I purchased a 2007 Mercedes, loved it, still have it. When the time came to purchase a car for my 16 year old daughter, I called Greg and he said, "Come on up, we'll drive some cars." After driving a few cars, I chose a BMW 328i. This was a Saturday and by Tuesday the car was delivered to my driveway in Cincinnati. The only glitch with this purchase was the second key was mis-placed but Greg made certain that a second key was ordered for the car. I have other children that will be 16 soon and I will not hesitate to go straight to Toy Barn for them. Thanks Greg and Toy Barn Pete G. Cincinnati, oh

Having driven past this dealership so many times, I had formed the impression that you would need a six digit sum in your checking account to buy a car here. Not so! I was able to find just the right car at a very fair price under $20K. The car was immaculately presented and in great condition.Matt was very fair and fun to deal with. I would definitely recommend a look at The Toy Barn's inventory, no matter what your budget.

Mike Kirkham made my site unseen purchase a breeze. He described the vehicle to perfection and was speedy and on point with the paperwork, after my first conversation with Mr. Kirkham I felt like I had known him for years and we shared a mutual interest in cars. What a great place to buy a car. Everybody at the Toy Barn is first and foremost a car lover. They worked with me even after I changed my mind at the very last minute and decided I wanted a different car they had. This place is huge, the showrooms are clean and beautiful. It's really something to see. Matt is great sales manager and good guy. He even came in on scheduled day off to help me.

Bought my Land Rover LR4 at Toy Barn. Worst experience buying a car. (1) the ECO Drive mode did not work. The sales rep wanted to blame me for not knowing how to use it. They finally admitted it was faulty and told me to take it to the Land Rover dealership myself. It was my problem now. (2) They only had 1 key to the truck and never disclosed it. It was only after I signed the papers and had to drive off that I noticed I only had one key. When I asked for the other one they told me they lost the other one and that they dont have to provide 2 keys. A new key is $500. They never wanted to speak to me after they sold me the car. Never returned calls. Toy Barn loves to sell you a car but dont care after you sign the papers. Never buy a car there again!

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car. I'm actually located out of state and Chris Scott handled and made the transaction seamless. I was picked up by Chris from the airport, driven to the Toy Barn and shown my beautiful detailed BMW. As expected, I was allowed to conduct a walk around, test drive and ask all the questions I needed to pull the trigger on a decision. All items were as advertised. The product and customer service are beyond what I really expected. I would recommend any and everyone I know to do business with The Toy Barn. In addition, I can't speak highly enough of Chris Scott, he was truly professional and supplied me with the information I needed without providing pressure. I bought the car due to an amazing product but I'll be a return customer due to the customer service and attention I needed in making my purchase.

I test drove an Audi at the dealership and Matt was more than helpful by showing me the features and of the vehicle and everything it had to offer. I wasn't pressured to buy and he followed up with me in a timely manner after letting me think about my potential purchase. I have been looking for an 06 with a number of options and a search revealed several in my area. Sent a note to a number of dealers and got responses - the Toy Barn was top on the list - fast response and ready to talk. Had a Vette in Marysville that looked great but when talking with the salesperson I didn't have a warm and fuzzy. Worked with Chris Scott at the Toy Barn and he was straight forward and no BS. Ended up with a great car for my collection. Will tell you that they needed to pay more attention to the detailing - poor job but not really that big of a deal. I did notice that they did not change the oil and got in touch with Scott no problem they will fix it when the change is due. Overall great experience. I'll be back.

While cruising eBay Motors, I came across a '00 Ford F-150 Lightning that peaked my interest. The seller happened to be the Toy Barn which is less than 10 miles from my house. I looked up their website and filled out a quick form requesting more information. Within the hour I was contacted by their sales manager, Conor Maguire. From the get go, Conor was very professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. The service department took time out of their busy schedule to align the truck and even replaced some worn out hood struts without being asked. The entire team went above and beyond to make this a very pleasurable experience.

Let me start by saying that The Toy Barn in Dublin, Ohio takes the purchasing experience to a whole new level. Mike Kirkham and Adrian Crabtree are first class sales staff. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very forthcoming about the different vehicles offered, and he never made me feel pressured into buying anything. Adrian explained the purchase options available to me in great detail. This in turn helped me decide the best purchase option for me, and needless to say, Adrian was very understanding of my needs. I met some of the other team members there as well, Shawn Cunix, Justin Hinderer, Greg McDevitt, Chris Hunt, and Coner Maguire. They were all very professional and extremely friendly before, during, and after my purchase. The staff seemed to take a personal interest in me and my teenaged son, which went a long way with me. We bought a Volvo today from Toy Barn through Chris Hunt. We have been looking for a car for a few weeks. We went to other dealers and left because of the way they operate their business. We were very happy as soon as we walked into Toy Barn. We were only a few feet in the door when we were greeted with a smile and handshake. Just as the title describes it, the experience was quick and easy. Worked with Matt over email and he was always quick to respond to all the questions that I had. After working with him over email, I was confident that when I made the 6 hour drive up to see the car, I wouldn't be disappointed. Both Matt and Adrian were friendly and made sure to work with me to make sure that we could make a deal that was satisfactory for both parties. The viper was in great condition and I have put about 800 miles on it since I bought it without any issues whatsoever. I have been a fan of the Toy Barn for years from afar (living 3 hours away, mostly website visits and a couple trips to Columbus). I contacted Chris a couple of months ago about a couple cars that I found on the Toy Barn site and come to find out that Chris grew up near where I am from and we instantly hit it off! Now a couple months forward, I make another call to Chris and let him know that I will be coming up to Columbus and to drive a couple of cars that I was interested in. Upon arrival, Chris felt like an old friend (first time officially meeting). He was very knowledgeable about EVERY car that I asked him about(which means a lot to a car guy), and there were several, he was super accommodating and after several hours, I drive away from the Toy Barn happy and with a new car!! I would highly recommend The Toy Barn and Matt Harbold. Matt was easy to talk to and patient. He guided me to a couple BMW's for me to try out. One was too big and one was too small and the next was just right. I found my dream car in one day. Matt was able to listen to my likes and dislikes and point me in the right direction. I was shopping online for about two months for a Mazda MX 5 Miata. As I shopped I narrowed down the model and color I wanted and at a dealership that I considered a reasonable distance from my hometown of Erie, Pa. I did not really wanted to ship a car, buying it unseen, and Columbus, Ohio was that reasonable distance. The Toy Barn in Dublin had the car I wanted, a beautiful 2013 Black Grand Touring, Low mileage, hardtop fully loaded. A beautiful car that fit my search and my budget. My salesman, Chris Scott was professional and personal. Calls and text's were returned promptly and the car was prepped and ready when I arrived. I closed up the deal and drove my car home. There was no pressure from my salesman as he just worked to help me nail down the car that I treated myself to for my newly retired status.

