My very decision to purchase a new car from Team Superstores Vallejo is because of the friendly/caring/knowledgable service. I placed a call to set up an appointment, I was greeted and directed to service and the nice lady was very accommodating to my strange work schedule...in a few days I arrived and within a few minutes, I was greeted by Stan Renz (a good man) and he promptly took all auto info and I waited in their comfy waiting room...I dosed off (yep) that comfy...in about an hour I was all done. 27 point inspection/rotated tires (it was my warranty service). I even got my car back cleaner than I brought it! (who does that?-thx detail guy). That's why I am happy I am a customer of Team Superstores Vallejo. I only have one car and times are really hard financially, but I feel I am in good hands when getting my car serviced by them. Kudos to the Owner and General Manager for hiring a good staff. Would I recommend this dealership to my friends and family? (Already did), yes they bought cars there too.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and he also took the time to get to know me and exactly what it was I was looking for. The entire staff was courteous and efficient. From the moment that I called Team Super Stores as I broke down on the freeway, to the time that I picked up my vehicle...my experience was top notch! I just moved from San Diego and don't really know the area and particularly this dealership, so I was a bit frustrated about my Cruze breaking down when I arrived with the tow truck late in the evening after service hours. I was immediately greeted warmly by a very kind and concerned Rae Whitener. She gave me some coffee, answered all of my questions, and took care of my needs as best she could. Stan Renz picked it up from there the next morning and was my service adviser throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and professional and painstakingly ensured that every detail was taken care ofthat I received all necessary warranty repairs and service, properly and in the timeliest manner possible. Paradise Chevrolet & Cadillac in Temecula has been my dealership for years; they have set the bar extremely high regarding every aspect of service. I bought my 2014 Chevy Malibu here in February 2014. Brake system recall and complimentary oil change and courtesy check for first 24,000 miles. Repairs on Nov 25, 2014 were carried out in a reasonable amount of time so I was able to wait, but local shuttle service also available. Also appreciated visit from Red, who sold me the car, and who this time helped me sync my new cell phone to the vehicle's Bluetooth system.

The dealership notified me earlier in the year that my vehicle was not one of the recalled vehicles that was having ignition switch problems. But because of an abundance of caution they would replace mine. They would order the switch and contact me for an appointment to have the part installed. True to their promise they called, set up an appointment at my convenience and changed the switch. While the vehicle was at the dealership they performed a multi point inspection (which they do whenever I take it in for service), washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. It was the most convenient recall I have ever experienced.

I would have been a lot happier if my clutch problem had been fixed the first time I took several hours off of work to deliver it to you. Instead, I had to make a second trip, and then because I was out of town I had to let one of your people drive the car almost 50 miles to deliver it to my office, which I really really did not want to allow. I don't think your service department is up to dealing with a manual transmission car with over 550 HP. Too bad.

I brought my car in on Friday June 20 because my check engine light was on and my fan was really loud. I was helped by Leon he wasn't sure if he would able to look at it because they were very busy. I called the shop that evening and I spoke to Leon and was told they were able to look at my car and they found the problem. Took my Chevy truck which was having problems to this dealer , it was my first visit to this dealership. The first thing that i noticed was that they had 3 customer service reps helping people and getting the vehicles processed very fast. As fast as they got all your details i noticed mechanics coming through the area picking up keys and whisking them off to the bays. The service manager told me 3 - 4 hours for my job, but to my delight they had the problem fixed and i was back on the road in just over 2hours!. To sum up ; very friendly , helpful staff, efficient . i could not be more pleased. A++++++ to all the staff.

Very professional and polite. I was there when they opened first thing that morning but walked away to think about it and then returned with my husband to look at the vehicle again. I'm sure everyone was ready to close down and go home being it was after 8pm on a Friday but they worked past closing to get me in my new Spark that evening. They even agreed to wash and detail my older car so I could drive it up to Lake Tahoe the next morning all clean and shiny to gift to my son.

It was, by far, the best car buying experience we've ever had. We loved that we had to go inside the building to find the salesperson rather than having them practically beating in our windows to get at us. Nothing seemed forced, but instead was so relaxed. The owner had us in his office and was amazingly tolerant of our toddler who wasn't prepared for us to buy a car right then. We were comfortable throughout the entire transaction and left without the usual buyer's remorse. We believe it was because of the great customer service we received on all levels.

