Overall satisfaction was excellent. I was impressed with how the team worked together to ensure I was well taken care of. When I arrived to seal the deal, my salesperson wasn't there as of yet and had already prepared another team member to take care of me. By the time they arrived, I was nearly completed. It amazed my the speed and the teamwork that I saw. Never had I received a car with such ease and while I needed to get a towing package that was agreed to, it was a painless event dropping the car off and getting a loaner. So far, I am really pleased!

I went to the dealership not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, but only to see if my trade-in was worth any money. Turns out it was! So I test drove two vehicle in which I chose to purchase. Before deciding on my purchase, I was allowed to take the car over night while the financial department worked on my numbers. I was up front with what I expected and what goal financially I wanted to pay. Although, I didn't get exactly what I wanted. The team worked over time to ensure it was priced to the best of their ability.

I had an appointment with Earnest but he blew me off and I ended up dealing with Brian. The car is great but I'm still confused about the sales price. The tag in the car indicated a lower price that I paid, I didn't see it until I got home and had a panic attack. They explained later that it included rebated that I didn't qualify for. I don't know why they would even leave that tag in the car to confuse me and upset me.

My sales agent was Brian Rhodes. He was wonderful to work with. He was patient, kind, truly showed concern to make sure I was happy with the choice I was making in my new vehicle purchase. I feel that he is a role model that other sales agents should follow to make the entire experience comfortable leaving the customer with a feeling of trust. A true example of great Customer Service!!! The finance agent and process was also very informative, positive, and friendly. I felt well informed in making my decision. It was all very straight forward leaving me with no doubt that I was not being oversold and that I would find nothing that was not disclosed during the process. Dealership does not have their own business office. You have to go next door to the Toyota dealer to consummate the transaction. Maybe this saves cost (maximizes profit?) Seems a bit odd to have a Korean and Japanese car manufacturer share the same staff.

I found my purchase experience to be actually enjoyable. A car is a large purchase, but I know that all with whom I worked at Team Hyundai did their best to be transparent and give me a fair price. I am thrilled with my Elantra GT. My salesperson, Anthony Bernal (on the Team Toyota side but part of the same organization) was easy to work with and did not pressure me in the least. He handled the transaction with ease and good humor. When I returned for tags and BlueLink help, he was a courteous and friendly as the day he sold the car. I highly recommend Anthony and the entire Hyundai/Toyota dealership.

My daughter's car had died the previous night and we needed a replacement vehicle immediately for her daily commute to Waldorf. I'd gone to another dealership in the local area before I went to the Toyota Dealership and was unhappy with that experience. I came onto the lot at the Toyota Dealership with not a lot of hope of getting a car so late at night, but Mr. Bailey found us a great vehicle at a reasonable price and we were out the door with keys in hand within hours! Mr. Bailey greated me on the lot immediately, was very friendly and professional, and made our buying experience pleasurable. I would recommend the dealership, and Mr. Bailey in particular, to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

Mr. Mueller was very thorough explaining the differences between your Hyundai models. I came to your dealership with little knowledge of the models and Mr. Muller patiently explained the differences. His easy going manner and knowledge of the models helped me make the best choice for me. I am thrilled with my Hyundai Sonata. He followed up my buying experience by contacting me the other evening to ask if I was having any issues or questions regarding my new purchase. He offered some advice about my bluetooth connection and stated that he will assist in helping me adjust the volume on my bluetooth setting of my car. My husband and I looked at the Santa Fe Spot which seemed to be the correct size car for me to drive. I researched this vehicle, the only downside was that the back is not too clear to see out the rear window. The size and comfort is what I was looking for and am quite happy with my purchase. We stopped by Toyota with the intention of test driving a RAV4. We were meet by Ernie Baud. Although busy with other customers he was able to bring around a RAV4 for us to test drive. When we returned to the dealership we were unable to locate Ernie. After standing around the parking lot for 10 minutes we went into the showroom and stood at the front desk for another 5 minutes waiting for Ernie. We ended up speaking to another employee who told us Ernie was with another customer doing paperwork on a car sale. I was a little put off by the fact that Ernie engaged us when he was currently working with another customer and unable to assist us. At this point we decided to head over to Hyundai. One of the Toyota employees was nice enough to give us a ride to Hyundai and asked Nathan Martin if he could assist us,From the outset Nate was very professional and extremely friendly. His knowledge of the Hyundai fleet was extensive and he was able to answer all of questions. Generally I loath the car buying experience. However in this instance I found working with team Hyundai to be enjoyable. The entire team we worked with at Hyundai went above and beyond with their time and patience during our car buying experience. I will absolutely recommend Hyundai and specifically Nathan Martin to friends and family. Customer service is becoming a lost art. Nathan Martin should be commended for his efforts.

