look out for advantage taking dealers but when Nolan Clagg greeted me at the door my parents and I both knew he was different. The environment was very comforting and they were generous with snacks and drinks. We weren't able to negotiate a better price than the given value but the car has been well worth the pretty penny I paid. They're straight up with you about what insurance you should get and what is basically a waste of money and they were also able to meet or beat the rates we got from outside companies. I would come back to Tasca Buick/GMC in Woonsocket, RI to purchase another car any day. (Ask for Nolan)

Initially going into the dealership Thursday I got out of the car and was not ambushed but in a few minutes nicely greeted by Chris .After looking around I picked out a nice GMC Sierra I went inside and saw a very organized dealership , the service dept looked very clean and organized and running smoothly , there was a front end customer service conseirge desk with a man directing customer traffic, it looked like they had a system and everyone was executing their part in it not like some other dealerships I had been to . My expectations were not high that I'd be approved I had some serious financial problems last year but have recovered . They put through the first run and said that I wasn't able to get approved. I wasn't angry I understood. Matt said he would keep trying though. I've heard that from others before so my expectations were actually even lower than before now ( not knowing at this time Matt was a man of his word) So I went home disappointed but understood it was my own fault. Low and behold Saturday I get a call saying your all set you can pick up your new truck today. Somehow Matt kept working hard and got me approved through GMC financing at a great rate. Matt kept his word and worked hard to help get me approved something that doesnt happen alot in todays world .I applaud this dealership from the beginning of the process to the end. Matt I appreciate more than you know helping , fighting for me to get a second chance at fixing my credit the positive repercussions from you helping me will continue to multiply and help me , also as well getting me into the truck I wanted and will have for a long time. Next time I am car shopping or someone I know is I am sending them to Matt and Chris at Tasca Woonsocket.

I had been looking to upgrade from my 2010 Silverado to around a 2014 Silverado. I had spotted a nice used GMC Sierra at Tasca Buick GMC. I figured I'd take a ride up after work to see the truck. After my last two dealer experiences, I was more than a little apprehensive walking thru the door. I asked for internet sales and they turned me over to Joe. The truck I was interested in was sold, so he told me they had a couple of 2015's leftover and they were running a special on them. Long story short, with my trade and budget, It would have been too much. I asked him for a card, and said to give me a call if something came in. He then asked if I was interested in a lease. I had never considered this because it was always buy and finance, trade in, start over again. I ended up with a 3 year lease 2016 GMC Sierra 4X4 at a payment that was in my budget, and mileage that I would never hit (hopefully). Dealing with Joe, Mike, and Matthew was amazing. No pressure, great conversation, totally wonderful buying/leasing experience. I would and will highly recommend Tasca to any of my friends and family. Thank you!

I bought my vehicle new from Tasca and took advantage of the free oil changes for the 1st 24,000 miles. During this time I was very happy with how they always treated me. So after those free services I decided to still use them for service to see if they were the same. And they are. I am always able to make an appointment quickly. My vehicle is always done when I need it to be. They call me to update me if the vehicle may need something or just to let me know when it is ready. This may not seem like much to some people, but I have had previous service places that don't call you when your vehicle is ready, or keep it 2-3 days longer because "they just couldn't get to it on time", or they repair it improperly, etc. The service manager always explains what needs to be done in detail and why it needs to be done. Then explains it all when you pick it up. Plus they clean the interior and exterior for every service, even if I just bring it in for an oil change. Couldn't be happier and will definitely keep going to Tasca and recommending them to friends