Erick Morrison made it happen...from the first phone call to the Toy Barn to eventually the last. They... Eric & Adrian Crabtree took care of all the details. This was the first ever car I purchased from other than my home state of Texas. Unfortunately they don't make many places like this anymore where they really take care of the buyer 100%. The Toy Barn was more than accommodating to our needs. Greg McDevitt and his sales team were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to help us and serve our needs before we ever even made it to the lot. We were treated with the utmost respect and dignity, no different than anyone else who walked into the building. We drove 9 hours to buy from this lot because the quality of service they were offering. We were able to negotiate price before leaving our house, and we were able to test drive, sign, and drive with no problems! Adrian in the finance department was very personable and attentive to our needs. He reviewed all details with us and explained everything before we signed our paperwork. All team members were upfront with everything and never made any attempt to conceal anything. We even received a phone call, from Greg, after our purchase to make sure we arrived home safely and our travel was successful. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Worked with Matt and Justin on a used Mercedes. I found both of them to friendly, professional, and very upfront. We were trading an older BMW that we've had for years and they went out of their way to beat the market value of the car. I have always found the Toy barn to be an easy dealership to work with and fair. Mike Kirham was well informed about the car I was considering buying. I purchased a SLK32 AMG from Mike Kirkham. This is the 1st time I've bought a car sight unseen. Mike did an exemplary job of assessing the vehicle over the phone, including all flaws (minor as they were). There were only 4 of this specific model for sale in the entire country. The Toy barn had the best price, with half the miles of the competition. Delivery was painless and of the utmost professionalism. I will undoubtedly return when it's time for a new toy.

Was a little nervous about buying a car, since last experience was painful and over 5 hours long. Matt was very professional in the sale, and was up front about everything. I bought an 04' 996tt from Greg at The Toy Barn not because of price (his was competitive, yet not the best) nor convenience (4 hour drive from home...and I'm fine with shipping cars across the country).I decided to buy from ToyBarn based on the elite cars and services they offer. Period. Compare another classic/sports car with 2,3, etc owners and what's the biggest risk? You have absolutely no idea what condition the car is REALLY in...and Carfax will only alert you to the DefCon 1 accidents.Go with a dealer where there are multiple $400,000 cars on the lot, where they are an authorized Dynan/APR/Alpina/Cobb shop and where they handle $40,000 upgrades 10x per week.Because that dealership isn't going to sell a car that is anything but flawless. Why piss off a customer who is likely to buy another few cars from them in the future?Greg is a pro, and their whole operation is efficient.Don't try and save 5% by going with another similar year/make/model at a dealership selling a few M3'sl, 911's and C63's and the rest of the lot has a bunch of Toyotas. Ended up purchasing a car from them, did everything over the phone. Everyone was very nice, and super attentive. Where I ran into an issue was taking delivery of the car. I had planned on driving in to pick it up, but somehow the car was dented on the lot (very small). Since it had to be repaired before I would take delivery, they said in return they would deliver the car to me. First it was Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday all days that the car was promised to be delivered and no car. I called one last time, expressed my concerns, and they made a plan in stone to get it to me.The car was delivered, super clean, everything looks great.Now on for the test drive. The car is everything that I expected however it seems as if a wheel is out of balance. Needless to say it's going into BMW for a service because the light just popped up on the dash (nothing wrong, just time for the 30,000 mile inspection), so I'll have them look at it then.Nice group of guys, car is impeccable. I am a little annoyed about the tire balance issue, but don't believe it would stop me from repeating business.

I had emailed originally in regards to the Infiniti FX35 and stopped in with out an appointment. I was greeted warming and from my name Greg remembered that I had emailed a request. The handling of the test drive was nice. But what really stood out to meWas that I did not feel that I was pressured nor that I was treated differently for being a female. The history of vehicle was given and additional information to help me make my decision to purchase. My servicing of the car was great. They even fixed a cracked tail light. In addition the follow up was on point.

A very good buying experience. Selection is key here. I walked in and after some initial Q&A, I told my salesperson that I wanted to see the Audi, the Range Rover and the Mercedes. He said "put on your coat and let's go take a walk." Within 15 minutes, I was looking over my selections. I chose two to take on a test drive and an hour or so later, drove off in my "new" Audi - a 2013 model with 18,000 miles. From what I can tell, all their stock of automobiles are equipped as one would expect from a luxury car. Everyone was friendly and the buying experience was certainly low stress. They have some incredible cars on the showroom floor, and while this is an upscale dealership, there is not a hint of "snootiness" among the sales folk, managers and others with whom I came in contact. Would recommend to anyone shopping for a luxury import.

I was looking into SUVs because Ohio is known to have unpredictable weather and found a Range Rover at the Toy Barn, so that same day I instantly had to go check it out. Our salesman was Chris and he was very informative and not so pushy like other salesperson at other dealerships. He made car buying enjoyable and Adrian at the finance department may sure I got a good deal. I ended up leaving with my first car the next day thanks to Chris and Adrian.

We made a list of dealerships and cars we wanted to test drive. After 17 test drives and 3 dealerships, TOY BARN was the BEST experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. We called and spoke to Marko to set up an appointment the next day at 10AM to test drive a few SUV's they had in stock. We showed up on time and were greeted by Marko. He was very friendly and was willing to listen to our needs and budget. He introduced us to Justin and Justin was awesome also! He took time just to get to know us and what we were looking for. There was no high pressure sales and told us that if there is anything they can do to earn our business, let them know. After a few days, we made our decision to go with the BMW X5 they had. We made the deal over the phone (which was the best over the phone, easy process I have done). The day we took delivery, they had the car ready (detailed, full tank). We walked around the car and they are also going to fix any scratches on the X5 and the wheels! That goes above and beyond customer service! Now usually when we've purchased vehicles we are stuck at the dealership doing paperwork for 2 hours..Not at the TOY BARN! They had everything ready! We did the paperwork in 15 minutes and were out the door enjoying my wife's new BMW!BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

From the Cleveland area, found two cars of interest at the Toy Barn. The two were about 10k apart, but wasn't sure which one I'd like. I inquired online about availability and Chris Scott got back to me same day with a phone call. We worked out details of the appointment over the phone and he accommodated a late appointment change with no problem. Being a car nut myself, and with the incredible selection of rare and expensive vehicles on the premises, Chris was happy to let me, a friend, and my friend's son who had tagged along for the trip admire and geek out over all the beautiful machines in the showroom. He even fired up the meanest sounding BMW M3 I've ever heard in my life, just so that we could experience the aural pleasure that 26k worth of engine and exhaust upgrades can bring.I ended up test driving both vehicles, which Chris encouraged me to do, and put no pressure on me to purchase either one, only voicing his desire that I find which one was the right for me, so I could drive off the lot happy with no buyer's remorse. I took a bit of time to make my choice, but once I did, the rest of the purchasing process was a breeze. The car was already attractively priced so not much negotiating was necessary, and Chris cut a few hundred dollars off the price to meet my desired price point with no problem. Chris even gifted my friend's son a scale model Murcielago, which he certainly didn't need to do since my friend didn't purchase anything, but I really appreciated.I spoke with Chris and the manager Justin about future purchases and already have a few ideas lined up for a few years down the road, with Chris and Justin volunteering to help find the perfect version and configuration of my dream car which will be my next purchase. These are car guys at heart, really know their stuff, and love talking all things car. Best experience I've had purchasing a car and no doubt in my mind that I will be buying my next car from Toy Barn. Even if you're not a gearhead, the customer service alone is well worth the trip. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I are from Cleveland and we found the car we've been searching for online at the Toy Barn. I sent an inquiry via email to see if the car was still available. Chris Scott responded shortly after with a phone call letting me know that it was. I worked with Chris through the whole process of purchasing this vehicle. I found him to be very respectful, approachable, honest, patient, knowledgable and a man of his word. His communication via email and phone were excellent and prompt. In person we found him to be attentive and genuine in addition to the qualities I mentioned above. This was a big purchase for us and Chris was sensitive to that. Buying from an out-of-town dealer can be very trying, but The Toy Barn staff afforded me a truly great experience. Sincere customer care was abundant as demonstrated by the emails and subsequent phone calls to ensure any and all questions of mine were answered. Offers and acceptance of the transaction were made via email and I drove over the next day to pick up the car. The car was ready, detailed and (to my surprise) had a full tank of gas. I was overwhelmed by the friendly and professional staff on site. In a minimal amount of time, the papers were signed and I was back on the road with the new car. I must also say that although I reluctantly said good-bye to my beloved Corvette, the Shelby GT500 is simply "freaking awesome"! Thanks again to the staff at the Toy Barn.

