I was treated respectfully by everyone at the dealership and as a single woman did not feel that anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I purchased a vehicle that evening with no problems. A few days later I noticed a couple of areas on the vehicle where there was some light hail damage. I called Scott and he told me to come down to the dealership and he would see what could be done. Even though I had already purchased the vehicle, they fixed all the small dents from the hailstorm and did it in less than an hour. I was thoroughly impressed with the fact that they did not try to "blow me off" as the sale had already gone through, but cared enough to make me happy. Excellent customer service!

I called them over the phone as I hate going in and feeling pressured about purchasing cars. Gives me anxiety. They completed a credit check I went down a few days later they offered me a deal I could not refuse even with my negative equity trade in! They located my exact car and I was driving off a day later in my brand new car!

I came into the dealership a couple of months ago and looked around. Katie, my dealer, took some info the sent me out in whatever vehicle I wanted to test drive. Before I left, Katie asked if she could keep in touch with me via phone and email to see if I was ready or wanting to buy. I wasn't ready at that time and was sent a couple of contact messages but no hounding or pressure from either Katie or the dealership. Yesterday I was ready and found Katie as soon as I pulled in. I wanted a Hard Rock Rubicon and saw several on line at another dealership at the far end of the state and asked if they could get one from there. Katie was very informative and stated absolutely they could, but, look at the one we have. It was exactly what I was looking for. Katie and the Faricy team worked within my budget to get me into my dream vehicle. Although Katie is fairly new to the vehicle sales, she very informative and very knowledgeable about their vehicles, and what she didn't know, she wouldn't try to guess, BS you, or blow the question off. Katie would say she would find out and did so quickly and accurately. I don't buy cars often and I did look at other dealerships but the Katie sold me on the Faricy Boys and the team took it home. Beyond pleased and satisfied with the complete experience from Faricy. Can't say the same for the other dealership. I'd like to say I'll buy all my vehicles from Katie and Faricy but they found my dream so there shouldn't be any reason to have to buy another! Thank you Katie and Faricy!

My husband was in need of a larger vehicle for growing family and my car was recently totaled in an accident we worked with Katie to purchase two vehicles from faricy boys and had a great experience she allowed us privacy to discuss the vehicles we had test driven but offered information to assist us and making our decision if needed. She worked to secure that way we're comfortable with not just the vehicles but the financing aspect as well to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Go to Faricy Brothers do NOT bother with Perkins Motors.We stopped by Perkins Motors first during the day. We were never greeted before or after we walked the lot. We wanted some more info and had to find a salesman. Once found he asked "Are you looking for a used car?" Waited for over 20 minutes for him to finish with a customer and then watched him go to another without ever giving us the time of day. Never got acknowledged by any of the employees. Left and went to Faricy Brothers. Immediately upon entering we were greeted. Scott Bowes was already helping a customer, but he took the time to help get us started.

Friendly dealer no hassle and no pushy sales.Showed up to check out a car and got a friendly greeting told them the car I was interested in. Our 2002 Ford Taurus was going to cost us almost a thousand dollars to repair. Sure...it still runs...but my wife and I couldn't see the sense of putting the money into it. I had a great idea: "LET'S GO SHOPPING!". We turned into the Motor Park. Faricy Boys was the first turn. Heck...I've never bought a gently-used car before. A smiling greeter smiled. The greeter introduced David. We found, with David's help, a great deal on a 2011 Jeep Patriot (4 cylinder...don't "boo"...the gas mileage is worth it!).High high HIGH marks for Faricy Boys of Colorado Springs! Jack Reak was wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. He was attentive, kind, and had the patience of a saint. In the beginning we were trying to factory order a Jeep but unfortunately the color was no longer available; Then, we decided to purchase a used vehicle and Jack explained the difference between the certified pre owned vehicles and pre owned vehicles. Finally, we decided to factory order a 2017 Jeep Wrangler but ended up purchasing a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Red Rock Edition. It was a big decision and Jack was fantastic to help us out. The Town and Country i bought was a fair price but the salespeople need to learn customer service. After spending my Saturday shopping for vans that I had researched online we made our way to Faricy boys to look at a town and country. We were greeted by Dave and boy was he ready to retire! Even though I was the one buying the van he shook hands with my male friend and totally ignored me (even when my friend pointed out I was the one buying the van). The van was the best deal we found but I was concerned about the tires. The showed dry rot on all tires but Dave swore the tires were in good shape. We were told multiple times they were very busy because of the hail storm so maybe that's why the customer service was awful, they figured if I walked out they would still make a sale.

I saw this 2014 Toyota 4 Runner on Faricy boys web site. I called and test drove it on Saturday and took delivery on Monday. Everyone I worked with was most friendly and helpful. I never once felt that I was pushed into anything. Having purchased several vehicles in the past from various dealerships I have to say this was the most pleasant to date. Leon was very pleasant and helpful with the financing. I actually did a lot of my research through the Faricy Boys website with the help of Kerri Hill over the course of 10 days. She was patient and helpful. She then introduced us to Marc Wilson as soon as we arrived at the dealership and they had the two cars we were deciding between pulled up and ready for us to test drive. They were both professional, helpful and knowledgeable at every turn. We walked in at 6:00 p.m. and out at 9:30 p.m. with a car we love!

I came in to the dealership with a service "appointment" five times for a stutter after a complete stop. Faricy Boys replaced the transmission which was covered under my extended warranty. They called the next week to tell me the wrong transmission was installed and retrieved the Patriot to replace the transmission again. I then booked another appointment because the stutter was still occurring after stopping. I dropped the Patriot off for another appointment at 6:30 a.m. on a Thursday because I was told that the beginning of the week was very busy and didn't hear from them until I called them at 2:30 p.m.. At that time they wanted to do a tune up. We had decided to do a tune up when I scheduled the appointment and I confirmed that at 6:30 a.m. I had to get the car back and book another "appointment" because I had guests coming that evening. That evening I received an e-mail stating that appointments only give you a time to drop off the vehicle and it does not indicated when your car will be worked on. The e-mail stated that it all depended on what was already in the shop. Faricy Boys overbooks. It's like having a ticket for a flight only to discover the airlines overbooked the flight and your on standby.

This was one of the most pleasant interactions I've had buying a car. Dave Smith greeted me as soon as I walked in the showroom door. I told him I was interested in Renegades and his product knowledge of the Renegade line was awesome. I will highly recommend him and Faricy to friends and family. Worse than any car dealership iv ever been to. When you think of a car dealership you know they are shady and will try and rip you off and this place is no exception. I was in twice in one week and had multiple problems. First i came in for an oil change and it took almost 6 hours for an oil chance i was told it wouldn't take vary long so i sat and waited and waited and waited and about 5 hours into waiting i went to complain and they hadn't even brought it into the shop even though i scheduled an appointment which apparently means nothing to them.on top of that they couldn't find my service contract saying i had free oil changes they called the dealership i got it from and the original dealership told them i had a contract and gave them the contract number and the Faricy boys didn't believe them and wanted to charge me. after waiting over an hour for them to find my service contract they finally found it and then finally get my jeep in to get just an OIL CHANGE. I brought it back in a few days latter to have the purge valve changed and again i scheduled the appointment and was quoted half an hour to have it changed and i sat around for over SIX hours after i started complaining they again told me they hadn't even started on it yet and they again couldn't find my service contract saying the fix was free they wanted to charge me $600+ after asking to talk to a manager they suddenly had my jeep done after waiting at the dealership all day and they knew i was there and saw me waiting but no one cared maybe they didn't respect me because i look young but its totally unacceptable. and then today a month and a half later i get a call that the purge valve they ordered for my jeep is still in the parts department and are waiting on me to make an appointment to have it installed. so I'm thinking they lied to my face about even installing it in the first place

After searching Cars.com for a Chrysler 300C to purchase we found one that we liked. We headed over to Faricy Boys and worked with Marc Wilson. We arrived to the dealership late on a Friday night before closing to look at the vehcile. We then returned the next morning and completed the transaction with Marc and drove our new 300C home Saturday morning. I was looking for a used car they had advertised online. Meet with the salesman, Jack; he took me right out to look at the car, no high pressure sales. He offered to let me go for a test drive, I mentioned that I would like my mechanic to look over the car. Jack suggested I run it over to him if he was available and have him look it over; I did. My mechanic confirmed everything I was told about the repairs they had done and the condition of the car. When I returned, I was told the price, they wouldn't come down much on the price, but they did offer to do a repair my mechanic recommended. They also offered excellent financing option, better than what I found on my own. All in all, I felt that I was dealt with honestly and wasn't pressured to make any decisions on the spot. This was what car buying should be like.

Engine ran rough on start, turned off and restarted twice. Still ran rough at idle. Engine check lite burned steady. Owners book says bad gas or loose gas cap. Ruled that out. Took it in to far icy boys. Customer sales rep said to change two ignition coils, since one already changed from diagnose of blinking check engine lite. What? We visited the dealer. The charge for the ignition coil is $110 msrp. Total, $800 parts and labor. That's not right. According to another store is $52 ea. $12 for labor, $200 at most. Went to the back to speak to mechanic. The mechanic could not find nothing wrong from the computer. Meaning the customer rep was trying to sell ignition coils for his commission. We refused to pay and took our jeep back at no charge for the diagnoses, which they don't charge to begin with and he wanted us to pay for the diagnostic. Not going back to them ever. Jeeps are good but not their customer sales rep.

Faricy Boys make buying a vehicle easy and stress free. Searched their on-line inventory, found what I wanted, compared their price to Kelly Blue Book value and went to the Dealership. Tom Dominguez went over the vehicle with me and sent me on test drive while their mechanic check out my trade in. Within minutes I had a fair "out the door" price from Tom that included a good trade in value for the car I drove in. Tom is very personable and knowledgeable. He didn't even once try to pressure me into buying add-ons that I was not interested in. Faricy Boys don't make outrageous advertising offers and then clobber you at the table. Instead, they offer fair value for the money, a good deal and a business you can trust. I've bought two used vehicles from them and will return for future purchases.

I went to Faricy boys after dealing with a few other local dealerships, They are by far the most helpful and full of nice honest people. Tom Dominguez was a pleasure to deal with. The only issue i had with The Faricy Boys was the level of repair work dont on the jeep i purchased. The repairs were sloppy and halfassed. The engine on our 230,000 mile Jeep Cherokee unexpectedly died, so we had an un-plannned search for a replacement. Ended up with purchase of 1-1/2 year old, 20,000-mile certified Patriot. The salesman, Jack Reak, was extremely helpful and expedited the whole process. We had purchased the previous Cherokee from Faircy and used them for most of our maintenance on it; am hoping to get over 200,000 on this new one as well.

Faricy boys was the first place that offered me a test drive of the jeep renegade. I had discounted them because they didn't have one with all the options I was looking for, plus, at the time, I wasn't financially prepared to do the deal. They contacted me later, and mr. Jack Reak was able to locate one for me that was being delivered. It came in on the exact day I had a family emergency, and had to leave the state for a few days. Mr. Reak was very understanding, and assured me the vehicle would be saved since I put a deposit down earlier. I was able to do the deal the next week. I got what I wanted for my trade-in, and what I considered a great price on the renegade.

We recently relocated to Colorado Springs from India and wanted an inexpensive used car with AWD.On our first visit we met Jack and were very impressed with him. He is a great sales person, honest forthcoming and knows in and out of his cars. Unfortunately we could not find a car that satisfied all our criteria on that visit. We looked for other dealers but kept coming back due to Jack. On our second visit we also dealt with Robert and liked him as well. We chose a Grand Cherokee and took it for inspection. However it was told to us that it will take two weeks to get the title for that vehicle from bank. We didn't want to wait that long so we paid a third visit and chose a Santa Fe. We loved the car and we were able to buy it in our price range as well. Our car has been with us for about a week drives great and smooth. The only downside i felt would be that we had to wait very long on our third visit.All in all a great experience, we recommend faricy boys.