I went into tasca on a very rainy day after taking a look at another vehicle at Bernardi Toyota. I wasn't too fond of the service at Bernardi so I was hoping for a better experience at tasca. I had previously spoken to mike the sales manager about coming in, when i came in he came and greeted me and had the car pulled up in about 10 minutes since his sales team were occupied and i hadn't set up an appointment. Austin was the sales person who helped us, quickly put on the plate for the truck and we went on a good road test. He came back and gave us all the information we needed and didn't put any pressure in making us decision and explained everything thoroughly to me and my father which helped him make the decision even easier. He was very respectful and patient with my father and the atmosphere at the dealership was very relaxed. A few days later we came back and wrapped up the paperwork with him at Matthew the business manager in about 30minutes and he was able to get us 2 more keys for the vehicle. Overall a quick and painless experience and i would easily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I hate buying cars due to the sales people being pushy but Joe was helpful, no pressure, answered all my questions and did the best deal he could. I appreciate the time and consideration they showed me throughout the whole process. Matt the Finance Manager was very informative, went over all the paperwork and helped me get the monthly payment I wanted. The old saying - "you get what you pay for" could not be more true here. We had test driven the car we wanted elsewhere but weren't happy with their pricing or their attitude. Not quite a laid-back experience, but definitely not a white-knuckle trip, either. I found myself wishing I had found Tasca years earlier. I called Tasca to Check on a Sierra Denali Pickup they had on the website and was referred to Chris Mills, very polite on the phone and told me the truck was still on the lot. I told him I would be by in 30 minutes for a test drive and when I arrived he had the truck up front and all warmed up ready to go, very informative and knowledgeable about the truck and a great guy. I've had a few Denali's in the past and knew exactly what I wanted so after the test drive we started talking numbers they wanted for the truck and what I wanted for the trade. After a few rounds with Chris and Mike Bessette I feel I got a great deal on a beautiful new truck, Mike was a great guy when going back and forth with the numbers I felt at no time pressure on buying the truck just focused on trying to get me the best deal possible. These folks really came through exactly how it should be when shopping for the right vehicle. Without going into great detail, I can say that just moments before signing with them another dealership in my own neighborhood who I had a gut feeling was not forthcoming, tried to sabotage the deal by calling them directly to state a false accusation regarding my trade. That just goes to show you what other dealers will stoop too just to keep the business with their outfit. Taska GMC in my opinion although it is a 78 mile drive to get there from my house in Ma., its worth leaving your neighborhood dealers to get the right price and service.

The staff were great, did everything I asked them to do. Only downside is that it took two days to complete with another trip down a week or so later to get my registration and new key. They fixed all the issues and had a positive attitude while doing it. Friday at 5 was not the best time to go and in the future would go earlier or on a day that banks and insurance companies are open to get things done all at once. They take their job seriously, several follow up calls since the day. Thumbs up!

My wife and I was looking for a replacement car for her Subaru Forrester. Tasca was my wife's first choice. No sales pressure at all to buy, just great help from Austen our sales person. He answered all my wife's questions and suggested a 2015 GMC Terrain. She test drove it and we were offered a great lease deal and a very good trade-in value for the Subaru. He was sincerely interested in fulfilling my requirement of accommodating disabled and elderly riders in my next vehicle, and with the help of sales manager, Mike, came up with the Equinox, which I had been unfamiliar with. One look at the back seat, I was hooked; one test drive later, I was sold...for life! I LOVE this compact, yet oh-so-spacious SUV that makes getting in and out of so much easier for loved ones. The closing with Matt Venturini was every bit as satisfying, and I drove off in my Equinox with not a single regret then...or now.My Equinox was brought in on 8/5/15 for servicing. Both Joe and Kenny, service advisors, were pleasant to deal with and, equally important, explained in layman terms the overall health of my vehicle including issues that will need to be addressed on my next service appointment.The whole Tasca Buick GMC team is one great group of people to do business with!!

Visited to "rule out" the Buick Encore. A quick test drive did the trick so we looked at the Terrain, which was not in our original list. At a nice test drive, we were offered a great lease deal and opportunity to take the vehicle home for 24 hours. The next day, we left a deposit and confirmed the deal. The day after that we closed on the deal, no surprises and great service from Matthew in finance. Picked up the car the next day and we could not be happier. Highly recommend this dealer for a no-pressure, customer focused experience.

We were interested in a vehicle and put down a deposit. The finance manger was very rude and when my husband was talking he said he's talking like that because he's from Fall River. We did not appreciate his demeanor at all! The sales person was very nice but the finance manager NOT so much! Needless to say when my husband attempted to speak to the Sales Manager he indicated the vehicle we had a deposit on was sold and they were mailing me a check. NO phone calls from the sales person, sales manager or even the finance manager. The business card indicates in bold "YOU WILL BE SATISIFIED" is a joke. I will be contacting corporate and informing them about this matter.

