Great experience at the Car Shack Dealership. They went above and beyond with their customer service and completed the impossible of getting me into the car I always wanted. Sales agent was very nice, caring and helpful. The finance manager Iris and Angel took the time to explain and work with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Extremely happy overall with the service.

My husband went to car shack to get a van for his business and Iris, helped him right through. My husband got a nice clean van, we are so happy that Iris was there she helped us stepped by stepped, she kept up inform about every detail. I made my first car purchase from iris at The car Shack. A Fantastic experience i'll never forget. My sales Agent Iris was professional, knowledgeable and was very accommodating. After I inquired about purchasing a vehicle, your establishment asked me for some personal information in order to due a credit check. Once the credit check was completed, I received a letter stating that I was denied. Therefore, I never made it down to your establishment. However, I was able to find an establishment much closer to me which was able to approve me for a car loan. Thank you for your time.

If I had option to give them -5 stars I would.I came to them to buy a car and the salesman sounded very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me car, we agreed on the price and I gave them down half of the car in cash and the rest they told me I will get 7% finance on the rest based on my credit history. My credit history was very young and I had only 1 credit card so I was surprised but happy that I will get the car, my first car. I signed the papers saying that I will get 7%, paid down and got my car. After about 3-4 weeks I am getting a call from them and they ask me to come and they some problems. When I came they tell me that best I can get is 18% as my credit is too young, so I was kind of not happy with it and told them I do not need the car with the terms they give me now and I want the terms I have on the papers, if not I want my money back and they can take their car. They said I had only only other option to choose another car and they cannot give me my money back, so I said that does not work either and I will keep the car. In 2 days they stole my car from my parking lot. I had to pay for the towing and to get written notice from the dealership in order to get my personal stuff from the car in the towing parking lot. I had only one chance to get a lawyer, I paid lawyer $1000 to write them letters to get my money back, they only agreed to pay about 80% of the down payment. So I ended up with around -$3000 in my pocket just by coming to this dealership. If you have extra $3k in your pocket to throw away then I recommend visiting them, otherwise stay away and spread the word. In addition, later I found out that they ran my credit through almost 15 different banks to get me credit and they ruined my credit so bad, those credit checks stayed on my account for 3-4 years.

This dealer sold me a 2013 vw jetta telling me the car have a clean car fax LIE .After having problems with the car i tok it to the vw dealer to check an electrical problem the first thing they told me oh this car was involve in an accident l was surprise and my reaction was really thie dealer were i purchase this car show me a car fax clean .DON'T LET THIS PEOPLE FULL YOU LIKE THEY DID TO ME .I TRY TO CALL THEM AND THEY LEAVE ME HANGING ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS .THEY NEVER TRY TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM..

Our family has been buying cars from this dealer for years. We live in Hialeah and the dealer has always been in the same place and always nice humble people. Rosario is Great and our family has bought a few cars from her over the years. I saw the latest review about the $300 and I personally have never had a problem. Using the CUBANEO stereotype is pretty crappy and me being Cuban this person is a jerk. Im super happy with my Altima and couldnt have got a better deal and even if I could have saved a couple bucks what matters to me most are the people I deal with a the relationships I create and of course a good deal. also known as hermanos auto wholesale, I had a good experience great car but if you are referred by someone who purchased a car from them - I recommend you to bug the salesman about it. Otherwise the salesman will keep talking and talking in order not to put the reference. It is very upsetting that now the person that referred me to the dealer cannot collect the reference money because the salesman did not add the info. (before I start the negotiation I told the salesman that I was referred by someone who purchase a car here, during the negotiation I told the salesman about the reference and even before I finish I saw the business card and I told the salesman that so the person who referred me will received $300 and he said yes and also will received $350 if the person refer a second person. Now they are using that CUBANEO on me for not to pay the $300 to the person who referred them to me. I called to ask for the GM they keep transferring me and hang up the phone on me. I am sure they do that for not to pay the $300. Due to that I will give just 1 star also will report on BBB. The salesmen are sharks

I went to buy a used car. I told the sales person Carmen that i needed a reliable car. But this people have no compassion and will sell you anything to make money. After i left the dealer the car smelled because oil was burning. There was no oil in the car. I took the car to my mechanic and said that oil was liking from the engine in two places. I went to Car Shack they had me waiting for hours and told me it was fixed. After few days the car started to smell again. The car shack mechanics had applied silicone instead of fixing the car. I have no car and need to get it fix.

