Now I've been a 10 year customer, have got 5 cars In those 10 years along with sending several of my friends there ,where one of them just bought there 2nd car from them so with that being said, I've giving them plenty of business . I've ALWAYS bought the extended warrantys along with gap insurance bc we do live in a state where people don't need to have insurance unless there's a loan on it and bc of my luck not being so great in these past 3 years you just never know. I've financed cars since I was 18 years old, to say the least I know how car dealships work & all the rules & guidelines but unfortunately 3 years ago I lost my job of 11 years and until recently didn't have good luck finding a GOOD job. So with that being said I financed a 2013 Nissan Rogue a lil before I found out about my job . My b/f of 15 years, which we have a 4 year old together as well, also got hit with the news about his job bc he works for a company that specifically merchandises Stop&Shop which that's where I was employed, fortunately he was able to keep his job and get the closest route to New Hampshire but still a long commute with that comes with ALOT of miles. Put it this way it's a 3 year old truck and has 131,000 miles on it but we had to do what we had to do We have never kept a vechile even close to 100,000 thousands but bc of. My job situation they wouldn't even touch me bc some things had to be put on hold which made me credit not as good as it was. And the new model rogue just came out so with the miles & the new model coming out it decreased our rogue a lot put it this way I owe 20,000 and it being worth 10,000 at the most . I'm completely flip floped at the moment so I have no choice and to ride it out for another year . We have always had our vechiles serviced at the dealership and have kept up on everything that needed to be done. Well first it was the air compressor, which is needed to have ac or heat, that costed$ 600.00, then the transmission, which would be $4000.00 which we did not have. We found out on Nissans bulletin that many customers with rogues between 2008-2013 were experiencing the same thing with there transmissions. No recalls though. Strange a 3 year truck with 131,000 miles & the transmission just goes... just didn't seem right but with there extended warranty only going to 100,000 we were clearly out of warranty. I had no choice to contact consumer affairs bc not only did we not have the money , we needed the vechiles for our jobs. They opened a case and got back to us within a couple days and for buying the extended warranty & being such a valuable customer, they paid for parts and we were expected to pay labor. Labor at dealerships are expensive anyways so our cost was 1050.00. Now that was the initial price I was told by roger who was our advisor.Which was still money that we didn't have. I had a 10% of service coupon with gave me additional 100.00 off . Which brought it down to 950.00 which still we didn't have. Being undecided & upset& fraustred Allan the service manager approached me with his concerns on what I was going to do. Explaining to him my past 3 years he said he could get it down to 900 but that's the very best he could do. Nissan has a one to One rewards in there service department and every dollar you spend is a percentage of the total which earns you money u can use on future services. Well knowing that we just spent 600.00 back in July we had just about 80.00 but bc you can only use 25.00 at a time which is completely ridiculous bc that's your money you have earned by doing service at there place , but it got the total to 875.00 which Alan & roger were both there when I said I was stepping out to cal my b/f bc he was the one paying for it so I could get the ok to fix transmission at the 875.00. Which yes it's better then 4000.00 but still money we didn't have . so we verbally agreed on the 900.00 in shop and to use 25.00 at the cashier counter in rewards. So while they had the truck in there shop I remembered that when I went to open the hatchback with the transmitter ,then tried with the handle it wouldn't open. See my b/f is the one that drives the rogue so I just thought I didn't know how to open it so I called roger and asked him if he would take a look for me. See the previous service manager ,Dave, used to take very good care of his customers, I was assuming that roger understood the circumstances we were already in with the transmission, that we couldn't afford anything else at the moment that he would just see if it was something simple, not to get a phone call saying that in fact it wasn't you Shea and he had to use force to get in there and the latch was broken and won't stay shut and that is 400.00 additional. Wow I almost had a heart attack bc Idk common sense and good customer service would have been for him or whoever to stop when they noticed that it wasn't opening the way it was suppose to be and give me a call and say hey I think we might have to use force to get in there so why don't we hold off until u r ready . The price is roughly 400.00 so that conversation did get out of hand bc he told me that the trunk wouldn't stay shut so that when got our truck back it would be flapping in the air . I was extremely angry. I told him I wasn't paying for it , that he or someone would need to figure out a way to make it shut bc that was unexpectable . The next day roger called and left a voicemail saying that the latch was still not working properly but the trunk now stays shut and the truck was ready to be picked up. We had got a rental car from Nissan 1 day prior to consumer affairs give us a answer bc roger told us even if they pay anything the rental car was free. And free throughout the fixing of our transmission. But come to find out talking to Allan that 1 day we had the rental car we were suppose to pay for but I explained to Allan what roger had said and he said he would honor it bc he said it. Which was fair . I contacted roger on Thursday morning and he let me know that the truck was fixed and we needed to come with rental car or we would be charged a day for it . With no notice , & the estimated time frame Allan gave me he said the previous Saturday so I told them if possible Tuesday bc that was my day off and I don't have set times when I'm out of work. I'm done when I finish my stores we did in fact make it to service department before they closed lucky bc roger started to over my bill . Where now he was saying it was 975.00 and I stopped him right there and said Allan agreed to 900.00 and I would use my one to one rewards for the 25.00 and that was the 875.00. Allan wasn't there so I asked roger to call him please since he was the one who said it the first time and then after calling over roger and going over it with him. Now all of a sudden he doesn't remember Allan or all of us talking about it . I was getting super mad, with my b/f & daughter there I was trying to keep calm until after he got off the phone he told me that Allan said he never said that . He said he would take a additional 25.00 off but that was it Seriously I've had enough. After all of talked about it for a good 15 mins that day while Allan was trying to fix my one to one points bc someone had spelled my name wrong and I had 2 different Accounts which I only had 1. I mean seriously who images all of this and I sure as xxxx wouldn't spend my entire night writing this . This or any of these experiences haven't EVER happened to me when Dave was there and I was explained things too and I was told I would be charged if I was I mean is everyone just out to make money these days. Nobody cares about the customers it's literally let's see how much I can get out of someone and honestly I'm truly reconsidering going elsewhere when the time comes to get a new car bc Honestly knowing that I have to deal with this every time I need something done to my vechile, bc when u have a warranty with a new car u go to the dealership like we ALWAYS have so that it doesn't void your warranty but it's not worth it to me . To literally think about everything in detail before I have to talk to these guys so that I'm he long run I'm not screwing myself. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed, angry, and was a loyal & dedicated customer and hearing roger keep saying well we didn't charge u to look at the trunk and the work we did . Really?!?? If u were charging me it should of been stating when I ask u to take a look not use force to get in and now I have to replace a 400 latch . I don't think so. That's not how this works works or at least it shouldn't be. And to make matters worst EVERY vechile that comes through service gets a free wash & vacuum, I just dropped a 1000.00 and I couldn't even get that ..... so needless to say I was lied too and paid 75.00 more then I was expecting

I was there to purchase a used truck but it wasn't ready when I got there and the picture they had on their site didn't represent the true condition. Decided to go new but they didn't have the color I wanted. In the meantime I found one the exact color and everything at a lower price. I then told the dealership what I had found and the salesman said " Oh they won't sell it to you for that price! It's a trick to get you there and then tell you you don't qualify for those discounts". Well guess what the other dealership sold it to me for the low price in the add. I will not be back to Team Nissan. They are still holding my deposit as some sort of ransome....even though I was told it was a fully refundable deposit. I have emailed them 3 different occasions no answer.

We brought our car in for what we were told was a minor vapor leak. While they were installing a gasget they broke the fuel pump. So we had to pay $ 734.00 for something they broke. Idiots. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. When they tell you it will be a 2.5 hour job and it turns into 2 days and the quote of 229.00!and you end up paying $734.00 to get your car back. The car had no issues when we brought it, just an idiot light that wouldn't go out. So I guess we are the idiots who went to teAm Nissan. Never never again. Allen was great at excuses.

Recently, my family took our son for his first new car. We visited several dealers who were happy to talk with me or my husband but, even after being prompted, would not talk to our son (age 21). This was our son's purchase - not ours - we were simply there for moral support. Justin Shockley was the only salesguy to speak directly with our son and was amenable to negotiating what we all believe was a fair price. Justin treated the entire family with dignity, respect and, best of all, humor. This is our third new car purchase at Team Nissan and we could not be more pleased. We stopped in late on a week night. Looked around outside at the cars, with no dealers around outside we went in and found Zack Josephs and asked him to test drive a Rogue. He got right to it, finding exactly what I wanted. He was professional and extremely polite. When we returned a few days later, he had everything ready to go upon arrival. He even signed paperwork in the children's playroom because our kids were with us! I would absolutely go back and recommend Zack to anyone.

How lucky are we? We found Team Nissan's Zach Josephs and Justin Shockley in the nick of time! Just made a terrific lease deal and are happy with both the beautiful 2016 Rogue and the professional way they treated us. We were in the process of turning in a lease made with our current dealer in response to all their "come-ons". As this would've been our 3rd lease with them, we were hoping they'd work to stay within our budget and meet us part way as we'd gone well over the mileage, however we left disappointed and feeling no benefit from the 6 year relationship. The next day we saw the mailer from Team Nissan showing their special offers, and decided to call to be sure we'd read it correctly. My husband spoke to Zach Josephs who encouraged us to come in to discuss the offers. Zack and Justin Shockley really listened to us, and worked diligently and with transparency to get us to a deal we could afford. They worked closely with Sales Manager Rob and Finance Manager Jacob Clark, all four of them staying well after closing time to make it happen. We drove away in our new Rogue the same night and couldn't be happier! Team Nissan provides great customer service, with the added benefit that Zack and Justin are knowledgeable AND entertaining! We went to Team Nissan yesterday to inquire and possibly test drive a Murano and a Rogue. We are just inquiring and specifically we are not buying yet. Agent Roger Burke said assured us that they will not do a hard inquiry. But guess what? We learned they did. How can you even trust buying and dealing with them if there was deception outright just on the inquiry phase?