My sales guy, Roger Linville, literally exceeded every expectation I had on any car dealerships especially with the used car dealers. He was 1) responsive whenever I called/left messages (quite a few in my case), 2) responsible for what he promises (car reviews and delivery), and 3) supportive in any aspect of me getting there/demo/purchase/delivery/settle. I was living in Chicago when I bought the car - flew in to buy the car at Faricy Boys, then left the car there because I was moving to Seattle. So, it was way more works than I expected, but his constant help allowed me to overcome every obstacles, and I am so moved that I couldn't help writing this review. One of the most impressive help was that he called me immediately and shipped over the 2nd key when he found it buried in some random demo car - 4 months after the purchase of my BMW. Since I bought the car in a condition missing the 2nd key, the unexpected delivery of the 2nd key was really eye opening to me. I mean, WHO DOES THAT? Especially an used car dealership who generally has NO incentive to ship over my 2nd key 4 months after the sale. However, that didn't stop my sales guy, Roger, to pursue excellence. Short term incentive is not something what Faricy Boys strive for. Customer service is in their spirit. I recommend anyone living in any other states to fly in and deal with Faricy Boys for used cars. As long as the car condition/pricing justifies it, their customer service is well worth the flight expense.

Wow what a great experience for me! I found my first car, a 2010 Kia Forte on their website. I called them and found the price was a bit out of my reach so I let them know my budget and my sales guy Tom was wonderful and extremely helpful and let me know that they would give it to me for that price! I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from the Faricy Boys and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This was my first brand new car, and in the past I've only dealt with small auto brokers, because my experience with "big" dealerships was always frustrating and usually involved aggressive salesmanship.This was not the case with Faricy. I contacted them with a few questions via their website and quickly got a response from Kerri Hill in their internet sales department. She was very helpful in answering my questions, and made it clear up front that they don't practice aggressive sales techniques. I was able to have all of my questions answered and got to test drive the exact car I ended up buying without feeling pushed into the sale.I had done a ton of research before my first test drive, but even so one of the things that really sold me on my new Trail Rated Jeep was Joe taking us over their specially made 4X4 track. I live in California and have been looking for fairly priced Jeep Liberty CRD with now luck locally. After a quick web search I was lucky enough to find a great deal on a 2005 liberty CRD located in Colorado. Not a big deal, they sell cars I found one and purchased it. Pretty straight forward. Not true, I am a thousand miles away the only way I was going to make this purchase was with the help of Scott from the sales team. Little did he know I was going to ask for tons of detail and require the Jeep be taken to a third party auto shop for inspection. Then and only then after would I even consider buying the Jeep. The entire process has gone very smooth, anyone in the market for a vehicle would be wise to stop by or browse what they have to offer.

Tom and Faricy Boys delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. I'd spent 2 months back and forth with another dealer - who made every request a time wasting issue. I contacted the Faricy boys online and told them what I wanted. Within an hour, i had 3 options and an email. I responded with a few questions, made a selection, and asked for a price. The price was considerably lower than the other dealer. I asked for a lease. I got an immediate response that was a significantly better lease price than the other dealer. I then emailed a deposit, told them when I wanted to pick up the car, and that I didn't want the whole process to take more than 30 minutes. Tom called me 2 days before just to make sure all my questions had been answered, and to assure me he would expedite the paperwork. I showed up, signed 5 forms, was handed the keys and given an overview, and I drove away. I've never bought a car so effortlessly. And then, Tom followed up 2 days later just to make sure all was well. If you want to buy a Jeep, I wouldn't hesitate going to Faricy and asking for Tom.

I came to buy a very beautiful car and pulled up to look at one, and no one wanted to help me! I literally sat there with my husband for 15 mins! There were salesmen there standing there that didn't want to help us, they even looked right at us... Not once but a few times!!! What kind of salesman doesn't want to help a customer buy a car!? First time car buyer here! I came across a car I loved online at a price I wanted. I emailed Faricy and got a quick response from Kerri. We talked back and forth very promptly and she kept me informed via email and phone. I decided to put a $500 hold on the car and I am glad I did! I made an appointment to go in and was greeted promptly by Joshua, got down to business, and test drove the car. Joshua showed me a complete Carfax on the car as well as the breakdown of the work the dealership did on the car. While we were waiting on the report from the bank, Joshua made us feel comfortable while we made small talk. The price of the car was higher than what I saw online, and no questions asked, they matched the internet price! Once we got it all worked out, they cleaned the inside and outside of the car and even filled up the tank for me! The process was quick but thorough. I did not feel like there was any shady business going on, and everyone was extremely professional. To put the cherry on top, my 18 month old son wanted a balloon that was attached to a car outside. Joshua untied it from the car and let him have the balloon. Everybody got a treat that day! Thank you Faricy boys! I have already told everyone about you!

The entire experience was pleasant. We were able to start looking on the lot without being bombarded by sales associates. This allowed us to get a better feel of what we wanted before talking seriously with someone. We went inside and met with a sales rep, who asked us what we were looking for and how we felt about it all. It was a comfortable conversation. From there we found vehicles that matched what we wanted, and then test drove. Never once were we pressured nor did they try to up-sell us on things we were not looking for or did not need. The finance process was extremely smooth, and was all conducted in a comfortable manner. The communication was great and all questions were answered appropriately. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about our experience here at The Faricy Boys. I would certainly recommend to others and return again.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in December and everything about the buying process was awesome. Price and the not hassle of salesmen. Very impressed with everything. The part that upsets me and makes me unhappy is I just received my card to get my tags and licenses. I have bought new cars in my years and have never had to pay for them but with this after what I paid for I have to pay for them. I looked at my paperwork and it doesnt say anything and says taxes and it is going to cost me from 400 to 700 to get them. Very unhappy that this was not included in my price and I would have paid for them. Very unhappy on this part that it was not.

I cannot thank the staff at Faricy Boys enough for making my experience purchasing my Jeep easy and painless! After our initial visit didn't go so well, we dealt with Dave Smith. Dave was very professional and friendly. He steered us through everything to get us into the Jeep we were looking to buy. Kerri is most definitely the only reason I even made the trip all the way to Faricy. Even though she wasn't involved with our dealings while we were present, she still came out to introduce herself and thanks us for our business. Kerri and Dave are definitely the reason we stayed with the dealership, and why we have a nice wonderfully priced Patriot in our driveway.

Faricy Boys was very straightforward and organized. they responded quickly to an Internet inquiry through True Car, and found the vehicle and had the best pricing for it. Tom was very nice to work with and the process was pretty smooth. It is a nice vehicle and I think it will serve me well. It does have one minor problem with an option but I am confident that they will solve it quickly, as I talked to service on the phone about it.

Whenever I purchase a new vehicle (which is not that often) I do my research thoroughly then reach out to those dealers the have stock that matches our desired options and make an offer... after enduring some fruitless email exchanges communicating with local Denver dealers, I came across Faricy Boys in C springs... within a very short time I had a deal and picked it up the next day, in and out which is what I like. The 2015 Jeep Cherokee is superb and we are very happy with the vehicle and our purchase experience.

The Jeep brand speaks for themselves, excellent vehicles. My last 3 vehicles have been Jeeps and I went to Faricy Boys for all 3. I actually looked forward to seeing my salesmen again. They are truly unlike any other dealership I've dealt with. They are there because they love the company and the product. There is no high pressure pushes, lies, or tactics. Just down to earth team talking about what they love. The help you find the vehicle that is best for you and won't give you the run around. My wife has always been a Chevy girl. But she's loved my last two Jeeps and really loves my new Chetokee. She said she's not content driving mine now and again, she wants her own and wants to go to faricy. She's been with me when I bought my Jeeps and likes the Faricy staff a lot.

Tom Dominguez, was my sales representative. I cant say enough about his patience. Excellent service. I believe my total time at this dealership, was no more than 1.5 hrs from start to finish and driving off the lot in my new Jeep. Super nice and defiantly not pushy he let me make my own mind up. I just bought my jeep patriot from Ron and he was great! I was a little hesitant about buying a jeep 4x4 coming from a smaller car he made me at ease he wasn't pushy he was just there for support. Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee last month. Dave Smith met my friend, two small grandchildren, and myself at the door. He showed me around the lot as two antsy kids played among the cars. He never missed a beat. I bought a jeep. I love it as does my husband. Ron Covert was also very pleasant as I squeezed for more discount. Nice people.

I decided to purchase a new vehicle today and had a serendipitous experience at The Faricy Boys Jeep. Rather than the normal experience at a car dealership where the customer is subject to endless negotiations between a nebulous sales manager and salesman, time consuming waits while the Finance Manager prepares paperwork back in a secluded office and waiting for the vehicle to be prepared for delivery. My salesman, Tom Dominguez, introduced me to a new experience. I had a few questions about the vehicle and the warranty which he answered immediately, rather than searching for someone that could answer my questions. I asked the salesman if we could test drive the vehicle, we were allowed to drive the vehicle all weekend, including driving to Denver for a Broncos game. When I returned the vehicle on Monday morning the Finance Manager surprised me. He had reduced the price of the 2012 Jeep Liberty, raised the trade-in value of our 1998 Toyota Four Runner to get the best loan package for my budget. He had all the paperwork ready for my signature and we were driving home in our 2012 Jeep Liberty within 30 minutes without paying anything out-of-pocket! The sales staff at Faricy Boys Jeep are incredible; they respected the value of my time while selling me the product I desired within my budget. There isnt much else you can ask from any sales team, they listened! Thank you Faricy Boyts Jeep.

I have just moved to Colorado Springs and sold my previous car before flying to town. Needless to say, I needed a car and our realtor recommended Ron Covert at Faricy. Ron put me with Tom Sharp, and we had a good time discussing my needs and interests and what they had available. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, and Tom listened and helped expedite the process. Now, I was dropped off at the dealership, so they had a captured audience, but it never felt that way. I have been very pleased with my vehicle, and would definitely recommend Faricy (and especially Tom and Ron) to folks in the Springs.

Dave Smith came outside in the rain while we were looking over cars in the lot to help us in anyway he could. Once the car we wanted was selected, he made the whole process painless and smooth. He gave us an estimate of what they would allow on our old car. I told him I thought the price was too low and what I was willing to pay. A minute or so later he returned with a new offer that was within a hundred dollars of my bid, so we said close enough and closed the deal. The other dealership we had seen earlier would not budge an inch from their asking price. They just picked up the paperwork and said good bye. We'll be back when we are ready to shop for another vehicle.

Faricy in general is an incredible car buying experience. This is the second car I have bought from Faricy and Tom replaced my previous sales rep. What I enjoy most about Faricy is the fact that they actually listen. When you tell them this is what I am looking for. They aren't wasting their time trying to sell you something you don't want. It truly is a pressure free car buying experience with very fair prices. Like I said Tom replaced our previous sales rep and it was the same wonderful experience.