Austen handled our pre-owned vehicle transaction. Great young man with a bright future. Would recommend him if you're buying a vehicle from this dealership. Found the dealership to be state-of-the-art, friendly staff, clean, not pushy unlike most dealerships. The Sales Manager however was unwilling or unable to budge one dollar! The vehicle just arrived on a trade-in, therefore there was no incentive to sell it for a little less then advertised. If you find the vehicle you want, at the price you're willing to pay, I'd recommend Tasca of Woonsocket.

First, I hate car shopping so I keep my cars forever. We needed to trade in an 07 Denali for a 15 Denali. Our sales rep at Tasca GMC Eric L'Europa was really great, helpful and knowledgeable for me and my wife. Very nice guy and so reassuring for my wife who hd a lot of questions. This is by the far the nicest, cleanest, most friendliest dealerships in Rhode Island. I was looking for a specific car I found online and the moment my father and I pulled on the parking lot, Tim was outside waiting for us. He immediately let us test drive the vehicle and made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle asking if I needed more time to continue driving it. Once we were inside, we were greeted by the rest of the staff who were helping other customers. Tim worked quickly with the paperwork and while waiting shared stories of his family and nephews. When we weren't seeing eye to eye with the price, he had his supervisor come over to help settle any differences and we were able to work out a compromise. While we had to wait for the paperwork to be processed and finished, we were in a clean and very cozy waiting room where Tim checked in on us three times to make sure we were ok. Then we met Matt, the finance guy. Not only was he sufficient and quick but he was funny and you quickly forgot you were buying a car. Every single person we encountered that day was professional and extremely competent but most importantly, they were kind and actually seemed to care. Not only do I recommend coming to this dealership but I highly encourage you to see Tim and Matt. They will make the long tedious process as smooth and comfortable as possible and they're actually nice people!!!

Chris mills was friendly and easy to deal with, listened to our needs and limits, management equally good to deal with. We live an hour away, they were accomodating and worth the trip. The vehicle was washed but not cleaned out inside, dog hair from prior owner filled crevices and glove box. Dash/console full of dust/pollen. We cleaned out when we got home, I credit this flaw to the service dept not sales dept.

I was asked by the general manager Jack where I needed to be and he got involved with the sales manger to make sure it happened. Bought a wonderful car, great price, pleasant sales person, great financing, then it went down hill. Car wasn't ready when we were told it would be. Once we had the car they were to pick up the car for something to be fixed, never showed, never called. When we bought the car we were promised a accessory and have it in writing. We were told 2 weeks. Three weeks later we called and they never had ordered. Almost 5 weeks now and they still have not called us. Horrible follow through !!!

Jeff Freeman left Tasca within days of me purchasing the vehicle. People leave businesses all the time, I get that, but there was absolutely no follow up by anyone at Tasca on his accounts. I had to call multiple times to get my registration (kind of a big deal), am still waiting, over 2 months now, for my owners manual, extended warranty was not explained to my satisfaction. Tank was half full at pick up. Not nearly what I expected. I don't see myself going back to any Tasca dealership, for any reason.

We went in on Sunday and to be honest, we tried a different dealership first because it was closer but they were not open. Familiar with the Tasca name we opted to try the new dealership. I went in there unhappy with another dealership and walked out incredibly happy. The sales guy (Joel) probably spelled wrong, was wonderful. I think he just sensed I wasn't in a good mood and worked perfectly for me. Did I mention I walked in 10 min before they closed on a Friday night and he didn't even mention it until I asked? He said he would call me the next morning at 9am with all the details I need. He called right on time and actually had my answers. I went in and had my new car by 3 that day. The manager Mike went out of his way to check on us several times and since my purchase has emailed me. The finance department was wonderful too. Matt was a riot :) Overall my experience was perfect. I am hoping the service department is just as great. We'll see!

Then we needed to go to the police station and have the vehicle identification checked. I am very busy and did not have the time to do this. Chris was apologetic so he made up for it.

I have never heard a story about a car dealer that did not include the words friendly or great. A customer will relate how they got the best deal but was it on the car that they really wanted? Sometimes we have to settle for a different version of what we want. Jose Evora of Paul Masse did something strange, he listened and never told me to settle for something less than what I wanted. Guess what, he did exactly what he promised he would try to do. What a great concept. Oh yes the bathrooms were clean and the coffee was hot.