I live in Nashua NH. Peter's Nissan of Nashua is right around the corner from where I live and initially i went to Peter's for the convenience in location of the dealership. Peter's gave me their "best price possible" and I felt they were not being honest. I compared that offer to Team Nissan and they blew Peter's offer out of the water. The price they offered me was over $20 less a month than Peter's. I called Peter's back with the offer Team Nissan offered me and they all of a sudden could match that price. Out of principle I went to Team Nissan as they gave me the best price the first time and they weren't playing games like Peter's was. Once i arrived i was greeted by Nick Croteau and his Sales Manager. They exceeded every expectation and i was in and out with a new Rogue in less than an hour. I recommend Team Nissan without reservation. Thanks again Team Nissan!!

Stopped in to get advice on how to change out a light bulb on my 2006 Altima (this is not as straightforward as you think) Expected to have to wait, etc. They told me to pull car into the shop, showed me how to change out the bulb (I already had the bulb, they didn't even get the sale!), and made sure it was done correctly. Turns out, wasn't even the bulb, was the wire that was corroded. They fixed that (cut off corroded piece and put new one on), got me on my way in about 15 minutes.They did NOT have to do that, but they did. Not sure other dealerships would do that. I appreciate them taking care of a minor problem that (as usual) was not as minor as I thought! This is excellent service. I would go back here, and would recommend you do too!

I went in for an oil change. Within 2 weeks my car was making a horrible sound. I checked the oil level and I had less than 1 quart of oil. I brought it to a mechanic and there was no leak to be found. Adddd more oil and the sound was gone. Checked again regularly and my oil levels were full. Someone drained my oil and didn't put any in. I hope they did the rest of the repairs they charged me for.

Beware Consumers- Team Nissan Used Car Sales Team are the worst in running this department. They post a vehicle on their website and I go in and speak with Jeremy and Steve in finance to make the purchase (still posted - BEWARE - 2005 Montero). I leave a deposit and agree on paying the MSRP of the vehicle even though it has over 100,000 miles and they would bring it in to get it serviced and inspected. Jeremy calls me two days later and informs me that the vehicle will need more than $5,000.00 to get it inspected and they were not going to cover the costs and that they would prefer to send it out to auction (according to them). Worst part is they should have checked the vehicle prior to getting the customer in to see the vehicle then run my credit and now if I want to go to another dealer my credit points goes down since they were not able to fulfill their end of the bargain and for being negligent. Will not recommend Team Nissan to anyone. If the customer is so important they would not show a vehicle that has not been checked and run a credit if the deal is not going to go through because of their incompetence.

I took my 2011 Rogue in for the "free" state inspection. After 45 minutes, the service adviser came out and informed me that my vehicle failed because the RF tire had excess wear on the outside edge. Here's the first problem. Per State of NH Inspection guidelines, the tire is suppose to be measured at the center or center two ribs. The edges can be worn down but it is still inspectable, although not safe. Problem number two. The service advisor told me that with AWD vehicles, the tread wear shouldn't vary that much tire to tire. She proceeded to show me an estimate for replacing the two front tires. I thought she said that all four should be close, as far as tread wear. Huh?? Problem number three. I left the dealer and headed home. When I got home I looked at the inspection report. Reason for failure: dry rot and cracks. HUH?? Today I took the vehicle to my regular guy. I didn't tell him that it had failed. He put it up on the lift, did his mechanical inspection, including check the tires. He took it off the lift and plug the vehicle in the OBDII reader. That's when he asked me," this vehicle failed because of a dry rot tire?" He grabbed a flash light and thoroughly inspected the RF tire. Amazingly enough, the tire must have repaired itself in three days. His words. So, he gave me a number to call in order to report Team Nissan. I'm told the state doesn't like inspection stations that reject a passable vehicle any more than ones that pass a vehicle that failed. Today is the opening of Team Nissan season in NH. PS: I've gone as far as to take pictures of all four tires, just in case.

They wanted to charge me $43.00 and change to put a plug in my tire..I asked why so much and Roger(tech) stated that they had to break it down and patch it plus plug it..I have locking wheel nuts,so I know this was a lie.Never asked for the wheel lock..Also said they had to reboot the computer after adding air..I wasn't born yesterday.All I have to do is drive it down the road and and it corrects itself..( I had been adding air to the tire for a while,when dash informed me of a low tire pressure...He then stated that he could give me a discount.Do the tech's make a commission on the total bill charged ????I have had nothing but problems with TEAM NISSAN..They did honer a free oil and filter and Inspection,but the car was washed,not vacuumed under the floor mats,which they advertise that they do....Nothing good to say about TEAM Nissan,and this is my 4th Maxima that I have purchased from them(AND THE LAST CAR I WOULD BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Purchased a used Nissan rogue, had a smoke smell to it, the sales guy assured me the smell would be eliminated by a bomb they used, smell did not go away, had to take it to a detail place and spend more money so they could take care of it, now the smell is gone after bombing it another 3 times, and 120 later. I went into Team Nissan this morning for a state inspection and service on my wife's Nissan Rogue. While I was there I decided to take a look at 2013 Chevy Silverado. I loved the truck and I wanted it very much but I was advised by Sharon and the finance team that it was not in my best interest right now due to the negative equity in my current car. I greatly appreciate the honesty from the Team Nissan team considering most dealership just try to shove you into a vehicle. I will be returning to Team Nissan once I pay my current car down a bit more. Thank you Sharon and the Team Nissan team.

Team Nissan is one of the most successful female-led businesses in New Hampshire. That's why it came as such a shock to me when I was discriminated against there. I'm a 5'0" mousey Asian female. I don't always know the technical names for things. That does not mean I don't know about cars.When my belt had to be tightened for the second time in a few weeks, i thought nothing of it because I trusted this place. They also installed new tires for me. Within a week, one of my tires was flat. I called and explained the situation and was immediately shut down. "I guarantee we did not sell you a flat tire." When I said that I should not have to pay for the same thing twice, I was told, flat-out, "That's not gonna happen." Several times during the call, the technician actually interrupted me in the middle of my sentence. I am ashamed to say, I had to raise my voice to let him know that this would not be tolerated.So I was completely right. My tires were going because they did a poor job of installing them the first time. I got no apology. I was patronized all the way out the door. The technician seemed to believe that he had me over a barrel and that I was completely dependent on them. This is not true. There are plenty of options to choose from. Next time I will not choose them.

I have owned 1/2 dozen nissans, and I love my murano. At a routine (complimentary ) oil change I was told by Drew that my car needed about $1800 worth of work. Before I could even think he was simply trying to up sell me he told me it was ALL covered by my extended warranty. There was 1 part that could have possibly been deemed wear and tear, that I could have had to pay for, possibly about $300. I never was charged a dime because he went to bat for me and saw my situation through. Be SURE To Talk to Drew in the service department at Team Nissan in Manchester.

He asked me questions to lead me to the vehicle that would fit my needs. There was no pressure in the attempt to sell me the vehicle. He wanted to make certain that I was fully satisfied with the vehicle. Mr. Jacob Clark was the financial director that I spoke to. He was very efficient in setting up my loan. He did explain all of the details of the loan. He also gave me a very good definition of all the options that were available, which made my selection of them very easy. I recently had an issues with this dealership as the sale guy Dave literally lied to my face regarding the value of my trade stating that the vehicle was going to auction and that they WOULD NOT sell this vehicle on their lot. To my surprise, the following week it was on the Team Nissan lot for more than double what they paid. I called to the sales person to inform him that I was not happy with their deceptive business practices and how he lied through his teeth to get this sale. He told me that he would have Ralph Fast the sales manager give me a call to try to make this right. I received a call from Ralph Fast and I have to say that this guy is the most rude and arrogant person that I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of car shopping and purchases. They should have saved the phone call as he turned me from dissatisfied to absolutely furious by the things that he was saying to me. Run dont walk away from this dealership and their deceptive business practices.

It is because of Joseph that I returned to this dealership after dealing with a different salesman at the same location. Joseph's service was so exceptional, it wouldn't be fair to rate my overall experience at this dealership and have it include the other salesman. (look for a later review.) I reached out to Joseph based on a friends recommendation. I often think of going to dealerships like going to the dentist. Not on my list of happy things. Joseph allowed me to leave the dealership and feel like a fair and appropriate business transition occurred. Joseph was very approachable and easy to work with. Through the transaction and follow up service, he provided me his personal cell number and was very responsive to any questions. If you go to this dealership, I would recommend Joseph specifically, he understands exceptionally customer service. He is the reason I ended up at this dealership and not another local Nissan Dealership.

Shawn Cochrane was the first person I met when I entered the dealership and I worked with Shawn for about two weeks. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My boyfriend and I were told that we would hear back from our salesman, Nick, within 6 days "at the latest". After not hearing from Nick after day 7, a text message was left on his cell phone (which he gave us), as well as a phone call to the same cell, AND to his voice mail at the dealership. These texts/phonecalls continued for 2 1/2 weeks AFTER our original purchase date. Nick never got back to us, forcing us to spend our time driving to the dealership, requesting to speak to Nick in person, only to hear that our purchase did not go through. We were also told that the reason we were not contacted was because he "lost our number". Funny how our phone number was listed on the purchase paperwork that both the dealership and we had a copy of. Dishonest and untrustworthy. A phonecall explaining the failed financing could have and should have been made the day AFTER our purchase, NOT 2 1/2 weeks afterwards, and DEFINITELY should not have involved us customers chasing down the information. Epic fail, Team Nissan!

We went in with specific requirement the first guy's cell phone rang in the middle of talking to him and he said hold on I have to take this talk to this guy. The second guy kept trying to push us into anything but what we wanted then proceeded to very loudly tell us we dont need to be there and accusing us of telling him how to do his job when all we wanted was for him to assume our trade in was worth $1000 dollars because thats what it was at 6 other dealers that day and show us cars in our price range and mileage requirements. No instead he yelled at us and insulted our intellegence. When I do buy my car frome someone else ill drive by and show you the commission you lost jerk!