Great experience with the team of Kerri, Kelly, and Tom M. Never had to use the phone and just discussed prices and deals with Kerri over the internet. She was very fair and honest and followed up EXTREMELY well. That is how I like to buy a vehicle...no haggle, no endless phone calls, and one price that is good when you go to pick it up...Outstanding job...then Tom had the vehicle ready to go and got done with paper work very quickly which I also enjoy. My 2013 Chrysler 200 was brought to the Faricy boys in Colorado springs for repair. The battery is clearly leaking acid causing damage to the vehicle. HOWEVER, the "Service" department, after a 4 1/2 hour wait, assigned a Tech to the vehicle who plugged in his diagnostic equipment,and of course found that the battery was currently holding charge at an appropriate level, regardless of the fact that there is visible corrosion on the positive battery terminal, as well as the bodywork of the car below the battery. The Faricy Boys Service Manager then took me to show me the car in the work bay. When I pointed out the corroded body bolt as well as the damaged paint and corroded Positive battery terminal, the Service Manager behaved in a rude and demeaning manner stating that the corrosion could have come from anything. He clearly had no desire to remedy the issue with my vehicle, provide even the slightest amount of professionalism, or complete the work that was requested. I am VERY pleased to add that I did NOT purchase my Chrysler from this dealership, instead purchasing from their next door neighbor, and direct competitor! I will never do any business with this dealer in the future and recommend avoiding this unprofessional and uncaring service department!

Tom Dominguez made my jeep buying experiance very enjoyable, he was very thorough in explaining the details of the car and how all the features worked, I came into the dealership with a price in mind and he did everything to get me the price that I asked for. Had nothing but fantastic service over the past few days as we bought our new Jeep Wrangler from The Faricy Boys. We were greeted by Dave Smith within a few minutes of us getting out of our vehichle. Based on what we were looking for Dave was able the find vehicles that fit our taste. He was very knowledgable on the different vehicles and had answers to all of our questions. We left that evening with 2 vehicles in mind and told Dave that we would be back in the morning. We arrived the next morning with a decision on the vehicle and Dave took it from there. Within a couple of hours we had our trade-in appraised, financing options figured out and paperwork complete. We then worked with Mark in the financing department where he thoroughly explained to us what we were sigining. The only drawback was that the vehicle was in Denver and we could not get it until Monday. We arrived back at the dealership on Monday to make some changes to our financing and to pick up our new Jeep. The entire process on Monday took less than an hour. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the serive that was provided and will definitely go back there for our next Jeep purchase.

BEWARE! I would not recommend buying anything from their used car selection. They sold me an absolute LEMON! Within 2 weeks tranny was slipping, engine making noises, problems, problems, problems. I used their recommended mechanic up the street (Christian Bros.) for a pre-purchase inspection, who told me it was a good running truck and misquoted repair work that was needed. Told me it was $700, turns out it needs $3500 worth of work doing.....i got taken by these guys, dont be the next victim....I dont know how these salesmen and owners sleep at night or hold their heads up high when they go home at night. Throwing an AS-IS sign does not release you from a moral or ethical responsibility to sell a quality vehicle. Do not support this kind of business practice! Dont be next!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and worked with Tom Dominguez. I contacted Tom on the internet and when I arrived at the dealership, he had the specific car I was interested in ready and waiting for a test drive. The process of actually purchasing the vehicle was very straightforward and did not take more than an hour or so.Tom was very enjoyable to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. This was my first time going to a dealership, and I will say I was quite impressed by the people at Faricy Boys. I drove up from Santa Fe for the vehicle, and they had it ready for me the moment I came in. They were very friendly, patient and went the extra mile with their service. They got me a better financing deal than I did from my credit union and I felt little pressure when going through the financing details. I know some people have nightmares for their first experience with a dealership, but I was thoroughly impressed.

Everything went well after the error was fixed. We started with Kerri and she had the wrong vin number even though I went through the internet e-mail, then Jack and Steve took over. They did not tell us that vehicle had over 900 miles until I asked twice. We refused to buy that one and they found one with a lot less miles in Denver. The vehicle was late coming to the dealership from Golden to Co. Springs. Even though the vehicle was "cleaned" by their crew - we have not had time to re-clean the vehicle. since there is a large amount of over spray from the cleaner they were using (armor?) it is on the seats, side panels and frames of the seats.

Corrie sold me a brand new Compass just this last week. She was friendly and very well educated on the vehicle. I traded in a Wrangler which was sad, but it will save me a ton in gas! For about the last six months I've been researching various 4WD or AWD SUVs, looking for one with the features we wanted. It was narrowed to the Jeep Cherokee.Initially I went to view & drive the Cherokee at Perkins Motors in Motor City. The first couple of visits I was treated with interest. The subsequent visits at Perkins, it felt like; "oh here he is again" and an attitude began emerging that was not positive.I decided to visit Faricy & was met by Corrie Keener. Corrie can attest to my numerous visits with questions & discussed the possibility of ordering a Cherokee, thinking that she would not have one with all the features we wanted.I cannot describe the her positive attitude & the courtesy she displayed throughout all my visits. If she didn't have an answer, she got back to me within 24hrs with an answer.Not once did I feel uncomfortable making multiple visits with her. I think The Faricy Boys made fabulous decision in employing Corrie Keener. Her professionalism, joyful demeanor & respectful attributes will make her a strong asset to your dealership.I don't purchase vehicles often, but with employees like Corrie, I would not hesitate to return & recommend her & The Faricy Boys for such a pleasant experience in the purchase of the Cherokee Limited.She even took a chance and brought around a Cherokee Limited with a color I wasn't even considering. The process was enjoyable and everything was explained to our satisfaction. At no point did we feel pressured or like we were not important customers. While visiting friends in Denver my wife and I decided to take a little trek down to the Springs to see some sights (Garden of the Gods, Rudy's BBQ, etc). ON a whim we happen to stop by Faricy Boys to look at Jeeps (since we had seen so many in Colorado!) We saw that they still had a Cosmos Blue Unlimited on their lot, and we had seen this vehicle online with Cars.com about a week earlier. We were greeted by Jim Carroll and he offered to show us the Jeep.We took the Wrangler on a nice 20 minute test drive and when we came back we let Jim know that we liked it, but needed to go get lunch and wanted to talk more about the idea of becoming Jeep owners. Jim offered to gas up the Jeep for us and let us take it to lunch, and even out to Garden of the Gods National Park, where we really got a great feel for what it would be like to have a Jeep on vacation! Smart guy that Jim Carroll, because we fell in love with it and after our 3 1/2 hour "test drive" we filled out the paperwork and headed back to California to await the arrival of our new Jeep!After it arrived we noticed a few days later that the A/C condenser had some pretty bad fin damage, and while in Colorado it might not have been an issue it was definitely something that concerned us since we have 100+ degree summers here in SoCal and we didn't want to chance the vehicle overheating due to the impeded airflow to the radiator through the condenser.Even though the Jeep was a Certified Pre Owned vehicle our local dealership told us that since the part was still functioning properly (meaning, it hadn't overheated....YET) it couldn't be replaced under warranty. My wife was distraught and so I contacted Faricy Boys on Colorado. After some back-and-forth I was contacted my Larry Heupel who offered to cover the cost of replacing the condenser for us. We were very relieved and happy that Jeep was willing to stand behind it's product and replace the part for us.Thank you Jim for a great sales experience, and thank you Larry and the rest of the team at Faricy Boys for going the extra mile to stand behind your vehicles and make sure your customers are completely confident with their purchase.

This was my second jeep purchase from Faricy. They worked hard to find the jeep with the options I wanted. The price seemed fair and the delivery process was exceptional. I choose not to trade in my car and felt the trade in price was quite low. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Patriot and Compass.. Tom Sharp greeted us as we approached the entrance. He was friendly and immediately put us at ease by his demeanor. He did not employ any high pressure tactics. We told him we were interested in the Patriot and the Compass. He offered us a test drive in both vehicles and then answered all our questions. We settled on the Compass and from there he got the ball rolling quickly and we were driving our new Compass home in a short time. We are satisfied customers.

I dreaded purchasing a car when our old car finally quit, but it had to be done. Ron Kanard was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, cooperative and helpful. He readily provided or sought answers to any questions we had. There was no pressure. We were interested in a minivan and The Faricy Boys dealership had a nice inventory for us to look at and evaluation. End result was a fairly painless transaction that was reasonable for both us and the dealership.

I just purchase a new 2014 Grand Cherokee. The sales staff, including Tom Dominguez, were exceptional. there was no pressure to buy, they were very informative about all the features and spoke to me about personal experiences with different packages. Once I made my decision we ordered the car and had it in 4 weeks. The whole process was excellent. Jeep kept me informed of the status of the car as it was being built. When it arrived, Tom spend and hour going over all the features and making sure I understood all the functions. I have purchased 3 cars from Faricy and they have always do right by me.

I recently took delivery on a 2014 Jeep Grad Cherokee. I had researched the vehicle and thought I knew what I wanted.Tom Dominguez spent time with me to help me understand all the different packages and their benefits. He then set me up for a test drive with two different engine options. I finally decided what I wanted but they did not have that exact package on the lot.I ordered the vehicle and had it in 4 weeks. Tom kept track of the vehicle as it was being built.Once it arrived he spent close to an hour familiarizing me with all the features. This it the 3rd Jeep I purchased from Faricy and my 5th overall.I would recommend Faricy for new or used car purchases. Their service department has also taken car of all my vehicles without issue.

Well for starters, I found a car online at their website that I really liked and we were able to set up an appointment for the next day to look at it. They called me the morning of, and told me they sold it. But I still decided to go in and look at more cars. The second i pulled up a sales rep asked "what do you want?" . He was incredibly rude from the moment he saw me. He then said he would get someone to help me and awkwardly left me standing in the cold. When i finally went inside, he came up and said he would be taking care of me, in a disappointed tone. He was very negative, demeaning, and impolite the entire time, he didn't even let me look at any of the cars. He handed me off to the finance guy so quickly; he was just terrible! They have cranky sales reps and treated me (an eager customer) like dirt. They didn't help me out at all.

I originally contacted this company through the website they have and then made an appointment to test drive a jeep patriot. I was early and they already had a sales professional ready in minutes. Mr. Tom Dominguez apologized for not having the vehicle warmed up; however, I was behind the wheel and they were test driving my trade in at the same time again within minutes.I had a preapproved amount from my credit union and again they saved me extra money by using Chrysler financing.Im now driving my jeep patriot 4x4 in the snow and feeling very good about this vehicle and the safe road ahead, thanks to Tom Dominguez and Faricy Boys staff.

I first contacted Kerri on the internet with questions about a 2004 Cherokee Ltd. in thier ad. Unfortunately it was sold. Kerri then sent me ads for a 2006 and 2005. We looked at the pictures of the 2006 and it was exactly what my wife wanted. We called to make sure it was still available and if it could be held for a bit while we got ready and drove the 45 miles to the dealership. Kerri assured us it would be. Upon arrival we asked for Kerri, since she does the internet stuff we were given John for a salesman. John was very friendly and courteous. Also knowledable. John took very good care of us and tried hard to get a deal made to fit our needs. He did very well. We then went to see Kelly. That also was a good experience. After leaving my car parked at the Denver Airport for a week, my windshield wiper fluid did work. I couldn't drive home so spent the night in a motel. I went to 4 different dealers in the Denver area, none who could fix the problem due to back log. One dealer stated the windshield wiper pump was broke. Needless to say, I drove home (over 60 miles) squirting my windshield with anti-icing from a spray bottle. Being from Arizona I had NO clue.I contacted the Faricy Boys Jeep Dealer in Colorado Springs and Dave got me in immediately. Well, the pump wasn't out.....the lines were frozen. They were de-frozen by the dealership and I was on my way. I was shuttled to home and picked up for this service. Dave was friendly and professional as were the shuttle drivers.My car will only be serviced at Faricy Boys.........way to go guys and thanks.

