Went to this dealership and Mike Roundtree sold me a Jeep Wrangler last week got a great deal. But most important he changed the way I look at dealerships. I did not feel like he was a salemen just trying to get a commission,but actually cared about me and what I needed the best car that suited me. Best way to describe is "even if you pay to much (which you wont) you will still leave with a smile. Before coming to this place was at Ramsey Jeep on RT 17 and actually walk out of place (the worst ever). Went to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep on Rt46, didn't even have an appointment but right away a rep approached us and asked what we where looking for. They didn't push a sale or try any of the tricks seen at dealers. Just met with a pleasant Daryl Lalla who right away asked what we liked and what would be able to afford. Without even a blink he dropped the price way down and explained everything every step of the way. We actually got everything we wanted and more without any of the haggling or headaches. Would recommend to everyone and as long as I get Jeeps will always come back. Great work

THERE WAS A LOT PROMISE TO ME AND ONCE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP I WAS NEVER GIVEN ANY OF THE WORK THAT WAS PROMISED. I TOOK MY CAR BACK TO THE DEALER TWO DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND THE BREAKS WERE SQUEAKING AND THEY COULD NOT FIX IT. THEY JUST LEFT IT THAT WAY AND SAID THEY WERE NEW BREAK PADS. IT IS NOW SIX MONTHS LATER AND STILL THE BREAKS ARE SQUEAKING. I WAS PROMISE OIL CHANGES NOTHING WAS EVER GIVEN. I FEEL ONCE YOU GET SUCKERED INTO THE PROMISES NO ONE EVER FOLLOWS UP. A YELLOW LIGHT CAME ON THE CONSOLE AND I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AND THEY JUST SAID IS THE TIRED PRESSURE INSTEAD OF FILLING UP THE TIRES WITH AIR. THE SIX MONTH REGISTRATION IS ALSO CHEAP. IT SHOULD BE A YEAR. I AM TO THE POINT WHERE I DONT GO BACK TO THE DEALER FOR ANYTHING. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

Purchased a brand new 2017 vehicle with 17 miles that broke down the next day. All concerned, including the receptionist Diane, were nonchalant and unsympathetic. They gave me the run around and no one even gave me the courtesy of a phone call. They let my vehicle sit all day without even looking at it. As of now, I have no vehicle and plan on reporting this dealership to the BBB if the problem is not resolved immediately.

I can say that after investing much time over researching a new vehicle Christopher Davila at Teterboro made my experience all worth it. At 38 years old this isn't my first time at the rodeo when buying a new car so I went in thinking that I had to put my battle face on. I was wrong. Chris Dasilva made it such a pleasant experience and single handedly made me a believer in honest car salesmen. As a family guy myself I found valuable In his ability to relate to me and my situation and do his best to get me the best deal possible with out ANY hassles. His honesty and integrity are what makes him very good at his job. When the deal was done Chris even went out of his way to give me a ride to the the other dealership to return my lease and wait for me to tie up some loose ends there. If you have a warranty Do Not come here. My car was covered under warranty and they said it'll take minimum week or week and half just to look and diagnose the problem. I had it towed there and I had to pay to have it towed to another dealership.

I lease a 2014 Chrysler 200, I leased the car in jersey city because I was working close to TETERBORO Chrysler I made an appointment for my 20,000 mile oil change and rotate the tires at no cost. While seating in the waiting room the service came out and ask me to come to his office. He than told me the was more maintanience had to be done at this time at my cost. I said, "I've leased cars before and never had to pay for any additional for maintanience go a car". He than said, you don't have to do it, it's all on you". So thinking if I didn't have the work done it could cost me much more in the future. This work cost $ 272.00.After I left this dealer I called the original dealer and asked, " I lease a 2014 Chrysler from you I have been bringing in for service every 5000 miles, it now has 20,000 miles what does it need when I bring in". He said the basis oil change and tire rotation. I than told him my experience at TETERBORO Chrysler. He than said , my God I'm so sorry this happened, but there is nothing to do about it.on Yelp they have many one stars I wish I could give them a minus 5 star. I would bet their services managers work on a commission.