After reading all of the positive reviews for Nissan Manchester on this website, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at their service center. It was not my first choice, but the local dealer I was working with called Nissan, who assured them that they would fit me in right away with no problem. However, when I arrived it was frequently made clear to me that they were busy and I was an inconvenience. I paid $130 for a diagnostic fee, and they were still unable to clearly state what was wrong with the vehicle and I felt they were being purposefully evasive. I patiently waited for 5 hours until they finally found the time to look at my vehicle, but when I asked for a printout of the diagnostic report, they just kept trying to tell me that it wouldn't be useful for me, and "its 6:15 and we closed at 6:00 ya know.." I finally just left. The entire experience left me feeling very uneasy. My wife and I have always purchased Nissans, and have never had anything but exceptional customer service. Today however was extremely disappointing and I will not be going back to this location, or recommending it to anyone else.

I went in to purchase a newer model of 4wd or AWD SUV for my wife. They greeted me with respect and talked a good game until it got down to the financing. I told my salesperson Sarah what payment I could afford (250-300) and what I was looking for. She is new, so another salesman was assisting her. She went to the manager and came back and said we can get you into a good car today for your price range with about $1500 cash down, so we looked at and drove a 2010 Hyundai Santafe that was supposed to be AWD. We drove it and loved it, that's when the nightmare began. They came back with a payment that was almost twice what I told them I could afford and offered me 1/4 of the Kelley Blue Book Value. I explained to them again my budget and then they said what do you need for your trade in? I told them $2000 and I would put $2000 cash down as well, with some back and forth with the manager they gave me what I wanted. As we were talking the finance guy came back an said when he was putting it in the bank system it auto generated the Vin# and it was not an AWD, so we had to start over. We were then directed to a 2009 Nissan Rogue for $4000 more than the Santafe and I was told I had to put $1000 more down. When I spoke with the new sleazy finance guy again my payments were not what they said it was going to be. He instructed me that I had to purchase an extended warranty to get my finance rate lowered. Then he proceeded to change the price from $2000 (what they were giving me for my trade in) to $2200 and I said why? he gave me a line that it would lower my interest rate. So I said I want $2300 for my trade and he of course had to go check with a manager and they approved it if I gave them another $1000 down. So now it was $3000 down and $2300 for my trade and again the extended warranty price went up to $2400, so now if you read between the lines, I am paying them $100 to take my SUV. I asked the guy why and he said it was the cost of doing business. I said no deal and left, he then followed me out to my car and proceeded to ask me why I was walking away when he did all this hard work for me. I asked him why I had to purchase the extended warranty and was told " That's the only way you are going to get the interest rate you want because of your credit score" I said if you remove the extended warranty, I will purchase the car. He then informed me if he did remove it the interest rate will go up by 5% and it would cost me another $4500 in interest over the 72 month loan. He said that's how the dealership makes money and he makes money by selling the extended warranty. Then he said it was best if I just went to a buy here pay here because that's all I could afford.

I have sold cars and purchased cars in the past from other dealerships (never Nissan), therefore, I know the business fairly well. I have never experienced such a knowledgeable, laid-back, committed group of sales people as I have at Team Nissan, Manchester. My credit is not good, yet Tom was able to get me financing. I say enough good things about Mike and Nick as salespeople. They were fantastic to work with! I will definitely recommend this dealership

I was disappointed with my experience at Team Nissan when attempting to buy a used 2013 Altima. They were unwilling to negotiate at all on price, resorting to the pity tactic as an explanation saying "we have to make some money on the purchase". This was clearly inaccurate in that I eventually bought elsewhere with a much better deal. Furthermore, they printed out other similar automobilies in the area for sale to show that their price was equivalent to these; although these other dealerships we actually willing to negotiate. The back-and-forth discussions left me and my wife waiting for long periods of time and when the manager, Rob Miller, eventually became involved, things went further downhill. His condescending tone and arrogant attitude left an unpleasant taste in my mouth causing my immediate departure from the dealership. I regretfully would not recommend this dealership to others.

Bob Petro Day I arrived he looked very busy on phone, consulting with staff. Upon coming to his office his friendly way quickly showed thur, he agree to my concerns on new Nissan just bought from team Nissan.AS I waited for itmes to be addressed on car, he checked in with 4 different times, checking on repairs this is all within 1 hour. I noticed he also checked in with others customers in same great way.Next time I buy new car again I will be back to your dealership, great experience to buy from you all every staff member treated people polite professional manner. This is 7th new car bought last 30 and service had team Nissan was like going back to early 80s when service was there for customers. Thank you for adding service back to car buying experience.

Finally found the exact car I have been looking for according to the listing. A polar white automatic Saab with the sunroof and options I wanted. It was a 2005 so it was a little old, but if it was in good shape as indicated, I wouldn't have minded. I called on three separate occasions to discuss trading in my Jeep Wrangler. My Jeep is mint, but a right hand drive that I recently inherited. Many others for sale with comparable mileage and year getting 11K plus. This Saab was listed for $7500. I would have forgone the thousands because the Jeep was free to me and the Saab was what I really wanted. Plus I wouldn't have to deal with Craigslist creeps coming to my home and the general hassle.We had to drive 2 hours to bring the Jeep and take a look at the Saab. The Saab not only hadn't been cleaned yet...it hadn't even been inspected yet! They had no clue as to what it would potentially need. Dave even indicated that it would be an additional $900 to have it all checked out and brought up to standards. Therefore I couldn't even drive it on the open road to see if it shifted property etc. To top it all off the listing wasn't even correct....it was a stick NOT an automatic. Of course, they still have this listed incorrectly on the web site. They could have made an easy few grand at minimum off of my Jeep had they been what they advertised. Of course all they wanted to do was sell me a new Nissan which I had blatantly stated over the phone that my only interest was in the Saab. What a joke Team Nissan is. This was the first dealership I had called so it is your loss Team Nissan!

I went in looking for a new Nissan Pathfinder and the experience was what I would have expected. We talked about the car discussed what options we were looking for. While we were sitting down there was an older couple sitting at the desk next to us in a very heated conversation with there sales person. They were very upset and saying the dealer was pulling a bate and switch on them claiming the car had all these add on that werent listed and that the dealer now wanted them to pay for them all.We let and went on a test drive. When we returned to discuss numbers we were told our trade wasn't very desirable and a similar one had sold at auction for much less than we expected. They wouldn't provide any details about the similar SUV that had been sold at auction but knowing that Audi had already called us looking to buy our car back for thousands more than they were offering I wasnt buying it. I was told they would give me the price quoted by TrueCar.com which was thousands more than TrueCar is saying others are paying. So why would I want that price? They then proceeded to create a worksheet that had all sorts of extras that I now needed to pay for. They had wheel locks, car care protectant, and nitrogen filled tires that they now want me to pay for. The vehicle I test drove didn't have wheel locks, I couldn't see this car care protectant film they were talking about even though its install on my trade and I know what it looks like and they offered no way to verify that the tires were filled with nitrogen. This left me with an increadably undesirable taste in my mouth and now I could see why the older couple next to us was so upset. I promptly got up and left discusted and how they were running there business!

After having had a not so great experience at a dealership I decided to go to Team Nissan. The salesperson who assisted me was Mike. He was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. After test driving a couple of cars I had a better idea of what I was looking for and with one last request for what I wanted in a car I was shown what ended up being the perfect car for me. A manager named Rob also assisted in the process and he was just as great as Mike was. The fact that it was late at night and raining didn't affect their customer service one bit. I went back to sign the paperwork the next day and everything was all set and ready to go. Jacob made the paperwork process very easy and made sure I left with all of my questions answered. This was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I will absolutely return next time I need a car. Thanks Team Nissan!

I went in to buy a new Altima and they did not have the color or model I wanted with the features I wanted.. They told me one would be in next week so we worked out a deal sight unseen. When the car arrived I picked it up and drove it home. Come to find out when I reviewed the window sticker, they charged me $1900 more than what the sticker. I immediately called them and they started saying stuff like that was I dealer mark-up or that they did stuff to the car. They never told me that there was a dealer mark-up on the vehicle. The only thing they did was add wheel locks. I started complaining and demanding things like splash guards, a pin stripe and an enhanced warranty to make up for the difference in the quoted price. I was given the splash guards and the pin stripe. Took me two trips to the service department for that. Well it has been almost a month now since my purchase and all I get is lip service. I have not received any documentation to support their promises and they keep saying you should be getting something in the mail. Manchester is only 15 miles from where I live. I could have walked there a few times by now. I am totally convinced that they are not holding up their promise to me for the warranty. I received a call from a Nissan person who asked me about my purchase experience and I explained all of this to him. He contacted Team Nissan and behold I got a call the next day asking if I had received anything in the mail. It been over a week and I still have not received a thing. Got a call last night asking the same question and I am still waiting. This action by the dealership seems to be just "jerking" me around. I have owned Nissan products for my past few vehicles and I am totally disappointed with the way I am being treated at this dealership. I used another Nissan dealer in my previous sales and I am sorry I did not go back to them. I thought Team Nissan had a pretty good rating if you read the reviews, but my experienced has been dreadful. I will not let this go. I am giving them a few more days and they I am going to customer relations at Nissan USA. Well this dealer rater website really works. I got a call the next day after submitting this review and was e-mailed a copy of my extended warranty that I was promised. They were very concerned that I was not happy and their quick response after being "prodded" was refreshing. I feel now that I am taken care of, but sorry that I had to make these waves. I'm sure they would have been cooperative if they new I was going to be vocal. They asked me to call them if I have any service issues and if I needed anything from Team Nissan.

After emailing several dealerships about cars on their web site and never getting a response, I emailed Team Nissan and within 10 minutes I recieved a call from Cheryl Dionne. I explained to Cheryl that I lived out of state and it would be about a 2 hour drive and thru the course of the week Cheryl got me answers on how things could be handled so I wouldn't have to make two trips. Cheryl was just as pleasant in person as she had been on the phone and we were able to get the deal done quickly. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Cheryl Dionne.

