Very friendly,professional,& fast service thanks John Castañeda it was a pleasure doing business with you & also for getting me into a vehicle the same day & paperwork is under an hour i drove all the way home with no problems & I would highly recommend this dealership if your looking for reliable transportation

I had an amazing sales experience. John got me into a vehicle the same day i went and ive had the vehicle for over a month now with no issues other than some new brakes which John happily had them replaced for me. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I went to pay my insurance I was double charged. I then started getting told different things everytime i called. First they promised to keep me updated if i would get it refunded to my card, which no one did. Ive had to call over & over & over just for someone to even answer the phone. Then i was promised that john would call the insurance for me and send them the picture of my statement showing the posted payment, well john never called and no one even bothered to call me to let me know he hasnt called yet. So by that point i asked for the insurance companies number because i cant wait around for my money. It has now almost been 2 weeks and the refund still hasn’t processed, and i have yet to even hear from John or anyone at the dealership. Im not super upset about it because i know things happen, but i felt like I didn’t even matter as a customer. I love my car and I loved the customer service the first day i bought it, i just wish they would stick with that customer service all the way through till paying off your vehicle.
