Wade and his team are extremely honest, great at communicating, and reliable. I've taken my vehicle there for a few years now for routine maintenance, as well as unexpected issues and the service has been exceptional. Wade and his team consistently takes the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle in layman's terms so I could fully understand the issue, as well as my options. Most recently, Wade went above and beyond to help me purchase a new vehicle. He took an experience that is typically stressful and made it easy. Throughout the buying process Wade made sure I fully understand my options and was never a 'pushy car salesman.' I cannot say enough good things about this business. Highly recommend.

Bought a new set of tires for my truck, and Wade was great helping me decide what to get. While I was waiting I watched him work with other customers, and he is probably the most honest car guy I've been around. He's not pushy at all, and doesn't try to upsell customers for things they don't need. Highly recommend!

Very happy at TenPin. I have a full time job and haul a ton of kids during my time off so waiting around or dropping off my car is a huge hassle for an oil change. TenPin was able to pick my car up while I was at work and drop it off an hour later. Makes my life so much easier! I was very happy with their service.

Always a great experience at Ten Pin. Just purchased our new used car from Wade and was extremely happy with the whole process. I never felt that Wade just wanted to sell me a vehicle but that he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase and made sure I got the best deal and exactly what I wanted in my car. We have all of our maintenance on our other vehicles done at Ten Pin and have never been disappointed. Great service each time. I will always look here first for my next used car. Thanks Wade.

My husband and I came from about an hour away after finding a car on-line that I wanted. The car was a better price than I found anywhere else and it was fully loaded! Wade was great to work with! He was very honest and not pushy at all. It was easy to see that he takes pride in having great customer service and would go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. It is worth the drive if you are looking for a vehicle!

Wow is the only thing I can say. We were in the position that we needed a car and Wade showed us that we were getting the best deal. Never before have I been to a dealer that actually showed me who else in the area had the same vehicle for sale and their advertised price! I have purchased a lot of cars in my years but this transaction is by far the best!

Wade at TenPin motors is honest and straightforward - not your typical used car salesman! He was open about where his profit comes from in the sale and did not try to upsell me on anything. He even went to the extra effort of securing the loan after normal banking hours so I could drive the car away that day. The vehicle is perfect for my family and had no surprises. We delt with Wade through our whole purchase process and are extremely satisfied with how things went. From the beginning he was very thorough with explaining how trading in our car would be and he was very fair. He was also very flexible with the hours as well since we couldn't make it there until later in the evening. The paperwork was done quickly and we were able to get the car the next day. My husband and I are extremely happy with our purchase of the Acura MDX and will definitely know where to go if we are ever in the market for another vehicle again. TenPin motors! I've been to many car dealerships for car purchase before I came to TenPin. The difference is huge. Really there is no pressure, no aggressive sale techniques like at other car dealerships in Madison. The owner is honest and knowledgeable. We like the service, the car and the price. Purchasing our Ford Fusion from Wade was unlike any other car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We made a long drive to purchase the car, and Wade described the vehicle over the phone in every detail, so that when we arrived at the dealership there were no surprises. He was not pushy, and made sure that we were comfortable with everything before we moved forward. It was easy to sense that Wade cared more about us and the value of the car we were purchasing than the bottom line. He has a deep passion for cars. This extends to his customers, too. This was my wife and I's first car purchase as a couple and we were so comfortable with the process. I am confident in saying that TenPin would be hard to beat in quality, value, and integrity.

Allowing me to take the car to my mechanic in another town and giving me the peace of mind of a quality vechile. My vechicle was in great shape for a great price with no hidden fee's. Wade went the extra mile for me to find the exact car that I was looking for. Not only did he find the car, he offered the best price I've seen online anywhere for what I got. My car purchase was non-pressure and Wade really knew about the vehicle which made the whole process a breeze. He explained everything on all of the forms I had to sign which made me as a customer less uneasy about signing things. When the time comes to buy another car I will, without a doubt, be giving Wade Staude a call.

Wade was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is not your stereotypical car salesman. He was very low pressure, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He gave us a lot of tips for future car buying and things to look for when purchasing a vehicle. He directed us to a local credit union which gave us a great rate and financing deal. Anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle should check out Ten Pin Motors. Wade Staude is the best! I saw the vehicle I was interested in on Sunday, test drove it on Tuesday & drove it home on Wednesday. Wade never pressured me & went out of his way to answer all my questions honestly & professionally. I never felt I was some dumb girl who knows nothing about cars. He made the process simple for me. The paperwork was ready for me to sign when I got there after work, my plates were on my new vehicle & my insurance was transferred. I did not have to do a thing! I am thrilled with the quality SUV & the service I received from Ten Pin Motors!

We were very impressed with Wade, the owner of TenPin Motors. Though at the time we were just in the looking mode and not buying a vehicle yet we were impressed with Wade's very helpful service. Even if we didn't buy a vehicle from him he offered to help us with any questions we might have if we found one somewhere else. We were particularly impressed with how well Wade takes care of his vehicles like they were his own personal vehicles and not ones for sale. I had sent the owner of 10 Pin an e-mail around 11 pm at night asking for some more information on a car. First thing the next morning, I had a call from Wade (owner) telling me about the car and gave me all the information I needed about getting financed at a local bank he had a personal relationship with. By noon, I was approved for the car, thanks to Wade taking upon most of the communication with the bank himself as to not interrupt my workday and make the car buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. I was in the car and driving it by 6:00 that night. The trait that I liked the most about buying a car from 10 Pin was how laid back and honest Wade was. He has years of experience under his belt and was terrific at explaining everything I needed to know about the car I was purchasing, it's history and what to expect from him and his company. I will not hesitate to recommend Wade and Ten Pin Motors to anyone seeking a new vehicle and look forward to doing business again with him in the future.