What a great car buying experience. From the minute I walked in the door I felt very comfortable with the Sales team. They take a very casual, no-pressure approach, which is refreshing. I was able to ask a number of questions and the team addressed all my issues and concerns with detailed responses. I truly felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Having access to the owner was a bonus. Justin was very welcoming and treated me with the upmost respect. Made me feel like the number one client at the dealership. Chris and Justin now have a customer for life. I have yet to meet the service team in person however, they have been very responsive and accommodating thus far. From the second I walked in everything was great. I was a little intimidated because I wasn't buying a $200k car but that was a complete non-issue. Chris was super helpful and the nicest guy. They are stocked with an impressive high-end inventory. I called in to setup a test drive, and when we arrived everything was ready to go, as promised. We worked with sales manager Mike Kirkham, who was fantastic. He respected our time, and helped us get to a fair deal quickly without the typical, lengthy back and forth haggling. If you can describe a car-buying experience as "enjoyable", this was it. We were also greeted by manager Justin, who was wonderful as well. Great, low pressure experience that made good use of our and their time. You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do and about helping you finding something that will fit your needs, while still giving you a little of that passion for driving as well. I was in the market for a specific vehicle and after looking online extensively I decided to give the Toy Barn a try (first time customer). I contacted them and initially dealt with a salesman named Gene. Gene told me how they would go to auctions each week and he would be on the lookout for the car I wanted and kept me up to date on their search efforts. Matt Harbold took over as my salesman and contacted me when they found the car I wanted. Because I had specific options and color combos, it was tough to find the car I wanted, but they found it. As Justin, the owner, described it "We found you a unicorn." Once it came time to test driving and working out a deal on the purchase, trade-in and financing, things couldn't have gone smoother. Matt and the entire staff was great to deal with and the whole process was very quick. I think I was out the door within an hour - which is by far the quickest I've ever experienced purchasing a car. I will be a return customer for sure!

I recently had the privilege of dealing with Greg McDevitt at the Toy Barn after seeing the car of my dreams on line and driving to Dublin to check it out. Greg greeted me and treated me better than any car dealer I have ever dealt with. All of the staff at the Toy Barn made me feel great and they couldn't do enough for me. We negotiated, and came to an agreement after a long test drive and a very low pressure sales process. Matt Gray helped me with the financing and made that part of the experience painless. Marko negotiated with me over the phone since I live in Texas and went above and beyond to secure the very rare C63 black series even when I did not have a deposit down yet. We finalized everything and he made sure car was ready for pickup. Truly an easy experience. Toy Barn even provides some extra goodies including a thumb drive with photos of the car in case the time comes to sell the car. Overall excellent experience and will do business with again. Thank you to Marko, Justin, and Matt for making everything happen. Only recommendation I would give is for cars to be serviced with whatever they need prior to sale even if car has to be outsourced to get a certain service done.

This is the uneasiest feeling I've ever had after an auto purchase. I keep thinking back trying to think of what I missed and I can't come up with an answer. We ended up with a great car at a good price and it doesn't even feel like we went through a "sales" process. It's more like you're presented with an awesome selection, given all the info you need to make a well informed decision, and the rest is up to you. There was no pressure to buy. I was really impressed with how much each staff member seems to know about the inventory. It's more like they are car enthusiasts there to answer your questions instead of a salesman there to fill a quota. I can definitely recommend The Toy Barn to anybody looking for a quality vehicle at a fair price without the typical car dealership experience.

We stopped by the Toy Barn to look at a GT500 specifically. As we jumped out of our SUV with our children to find the car Chris Scott instantly came to guide us to our dream. We had the intent to buy but was still undecided. (KEEP IN MIND A YOUNG COUPLE LOOKING AT A HIGH DOLLAR SPORTS CAR WITH YOUR KIDS NORMALLY DOES NOT ATTRACT A CAR SALESMAN) Chris treated us like a million bucks! My wife and I have bought, sold and traded many cars over the years and we have never had an experience like we did at the Toy Barn. After committing to buy the Shelby the dealership owner came down to go over the car so we knew exactly what we were purchasing. This is my second car buying experience w these guys. Justin (owner), Greg and Chris went out of their way each time to make this a pleasant and confidence inspiring dealership. The idea of buying high end cars at 40-60% of their original price is brilliant. But they give you a high end dealership experience just the same. If you aspire to buy a high end car that you can actually afford, you owe it to yourself to check them out.

I have been researching the Audi A8L for over 3 years. I first found Toy Barn while surfing the net for a good used, low mileage, 2014 Audi A8L TDI. One such vehicle in their inventory matched what I had been looking for in options, equipment, and miles on the vehicle. After spending several days thinking about it, I called the Toy Barn to see if they still had it. The next day, I drove about 110 miles to take a closer look at it, and take a test drive. The salesman that helped me was named Frank. I was very impressed with Frank's knowledge about the Audi. I felt no pressure to buy from Frank. It felt more like a friendly conversation with an ex-classmate. After a good faith deposit on it, and a few days thinking about it, I decided to go forward with the purchase. Frank had the car filled with fuel, completely detailed, and ready to go when I got there to pick it up. Frank also gave me a free Toy Barn hat, and shirt. Since the purchase, I have driven about 450 miles in my Audi, and am totally pleased with my purchase. Each time I drive it, I learn something new about the capabilities that it has. I have called Frank a couple times with questions about the options on the car, and each time he has helped me to figure out what I was having trouble with learning. He did so calmly, and intelligently, explaining anything I asked about. I was left with a feeling of being a part of the Toy Barn family. Not just a customer. In fact, I liked the hat, and shirt so much, I decided to drive back there again the next week, just pick up a couple more of their hats, and shirts. After this purchase, and subsequent contacts with them, I don't mind doing a little more advertising for the Toy Barn at all, and when I get ready to buy another vehicle, I will definitely see what the Toy Barn has in their inventory before I make any decisions going forward. The Toy Barn is a quality dealer, offering high quality vehicles at a fair price.

We initially came across the car we purchased on Cars.com, and from our first phone call through picking the vehicle up, the experience and customer service we received was nothing short of outstanding. I traveled from overseas and made a 10hr drive to the dealership where Frank met us on a Sunday, gave us a full tour of the facility, and checked up on us after our trip home with the vehicle. When we are ready to purchase our next vehicle, we will definitely be purchasing from The Toy Barn, and suggest that you do the same; make sure you ask for Frank!

I have never been to a dealership like this place. The cars they have there just in the showroom will just blow your mind. I had a great time while there just looking around. Everyone I came into contact with were very nice and actually just seemed like they liked talking with you instead of like it was there job. If you've never been here it's a must. It's an amazing experience you will never forget. Oh and no I was not paid a dime to say anything lol... I call it like I see it no matter what and never sugar coat anything. Just go there and see for yourself.