This location and the people that work there have drastically changed my opinion of car salespeople. Normally, I hate the process of buying a new car. Normally, the sales force tries to SELL me a car. What I really want is to BUY a car, the car that I want and not the car the salesman wants to sell me. With Team Hyundai of Lexington Park, it was totally different.I was met at the door by a representative that introduced himself to me and asked what I was looking for today. Although my guard was already up (he was a salesman after all!), he seemed reasonable and wanted to help me. I asked to see a few cars and the dealership was stocked with a nice representative sampling of the car models Hyundai offers. I looked at a few and did a test drive of an Elantra manual transmission. They didn't take my old car keys away from me to "appraise it". Instead, I was told to take it for a ride and there wasn't any hurry. Give it a good ride to see if I liked it. My satisfaction was important to them. How crazy is that? Turns out that I didn't like that particular car for a few reasons, but I liked the way the Elantra felt. In fact, I liked it so much I decided to buy one! I found another with automatic transmission that was really to my liking. I got a price for the car that I thought reasonable, I asked them to accept my old car in trade and only then did they need the keys. I didnt feel like a hostage at any time while I was there. I was given a good rate for the loan and I was able to walk out with a new car and my blood pressure normal and feeling good about the experience. Although I was told about extended warranties, I was in no way pressured to buy it or anything else they offered.Ill have to add that the salesman went over all the extras in the car. In particular pointed out how the Bluelink worked (I think that was the name for the OnStar type of thing), he setup my cell phone for Bluetooth connectivity to the car, and gave me a free oil change. Ive told others of my experience and they had already heard good word of mouth about this dealer and also Hyundai. It just shows that word of good experiences spread as well as bad experiences.Jim Arnold

My wife and I have bought many new cars from many different dealerships. I can count on one hand how many pleasant experiences we've had and this ranks very high. I called the dealership early on Saturday morning and spoke with Josh, he ask me to come on in and he would get the deal I needed for the Sonata. When I arrived I was met immediately and directed to Josh. Josh and I spoke and I gave him an idea of where I needed to be. I picked out the car I was comfortable with and payment that I needed, he then offered me a test drive. My trade in was promptly evaluated which was fairly close to the trade in value I was looking for. I was given the opportunity to take the car for a real test drive, not something around the corner so could get a real feel for the car. We reached a deal I felt comfortable with and then it was time to bring the wife in. Eric took over for the paperwork and we did not feel overly pressured. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I brought in my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe two weeks ago because BlueLink reported an issue with my vehicle. The service department inspected my vehicle and said all was well and sent me on my way. Today I brought my car back in for routine maintenance (oil change) when much to my surprise they found an issue with the CV joint and told me it would take a few days for the new part to arrive. I'm not sure why my CV joint is having issues on a brand new 2013 Santa Fe but I digress. They gave me a loaner car (2013 Toyota Corolla) to drive until my maintenance was complete. After leaving the dealership with the rental I found that I could not fit my son's car seat and stroller in the vehicle. I called back to ask if I could be given something comparable to the 2013 Santa Fe in terms of room because I simply could not fit my family in the Corolla when I was told they had no more vehicles in their fleet and that they were "really sorry for my inconvenience".