We my wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota rav 4, and that day we met sales representative Alejandra who was very pleasant and gave her devoted time to us to choose out of 2 Toyota rav 4 and see which one was perfect for us, she had lots of patients and did not pressure us, she gave us plenty of time for us to decide. After that we met the manager Mr. Orlando who had a friendly attitude and helped us qualify with the bank, even do my credit was not good he was able to get us approve and we can established better credit rate. We were treated like family and will never forget. I had a bad experience with Headquater Toyotaat Hialeah and there service is unproffessinal and would over rate that Car Shack is small dealer but has better class, and better proffetionalisim and they know how to pleased their costumer, even after you purchase a vehicle from Car Shack and its out of the lot they go out of their way to resolve any issue your vehicle may have. For example after a week the sensor of the tire was bad and the radio system was defected not working properly, well they resolve the issue and did not cost me anything, like I say they value their costumers as family. I strongly recomend Car Shack for the best deals and excellent costumer service. See Alejandra sales representative because the car that you dream owning it she will make it happen. Recently we, my wife and I purchased the car of our dream, a toyota rav4, with my credit not been the best iwe were able to buy the vehicle and at the same time we are establishing good credit. Alejandra sales representative was very understanding and did not pressure us at all, like other dealers do to get you to buy. The manager i believe he name is Orlando also was very pleasant and his attitute was friendly and understanding and got us the best deal so we can go home with a new car, he made us laugh and we felt very comfortable, there was no pressure at all. Anyway Alejandra was very patient with us so we can make our decition. After we purchased the vehicle there were 2 minor issues, the tire needed a sensor and the radio system was not working properly, Alejandra helped us out with taken care of this issues, O felt very satisfy because after the fact that when you pirchase a vehicle and its out of the lot, the dealer does not want to be responsible, they care about the sale and not the costumer. I can say that CAR SHACK is the top of line dealer when it comes with satisfying the costumer, and they make you feel like part of the family. Everybody was excellent with us and even now if I have an issue with our 2011 toyota rav 4, they are there to help us out. I strongly recomend Car Shack and see Alejandra sales representative and I can assure you that you will be a satify costumer like us.

I bought a Kia Rondo In red from the Car Shack. My rating is based on the service I received. I had a young man help me out and his manager was training him, so we completed the paperwork together and they were very accommodating. They took a little longer than usual, but from the start they explained to me, and I thought it was okay, no problem. I have time. They didn't know what else to do to make me feel relaxed, from explaining everything to reassuring me of every step of the process. The facilities were clean, they have snacks, etc. Child friendly place with candy, water, and everything. Prices were no big deal, like any other dealership, you pay the tax up front, and a couple other things as part of your loan such as a dealer fee, but nothing that shouldn't be there. Overall I had a good experience. Almost new cars for easy number prices and lowest payments. Good cars to choose from.

I decided to stop by the Car Shack and bought a Honda Civic which Im very happy about, saves me gas, and it barely loses value. Jorge guided me well through the entire process of buying the car and was able to find me an approval rate of 3.9% which is lower than my previous 7.54%. Overall I am very satisfied, I would recommend to others.