Customer focused dealership. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me and made me feel welcome. My salesmen was very informative and covered all of the options available to me. I had reservations about getting a family car at the Toy Barn as I always saw the rare foreign cars in the window when I drove by, but they had the perfect car at a price less than the Kelly Blue Book value. They didn't push at all and actually recommended the less expensive car that would work best for my family. They were extremely professional and I would have no problem buying another vehicle there and would recommend it to family and friends. My wife and I were first time customers of the Toy Barn. We have purchased many used cars over the years and never had an experience as comfortable and informative as this one. Chris knew his product and made sure to inform us of all of the benefits of shopping with the Toy Barn. Everything was great from the time we shook hands to the time we left with our new car. We will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a great experience while doing so. I have a hard time believing we will purchase a vehicle anywhere else from now on. Justin Hinderer made time to share his knowledge of the cars features as well, which was great to see. He gave us time when selling someone a Ferrari, our car was no where near as expensive but he treated us just the same. All around a great experience. We will be back for our next purchase for sure. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle found on the internet, located a considerable distance from my home, and having it delivered. During this process Chris was extremely helpful and professional. Given I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle without ever physically seeing or driving it, Chris provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions on condition, service records, etc. Not only did he personally review the condition for me over the phone, subsequent to the purchase, Chris found that the convertible motor was malfunctioning and made sure it was replaced prior to delivery. Very satisfied with the service and the vehicle. Thanks!

Frank was fantastic to talk to - gave me directions to the location, greeted me with the car ready to test drive, didn't pressure me into decisions or play the "numbers" game, walked me through the buying process, and even followed up with an email and phone call to make sure all of my post-buying questions were answered. If he didn't have the answer, he would find the answer for me online via a forum. Adrian was very professional, clear and friendly. Very down to earth salesmen at the Toy Barn who create a great experience for the buyer.

Chris was very helpful with a friends purchase of a Gallardo , and very helpful with my purchase of a 335i. Very nice people all around and unlike other dealerships / Car lots these guys are car enthusiasts. The cars they have sell themselves , the sales guys and owner know what they are selling. Thats hard to find in this business anymore... Even the detail guys are helpful with any questions. No bad attitudes found here.. I will definitely refer my clients to them. I would send my own mother their to buy a car and not question the price or sales guys.. You get what you pay for when purchasing a car.

We were looking for a used Audi with low miles and a good carfax and found the perfect car at the Toy Barn, Frank Tillotsm was very helpful over the phone, and gave us a good assessment of our trade in. We made the 4 hour drive, and found the Audi to be in excellent condition , just as described online. The Toy Barn offered us a fair market value for our trade. They processed our sale professionally and efficiently. The dealership is gorgeous and located in the quaint downtown of Dublin, Ohio. Frank went out of his way to be helpful. Great (not-so) little shop tucked in Dublin, Ohio. Nice selection of vehicles, which changes daily. They must do high volume, because there were a few new cars there (and many sold) each time I visited to test drive cars. Ended up with a Porsche and am well pleased with the follow up and lifetime car washes! Staff was friendly, and supportive. Lots of polite people, and inviting atmosphere.

Best and easiest car buying experience to date. Most car experiences are drawn out and exhausting. My experience with Mike Kirkham at the Toy Barn was the complete opposite. Mike was great and very efficient! He was very personable and he carries a great knowledge base across the various car brands. He is a true car guy which makes the experience even better. I would recommend Mike to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable, efficient car buying experience. He even went above and beyond to order a part for my M3, just make the experience that much better. This dealership specializes in high end automobiles and limited editions. I, however, was looking for a specific used car and they happened to have a trade in Audi A5 used. It was MINT. 2009, low miles, fully loaded--clean. Price was perfect, they went above and beyond for financing and treated me the same as one of their Porsche purchasers. Greg McDevitt delivered exactly what he promised and their finance Director, Adrian Crabtree finagled financing for me with which I was exceptionally please. Frank and The Toy Barn did a wonderful job helping me pick out a new car for my birthday/promotion. I traded in my Camry SE and purchased a Lexus RC 350 they had on the lot. Not only did they give me a generous trade-in value on my Camry, but they also worked with me in the final sale price of the Lexus and the financing. I purchased my 2006 Lancer evolution se moving up on 4 months ago from the toy barn. I saw the car one night when driving through the lot and knew I had to buy it! I had been searching for the past few years for an evo but none really stood out as my car to me. I called the very next morning asking to look it over and talk numbers. I then met up with Frank later that day; and this is one of the things that shocked me most was that he saw a 21 year old kid trying to buy a sports car and didn't treat me any different than he would treat some old rich guy. I had been to a mitsubishi dealership at a separate occasion and the manager acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. Later that week I finally closed on the car with Justin and frank, with them both working some magic to help me get it. I really appreciate everything they did and I would recommend all of my friends and family here! Thanks again for all the help Justin and frank! Hope to buy more from you in the future!

I wanted to figure out whether or not it made sense to sink some money into my '96 300ZX with the intent to keep it for another 3-5 years, or accept the inevitable and part ways. After considering a number of other service options, I found the Toy Barn the only place that really understood what I wanted. They did a terrific job of getting the car back to the ride and look it had when it was new. I'd have given them 5 stars except I had a hard time getting updates. It legitimately took some time to get the job done, but when there were days when something was expected or promised, I had to call. If they were on top of the in-process communications, it would be a slam dunk top rating. In spite of that nuisance aspect, I'd go back in a minute for anything similar. They did an awesome job and it was clear they cared about doing it right and satisfying me. I should add that if you're looking only at their hourly rate for service you can easily find cheaper, but I feel I got a very good value. I spent a fair amount, but I feel I got a lot. I gave the deal a 'fair' rating, as that is exactly what it was.

Especially my sales manager Chris, who picked me up from the airport, explained me every single feature of my cla45 amg and showed me some interesting places around to visit. I'm 54 and have purchased over 12 cars to date and the Toy Barn has been by far the best, After first contacting the toy barn sales manager Greg McDevitt immediatele went to work to secure financing which was at a great rate. The entire staff at The Toy Barn took the extra time to make sure thatvi was comfortable with deal. I had found a comparable car in Atlanta but it seemed like they could take my businese or leave it. I traveled 600 miles becauser i felt Toy Barn wanted my business anrd would do it again without hesitation. To sum it all up, Toy Batn doesn't monkey artound "THEY GO TO WORK"

All sales no service. Purchased 2006 BMW and have only had problems with it. They assured me that the car was in good working order. Had the car with less than 50 miles driven since purchased and had warning signals because of shorts in the electrical system. Had to pay over $350.00 for a repair that has now caused other problems. Terrible repair that I now need to take to a "real repair center" to fix. Spoke to other reputable dealers that said The Toy Barn leaves other customers stranded with repair issues. BE CAREFUL!!!

We purchased our car in April 2015 to have a low-cost, reliable car to serve as 3rd vehicle since our teenagers are starting to drive. Our salesperson was Frank; he was really flexible on the pricing. We made the deal, and the process was extremely quick and easy. The car that we purchased is 11 years old, with high mileage. However, the vehicle is extremely clean, no mechanical issues. We would definitely recommend the dealership.