I received a fair price on my trade in and they got me financing for the car I fell in love with. I didn't have to settle. The process was very simple. I filled out the application and within minutes was told I was approved for the car I picked out. Once in the finance office, it was less than 15 min when I was driving off the lot in my brand new 2013 Sonata limited. The whole process from start to end was less than 2 1/2 hours. I'm a hard person to impress, I do my homework, and am very much about the details. When I do business, I expect the people I deal with to, at the minimum, do their job with some level of professionalism and proficiencyMost car sales people try to sell you what they have, not necessarily what you want, and in the end will try to sell it to you for as much as they can - not necessarily a fair market price.Having said that, my experience at Team Hyundai was completely surprising. Jamie listened to what I said in terms of what I was looking for and features/packages I wanted in a 2013 Santa Fe. She didn't try to upsell me or get me in something that would "do" - she went out of her way to get what I wanted - personally driving 90 miles (and back) overnight to get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. Then came the trade in and price negotiations - there were none because none were required. I knew going in what a fair market price was for the Santa Fe I wanted and also what my trade in was worth. Jamie and John at Team Hyundai offered me exzctly what I expected for my trade and a very fair market price on the new Santa Fe.The impressive service didn't stop there. The next day I took delivery Jamie spent a very long time getting me set up in the new Santa Fe, showing me the features, sync'd my phone via Blue Tooth, set up my Blue Link account and, what impressed me most, tirelessly answered all of my detail driven questions. As if that wasn't enough, she also hand picked the guy to apply the interrior and exterrior protection package I purchased, and I can see why. The person she had to the work did a phenominal job.End of the day, normally a consumer is lucky of they walk away thrilled with the vehicle they purchase, not necessarily thrilled with the deal getting it, often feeling run over by the sales person and finance person. Not the case at Team Hyundai - at least not my experience there. They treated me with respect, "played fair" and didn't try to press me into something I didn't ask for. They earned my gratitude, respect and more so my repeat business.

When Eric first came out to meet us, we immediately liked him. He was very friendly, very courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. I went to Chevy and 2 Dodge Dealers. None of the dealers showed the Quality of Service that Hyundai showed and, would not match the price for the same size vehicle provided by Hyundai. Robbie was very helpful and listened to my concerns. For the right price he was able to give me the space needed for me & my growing family! Also, the time I was in and out was record breaking compared to my first car purchase at Dodge (All day Saturday) and, my almost car purchase at Chevy (1st day 4 hours, 2nd day 6 hours, and wanted me to wait 5 days to be able to make car purchase). Robbie told me on day 1 it would take 20 minutes to run my credit and it did. I asked him to give me until Friday to think about my purchase and he called me on Friday. I went into the dealer it took about 2 hours tops. Robbie showed me all the controls in my vehicle and got me familiarized with the service area for my first oil change. For my 2nd car buying experience this was the best one so far. My mom recommended me to this dealership & I will recommend any of my friends looking to purchase a new/used car. When I want to upgrade my car for more space I will def. be returning to Hyundai in Lexington Park!

With the additional interest rate and tag, taxes, and fees my price was higher than initially expected. But I am still satisfied with the customer service given me. Eric treated us excellently.

Having just been involved in a car accident and having very little money to replace it, I'd heard lots of good things about Hyundai. Brian Rhodes was exceptionally patient during the process, and just as expansive and patient showing me their selection of used cars as he was with the higher-priced new models. There was no pressure along the way; he went on no fewer than four test drives on a Tuesday afternoon and good-naturedly answered all my questions for each variation of make and model.I appreciate the fact that he was professional and relatable on all counts; I never felt patronized or talked down to, as I did elsewhere as a woman speaking to male car salesmen. When the time came to make the deal, I'd done my research: I got a competitive price with excellent service. By the time the paperwork was done, Brian had even taken the liberty of activating my 3-month satellite radio trial for me, so I didn't have to go online to do it myself. I drove home in my new (used) Elantra with amazing XM radio from day one. It was a smooth, respectful, stress-free transaction; Brian was a pleasure to work with.

