I bought a car from here a couple weeks ago. All of the staff were very friendly. They put in their best effort to get us a low car payment. Our payment is really low and the coverage is great. The process of buying a car was quick and not stressful. We love our new car.

I am very pleased with tecforce automotive and the staff, ive been turned down by many dealers and was discouraged about making a vehicle purchase until I stopped there, they took the hassle out of everything, the staff there not only got me into the truck of my dreams but they got my wifes car refinanced aswell there service department is state of the art with all the bells and whistles a real shop should have so no out sourcing. The owner is always onsite to answer any questions and isn't to good to get his hands dirty and ryan the office manager is way cool getting right to buisness to make everything happen and judd the sales manager is always right there to make all the necessary calls on your behalf to what ever financial institution you will be using. I would not be going anywhere else to buy another vehicle, tecforce is the only dealer myself and my family will be using from here on. If your going to shop for a truck or car your first and only stop should be tecforce automotive in bridgport ny you will not be disappointed.to the guys at tecforce automotive I give them a 10 thumbs up and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality used low mileage car or truck.

Just bought my 5th car from TecForce and I have never had any problems with these guys. Drew and Tom the owners are the most customer oriented pair in the Car business. I bought my first car from Drew when it was just Drew and Tom. Now they have a state of the art repair facility that can handle any repairs you may need. The warranty these guys sell is the best I have found and well worth the extra. After a year and a half of trouble free driving my wife's car blew a motor and the warranty covered all repairs and installation with just the $100 out of pocket deductible. The work was done at TecForce and was completed in a timely manner. Been a year since then and it still runs perfect. My daughter is quickly approaching he 16th and when the time comes for her to get a car it will be bought at TecForce. I may be the one paying for it but with the deals these guys offer I think we can swing it. My new car was bought through Judd and Ryan and I received the same respect and customer service from them. I will tell everyone I know that this is the place to buy your next car. THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT TECFORCE!!!

I purchased a used SUV from Judd Bensol at Tecforce Automotive and I could not be any happier with my experience. Mr. Bensol from the start was very helpful, he asked me exactly what I was looking for in a vheicle regarding, size, age, mileage, options, and most importantly cost. After a brief discussion over the phone he said that he understood my needs. He was upfront from the start and said that at the exact moment he did not have a vehicle that would fit my needs ( I was very specific as to exactly what I was looking for) but assured me that before too long he he would be calling me with a match. Within 2 days Mr. Bensol contacted me and had the perfect vehicle to meet both my work neccessities and my family lifestyle. Before I could even test drive the Honda Pilot he was completely up front and said that there was a minor problem with a wheel bearing. He assured me that it would be taken care of and ride like new by the time the keys were in my hand. Not only did he come through with his promise, the service department went above and beyond what was neccesary and basically put a brand new suspension in for me. Plus even having over 100,000 miles they still gave me a 5year/100,000 (additional)mile warranty. Amazing! So thank you Mr. Bensol and the entire staff at Tecforce. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and this is coming from someone who hates to shop for cars. Thanks Again! Mike

I bought a van from Tecforce Automotive! They were amazing to work with! It was my first experience with a dealership! Ryan and Judd had returned my phone calls in a timely manner. They answered all my questions in a very professional manner. I drove 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from them. Everything they had told me was correct about the vehicle! I also received a wonderful warranty. I got a hundred thousand mile warranty when i pulled it off the lot. The warranty was not just for Tecforce i can do it at any of my local garages around town so i dont have to make the drive again! I was a little skeptical at first because the drive was so long but I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I am definitely going to come back for another vehicle in the near future!

Excellent Customer Service from Start to finish. i bought a Toyota Corolla and could not be happier. I called Ryan filled out an application for credit he got me a really good interest rate. They even put new tires on that didnt even ask for. I will also be using them for repairs and oil changes because of the customer service. Great Experience!

My name is David and I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 from Tecforce. I started my buying experience by filling out a credit application on their website. They called me back within a couple hours, and in fact it was better news than I expected! Ryan said I was approved at a rate of 6.49% with a credit score that I though was not possible. Needless to say I would not be driving this new truck if it was not for him going above and beyond running my score and actually finding ME a better deal!!! Thanks Tecforce i will be buying in the future.

Don't waste your time with these guys! Not only did I email them thru the cars.com site I also called and left a message about a vehicle I wanted to test drive and had some questions about their hours and find out when I could drive the vehicle. Never heard a word back from them at all! All the other dealers I called returned my calls and answered my questions. These guys lost a sale due to their poor quality of customer service and lack of manners. Take your business elsewhere. I mean come on you get notified by cars.com that someone from dealer will call you and you also call and leave message?

I bought a 2005 Volvo XC90, the price was very fair, the buying process went very smoothly, and they took care of all the paperwork and DMV registration. Also, there were a couple things that needed to be done on the car and they took care of them for no charge. Good overall experience and I would recommend them and go again if needed.

I bought a 2004 Tahoe from this dealership a few months back. Very disappointed in the service department. The things they said they would fix just created excuses for why they wouldn't fix it. Every day I drive this truck I find more and more problems. They had basically done the bare minimum to get the sale. I regret buying from them and will not be buying from them again.

TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE!!!!! I purchased a truck from a private party a few days before an operation. I live on a steep hill so I needed it to be four wheel drive. I was in no shape to crawl underneath it. I asked hows this, this and this? Great,Great, and Great. After taking a loan out and purchasing it. I recuperated for 3 weeks. Tried the truck I put it in 4wd and all I could hear was the gears grinding. I later found out the truck was totaled. I will be paying for that mistake for a long time. (AS IS). I saw my new truck offered by Tecforce., Looked very nice. Ryan was nice enough to stay late to show me the truck. I purchased it and to my surprise they wanted to keep it for a couple days to put new tires and brakes on. They did. And of course I fell in love with it. As with any used vehicle you find problems I did,.all minor. I called, and Tom went and corrected them. Kudos to him and his team. My stress level has gone down so much now that I have a good reliable truck. I told all my friends that this has been the best buying experience I ever had and would HIGHLY recommend the team at Tecforce Automotive. Thank You, David Weinberg. November 2014

My wife and I just bought a pristine used SUV from Tecforce and we couldn't be happier with it. The gentlemen who own and operate this business not only know about what they sell, they do it in a way that makes you feel comfortable about the whole buying process. Even though our credit is less than perfect, they not only got us financed at a decent rate, they pushed their own credit union to try to do even better for us. In our search for the right vehicle, we encountered many smaller lots with cars that were in accidents, had mechanical issues and were clearly intended to be quick flips. Let me tell you, Tecforce is NOT one of those dealers. Everything on their lot is excellent - even to the point where after I signed the papers they still went through the SUV one more time to make sure everything was in good working order. We drove an hour and a half to buy this and when the time comes, we'll do it again.

My husband purchased a vehicle there this past weekend and I have to say it was the most seamless, hassle free transaction ever. Tom, our sales person was very accommodating, even staying late so we could come up and test drive it. When we picked up the truck, it was clean and they made sure we had gas to get home which was over an hour way. By far, Tom and Drew made us feel very comfortable and we will 110% be back when we're ready for our next vehicle. The only complaint we have is we wish they were closer as we would use them as our mechanics as well. We will DEFINITELY be sending friends and family their way to purchase!! Thanks so much guys!