Rocco was the best!! He made the process seamless and painless. He listened to us and made sure we understood everything. We did our homework and went to other dealers that did not have 1/2 the customer service as the TEAM staff. Rocco could give they other dealerships lessons on TRUE customer service. My mother in law went with us to pick up the car and she had just purchased a new car a few months earlier (different dealership, she was in awe as to the service we received.) The service department once again outperformed themselves. I had a seatbelt issue which I thought was minor, however after they advised me that it was unsafe and they would not release my car until it was prepared. I had no idea it was that serious as I had been living with the inconvience of having difficulty both in buckling and unbuckling my seat belt.

The mechanic (technician) did a great job as did Gavin explaining problems. I had a 15% off coupon, good for parts, labor and TAX...send to me by Cadillac and somehow, I never seem to get the full deduction of a coupon. Why not? Unbelievable, and I did not call back for Gavin, too hard to reach him sometimes. HOPE YOU GET THIS!!!!

Since day 1, I have been very impressed by every member at the dealership that I have crossed paths with.Would definitely buy another vehicle there again.Only comment:When my vehicle is in for service I know that I have the option for a car wash while I'm there.So when the car wash offer is brought up,please let me answer yes or no or please don't ask at all.I don't care for someone to ask ,do you want the truck washed today? and before I can answer ,they say probably no on the wash truck is already clean and off to the next question,Though I appreciate the comment,my truck was actually dirty(Yes my problem)

The repair took 5 days, part did not arrive as promised. Next, mechanic called in sick, job finally completed Mon 6pm. I was given a free loaner for the 5 days, thanks for that. My main complaint is, the Charge of $150. to read the code from the computer. I had gone to an independent shop in Napa, they read the code and told me what was wrong in less than 5 minutes, no charge, but they couldn't get the part. Why did it cost $150. (an hour's labor charge) to read the code and tell me the problem? When the van was fixed with new part, ($1009.00), labor brought the final total up to $1580.00 which included the $150 for the code read. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. The technician came to the waiting room, said he saw a bag of batteries (to be recycled) in my back seat, & put them in with their recycling. I wanted to walk around the area while my car was being worked on, but the shuttle was offered several times by different employees in case I changed my mind. Danny is always pleasant, checks my car's history & makes sure it & me are being well cared for. I'm a recent widow having to make sure my car is cared for & I know it is here.

We never felt pressured to purchase one specific vehicle, or felt as if he were pushing a sale on us. He was very straight forward and genuine. Joesph and his team were amazing. Initially I was "window shopping". Joesph was not pushy, he asked what I was looking for in a car this time around-he was also the person that helped my pick out my hyundai elentra back in 2010. When I arrived Danny Keen helped me, he was very pleasant and professional, he explained to me that they would check into the reason for my visit. I went to Team to check on information on our 2012 Cruze. I was out on the lot and started talking to Rocco Marconni. This guy was outstanding,we wanted a Equinox. However we had no equity in our cruze.Rocco worked his butt off to get what my wife would except. Also we had brought a Travers to my house and my wife said its to big and to ugly, so Rocco said i know what she will like ans sure enough she loved the Equinox. And only because of his dedication to the customer we got the car my wife had fallen in love with. I would surely look for Rocco if i am in the market for a new car.

Since initiation of lease on my 2014 Cadillac XTS in December I have asked for assistance twice. Associate Dan Wroten explained several operating system functions I needed help with, at my home. He also arranged for the vehicle to brought in to resolve a tire pressure read-out problem and replacement of a grill trim chrome piece that had an imperfection. I never had to go to the store location personally. VP Michael Drinker has been an effective point of contact also when assistance is desired. So far I'm impressed.

Though I didn't need a ride, I was impressed to see the shuttle driver delivering people to their homes, business or shopping. In the hour that I waited for my service I almost felt I got to know him as he looked into the lounge, smiled and asked if anyone wanted a shuttle ride.And while he was out Shirley from the office peeked in, saw someone sitting, asked if anyone needed a ride. When a gentlemen said he was, she went off, returned with car keys and took him herself...I feel confident when I take my car in for a lengthy service I'll be able to get a ride home.By the way my HHR was serviced well.