I don't like to play games. I've read all the car buying books. But I understand the business.This is the second Hyundai I have purchased in two years - the first was your top of the line 2011 Genesis 4.6 (EQUUS wasn't on the market yet) which I still own and this recent economical 2013 Elantra Limited. In both cases I had to use highly competitive offers from competitors I was more than willing to do business with (drive 100+ miles to buy), but knowing I'd use Team Hyundai for my service needs. Once I presented the full blown offer comparisons, Team Hyundai was willing to re-negotiate and come very close. I still left money on the table ($300+) but I'm doing business w/a local dealer that I like and am confident I'll get good support - it was something I was willing to do. I still had to "remind" of some financial data/figures that had been left off the final Pre-sale numbers build - but they weren't contested by the salesperson.I also thought it was GREAT news that a stand-alone Service Building is being built just to service Hyundai's vice having to share the Toyota facility. I've been to Hyundai service centers beyond Team Hyundai (Goldsboro, NC and in Gary Rome, MA) and in all cases - the most professional and friendly staffs have always greeted me and supported my needs.

In general, I don't particularly like going to dealerships and purchasing vehicles. I find many of the experiences unpleasant and I'm sometimes helpless without proper information. However, I felt completely different about my latest purchase at this Hyundai dealership. I thought Brian Rhodes was very informative and easy to talk to. He was willing to answer any and all questions I may have had. I also appreciate his cooperation in this transaction, considering much of it was done over the telephone. I have to also thank the entire dealership in their assistance on this transaction as well. Their willingness to work with me on some uncommon procedures was also very reasurring and I was happy to leave with my new vehicle the same day I saw it. Overall, I have been very pleased with everything this dealership has done for me over the years. This will be my third Hyundai vehicle and I've had all the service work done at this dealership. Everyone has been friendly and I've never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I am most likely going to purchase my next new vehicle from here as well.

Buying a new car is often akin to having root canal. I'm pleased to announce the dentist has left the building.This past Saturday, 6-30-2012, I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Team Hyundai. I had spoken to Brian that morning on the telephone, told him we had met about 2 months earlier at the dealership, and asked him to work up a quote on a Hyundai Sonnata.I arrived at the dealeship, Brian as promised had the quote prepared. Price hassel-gone-went for a test drive in the vehicle I was purchasing, returned to the dealership, met with John (? credit manager) and incurred the 2nd pleasant surprise of the day. Sitting down with credit people is not usually a fun task. This was. Completed paperwork and had time for some general conversation, even a few laughs (yes in a credit office).In closing, thank you Team Hyundai for an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend Brian Rhodes of the Team Hyundai dealership on Three Notch Road! Brian is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything I wanted to know about the cars I looked at, and if he didn't have an answer on hand, he was able to get one quickly.Brian also deserves tremendous credit for his patience and willingness to go the extra mile. He stayed an hour past closing time to make sure everything was in order and I was familiar with the features of my new car. Overall, Brian made this car-buying experience a great one. Robbie Anderson did a great job explaining the features of a couple cars while Brian was tied up elsewhere, and he filled in affably and smoothly. The financing process was also smooth and straightforward, and the loan officer was also generous with his time, and able to explain the relevant parts of each option well.In conclusion, the sales consultants and financing officer I worked with were all very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful people. They made my car purchase a smooth and enjoyable process.

Overall experience was great, Brian Rhodes did a great job hunting down and delivering a car to my specifications from an out-of-state dealership. The car was prepped and detailed properly. Brian did a great job with the sale and was very helpful with going through the features of the car (he seems to be a car guy so that helps) and the warranty information. Nick Casuto was very helpful with the financial paperwork and was easy to work with.This was a very stress free experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

