As a first time car buyer, I came into this experience with little expectation that it could get done. Man was I proven wrong!! My salesman, Doug Philpot did a fantastic job helping negotiating my deal. Robert, the loan officer, was also phenomenal. With a bit of luck and a great deal of patience these guys were able to get me into a great car. A car that is reliable and also looks great driving down the road. I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from Doug, Robert and the entire Ted Russell Ford Lincoln Team as a whole. Thanks for everything you guys did and I a confident I'll be back in the future.

Doug and Tom gave me such a wonderful experience buying the car of my dreams today! They were so calm when I was nervous about it and helped me get everything I wanted with ease. When I came here today I definitely wasn't expecting for things to turn out this good for me. I own a Jeep Wrangler!!!

We enjoyed our buying experience here. Doug Philpot our salesman did a great job explaining vehicles features. We appreciated an extended test drive to check out the vehicle with our family. This is our second Ted Russell experience and we have appreciated both.
