Last week my car was in for its scheduled maintenance, being that my Lease is almost up I decided to take a look at the new cars on the lot. While doing so I was approached by Jessica Rivera, she is one of the car sales people at Team. She was very professional in the way she approached me. I did not feel bombarded like I did when I leased my first car from Team back in 2018. She gave me and my sister our privacy to look around the lot, which I found to be very impressive and it spoke a lot about the type of person she was. I found the car I wanted to do a trade in with and asked her if my sister and I could take it for a test drive. We were fully prepared for Jessica to join us, but she handed us the keys and told us we could take it by ourselves. After returning from the test drive I knew I wanted this car but had to discuss it first with my husband. She handed me her card and told me to feel free to call her on her cell phone if I had any questions. She did not harass me in any way whatsoever asking me if I wanted any numbers ran. She just respected what I had to say. We returned to lease the car a few days later and Jessica again was very professional, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I saw that a prior customer of hers needed her assistance, she excused herself and came back promptly. I could see this young woman not only was great with people but could multi-task as well. She made my experience this time around a very memorable one. If you are thinking of purchasing and/or leasing a vehicle from Team Toyota, I highly recommend Jessica to be a part of this experience with you. She is the real deal and everything I wrote is what makes her Genuine

I'm not usually one for buying from car dealerships just because I can't stand the entire process and most salesmen are extremely pushy. Well I drove 2 hours from NY to this dealership because I was after a very specific trim model. It was well worth the trip. My salesman Roger, Abe the finance manager, and the rest of the team I was in contact with were all very friendly, courteous, and not pushy at all! I found the exact car I was looking for and had no nonsense when making the sale. I had done my research and Roger respected that. I would highly recommend this dealership. Good inventory and a great staff.

Excellent car buying experience. Very pleasant and one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Roger is one the best car sales person I have ever worked with. Very prompt with letting me know of the inventory. Went very carefully through all the options and gave me ample time to make my decisions. Manager Simon was very good and didn't force me to add any packages. Overall an awesome car dealership.

I came in to my latest car buying experience ready for a fight because of the memories of the last time I had bought a car from a dealership. What I got instead was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. Alisha was upfront and transparent with the entire process. She was patient and did not push me at all when I was making my decision and I left feeling confident about my transaction. They gave me an extremely fair price for my trade in and also had the lowest doc fee for a Toyota dealership that I could find in my local area. I will be recommending this dealer to anyone who asks and look forward to working with them again when it is time for a new car. Thanks!

My whole family loves Toyota! We’ve come here many of times to purchase cars. Jon Fritz was an amazing help with helping me purchase a car. He had the car ready for me when I got there to test drive it and was awesome helping me get through all the paperwork! Another great experience at Team Toyota!