My experience with the TEAM stores service department was excellent. Danny Keen is an excellent service advisor..... He treated me with the best customer service I've received from a car dealership in a long time. However, as a personal recommendation even with large corporations such as GM/Cadillac leaning out their processes in saving money, I believe that as a Cadillac customer every time a customer brings in a vehicle for service or warranty work, TEAM stores should provide their customers especially a Cadillac ("The premier American Luxury Car") with a loaner car no matter what even if it is warranty work. Yes, GM is trying to save money but there is no excuse for a Cadillac. For example, I also own a 2013 Mercedes Benz and every time I bring my vehicle in for service MB always provides me with a MB loaner car. This is a great marketing strategy in which I would recommend for TEAM Cadillac in Vallejo. Probably not going to happen but I would appreciate it if someone from your executive team would flow this recommendation down to your service manager director.The reason why I recommend a loaner car is because it was a hassle for customers to get dropped off and come back another day to pick up after service. I have a young family and it is very hard when you have to plan and drop off your primary vehicle that hauls your kids around town. Example: removing cars seats etc....... Courtesy drop off service is great but what if you have to commute a long distance to work the following day while your vehicle is being service? It's defintely a tough challenge. Yes, you will never please every customer in the mentality of a lean GM organization and I hope that this feedback will trigger a "continuous improvement" mentality for your "Cadillac" customers.Please don't get me wrong, I had no problems with your service advisors......5 stars!If you would like to reach me please don't hesitate to call me. The service writer who worked with me was friendly and arranged for return transportation for me to pick up my truck when it was finished. I'd asked for my R/F tire to be looked at due to it recently developing a slow air leak. When I arrived and asked about it, I was informed the price was over $30 for the tire repair. When I questioned the price, the response was, "We're right in line with everybody else around here." In my opinion "Everybody else" does not include my America's Tire dealer, where, had I gone there, the tire repair would have been at no charge. I've bought my tires from America's Tire for the past 15 years but I've been buying Chevrolet since the late 1980's. Frankly, I was shocked, and remain so for the cost of this tire repair, which was essentially the installation of a plug being placed into the tire during the 4-wheel tire rotation.One might think that I should be grateful since my oil change was "Free." I purchased the extended service program along with the purchase price of the truck.

I brought my 2010 Silverado to Team for 30K service; however, my truck had a bad crankshaft and needed power train repairs, which made me very upset and full of anxiety. I opened a case with GM Customer Service Assistance because I was very uncomfortable with owning a truck with only 32,186 miles and needing a new crankshaft, oil pump, main thrust bearings, rod bearings, main seal, etc. and was on the verge of never buying another GM product (I've owned 5; always GM trucks). Team, specifically the sales team of Sean, David, & Ken, rescued me as a loyal GM customer, and worked out a good deal to keep me loyal to GM and into a new Silverado. Those guys care about their customers, as does the entire TEAM! I'm much obliged, and once again a very satisfied customer of the product and the dealership!

I recently had the great experience of purchasing a car from Team Chevrolet in Vallejo, Ca. Due to my financial history (bankruptcy, low credit score) it was very challenging for the finance department to come up with a plan that would work for my husband and I. While your vehicle is being serviced so are you. The dealership provides a comfortable lounge to relax in that includes a wide screen TV and a separate little room equipped with toddler friendly toys. The lounge is Wi-Fi equipped. Around the corner is an internet station for the business person to stay in contact with his world. A Krug Coffee dispenser with a complete selection of coffee sits at a complimentary self service coffee bar. Offerings of fresh fruit and energy bars are also at the bar.An added plus is a neat little gym with exercise equipment to challenge any gym enthusiast. Oh, and about your car. Multiple advisors work with you as an individual. Not only do they estimate the service costs well, they also check for current advisories. And unlike some of the "quickie" oil change specialists they don't try to sell you anything you didn't ask for. The car is returned washed and looking new.

My oil gauge was reading 5% so I called to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. At first they said wasn't anything available, then I asked to speak to Sean Dodson to advise if it was okay to wait to get it changed and he told me I needed to come in he said he could get me in and out because I had plans for that day and as promised he did just that! He also saved me money because the normal service rate was less than the coupon I had.

The sales staff was quite the 'bomb'. They were full of information and obviously well trained and well versed in the products I had shown interest in. Ken Sarna did an outstanding job sacrificing a dinner date with his daughter to finish up the sale with me. I even told him he could get back with me the next day but he insisted we finish and I know this delayed him at least a couple hours from his personal life.That says he goes the other mile ahead of his peers. He deserves a real kudos from General Motors. I even came back to return the vehicle because I realized I wouldn't be able to afford it and TEAM refused to take it back with only 4.5 miles more on it less than 24hrs after the sale. The sales manager was informed that road-loans had approved at 12% and yet he only lowered the rate to 14.9% through gm finance. Go figure, eh?