Here is my story, to help you know how they operate and how you, the "Car Buyer" can save a piece of mind if you go there to buy a car. As you can see I gave a positive review over-all, thanks to Nick, a sales person and Kevin, one of the managers who I had a pleasure of meeting the first night I was looking for a car. On Monday, my daughter and I stopped by Nissan to check out a nice Nissan Sentra that she liked but it wasn't her first choice of a vehicle. Just to say I have never bought anything from Nissan, but I was hoping for a positive experience. We where approached by Nick, a young sales person. He was very nice, with a big smile on his face, and not at all pushy and irritating as some others car salesmen ( you know what I am talking about), and to my surprise he was very knowledgeable about Sentra. Test drive went very good so I asked him to sit down and crunch some numbers. We told him how much she could afford for a payment as a recent college graduate in need of a better car to commute to her new job. So he comes up with some numbers, we weren't especially impressed, but were not disappointed either. We thanked him and were getting ready to leave and check on a Mazda 3 we saw at Ira Toyota . However, Nick insisted that we see Kevin, the sales manger, so we went to his office. Kevin vas very polite, gave as another offer (much better then first one) trying to keep his potential customers from walking out. My daughter still insisted on checking out that Mazda 3, so we thanked them and left with a very good offer from Kevin and an even better experience. We checked out Mazda, but it was too much money for my daughter's budget. Nisan was already closed for the night, so we returned there the next day (last night). Unfortunately neither Nick nor Kevin were there so we explained everything to Brian who tried to recover the previous night's information, but for some reason he couldn't. Supposedly it wasn't there. Hmm...I was intrigued how come there was no information at all, but hey it happens! So I was ready to leave and come tomorrow when Kevin was scheduled to be there, but Brian called Robert (manager) and we explained to him about the deal that was offered to us the night before. He denied any possibility of such deal, calling it "mathematically impossible". He also explained to me that Kevin was a new team member and he must have made a mistake. In other words, Kevin didn't know what he was doing, but Robert was willing to work with us and get us a good deal. So we negotiated for a while about the price and the interest rate and at the end from the original offer of $215 per month, we settled for $224 per month. All along, he spoke of Nissan's reliability & warranty for certified cars of 7 years or 100K . He never mentioned a hidden $50 service fee. Later when I asked him about the warranty, he said:" I don't know about warranty"! Excuse me? Who does ?? Still we proceeded with paperwork with Jason, who did a good job explaining everything as best as he could. At the end, I noticed that the final payment to my surprise has changed from $224 to $224.84, so I demanded an explanation. Jason called Robert, who said: " I don't know how these cents showed up but you just can't get rid of them ". What?? He was caught adding an additional $.84 per month to the final deal. I insisted on $224.00, but he said I was wrong. I really don't know what kept me from leaving, maybe my daughter who was exhausted by this experience. So instead of closing the deal like champions, Team Nissan was caught fixing numbers without telling the customer. It is only 84 cents, but it is my money! So, instead of giving you an excellent review I rate you average with some very good guys. And by the way Robert, I think Kevin knows what he is talking about!!

This is by far the WORST service center in New Hampshire. The so called service manager obvisously learned his customer service skills at Moron University. My wife was just in there for a new battery and battery cable, everything else on the car worked flawlessly prior to this appt. Upon picking the vehicle up the rear door locks did not operate at all. When she brought the vehicle back (less than an hour later), they demanded a diagnostic fee of $130!! The car just pulled out of the bay and you want to charge $130 to open the hood again and decide what to fix that you clearly broke! Needless to say the manager spoke to my wife like she was a moron and refused to help her. If possible, avoid this place at all costs if you value your money and like to be spoken to with respect!

I came in to look for a replacement for my 2007 Nissan Altima that had 215000 miles on it. I was referred to Cheryl Dioone as my sales person. Cheryl was great! She immediately made me feel comfortable, and even though she was new to the dealership was very knowledgable. Working with Jacob I was able to get an excellent finance rate and reduce my payments from my previous vehicle. Cheryl spent a good amount of time helping me move my things from my old vehicle to the new Altima. And took the time to go over the blutooth phone connection and the iPod connection. Overall I was very impressed with the sales process and Cheryl and Jacob. Both have called to follow up and I couldn't be happier. I love my new Altima and I've had a very positive experience at Team Nissan. I would reccomend the dealership to others, and reccomend Cheryl as a sales person.

I just purchased my forth family car from Team Nissan today. The service of the sales team (specificially, Samantha) was amazing (specific to this deal)! She listened to all my needs and requirements for a vehicle. She made approperiate recommendations and was great to work with! She got all the paperwork prepared prior to my arrival and I left the dealership in under 1 hour owning the vehicle!!! I had the option of leaving with my car but I requested a few other items installed by the service team. She will be delivering my vehicle to me after they install my additional requests. The pricing at team is better than other dealerships and the service is WAY better. I highly recommend TEAM Nissan!I would also like to note that the service of all my deals over the years (2010-current) has been phemominal. The sales team always listens to all my needs and provides very competive pricing. The showroom is very clean and the hospitality is great! It is a no pressure enviroment!

We found a car that we loved. We were quoted a great price on it and just needed to take a test drive. They couldn't find the keys and we agreed to come back the next day. We came back, took the test drive, and were ready to purchase the car. They quoted us with a new price ($800 more) and they said that the price they gave us last night was a mistake. They refused to honor their verbal agreement. I find this practice to be unethical. They even wasted our time by having us come in the second day and test drive the car and then they hit us with a much higher price. We went to another dealership down the road and got almost the same exact car for the price we wanted. With so many dealerships in the area, this one is not worth your time.

I found a car that I liked and negotiated a nice price. I went to take it for a test drive and they couldn't find the key. After hanging out for a while I told them I would come back the next day. The next day I came back and took a test drive. I sat down to get started on the paper work and they jacked the price up. They said that our verbal agreement the previous day was a mistake and refused to honor it. I find this practice to be unethical and poor business. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I ended up getting a similar car down the street for the same price and no hassle.

From day one he helped me get into the exact truck with all the features I was looking for. This was my first new car buying experience and both he and jillian were a pleasure to work. I had an appointment this morning to have my front rotors replaced and an oil change. I was getting a vibration when I applied the break. I arrived at 10am and they took the car in shortly there after. At 10:30, I looked out in the service area and saw my car up on the lift with all four wheels on the floor and an oil drip tray underneath. At 11:00, I looked again and it was the same. At 11:30, I looked again and it was still the same. At 12:00, guess what? At around 12:10, the service advisor came out and told me I needed rotors and pads on all four wheels. Two hours the vehicle has been there and no one's worked on it. When I asked why It took two hours, I was told it was because he couldn't get anyone one over there two look at. It would be 2-3 hours more and $600 to fix it. At this point, I have gone over the edge. Why take an appointment when you don't have the staff to do the work. If this was a one time thing, I would understand, things happen. This has happened before. The good thing was, the salesman that sold me the car came over when I was having a heated discussion with the advisor and saw all of it. I told the advisor to put everything back together, I was taking it somewhere else to have it repaired. After all of that, the advisor shows me the Multi-Point Inspection Report and tells what I'll need at 60,000 miles. Do you honestly believe I'm going to bring it back there? Are you mental? When I got home I looked at the report again and noticed the section under brakes, had check marks in the column under "May Need Future Attention". Why are you telling me I need pads if that's the case?I've purchased 8 Nissan vehicles since 1995. I will probably buy more but never, ever again at Team Nissan. It's too bad because I really liked one of the sales guys there but the biggest part is service after the sale.

I was given accurate information, a far price for my trade-in and an accurate quote for the lease payment all with excellent customer service. After two weeks of given the run around, told grossly false statements, and lied to OVER and OVER again I nearly gave up my search. Who cares if my 3 children and their car seat barely fit in my backseat? What does their comfort matter? I nearly gave up all hope, and then I went to truecar.com. I got an email from Jillian Hansen who was honest, helpful and best of all not pushy. Her approach allowed my to evaluate the numbers I was given and if they were fair instead of making me "hurry up and make a decision". She was communicate and we did almost all of our correspondence via email. I preferred this so I could go back and look at all the previous conversations without having to reply on my memory and engage in a game of "he said she said". The business manager responsible for my sale Tim Randlett actually CAME OUT OF HIS OFFICE to talk to me about my trade instead of going back and forth with Jillian. It was like the Wizard of Oz revealed himself from the curtain! Although Manchester is approximately an hour from my home I feel the distance is worth it. Nissan Somersworth, Portsmouth and Portland are all the opposite of everything I write above. When buying a car, start at Team Nissan first and hopefully you will not have to go any further.

Once I walked into Team Nissan on a Sunday night (when they were about to close for the day) and met Aaron Gibson, I did not want to buy a car from anyone else!! Aaron was friendly, low-key, knowledgeable, and accommodating without any sign of being phony or out to make a quick buck. And there was at least one other super nice associate I encountered during this process! My intention was to purchase a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue, but ultimately, I leased a brand new purple Rogue (I didn't want a normal color, and they got me exactly what I wanted from another location!). While I wasn't happy with the amount I got for my trade, and I probably could have gotten a better price, that's kind of on me for not fighting for it. I was very impressed with how Aaron spent FIVE+ HOURS with me on this deal and invested a lot of time into going back & forth with finance to get me exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. When I took delivery, the finance guy was efficient & didn't waste my time with the paperwork, but still managed to explain everything thoroughly. I would absolutely shop here again, and have already recommended this dealership to other people!