I went for a simple water valve replacement, they didn't top of the radiator fluid, belt fell of in the front of entrance to Lincoln Tunnel. I needed my car towed. Wrote them a long list of things that happen the car, that there was no radiator fluid and I had to put few bottles of water in just to keep the engine from overheating. The next day they said everything was fine, that they replaced the belt and car is running fine. I asked them if they replaced the radiator fluid since there is water in it now. They said they did. When I got there to pick the car up I asked again and they said no. Promised to call me for appointment. Waited for 2 weeks, no call. I made appt myself. They told me they didn't see anything wrong with the car or what they did and if I want the fluid replaced I have to paid $110. I will never go back there.

It took 3 hours because the salesmen were highly rude and taking there time in between their conversations with each other, totally unprofessional and such a terrible experience for my self. When the car came out of the lot, the window was chipped, there were oil stains all in the interior and scratches everywhere. My dad said "No way are we buying this" and the salesman let us walk right out the door. We went to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and my whole day took a complete 360 and I was the happiest girl in the world. All of the salesmen were super personable and THEY DO NOT RIP YOU OFF OR PLAY GAMES! It was fast and easy and a very enjoyable experience. I even got a free oil change for the future! This is a terrific dealership and the owner has everything to do with it. When you walk in you feel like you're in good hands and they won't let you leave until you get what you want. This dealer should get 10 stars. I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. After getting the run around from 2 other Jeep dealers (Route 4 and Route 46) I stopped by Teterboro and they were great from start to finish. They had the car, they gave me a great deal, and their customer service was amazing. Totally different from Route 4 and Route 46. If you are looking for a Jeep definitely go to Teterboro. Plus, they have those great commercials.

When I first went into Teterboro I was very impressed with the service. I thought everything was excellent. The same day I left with the car I wanted. I waited for weeks for my registration to come in. When it arrived I noticed someone must have confused something because the plate on my car did not match my registration. I am still not sure where the mix up happened but they managed to put my fathers plate and register them to my car. Since January I have been trying to fix the problem. I have been back and forth with Corin from teterboro and the issue is still not resolved. Ive done everything they asked, from sending them the title ( the car is leased, so i had to contact Chrysler and have the title emailed over ), sending them proof of my insurance, etc.

I purchase a 2015 ram 1500 a few months backs from here, brought truck in for first oil change. Today when I picked up my truck it had deep scratches on lower passenger side and rail has slight bend in it. This damage was not there before I dropped truck off. I spoke to service dept. of coarse they denied doing it, and the machanic who worked on my truck obviously lied about doing the damage. I filed police report but I know it will be useless. I will never go to or refer anyone to them, very disappointed. $50,000 truck they damage it then lie about it, and basically tell me to prove it!!!!

In short I was deceived. I have recently purchased an allegedly great vehicle from their lot which was not the vehicle I had made an appointment to see, due to convenient dealer website mix up. After a short test drive where everything was operational, I purchased the while and brought it home. Not 40 miles later I was shocked to see the engine light come on, the radio display and features no longer function, leaving me with only the previous owner per programmed stations. I then found out I was in for a minimum $3000 repair without addressing the engine light yet. Finally I found that the spare key I was given is broken and even after replacing the batteries myself it causes the alarm to go off every time I enter my vehicle. It seems to be a recurring slap in the face, thanks for the deception.