I didn't understand why some people left bad reviews, I always hear good things about this place. I read a blog review about them from a friend and she had a good experience so i went looking for a small affordable car of course. I started looking at the selection of mazda 3's and liked them because they're are built really well, and are quite the workhorses when maintained how they're supposed to be. I've always had other mazdas and couldnt ask for more than 4 doors and a solid car that'll never leave me stranded. I ended up buying a 2008 dark grey mazda 3 hatchback i-series with the 2.3l engine. Warranty still active and all the pamphlets in the glove box. I am lucky to have found such a desireable car in a dealer that i was expecting running into anything, but they delivered just what i needed and i had my papers and signed as ive bought used at a dealer before, i was ready. I've sinced put new wheels on this amazing car, and everybody loves my mazda(it only has 32,000 miles so far as i do drive a lot, but go it at around 26k), i would recommend all the sales people who seemed very helpful and all the people who made it possible to be done so fast.

This dealership has an impressive selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. I found everyone to be very accommodating and professional. It is my understanding that they are under new management. Many of the negative reviews I found regarding this dealership, were people annoyed because their salesperson didn't speak proper English. Ask and you shall receive. Many/most of the salespeople spoke perfect English. Everyone was extremely pleasant and I left the Car Shack very satisfied. Thank you for making it such a smooth transaction. I left the dealership confident that I got the best deal possible. I am very grateful for their assistance and recommend them highly to anyone who is in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle.

I bought my Honda CRV at The Car Shack. I did research before going and I must admit I was very surprised with the negative review. However, I decided to go myself regardless. I figured this is like watching a movie - its a personal experience. I am so glad that I followed my instinct and went to The Car Shack. I had incredible service from the very beginning. The staff was very professional and the sales associate had an incredible amount of patience in dealing with me. It took two weeks for me to make my purchase not because of the dealer because I negotiated the sale. As for the interest rate on my loan, I was extremely pleased with the rate-3.99%. Interest rates are based on credit (personal credit) therefore I wonder how good was the credit of the person who received an 18%. I work in the accounting industry so I have an understanding. Rates are based on risk. Overall, I would recommend the dealer to anyone. I did ask the sales associates about the negative reviews and I was told the dealer was under new management. If that's true, then it was obvious during my experience. P.S. the only thing they need to work on is transfering calls otherwise, its an awesome place to buy a car- especially because they have a huge selection! DId I mention my car still has factory warranty???????

This was the first car I purchased at this particular dealership and I must say that I was not only impressed by their selection of quality pre-owned vehicles, but also by the professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff from the greeter to the salesperson and manager. This place cannot get any shadier!! Be ware of fast sales and always always read everything before signing the first paper. My sales man and I agreed on a certain monthly price and when they gave me the contract it was a different price. I had to call the bank that loaned me the money and argue with them and then call the dealer and argue with the finance guy! Horrible service, this place is a super scam!! They even told the bank I put a down payment which was false, and wen after that they tried to hold my tag for a payment that they never told me about! Do your research and most importantly always read the contract and be smart, ask questions.

Horrible service the sales associate barely talk English , I had made an appointment to go see the car & when I get there they told me they had it sold the night before . There was no call back I. Telling me they sold it which made me waste my gas on going there for only disappointment.

I came here to buy a Nissan Rogue with my husband and the experience at first was great until we realize price is actually 20% higher than advertised. The loan was horrible 18% interest rate (priceFor having bad credit) but all and all I do recommend. I just wish you had a chance to talk directly with finance guy like bigger dealerships because sometimes they can find better interest rates etc.I think my deal was overall good but the main reason I purchased from here and am leaving being a satisfied customer is because of the great sales person I had named Rosario. I didn't feel she was trying to rip me off and she is great showing you cars that you can afford. I recommend this dealership but make sure to ask for Rosario cause she will help you get a good deal and will provide excellent service no matter the circumstances. I will purchase from them again and highly recommend as long as you make sure to work with salesperson Rosario.

