I called for an oil change appointment and was told they had walk- in service. When I got there they took my car in immediately and started the service. Very impressive! Requested oil change & tire rotation which was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Service advisor noted that the battery had failed a load test and should be replaced. I knew the battery was 5 years old and replacement was due soon so I authorized the battery replacement. That was completed in about 15 minutes. Service writer was courteous and professional.

A beautiful environment with friendly people. I would give it a 4.5. This was my first experience with this dealership, and I would definitely go back. I wanted a 2016 Nissan Leaf and drove away with more car than I anticipated (SL), but once you feel the leather and hear the Bose, it's hard to settle. My only issue was that I needed to be able to connect to 240 volts to get home (120 miles away) and asked if the car came equipped with an appropriate connector for level II. I was told yes, it wasn't the case, and I ended up having to spend the night halfway home at a motel with an outdoor source of electricity. The other thing that didn't sit well was being instructed by the salesman to rate him with a 5 to increase his income.

My experience with Nissan as a company in general has always been fantastic. There isn't a single person in my family who doesn't operate a nissan not only for its quality but because of its notable and one of a kind customer service.Most recently however, I was completely astonished, taken aback, and utterly impressed with hands down my most memorable sales experience!To start, I arrived maybe half an hour before closing on a Saturday night which would normally set the ambiance for the remainder of the night in a negative manner, but instead I was happily and cheerfully greeted by a marvelous gentlemen named Carl (Falwell)To continue, we proceeded with normal QA which led him and his extensive auto knowledgebase to narrow down some options suitable to my needs. Carl was incredibly pleasant, never pushy or high pressured, knowledgeable but best of all empathetic which I feel is pertinent to truly assisting someone in making such a substantial decision.To conclude, I ended up purchasing an incredible Nissan Altima that I could not be happier with at a remarkable and sincerely unbeatable price. I highly recommend Nissan as a company, but if you're in serious inquiry of a future purchase, but are hesitant because of the potential experience- I can completely assure you to walk in and ask for Carl Falwell and you will be guaranteed to have an enjoyable and unregrettable experience!!

on Sept 29, 2016 we came to this dealership at 7pm and sales transaction was done in a very efficient manner. Sales person Roman Benitez and finance consultant David Sanchez were very helpful with dealing with my husband and I. Even though we never met the manager on duty ( Zach Stephens ) he was also attentive of giving our sales person Roman a fast and efficient service to make our visit as easy as possible.As the sales was final and Roman had help us on how to use the blue tooth apps on the vehicle purchased, my husband noticed a chip in the windshield glass, and in less than 1 week the issue was taken care of without a question, made it easy on me on waiting for less than 4 hours ( service was including the promised detailing of the truck), and service rep, Sierra made sure I can have a courtesy rental car for me to do some errands. We are highly recommending to our friends to go to your establishment... thank you and kudos to you!!!

Words cannot fully relate the quality of this dealership. I have bought three cars from them and I find their service to be outstanding. The car buying process was great and I am in love with my car a year later. Even after your purchase the people there take great care of you. I had a flat tire and the tow truck driver couldn't find my tire key. I called at 7 p.m. And the sales manager completely took care of me, told me to have it towed there, waited for me to get there, set everything up for my tire to be fixed in the morning, put me in a car to send me home. Every time I have called with a car issue they do whatever is necessary to fix the issue in a timely manner. The staff go above and beyond my expectations every time! I have recommended this dealership to my family and would not hesitate a minute to recommend them to you as well.

My wife and I both bought cars from Nissan yesterday. Our Salesman was very friendly and helpful. At no time did we feel pressured into anything. Our experience in the finance office was her good as well. I thought for sure I wasn't going to get any add-on things as this is always what I do, however, once they showed us what was covered I paid the extra $4 month it was for my car. There were things on that warranty that I have indeed had to replace on my previous car and living in AZ air conditioners take a beating so having that alone covered was worth it. I can honestly say this is the first add-on warranty I've seen that actually covers things that really do break. Great place to buy a car.

I had originally planned to buy a pre-owned Toyota Rav4 or Nissan Rogue, but spotted the Corolla and I knew this was the car for me. i purchased a Nissan Roque SL about 3 months ago. the experience of working with Roberto Villagran was exceptional, in fact everyone that I came across was awesome. Robert explained everything about the Roque and always great to come across him when visiting the Nissan dealership..other dealerships just want to sell you the car and there done, not here you can come back and they are always greet you as you walk in, and take the time to listen to you.I definitely will be buying another vehicle from Thorougbred Nissan in Tucson Arizona.