Everyone was so nice. I gave them a list of "must haves" in a car and they got it right on the first try. They seemed to know exactly what I needed when I didn't. The car was perfect, I got the best deal they could find. Everything from the test drive to the financing was seemless and done so quickly. It was really a pleasure doing business with Tom-- he was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient when appropriate, yet fast & efficient when we needed him to be, Tom is a gentleman and I'd never hesitate to recommend him to my friends and colleagues. The pre-owned Jeep we purchased is excellent. A diamond in the rough! But I left the dealership feeling a bit unappreciated. Doesn't everyone want to at least feel like they "got a good deal"? I tried to negotiate a little better price and got zero... not a penny. I tried to get them to fill up the gas tank... no sir. Only $15 worth of gas. The Jeep was missing the rolling cover for the rear cargo area and I asked if they could provide one. No sir. There was also no owner's manual and they could not provide that either. While waiting for finance, they showed us where the soft drinks and coffee were but we even had to pay for that! Soft drinks were $1.50 and coffee was .50 cents! This dealership reminded me of the airline business.

Emailed them about a car. Got quick response. You can tell they're motivated to sell and will respond quick. Was able to negotiate on a price without any hassle. They also beat my pre-approved credit union interest rate. Let me check out the car - no pressure. I could not find the 2013 Wrangler that I wanted so decided to order a 2014 Copperhead. After visiting the other dealer in Colorado Springs someone recommended Faricy Boys and am I glad that they did. Saved about $1500 from where I was with the other dealer. No haggling on the price...this is what it is...it was very close to what I wanted. Ordering was absolutely no hassle. The order was within their allocation and was submitted and accepted that first day. My salesman kept me informed as the vehicle was scheduled for production and it arrived within a few weeks. I was in the hospital recovering from a serious accident/surgery so my salesman worked with me to actually deliver the vehicle to my home (I could not travel) a few days after I got home. We did all of the paperwork at the house with no hassle. The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition and looking great. He even sent me photos when it first arrived so that I could see it. Great sales work from beginning to end. Highly recommend Faricy Boys and my salesman Jack Reak!!!

Had the most wonderful expereince when I visited Farciey boys dealership. They worked with me till I got the payment that was within my budget. I had visited a prior dealership that was horrible and everything we talked about was not taken into consideration. That was not so at Faricy boys they actually listen and tried to help get the Toyota I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget which was a huge plus. I give them an A for great customer service. I will recommend this dealship to all my friends and family.

After an evening of frustrating test drives at other local dealerships, I decided to save what ended up being the best for last. I checked out The Faricy Boys per the recommendation of a close friend, and I looked up what used cars they had posted on their website. The 2012 Nissan Altima, which I ended up purchasing, immediately caught my eye, but I was worried that I would not be able to afford it; I am a twenty-four year old about to embark on a more established career path. Upon my arrival to Faricy, Kerri was most helpful and I test drove the Nissan I had seen online--it ended up being on sale and exactly in my price range! I knew it was the car I wanted to buy, and when it came to financing, Kelly was able to get me a great deal on my payments--including a bumper to bumper warranty.Overall, my experience at Faricy was refreshing. All that I came into contact with were professional and not your typical pushy car sales associates. I have already been recommending The Faricy Brothers to all of my friends, and I recommend that anyone do business with them.

My purchase experience was made very comfortable by Corrie Keener, the sales person, and I believe she worked with me to get the best deal possible. They didn't have the color I wanted with the options I wanted on the lot and Corrie did some searching and found what I was looking for at a nearby dealer and arranged a trade. I really wasn't in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I received an email from the dealership about a vehicle trade program. I responded thinking that they really couldn't offer a deal that was better ....... and I still really liked the current vehicle. I gave a very small and very specific target of what kind of new car I would accept. It was an amazing position for me to be in. I didn't fall in love with a vehicle on the lot then try to negotiate a deal. The representative did the research and found a vehicle, in another state, that was exactly what I wanted. He personally worked with me and pulled together an incredible deal. He absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was so amazing that I really couldn't pass it up. This is the third purchase I've made from the Faricy Boys, and in particular Tom Dominguez. Both Faricy and Tom have always treated me and my family right, and with much respect. I have never felt pressured to purchase or not, and Tom has been honest and upfront with me, keeping expectations realistic. I'm a firm believer of expectation management. Tom was able to find the exact vehicle I was interested in. Though a little embarrassed, after having stated I would purchase the vehicle and going through the entire paperwork process, my wife and I felt we needed to discuss the purchase a little more, so I requested to wait a few days to complete the purchase. Absolutely no pressure. Tom stated he understood and just to let him know if we were still interested. This team of sales people are great. I will write a follow up review about finance once completed. I will be a continued return customer at Faricy for any other vehicle purchases I make. I enjoy visiting a place where the feelings of respect are mutual, I trust their work (as they've proven it to me time and time again), and they have worked hard to treat me right and achieve excellent results in the vehicle experience (which can certainly be painful). Dave Smith was very pleasant to deal with as a salesperson. I felt he respected my desires & needs. His sales technique was not aggressive and I appreciate that very much. Dave was very helpful in choosing the right model for myself. He allowed me to test drive several different Jeep Wrangler Unlimited models which allowed me to make my own decision.For the dealership as a whole I sat around for quite a long time (greater than an hour) waiting to finalize a deal which was not pleasant. I do not believe it should have taken that long, especially since the dealership was not even busy that evening.

Online researchers may begin to suspect, from the quantity of reviews on Faricy Boys, that this company solicits online reviews from its customers. That's true, but it's not because they're seedy or scamming: they deserve the advertising from us happy customers. If my experience is any indication, they've worked hard to deserve all this positive feedback. My wife and I were just "browsing the lot" one evening after dinner, talking about some vehicle dreams. Dave Smith came out to greet us, even though it was only a half hour before closing. He was very accommodating and even took us for a spin on their off-road test track (which I didn't even know they had). He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional that night and the next day, when we returned after further discussion and "slept on it." It doesn't hurt that his product--the new 2014 Wrangler--sells itself with features and quality, but Dave went out of his way to take good care of us and make the purchase go smoothly. I'll be back to Faricy to get some new Mopar accessories installed. They play fair and offer excellent service, as Dave has demonstrated. Thanks, Dave! I just bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. At this time, this particular model with the features I wanted is tough to find, but my salesman (Craig) worked with me to get a very good price that was below invoice. He was not pushy at all like some car salesman I've dealt with over the years. He promptly responded to all of my email/voice mail questions. He also allowed me to take the vehicle home for what ended up being a two-day test drive. Finally, he delivered my Jeep to me at my home after the service department finished installing my lift kit and tires.

Kerri was amazing. Friendly and Professional. She wasn't pushy and I left the dealership feeling like I had made a friend that could truly guide me throught the process. Dave Baldini in Finance was also "AMAZING". I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I have never had such a refreshing experience buying a car. I had been financed by another bank when i walked thru their door. The deal fell through and they truly took care of me! I will recommend Kerri and Dave to all of my friends!!!! Dave has the perfect demeanor for an auto salesman. He is knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and NOT at all obnoxious or pushy. He has a great sense of humor, and answered all my questions honestly. Because of his honesty, I decided NOT to buy the used Jeep I initially looked at- but I came back a week later to buy a new one instead. Kerri worked hard to make our experience a good one. We first met on Saturday July 13 when we arrived at the Faricy Boys dealership about 20 minutes before closing. She was courteous and made every one of those 20 minutes meaningful. She showed us vehicles and facilitated consultations with available service people and was apologetic that she could not do more for us in the time available. We came back on Monday evening and she facilitated a great test drive in a black Jeep Rubicon Unlimited 10th Anniversary model. She ensured that both my husband and I got a good feel for the vehicle. Again pressing towards closing time, she addressed our questions about finding other 10th anniversary models other than black and made commitments to communicate her findings the next morning. Thank God, the anvil model we thought was sold became available. We came back on Tuesday evening to purchase it. Kerri walked us through the options and the paperwork. We ordered accessories that would have to be installed. She then proposed that we come back on Thursday to pick up the vehicle. But we were hoping to pick up the Jeep the next day, Wednesday, to celebrate our 2 year anniversary of moving to Colorado [July 17, 2011]. Even though Wednesday was her day off, Kerri agreed to meet us at 6pm that evening for pick up and a run through of the dashboard. We were thrilled. Lastly, we discovered after the purchase that some of the accessories we ordered [hitch/wiring & rear mud flaps] were not readily available -- and additionally we learned that our choices now in these areas could impact later choices regarding lift and wheels [different bumper]. So we asked to cancel those accessories. Kerri promptly took care of the cancellation and promised a refund. Kerri also took action to remove some light stains my husband identified on the back seat. Kerri was so responsive to us and addressed every concern we raised. We appreciate all that she did to understand and meet our needs and timetable.

I have bought two different vehicles from Faricy Boys, which was a 2013 Jeep Wrangler and a 208 Chev Impl. Both vehicles are great. They tell you how it is and work with you on everything. They also do all the service on both vehicles. The 2013 Jeep they did a Stage 4 lift kit, Warn bumpers front and back installed a Warn winch plus other items installed. No job is to small or two large for them to do. I will be buying all my vehicles from them.

I absolutely love this dealership and would recommend them to anyone for your car buying needs. They are not high pressure sales people and are more than willing to go above and beyond to make you happy. Sunny, in their internet sales department, was able to answer all my questions and find the exact jeep I was looking for, even though it meant going to another state. Ron traveled all the way to Santa Fe to pick up my baby and deliver him to me here in the springs. They found my jeep, brought it to me, gave me a great deal, had it washed and ready to go for me, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Craig Berhost went beyond my expectations to make me a satisfied customer, He sent me photo's of the Sebring Convertible as they were not yet posted on their site. He knew we had lost our only vehicle in a crash and that our ride was only available on Saturday. Their title clerk does not work on Saturday's so on Friday 6/14/13 Craig drove over 100 miles to pick us up. Not only was he on time as promised, he was a really personable man. He had set me up with Bob Hoover in service and they did all the work I wanted done in one day. And I got the dream car I had wanted for many years. I bought an "As Is" car for $2000 and the treatment I received made me feel like I was the most important customer they ever sold a car to!!

I was looking for a 2009 Kia Borrego. Kia sold less that 23,000 of them so they aren't easy to find. When I was looking on teh web for a Borrego the stars lined up and I found the Borrego of my dreams at Faricy Boys. I emailed them via the web and got a nearly instant response. Their Internet rep was a delight to work with. I got my financing lined up and then she had Jack call. He called just as quickly. We got as much done over the phone and then 4 days later I drove from Denver to Colorado Springs to get the car. Everyone was very nice, and I got a car that takes my breath away it's so gorgeous.

We were warmly greeted by Kerri Hill as soon as we stepped out of our car. Our intention was just to look at Wranglers. Kerri asked if we had previously owned a Jeep. We had, a Jeep Liberty. Even though Libertys are not being made any more she suggested we look at the remaining inventory. We did and found them more suitable for our needs. The sticking point was color and lack of navigation. Kerri took the initiative to contact a dealer in Denver and found a Liberty with a great color and navigation. She went the extra mile by bringing the new car to our house for us to look over before making a final decision and picked up our trade in for evaluation. Nothing like wish fulfillment to sign on the dotted line!

When I told Kerri what I was looking for, she checked the on-hand inventory but did not have a match. She offered to search the state to find exactly the model, color, transmission, and trim level I was seeking. No other dealership I visited made the same offer. Once she located the vehicle 70 miles away, she arranged to have it delivered THE NEXT DAY. The price negotiation was low key, the trade value was fair, the financing department was professional. Great service at The Faricy Boys of Colorado Springs! My old 1985 Jeep Cherokee was almost dead and I needed a new vehicle. Our first thought was "Jeep", our second thought was - The Faricy Boys! Great service, nice and polite. Got a good trade for my old vehicle and after all the paperwork was done my family drove out in our new vehicle - used 2001 Grand Cherokee Limited. Special thanks to Jack Reak for the good service! Now I can drive more and do more work for my favorite charity, Global Action, www.globalaction.com! The only problem that I had with the whole experience was the long wait to get all the paperwork to be processed - I wish the dealership had a faster way to handle this differently.

I recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler fromThe Faricy Boys. Kerry Hill was the sales associate I worked with through the process. Kerri was outstanding!! I initially met her when the store was closed or in the process of closing one night during a snowstorm. I was unaware that the dealership was closing for the night. I wandered into the showroom and shortly thereafter ran into Kerri. We talked about what I was looking for and she immediately went to work looking in her inventory, on the internet and giving me brochures. She never once mentioned that they had closed 20 minutes earlier and didn't rush me at all. After I realized the dealership was closed I apologized and left for the evening. Since I had done a tremendous amount of research, I knew what type of vehicle, color, price, and trim my family wanted. Several days later I stopped by the dealer and talked to Kerri again. She bent over backwards trying to find the vehicle that I had spec'd out. When we couldn't find the right Jeep she offered numerous alternatives even tracking down a jeep that had our second color choice in New Mexico. I left for the evening because I needed to discuss the situation with my family. In the meantime, Kerri kept on working to find the Jeep that would make us the happiest. The next afternoon Kerri called saying they had found a Jeep that met my specifications perfectly. A week later we picked the Jeep up at the Faricy Boys and have been extremely happy!

The buying process is broken at this dealership. The management at this dealership hides behind smoked windows and did not come out a single time during my visit until I asked to see the GM. I found the vehicle I wanted online, made an appointment, brought a certified check from my bank, negotiated the price and after being there over 4 hours I asked for the GM. When I explained the situation he was very rude but did get a person to complete the financing. The only thing this dealership offers to their customers is complimentary coffee.

My husband and I purchased an oil change package for our car less than a year ago and used 2 of the 4 to date. The car we had used them on completely died and we purchased a new car 2 months ago. We went in for an oil change today and were told we could only use them on the old car as the oil changes are attached to the VIN number. We explained that the car was taken to a junk yard and not in our possession anymore, but they did not care at all. I asked to see where it states this policy in our paperwork and was told it doesn't state it anywhere, but it is policy. I went to their website and pulled up the same deal we purchased, and it doesn't say that in the disclaimer at all. We waited for 45 minutes to speak with a manager, but he was "busy" and we ended up leaving. Poor customer service!

How many dealerships let you take off for a few hrs or overnight with a vehicle so that you can experience it before committing? This one does. Bought a new Chrysler from Kelly. Very pleasant experience. They are true to the blue book on trade ins and gave plenty of rebates on the new car to bring it down $1000s of $$$. My only suggestion for improvement is to offer the customers water or coffee. No high pressure and no one attacks you while you are looking on the lot. The vehicles sell themselves. I will return for a third time when ready to buy again.

Tom made me feel so at ease. I told him what I wanted, and he showed me the Jeeps, took me on a little four wheel track, and was very professional. He made me laugh, and I was very comfortable with him from the first hand shake, to the last. He was always so friendly, and had a smile all the time. I never felt pressured by him.Dave, the gentleman that handled all my paperwork was a superb man. He was so organized, and this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. There was not jerking me around, and everything was up front. I was put in touch with Jack Reak and the Faricy Boys through the internet. When I met Jack in person, he proved to be a very competent and knowledge sales person. Jack was very agreeable and straight forward about the car I was interested in and what I could get for my trade-in. He never tried to pressure the sale. This was the fourth jeep we have purchased from Faricy Boys in the past four years. Each time the dealership went out of their way to make sure we got a good deal not only on the new car, but also on our trade in. Purchasing a new car is only part of the experience with Faricy. Went in to buy a used car. I already had several cars in mind but the main one that I was looking at was bought the same morning. Ended up finding another car that fit my needs. Jim Carroll was very friendly and helpful with my trade in and inquiries. The only bad thing was how long all of the paper work took. We were there for a little over 4 hours. First hour was finding a car but the 3+ hours was for the paper work. I didn't mind waiting that long because it was already exciting enough getting a new car, but knew from friends and family that they didnt have to wait that long at other dealerships for their paper work to be completed.Would highly recommend this dealership though. The initial process of finding a good dealership online was stressfull because most places have below average reviews. Was iffy about this dealership since there were so many positive reviews, but come to find out, everything holds up and made they buying process comfortable. Most of the complaints I read were about how long the service department takes for simple fixes, but that of course did not affect the buying process.

Craig Berhost was excellent to work with. Very personable with no high pressure. Fantastic customer service, I felt like I got a good deal and Tom was very friendly and very helpful. It didn't seem like the 'usual' car-buying experience where everything is about getting you to buy more. He understood I was a college-student and didn't push beyond my price limit but that didn't mean he wasn't willing to show me other cars as well. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to visit here and work with Tom. Finance on the other hand was very pushy and I felt like I was getting tricked the whole time. Made it seem like we HAD to buy a different warranty which is all part of the 'usual' game.

My wife wanted to look into a new Jeep. We looked on the internet and decided to stop at Faricy's and they had one my wife really liked the looks of. She did not push us into something we did not want; we would buy from her again.We have had a lot of new vehicles and not many impress me the way our Cherokee Overland has so far. His patience and knowledge were unmatched, as he was the number one reason we purchased the vehicle through Faircy. My wife and I took our '11 Town and Country into the Faricy Boys' Chrysler service depart to have recall work completed. While the work was being done, we asked that the technician take a look at a second row head rest that would not fold down when activating the stow and go feature. It was agreed upon with the service writer that, if necessary, we would spend up to $120+ dollars to fix the problem. When we returned to pick up the vehicle (we never received a phone call), we were told the chair was looked at, confirmed mechanically broken and would take $700 to replace. When we turned down the offer to replace the chair, we were changed $100 for the service of confirming its non-operation. After bringing our vehicle home my wife was able to repair the seat herself.I find the dealers charge of $100 for confirming a seat my wife and I already knew was broken completely unacceptable. Additionally, to be charged for an ASE technician to take a look at the seat, not be able to identify or at least offer advice to the faulty mechanism and have my wife restore operation of the seat 3 hours later can only be described as shameful on the part of the service department. My family and I will not be returning.

I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and "unexpectedly" met Kerri. She subsequently contacted me and I never got the impression she was "pushing" to make a sale. Kerri also demonstrated really impressive knowledge of the car buying process which i prefer. The entire process was largely comfortable and with minimal "surprises". I would have preferred a little more for my 300 but who doesnt want more for their trade in. The best part was that through Truecar.com and USAA,I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted. Interestingly, I dont consider myself a Chrysler or Jeep enthusiast but I loved my 300 and really loved the GJ Laredo!So I got one. Kerri was instrumental in making the deal enjoyable if there is such a thing in the car buying process. She was courteous, knowledgable, and truthful. I would purchase a vehicle from her again. Went to Faricy Boys JEEP to look at Jeeps and prices. They are great! They don't pressure you nor ask for your name and phone number to call you later. They don't try to tell you what you want, they listen and show you what you're looking for. Craig came in on his day off to complete the paper work and finalize the sell(we didn't know it was his day off or we would have waited til the next day).

I was sincearly impressed with the service I received at Faricy. I was not pushed towards any given vehicle. Instead they worked with me to find a vehicle that matched the features I wanted without breaking my budget. Overall, I would (and very possibly will)go through Faricy Boys again in the future.

I had a minor issue with my 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland and needless to say it can be a little stressful when youe wondering if the dealership will provide the support needed. From the lady who answered the phone to make my appointment to the detailer (Anthony Deguchi) who cleaned a smudge off my headliner I always felt like I was dealing with professionals. Although my issue was minor, I was concerned about getting the old run around you hear about when folks take their cars to a dealership for warranty work. At the Faricy Boys it nothing like that. The service representative (Bob Hoover), the service tech (Gaston Retallick), and the service manager (Aaron Captain) all made me feel they were sincerely concerned about my vehicle problem and would do whatever was necessary to fix it. I moved from maryland some time back and I felt it was time to trade my honda coupe on something for weather related issues. I have owned a number of Jeeps in the past and felt it was time to buy again having had excellent luck not to forget to mention having no problems with the various jeeps I have owned. I had my 04 Jeep Wrangler in for service a while back. I asked them to check the brakes while I was there. I figured for the over $1100 total bill they could at least tell me that. My service rep said they were fine, I said great because I might drive it up Pike's Peak some day. This was less than 4K miles ago. My wife just started complaining the brakes sounded bad, but had to drive to Denver to return my grandparent's to the airport. Sure enough the rotors are dug into from the brakes. I could have had a serious accident on Pike's Peak with my grandparent's in the car as I was there last weekend. Now I have to replace the rotors and brakes. I am not happy with this dealership. For as much money as my visit cost, very poor service.

Dave was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. The deal went smoothly.The "OK" rating for overall experience was due to the abhorrent Dealer Handling fees, $490 in this case, that most (but not all) dealers in the area feel obliged to charge. My purchase was via the Employee Purchase plan so I avoided this fee. Therefore my rating was only reduced to OK. I would have taken my business elsewhere to avoid these fees, and probably cost Chrysler a sale. (But I seem to be in the minority on this issue, for some reason.)

Kerri Hill was the first person I visited with when I walked on the lot. I had an idea what I was looking for and she did a great job of showing me the options. When I made the choice to buy, but told her I needed to wait a little while, she did not try to push or convince me to make a quick decision at all. I wanted a Grand Cherokee configuration that they did not have on the lot. There was no push to buy something they already had and she went and found what I was looking for. When I showed up to close the deal, the car and Kerri were ready for me and I never had to wait. I was offered warranty options at closing, but it was never pushed. The price offered was right in line with the Consumer Reports target price. This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I have had.

I was recently in the market for a new 2013 Jeep wrangler. I knew what I wanted on it and started to shop on the internet. I sent several messages to dealerships. Some responded and others didn respond at all. While I couldn find the jeep with everything I wanted I did find several close. I found Faricys Boys people very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Others played games and said they would not be beat. Melissa Bennett and Ron Karnard were always there. See I never saw the actual jeep. I asked for pictures and window sticker. They even helped me line up a shipper to have it shipped to me some 5 hours away. I would NOT hesitate to use them again. After reading great reviews about Kerri, I went to Faricy Boys and the kind words about her were true. I had gone to 6 other dealerships and my experiences were awful. I'm so glad I finally found a saleswoman and a dealership that wasn't rude, and pushy and trying to sell me a piece of crap. Kerri was patient, genuinely honest, and knew exactly what I wanted. It was also 7 o'clock at night and I know at the end of my work day I'd be tired but Kerri was energetic and excited to help us. Kerri showed me two Jeeps, a Compass and a Patriot, after we had narrowed down my requirements (SUV, 4wd, nothing too old, etc.) I took the Jeep Patriot to a mechanic for an inspection (which I highly recommend anyone do when interested in any car no matter how good it looks on the outside!) and after it checked out I went straight back and bought it! The wait for paperwork was a little long so be sure to bring an ipod or a magazine or something. Thanks Kerri!! I love the Jeep and I have been recommending you to anyone who brings up car buying.