It has been over 10 years since I bought a new car, and I was pleasantly surprised to actually enjoy the experience. Mr. Cotter was extremely knowledgable and friendly and he listened to what I required in a new vehicle. Plus, I trusted him, which is not something I do easily. From the moment I arrived on the Hyundai lot in Lexington Park I knew I was in the right place. First, the model of car I had been researching, the Elantra, were well represented so I could look at them in various colors inside & out. Then I encountered Robbie Anderson who introduced me to the various features of the Elantra without giving me the feeling that I was being pushed or rushed. He was very knowledgable about the car as well as the other models that may suit my needs and made me feel as if his motive was for me to find the car I was looking for and not for him to make a sale. This was huge as I have been to other dealerships where I felt the salesperson to be pushy and that they couldn't care less what me specific needs were in a car.After deciding on a price and color of the car and interior I wanted, we found that not many were made in this combo. However, this did not deter Mr. Anderson from not only locating one of the six cars in the 250 mile area but he himself drove over three hours to pick up my car for me. To me this is above and beyond but to Mr Anderson and Lexington Park Hyundai it appears to be business as usual. What exceptional customer service! I will be forever grateful to Mr. Anderson for all he did to get me in my beautiful Atlantic Blue Hyundai Elantra Limited named "Roxie"! It continues to be an amazing experience and could not have been better!

overall it was a good experience. the only reson I did not give a Great to overall experience was not the fault of the dealer. Apparently they do not handle many Genesis models and so are not as familier with some of the nuances of the Navigation system. For instance there was no experience with the XM NavTraffic feature. Brian was courteous and answered all of my many questions very patiently.

Our experience at Team Hyundai was phenomenal. Scott Mueller was beyond helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the whole car buying experience. I felt like Scott cared more for my well being than the actual sell, which was quite comforting. He took extra time to find the perfect vehicle for me that fit my needs as well as my budget. I did not feel pressured like I did with other dealerships. The prices were aggressive and fair, and at the end of the sale I did not feel taken advantage of or "ripped" off. I look forward to enjoying my Elantra for years to come I highly recommend Team Hyundai, and when you go there..ask for Scott!

After having my first Tucson which I bought in January 2012 totaled 4 months later I went back to Jamie Pizzo and told her what had happen. We first met Robbie Anderson about 18 months ago when we went into the dealership to take a look at a Hyundai, a car we had had heard positive comments about and had spent some time researching. We had an older Honda Accord at the time and were planning to replace it in the next year or two. Robbie impressed us with his knowledge and his low-key approach. We took his card and when we decided to replace the Accord several weeks ago, we contacted him and went in again to look at new model Hyundai Sonatas. We also decided to look at Toyota Camrys, which we also liked, to make a comparison. We wanted a vehicle with a navigation system and heated front seats and had decided that, among the Sonatas, the Sonata Limited would probably be best suited for us. Robbie arranged for us to test both the Sonata and Camry. Because there were no Limiteds on the lot at the time, we tested another model and Robbie said he would contact us when a Limited came in, which he expected in a few days. He contacted us several days later when a Limited came in. We tested the Limited and a Camry again and concluded that we liked the Limited more. Throughout the entire sales process, Robbie was low-key, an approach we prefer, but informative, and listened to what we wanted rather than try to sell us something right away. He understood that we were not in a hurry and were willing to take our time before making a selection. The sales staff and other staff we met during the entire process were cordial and we left with a very positive impression of the dealership. We will have no hesitation recommending the dealership, both for the quality of the vehicles sold as well as the staff.

The engine on my old car died and I found myself suddenly in the market for a new one. I normally have all of my research done before I step foot in the dealership but didn't have the chance this time. Jamie was great to work with and really helped me through the decision process. She asked good questions and actually listened to my responses. She was then able to use her extensive knowledge of the Hyundai and Toyota product lines to match me with the right vehicle. Jamie was courteous and friendly at all times and made the shopping experience as pleasant as it can be. Jamie was especially good about not pressuring us while we considered our options so I really feel like this was the car I chose, not the car I was pushed into.The rest of the dealership staff seem very competent and friendly as well. I got a tour of the service area and Jamie introduced me to the service manager and explained the process for service. It sounds like a small thing but that's one less worry when it's time to come in for service and it filled the tome for the paperwork to be completed.Overall, I was very pleased with the buying experience. I feel that I received a fair price on a good vehicle. I'll update this post if anything changes but I expect that I will continue to have a favorable experience with Team Hyundai Lex Park. There may not be a lot of dealers to choose from here in the county but I was much happier with this one than any on the Waldorf Auto Mile.

