Becky and Denise (Service Dept) were GREAT at helping me today. I only rotated tires on this visit but they helped make the visit easy and friendly, and getting a courtesy ride back and forth is GREATLY appreciated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars - it can be difficult to reach someone on the phone in the Service Dept, I have to call back about 3x each time as of late. BUT I do realize it gets busy and they may be shorthanded.

While I live in Tallahassee, I prefer to have my Ford F-150 (93,000 miles) maintained and serviced at Thomasville Ford. My experience has been that they always provide an accurate estimate, the repairs restore my F-150 to "like new" condition, and their service department reps making dropping off and retrieving the vehicle easy. For my most recent repair, I was experiencing a whine-type noise in my engine, later diagnosed as failing water pump. I had Thomasville Ford replace that, complete a radiator flush, and replace the serpentine belt while they had the vehicle. Since I was traveling for business and was not able to retrieve the vehicle during their normal work hours, Mr. Cray arranged an after-hours solution. That worked well and my 2013 F-150 continues to run like when it was purchased new.

Went to dealer to look at an old bronco they had. Where to start. The truck they had listed had an obviously rolled over odometer, but they kept trying to say it was 73,000 "original" miles. It was obvious it has at least 273,000 miles. Neither window worked, it had rust on the roof, the rear view mirror was popped off, the wipers hardly worked and the locks didn't work. There were many more problems. The best part? They're trying to sell this thing for $11,000. Offered them $6,500 as that is what this truck is really worth with all its problems. Would cost at least another $3k to fix. Salesman claimed through text that their mechanics assured them it was in good shape, than told me in person "our mechanics are too young to work on a truck this old. We don't want to make it worse". They came back and said "best we can do is $10,000". Very disappointed with the customer service. They refused to acknowledge my wife, who was with me and acted rudley towards her when she helped present the first offer. Would have loved to leave with this truck as it would be been a great project, but they refused to be reasonable and realistic and would not work with me. I understand they have to make money, but their pricing was way off and their unwillingness to work within a reasonable range was shocking as a customer. If you want to get scammed on a truck, this is your place.

After a couple of days shopping in Tallahassee and having no luck trying to find something. We decided to try Thomasville Ford and it was truly the sunshine on a rainy day. Riley went above and beyond to make us comfortable and listen to our needs. When I stated the fact that I had to leave that day with my husband a new vehicle they went to work. Oil changed in my truck on the 9th of June...I requested the change earlier than noted on the window sticker since I was driving the truck out of town, I requested a heavier oil for summer as stated in the owners manual...My truck holds 6 quarts of oil according to the owners manual...dealer invoice noted 5 quarts, oil dip stick snows a quart low...this should have been checked at the dealer...The return oil sticker on the window stated return mileage 400,943 for the next oil change, my truck has 139,000 actual miles, this was not checked for correctness...My last invoice had the incorrect mileage listed 300,000 plus...Someone needs to get more involved checking for the correct information...I will be in Saturday the 11th to get this corrected...I do not like your oil return stickers, written i.l.o. printed...

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Thomasville Ford, a Lincoln MKZ. To be honest with you, since this dealership has "changed-hands", I've never seen such a difference, not only in personnel attitude, but in all the beautiful new beautiful new building. I purchased a F-250 Super Duty truck last year. I had purchased a C-Max Plug-in Hybrid from a different dealership, however, really liked your service department so started having it serviced with you. Your service department is top-notch. Service is as quick as it can be for what needs done, personnel are courteous and have the answers to questions. I came back to Ford because you didn't take money from the government and now I am very grateful I did, because the "new" owners have created an enjoyable and professional atmosphere, which I really appreciate and Thomasville needed.

I called to get prices on standard services for my F250. First and most importantly you answer the phone, unlike your big cousin in Tallahassee. I have a 2012 F150 XLT with a little over 28,500 miles on it and while my service (repair) was fine on my last visit, I feel that the initial diagnosis on my coolant leak was incorrect. The first diagnosis was a bad hose ($224). Unfortunately, after having a new hose installed, it still leaked and then I was told I needed a coolant recovery tank ($404). Hopefully this will fix my problem, but it's only been a couple of days, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.I have bought (3) F150's from the dealership in Thomasville and I would like to buy another one soon. I still plan on getting the vehicle from the dealership in Thomasville, so this will not make me go elsewhere.As for the staff, they were kind and courteous, no problems there.

I purchased a C-Max Energi in March 2015 and my first oil change was due at 20k miles. Josh (service department) was ready for my car as soon as I arrived. They kept me updated on the status and offered to drop me off (and pick me up) if I needed to be elsewhere.I could not be happier with the service. I contacted other closer dealerships (some within 10 minutes of my home) prior to returning to Thomasville Ford (because they are about an hour from my home), but the closer dealership didn't even bother to contact me.