I came to this dealership hoping to find better service than the other Dodge dealer that was nearby to me. I'm glad I made the trip as I found that there was nothing automated or robotic about the salesperson I dealt with in this showroom. I found out about this dealership towards the beginning of this month online. It was a spur of the moment walk in and this is the first time I have gone car shopping for myself. It took a while but worthe the wait. When I went there, I was honestly there.. just to check the prices and to see if i could even get a car. After not receiving calls back from a dealer farther up north, I contacted Teterboro and I am SOO glad I did. Dan Medeska made the usual dreaded car buying experience a pleasure! From my initial call to him, he was extremely responsive and helpful. He wasn't pushy in the slightest (as some dealers can be). He listened closely when I told him what we were looking for, and althought it wasn't on his lot - he didn't try to sell me something else. He found EXACTLY what we needed quickly and got it to the dealership. I've worked with many, many car dealerships over the years and can truly say that there are not a lot of dealers/salesmen I would recommend, I have already (in a week) recommended Dan to four of my friends and will continue to do so. He is honest, he listens, he calls back when he says he will call back and he works hard to get what the customer wants. He makes the entire process fun, not a chore.

Today I replaced a liberty that was totaled in an accident with a Cherokee Lattitude. As always it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our salesperson Daniel Medaska was friendly, experienced and confident but never pushy. This is the fifth Jeep that my husband and I have purchased from them and they certainly did not disappoint. We were treated like family and were recognized by more than just our salesperson and finance manager. Doug Ackerman back in finance got us an amazing rate on our loan and was able to get our payment just where we wanted it. We looked at 6 different types of the Cherokee before settling on the one we purchased and we were never rushed or pressured. We were shown every option and our payment was calculated so we could make a choice with our hearts and wallets at the same time. The delivery was super fast and they were so patient while we dealt with our insurance company (that took forever with every step of the total loss) and made a terrible situation feel so much better at the end. We will absolutely always get our Jeeps from here, and we are brand loyal because of our experiences here.

Always wanted a Wrangler and with 2 kids, my 2012 Subaru was getting a little cramped. Meet Sam outside in parking lot. Probably one of the worst dealership service departments to work with. Took my 08 Jeep in for service, (Original Owner) and in the process I asked for a key replacement as the one I had was destroyed. Having paid for a key replacement policy when I bought the car and paying again for a key replacement insurance policy the Service Rep. Mike Falcone stated he could not replace the key without me paying an additional $250.00. His response was that Chrysler changed a module in the key that I was responsible for. Turned out that was not true. Additionally, the original work that was needed for the jeep service was totally inflated. A headlight bulb burned out according to them and they wanted me to buy a headlight assembly. I find out I really only needed a bulb, which I replaced myself. The keys were finally replaced after I lodged a complaint with the Bergen County Division of Consumer Affairs. They were unprofessional uncaring and a place I would never go back to. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! THIS SHOULD SERVE AS A CONSUMER ALERT

Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I purchased a 2014 jeep Cherokee from this location. We have heard nothing but fantastic reviews about this dealership and were very happy with our initial purchase. However minutes after driving off the lot and under 11 miles later his check engine light came. It turned out there was an issue with the transmission. It needed to be fixed after only driving it for less than 10 minutes. He was not provided with a rental car for two days and was required to put down a $250 deposit. Seeing as he is in law enforcement and I am a nurse, getting to work on time and when we are called in is important, therefore, it is essential to own a car that is reliable and able to perform efficiently in order to successfully carry out our job duties. The car was in-service for over a week with no communication as to when we would get it back. When he finally did five days later the check engine light came on again.When he brought it back they said it was a computer glitch. Two days after that the check engine light went on again and the car was required to be towed from his house. As this was not enough of a headache the customer service has been equally as terrible as the situation with the car. My overall experience has been terrible and disappointing. I am concerned for our safety in this vehicle and unfortunately would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