I cannot praise Robby and Shane enough for their assistance with my purchase of the 2012 Accent for my son. They found the vehicle with the color my son wanted, with everything I wanted on the vehicle on a Saturday and my son drove it away from the dealership Monday evening. I had researched the Hyundai Elantra and wanted to test drive one...Mr. Scott Mueller assisted in helping us when we arrived at Team Hyundai. We liked the Elantra but I wanted to test drive the limited and there wasn't one available...We left the dealership and drove to College Park Hyundai becuase their website indicated they had 16 limited on their lot...When we arrived there wasn't any and the sales rep was very rude and indicated he could locate us one but wasn't going to until we had a contract in place, we weren't willing to do that so we left. The next day we received a call from Mr. Mueller at Team Hyundai and he said he would locate us...When we went to see him he had indicated that the one on the lot that was already taken was now available so we test drove it...We know right away that was the vehicle we wanted so we left a few hours later very happy customers. Yes I really enjoyed the friendly staff and I am a very low keyed person so I was happy when I was able to come to the dealership several times to look and Scott was very friendly and informative about all the styles and models but he let me decide what altimately worked for my situation which I appreciate very much. I just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accent form Team Hyundai Lexington Park. The salesman I worked with, Brain Rhodes is the main reason I purchased my car. He was extremely knowledgeable, and showed me several options within my price range. While he clearly explained various options, there was no pressure for additions I was not interested in. I had visited or contacted several dealers prior to visiting the Lexington Park location and I found many high pressure sales teams that seemed more interested in meeting sales goals than listening to what I wanted. I had a few specific features I wanted for a specific monthly payment. I drove out of the dealership with everything I was looking for. I highly recommend both the dealership and Brian Rhodes and certainly plan to return to Lexington Park Hyundai for my next vehicle.

Receiving letters and emails asking me about trading in, I was curious to see what kind of offer would be made, as my vehicle was in excellent condition, with less than 25K miles. I had no expectations of anyone meeting my numbers, so wasn't anticipating purchasing a new vehicle. Suffice to say, I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Santa Fe and LOVE it. Robbie Anderson was wonderful to work with, none of the usual stereotypical expectations that go along with buying a car. No games, no hidden costs. Team Hyundai offered me a fair price for my trade ($1700 more than the Honda dealership), a great no-haggle internet price, and made the entire experience very enjoyable and quick. Robbie spent a lot of effort helping us find the car we wanted and what rebates we were eligible for. After the sale he took time to walk us around the dealership, and introduced us to the maintenance and service staff, making us feel like we will be well taken care of. We heard good things about Hyundai's and the vast improvements they've made over the years but we weren't completely sold on purchasing one. Our last 2 car purchases have been a 2006 Acura TL and a 2009 Acura TL so we wanted something nice but not at a premium. The Acura's sold themselves but we admittedly needed some convincing on whether to purchase a Hyundai. We met Robbie Anderson and he made us feel at ease and comfortable (not aggressive in nature) so we started to look around at the Sonata's he recommended. He seemed to have listened to what we said and directed us to what he felt was the best fit for us because ultimately we purchased exactly what he recommended. We did see some used honda accords but once Robbie explained the differences in buying used and buying new from Hyundai we went back to the Sonata's. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed when showing us all the features the sonata has. We took the car for a test drive and it performed well. We went back in to talk to #'s but what really convinced us was how genuine Robbie was when he talked about feeling comfortable with his own family driving Hyundai's one day. The cars were already priced right with all the features and warranties so we decided to purchase that night on the spot. Robbie also introduced us to his manager and he asked for our feedback on our experience then thanked us for coming by. I would recommend this place to anyone purchasing a car and I have been telling people how much Hyundai has improved over the years.