There have been a couple of times in the past when I walked into a dealership and all they really seemed to care about was trying to get me to buy a vehicle I didn't need or couldn't afford which angered me. At Thoroughbred this was not the case. From start to finish everyone was very friendly and the salesman Brettley who worked with me was very helpful. I could tell right away he really knew what he was talking about, unlike others who I've dealt with before. He answered all my questions very well and took the time make sure I understood everything. He did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted and at a fare price. He definitely delivered on that and I'm very happy with my new 2016 Altima. This was the best experience I've had buying a car and I would recommend other people to go here.

The customer service at this location is the absolute worst I've ever experience from Nissan. I called your location this morning regarding a quote for parts and labor to replace the accessory belts on my car, and was quoted $189.00 which seemed a bit on the expensive side for a job that takes less than 20min. I politely requested for the lady I was speaking with to breakdown those fees for me, and her response was, "Oh, that's just parts and labor." I told her that I understood what the fee was for, but was interested in a more accurate breakdown because, again, it seemed a bit expensive. At no time during the conversation had I raised my voice or become disrespectful, and when I asked why the fees were so high for a job that only takes 20min, her response was, "Well you can just buy the parts and do it yourself." In my opinion, I asked a rather simple question. If she would have just responded appropriately and professionally as is expected, there would have not been an issue. I.e: So many steps have to be followed for this job which is why the labor fee is "___," etc. It is my sincere hope that your dealership doesn't treat all of your customers this way, she was very disrespectful.

We purchased a Murano from thoroughbred. Everybody that we worked with really worked hard to give us an outstanding experience. Our initial sales contact was with Spencer, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable during our test drive and not overly aggressive during our purchase negotiations. He was out of town when the vehicle we ordered came in so Sara took over for him. There was a problem with the SD card in the car that made the navigation features not work. Thoroughbred gave us a new loaner vehicle while waiting for the backordered replacement and was in constant contact with us while we waited to make sure that everything was okay and letting us know the status of the replacement. I've purchased a Honda and a Toyota from other dealers in Tucson and I can say that without a doubt Thoroughbred has been the best purchase experience I have ever had.

I was not even given the chance to drive a car here. In my comparison of the Honda CRV to the Popular Nissan Rogue, Thoroughbred Nissan was on out list of dealerships to visit. One sales person came out and began a hard sales tactic with my wife before I could even park the car with my kids and walk over to the ROGUES. When I finally approached the sales person to explain what we wanted, he walked away, then a second sales person came out. Again I explained what we were looking for, then he left to see if he could find the car but then a third sales person appeared with no sign of the second. I felt no need to explain our simple request again and requested the second sales person return to help us. I was ready to leave at this point. The third guy left and a fourth person came out and told us that they didn't want to do business with us. I visited two other dealerships the same day and experienced nothing of this sort of conduct. The fourth person that came out was the New Car Sales manager. He came out to back up his less than professional sales staff. I can't say for sure but the experience almost felt discriminatory. I have never been turned away from a new car dealership. Who knows, maybe they looked at us and thought we were not good enough for them. Normally I would not take time out of my day to survey an organization but this was an exceptional case. My wife really wanted to drive the Rogue that day and we were in the market to purchase and were referred by some friends that took advantage of the year end 0% interest deals on the Rogue (friends in California whom did not purchase in Tucson). We are waiting for Jim Click to open the day after Christmas so that we can test drive the Rogue.

In the past years I have delt with Thoroughbred Nissan for service. Both on my 2003 350 Z, and my 1971 Datsun 240 Z, which is ohly used for car shows and crusing. The quality of work, and customer service is outstanding. This is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle, a 2016 370 Z NISMO Tech. I am not an easy customer to deal with. As a "car guy" my vehicles are very special. This purchase made me feel like I was their only customer. I love my NISMO Z, and am happy to be part of the Thoroughbred family.