If i could give no stars i would ...If you are a woman or have an accent stay away!!! (my dad is from Europe but speaks English with an accent) this is about 2 separate occasions in 1 week with 2 different employees. 1) I went in to see what deal i could get on a new lease after my dad had been in earlier in the day. The male i dealt with was Lionel. I told him that i have a limit as to what I am able to spend bc this is a gift for my sister. long story short..the price he gave me with same out of pocket and same car that my dad asked for was 70$ more a month. when I said to him that's not possible my dad was here earlier in the day and that's not the deal he got he looked at me stunned. I confronted him and said just bc i have boobs doesn't give you the right to try and rip me off. needless to say i left. He said that wasn't what was happening and i asked him why he would give me such a ridiculous quote then... he said if i wasn't happy then there's nothing he can do. WOW! later that night i got an automated email saying it was a pleasure to meet me and to contact him if i need anything...barf!2) however my dad had gotten a good deal with a another lady in the dealership and we went back 4 days later to start the paper work. On the day my dad was supposed to go in and finalize everything he got a call from Jamie (sp) in the finance dept. He handles the bank loan info. He let my dad know that his credit didn't come back great and the original deal couldn't go through. my dad let him know that he could come in with a bank statement to show him that he could pay for everything (meaning - pay the term of the lease up front and no bank needed)...Jamie's response to my dad was "how are you enjoying your time in this country"...who says that! are you trying to accuse him of something? man up and say that to his face and see what happens to you. my dad is a hard working man that provides for his family. I understand that businesses use credit reports...but these things are not always accurate or up to date! they have lost our business forever ... and who ever i can tell i will. I cant believe they would try to belittle a foreigner like that. disgusting.

Although I had ill thoughts about teterboro due to a bad experience the first time I went there. I was overall very please with the way I was assisted. I was originally supposed to meet with a finance manager who I later found out had given me 100% inaccurate info, since that person was out the day I went in. I wound up being assisted by Medwin, and it exceeded all of my expectations. It wasn't at all meeting with someone who just wanted u to spend money. More like talking to a friend who wanted to find the best fit for you. Medwin was very sociable, efficient, and above all else. Very genuine. This time around I can say my experience with teterboro was amazing and I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

Simply put, this is the best Chrysler dealership in the area. While it may be smaller than other dealerships, it more than makes up for it in service and selection. Darryl is an incredibly hard-working salesman who deserves your business. Up front, not pushy and dedicated to making you happy with your purchase. While Chrysler vehicles themselves are a bit more expensive than average, he works really hard to get you a great deal. The back office takes too much time. They should be more responsive to the Sales Person who is facing the customer. The sales guy has to talk to the back office during negotiations, financing etc. But afterwards has to get the car from the parking lot, change plates, get it serviced which ties his time up unnecessarily. If there are people in the back who get the car ready, start looking at the financing, get back with numbers quickly during negotiations, it would be a better experience. I also had to take 4 trips each around 3-4 hours to the dealership to finally get the car. This could have been shortened to 2 hours x 1 day. Other than that, Bob was extremely pleasant, polite and efficient to deal with. The car was in good shape. Jamie the financing guy was also a very articulate, likeable person.

Really surprised by my experience as we have purchased two cars here previously. It was a very hard sale, which I thought was unnecessary especially for a returning customer. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the salesman was not very knowledgeable and could not answer most of my questions. When we tried to make a deal, none of the numbers made sense and did not match the advertised price. Basically, they gave me a good trade in value but did not include it the numbers. When I asked follow up questions, I got some attitude but the price began to drop. However, I got spooked off and checked out a different dealer who gave me a much better price. Won't come back here--very shady.

He explained everything in detail to detail not leaving everything out. As we signed our papers he proceeded to explain exactly what we were signing so we felt comfortable. His personality and charm definitely was a plus. When it was time to leave both Scott and Jamie advised us that if any problems, questions or concerns a rises that they would be happy to help us at anytime.

