I had an amazing experience with Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I recently purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 and they more than exceeded my expectation. My sales rep, Mike Crook, actually came to my home and pick me up and personally drove me to the dealership. He was very professional in his approach, no hassle, haggling and delivered on every promise. The entire staff at Thomson Chrysler that I deal with were extremely friendly and courteous. They all made car buying a great experience. I would recommend contacting Mike Crook and the folks at Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep and allow them to put you into your next new or used car. Thumbs up all around.

I purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 truck in December, 2014. Michael Crook was my sales contact and he did an excellent job facilitating the sales process to a mutually acceptable purchase.there were a couple of items that needed to be added to the vehicle and Michael did an excellent job following through on completion of the work and keeping me informed on the process. Mike Crook at Thomson listened to my needs when it came to trading in a Grand Cherokee for a new Ram and the payment that I wanted to stay at. Mike worked hard to get a deal made. Mike was very knowledgable of the product and was all-class the entire time. He even helped me clean out the Jeep before driving away in my new Ram. I had become very disappointed after a Saturday shopping trip to a dealer I had bought from twice before. I looked at Thomson on Monday and Mike called me and wanted to talk about what we could do to get me in and run numbers. Mike beat that dealer and kept working to get my payment when the other guys wouldn't budge on Saturday. This was a pleasurable experience and I recommend Mike and Thomson.

Long comment. I shopped at this dealership ~13 years ago and was dissatisfied, probably more with the salesperson than anything else. I bought a vehicle somewhere else. I recently returned to the dealership, again knowing what I wanted and was not willing to put up with a lot of other distracting sales talk. The dealer guy, Michael Crook, understood my intention, showed me a couple of vehicles and we took a ride in one. He was a car guy and made sure that it was a good fit. I liked it, told him that he didn't need to contact me and said I'd get back in touch with him if I wanted to buy. Although Mike did call me back (a salesman's job I guess), he wasn't annoying. I got back in touch with him for some more vehicle information which he promptly provided. I made a decision to buy a higher level model and picked it up the next week. Mike made sure that it was owner-ready and treated me and my family as valued customers. Dealing with Mike was a pleasant experience. I'd be remiss in not mentioning the after-purchase support provided by Matt Platt. He helped me with the basic electronic functionality of the vehicle before I left the lot and I've contacted him a couple of times since then to cut through some of the owner's manual details. The guy is a genius. I had a decent overall new vehicle buying experience at Thomson-Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram. I'd recommend them. The bar has been set high for the service department. By the way, the Jeep Overland is beautiful and an absolute sweet drive.

I was recently ready to make a purchase but I thought the Dodge Challenger was out of my price range. I had already been preapproved for a car I just needed to stay in my price range. I knew I wanted a V-8 but finding it on my budget I thought would be an issue. I had already window shopped in Augusta, North Augusta and Aiken. I had also shopped the internet for a week or so. My car had completely died so time was of the issue but between working fifty plus hours a week it was hard. I just took a day off and decided to jump head in and wrap it up. I went to one dealership that had a 2010 Camero SS V-8. I really liked the car just not the banana yellow paint job. The sales person was trying to be my buddy rather than give me reasons to purchase the car. It was a really strange sales approach. I got them near my price but we were still $2000 off and I said lets split the difference...the sales manager would not budge. So off to lunch I went and as I was dreading starting over at a new lot As I was finishing up my lunch, I received a phone call from Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I had done an internet search and of course they had my number to stay in touch. I stated this is what I want...a Dodge Challenger V-8 for $ and I gave my price. I was told that was doable and I was given a salesmans name to meet at the dealership. I was in North Augusta so it did not take very long to get to the dealership. I met the sales representative, Michael Crook at the dealership. Right away he showed me the cars that fit my price range and we were off for a test drive. First, he explained the features on the car. Thinking back to the previous dealership, it was like night and day. I really liked getting schooled on the options. I enjoyed the approach this salesman took,. I also liked that there were several cars on the lot that were in my price range. I appreciated that Michael introduced me to the service department and explained who my contacts were in that department so I would have a name and face when I brought my car for the oil changes and annual service. The drive was the only inconvenience but driving that new car home was worth the trip. I liked the sales approach, the price and that there is service after the sale.

Loved our experience at this dealership. Donnie Flanders listened to us and gave us what we wanted. He did not try to sell us something we didn't want or couldn't afford. When our deal was completed they cleaned our truck before we took it home. When Donnie got busy with another customer Michael Crook stepped up to the plate, took us for a ride and explained all the bells and whistles the new 2014 models have on them. Thank you so much Donnie and Michael for helping to make our new truck purchase an enjoyable experience.

Our sales rep was Matt Platt. Matt was enthusiastic, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles sold at the dealership. He listened and understood what we wanted in a vehicle and was able to guide us to the right vehicle for us. We were impressed by the courteous, friendly attitude of all the dealership employees. I would be remiss if I didn't recommend them to friends and family.

It was a super easy and very convenient buying process! I recently purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Tommy Burgess at Thomson CDJ and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything played out. Tommy was courtesy, open, and friendly (and even let my 2 y/o destroy his desk). At no time did Tommy ever try to get me to sway from what I wanted into something other than what I was seeking. It was a very comfortable experience and I would certainly buy from the Thomson dealership again.

This is the first time I have purchased from this dealership and I'm sure it won't be the last. Matt Platt to very good care of me while I was there. He was very polite and courteous. He also has good knowledge about the vehicles that are available. I was originally going to buy a used vehicle, but Matt was able to put me in a brand new Jeep Compass. This car suits my needs perfectly and the finance department was able to arrange payments that are well within my budget. I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 in for routine service and ended up bringing home my 14' Challenger from Thomson Motors and it was a smooth experience. This was my 3rd vehicle I've purchased with them and Mike Crook (salesman) and just like the previous times it was great from start to finish. Several of my friends have visited this dealership all with positive results. I would definitely recommend calling Mike whenever you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. As for the service department, it's always been a pleasant experience as well. I drive further to get my vehicles maintained because of the professional and friendly customer service I get from Val and her co-workers.

I recently bought a used car from them in August of 2013. This was my first car, however many family members have shopped here before. I was helped by Tommy Jackson and he helped me find the exact car that fit my needs. It was a 2012 Kia Soul and I have had no problems what-so-ever with anything. I've been back up there several times and all I get is helpfulness and respect. Being a first-time car buyer Tommy Jackson helped me the best way he could to get me the best deal and went out of his way. I will be buying my next car from here.

Went to dealship to get part fixed on my brand new car i bought, i was given an attitude by the service dept. about why it is being fixed after i was tould by the manager it was all taken car of, also that it would only take 5 mins to be put in ended up taking over 2hours i had to sit & wait. The women who is there service dept. needs to be fired. I could not believe how rude and such awful customer service she gave me. I would never go bacl to your dealership again to do bussiness again. They made it a bad car buying exsperience, also how they could have people like that working there blows my mind.

What a bad experience! I bought a used PT Cruiser from Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and have experienced numerous problems, including a sunroof that wouldn't close the first time it was opened, a very loose engine mount, 3 leaking transmission covers, 3 different makes/models of tires on the car, etc, etc. Not only that, but when I went to register the vehicle, I found that they had not done the emissions testing they were supposed to do whenever they sell a used car. Two phone calls got no satisfaction, and two emails (to the sales mgr and the owner) were ignored. I have purchased nearly 30 vehicles in my life, and have never had such a bad experience. I might expect this lack of professionalism from a fly-by-night used car lot, but not from a supposed reputable dealer. Buyer beware.