Went today to get a new pick up, was greeted by Ron, who was very friendly and courteous. They were quick to find the truck that we wanted. Ron was very helpful with going over each aspect of the truck and letting us know what we going to get with the truck we had pick. He was very knowledgeable and seemed very comfortable with working with our numbers. Between Rob and Ron, they were able to get us the exact price we wanted, when other dealerships just about laughed at us when we told them what we wanted. We got EXACTLY what we wanted! No questions asked! It was a breath of fresh air to finally get someone that wanted to help us and they did not make us feel like we were asking for miracles. I give Team Nissan of Manchester all fives! I have been searching for a vehicle for a few months and looked at many different manufacturers and pretty much everyone I worked with were pleasant. But when we visited Team Nissan that was it, the people there were fantastic. When we arrived at the dealership they were not on us like vultures. We had some time to look then Jenna Whittier gave us a very pleasant greeting once she reconized that we were ready, she allowed my wife and I to take our time and look over the inventor and drive the cars we wanted and once we were ready she reviewed pricing information with us. With the help of her Sales Manager, Eric Campbell, they didn't play the typically car sales game of back and forth, they made it extremely simple and comfortable. They were very fair when it came to my trade. The entire process was very relaxing and that is saying alot when it comes to buying a vehicle. I would like to thank Eric Campbell for the outstanding job and for not playing the typical sales game, just an extremely pleasant individual to deal with. I purchased a new car from Dave Miville and the experience was smooth and easy. We agreed on a price (via TrueCar) and arranged a test drive later that week. Dave met me at the dealership and we went for a ride and he left me to inspect the car and make a decision. No high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. We signed the papers and everything was well organized and went quickly. I met with Jacob (finance) and finished off the paperwork. Dave arranged to deliver the car to my house as we could not use temporary tags due to MA laws and I would have needed to make at least one more trip to the shop (1 hour away). The price was better than any other MA dealer and the service great. This is a busy dealership so verify inventory before making the trip up there - they turn over 200 cars per month. One of the trucks I wanted to examine was sold the day before.

Matt Bloomquist was an excellent sales person, I don't usually get along with such people but this kid was there to make my experience a good one, good natured and worked as hard as he had to to convince me this was the truck for me. Fun to work with, polite, outgoing, and wanting to succeed in his career, unlike some who just stood around hiding off to the side.This young man deserves respect and a pat on the back, we would buy again as long as we could deal with Matt. My wife couldn't believe how well I was getting along with this young man but she was thankful because I can be a bear with this kind of stuff. Good kid, hope you keep him.

This dealer came recommended to us by our daughter who had recently purchased a new Nissan Sentra from Team Nissan. On our first visit, when we were just starting to shop around, we were greeted by a friendly sales person that answered our general questions. About a week later we went back and requested to test drive the 2011 Nissan Murano. Mike was helpful and provided us with more info without being pushy. A few days later we returned to discuss a deal with him. He informed us that we could save some money by upgrading the Murano S rather than buying the Murano SV that had a few options that we really weren't interested in. A good, fair deal was struck and we purchased the car. We would have no qualms in recommending the dealership and Mike to our friends and relatives.

I bought a great GMC at the dealer and they had already discounted the vehicle, so there wasn't any wiggle room in the price, and I thought the offers for my trade-ins was low (yes they took two cars in on trade), but I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and the payments fit nicely. They even found me better terms financing than my credit union offered. Overall not an unpleasant experience, and I've had some miserable ones...

I would like to start out by saying that I had a terrific experience at Team Nissan in Manchester NH. After doing research for weeks on new vehicles I decided that I wanted a Nissan, but was not sure which model I wanted. I was a little hesitant to begin with when walking into the dealership, as this would be the first new vehicle ever purchased. Let face it; cars salesmen don always have the best reputation. However, to my surprise I was treated like a respectable person, and not just a dollar sign. Mike made me feel at ease, extremely comfortable and confident. After talking with Mike for a little while we decided on a perfect car for me that met all my needs. The whole Team at Nissan made it a wonderful buying experience. Managers Ralph and Jacob also made it a welcoming environment. My son, a mechanic with his own business, has taken every person who needed a new car to Team Nissan over the past year. When my son took me there, I was reluctant. I wanted a newer car - but could not afford a brand new one. Felt I could shop around. Within a short period of time between my son and Garrett Gregoire I was pleasantly surprised to find that what I was planning on spending on a car could put me into the driver's seat of a brand new vehicle. I always liked larger size cars. However, I fell in love with my Nissan Altima. I found out very quickly that I was not only capable of owning a new car, but I could feel like a million bucks driving it! I felt no pressure at all. My car is what he promised, and more! Each day I find something else to love about it. I was in the market to trade my impractical 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe for the security of a 4 x 4 truck. Being substantially upside down in my new car loan, along with a bruised FICO score and limited cash, I saw no real hope of being able to ditch my car in favor of a new truck. I visited three Nissan dealerships in the area. Of the three, salesman David Miville at Team Nissan Manchester was able to successfully do me the following:1. Provide a reasonable trade in allowance on my one year old Altima along with taking in trade an old used 2002 Nissan Xterra 4 x 2.2. Securing a $3,000 rebate on the truck.3. The car was already priced below the Blue Book value and was in great condition. I checked the car out online first and it was as good as advertised online. Everything described about the car was right on. The transaction went smoothly and there were no surprises. They worked out better financing than what I had. The overall experience with Team Nissan was great. I went in knowing what I wanted and the price I was expecting to pay. There was no "hard sell" or pressure into buying. Even during the actual purchase I was told of extended warranty options available and I wasn't pressured into taking it. They also found a better way of financing for me that worked out in my favor.

We started looking for a used Murano LE. Went to other dealerships to take a test drive. We liked the vehicles but the prices for used 09's with >35K miles was pretty steep. I sent a mail to Team Nissan. Ron Semons got back to me in a minute. He said they had a few leftover 2010 LE's in the house (and 1 demo) and sent the information. I called him back and asked for pricing on the demo. His over the phone price blew me away,it was only a few thousand over the used 09 (which also had no 3 year 36K warranty) with +40K miles at the other dealer. Team Nissan demo was perfect (5K), had extras I didn't even know were on it like pinstripes, fender guards, door guards and environmental paint and interior package. I didn't figure those into the pricing! I was even able to build an extended warranty at a substantial discount. Ron was very professional, he asked all the right questions so we could get any discounts that were available during this time. In and out home with a beautiful "new 2010" LE.

Not a great experience...I originally looked at a dealer demo model truck and the Sales Manager originally misrepresented the vehicle as new with no discount as a "used" vehicle even though it had almost 2,000 miles on it... a total misrepresentation of the vehicle and its value...after arguing this point they finally started t negotiate...after a day, I became so frustrated I said forget the demo vehicle and said lets look at a new model....the saga continues.Spent the next day negotiating a price on a new vehicle and I when indicated that I would finance the vehicle and wanted to take the $2,000 rebate, the negotiate agreed on price magically crept up $2,000 dollars.....They offered to meet in the middle and indicated they would work up the paperwork if I would just come up the $1,000 given the misunderstanding on the rebate...The reality is there was no misunderstanding... we negotiated a price in good faith and when I indicated that I would finance myself and wanted to take advantage of the Nissan rebate, the rules changed. .....Needless to say...I did not buy a vehicle form this shady dealer...terrible experience....STAY AWAY!Funny thing...next day went to Rockingham Nissan in Salem, bought a new vehicle at a much lower price.

I walked in to find a lot of variety in the car that I was looking for. I was approached by a salesman, who saw us walking around. He was busy so he turned us over to Bradley. Bradley explained the differences between the models for the car that I wanted. After, I picked one and test drove it. We talked about the price, settling on one. I wanted to pay with my pre-approved check, but ended up waiting for over an hour while other people were taken care of. That was the only part of the experience that I disliked. Everything else was great.

My only complaint is that it took awhile for anyone to greet us when we initially walked through the door to view cars. My sales person, Jessica, was AWESOME. She went above and beyond to help us find the right car and financial package; she was so friendly, sweet and NOT intimidating by any means... her customer service from her previous job as a bartender carries through to her vehicle sales. I gave a "good" overall experience because I had many questions for her and there were a handful that she had to look into for me, but generally she was extremely respectful and willing to find out whatever I had asked that she didn't know. I would recommend her to anyone who might be interested in buying a Nissan product. I had to return the next day to get my "free full tank of gas" and state inspection as we signed the lease for the car late the night before, as the dealership was closing (9pm), as well as give them the title to my previous car that had I traded in. However, it was tough to get Jessica again when I walked in, as she was busy with customers and I was frustrated to have to explain myself and the story that had transpired the night before several times to several different employees before it could all fall into place (I think a salesman named Sean was the one who ultimately helped me out, but I found him less pleasant to work with, as he seemed more interested in whatever else he was doing than really listening to my needs). I also think that your little card of rewards is an awesome customer advantage to utilize; I look forward to gaining points and rewards for my services!

