Would and will recommend these guys to anyone! An overall amazing experience. Simple and easy to work with. No pressure from the start. Negotiations were fair. Price negotiated was the price I paid, no hidden fees or add-ons. Paperwork was ready to go upon arriving. I traveled from out of state and will have no problem returning in the future. Jeep was as described (actually better...pictures were great but a gem in person). As mentioned in the title, not one dealer within 300 miles could offer a packaged deal with the miles, etc. Great job!

Bill and Tim, thank you. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a few anxiety filled moments enroute to Pueblo from Minnesota. But when I arrived I found the truck exactly as described. They helped me return the rental car and made the whole experience a pleasant one. All the paperwork was completed when I arrived and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. They even threw in a set of running boards and rail caps after I had agreed to buy the vehicle (they had come in the morning I arrived). I had the best experience with this dealership! I was not pressured and had all my questions answered. The whole process was smooth and Tim could not have been nicer. I think by the end of all of it i had given him 5 hugs because I was so happy and impressed!

This was the best car buying experience we ever had! Bill was extremely friendly and provided a "no pressure" atmosphere. No non-sense, easy deal...we got a great truck at a great price! Bill was extremely professional and organized. He everything ready for us as we were from out of state and needed to get back on the road. We purchased a camper and a small pickup and these guys were amazing! No pressure but they were quick to answer any questions we had and ready to make an honest deal. The finance process was the easiest we've ever had. (We've purchased 40+ vehicles/quads/bikes/etc) and Bill even stood out in the rain, and helped us out while we loaded our new camper! Searching the web for a vehicle yields many options. We are really glad we chose this one. What a wonderful dealership to work with. We made an offer on a vehicle Monday night and received an acceptance notification early Tuesday. We live in the Black Hills but have a cadet at USAFA and Tim made very quick arrangements for her to be able to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday. Tim did a thorough vehicle inspection and drove it around on Tuesday "just to be sure." Our daughter picked it up on Wednesday and was impressed with their friendliness. We even received an email complimenting our daughter on her "14 point turn" as she left the lot in our new "used" Yukon XL (She will not be a pilot) Nice to find honest and easy people to deal with who respond to questions quickly.

We found a vehicle for our daughter here and we were so amazed by the friendly no pressure approach by Tim. We could peruse the vehicles without the traditional wolf appproach that I dread in car buying. Tim answered our questions, let us take a test drive alone then let us leave when we wanted too! We checked out other vehicles at other places suffering the dreaded attack approach and came back to Thompson's! The vehicle was super clean and very fairly priced- no haggling and "let me talk to my boss" garbage. The paperwork was easy too....cost of vehicle + tax + FULL TANK OF GAS! Check these guys out, you will not be disappointed!