My sister recommended Thoroughbred Nissan to me, she had great things to say about the dealership and specifically about sales consultant Paulette Gaston. I called and talked to Paulette about coming in today, she changed her hours in order to accommodate me and made my first time buying of a new car so smooth and quick, from start to finish she took her time to explain the process and to explain every feature on my new car and even made sure my Bluetooth was up and running. I also have to commend RJ Blevins who was the person that went over the financial end of purchasing the car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car, New or used, everybody made me feel very comfortable. As someone who had just returned to the US and needed a simple commuter car - Carl Falwell and the rest of the thouroughbred team made it really easy. While the car I had originally wanted wasn't available, we were able to essentially price match a similar car and get me outta there in a reasonable amount of time- they even had a guy who was able to set up an insurance policy to streamline the process. I look forward to hopefully trading up with the dealership in the future, but for now it worked out pretty good- thx again guys -Cheers'

Having bought 3 cars at This dealership, I thought I would be treated a little better. I will never, and I mean never buy a car from this dealership again, and I will do everything in my power that anyone I know in Tucson stays away from the condescending attitude that the floor sales manager displayed. I was quoted a price and when so went on to look at the car, I was told the price was actually higher and they couldn't meet that, and bargain being condescending with me. And this is on a 2014 new car which has been on the lot for almost 2 years now, when the 2916's are coming in. I repeat. No one I know will ever purchase from you guys again. You lost a customer for life. And you will lose more.

2015 Nissan Murano SV FWD Cayenne Red/Cashmere Cloth Our last several car purchases have been private transactions, and for good reason. I have scars going back over 35 years in dealing with car people. I did a lot of online research and decided this time we were going to do things differently: our way. We would not accept deception (lies), play games, or be called names. We were going to do this via electronic communication or not at all. We wanted our only visit to the dealership to be for taking delivery of our new vehicle. Thoroughbred and one person, Michelle Lipinski, allowed us to achieve all those goals. I emailed eight Nissan dealerships in southeastern and central Arizona. We heard back from all of them. After expressing our intent to factory order, half the dealerships ignored us, including, in our opinion, Thoroughbred. Two dealerships informed us they wouldn't/couldn't order a Murano. Only two dealerships were willing to factory order. We wanted to get Thoroughbred Nissan into the mix, as I had read good reviews. For over two weeks, my several emails (direct to a person and through Thoroughbred's website) and many attempts at live chats seemed to have been lost in cyberspace (disregarded?). On literally my last try with Thoroughbred, Michelle Lipinski picked up my live chat. That changed everything. I sent an email with a link from Nissan's website with our build to three dealerships asking for a line-itemized out-the-door quote to include all fees, sales tax, and licensing. Only Michelle Lipinski at Thoroughbred Nissan did everything we asked, giving us a written detailed quote, and offered a fair price as well. An old salesperson's adage is the first person to speak--loses. Michelle made the first offer and Thoroughbred won. After Michelle emailed us the Murano arrived, we set an appointment to take delivery three days later on April 10. Michelle turned over most of the delivery process to a salesperson. It appeared to us that either or both the paperwork and the Murano were not ready. They did have the Murano well detailed. Sara did take the time to explain the technical aspects of the vehicle and got the Bluetooth connected to the iPhone. Robert, Thoroughbred's sales manager, allowed us to park our other vehicle at the dealership all weekend as we took a trip in our new Murano, more good service. We thought it was strange that the people at Thoroughbred kept congratulating us. We spent a lot of money for a durable good that will only depreciate over time. We didn't achieve anything like win a race or get married. It happened so often we felt uncomfortable to the point of being irritated. We would have felt much more important if Thoroughbred's staff had thanked us for our business, which the owner did in a letter. Overall, delivery was a good experience, although a bit slow. Thoroughbred did not have the dealer installed interior accent lighting option completed on delivery. Through Michelle, we returned three weeks later (we live in Sierra Vista) in conjunction with travel from Tucson International Airport. Thoroughbred gave us a ride to the airport, installed the lighting, kept the Murano for a week (no parking fees), got us from the airport, and had the Murano detailed. That is great customer service! A quote I found from W. Clement Stone struck a chord with me: "Sales are contingent upon the attitude of the salesman - not the attitude of the prospect." Michelle worked through my initial obstinacy and built a good relationship. Without Michelle Lipinski, Thoroughbred Nissan would not have gotten our business. Michelle Lipinski at Thoroughbred Nissan made us feel we got a hassle-free fair deal. The last time we felt that way was almost 30 years ago, when we took delivery of our factory ordered 1986 Ford Ranger. That small dealership in rural Iowa that sold only one make of vehicles was also family-owned and operated. Does that sound familiar?