I'm 38 years old and- until now- have never owned a car that wasn't a Honda or Subaru. When a relative introduced my to the Buick Verano, I was very impress by the amount of car for the money, and thought it was worth looking into GM's line of products. I visited a few local dealerships and didn't have very positive experiences. The bottom was that after my conversations with staff, I really didn't have a better understanding of the car specs or some of the incentives that GM was offering. As a result, I never felt comfortable making a decision to purchase. My experience with Tom Frat at Paul Masse was head and shoulders above all my experiences at the other dealerships. Before we even sat down in his office, I had a thorough understanding of the car specs and the incentives that GM was offering. I knew exactly what I was getting. It made it a much more comfortable experience to make the purchase. As a result you have converted a someone who has never owned a GM car to someone who will probably stick with one for years to come. To me service and reliability is everything. Bottom line: They were very receptive to what I was looking for, and were extremely knowledgeable, They were very detailed in explaining how the product and package would fit my needs. They even took care of little things likes turning in my old plates and forwarding the receipt. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone.

I was referred to Tom Frat by my supervisor, who had just purchased a car at Paul Masse GMC and everything she told me a out this dealership was that and more than once could have expected. We were welcomed by several salesmen saying, good morning & hello, welcome to Paul Masse.......we had an appointment with Tom Frat and he was the absolute perfect person to assist us. Extremely welcoming, seemed to know just what we needs.....he let us walk the lot to check out the vehicles and we had chosen 1 or 2 that interest us and then we went for a test drive and that was all that we needed....we chose the Terrain and he made the numbers work for us for a lease, got us discounts and by the time we got home we had received our acceptance call. Tom deserves more than a 5 star rating......he did everything to get us into the car we wanted, explained ever single detail of the Terrain and when we went back, he went over everything again. He has patience with his customers, know the vehicles that he sells and is just a wonderful person to do business with. We will definitely be going back to do business with him again. First of all, the dealership layout itself is very impressive. Clean-looking inside and out. Cars displayed in a very accessible area - very easy to look around. Cars were all very sharp looking - clean and shiny. Puts a potential customer at ease at once. The buick model I choose to look at was in various colors, nice choices. As I indicated, my salesman was Tom Frat. Very congenial....and was ready to serve me and answer all questions regarding the model I was interested in - the buick Verano - a beautiful car. After the test drive and many questions answered and explained in detail....I was ushered inside the dealership to Tom's office. Again, Tom answered many questions regarding buying, leasing.....such a great deal Paul Masse dealership offered, was next to impossible to turn down. I couldn't wait to sign on the dotted line. (although I'm not sure if that line really had dots or not.)And even with my request that heated seats be installed - I was able to pick my new car up the very next day. Incredible service! This was a return visit to Paul Masse to lease a new Arcadia Denali, mainly to deal with Tom Frat. With both of our Paul Masse cars, there was never any pressure to complete the deal with the constant annoying phone calls other dealerships seem to live by!! Tom goes out of his way to ensure you are satisfied and is very thorough in going over every inch of a vehicle you are purchasing before leaving the dealership. If you are worried about service, this dealership is top notch. We had a leak from the sunroof the first week of having the car after a heavy rain and snowfall (new car so no fault of the dealership)...on a Sunday. Tom was at our home within 2 hours with a curtesy SUV while the whole sunroof shell was replaced within the week...I have complete trust in Tom and Paul Masse that this blemish from manufacturing is no longer a concern. We love our new SUV and we highly recommend asking for Tom Frat on your visit to Paul Masse.

Tom is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time going over everything in the vehicle so I would know about all the features it has. He is also very personable. He told me several times that if I have any questions not to hesitate to call him. All these factors made my buying experience a great one. I will be sure to recommend him to anyone I hear saying they are thinking of purchasing a vehicle.

This is the 4th car that I have purchased from Paul Masse GMC. Even though I live 60 miles away in another state I will make the trip each and every time. They are professional, honest and work very hard to make sure you are satisfied. All other dealers are fighting for second place. Paul Masse GMC is the bench mark.

My husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle. As it had been roughly 10 years since we shopped for a car we had difficulty deciding to say the least. We both expressed to James that we were not Buick people (too luxurious for our taste and always singled Buick to be an elderly persons car) we took the Verano for a test spin. Immediately we fell in love with it. James even mentioned he owned one and showed us all the bells and whistles and took his time with us. Crystal assisted with the financial piece and they were a great team. As I waited two months to write this review to ensure we were completely satisfied...believe me we are! I love my new Verano. we have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from Paul Masse dealerships since 2005 - the most recent is the 3rd from the Woonsocket dealership. I highly recommend Paul Masse dealerships - All of their staff are genuinely nice and their salesmen are NOT pushy, service department staff listen well and everyone there will go out of their way to make sure "YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED" - it is certainly refreshing that they practice their motto.