We have really enjoyed the vehicles we've purchased from Team Hyundai. They have been very helpful at getting the payments to what we can afford. If they didn't have the car we wanted they checked with local other dealers until they found the one we wanted.

Jamie worked with us to find us the deal we needed, not only on a new SUV for us, but for a small, economical sedan for our college-bound daughter. Both vehicles have held up well, and when the SUV needed warranty work it was accomplished quickly and without any problems. I was very pleased our interactions with Robbie at the Hyundai dealership in Lexington Park, MD. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was not annoying like many of the other salesmen we dealt with at other dealerships. He worked with us to make a deal on a price that we could agree on. We decided to buy our car from this dealership even though another dealer offered us a few hundred dollars off the price because we liked Robbie and really wanted to give him the sale. In addition, he explained to us that we receive a free first oil change and car washing for life at his dealership and he really persuaded us to buy locally and stay close to home.

Jamie Pizzo was top notch as far as sales goes. She was friendly, kept us up-to-date on what Elantras were available and when the next shipment came in and after the sale was complete, she helped us with questions about our new 2011 Elantra. A few weeks after the sale, she even gave us a follow-up call to see if everything was going ok with the car. She was very much a pleasure to work with and have reccommended her to several friends.We were asked how we wanted to tag our car Missouri or Maryland. We chose Maryland, then problems came from the MD dept. of motor vehicles with our car insurance on the Elantra. The situation has all been resolved on our part. However, you should let your tag personnel know that in order to tag a car in MD the purchaser needs to have MD compliant insurance, which we did not and they didn't even have the correct insurance company information on the tag papers.

The thought of a truck, went out the window, and he was back in love with the Azera. I was going to look at used cars and what option's I had to purchased one. Even though the temperature was around 30 with the wind blowing, Robbie Anderson was happy to greet me outside in the parking lot. He went all over my option and didn't push me into any direction. This is my third Hyundai bought from this dealership. I have always work with Jamie and felt that I received the best treatment possible. Since Jamie was not available to assist me during the purchase of the Tucson she asked if Robbie would take care of me. Robbie was very friendly and worked with me in getting the best deal possible. The only negative I have with the Dealership is that the selection of vehicles is small but I can understand the reason for this. The Tucson I bought came from another dealership in Northern VA which seem to me to be disorganized since they could not find the second key for the vehicle. I eventually found it behind the arm rest in the back seat. Team Hyundai had ordered me a second key and I received it in just a couple of days. They also took care of some scratches I had found on the driver's door in just a few minutes in which I was expecting to have to wait a day or so. I have no problems recommending Team Hyundai, Jamie Pizzo or Robbie Anderson to anyone looking to buy a new car.

My fiance and I just had a baby and we were looking for an upgrade from our current car. I am very glad to find someone that listened to my needs and suggest a vehicle that suited me. I was afraid I would get a sales person that has dollar signs in their eyes when they saw me. Working with Jason helped make purchasing a car an enjoyable experience for us. We were undecided about what vehicle we wanted to purchase and Jason took the time to talk with us and guide us toward a vehicle that met our needs. We were happy that on our first visit he allowed us time to walk around and check out many different vehicles without trying to push us into buying one that day. A few days later when we returned to purchase our new car he was helpful through the whole process. My only complaint is that the process takes so long, but I think that is probably the norm. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay for the vehicle and we were able to purchase it for that price without much hassle. The man who helped us in the finance department (forgot his name) was also very helpful. He was able to get us a great rate and was able to save us some money by helping us register the new vehicle in Florida. Overall everyone who helped us and that we spoke to at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.