The Toy Barn and my salesperson Chris Scott in particular were a pleasure to work with. I felt they went above and beyond in my experience not just to make sure I got the car I was interested in, but also to make sure I felt comfortable about all aspects of the transaction. It did not seem like a pushy sales pitch to get me to drive off with a car which usually is not the case. I also appreciated having the opportunity to meet the service department staff personally which is rarely the case with dealerships since they are busy. I was in town on business staying at the hotel across the street. Surfing the web as I had done for almost a year looking for that perfect car and perfect deal. I found a listing of a car with no pics available, but it was only .1 miles away. The Toy Barn was literally across the street so it couldn't hurt to go take a look. Right? From the moment I stepped on the lot I was a big kid in a big kid toy store. The Toy Barn is AWESOME and so are the people who work there. Chris Hunt is my CEPO (Chief Exotic Procurement Officer) from this day forward. He went above and beyond to help me secure ONE of my dream cars. I bought a 2007 Jaguar XK from Toy Barn after only viewing the internet pictures. I was nervous and called Greg at Toy Barn and asked him to walk the vehicle for me and tell me what I was getting into . I was confident enough to get on a plane in NC and flight to OH to get the car. Greg had me picked up from the Airport and I could have been buying a $100,000 Aston Martin, I was treated so well and valued as a customer. The car was fantastic and fully detailed , the experience was truly customer centered and I would do a deal with Toy Barn and recommend them to anyone. Greg was great and so was Adrian the finance guy, these Guys have a great way with customers, they want you to have a good buying experience. I am one happy customer!

Bought my wife her first bmw at toy barn month ago. My experience was great!!!!Gene Hilston is a great sales manager! Gene worked very hard and trying to find the car perfect for us. Even thou the x5 we purchased had some wheel blemishes,(as any normal car would have) they took care of it right away and wheels are like new now ,even better looking then before. Even the owner of the dealer came and talked to us making sure this car fits are needs. Best experience ever!! I would highly recommend Gene!! thanks guys

For me trading in, selling and purchasing cars is like going to the dentist. One of my least favorite things. Gene Hilston, Adrian Crabtree and Justin Hinderer have changed my mind! First, they have all of these amazingly fun cars to look at - plus quite a few that you wouldnt be afraid to drive and wouldnt have to sell your vacation home to afford! i thought I wanted an Audi but after working with Chris and Justin they guided me to the bmw. I knew it was the right choice after test driving both. They don't tell u what to put on the reviews like a competitor down the street. My twin sons said it best. "They are not bitchy like at atatat".

All sales persons were busy when I walked in. In a short time one made a point to let me know that someone would be with me. As I walked outside the Owner greeted me, and asked if I had been helped. My salesman, Mike Kirkham, was "car crazy", and very helpful, and knowledgeable. We made a deal, they went out of their way to accommodate me....definitely recommend the Toy Barn! Mike even came in on Sunday, as I needed to pick up my rental car....they really made the process simple.

I am an international student from Michigan-Ann Arbor that is a very long way from Toy Barn.This times experience is the best ever! ^_^. Chris is a really five star dealer. That day I came by is Valentines Day and Chris introduced everything about this car to me, tested it with me, and even assisted me with every detail of financing, making me feel at home at the entire time, even though he was late to bring his wife to dinner. I found the Toy Barn on the internet and they had the car that I wanted. I called and introduced myself to Matt. I made an offer via email. Matt countered offered in a phone conversation. We made a deal via email with my second and final offer. After giving them a refundable deposit on my credit card, I then drove out to Dublin, Ohio from central NY, test drove the vehicle and completed the purchase. There was no pressure to purchase anything else and there were no mysterious up charges. It was probably the easiest automobile purchase transaction in my lifetime and I'm 57. They have an excellent inventory and will definitely consider the Toy Barn when it comes time to purchase another quality used car.

My total experience with the Toy Barn was outstanding. Chris answered all my questions and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole buying process. The loan department guys where great and found me the best rates. It is amazing that I could buy the car of my dreams all in the comfort of my home. I used Toy Barn's delivery service, my driver stayed in contact with throughout the trip to Minnesota and let me know his timeframe. Very nice experience with the delivery driver. He was very professional. After he unloaded the car, he walked me around and pointed out a few small chips that were noted on the paperwork and handed me the keys. I haven't been able to drive the car yet but it looks awesome in my garage!!!

We came up from Cincinnati to look at a car that we had seen online. I emailed ahead and Gene responded quickly to let me know the car was still available. Everyone was very friendly and accommodated us even though we came earlier than we had planned. Chris Scott helped us and was pleasant, easy going and didn't pressure us. Even let us test drive during a snow storm. They worked with us to come to a price we both were comfortable with and the paperwork process was quick and painless. We love our Caddy with over 140k miles - couple of expected small issues needing attention - the actual price continues to be below the quote. I'll never pay OEM dealer service rates again. After a recent accident, my wife and I needed a car quickly. Shopped online and found just the car we needed at the Toy Barn. We appreciated the no hassle atmosphere. While the buying experience at The Toy Barn was very pleasant I encourage buyers not to get to caught up in the hype that their cars are in excellent condition. Their radio ads of course promote the dont just drive, arrive idea and that they only sell elite used cars that the owner would own himself, etc. For me this image was enhanced when I was interested in an Audi on their web site and called to see why their car was about $4,000.00 dollars higher that the KBB site suggested. The salesman told me that their cars were much nicer and were thoroughly checked out. After a pleasant buying experience we took the car home and on our first outing to shop and for lunch a few days later with my wife (before I even had to put gas in the car) I accelerated to merge onto the highway and we heard a loud noise and saw a horrific amount of white smoke pouring out of the back of the car. When I let up on the gas it stopped and when I pressed on the gas again the smoke poured out again. So much so that the other cars behind me were slowing down and changing lanes to get out of the way. At that time the oil light came on the dash and I pulled over to the side of the road and called The Toy Barn and told them that I was afraid to continue driving. Suddenly, instead of the usual confident mantra of how nice their cars are my salesmans first words to me was that all of their cars were sold as is and he didnt know what they could do.It was the weekend so he did call the service manager at home and they suggested I drive to an Auto Parts store and put oil in the car and then straight home. I could drop off the car on Monday and they would look at it.After checking out the car the service manager told me that there was a problem with avalve cover and gasket and although the problem had to have been there for a long time and it was missed during their inspection I would have to pay about $500.00 to fix it. I protested and said I was disappointed that I would have to pay since it was obviously a pre-existing defect and he said he understood and would talk to Justin the owner for me. He called back and said they would not cover it. I paid for the repair since I had no other choice and I just wanted to be done with them and get the car back.Now, I know it is a used car and I am sure I signed a paper that said the car was sold as is and I know I didnt buy the extended warranty. That said, when I was told during the purchasing process that I was buying a car nicer than most that was thoroughly inspected, I couldnt help feeling cheated when I had to pay for such an expensive repair right after buying the car.The Toy Barn is a nice place with nice cars but buyer beware that not all of their cars are as nice as you might be led to believe.

Purchasing a car at a large dealership is usually a difficult experience at best. The Toy Barn offers a casual atmosphere with a wide variety of cars and trucks to choose from. The staff as a whole was very professional and treated us as if we were purchasing one of the super cars off the showroom floor. We were looking for a reasonably priced all wheel drive our daughter could take to college this winter. Gene Hilston was our sales rep offering us friendly but professional service throughout the entire process. Negotiations were quick and easy. Worked with Mike Kirkham over the phone, I told him I saw the car online and he answered all of my concerns about owning a Lamborghini. He turned me over to Adrian Crabtree who took my credit information then contacted me back in less than 10 minutes and had me financed. Impressed I Drove 2 hrs from Cleveland to see and test drive. The car was ready and pulled up front. Mike drove me in the car showing me it's full potential. Then let me at it. Nice! When we got back from the test drive all I had to do was sign the papers which were already printed, ready to go and no surprises. Mike Kirkham, Adrian Crabtree and all of the staff I came into contact with were courteous and professional. (Note). There are two small items that need addressed: spoiler cable and exhaust tip sensor. It was professionally noted in a confirmation paper given me a copy. Both items would be addressed, just waiting for parts. Mike Kirkam said he would service the car and closed trailer the car to and from my house in Cleveland. I will write again with service update. So far simple, easy, straightforward professional service. Ok, so here is my follow up. All the above work was taken care of promptly and correctly. My vehicle was trailered back to me by Jon. He was also very courteous and waited for me to check out the car.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership.. This is my fourth vehicle I've bought from them. They always seem to have the nicest, cleanest pre-owned vehicles with the right options, right color combinations and low miles which makes them hard to pass by. For this vehicle, I worked with Gene who was excellent - Courteous and knowledgeable. My previous experience was with Frank with similar results. In all four of my purchases I've left feeling like a got a fair deal for the car I was buying. My take is if you are reasonably informed on the cost of high demand vehicles, they try to find away to make the deal work for you. My only negative i can say about this dealership is that their cars invoke an immediate "I want that reaction" and they are priced what I believe very fair for the condition of the vehicles they somehow get their hands on. So, be careful when you go to their dealership or you fall in love several at the same time only making the decision more difficult. This won't be the last car I buy from them and would have another one now if I had a bigger garage. Highly recommend this place.