We came to the Faricy Boys looking for a new jeep wrangler. Tom Dominguez was the gentleman who helped us find our amazing Jeep. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the jeep and was able to locate the exact jeep with everything we wanted on it. When we went in to pick up the jeep, he spent a lot of time in the Jeep with us showing us all the features of the jeep and how to take the top off. I was there at the Faricy Boys earlier today for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I got there at about 12:45pm and was told it would take about 35 to 40 minutes. I had a free oil change and tire rotation for today since my father purchased a plan for like 3 or 5 oil changes and tire rotations per car for like 50 dollars or something like that a while back. It seemed like they knew that because at 2:10 an Employee walks up to me smiling and acting all happy because he figured I was a young and stupid person who would take their word for what is wrong with my vehicle and just leave it with them. He was very rude to me and said I did not take care of my vehicle and said it just needs TLC. He made it sound like I towed my Jeep in from somewhere and it was in really bad shape. It was not in that bad of shape, since I got second opinion, other than my brakes needed to be changed. I was going to let them do it, but with the way he spoke to me I am going to take my vehicle somewhere else. (I did take my Jeep somewhere else and am getting everything that Faricy said they wanted done for a much cheaper price and they treat me better there.) Then he said he would get my vehicle right out to me after we spoke it was not till 2:50 I got my Jeep back. I was not real pleased with the way I was treated. I am not going to be back on or near the Faricy boys lot again. In response to my initial post Paul Faricy wrote me and told me to contact me to see if there is anything he could do. Well I called him a few days ago and left a voice message which I said please contact me I would like to tell you more about what happened. I did not hear back from him, which tells me that my business is very important to him.

I stopped by early (7:30am) on a Saturday to get my Jeep Wrangler an oil change and tires rotated and balanced. This should take no more than 45 minutes, especially since they weren't busy. I didn't check out until 11:15am. Three hours and forty-five minutes! The worst part of my entire visit, everybody at the dealership was completely apathetic. No matter who I spoke with, they could care less about what I was saying. This includes a sales rep that I spoke to about the new Wrangler. He knew I was there to have my vehicle serviced, and therefore wasn't going to get any money out of me. At one point, after I had told him my Jeep has the old reliable 4.0 engine, he compared the new 3.6 to the one I had, and referred to it as the 3.8, the engine between my year and the new Wrangler. It's a simple mistake, but an insult to me because this person's job is to communicate with people and be able to read them. He didn't care. He was constantly scanning the lot while standing next to me. The worst part was when I talked to the service manager before I left the dealership. I wanted to let him know that it had taken three hours and forty-five minutes to change the oil and rotate and balance the tires on my Jeep. Immediately, he acted like it was my fault. If I didn't tell them I wanted my vehicle done at a certain time, his team could take until 6pm that day. That was insulting. I let him know I informed the service rep when I dropped off the vehicle that I would be waiting for it. I also let him know I checked in three different times for an update and noted that it was taking a long time. Nobody I talked to seemed to care that I was waiting so long, nor that it was simple work. After a 10 minute discussion about my situation the service manager noted that he is seeing my point actually, almost like he's finally believing me. While I was there I purchased a four pack of oil changes for $50. I let them know that if they were only good at their dealership I would prefer to pay $35 for the one oil change that day, because I wasn't returning to their dealership again. I would prefer to drive to Castle Rock and have my vehicle serviced at Medved Jeep.I received a personal reply from Mr. Faricy and greatly appreciate it. I will take my Wrangler back for the next scheduled maintenance in hopes the service will be better. The personal touch and true ownership of his dealership is very impressive. Thank you.

If you want the most pleasant car buying experience, you must go to the Faricy Boys and ask for Craig Berhost! We were not planning to buy a new car. My husband brought in our other jeep for an oil change. While waiting for our jeep, he was told about a buy back program. When he asked for more information, he met Craig in sales to talk about the program. He told Craig it would be my Jeep and gave a list of all I wanted...a Hemi, sunroof, sound system, etc. Craig came back and there were two on the lot that fit my specs. I went the next day to check what was there. Within two hours, we test drove the 2012 Jeep, discussed pricing/trade in, etc. and we drove off in a new Jeep. Craig was professional, personable and knew everything one would need to know about our vehicle. What fabulous customer service. This is now the 4th vehcile we have purchased from this dealer and won't go to anywhere else!

Once my husband & I narrowed down the exact used Jeep we were looking for, we were happy to have found it here. Kerri was very helpful & didn't not pressure us AT ALL while we were trying to decide what we wanted to do. We even took a few hours to decide, checking online for other deals in town & found this one to be the best for us. Kerri was very personable & thoughtful, I am 8 mo pregnant, so when we called her to say we were coming back to look at the Jeep again the next day, she had popcorn & snacks for me knowing we might be there a while. Overall it was a great experience, straight forward, no crazy hassles, they worked with us on the few issues the car had & so far we are very happy with our purchase.

The Faricy Boys really do strive for excellence in all they're doing. I couldn't have asked for better service. I was looking for a new Jeep but had somewhat of a limited budget. Craig Berhost showed me several cars and tried to give me a deal that was satisfying for both parties. I got several discounts (e.g. a recent College grad retail without me even mentioning at first that I just graduated). The Faricy Boys really care for their customers. Craig even asked me to call him during his time off to talk specifics. He took his time to explain everything to me and even helped me out with my car insurance (things he really did not have to...). Again, couldn't have asked for better service. when I started looking for a car my first choice was the Faricy Boys. The automobile that I was driving at the time I started looking was purchaced at the Faricy Boys. On several occassion, (Usually Sundays) I would drive and walk their lot looking at automobiles. The selection of previously owned vehicles always reflected a high standard. I also checked inventory online. Once I selected the vehicles I wanted to look at I made a call to the dealership to set up a test drive. Upon arrival at teh dealership I was greeted by my representative and escorted to the vehicles. The vehicles were clean and looked good. After several formalities I went for a test drive in the previously selected vehicles. All selected vehicles were mechanically sound and clean. The vehicle I finally purchased was one that I had over looked It was a Chrysler 200. I requested a test drive of the vehicle, and the rest is history. The trip to finance was quite easy and relatively short. I filled out my credit application online and I had a loan approval before i arrived at the dealership. Changed my mindset about new car dealership! since i bought a bought brand new mustang back in 07 i was skeptical about buying a new car or dealing with new car dealers. In April we started our new car search in earnest at the Colorado Springs 2012 Auto Show. It was at that show where we met Kerri Hill. We enjoyed her professionalism from the very start; she smiled and was very kind and not pushy. About 3 to 4 weeks later we caught up with her at her place of employment, The Faricy Boys. I was very surprised that she remembered us by name from the car show. During the visit she gave us a brochure for the Jeep Grand Cherokee and told us to take our time going over the options and figure out what was important to us. We were also considering other vehicles and shared that info with Kerri. I felt Kerri gave us sound advice on the other products and encouraged us to test drive those vehicles.We decided the Jeep Grand Cherokee was the car for us. Keep in mind that we started our search in early April and purchased our vehicle in late June. We found the perfect car, a Maximum Steel Metallic exterior with Dark Frost Beige/Light Frost Beige interior Grand Cherokee Overland. This vehicle was in transit due to arrive later in the week. We found the car on a Saturday afternoon and decided to take the rest of the weekend to think on it. However another customer liked the car and didnt need the weekend to think about. We found this out the following Monday evening.By the time we showed up Monday, Kerri had run a 500 mile radius search looking for a car that would satisfy our demands. There was nothing. However we found another car on the lot that worked for us; not our first choice but a close second. This time we made an intent to buy deposit and took a day to make sure we could live with our second choice. We did some additional homework on the options, True Market Value (TMV), insurance, etc. The price The Faricy Boys was willing to sell the car for was right at TMV according to www.edmunds.com. And the best part, there was absolutely no haggling on the price. We picked the car up Thursday. We spent all of 30 minutes (or less) filling out the paperwork and writing the check. We spent more time during the final walk around then doing the paperwork for this vehicle.We definitely recommend The Faricy Boys and Kerri Hill our sales consultant: - Kerri was a true professional - She gave excellent advice - Very knowledgeable of the Grand Cherokee and its competition - Was not pushy - Always follow up on our questions via emails or calls - The Faricy Boys didnt waste our time haggling on price and extras - We paid a fair price for the vehicle

My wife and I started out windows shopping for a new vehicle to replace our aging van. We saw the ad in the paper for a Jeep Patriot but it turned out to be a standard transmission which my wife cannot drive. Craig and Nick however went out of there way and ensured us a great deal on a Patriot with automatic transmission and more too good to be true. I recently purchased a Wrangler from the Faricy Boys Jeep Dealer internet department. I was like everyone else shopping around for the best deal and was willing to travel for it. The Faricy Boys were the only dealer that gave me "Hard" numbers over the phone and did not play games, And their numbers on top of that came out to the best solid deal with in a 8 hour one way drive of my house. Yes I drove 15 1/2 hours round trip to buy a vehicle from this dealer. Their ability to very competitively price their vehicles as well as give me true top dollar for my trade, made it well worth it. Also when I did make it to the dealer the price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid :) . Overall they have the best customer service and pricing capability I have seen in the Mid-west !

I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler Sport for a while. Going to a few of the big name dealerships and getting frustrated because they want to put you into something you know you can't afford. I found a 2010, hard top, 6 speed, with air in brand new condition for a price that I didn't even haggle with because it was already so low. From begining to end I didn't feel the pressure that you usually get with dealerships. I would reccommend the Faricy Boys to anyone looking and ask for Jack Reak he's a great guy...no high pressure sales

The Faricy Boys dealership was very good to us - they were patient and compromised with us on price, trade in value and incentives. We wanted to take our time to find just the right deal for us, price and car type wise - and Mike Mason was very patient, no tough sales put upon us, he gave us plenty of time to check out all of our options. Mike Mason was good to us in that he had a plethora of information on all the models, and had good input on various situations.We have always been FORD buyers, but they seem to have priced us right off their list! So, maybe we are NOW JEEP buyers for life!!

We walked in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted (Patriot), thanks to online research, but Kerri helped us by suggesting an even more affordable Sport trim and telling us it was available with some options we wanted (power windows/AC). The whole process after that was so easy, it was just stupid. We literally gave her a few pieces of information, she disappeared for 5 minutes and came back and told us what our payments would be. Then we nodded, she disappeared again and came back with a finance guy (who ended up getting us a 2.9% interest rate with a 7 year/70,000 mile FULL protection package!) HELLO?!?! The entire thing took literally 2 hours, start to finish, and that was including the test drive. The facility was spotless and well-maintained and the waiting area was comfortable and even offered free coffee! :) Everybody was VERY knowledgeable about working with USAA, they gave us a military discount and made sure we got some dealer incentives as well, and even the employees who weren't working with us were friendly, inquisitive and helpful, right down to the lady answering the phones at the main desk! Can't say enough good things about this dealership!

I was looking for a used car for my son. I used an internet site that linked me up with potential car sellers. Faricy was the first to respond to my e-mail request for information. They also quickly provided information on several other cars in my price range. I contacted three other car dealers for information. Two of the others responded in about 36 hours, but I had already bought the car from Faricy by then. The 4th dealer never replied at all. The salesman also helped me with transportation to get the car to my son's location.