OK. I went to every dealer for GMC in RI and MA. By far, the sales team and management at Paul Masse demonstrated competence above the other dealers. I appreciated the fact Tom took the time to understand my needs of a vehicle, rather than the typical approach of the others - "I challange you to buy the car" attitude. In these tough economic times, and the even tougher economically sour state of RI, I was challanged just to get to the lot. I appreciate being treated respectfully as an opportunity when I arrived at Paul Masse in Woonsocket.

Needed to make a change in current truck. Tom worked hard to get me the best vehicle and deal he could. He is an honest, upfront and great individual that takes his job serious, but also is a nice person. I would and have recommended Paul Masse and Tom Frat to all my friends and coworkers. Matter of fact, my friend's son saw my new truck on Saturday and picked his up on Thursday!!!! He agreed, great experience all around.

I'm a long time, loyal customer of dealership. I just bought a 2012 GMC Terrain and worked with Tom Frat. He was helpful and friendly and really took the time to explain features etc. Everyone at the dealership is always courteous. We took a test drive, filled out some paperwork and a week later I was picking up my vehicle. Tom went through just about everything the day I picked it up - no rushing through things. Terrain was clean and shining and ready to go. Signing paperwork with Crystal was also pretty painless. I would recommend the dealership and Tom Frat to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great price, great customer service, great staff.

I called Paul Masse on Monday for information about a GMC Acadia that I saw Sunday p.m. while they were closed. I spoke with James Corey he said he will get back to me with the price and all the features included. He was very prompt! I was shocked with the low price he quoted me. Tuseday, I went to Paul Masse for a test drive and was so satisfied with the service I recieved and the knowledgeable staff, I ended the day by driving away with a BRAND NEW GMC ACADIA!!!!! Thanks James Corey, Richard, Scott Wellington, and of course Paul Masse. I would refer any family member or friend to visit Paul Masse you won't be sorry!

This is the second time I purchase a vehicle from Paul Masse and just as important, Tom Fratantuono. In 2010 I purchased a 2009 Sierra from Tom. The salesmanship was exceptional. He easily goes above and beyond what you would normally expect. The level of service I received in the three years I owned the vehicle was also exceptional. I probably could have shopped long and hard for a better price and gotten it. But I shop value for my dollars and I more then received that. With Tom as the salesman and the service as it is it would be very hard to buy a vehicle anywhere else. I have been so impressed with Tom, Paul Masse & GMC that not only did I trade in my Sierra for a 2012 we also bought a 2012 Buick Lacrosse for my wife. I had a Ford F150 prior to my first Sierra and thought a truck was just a truck. Boy was I mistaken. The difference is night and day. I'm spoiled for life! I believe as long as I need a truck, it will be a Sierra.

So glad that I switched from Nissan to GMC! Not only do I love my new car but the experience at Paul Masse far surpassed my expectations. I bought a Buick LaCrosse from Paul Masse Buick-GMC. This was an internet purchase. I obtained quotes for the identical LaCrosse model and talked with sales people from 8 Buick dealerships in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Paul Masse Buick-GMC beat all the other dealership offers. I highly recommend Paul Masse Buick-GMC.Tim Guillette was my salesperson. He responded very quickly to my requests for additional information during the week. Tim was very easy to work with. I didn't meet Tim until I went to the dealer to pick upthe car. Time was very friendly and professional. He had the car ready for pick. He spent time to explain how all the LaCrosse features work and took us for a drive. It was a great experience. I would by another car from Tim.

Absolutely love my new Buick Verano purchased from Tom Fratantuono at Paul Masse, Woonsocket, RI! Tom is very knowledgable of the product, always eager to please the customer, friendly and a joy to do business with. That's why I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. Great experience, quick in and out, amazing customer service. Tom was phenomenal. I went in just to look at a used Enclave, didn't really think I was going to buy a car and left with a brand new Enclave. I buy a car every 2-3 years and have never had such a good experience.