On more than one occasion I have brought my vehicles in for service, have been told to come get the "repaired" vehicle and have driven home with the same issues unresolved. I don't believe a sincere effort is made to ensure the customer's complaints are verified. Because if I pick up the car with the same problem, what exactly was done? What exactly did your technician fix?I had the TPMS sensors replaced in 3 wheels and immediately after my 2009 Durango developed a vibration at highway speeds. Tires were rotated. Problem still there.Wife's 2007 PT Cruiser was brought in for service and I asked that they look at the front end because of a loud creaking noise when going over bumps. Front end was lubricated and was told the noise is gone. Drive the car home and upon going over the first bump, the noise is still there.Truly frustrating especially since this is the closest Chrysler dealer to us.

I knew I wanted a Jeep so I visited a few dealerships. Teterboro was, hands down, the best Jeep dealership around. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by AJ who was so friendly. He took his time to sit down with me and help me decide which Jeep was the best for me. I am a female and often feel like salesmen don't want to spend the time with me but AJ was great. He explained everything and was not pushy at all. AJ and all the people working in the dealership were fantastic. They did everything they could to help me and really made this a personal experience. As expected when making a large purchase, such as buying a car, it's important to shop around and see who offers the best deal. My experiences with car salesmen in the past, has not been very good. Often times, they are pushy, rude, and just "trying to close the deal". My father and I decided to stop at Teterboro Jeep because I wanted to upgrade my current Jeep. We were greeted by AJ Omar. We sat down and discussed what I wanted (luckily that had a huge inventory as opposed to other dealers in the area). Since this was my first "adult" job after college, the monthly payment was my main concern. I told him what my budget was, and he said "OKAY". Most salesmen have shot me down or said they couldn't possibly go down to the price I would like. AJ most definitely did that-- even if a request was not reasonable, he still went to his manager and tried. He broke down the pricing and the fees for us so we were always kept in the loop. The finance manager was also such a delight to work with! Overall, I'm very happy with my new purchase and will certainly recommend AJ & the Teterboro Jeep dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We were there to look into purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we ended up here because of the reviews we read. The experience was positive because the salesman was friendly and not pushy, but once we left we realized that our business wasn't valued. My husband left several messages and once he was able to reach Mike he told my husband he was very busy and would try to get back to him by Friday, it was Tuesday. We know that since hurricane Sandy damaged so many vehicles the dealerships are in feast mode, which probably means they don't care to negotiate but it's so unprofessional to ignore potential clients.

Although I did not purchase the car from this dealer because I got just a little better deal at other dealer still I recommend this dealer for a couple of reasons. AJ is very friendly and honest person. Most of the dealers I went to did not give me transparent picture while AJ explained to me the details. He gave me an option of choosing either 0% APR or getting a rebate of $750 while most of the dealers never gave the 0% APR to make their quote look like the best quote. Also my dealer later charged me doc fees which I am not sure if Teterboro HCJ charges the same fee. Overall even though I did not purchase the car from this dealer but I saved money because of AJ's honest opinion and Transparency.

From the moment I walked into the dealership I knew that I would be well taken care of. AJ was very professional and made the environment for my family and I very comfortable. My goal in searching for a new car was simply because I wanted to upgrade; however, I was not going to jump at any deal. After visiting three other dealerships looking for our Jeep Liberty, we had almost given up hope.We saw a 2009 Jeep Liberty on Auto Trader website from Teterboro Chrysler Jeep. I called to inquire about the vehicle, and T.J. told me the vehicle was sold, but the dealership just recently got in a 2009 Jeep with lower miles. When my wife and I arrived to look at the vehicle, A.J. was very friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions and when I told him what T.J. and I discussed in reference to the price, he immediately took it to his Manager. There was no haggling or any painful negotiating. We took the Liberty for a test drive and the vehicle was just as promised. NO BAIT AND SWITCH HERE! We arrived around 1:00pm and left with our new (used) 2009 Jeep Liberty at around 3:30pm. All the staff at Teterboro were excellent!!!Great Staff + Great Deal = Happy Customers!