I bought a car on dec 15 2014 ,worse experience I ever had. The salesman showed me the car , nice guy then he pawned me off to another salesman that didn't care about me. After that the salesman couldn't close the deal he ran up and down the stairs 3 or 4 times to talk to his boss. I never seen the person with the final decision, the whole process sucked. I totaled my car in a car crash 3 weeks ago. After several serious injuries, I was finally able to walk and started the process of finding a newer car for myself. I drove to several dealerships over 2 days and was looking for a quality pre-owned SUV type vehicle. I drove by Thoroughbred Nissan on 22nd street in Tucson and pulled in just to look at was available. I was immediately engaged by Mr. Manuel Benitez. He was gracious and offered his services. I explained what my goal was and he asked me how I'd like to accomplish it. I told him I wanted to test drive an SUV on the lot and we went from there. He was most respectful, yet professional in his role, but there was a sense of genuine care for myself as a customer in his communication. I work in the hotel business, and right or wrong, can size people up pretty accurately in about a minute. My instincts were not wrong with "Manny". Long story shorter, I was driving away in that vehicle in 4 hours. The price was right, and the service and process most enjoyable. To top it all off, Manny drove my wife's car to my home that I had arrived in to help me out, which was a 30 minute round trip. Unbelievable!! To top it all off, Finance / paperwork transaction took all of 8 minutes. Thanks to R.J.Blevins for doing his part in making my experience pleasant as well. To top it all off, I met Oscar the owner of the dealership who takes to the floor regularly to meet his customers to ensure the business is providing the best experiences possible. Nearly 50 years experience buying cars, took me back to when I worked at Del Pranke Datsun, 1969, dealership was brand new, Del Pranke was respectable member of the community, he took personal pride in each car he sold, every used car was Datsun only, completely restored to like new condition automatically before the car was placed on used car area for sale, any car Del sold new or used Del Pranke him self personally guaranteed the customers satisafaction, Sales persons were highly skilled professional salesman that were well respected members of the community also, these individuals worked for Del Pranke Datsun for many years as well as Del Pranke ' Family members his son Del JR, Salesperson, wife Parts Dept Mgr, I started out washing cars lot attendant part time, still in high school, worked later in shop, entry level mechanic, four years later, went to larger dealer, Jim Fisher Nissan Mall 205 15 years there. Present day nearly impossible to find new car dealership operates like I described earlier. Although my first choice of exterior color was not available anywhere in the SW, he found my second choice and made sure to have it there ready to go the day after I arrived in town. The price negotiation went smoothly and I feel like I really got a great deal. Everyone I met from Mikal in finance to Lisa in Service and Oscar were friendly and welcoming. I recently purchased a new 2014 Rogue. Sales and management were exceptional in their ability to negotiate with me to get the price and financing I wanted. They made the process easy and stress free. After the purchase, I asked for an additional vehicle feature and it was provided to me free of charge even though the deal was already closed! Clearly the management has a long term view of repeat business and makes customer service their top priority. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the entire group from management on down to sales. When it comes time for a new car/trade in, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

First the good, the used car that I bought came with a 6 month warranty. This is the only good part. Now the bad. Three days after I bought the car the check engine light comes on. I guess the salesmen was wrong when he said my car was checked over thoroughly. Called and one of the used car managers said a loaner car would be provided. I bring the car in and the used car manager said there was no money in the budget so they couldn't provide a loaner. He also stated it would only take a couple of days to fix my car. Its now NINE days later and no car. If you want to find out the status of your repair you have to call (bad customer service). The lady in the service department never calls to inform you of the status and sounds annoyed when you call her. This dealer REALLY dropped the ball on this one. So be careful

Even though the website was extremely informative , Zachary answered all my additional questions. It was a no hassle experience and I went there the next business day to pick up my new Nissan. Zachary had it ready and polished right by the dealership entrance. The financing took only a few minutes and I was on my way in no time. My vehicle was purchased from this dealership many years ago. They did a great job back then. I have since moved back into the area and decided to go back to them since they were good several years ago...bad decision. I have my vehicle back several times for them to repair it and they continued to tell me something different every time yet each time I left I had the same trouble that I originally took it in for. They said they don't just through parts at a problem but it appears that's exactly what they did. I finally took it to a AAA shop any they diagnosed the problem first time and repaired it the same day. I do not recommend Thoroughbred Nissan any more. Sorry, but this was my experience, bad to worse.

This was the best car-buying experience EVER!!! We purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa at base price...it was not a big sale for the dealership, but they treated us like we bought the most high-end vehicle on the lot! They gave us a good deal on our 20-year old Nissan pickup as a trade-in...a better offer than we expected! Our salesperson, Tim, greeted us immediately upon driving onto the lot. He took us on 4 test-drives in 4 different vehicles over a 2-day period and was always patient, pleasant, and professional. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, treating us like the Nissan family members that we are (this is our 5th Nissan). That being said, we have purchased our previous 4 Nissans at other dealerships where we didn't feel valued as customers and where we did not receive a fair deal, so, we were dreading having to go to a dealership to purchase a new car. Thoroughbred Nissan gave us more than a great deal; they exceeded our expectations! We will purchase all of our future vehicles at this dealership!