I did a good deal of research on the vehicle I wanted, 2011 Frontier Crew Cab Pickup with all the bells and whistles, and then checked dealer inventory online. Did you ever shop for a car us a Woman??? took me a year to finaly start looking for my new retirment car, yes after week of trying diferent dealers,I show up in Team Nissan on Keller St Manchester it was Sunday night at 4.45PM and I know they were closing at 5.00PM I just want to ask quostions and retun the next day to my suprise Brad call the manager Rob to assist, so he dont have to go back and forth with quostiens and answers,the were so friendly, polite and very professional, took me to try the new car and stay with me until 6.15 Pm. The next day I return to take there car for another try,and try the sedan Versa, to make sure I bought the write one for my comfort. October 19, 2010Let me start off by saying the "Team" at Team Nissan in Manchester is phenomenal! A special thanks goes out to Jessica and Rob. They were accommodating, well informed and genuine. In fact, I believe they were more concerned about providing us with the outmost level of customer satisfaction than selling us a car. Most importantly, they were not smarmy.....have you ever visited a dealership, found a car you wanted to purchase but couldn't because the dealer was so sickly charming that you had to race out of there? This was definitely not the case with Team Nissan. Each and every employee was friendly, and none of them came running at us with a false persona. Last Monday, I mentioned to my husband that I would love to trade in my used vehicle for a red Nissan Altima. I was half kidding....but really hoped he would consider my request. Having had a positive experience with Team Nissan in the past, he decided Team Nissan would be the place to start. Within a couple short hours we drove away with the car I wanted, at a great price and they gave us exactly what we wanted for our trade! I spent about 10 hours Saturday, car shopping. Went to alot of dealerships, sat in and test drove alot of cars. I'm a good size gal, and recently had a hip replacement, so my number one factor in a new car...ease of getting in and out & comfort. I was driving by Team Nissan and did a quick look. I turned around and decided.." what the heck...one more dealership can't hurt..". Brad Yates came up to me and we started talking. He was a really nice guy and wasn't one of those overzealous salesman we all tend to walk away from. He didn't oversell in the parking lot and listened to what my concerns and questions were. He was extremely informative and the test drives ( yes there were several) were actually alot of fun. He didn't overload me with alot of techinical specs and things I wasn't interested in. He actually took the time, to understand and talk to me as a person... not a number. I really appreciated that. I really wish I had gone to this dealship first. It would have saved me hours and hours of walking around, driving around and wondering..." oh no...here comes another salesman who's gonna talk me ear off.." He had a major contribution in the fact that I bought my car from them. He didn't make me want to get out of there as fast as I could, but rather had me asking questions and discussing options I hadn't even thought of. That's a great trait as a salesman. Not making the customer feel stupid or uninformed, but rather helping them discover what it is they want, and narrowing the field down to a make an informed decision. All the staff at Team Nissan were extremely helpful. Rob Miller (the sales manager ) came out to tie up any loose ends, and educate me about other options, and the industry as a whole. He was extremely informative. ) After I nervously said yes, (although looking back, I shouldn't have been. ) I went and sat with Jacob Clark the financial guru, who was also very nice, informative and patient. I'm not a numbers person, and he broke everything down for me, step by step. He took his time, never rushing or glossing over key points that I desperately tried to understand. I am looking forward to a relationship with that dealer ship..as I am now the proud owner of the 2011 Nissan Rogue. I LOVE IT !!!! On August 31st the registration on my 97 Buick expired and due to frame rot it was time for a new car. After talking to my insurance company i found out that Team Nissan was many of the dealers in the area that gives USAA members discounts. I decided to look at a 2010 Versa sedan but they did not have any on the lot. As a result i decided to look into other sedans. Jessica Wellman showed me a fabulous 2010 Sentra and i fell in love. The Sentra rides smoothly and its great on gas. it has so many features that make my life easier like steering wheel mounted stereo controls and a USB port to attach my iPod to. It has bluetooth capabilities and xm stereo. Overall i had a wonderful experience, especially for purchasing my first new vehicle!

After two weeks of negotiating a deal with Samantha I was told my offer was accepted. I was told to come down sign papers and pick up my 2008 93 Saab TurboX. I live an hour and half away so I contacted Samantha to make sure everything was all set. I was assured all I needed to do was come in and sign the paperwork. My husband and I both left work early and drove the hour and a half to the dealership. We were greeted at the door by Samantha and was told to have a seat she will go get the finance manager. She returned fifteen minutes later to tell us that the managers had made a mistake and that we need to pay an additional $2000. I asked why the error hadnt been discovered before I made the long trip to the dealership. The explanation for the mistake was some miscommunication happened between Bill Jones and the general manger that was on vacation. I declined to purchase the car and asked for my deposit back. While waiting for my deposit to be returned I noticed Bill still sitting in his office. I went over and explained to him that I was very upset that they would offer me a deal and then take it back. All he would say is I am sorry we had some miscommunication. Two weeks of negotiating and my asking several times to check the paper work before I make the long journey to the dealership got completely ignored. The time for this dealership to step up was handled by finger pointing within the dealership and not accepting any responsibility for their mistakes. I was offered a $50.00 service gift certificate. Reallyall my time and effort for a $50.00 service gift certificate? Needless to say I am a very unsatisfied customer who will never do business with Team Nissan.

Once I had chosen the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it took 2 and a half hours to sign the dotted line. This included a lengthy wait during price negotiations and prepping paperwork for finance. During this time, sales rep may have updated me to status a few times and essentially left me waiting at desk, hanging, waiting, etc. with few updates (rep was elsewhere the majority of the time). Finance person was great...very friendly and extremely efficient. When car was brought out front, rep walked outside and answered a few questions, but then turned around and walked in without a thank you, handshake, acknowledgement of business, etc. My feeling was that once the paperwork was signed, commission was made and rep had no use for me. I was left me with a very negative impression of the business. Just a side note, while waiting for the extended time I had mentioned, not one other employee smiled, said hello, etc. Other than a very friendly custodian, the rest of the staff seemed very unfriendly while I waited.

I was looking for a used minivan and had seen in several used car magazines that this dealership frequently had the type of minivan I was looking for in the price range I wanted to stay in. When we got there they did have the exact car I was looking for. The salesman was very friendly and eager to sell us the car. It turned out that the price of the car was $1000 more than the price quoted under the picture of the car in the magazine. Along the side of the page in print so tiny you can hardly see it, it says that all prices for this dealer reflect $1000 down payment. Frustrating, but I still liked the car and after taking it for a test drive, liked it even more. The salesman said that he wanted to have his service department check it out as it had only been on the lot a couple of days and they had not had a chance to look it over. As it turned out, this was not true as the AutoCheck report he showed us reflected the date it arrived at the dealership was weeks before and it also listed a date for servicing at this dealership. The salesman suggested we go to lunch and he would call us in a couple of hours to let us know if everything was OK. He never did call us, but when we returned to the dealership he said everything checked out, and the car was fine and ready to go. We were thrilled and were ready to fill out all the paperwork. He then walked away for literally 2 - 3 minutes and came back and said he had some bad news and good news. He said the car needed a new transmission, but the good news was that the dealership would split the $3600 cost with us and we could add the $1800 to the amount we were financing. We asked how this could possibly be true as he just said the car was fine. He said he just got the word from the service dept. We refused to believe it, and felt they were just jacking up the price of the car at the last minute. We walked out and will not go back. I feel that we were lied to about too many things. What an awful way to treat customers.

I have known Bill and leased about 7 Nissans when he was with Peters. Of course when I learned he was at Team Nissan you instantly had a new customer. Bill hooked me up with Sharon and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Sharon was honest, pleasant and made us feel quite comfortable with the process of buying/leasing a new car.I began leasing/buying Nissans in 1984. My first vehicle was a pick up truck and then I met Bill and every three years I leased a Pathfinder and Maxima until 2003 when I switched the Maxima out for a 350Z. Every "deal" with Bill was based in honesty and trust. I trusted Bill to treat me fairly and whenever he presented the numbers I trusted they would be the best deal possible and they ALWAYS were. In 2008 I made a mistake and bought a car based on looks only. I saw the 2008 Saab 93 Turbo X limited edition and was in awe of it's appearance. I bought the car and loved it for about five days. Then small problems arose, one after another and the car was back for service at least once a week. My experience with Nissan service was always enjoyable and friendly but I discovered quickly it was going to be so different with Saab. While they did correct the problems, they always cam across as uncaring. I called upon Bill J. and he connected me with Sharon and she was an amazing help in getting us out from under the Saab and back into the car I have always loved, the Maxima.Thanks Sharon and thanks Bill, I am a happy camper!!

Dealership advertises 100% GUARANTEED financing, yet if you have credit issues, they won't even return your calls. Jenna and Bill were very friendly at first, we acknowledged that our credit was bad, but we had never had issues with car loans. We spoke with them on a Thursday night, they said they would call us back by Friday noon. It is now Tuesday afternoon and we STILL have not heard a word. We have left several e-mails with NO response.

Best time I ever had buying a car. There were no surprises just straight forward business. If I have to buy another car I would go back because my experience was so good. The dealer I bought my previous car with changed the deal numerous times and the did a wait to the last minute job on my truck when it came to service.

Rob Miller did an exceptional job with the sale. I walked into the dealership not even 3 weeks prior to my final sale not even knowing if I wanted or should buy a new car. With much time, research and dedication to my individual request, Rob was successfully able to sell me my brand new 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5. In the beginning, I was unsure of what I wanted for a vehicle (Murano, Rogue, Altima - New, Used...) and I was unsure of options, colors, or what I could afford. Rob worked with me with financing what I could afford, and was able to get me down to the car payment I was satisfied with. Rob went out of his way to send me information, pictures of different models, and was able to answer all of my questions (no matter how major or small) promptly and in full detail. When venturing out to car dealerships to buy my first new car, I was admittedly more than nervous. Hearing from friends & family about their experiences with buying cars (the haggling and pressured add on packages, the endless jumble of numbers) has my blood pressure through the roof. So I prepared by bringing my intimidating father and 89 year old grandfather in tow.We went to Team Nissan on Memorial Day after we found some deals in newspaper, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Robert Miller. He spoke honestly with my intimating father, was kind and patient with my elderly grandfather, and made me feel right at home. After we were able to get a 2010 Nissan Versa down to a price and payment plan that I was comfortable with, I made the leap and signed.I wasnt ready to bring my new Versa home until the next day, and even though it was Robs day off, he insisted on coming in to meet me anyway to make sure everything was perfect and I was 100% happy before I drove away.I was and still am. I love my new car, I loved my experience buying it, and if you are in the least intimidated by your upcoming car buying experience, I suggest you ask for Mr. Miller.

My wife and I met Joanne last night and she was very helpful and friendly. My wife needs to sit in a car to see if she likes the visability, and to see if there is sufficient leg room. Joanne fetched many keys and was as pleasant as possible.She was listening to our concerns, and she asked us what we could afford, when we told her, she suggested if we stretched that a little, she could sell us a new Versa.We listened, and then tried a Versa in the parking lot, and bought the car anddrove it home.We highly reccomend Joanne to anyone looking to buy a car.