I had the radiator replaced because it was leaking. When I drove the truck back to Cairo the rubber lower deflector that attached to the radiator was not secured to the radiator and hanging down. I had to buy some tabs and attached it myself rather than drive back to Cairo. My wife,s Escape was taken in for a factory recall and she complained that she had to wipe seat of because of grease on it before she could drive off. she got some grease on her pants anyway and was not a happy comper. I cleaned the seat after she got home.

I purchased a 2004 F250 4wd Super Duty. The price was exactly what I was hoping to pay. Ben Risher took an incredible amount of time with me to answer questions and help however possible. I love the fact that the service department reps (Josh and Leon) insisted that every part of this truck be checked. They found some things that needed to be replaced and we're glad to do so. It was obvious that they wanted me to have the best pre owned truck I could get. Every part of this truck and purchasing experience have been great. I am truly grateful that I was able to drive 3 minutes from home to have such a great experience.

time I pulled my escape for service, the waiting line was long and would not be able to fix it that day and could I come back tomorrow. I appreciate the honesty. Brought back the next day and jumped right on it. Unfortunately I had to have a part ordered and they would not get it until Monday. Took it back Monday and they jumped right on it and was completed in short time.

My vehicle was received at the scheduled time and service was done in a very timely manner. I had several questions and they were all answered appropriately. Even though there is construction, the waiting area was clean and quiet. Hannah was very attentive to those waiting ensuring that we were not in need of anything.

We purchased a new Ford F-150 4x2 Lariat truck. The whole process was finished in one afternoon, and we drove it off the lot. Sales person was outstanding. The finance department was efficient and organized...it took less than 10 minutes! The facilities are temporary due to construction at the dealership.

I was not planning to purchase a vehicle. When I met Jennifer she went above and beyond to help find a vehicle that I would like and explained everything about the vehicle. Then she took me for a test drive and explained and showed me about the vehicle. When we were discussing the financial aspects of the vehicle she was with me threw start to finish. After I purchased the vehicle she walked me threw all the electronics set up my phone and again showed me about my new vehicle. At this time she gave me her personal and work numbers stating if I ever had problems to give her a call anytime day or night. Not only Jennifer but the Financial advisor told me if I had any problems or questions to call him anytime. Both stated when I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed to be sure and to let them know I was there. They went above and beyond. The service was Super and I will tell everyone to use Thomasville Ford!!!

Very easy to work with. Worked hard to earn our business. Only thing not happy with is we purchased a pre-owned car and it only came with one key. All cars new or used should come with at-least two keys. Smart keys are expensive and I would of negotiated this in the sale had I known. Felt like this should of been told up front vs not telling at all. If the key was $15.00 no big deal, since they are very expensive it felt like we were deceived a bit on this.

I live in Tallahassee and was in market last week for Ford explorer. I priced same car in Live Oak, Perry and Tallahassee...and Thomasville Ford was lowest price. I was very impressed with the sales team, and it was a pleasure to purchase a car from Thomasville Ford. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and my spouse felt the same. They removed all hassle, and all pressure. We now have the car we wanted, and getting it was fun. Two hours after arriving we were out the door in our new car, having handled a trade-in, car selection, and all paperwork. Amazing! I purchased a Ford in Jacksonville in 2012, and Tallahassee in 2013. This was much easier. I was not shuffled from dept to dept, and the the owner of the dealership was there to greet us and oversee all. We want to tell all in Tallahassee about the professionalism of Thomasville Ford. We are glad we made the trip..

Fortunately my experience was different from the previous reviewers. I purchased a F-150 for my husband without hassle. The only issue I had with the process was once I arrived to sign the paperwork the dealership added the extended warranty without notifying me in advance.

I drove 4 hours from Florida to Griffin Ford to purchase a beautiful Mustang GT 5.0. It wasn't until I was well into the trip back to Florida on the highway that I realized something was wrong. The car wouldn't go faster than "top speed" due to myKey settings. I contacted the dealer the following business day to see if they could help. The only way to take the feature off would be to reprogram the key, which could be done at the dealer. I took it to a local dealer closer to my home and found out that the fee to do so is almost $500. I contacted Griffin again, who told me I could bring it to them and they would do it for free. That would make another 8 hour trip for me, plus mileage, plus gas, not to mention my valuable time. Their solution: ok, we will reimburse you if you do it at your local dealer but only up to $90. That's helpful. NOT. You know what would've been great? If I purchased a GT that could go over 80 without having an ongoing hassle. That should've been taken care of before I even arrived at the dealer. How unprofessional!