My purchasing experience with The Toy Barn and all of the staff that helped behind the scenes was probably the best car buying experience that I have had. And that is saying something since I have owned about 90 vehicles over the years.Erick is a straight up guy and we came to a deal in a very short time after the homework was done. I was trading two very, very nice cars for one that I consider my holy grail. I am a corvette guy !!Once the deal was done, the delivery and pick up process was expedited by Erick and he had two very nice cars and I had my Holy Grail.Now to get the car registered in my home state..... not so fast. The registry wanted me to pay the full sales tax, then they said the documentation was not correct, then, and then, you get the idea.After a couple of calls to The Toy Barn staff, they bent over backwards to assist with the documentation that was required and expedited it to me so that I could complete the registration process. Not so fast, they wanted still more documentation. One more call to The Toy Barn staff and more documentation was generated.As the title says, " things don't always go as planned". The sale is always very important, but what truly defines a company is how they support you after the sale. The Toy Barn staff have been schooled in how to treat the customer, before, during and after the sale !!I truly appreciate how they conduct their business.

The Toy Barn made my 1st time buyer's experience wonderful! I had no idea what type of vehicle I was looking for other than a wanting a crossover/SUV. Gene Hilston was very helpful in comparing models with my mom and me and figuring out which model fit my lifestyle and budget. Gene was welcoming, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He addressed both my mom and me the whole time, which I really liked. I test drove the Audi Q5 first, and ultimately chose it in the end! I had some reservations about not looking around enough because the car did not have a few features I was looking for. Gene and Justin Hinderer encouraged me to leave the lot and test drive a car I had been comparing with the Audi. I went to MAG and the experience was just completely different. The salesman was not personable and didn't seem interested in anything but pushing the car at me. Needless to say I returned to The Toy Barn an hour later and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Gene knew I was looking for a car with a back-up camera, so he included it in the purchase! I traded in my scion based on description alone and dropped the car off 2 days later. The whole transaction was flawless and I can't wait to have my back-up camera installed in a few weeks. Gene and Justin had a huge impact on my decision to go with the Audi Q5 and I love it! I will definitely be going back to The Toy Barn for my future purchases based on the customer service alone.

We shopped around at several dealerships and the Toy Barn happened to have a couple of BMW models I was interested in. Gene showed us one car, but the other was out on a loaner to another customer. Before we left Justin came over to chat (super friendly) and answer any questions we had about the cars. I came back in few days and test drove both cars again, and decided to buy one. I was short on time; had to pick up my son from school. Gene helped me move my personal items from my trade in to the new car and even helped with a unruly stroller and car seat installation. He obviously didn't have to do that at all. Super nice! Then, he sent me any email after a day or so checking in to make sure all was going well with the car, and offered to help be set up any of the personal settings features (phone, music, etc.) When I dropped off the spare key to my trade in, I took advantage of his offer and got everything set up. I would undoubtedly purchase a car from Toy Barn again!

With the help of my father I recently purchased an A5 from Chris at Toy Barn. I was steering toward a C63 AMG but Chris managed to convince me and my father to go for the A5 to better prepare for the upcoming winter. I was a little underwhelmed by the engine of the A5 and Justin Hinderer personally pulled me aside and told me of some great tuning opportunities with the car. He said that Toy Barn could do an ecu flash and a turbo upgrade. We purchased the car and got a bumper to bumper warranty. Chris and the staff were nice enough to stay a little after closing in order to help us finish the paperwork.

Once our sales person, Mr. Patrick "Ferrari" Young, learned that we were looking for an older model used car to be mainly driven by our 16-year old daughter, his main concern turned to "safety". He genuinely wanted our daughter (especially considering the fact that she is a new/beginning driver) to be in a well-engineered, reliable, and "safe" car. He told us that a person might be trading-in their 1998 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 4-dr. sedan in the next couple of days, and that that vehicle, even considering it's older Model age, would be as about as safe as any vehicle on the road. Well, the next day, as he promised, if the person did bring in their 1998 MB E-Class (or any other similar quality/safe vehicles came into the Toy Barn), he called us to let us know the E-Class was available for us to checkout/test drive. With just minimal, and fair, negotiation regarding the final purchase price, etc., Patrick sold us the perfect car for our new-driving daughter. And proving that his "care and concern" for our daughter's driving safety was genuine, after he learned from the Toy Barn's Service Department that our new, used car needed some brake work, Patrick had them put new brake pads on the front, and, back discs; And at no charge to us! This was possibly the Best overall car-buying experience we've ever had. "Thank You" to Patrick and to the Toy Barn!

I recently purchased a 2001 Merc,-Benz from the Toy Barn. The previous owner had installed a satellite radio hook-up so I found I was without radio reception. I made an appointment at the Toy Barn to have the radio looked at and to my pleasant surprise, the radio and speakers were re-wired and I now have reception to multiple radio stations. Best of all, Larry said there would be no charge - now that is customer service at its best!

Saw a last minute posting to a beautiful White Sahara Edition Jeep Wrangler that I had to check out. Even though they were close to closing Chris Hunt allowed my family, and I to view the Jeep and go past the closing time to make final arrangements of purchasing such Jeep. Even after close I did not feel rushed. I got to make the final decision with my family, and got to check out the Jeep for as long as I wanted. He took the time to make sure I knew all there is to know about my car before driving off the lot. We stopped by The Toy Barn yesterday to take a look at the 2006 Mercedes S Class. We had seen the car online and the price was so good we had to check it out in person. I am now the very proud happy owner of it and I have never had a more amazing car buying experience. Chris is laid back and attentive all at the same time. He connected with us on a personal level, identified our needs, and within a blink of an eye we were driving home with the car. The process was smooth as silk. Chris is very knowledgeable about what makes the car unique. During our test drive he pointed out the many different features that make driving an S class an exquisite adventure. Chris is very customer focused and we appreciated his expertise. During the process we had received the carfax but still had a question about the maintenance history. Another gentleman brought out the most detailed service history we had ever seen. Plus he was available to answer any and all questions that we had. We normally have our own technician check out any car purchase we make but we were so impressed with The Toy Barn process that we did not feel the need.We chose to finance this purchase and we've never had an easier process. Financing was a snap and again I must say that the financing manager answered every question we had. We moved through the process quickly but he made sure that we were well informed of all of our options. There are some really neat add-on options available for the car. We selected the polysteel process. The process provides a clear coat type of coverage for the outside of the vehicle AND a protective covering for the interior to protect it from stains, sun, etc.Everyone in the building was personable and professional. We learned about the history of the car. We were introduced to the service technician. He was so friendly! I am actually looking forward to taking it in for regular service. This car turns heads because everywhere we stopped last night people asked us about the car. And...The Toy Barn has great brand recognition. I am going to wait the full 30 days before I put on my license plates because I love having The Toy Barn logo displayed in the front license plate holder. That name is synonymous with Luxurious Quality. We highly recommend you go to The Toy Barn. The selection is wonderful. It is worth the investment plus you cannot ask for better scenery! I am still in love with two sporty custom build hot rods in the ground level show room. I know that this is the beginning of a very long friendship with Chris because one of these days I'm going to be shopping on that lower level. Va-va-vroom!!