Patty and I were looking for our 4th Jeep, second Wrangler. We wanted the new 2012 engine and also a new color, Crush orange. Tom & Craig were the most helpful from 4 dealerships overall, and the only ones to focus on getting us the vehicle we wanted, rather than trying to sell us what they had. Then we wanted to see the Crush with both tan & black leather to decide. We were a pain. But they found both options for us to look at before we decided. They took the time and helped us get what we wanted, and we're very pleased. They also dealt fairly and clearly on the entire process including our pricing. We're tired of the games many dealers play. They shot straight and so did we. We made a great deal for both of us. They also racked our order and kept us posted every step of the way. Their parts department is helpful and knowledgable; and the service department is very easy to use --even I, a middle-aged housewife am not intimidated to drop her car off there, unlike some other dealers I've experienced. All departments that we have interfaced with have been courteous, knowledgable, and professional -- we highly recommend doing business with Faricy. After a couple of rather unpleasant car buying experiences with other dealerships in Colorado Springs, working with Kelly at the Faricy Boys was a wonderful experience! She was knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and made my husband and I feel comfortable with our choices. She was not intimidating or condescending and really made it feel like buying a car from a friend! The entire transaction from test drive to driving away with our new vehicle took just over 3 hours. We were given a very fair trade-in value as well as a fair price for the new vehicle. There were no negotiating games, only fair, upfront pricing. I found my car through Kelly blue book and I couldn't believe the condition. I went the next day to the faricy boys and there it was just as shown online. No tricks no scams. My recent purchase was a Jeep Liberty which was not even on my list of possible targets. I went in with a 300M on my mind and walked out with the keys to a Liberty limited. Keri sold me a Wrangler Sport back in Sep 2011 so I thougt I'd stop in a talk over hat I was looking for. Here recommendation was I try the Liberty and she pointed out all the reasons this wold be a good fit for my peticular situation. Dang is she wasn't right. I drove it loved and bought on the spot. had to have Jeep towed when it would not turn on and icon indicated needs service.I called in next morning (7:45) to provide my info. Bob surprised me by saying the problem has been checked out, fixed, and ready to go!!!HE took the initiative to check it out and fix it!! I needed to get out of a lease that had 3 months remaining, didn't want to put to much down, and just didn't expect to be quoted the price I needed. Noticed the Jeep I wanted right away, which was an entry level new Grand Cherokee, I wasn't pushed or upsold and Marc was able to get me what I needed. I actually said yes and them changed my mind, again, no pressure and I was just told to call when I was ready. Thought about it a little longer and then worked the deal. Kerri Hill listened to what we were looking for, and recommended the best vehicle for the money. Even after the car sold to someone else, she still kept in touch with us, and let us know the minute the car was returned (with child seat anchor issues, nothing mechanical). He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and in all respects just great to deal with. If you're looking for a Jeep, you should give him and Faricy Boys your business, they're the best in town. Mike Mason was one of the best salesmen I've ever encountered - he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and all around just great to deal with when I bought a new Grand Cherokee. In fact, all of the staff at Faricy Boys were excellent. I got a great deal with no hassle. I'm actually looking forward to returning for the first oil change in the service department, which from what I saw appears to be staffed by excellent people as well.

The service has always been done in a timely manor at a fair price. The waiting room is comfortible with coffee availible. I would stay away from the hot chocolate as it was a little stale and weak. The ladies and gentlemen are always pleasant and willing to answer all questions.

I came into the dealership yesterday looking to see what was available in the new Jeep Liberty since I had been corresponding with Melissa. Craig was there to assist me and after test driving the 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport, I decided to see what kind of trade in I could get on my Jeep Commander - which turned out to be less than what I wanted but since we were able to get the interest rate down and increase the rebate, I decided it was good time to to ahead and purchase a new vehicle. I retain all my auto service work orders. My earliest Faricy Boys work order is dated April 18, 2003. Since that date they are the only shop to lay a tool on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Their extensive under-car inspections as a part of routine servicing have, on a number of occasions, identified problems that could shortly lead to either performance issues or vehicle failure. In fact, my most recent service was on January 6 of this year. I advised my service representative that I would soon be passing my Jeep down to my daughter and asked whether any "just in case" services should be performed. After a discussion with the servicing technician, he recommended a fuel system flush, and I concurred. That done, she will soon have a 2000 Cherokee that should have no problems on her first drive, from Colorado Springs to Tampa.

Because of a phone conversation with Shannon prior to my visit, the dealer was prepared with a vehicle that closely matched my expectations, and which I ultimately purchased. There was no hint of pressure to buy, and Mike Mason, my sales rep, answered every question I had. They quickly came up with a price that was better than I expected, and the financing was right on target for my expectations. Owner Ben Faricy took the trouble to introduce himself, and ask a few questions about my purchase. Overall, this was the easiest and most friendly auto purchase I have ever experienced.

This is the Fourth Jeep I have purchased from The Faricy Boys and Tom. Two 2004 Grand Cherokees, one 2005 Wrangler X and finally, my recent purchase of a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. It had been a few years since I had purchased from Tom and The Faricy Boys but because it was the 24th of December I had to return Tuesday the 27th. Well I wasn't disappointed. Just as Tom had told me finance was working things out and that afternoon with Mark's help I drove away in my new Jeep, just as Tom had said. Bottom line is that I had two trade-in vehicles and I didn't leave feeling anything less than I got a great deal, as I have with other car buying experiences at local dealerships. I got a great Jeep, a great finance experience with Nick and all at a payment that was fair. That is what brought me back to the Faricy Boys and why I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an awesome car buying experience. Ray P.

Kelly earned ratings of "5" by being professional, cautious, and polite at all times. She promptly returning phone calls (even on Christmas eve). Provided a superior delivery experience including having the the vehicle inside (in the showroom) to avoid having to look it over after dark on a cold evening outside, and giving a through review of the features. Finally, the price was extremely good despite the Faricy Boys having to do a dealer trade to bring the vehicle in from Kansas.

The biggest thing I found working with Tom Dominguez was that there was no hassle and no pressure. Even after I made a mistake with the vehicle I wanted. We went back and started over again and he made sure I was happy with the end result. Also, the Steve in finance advised me to cancell my extended warranty on my old car and get a refund. I would not have done this.

Was looking for a good used SUV to handle the mountain roads I live on. I'd found a couple of potential vehicles online and communicated with Faricy to come in to take a look at them; they were very accommodating and easy to work with.Unfortunately neither of the vehicles I came in to look at were satisfactory (always a possibility with an "as is" vehicle), but after asking what else was available we were show two other SUVs. Both were good, but my eye fell on a *very* nice Chevy Blazer that had just come into the lot. We took it for a test drive and had it checked out and beyond a couple of fairly minor problems it was in excellent shape. I ended up buying it and (24 hours later) am so far quite happy with it.Pros: Fast and friendly service, fast at getting the paperwork done, very helpful with questions.Cons: The overhead "handling" charge of $490 is a bit steep (though they do have signs up everywhere warning folks about it), especially for a vehicle that is an 'as is" car. Would have been a nice touch if they'd have actually filled the gas tank--car places USED to do that and it's a bit cheap not to do so after you just plunked several $$$ down for a car.Would definitely consider them again. This was exactly what I was looking for.

On December 2, 2011, we had an astounding, one-in-a-million experience at The Faricy Boys of Colorado Springs. We purchased a 2012 Town & Country, Touring L November 26th. It didnt have the front heated seats we wanted. We were told they could be installed. On Friday December 2nd we took the van in to have the heated seats installed. An hour later we received a call saying the heating elements could not be installed on the passenger side lower section was because of a redesigned safety feature. So, the only way you can get heated seats on the 2012 is to have them installed at the time the vehicle is manufactured at the factory. We called our salesman, Tom Dominguez, on his cell. He was not in the dealership at the time, but said he would get a hold of the sales manager, Ron Covert to assist in correcting this problem. We talked on the phone to the sales manager, Ron a little later and explained the problem. Expecting the worst, figuring we were stuck with a vehicle that didnt have everything on it we wanted. We went into the dealership to talk face to face with Ron. His first question to us was would you like your money back or another van? Then he asked if we liked the van we had other than not having the heated seats? We said yes and we would rather have another van that has everything on we wanted. He said lets find you one. He located one in Denver that had everything on it we wanted plus some additional options we didnt have on the van we purchased. Ron said the dealership was going to absorb the cost of the extra options. Ron than said customer satisfaction for an honest fair deal was their goal. He said they could have the van at the dealership in three hours. Ron said everything on your contract will stay the same other than the VIN number being changed. I was still having a hard time believing a dealership was doing all this to satisfy us. In the process, Paul Faricy came over to us and assured us they wanted to make sure we were happy before leaving. In three hours had our new van replaced, everything was just like they said. Was looking for a hardy set of 4WD and Craig Berhost really helped me out. I already knew the Jeep I wanted and he really worked hard to get me a good deal. I recently was searching for a used vehicle on the Faricy Boys website when I came across a beautiful car. Within hours I was on their lot being served by Marc and Nick. Wonderful service and the top quality of their vehicles sold me instantly. The best part of this experience was that it was like non other I've had in my lifetime. I have purchased numerous vehicles from dealers in the past and the experiences have left me hesitant to do so again. That was until I met the team at Faricy Boys, I did not feel like a hard, high pressure sale but rather they answered all of my questions with ease, without being pushy, and really giving me time to make the best decision possible for my family. Once the decision was made to purchase the SUV I had been looking at, they let me take it home for the weekend to get a feel for it... something I had never been able to do before so I was really thankful for that... and so was my wife! Trust me guys, when you have a dealer that allows you to test drive a vehicle for the whole weekend, it really brings comfort to your wife and allows time to make a good decision and not a spontaneous one. I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee or Liberty. I'm a recent Widow, and this is the first Car/SUV I've bought on my own. You know the drill. They see a Woman walking up, and see stupid written on her forehead. I can assure you, this was NOT how it went down at Faircy Boys. Craig Berhost helped me so very much. Not pushy at all. Just there to listen to what I wanted. He did his VERY best to get in what I wanted for the right price. My purchase wasn't a shotgun purchase. I visited Craig for at least 1 month, before I bought my Jeep. And even after 1 month of seeing me, and not purchasing a vehicle, he was always the same nice guy. Didn't matter if I bought or not. I can't recommend Faircy Boys enough. Friendly service and a good price. What more can you ask for?

I went to The Faricy Boys to purchase my first car. Tom Dominguez helped me find the perfect vehicle (Jeep Liberty) right away. The Liberty is in excellent condition - it is clear that the Faricy Boys take pride in maintaining their used vehicles. Both the interior and exterior are in great condition, and it runs well. We were able to test drive the vehicle two days in row, and Tom also demonstrated the Liberty's performance on the Faricy Boys off-road track. Purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler for my son as a gift. Was pleasantly surprised by the assistance provided by the salesman working with me. He insured that I received the price and product I had arranged to purchase through my insurance company's auto purchasing plan. The Finance Department was able to obtain a loan that was less expensive than I was able to obtain on my own through my insurance company that I have been a member of for over 45 years. Overall a great buying experience.

Being a Salesman by trade, I hate being SOLD. I wish all car sales people where like Joshua, he is very personable and knows his product. We did not know weather to buy the car or invite him over to watch the game, he is that kinda guy (we did buy the car). This dealership had the lowest advertised price and was very easy to deal with. I also like the fact that they offer incentives to our military personnel. Josh Jenkins who sold me the car was courteous and did not try to pressure me into any additional items for the vehicle, but did offer me items at a lower cost if purchased initally.Over all, this was a very pleasant experience.

The customer service provided by Ron was Top Notch. He was very sincere throughout the process and in my opinion exhibited a very high degree of integrity. There was no play acting that we had experienced with other salespeople at other dealerships while searching for two good used vehicles that we desired to purchaser. This experience left both my wife and I with nothing but outstanding thoughts on the Faricy Brothers Dealership. We would both highly recommend Faricy Brothers to anyone. Overall I had a good experience at Faircy. I wish they had the new 2012 book when I ordered my Jeep. My only regret is that I wish I wouldn't have agrred to the extended warranty service; I felf I was rushed into it and didn't have enough time to thoroughly analyze the additional cost--$3832. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The deal was done in a timely manner which was a change from previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships. They offered me a fair trade for my vehicle. I checked out similiar jeeps at other dealerships and they could not beat the price the Faircy Brothers had. In fact, when the other dealership was told the price of the jeep I was interested in, I was told by the salesperson to "run and don't walk because it was a great deal and they( their dealership) could never beat the price the Faircy Bros were offering. I do appreciate the fairness, it was a refreshing change from feeling like your being taken advantage of and I do feel like they care about their customer.

