My husband and I bought a car at Team Anderson Auto Group last night and it was awesome. We had been looking for some time and had even been to the dealership when they were closed to look at the 2013 Ford Edge that had caught our eye. Last night we decided to stop while they were open and I am so glad we did. The Edge was everything we had been looking for. It was in excellent condition, detailing was amazing, the price was so affordable even with the additional warranty we purchased. Rusty Anderson was an amazing salesman, he was very personable and down to earth, but yet very professional. I walked into an atmosphere that was comfortable and if possible, honest feeling. You just knew you were going to have a great experience. I left there last night so pleased, and I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. The vehicles and people were fantastic, I would recommend this dealership to all.

Like many people these days, I look for the car I want on Cars.com, find it, and go to that dealer and hope for the best. Team Anderson was 100 miles away, so we were talking commitment! I emailed about a vehicle and was called right away. I went over to find a great used vehicle. Low mileage and a great price. I was helped to get financing and walked out within an hour all finished. All the cars on this lot looked new. I will recommend to family and friends!

Rusty of Team Anderson is a man of his word. Bought a Buick Enclave from them and also bought a warranty from them, had some transmission problems and the warranty would not cover all the expense and Rusty from Team Anderson help with half the expense in paying the out of pocket expense not many car dealers would do that and a big Thank You for the help. Recommend Rusty and his Team. Then had a problem with the Title which was not the Fault of Rusty, but then again he steps up and helps out with that he is just a good guy to deal with.

I've been to see the Andersons twice now. The first time was supposed to be for buying a car for me, but my son fell in love with the car I wanted and bought it. The owners took down my name and phone number, offering to find a car for me. In less than two weeks, they called with exactly the car I wanted, down to the color of paint. It was in perfect condition. People constantly mistake it for a brand new car. I am extremely happy with the quality of the car and the friendliness of the owners. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to recommend them others.

I went to the Andersons' lot to help my mother shop for a car and ended up buying one myself. The car is amazing, with one previous owner. From what I've seen, all their vehicles are in a similar condition; clean, low-miles, and lightly used. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The price was more than fair. Another dealer in the area had a Kia of the same make, with fewer options, higher mileage, and a higher price. There was simply no competition. If you're in the market for a great car, and you want to deal with nice, honest folks, go talk to the Andersons. I won't be in the market for another vehicle for quite a while, but when I am, I'll definitely be back.

I just was looking around for a new car and came across a car I liked at Anderson Auto Group. So I decided to go look at it and really liked it. They were really helpful and really nice people to do business with. I would be glad to do business with them again.

My wife and I had been very lightly shopping (mostly just browsing) for a new family vehicle for approximately two months. After failing to find something that we were happy with, we made the short trip over to Team Anderson Auto Group to talk to them about our needs. The owner and his son were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various vehicles that we inquired about. They helped us weigh our options on various vehicles along with the financial breakdown of both newer and older models. With no pressure from the owner we decided to look at some of the vehicles that were on the lot. We were extremely impressed by how clean the two vehicles that we looked at were. After a test drive we let them know that we would have to think about making the decision overnight and again we were treated with the upmost respect and did not feel any pressure to buy. We went back the next day and after speaking with Mr. and Mrs. Anderson we bought what we feel to be a great used vehicle for our growing family and we couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to at least speak with Team Anderson to see if they can help you like they helped us. Thanks again, JW.

Rusty is as good as it gets when buying a car. No pressure, but all the support you need thru the process. We have been looking for the right Minivan at the right price, we found it at Team Anderson. I hate to car shop and had been searching on-line trying to find a GREAT deal, little did I know that I would find it in my own backyard. Rusty serves the Wayne County auto sales industry well. We had been looking for a truck for a couple of weeks. We saw them online with a truck similar to what we had been looking for. We took the 1 1/2 hour trip. I am glad we did. The truck actually looked better in person than the pics, which is unusual. They answered all of our questions without hesitation, and even had the vehicle inside for us to look at because it was raining out. I would highly recommend them for anybody looking for a pre-owned vehicle in the state.

Very honest and personable people. Very pleased with the presentation of the vehicle we traveled 90 miles to look at. The advertisement did not "flower up" the condition of the vehicle. It was just as nice in person as it was in the online advertisement. Definitely do not feel like there were any hidden agendas. We would definitely buy another car from Team Anderson!

We had visited several dealerships prior to theirs, but no other came close to the exceptional customer service we received there. This car buying experience was smooth, hassle free, and same day! I bought a beautiful black 2008 Toyota Tundra from Rusty. I had been looking at Dodge Chargers for some time, and just hadn't made up my mind enough to get one. Then I spotted the truck I purchased. When I want something I want it now. So with the help of internet I found what I was looking for at Team Anderson. Now I am a man of my word and expect the same. Rusty did just that. I live in Pa so it was a 5hr trip for me and Rusty and I did our deal over the phone. Needless to say we where both happy when I got there. Good honest people ! Hard to find there days. Would deal with Team Anderson any day. O one thing if you want a full tank of gas it's not going to happen. Lol

I have been looking for a 2004 to 2006 colorado extended truck for 6 months. None of the trucks were of good quality so i kept in looking. My looking was over the second i saw this 2005 white 4wd colorado truck.WOW it looked and drove just like a new truck except it had 71,000 miles on it.I now have a just like new 2005 truck. The sales man knew all the answers that i could ask them...and i saked alot. Their cars and trucks are the finest you will ever find.

My wife and I needed to find a car that could make long trips to North Carolina, haul luggage and stuff to college, get good gas mileage and not look like a Suburban. Team Anderson helped us evaluate our needs and suggested a Chevy Equinox. When that didn't work out they suggested a Chevy Impala. It was roomy, they V-6 gets good mileage and it looks great. Rusty gave good advice arranging our financing. When a hail storm came through they made sure ours was the first into the garage even though we had not closed on the deal. Once we closed, the check engine light kept coming on. Rusty and son Cody made sure it got repaired without costing us a cent. Just got back from a trip to Chicago and it drove like a dream. I would highly recommend Team Anderson to any of my friends.

When disaster struck and my 98 Chevy Caviler died Team Anderson had me back on the road in a very nice and great priced 2000 Chevy Blazer in no time flat. The vehicle was clean, runs like a top, and they even put in a new DIE HARD battery! Talk about A+ customer service from beginning to end. If you need a great gently used vehicle you would be ahead of the game by going to pay a visit on Rusty and Cody Anderson.

This auto group offers clean quality used vehicles that cant be beat. No pressure sales, reasonable prices, and competent service and advice. If they don't have what your looking for just ask and they will try and get it for you. My family and I are looking to purchase our 5th vehicle from Team Anderson. I was in the market for a used car. I cant even tell you how many dealerships i visited. I had a set price in my head to get the monthly payment I wanted. Every dealership I went to told me that they couldn't get me that price range. Team Anderson Auto Group was the only place I found that had a car I really liked and was able to work with me finacially.