I know why I am rated a five star customer at the Teterboro Jeep dealership on Rt. 46 in NJ. The reason why is that for over 20 years I continue to get top notch service either in purchasing new vehicles and used vehicles. Not only have I received great deals but the staff has always stood behind the product, with speed and class. As for the service department, in all my years of dealing with mechanics not one can hold a candle to Teterboro Jeep's service department. They have always been there and beyond the call of duty. For example my wife was having some vehicle trouble on the Garden State Parkway in the West Orange area. She called Teterboro Jeep and they connected her to the service department. The gentleman in service "Raymond Briggs" stayed on the phone with my wife until she pulled into the Teterboro dealership, that is professionalism plus 10 in my book. These are the type procedures that are carried out at this dealership. I am proud to say that 3 drivers in our home drive a Jeep from this dealership and in a year and a half when my youngest drives it will be 4 Jeeps.

I had a service for PT-Cruseir. The car needed to change battery and spark plug change, but this servise center want to cost 2,000 dollars included in battery changed cost over 300 dollars.This servise center is just no good. Unkind, untrue, and just cheating all customer. When I heard the total cost, I moved my car to the other local car servise and then the cost is 490 dollars included in new battery changed cost 105 dollars. Can you beleive it? It is just happened at 1 pm. November 3rd., 2009 in Teterboro Chrysler Jeep shop, NJ. I never ever buy this company cars again. Now I understand why Chrysler company is down. They have to know the other car companies' serviceBecause of this, Chrysler looses all my family and my friends.

I own a 2003 jeep liberty limited. I have had it serviced at jeep dealerships in Arizona and Los Angeles since 2003 and always been very satisfied with the service until now. After moving to New Jersey I began taking my jeep to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep and have always dealt with "Raymond Briggs". Upon my 4th visit to the dealership for a simple oil change, I asked that the tires be checked because I heard a faint noise. I noticed no other trouble with my jeep. I was told by Raymond that my jeep would require over $500 in service. I then was told that there would be an additional $800 in service needed for the front tires to eliminate the noise which they told me was caused by rocks in the tires from going offroading(my jeep had not been offroad in over 2 years). I refused any further service and rushed to the dealership to pick up my jeep. I was met by Raymond's Manager and taken for a test drive in my vehicle to "listen to the noise" which was going to cost $800 to fix. Raymond's Manager did not hear the noise and disagreed with his own employees diagnosis and a $20 reduction in my bill resulted. I was then told that my tires were completely shot and I would need new front tires. In disgust, I paid my bill and left. I routinely apply a tire varnish to all 4 of my tires every time I wash my jeep about every 2 weeks. After arriving home and comparing my 2 front tires to my 2 back tires, I noticed that not only did the front tires appear to have no trace of varnish on them but the difference in the tread wear was severe. I called Raymond to ask if there was a chance that a different set of tires was accidentally placed on my jeep? Raymond yelled while he told me that there was no chance of that and then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I then took my jeep to another private auto mechanic who told me that none of the additional services needed to be performed on my jeep and that the front and back tires(treads and varnish) would never have worn so unevenly. The next day I received a call from Raymond telling me that although they believe that there is no way my tires could have been switched, they have cameras in the service department and are willing to watch the video tape for a charge of $25 and hour! In all my years of Jeep service I have never been treated so terribly by a service department. I cannot believe how unorganized this dealership is! I will never regret my purchase of a jeep but I will always regret taking my jeep to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep! BEWARE!

Be very careful when you bring your car for routine maintenance. I have a jeep liberty with only 13,895 miles and brought my Jeep for only a warranty issue and oil change. Spoke with the service advisor Paul Tobar from (Teterboro Chrysler Jeep)and he stated that I needed maintenance done to my car. To find out from another authorized dealership that the maintenance work that was done to my car was not Required or Necessary. I also checked the manual book and the book does not list any of the maintenance routine that Teterboro Chrysler Jeep perform on my car. I called Teterboro Chrysler spoke with the owner Alan Graf, President and he refused to help. Teterboro ripped me off doing maintenance that was not required.