I'm a foreigner and was trying to buy Toyota Sienna here in Florida. Did research on internet and found some cars that were worth to see. I drove 100 miles to come to Car Shack, first they didn't let me take a test drive until we agree on price. OK, reasons are understandable, so let's agree on price. And then the big lie, advertised price is not selling price, selling price is 20% higher, because it's written in small print, that advertised price is actually part you can finance, 20% you have to pay cash.WHAT A TRICK, they advertise that price with purpose to trick people and then when you'll there, they pretend they are trying to work out something for you and seems like they are giving you a lot of discount. Never saw something like that in my life. Didn't buy my car yet, because there is one salesman Mike, who was really helpful and was trying to find an acceptable solution, so I might buy car there any way, (if the price will be acceptable) and credit for that would go only to him.We'll see how it goes and I'll keep you posted.

I found a vehcle I was interested in and after driving an hour to the dealership, the salesman indicated the internet-advertised price was the price AFTER you pay a 20% down payment. what the heck!?! Who came up with that scam and how did he convince himself it was legal? Before I went, I asked what addional fees they had thinking I covered my basis. i was wrong! Decide for yourself! Also beware of all the other 5-STAR reviews in this strand. They do not represent a visit anything like mine.

I finally found the 350Z I was looking for, 6spd with red interior. They had quite a selection of sport cars and all vehicles were nice. My 350Z is perfect interior and exterior, I didn't think that it was possible to find an 07 sooo clean. I spoke with one of the buyers and they cherry pick their vehicles for the cleanest ones. I am super excited, and I just bought it on saturday so I can't wait to hit the road. Also their great photos made the trip worth wild because you know what you are really going to see. I called several times about a 2001 Honda Accord to verify the car is currently on the lot, after talking to the dealership they verified the car was there. I arrived at the dealership in an hour and inquired about the car only to be told buy a salesman I bought that car two weeks ago for my daughter. Then another salesman asked me how much money I planned to spend and if I was spending cash after telling him the only reason I came here was for that car he proceeded to act as if he was doing me a favor. This dealership does not display any pricing for their cars on the lot, so buyer beware.

I was new in town, and looky for a good car at a good price. Not only did Car Shack have a GREAT car at a GREAT price, but I was also happily surprised by their professional and courteous staff. I will definitely come back here again!

I absolutely loved our experience here at the car shack. We had a rebuilt Ford Focus and it was time to get a new one.After looking for a dealer for around three months we went to the car shack. Our credit wasn't good at all, but we went and tried anyways. At first, they told us the prices, they were too high and we couldn't afford such a high bill, so disappointingly we left. Luckily, an hour later our salesman, Rey called us back telling us that they were going to be able to finance us with the lowest monthly bill! We are sooo grateful for our new 2010 Nissan Sentra, we couldn't be happier with everything, the car and everyone in the dealer.

I found my dream car at Car Shack in Hialeah, FL, over the Internet a Chrysler Sebring Convertible Limited. With all of my wishes. It is very hard to get a car in another country to buy, 12000 km away from my native Germany. In nature you can see his car did not, do not feel. What matters is solely the appearance of the dealer. I was not disappointed. All details were perfect. The communication was made without any ifs and buts. With this knowledge, I paid in advance. My special requests were made quickly and to my satisfaction. I organized the transport itself I wanted it to. All in all: The Car Shack, a reputable company, a perfect team. Thank you. The negative reports on this reputable dealer, I can not fully follow suit. I found a black charger and it was clean, and they offered me warranty which was good since its a dodge. They had other nice cars like a challenger but it was out of my budget. Besides their loud cubano music it was worth it.

First remarks out of the salesman n mouth without even asking. Then for the first time in marketing, the cars have NO prices. You first have to answer the quiz: cash or credit so that then they go to a "meeting with the manager" and give you a price you know is rip-off. I don't think they know much about sales, because in sales your suppose to NEGOTIATE a price then TRY to sell the product. No recommendations from me.

Drove all the way down to Hialeah to see a car. Then I am told (I did not look at the fine print on the DEALER'S website) that this price does NOT include a 20% deposit... VERY MISLEADING and it makes it much harder to shop.....

I always pass the dealer going to work and they have many cars. I needed one and they got me financed and were nice about everything. I like my car and they got me financed even with my junk credit, it was easy to get there and not very long to leave, thnks carshack!
