Service was quick, clean and easy. Staff was courteous and helped me to save money on what I needed done, well worth the money. While other dealers where less than willing to assist me in trading in my previous Silverado for a newer model to accommodate my growing family needs. Mr. Greg and the Terry Cullen family worked quickly and courteously to ensure me and my wife left with a great deal and happy to be returning customers. I will be sure to bring my family and friends to Terry Cullen for our vehicle needs and I cannot stop telling people about the best staff at any dealership that currently works there.

My service advisor Shauna Holmes is the absolute BEST!. My husband and I had many issues with our equinox and on both occasions Shauna had been so sweet, kind, uplifting , encouraging, and generous. She definitely knows her job and goes above and beyond her powers to get things done. Unfortunately our truck was broken down beyond manageable financial repair, she still made her way to get us ready for a trade in. If anyone wants a good service advisor at Chevy, it is definitely Shauna Holmes!

Johnny, my salesperson was awesome, had the vehicle I was interested in up front and ready for viewing when my wife and I arrived at the dealership. When we purchased the vehicle, he got us through the paperwork in a timely manner and once we were done he had the vehicle out front detailed and fueled up... Johnny took the time to walk me through the vehicles features making sure I was comfortable with the purchase.. Continue to make customers comfortable with their purchases.. Thanks a lot!!

After owning Chevrolet vehicles over the past 15yrs. I have made several attempts to have Terry Cullen service my car for oil changes, tire rotations, head lights and alignments etc... This is the first time in 15 yrs. that Terry Cullen agreed to service my car ... I have been turned away on countless occasions. This last Monday 9/14/20, for something so simple as a tire valve stem, that needed to be repaired/replaced. It was suggested that I take my car across the street to another mechanic, after much inquiry, the service tech finally agreed to take my car. I'm NOT sure what the problem is, but I see the need for customer service training. The service techs are NOT friendly at all, they stand around looking at the customers as we pull up to the service bay, then after we pull in or get out of the car we get some assistance. I do not recommend this place to any of the people I know ... I have been driving to Superior or John Miles to get my car serviced.
