Superb buying experience! Of all the business cards I collect, very few are kept longer than a day. The Car Store one for Michelle Dougela will stay in my wallet and cell phone contacts as the go to source for used cars. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and sincere. Michelle has rewritten the stereotypical used car sales person image in my mind. The entire staff is equally wonderful with their support of the sale, but having a single point of contact, who took care of everything, was amazing! Thank you, Michelle! I should also mention that I returned the next day and bought a second car with more ease than the first. Outstanding!

Had an awesome experience with Robert today, I honestly was not expecting to leave with a new car same day(new to me atleast), and he had me taken care of, and driving home in the new ride in no time at all. Even when I called back with a minor issue a little later he did exactly what was needed to further help me out. The customer service doesn't just stop when you sign the papers. 10/10 would recommend. (Chris was also very friendly and helpful)

It was our day to fly home from vacation. Our flight among many others, were canceled at the last minute, and checkout time from our hotel was at 11am. With no rental car company having anything available for at least two hours away, my options were limited for getting my family of 6 home to PA. We decided to just buy a car at the last minute. We took an Uber to The Car Store as soon as it opened, and within minuites, sales representative Michelle helped us find the car that fit our budget, and our family! As I filled out paperwork she even topped of the tank and had it right outside the door for me to just hop in and drive away the second I finished. I made it back to my hotel to pick up my family just in time for checkout, and we were on the road with no issues. The car we bought was a used Honda Pilot with many miles on it. Just bought a work truck from these guys and felt that I got a fair deal from them. The truck was a few years old but their detail job made it look new.