This was one of the most professional transactions we have ever had when purchasing a new automobile. We had not had a good experience at some other dealers when we started our search and had planned on doing as much of the transaction via the internet as possible to avoid the "game" that is played at most dealerships and to save us time wasted when we knew what we wanted to purchase.From the start Rob was direct and up front about the best price he could offer and also accommodating in offering to bring a vehicle for us to test at home or work...nice touch! When I explained that we had driven the vehicle and were still in the process of deciding between different vehicles he was understanding and did not get overly aggressive in contacting us while we completed our search. We found the vehicle we were looking for at a dealer close to our home and when we went to see the vehicle were turned off by the salesman that they pushed on us after being in communication through the internet salesperson. I then emailed Rob to see if you could get the vehicle we wanted. Rob then proceeded to secure the vehicle that we had seen at our local dealer and this set off a flurry of emails from that dealer and both salespeople (who had told me there was no way they could sell me the vehicle at the price Rob had given me). I was so turned off by the whole thing that even though they were saying they would meet or beat his offer, I did not want to do business with them and told them this. Of course that did not stop them from "harassing" me through email (thank goodness I never gave them our phone number) over the weekend.I will admit all of this made me suspicious that something would come up when we arrived to do the paperwork and pick-up the vehicle. In fact we were surprised when we came to do just that. The surprise was that everything was as we had agreed! Also, the time that Rob took to review everything and make sure it was to our satisfaction was a first in all our years of purchasing automobiles. The fact that we were able to get in and out in just over an hour, with the vehicle we wanted, and the transaction handled in an up front and professional manner all the way through to financing, reinforced my decision that Team Nissan was the dealership that we wanted to do business with... even if it was 45 minutes away and in another state! We will be sure to recommend Rob Miller and Team Nissan to anyone in the market for a Nissan vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience at Team Nissan. I live in Maine and called the dealership regarding a used Jeep. I initially spoke to Ralph who told me that if I made the trip down, he would not waste my time. When I arrived I was greeted by Rob who was very nice, helpful, informative and a pleasure to work with. And true to his word, Ralph made me a deal I could not refuse. I was in the process of buying a 2007 Jeep before I saw this 2008 model at Team Nissan. Not only did I pay 3K less for a newer model, I recieved a dealer Certified car as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Very easy to work with, no pressure and helpful. Wheres the "Easy Button"!

Team Nissan has convinced me that car-buying doesn't have to be super stressfull. I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue and I am very happy with my overall experience. The sales representative, Jenna Whittier, was friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. She was never pushy and took a no non-sense approach, trying to understand my needs as well as fullfill her role as a sales representative. I believe I received a decent deal without the troubles of price haggling. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a new car.

I began looking for a new vehicle about a month before I found Team Nissan, and I had almost resolved to just keep my old car as opposed to being dragged through a pushy sale and horrible customer service. I found Team Nissan online on a whim and gave them a call. Rob genuinely listened to what I had to say and what I was looking for. I decided to go in and see if I got anywhere. I already had the vehicle I was interested in in mind, and Rob respected that, but he also showed me a few others that fit my criteria. However, after all was said and done, he left the choice up to me and never once tried to persuade me in any direction. He was informative and professional, and he took a sincere interest in making sure I was satisfied. I am completely happy with my experience at Team Nissan, and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. My husband is in the military and will be looking to "upgrade" his truck once he is back from his tour of duty. I couldn't imagine doing business with any other dealership. Or any salesman other than Rob. He goes above and beyond.

Bought a new Nissan over the internet. It was quick and easy and Rob ansqwered all my questions. The car was ready when I arrived and I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. No matter what happens, I know Jarret (Team) will take care of me in a friendly honest respectful manner. It is the relationship I feel I have with Sale/Service that keep me as a customer. After an accident I found myself in need of a car quickly and in the right price range. I responded to an online ad for a replacement and Rob contacted me promptly. He accommodated my schedule and responded to all my inquiries timely, even on his day off. He was nonest and forthright with answers to my questions even when he knew I wouldn't necessarily like the response. There was no "hide the ball" being played. In the end my decision was to buy the car and Rob made the process easy and enjoyable. It was a pleasant experience. I will definitely refer anyone I know looking for a car to Rob. My first stop to search for a car was at a local dealership in my hometown. The Business Manager there treated me with the worst customer service I've ever had. They were not willing to negotiate the price or add a warranty (See Autex Mazda, Keene NH review) and made me feel like my business was unappreciated. So I decided to search online, finding Team Nissan. Rob Miller found the perfect car, in the payment area I asked for, even in my aggressive time deadline. Team Nissan has been the best dealership I have ever done business with. I have done three sales with Rob Miller and even when my fiance and I move to MA., we will continue to buy cars from Team Nissan in NH. Dan in service has done evrything I have ever asked of him when it comes to servicing my 350Z. Even on short notice, he always gets me in. Even when the bill comes in a little high, it doesn't seem that bad because I know its going to be done right everytime and if something goes wrong they fix it with no issues. When we move to MA., I will still drive up to NH to get service done on my car. Team Nissan is GREAT!

A++++++++ work out of these two people, especially Jo. TEAM NISSAN IS THE PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!! I was very specific with what I was looking for and Jo knew just what to show me. She met every need I had plus more! I fell in love with the 1st car I test drove, but she strongly advised me to test drive another just to compare it. Well, I purchased that first car I test drove. Jo was extremely professional, very polite, and didn't pressure me or stare me in the wrong direction. She was also very friendly. She knew her stuff. Every question I had she answered, and if it was a question beyond her she knew just who to ask, and that person answered my question to a t. The prices are SO reasonable there. I came in to Team Nissan because I was in a car accident. I didn't have a lot of money to spend, but she made my payments so affordable & came me in the price range I was looking to be at. When it was time to do all the paperwork I had the pleasure of sitting down with Eric. Once again, an extremely professional friendly man who knew his stuff. After all the paperwork was done and I was walking out of the dealership, I came back to ask a question, and Eric was more than willing to help me. He sat right down with me and made sure my question was answered. This is by far THE best experience I have had in a dealership.

They will say anything to get your money. So far the promises made to me have not been fulfilled, I cannot even get them to call me back. I was very pleased at first because I was told what I wanted to hear. I have bought many new and used cars and this dealership appears to be the kind of dealership that will duct tape things together so it will look and sound great until 4days after so you cannot return it. Do not buy used from this dealership.

My experience as a whole has been magnificent! I bought my Altima not long ago from Rob and he has made buying a car the pleasurable experience it should be, from the moment I met with him he just made it exciting for me, and it is an honest excitement, you can tell he's not just the average car salesman! Any question I had and still may have he's always happy to help, and even if it he may not know right at that moment, because I am one of those people that ask those questions, he'll find out for you. The first day I bought my car I was just so excited so I didn't necessarily hear everything that I needed to know, about all my little bells and wistles, so there have been times since then I've gone in and had some questions and he'll come right outside with me and show me, not just tell me or he never makes you feel like your interupting him or that you're an annoying customer because you have more than one question, he has been very personable in every occasion I've delt with him. I went in for a service and figured as long as he wasn't busy I would say hello, I went into to his office and he just seemed glad to have me come in a chat while I was waiting and he asked how my car was running and he was just very caring about how it was working for me, and you can tell that he was happy that I was happy and he didn't just sell me a car to sell me a car and have me "stuck" with it, he halps you find something that works for "you" and not just because that's his job. All in all I would recommend Rob to anyone I know that is looking to buy a car, he has been a pleasure to do business with as well as a pleasure to meet.

I got to the dealership knowing what car I wanted (or so I thought) and how much I wanted to spend monthly on it. Although maybe not actually being realistic with the idea, Rob was more than willing and able to help with my "specific" situation. He was able to find the car model that would suit me the best. Being apprehensive about the whole car buying experience in general, Rob was able to make me feel differently about it and acutally made it enjoyable. Thank you to the finance team who was able to match me with the right bank and assist with my situation. Oddly enough I walkeded out of there paying less a month than I thought I would and in a brand new car, in which I LOVE! Thank you so much to my refreshing salesman and for all the patience and dedication to customer service that was exhibited. Will highly recommend for sure.

We were very happy with our experience with Team Nissan. Ron did a great job in letting us experience first hand how the Armada handles as he took us on a nice test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and really worked with us to get a price that we were comfortable with. Ralph was also very friendly and approachable. I've read reviews like this before, and they sound like they are written by the party being reviewed. But this one isn't, I promise. At one point during this transaction I told the sales guy (Rob Miller) "this all seems to be too good to be true." His response was that I should come to this site and rate him, so that is what I am doing.I contacted Team Nissan through the internet and told them what car I wanted, and how much I wanted to pay for it. Within half an hour they told me they could make it happen. Having been down this road with other internet sales teams in the past, I asked for everything in writing. Sure enough, it all matched up. Like I said, I've had problems with bait and switch in the past, so I was nervous for the entire 90 minute drive to Team Nissan. But when I got there everyone was professional and nice, and not a penny was different from what I was promised. Not even an extra floormat charge. The financing documents were only 4 pages, and written in about as little lawyerese as I've ever seen.I honestly cannot think of a bad thing to say about this transaction. I guess some times even if it seems to good to be true, it still is true.

I would definitely recommend the Team Nissan dealership in Manchester. I recently traded in my older car for a 2010 Maxima. The staff was friendly and Brett Thomas was especially helpful in working through the entire sales process with me. He was able to provide me with multiple options so I could decide what worked best for me personally and financially. Since my purchase Ive also had to take my car in for service installation, and the staff in the service department were also very friendly and helpful. This dealer is fantastic. Opon delivery the car didnt look to good in my opinion. They took it back and not only did they take every ding out of the car but the paint also looked brand new and had it detailed which took them 3 days so i know they were taking there time to make sure this car was flawless. There was not 1 dent or ding, no scratches or chipped paint anywhere. When I went back to pick it up I didnt even recognize it. They wanted to make sure even thier used cars are new quality. I will not buy from any other dealer. Everyone was very nice and they do care about thier customers. I drove away very happy.

I just purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL and I am very happy with my experience with Team Nissan. I had been looking for just the right Altima throughout Maine and Portsmouth area but had no luck. Nate was very cooperative and there was no heavy sales pitch like I had experienced in several dealerships in the last 2 weeks. He listened to what my price requirements were, and landed up getting me the deal for exactly what I could pay. No pressure whatsoever. Before I picked the car up for the drive home, he had his technicians fix a minor problem of a rattle in the sunroof, and it did not occur on the ride home. He also met us at the door with the keys and a full tank of gas. I would definitely recommend Team Nissan!