I had been thinking about purchasing my first (ever) "NEW" vehicle for about six months. I started by looking on-line at various makes, models, comparing prices, fuel economy, safety features and (very important to me) appearance of the vehicle. I did so much looking and research I reached the point of over-load and could not make a decision.On December 27, 2011 I was at a (local) stop sign and a neighborhood aquaintance pulled behind me in a white 2012 Sonata Limited. I got out of my car, went back to her window and told her I really liked the looks of her car and asked how she liked it. She gave so many accolades I asked where she purchased it. She referred me to Brian Rhodes at Team Hyundai on Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, Maryland. She said everyone there was very nice and there were no hard-sell tactics. My husband and I went to the dealership the next day and met up with Brian. What a pleasant experience! After a few words regarding my hearts desire and expectations I was taking my first ever test-drive in a NEW car.On December 30, 2011 I became the proud owner of a white 2012 Sonata Limited. It is all I could ask for in a 4 cylinder vehicle and I am happy with my purchase. I love the design/appearance of this car. Strangers stop and tell me "nice car", friends tell me "that's a good looking car". (I've always driven (used) luxury, showy cars. I do not like "boring" cars). It truly was a delightful experience we had at Team Hyundai and Briah Rhodes changed my opinion and attitude toward Dealerships and Salespersons. I do not hesitate to refer anyone to Team Hyundai.

This was one of the best experiences that I have had in purchasing a vehicle. I first went online and did my homework on the Hyundai Sonata and put everything that I was looking for in a vehicle and within a days time Wayne Cook was calling me and talking to me about the great deals on Hyundai. He was quite courteous and seemed to listen to everything that I said that I wanted in a vehicle. He was friendly and very much intuned with everything that I was saying. He was honest and straightforward about everything. This was one of the easiest purchases that I have ever made. There was no hastle and everything was on the level. I did not get the experience that I normally get from dealers who just try to put me into something that I do not want. The vehicle was a great price and there were no hidden fees or anything. What I was promised, it was delivered to me. I would definately purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I hope my experience the next time would be as great as it was the first time.

It is my pleasure to write a positive review for Team Hyundai of Lexington Park, Md.The customer service could not have been a better experience, especially considering the circumstances they had to deal with. This vehicle was purchased for my mother who is 77 years old and had not bought a new car since 1984. In fact she hadn't purchased any vehicle since 1998 and that was from a relative so her first instinct of any car buying process is immediate stress.My mother has never owned any vehicle other than a Ford or GM product and buying an import was a very difficult decision for her. After I explained the reputation of a Hyundai product and showed her numerous reviews she was atleast willing to test drive one.AFter my mother walked into this Hyundai dealership and met Robbie Anderson, her salesman, everything else became very simple. Robbie made my mother feel very comfortable and definitely put her nerves at ease. I even requested my mother to let me take her to review other vehicles and she was sold not only on Robbie but the overall dealership.To make a long story shorter, Hyundai, Robbie, and the dealership made the complete buying process a great experience for a lady that plans on never having to buy another vehicle again (she keeps her vehicles until they are worthless and not running). With the fact that my mother averages about 9k miles a year and Hyundai's 10 year 100k warranty, i expect this vehicle to take her into her late 80's early 90s.Great job Hyundai, and thank you Robbie and Team Hyundai.

I'm very pleased with my experience. Working with both Jamie Pizzo, and John in the Financial Dept made all the difference for me in purchasing my Veracruz from this dealership. I misunderstood some information on the Hyundai website about the financing charges. Jamie and John worked to help me understand what all of the financing costs would be. After I came in initially, Jamie followed up with a phone call to check to see if I had questions, which I did, and then she followed up with the information in an email. I really appreciated that, since I was having major second thoughts about buying at all. Jamie never hesitated in providing information in a clear and professional way.Jamie was very, very patient with my many, many questions and asked John to explain the financial information to me. John did a good job of going over the contract and making sure all of the costs matched so I had no concerns. I arrived and told Brian what I was interested in....I wanted to trade my 2007 Santa Fe for a "greener" vehicle but I didn't want to give up some of the nice features that I loved about the Santa Fe--heated seats, nice smooth ride, etc. I also gave him my financial limitations and what I wanted to pay monthly....He immediatley showed me the 2012 ELANTRA.....I took a test drive, I loved it, SOLD.