The purchase of the car began on a positive note however Josh's professionalism and how he spoke to us were more than displeasing. He belittled us and if it were not for the deal and the car itself we would not have stayed at all. Josh assumed that he knew what our financial situation was and made rude comments that were none of his business. We really liked the car and would have appreciated a professional salesman to handle the situation. All vehicle purchaser's should be treated the same regardless of whether or not they are getting a used vehicle or a brand new vehicle.

I went in to by a New Jeep Liberty Sport. Just like most people I went in assuming that any dealer would try to pull one over on me. These guys didnt and they helped me out tons. They also had the best price by far out of anyone around. I strongly reccomend that you take a look at these guys.

I'd been shopping for a used sports car for quite a while. This was going to be my first used sports car as well. Tom the sales rep was great. No pressure, no brown nosing, no lies! Got the car fax, let me get an independent inspection, corrected a minor issue, and gave me a great price. Financing was easy without any pressure to buy add ons. The financee guy Kevin was honest and straight forward. None of those "standard" fees that are added to every car we sell. Overall great experience, and now I have a great car.

We had a very bad experience with another dealership. the awesome staff at faricy came in and showed us what a car buying experience should be. Great customer service! They were thorough in explaining the ins and outs of any vehicle we looked at. When we made our final decision on our 2003 jeep comander, Dave smith gave a complete run down from top too bottom of the vehicle's history. Carfax, prior ownership, where it came from etc..... Nick in finance went above and beyond too work with us. We are now proud owners of our jeep and will most definitely return too faricy for future purchases!

I was dreading the new car shopping experience after my vehicle was totaled. We stopped by The Faricy Boys first. The second vehicle (2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport) I drove I fell in love with. Not wanting to rush into a NEW car purchase, we told our sales associate,Tom Dominguez, that we needed to look around a little bit. After more research we found that The Faricy Boys had the best price for what we were looking for, NO HAGGLING necessary. We went back and were given some numbers to look at. Again, we had to "think" about it....Tom was more than understanding and did not pressure us, or play the car dealership game by making us talk to his manager. For the third time, we returned to The Faricy Boys for the actual purchase. We went in with our own financing, but Nick Kameno (the finance manager) got us an even lower rate! The entire staff was amazing to work with, we have no buyers regret, it was completely our decision with no pressure! Once the paperwork was completed, Tom went through the vehicle and demonstrated all of the features. I feel completely comfortable to call Tom or the service department for any issues I might have in the future! I HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle here!

We bought a new Grand Cherokee from Josh at Faricy and it was a great hassle-free experience. Josh treated us with respect and made the car buying process simple. He found us exactly the car we wanted and got us a monthly payment under what we wanted to spend. Joshua Jenkins was an extremely knowledgeable and patient sales associate; knows the product; even offered me a discount that I was unaware of (saved me $500). Despite the monsoon rains my new Jeep was waiting dry and spotless in the showroom when I arrived. A quick test drive and Josh turned me over to Nicholas Kameno in financing who led me through the paperwork in record time. I left work at 4:30, bought a Jeep and was home in time for dinner. We thought we had no cahnce of getting a new vehicle but after going to Faricy Boys we were able to pull out of the lot with a new van. This was the second dealer we went to because the first dealer we went to (Dodge) told us in under 15 minutes that they couldn't help us. Letting Josh know the situation right away when we pulled in, he still helped us out, getting us a affordable payment, good trade value, and just being a person to us and not just a dealer looking for the quick sale. We were in the market for a new SUV and we liked the look of the new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We decided to take one for a test drive at The Faricy Boys. Awesome experience got a great deal on a brand new jeep liberty. I have been bringing my jeep to Faricy since I bought it from Carmax. Carmax screwed me over left and right so I was looking for a better place to get my jeep repaired. They have been ver professional, fairly priced, honest and get the job done right every time! Mike Cope has been the one to work with my Jeep the most and he is great! While the Faricy Boys have really good prices for service rates and parts, their customer service was decidedly lacking. I sent numerous emails to Larry and Aaron becuase I had problems reaching them by phone. They ignored my emails for a week and forced me to try repeatedly to call them to get the status on my repairs. Their fire and forget mentality meant that I had to coordinate between Faricy Boys and another dealership who was paying for repairs. If I hadn't, they would still have my Jeep. Maybe I should swing by and pick up my check for the hours spent coordinating my repairs. If you don't mind poor customer service, everything else about the Faricy Boys seems great. However, I'll find someone else the next time I need repairs. Customer Service is very important to me and I'll pay extra for it with repeat business.

I informed Kerri that I would probably order a jeep (2012) rather then buy one off of the lot (2011) but still wanted to test drive several of the ones she had available. We visited the dealership last week, just looking because we were planning on buying next year. Craig helped us, we test drove two jeep models and chose the model we liked. Craig made some suggestions, we came back today, he was extremely busy so Tom assisted, they both made it happen and we purchased our vehicle. I was in the market to buy another Jeep (there are already 2 in my family). After several days and several car dealerships later, a friend recommended The Faricy Boys based on her previous experience. I was met in the parking lot by a friendly saleswoman who offered assistance if I needed. When I mentioned a specific Compass I had seen on-line, Kerri Hill knew immediately which vehicle I was talking about and exactly where it was located. Second used car purchased from dealership and salesman. Great experience. Checked over 10 different dealers in the area and they had the best product and cost. Tom is a no pressure, honest salesman. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from him and the dealership.

I have previously bought 5 brand new vehicles from dealerships that were never pleasant. Buying my new Jeep at the Faricy Boys was the first time that it was enjoyable. The salesman, Dave Smith was excellent. He was very patient and went out of his way to find the Jeep that I wanted. All other dealers that I have visited when shopping for vehicles had salesmen that were pushy and just wanting to make a sale. Dave Smith took the time needed to make buying my new Jeep as pleasant as possible. He was very courteous and professional during the sale and put me, the customer first. Working with Dave was the first time that I actually had an enjoyable experience buying a new vehicle from a dealership. I am very pleased with the new rims, tires, and lift I had installed last week. I also have peace of mind knowing that the lift kit will be covered under my current warranty, which tells me as a customer that they are proud of their service department. We loved our experience at The Faricy Boys and our salesperson, Dave Smith. Dave was knowledgeable and helpful, and worked to find us exactly what we were looking for in our new Jeep Wrangler. There was no pressure to buy, but we found exactly the car we wanted, at a great price, and drove away that day after a stress-free sale with our new Jeep. The whole process was streamlined and easy to navigate, even with our 8 month old and 3 year old in tow! Love the car, love the service. Wonderful experience!

MOST PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER......If you are in need of a car, go to Faricy Boys! Purchasing a car is such a chore. My father had passed away this year and I was helping Mom with this. We had been looking for a few days and encountered very pushy salesmen and sales managers. We were about to give up and try on my next trip to Colorado. Then we were referred to Eric Holt by his friend. We called Eric on his cell and to our disappointment he was not working that day. He called us back and referred us to Craig Berhost. This was the most pleasant car buying experience ever!! Craig was so patient and kind with my mom. Very professional and easy going! This is the fifth vehicle we have bought from The Faricy Boys. We have always gotten excellent service here with friendly salespeople who aren't pushy. My husband won't drive anything but a Jeep and Faricy is the only place we go when we need one. We have bought both new and used and have been happy each time.

I bought a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from these guys and the experience was really good. My sales rep, Craig, was very polite and professional. He never once tried to pressure me into a sale. Craig answered all of my questions; produced all service and historical documentation when requested; and he didn't seem like he was trying hide anything. I am very please with the service that I received and the car I purchased.

We called the dealership and told them what we were looking for. They replied that they had exactly what we were interested in, so we drove the hour to the dealership. When we arrived we were greeted by Eric who said he had pulled a Jeep Unlimited for us to test drive. The vehicle he had picked from the numerous ones on the lot was perfect, exactly what we were wanting. The price was great, we were offered more than our trade-in vehicle pay-off amount, and they even threw in a couple of jeep accessories that we were wanting! We will be referring "The Faricy Boys" and Eric Holt to everyone we know. If you don't want to go through the normal routine of spending hours dickering price, getting mad and leaving the dealership pulling your hair out, I reccommend that you go to "The Faricy Boys" for a quick, relaxing, no getting jerked around experience!The Brock Family: Pueblo West, CO

Ron was great. We were able to get the shell of the deal in place before ever setting foot on the dealership lot. This makes life much easier when one has two kids and lives the opposite direction from the dealership. After tentatively getting the deal ready once I arrived and test drove our Jeep it was simply a matter of dotting the i's and cossing the t's....great overall exerience.

Working with Craig Berhost at Faricy Boys was an excellent experience in purchasing a new Jeep. Craig was honest and sincere throughout the entire transaction. He was always pleasant and delivered on every promise made during the transaction. In October of 2010 my husband and I purchased two new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's and were thrilled with the ease both transactions and Craig's honesty. In May of 2011, my husband presented Craig with the challenge of trading in one of the 2010 Jeeps for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (he wanted a two door instead of a 4 door); this was a difficult challenge since our current Jeep was only 6 months old with less than 5000 miles but Craig came thru like a champ!! Craig bent over backwards to make sure that everything went smooth and that we walked out with the perfect Jeep. Never in over 20 years of purchasing a vehicle have I seen such an honest salesman until working with Craig. We tell everyone about our positive experiences with Craig and that they need to visit him at Faricy Boys if they want the best deal with an honest person!!

Very pleased with the staff and the way they handled the sale. We researched the vehicle online and when we arrived Jack took us through the remainder of the deal. My college freshman was involved in a car accident with her car that cause the car to be totaled but thankfully no injuries. Needing a reliable and affordable used car to replace it I searched online and found the Faricy Boys on Woodmen in Colorado Springs. Good quality car for a good price. Ron was wonderful. It was a Jeep Patriot for our 19 year old daughter and she was treated very well and it was such a pleasant experience. Working with Tom has been the easiest, fastest, and best service, from beginning to end, that I've ever experienced from a dealer. I bought a Land Rover, one week later took it back and explained that it was too much truck for me. Tom wasted no time putting me into a 2008 Jeep Liberty, at basically the same low cost. Not only has Steve (the finance guy) given me an exceptional APR, he worked through all of my questions and concerns without judgement or pushing me out the door. My new Jeep came with a few transmission issues, but Tom quickly put me into a rental and at no cost to me replaced the entire transmission and even fixed a window switch. My wife loved The Faricy Boys experience so much that she too will be purchasing from Tom. I highly recommend The Faricy Boys to anyone looking to purchase a New or Pre Owned vehicle!

We noticed a 2002 Tahoe as we were leaving another dealership on Saturday evening. I emailed for the internet price and recieved a nice response. On Monday evening I called to see if we could come see the Tahoe. We arrived about 7:00PM and were greeted by Ron Kanard. He asked if we wanted to take a test drive, and we did. He got the keys and a dealer plate, and told me to be back by 8PM when they close!My wife and I were able to check the Tahoe from top to bottom and front to back. This would be our second Tahoe, as our first one was totaled in an accident last year.We returned and to Ron that we wanted to discuss the numbers. Steve from the finance office stopped by to tell us about the optional service and powertrain agreements. Since it was after 8, we asked if we could finish the next day. They agreed, and we returned with a check the following evening.The verbal agreements were as solid as a rock. At no time was there any attempt to pad the numbers or sway us into anything we didn't want. Our price on the sales contract was exactly the same as the verbal agreement that we agreed to on the previous evening.What a refreshing experience to be so comfortable at a dealership. Nick handled the paperwork and he was as honest as the day is long.A pleasant experience. No pressure, no games and a dealership where your word is a good as you are. This was my first experience with the Faricy Boys, but I will be buying my next vehicle from them as well. Who knows, maybe I'll decide to trade my Hummer in for a Jeep someday!Thank you again for an honest and trustworthy experience buying a vehicle.