Let me first say, that I hate buying cars! I've never had a positive experience with any dealership in the area; every time I was confronted with high pressure and manipulative sales tactics. I even had one dealer say to me that he could not tell me what my trade-in was worth, until I signed and committed to the deal. In December 2009 my wife was in car accident so we need new vehilce. I searched online for several models of Nissans and Team Nissan had what I was looking for within my price range. So I took down the iformation and called, Joanne in sales took my call and work with me every step of the way.Joann became my personal shopper. I was blown away by the level of service I received. I have bought many cars in my life and must say by far hands down this is the best experence I have ever had with purchasing a car. There where several hurdles to get over since money was tied up with insurance company due to the accident but that didnt stop the team of professional at Team Nissan. They were committed to getting everything done. So when I got there all I had to do was sign and drive. I live in CT and Team Nissan is more than 4.5 hours away.... Every single sales transaction, finance "meet, great and sign here" as well as service visit I have made, I have been exteremely pleased with. Ralph Fast has always done everything he can to provide his customers' with the needs and wants from a vehicle with exceptional customer service, personality and quality of commitment. Rob Miller by far has to be my favorite sales man (though all I have met and dealt with over the years also are "Team Nissan" standard trained professionals). Rob is truly working at Team Nissan because he loves what he does and who he works for/with and beleives in the company and the atmosphere created for a great place to work. His knowledge of all vehicles, pleasant personality, and commitment to each person he has the pleasure to speak with shines through and through. Rob always makes sure he calls you back, gives you reliable information and is never pushy just to get a sale. He wants the customer to be happy and he's like a longtime friend you get to talk to while you purchase your vehicle. Team Nissan gives a free state inspection sticker and first year of oil changes. I highly recomend getting a "jump start" in the finance process on Team Nissan's website. We were in and out with our new vehicle in just over an hours time! I was highly impressed with Team Nissan. I did extensive internet research and found my 2008 Nissan Xterra on the web. It was priced over $2500 below other Xterra's within a 100 mile radius. My salesperson was Rob Miller . It was his day off and I spoke to him on his cell phone and he would meet me there to discuss my options. The whole process was simple , no negotiating because they had the best price,their financing was thru a local credit union who had the best rate, and the facility was top notch. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the most pleasant experience. I cannot say enought complimentary things about Rob Miller. No sales pitch or pressure, Just a genuine guy who likes what he does. If you go there ask for Rob, you cannot go wrong.

I always dread buying a new car because of all of the games that are played and the time wasted. This time I requested a quote over the internet and almost immediately received a call from Rob Miller. We were not available to take the call but called the following morning and received outstanding service. After a discussion to determine our needs he actually gave us a price over the phone which we thought was very competitive. When we went to the dealership everyone we encountered was extremely warm and friendly. Rob did not waste our time. He immediately honored the quoted price. Even after I agreed to buy the car he wanted to make sure I was aware of all of the features and how they worked and took the time to review these with me. This was on a holiday when the dealer was closing early and we were there at closing. No one attempted to hurry us. This dealer and especially Rob get a 10 on a scale of 1-10.

I contacted Rob at Team Nissan this past Sunday to trade in my 2007 Nissan Sentra to lease a 2010 Nissan Rogue-- When I got to the dealership he had my Rogue waiting for me right at the front door! We were in a rush and he promised to get us in and out of there very quickly, and he did. After visiting another dealer in the area who seemed to thrive on not discounting MSRPs enough and trying to steer unsuspecting buyers into 72 month loan rates Team Nissan was a breath of fresh air. Our experience was to our satisfaction. Our sales person Ron Semons was always available for questions prior to the sale and even more available after the sale. Ron was professional and always offering to answer questions we had. Ron will be highly recommended to our friends and family, and if we are luck, he will be there for our next purchase. We are pleased with our purchase of a 2009 Murano with all the bells and whistles and then some. Thank you Ron and Team NissanIf I could give one suggestion: give the sales team more ownership in the negations of the sale, rather than having the sales person going back and forth to the sales manager taken up precious time. I have been going to team Nissan for quite some time now. Between myself,friend and family we have purchased about 6-8 cars from them, all done by Rob Miller. Rob is an excellent salesman who knows his stuff. He is not one your normal pushy sales people who we all love. He is there to help you with hat you want. He will work with you no matter what the circumstance is. He doesnt try to get you into a vehicle that you dont want just to make the sale. Everyone else who has every delt with him have said the same thing. I would totally recommend Rob and Team Nissan to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I am sure we will be dealing with Rob and Team in the future, as my wife will need a new SUV soon enough!Thanks again!

I was in the market for a 2005 Nissan and team Nissan had exactly the vehicle I was looking for (and it was actually below my estimated price range which was a plus). Jen was extremely helpful, the dealership approved for my fiance to drive the car to me (an hour away) so that I could look at it. From there I drove the vehicle back to Team Nissan to meet Jen and to seal the deal. Customer service was excellent, plus the benefits of going through a dealership were great. (Free inspections, plus I got a two year extended warranty for a great price). We also received a military discount which is greatly appreciated, I will be recommending Team Nissan of Manchester to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

I walked into Team Nissan knowing I wanted a car but had no idea what I wanted to purchase. Robbie asked a few questions about what I was looking for; I was mainly interested in mileage, comfort and performance in the snow. We narrowed the search down to 5 completely different cars to test, they all had what I was looking for, but each had something different to offer. Robbie was very patient, he spent the whole day test driving, answering questions and pointing out benefits to each car. He was honest, I voiced concerns on one of the test drives, and I couldnt get used to the sounds of the CVT (being used to controlling the shifting myself). He understood, and didnt try and talk me into a car that didnt really fit what I wanted. In the end, I ended up with the best car. Robbie worked around my schedule, and wasnt pushy, he was great to work with, and Ill come back again.

Rob took the time to understand exactly what my needs were for the car I wanted. He was extraordinarily patient while I searched other dealerships and the internet for the best price, and I believe he ultimately knew I'd come back to Team Nissan. I love my Versa! Every time I've gone in for routine maintenance the work has been done quickly and the employees are all very friendly and courteous.

This dealership excels at poor customer service. I visited this dealer on two occasions looking to purchase a new car, and encountered two different incompetent sales represenitives. They were both rude, inexperienced, and unwilling to help with my needs. My last visit I requested a sales manager and the young man told me it was a saturday and it was to busy for him to speak with me. The manager did finally assist with my needs and found someone who was able to help. I have purchased two cars previously from this dealer but will never return. Consiquently I went to an Infiniti dealer and recieved excellent service where I purchased my new car.

On Tuesday, July 7, 2009, I purchased my third new Nissan vehicle in five years from Team Nissan's Rob Miller and Ralph Fast. Why??? I truly believe that Nissan produces a superior product, Team Nissan is a great place to buy a vehicle and most importantly........ because of the trust and respect I have for both Rob and Ralph. Those people who stereotype car sales people as "non trustworthy" haven't had the opportunity to deal with Rob and Ralph. The vehicle I purchased was a 2009 Xterra 4X4 Off Road SUV with 5,800 miles on it that I believe was driven by one of your relatives........I'm beginning to believe that nepotism runs wild at Team Nissan :) :) :). Rob and Ralph were searching for a silver 2009 Xterra SE for me but were running out of luck. Ralph asked me to stop by last Tuesday to look at a 2009 blue Xterra SE, that had just arrived, along with the one your relative turned in, just to see if I was interested in either vehicle. Once I saw the vehicle that your relative turned in I quickly forgot about the silver one I had wanted. Ralph adjusted the price due to the 5,800 miles the vehicle had on it and didn't charge me for the extras the vehicle came with. Rob had the mechanics swap tires with the new 2009 blue Xterra SE that had just been delivered that day. He told me to stop by when I registered the Xterra and he'd have the mechanics put on my plates. In addition, he scheduled my next lube, oil and filter change for 7,500 miles. Rob also told me to stop by and he'd help me install my blue tooth phone. Even though the car was extremely clean Ralph told me to stop by on a sunny day and he'd make sure that my Xterra was cleaned once again. Rob asked me to put down a good faith deposit and told me that I may have to sign a bank promissory note that would cover me until I brought in the check on Wednesday.Then he looked at me and said, "No, that's not necessary". I picked up my 2009 Xterra on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 and brought in the LFCU check on Wednesday as I had agreed to. Trust and respect goes both ways.............. I'm one happy customer for the third time and I love driving my 2009 Xterra 4x4 Off Road vehicle. Please acknowledge both Rob and Ralph and thank them once again for all their help. At BAE Systems, where I've worked for forty-two years, employees are recognized for going "over and above". If you have such an award at Team Nissan I would like to nominate both Rob and Ralph. I am a long time Peters auto center customer, however after John (service manager) left peters and went to Team the Peters service dept fell apart. I heard John was at team so i travel the extra distance for the great service. Jarrett was my advisor he was polite and very helpful. Jarrett informed me of a open recall on my vehicle and got it taken care of right away. i highly recommend Team Nissan in manchester nh.they make sure your up to date on your maintance and always take the time to listen to you.

We went there to find a new car at the end of year when we just had the money to pay it all off by cash. But the sales man was very rude and inpatient. It's obvious that he did not have any say in the price, or he was trying to pretend that way. Every thing we asked, he had to go to the "manager counter" to discuss, it was extremely time consuming and inefficient. We were glad that we decided to leave after 1 hour, and the sales man was saying something like "putting his time in better use" sh*t.We went to the other dealer in Salem NH, and the price was very good, and between the last two cars that meet our need, we were able to pick a white Altima, and drove it back home very next day. I would strongly suggest you to avoid the Team Nissan if you can help it.Good luck in car hunting.

This Dealership absolutely sucks. The Salesman Stan was very rude, and pushy, He kept trying to push me into a vehicle that i didn't want just because he had it in stock. Granted it is easier for him, but I felt he didn't care about my wants or needs. The whole experince made me sick. I like in manchester, so I figured give the business to the locals, well, never again. These guys just want to take advantage of me just because I'm a Woman. I left there and went to Rockingham, And bought the vehicle. DO NOT BUY AT TEAM NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
