I recently purchased a Chevy Colorado Z 71 from The Karl dealership.In a very simple and clear way they handled the paperwork, answered my questions,and gave me good information about options and operating instructions.It was about the most painless car buying experience I have ever had!In particular Rob Ferraro and Wally Frank were both patient and understanding.This made me feel relaxed and like I can really trust the dealership.Thanks again to Karl.

I came to Karl Chevrolet in hopes of trading in my vehicle. Other dealerships I visited were not helpful or tried to trick me into a new finance plan that was not reasonable. Rob Ferraro at Karl Chevrolet was the only person who explained each step of the trade in process so I fully understood what was happening. From there he helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. Every question I had, was answered in full detail. I am beyond happy with my new vehicle and all the help I received !!

My 2009 Chevy Traverse has about 125,000 miles and it is running like a top. Karl Chevrolet sold the car to me and has serviced is regularly since the purchase.I like how Camilo, Toby and Jay explain to me the list of recommended service items. Karl not only understands my vehicle, but they understand me. They know I cannot always do each recommended service item immediately, so they help me prioritize them and we get them accomplished over time.Care for the car is one thing, and that is to be expected. It is their overall care for me, one individual customer, that keeps me loyal to Karl Chevrolet.

I recently took my 2 Equinox cars for standard / scheduled maintenance and was very pleased in both instances. The service managers are very friendly and responsive to my requests. The techs are also very helpful and in one instance drove me home after I dropped off the car. Have been a customer for many years and always have the same great service.

This was the easiest car purchase I have made in years. The salesman, Dan Lynch, took the time to allow for a thorough test drive and demonstrated the features to my husband and I, encouraging us to come back anytime to review any of the features. The Tahoe is a great vehicle. I'm very pleased with our purchase.

I would highly recommend the Karl Chevrolet dealership in New Canaan, CT. The staff is all very friendly. Dan Lynch, my sales rep., was incredibly helpful, informative and accommodating. He made me very confident in my decision to lease the 2016 Chevy Cruze. I love my new car & would give this dealership & my sales rep more stars if it were an option! I have recently leased my 3rd (possibly 4th?) Chevrolet Equinox from Rob Ferraro. My husband has a Colorado and my daughter has a Cruz. Every transaction has been pain free. We first went to Karl Chevrolet in 2013 when my old car died during my last trimester of pregnancy. To say I was miserable is an understatement. Rob Ferraro made the experience not just tolerable but pleasant, and the Equinox he found for us was safe and reliable. Last fall my wife and I were interested in a new Tahoe. We had numerous questions that were tedious and probably basic to Rob but he instilled confidence in our decision making and was very willing to help, even outside of his regular hours. We walked away not only happy with our decision but Rob continued to assist with our needs even after we had our new vehicle. This was my first experience with a dealer and I have to say I thought it was going to be stressful. I had the pleasure of working with Rob and he made it so easy and painless that I have sent friends and family to Karl just because I felt like they listened to me and didn't try just selling me anything. We have been using Karl Chevrolet going on 6 years now and will not go anywhere else. They are the type of dealer that will work with you to get you into a vehicle despite your credit rating. They pull out all the stops to do whatever they can for you. I cannot rave enough about how genuinely helpful, friendly, and accommodating the service team at Karl Chevrolet has been. I have been a Karl Chevrolet customer for four years. They have been effective on my routine maintenance, they always have a loaner car ready for me, and more recently with some serious issue with my newest vehicle, they have been endlessly supportive in trying to rectify the situation so that I am an 100% satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great Chevy, and a great dealership behind that car.

Purchased a new Camaro ZL1 convertible in late April of 2013 and the car is amazing. The experience of Karl Chevrolet, however, was not. Once the down payment was made, the dealership was nowhere to be found, the sales woman, Beth Karl, with whom I worked with was not knowledgeable about the car and gave me untrue information regarding features on the car. . I had a few questions to be answered after the down-payment was made; my emails and calls to her went unanswered. I waited days for a response but to no avail, I finally had to speak to another sales person to get any sort of response which was just as frustrating. I threatened to cancel my car order on 2 occasions and both times they finally acted like they cared. Its been 17 months since I purchased the Camaro ZL1 Convertible and have had to bring the car in for repair 4 times due to the Tire Pressure Monitor System, Karl Chevrolet replaced my left rear tire in August of 2013 and since that tire replacement ,the problem with the TPMS has continued with the tire that was replaced. On Karl Chevrolet's last attempt to fix the tire,I was told by the service manager, Jay Bradley, that they think my radar detector is causing the TPMS problem; and if it happens again with the radar detector, they will not fix it. To quote Jay Bradley possibility of electrical interference from a radar detector or Wi-Fi is a very real possibility . I do not want very real possibilities when there is something wrong with my car that is still under warranty, I want facts. Karl Chevrolet has demonstrated to be unknowledgeable in the cars that they sell and also unable to repair them.

This by far was the best car buying experience. Was quoted a price by email $4,000 off the msrp price by email. Never spoke to the salesman until a week later and he stood by the price he quoted. In addition, we test drove the vehicle on a aThursday and drove away 24 hours later. No bull about financing, extras or anything. This dealer is an integrity dealer. I highly recommend this dealer. I will continue to tell friends and family about them. I live in NY 50 miles away from dealer but it was totally worth the ride.