We visited the Toy Barn last week and had a wonderful experience. Living two hours from Dublin, much of the conversation and dealing had been done over the phone and when we arrived they were prepared to take care of us in a timely manner. This was by far the best and easiest auto purchase I have ever made! This was a special purchase...a surprise sports car for my wife. Gene, who I dealt with made sure it was a great experience. I purchased a 2009 BMW 135i convertible. My wife and I both love it and don't have 1 second's buyers remorse. We know that we were treated honestly and received a fair deal. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Gene and Adrian at the Toy Barn. There was never any pressure, they were very professional, yet down-to-earth and not snobby or pretentious at all. Some dealerships that sell high-line automobiles are very stuffy...but not here! They are very forthcoming about their cars and I felt that everyone was totally honest and up front with me. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Chris Hunt and Adrian Crabtree. We spent almost two hours there with Chris and at no time did we feel we were being pushed into purchasing a vehicle. We looked at two different cars and Chris worked with Finance to get us a rate better than what we were able to get at our own bank. Chris explained the pros and cons of both vehicles we were considering. Adrian explained all the finance options and again did not push us to purchase those options. Very smooth finance process. Overall great experience and looking forward to being a customer for years to come.

I had a great experience picking out my new car at Toy Barn. They let me test drive several cars as I was making a tough decision between an SUV or going back to a Sports Sedan. They were patient and worked on price with me since I thought they were a little on the high side of the scale. Overall though it was a nice experience and the guys didn't pressure me or "speak down" as many in car sales do. True professionals who have a lot to offer. I'll be back again! Highly recommended and the easiest finance process I've ever had buying a car, I was in and out in 25 minutes! Fantastic.

My son and I went to look for Shelby cobras. We visited two times and we are very pleased with the customer service. If you are looking for a high end sports car the Toy Barn is the place for you. They allowed us to take as many pictures as we wanted. The other models such as Lamborghini, Bentley, and Porsche were beautiful and very well kept. My son and I will be sure to visit again to enjoy the showroom and the hospitality. My son got to sit in exclusive sports cars and they were very nice about it. Just sayin' it was really cool to be treated so well. I do not work with or for The Toy Barn.

Came into town for 4th of July weekend to visit family and car overheated due to poorly performed work done the week prior at my local car dealership. The folks at the Toy Barn expressed their sympathy for what I was going through, made an offer of a loaner vehicle (which surprised the heck out of me, since they didn't know me from Adam) and were in touch throughout the entire experience to keep me up-to-date on the repair process.If I lived closer, this would be where I'd have all my work done and would buy my next vehicle. In the past I have not been a fan of the whole car buying experience. The Toy Barn was great to deal with..no high pressure sales and have provided me with excellent customer service. Chris was great to deal with and Justin Hinderer took the time to come out and talk with us and then follow up with any questions I had AFTER the sale. Because of the customer service I received after purchasing my car I will come back and buy again at the Toy Barn as well as refer anyone else looking for a vehicle. I used to be a MAG customer but the Toy Barn has won me over! Check them out before you go anywhere else. Even for service they are top notch. I had been wanting to trade my toy for a new toy. I stopped in the Toy Barn and was greeted by Gene Hilston. He immediately struck me as professional and courteous and from the start of the hunt to the final sale, he and the staff at the Toy Barn were top notch and world class. Gene is knowledgeable, professional, and personable and made the entire experience very relaxed and enjoyable. They gave me a good value for my trade and a good price on the car they were selling. The entire staff, including the owner and even the gentlemen in the finance office, were great to work with and make the purchase of the car a truly special event. Gene was very attentive on my first visit to the Toy Barn when I drove an Audi. He pointed out all the positive parts of the car and was not at all pushy. When I decided to try out the Mercedes he and another salesman teamed up so that I could receive immediate attention. After my initial test drive Gene kept me informed of the status of the car and let me know he would be available to answer any questions or have me come in again. Gene was very professional, well spoken, polite, encouraging, but not pushy. I loved my experience at the Toy Barn and LOVE my 1999 Mercedes SLK!

Great experience! Traded in 2 cars and got the exact values we wanted for them. Very little haggling to get the overall price and payment we wanted. They listened to us and made it happen. Cool place and cool experience. Never felt pressured like I said they just made it happen and we went home with our new AMG. Salesperson Gene Hilston was great to work with and easy to talk to. They gave us a great trade in value on a car sight unseen as we could not get both trades there on same day. This was simply the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. The sales manager that worked with me, Gene Hilston was incredibly helpful in everyway. At no point did I feel pressured to buy, and in fact, after test driving the vehicle I had my sights set on, I told Gene that I was not prepared to buy at that time, and that I would have to go home, talk to my wife, and think about things a bit. Unlike other dealerships and sales managers I have dealt with in the past, Gene did not call me repeatedly to check with me, but gave me space to reflect on what I was ready and able to do. It was a full week before I returned with my wife to show her the vehicle. Without hesitation, Gene gladly let us test drive the car once again, answered all of our questions, and was very upfront about the shortcomings of the vehicle (it was and is a used BMW 525i, a 2001 model) which frankly were and are very minor considering the age of the car and the mileage (110,000). There was a chip in the windshield which Gene noticed during the test drive, and without me saying a thing, he pointed it out and said that they would have their windshield people call me and fix it at their cost. I purchased the car on a Saturday afternoon, and by Monday morning, I had a call from the windshield folks to schedule a time when they could come to me at my work or home to take care of it.Additionally, and what I really appreciate, is that this dealership deals in high end vehicles, many of which are in the 40's, 50's and 60's in thousands of dollars. My purchase was $9400 out the door including a 3yr 45,000 mile complete warranty on the powertrain. What I am saying is that I was treated with the same care and respect that a person purchasing a much more expensive and profitable vehicle for them, would receive. The finance person, Adrian Crabtree was just as helpful and kind, and gave us a great deal on the additional warranty, which is no small thing when one purchases a thirteen year old vehicle, regardless of the quality of the car. Justin Hinderer, the owner even came by to greet us and spent time telling us of the history of the vehicle which they had been owned by a friend of his and repeat customer. Many thanks to Gene, Adrian, and Justin! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!

My overall experience with The ToyBarn was very positive. I work in sales for the corporate auto industry , so I'm very familiar with many of the tricks used today by less-than-reputable dealers. I never came across any of that in my dealings with Chris or the ToyBarn. The price for the vehicle was fair given the available comparables. They were also kind enough to pick me up from the airport seeing as I was an out-of-state buyer. I was taken care of overall.The only thing I can think of that could be improved was a couple of very minor issues with the car. One being a missing clip in the rear seat, and another a rear sunshade that would not retract. Ideally, purchasing a new (to me) car should not involve any additional work on the part of the customer. Having this taken care of ahead of time would have been fantastic. But, again, I was happy overall with my experience.

