I brought my car in because the left brakelight was out; both were replaced to forestall a future service call. A factory service adjustment (software), of which I was previously unaware, was also completed, all fluids, air pressure etc. were checked, and the car was washed and ready at the time promised. I know that much of this is SOP, but it never fails to please and impress me.

The staff is exceptional from technicians through the management. I am always very satisfied with the quality of the work done, with the attention to detail, with the attempts to keep my bill down. I am never pressured to do more than is necessary (one reason I don't buy another type of car). I am recognized, made comfortable, the billing is explained, and my car is washed before I leave.

I have bought 2 cars through this dealership in the past 12 years. I love driving a Volvo because it is dependable , comfortable and has just the right safety measures. The dealership is straightforward with maintaining your car. The 2 Volvos I have had have just been very well built cars, even as they age. I think some of that has to do with the dealership mechanics and knowledge of the service people.

We were looking for a Volvo XC90 Inscription and found several on the Autobarn website. We live over 300 miles away but it was definitely worth the trip. Our salesperson (Steve Adamik) was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