When i went to the Toy Barn to buy my first car i was a little worried i wouldn't be taken serious coming to a dealership that focuses on high end vehicles at such a young age (22). This was not the case what so ever. Dick instantly found me looking around on the main floor at the Lambos and Audi R8 and assisted me. We talked over the vehicle i was interested in, went over all of the cars features (in which he was very knowledgeable) and then took me out for a test drive. I loved the car and went on to buy it. Dick was fantastic at guiding me through the whole process and was always there if i needed him. He even worked out a couple deals for me to touch up minor imperfections on the vehicle free of charge. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and the service i received at the Toy Barn in Dublin and from Dick Pryor!! I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in getting an awesome vehicle with awesome service!

I was casually looking for a Ferrari F355, until i went to the Toy Barn!They had the exact car i wanted, I worked with true Pro, Dick Pryor. Not only was he very knowledgeable about used Ferraris but he was knowledgeable about this particular car. He knew who owned and when it was sold previously and set my mind at ease that this wasnt an abused vehicle.The car just had a full engine out service, new tires, detailed and was ready to roll...Dick told me 3 things:- This car is ready to drive - HE WAS RIGHT, this thing drives like new- Insurance will be cheap - HE WAS RIGHT, $800.00 per year- You will get alot of attention - HE WAS RIGHT, as soon as i pulled out of the parking lot all my hair grew back!When Dick stood there and handed me the keys to my own ferrari he could tell by the look on my face that one of my life long dreams just came true on front of his eyes! Matt was very considerate and reasonable to work with considering my "special" concerns about the condition of my new Porsche both cosmetically and mechanically. I just bought a nissan gtr from the toy barn and I couldn't be happier very nice guys and they are very knowledgable .So far my car has been flawless and I will be looking into a ferrari purchase within the next year with them since they were so nice and courteous .On another note the service center was amazing and the service manager Steve was super nice and helpful and when my gtr is up for its service I will be driving the four hours for them to do it if that tells you anything.

I had asked several local dealers for a quote on a new Camry. Most spammed me with "You're so important to us!" junk messages, or quoted me the wrong trim, but Toy Barn told me a very competitive quote right away with a personal note. Wow - a real person on the other end of the line! In the end, the whole process took an hour, and I never buy things this fast. I kept looking out for the inevitable "stealth" price increase, but it never came - the bottom line was exactly as they had quoted me. No drama, no nonsense, no last-minute "dealer prep charges", just a good price and good people. No wonder they sell a lot of cars.

I recommend Toy Barn whenever I even remotely hear one of my friends or family say they are in the market for a new car. I have purchased 5 vehicles from them and every time gets better and better. I didn't just buy a car from the Toy Barn, I gained an experience. I am so grateful for your staff! Erick and Adrian were such a pleasure to work with. I will come back to buy more cars as long as the money is flowin in!

I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership, the dealership and sale's people sucks and not honest, and they will SCAM you. I'm trying to buy a car here from out of state they wanted to charge me Ohio sale's tax and my state sale's tax (double charges) to register a car. They will not allow you to take the car to the dealership for PPI, they ask to bring your own mechanic to their shop. What??? what mechanic do I know from out of town. Buy your car elsewhere for a piece of mind.

Terrrible experience after the sale. Traded in the car locally for a different Porsche after multiple problems and promised to fix the issues. Wouldn't take calls. Said it was serviced and showed on the carfax...they must manipulate the system withing their service dept and report bogus things to carfax to help them sell the cars! Dealer says the service that carfax reported NEVER TOOK PLACE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

This place has been great to deal with in all aspects through the purchase of 5 vehicles. The people there have always seen to our satisfaction in all dealings with them. We are very pleased that it keeps getting better!

I contracted them about a car they are advertising via eBay. While they were very friendly on the phone, I learned that their policy is NOT to allow prospective buyers to take their cars to a local mechanic for an independent evaluation. Their reason for this is they claim that cars have come back to them "damaged" by these mechanics. They suggested instead some mobile inspection service that will come to the dealership & perform a NON-MECHANICAL vehicle inspection. So they expect you to pay top dollar for their cars without the benefit of an independent opinion beforehand. I would not want to purchase a used car sight-unseen, or travel a long distance to inspect a car, without the option to have an independent mechanical evaluation as well. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them, ask if you can take the car to be inspected up front before paying for it. In my case, the answer was no.

It is disappointing I have to write a negative review of the Toy Barn. I purchased a used Porsche Boxter from them and I was very pleased with their professionalism and with the experience. The vehicle seemed to be in excellent condition and I was assured by Justin the car had been thoroughly inspected and was in excellent condition. There were a couple minor issues they promised to fix later and said they would let me know when they had the necessary parts. I was a little concerned because the dealer is several hours drive from my home but Justin assured me it would be no issue. In fact, he stated any time I needed service I simply needed to call and schedule service Mon-Sat and they would arrange for a loaner vehicle while it was being serviced. I was impressed at how focused they were on satisfying customers and thought I had made a great choice. When I drove the car home I noticed the speedometer was reading far off the actual speed, the following day I began hearing excessive brake squealing, and a day later noticed oil leakage where I kept the car parked. I contacted the Toy Barn and explained the issues and was told service was too backed up and it would be nearly a month before they could even consider looking at it. I spoke with Justin and he indicated they could only look at the car on weekdays, loaners were not part of their service, and he indicated the oil leakage was likely a major engine (rear seal) failure and was not their problem and brakes are maintenance items -- also not their problem. While I expect a used car might have some issues, it is clear these issues were known and covered up (a little brake squeal compound and an oil leak that isn't noticeable unless the car sits in one spot for a day). Clearly this is an "anything to get your money" outfit and the customer service prior to the sale is all for show. If you buy here, get the vehicle thoroughly inspected prior and don't expect any service on anything you might miss in the inspection. Very sad... they have great potential, a nice location, an interesting selection of vehicles... just no ethics.

I bought a 2005 DINAN M3 from these losers and it was the worst decision I've ever made. I am from boston and I searched everywhere for a DINAN M3 and they were the only ones that had the right mileage and color M3 that I wanted. When I called, MATT had told me that the car was in mint condition and was running perfect with no defect codes. I then asked for a carfax report which he said I would have to pay for so I had the vin ran at a local dealership and it said that the car had 5 owners. I then called back and MATT said that it only had two so I called him out on his first lie and he was very apologetic and blamed it on a fictitious person who doesn't work there or exist. I asked for a car inspection and code report and once it came I stupidly bought the car over the phone. Once I picked it up I noticed a very loud rattle about an hour later. The next day I had to replace the accelerator chip for $500 dollars due to a faulty vanos and loose cam bolts. I then looked at the code sheet they gave me and it was for a different M3. I am now looking at a $4,500 repair to bring this car back to normal. This was the WORST experience I've ever been through regarding any car type transaction. These guys buy faulty broken cars and sell them at a premium.

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from The Toy Barn. Very unprofessional and they misrepresent the vehicle to the buyer. They will not stand by their word if you have an issue. Once they have your money you might as well forget them ever responding to your phone calls or emails. They make promises that they do not keep. Buyers beware of this company. This is the last place you need to buy a high end vehicle from.

I bought a 69 Camaro from these guys. They started out as very responsive. But once I got my car delivered to me the customer service quit. When I got the car, the car keys did not open the doors. Before the pruchase I specifically asked if the car had emergency brakes. They said Yes, it did not. I asked if there were any leaks, they said no. There is. I emailed them several times to try to get it right. No responce. I spent over $35,000. with them. Be careful if you are not local.