My husband and I had visited several car lots prior to stopping in at the used car lot for Thoroughbred. We were actually on our way to look at a car at another dealership when we pulled in to your used lot. Our experience from start to finish was comfortable and did not include the usual salesman bait and switch approach. At other lots, the sales crew kept us for way too long trying to close the deal even after we had told them we wanted to look further. Sam and Robert respected our wishes to get to the bottom line and do it quickly. We never felt pressured or manipulated. We paid only a small amount more than we had budgeted and were very satisfied with the way the transaction was handled. We bought a 2007 Chevy Equinox and during our decision-making, your salespeople respected our privacy and did not interrupt when we asked to talk alone. Sam and Robert also trusted us when we said we would be back with a cashier's check for the car. One IMPROVEMENT: Please consider getting the channel that shows the PAC 13 games. My husband was pretty uneasy since the U of A game was being televised and he wanted to at least be able to catch scores. He was aware that the other dealership that we were going to visit had that game on and you nearly lost a sale because your used car office didn't have it on. Just a suggestion in order to keep customers (especially U of A fans) happy.

I purchased my 2012 Nissan Altima in June of 2012. Sense my date of purchase I have brought my vehicle in for maintenance/service multiple times. All though I have not been pleased with the many manufacturee issues I will say because I have had an outstanding experience with my maintenance adviser (Tony ) it has made my many disappointments much easier to deal with. Tony has been more than understanding and has made every effort to make me comfortable while my vehicle is being serviced. We all know that when we are upset, disappointed or aggravated to what feels like no end our attitude can be well, less than perfect. Many times the call or appointment started out gruff but by the end Tony would have me laughing or at the very least smiling.I have no idea what Tony did prior to Thoroughbred but I do know that he has amazing people skills. Tony is the kind of person that any GREAT company would invest in. Thank you Tony!!

My grandson and I went to Thoroughbred Nissan to look at a 2010 Versa advertised online. We were greeted by salesman Erik to whom I mentioned the car I was driving had a/c that was not working. He suggested getting it looked at by their service shop. My grandson drove the Versa and wanted to purchase it if the price was right. This was his first time negotiating to buy anything and I left it to him. But I must say that I have negotiated car buying previously and this was pain free! I compare buying a car to a visit to the dentist, which I hate! If I could Always buy from Thoroughbred I would. The negotiating was done quickly, with respect, no games played and my grandson loves his car! As for my a/c, the used car sales manager phoned Frank Montano in service and asked if he could take a look. This was a Saturday about 1:30 and there were other cars ahead of me. I was leaving Monday for a 1700 mile drive to Seattle and really needed the a/c. Frank not only took the car, found it needed refrigerant which was added and recharged but had his people look the car over for safety issues for my drive and replaced the wiper blades.Besides the outstanding service and friendliness, when we went to the main showroom to sign paperwork we were invited to help ourselves to food which we were told is provided the employees every Saturday. Each employee we came in contact with was happy. That's why being a customer of Thoroughbred Nissan will make you happy too. The owner, who we also met, treats his employees like family and they in turn do the same to anyone walking thru the door. I honestly recommend them for new or used car purchases and service.

I was in to your parts department on Friday 9/20/2013 and received excellent service from Mr. Daniel Valenzuela. I had 2 keys that I ordered online, an inexperienced Ace employee had messed it up. I had called the Nissan dealership which is close to my home and was told that they would charge me $15 per key to cut. I was on your side of town and thought that I would pop in and see if my keys could be cut. David was extremely professional and very nice. He explained that he would be able to cut my key from code via my VIN #, which I didn't know was possible. He also informed me that the price was much lower than the $15 per key I was quoted from the other dealership. This left me extra money to purchase a steering wheel cover. He cut both keys and they worked perfectly. I was so impressed with the service I received that I will go out of my way for any additional parts that I may need in the future. I will definitely ask for Daniel in the future!You have a fantastic employee in Daniel! Thank you again for the the wonderful service.

My Murano has 58,000 miles and was making some strange noises. Also, I was having difficulty working the "fob" locking device. It was very unpredictable. I have had the car since 2005 and I really liked and used the locking device on the driver-side door. When it didn't work in it's usual manner, it was frustrating. Since I am not mechanical, I had no idea where or what was causing the noises..... so I left that up to the specialists. I can tell you that since it has been in the shop, everything sounds GREAT and the door locks are working perfectly. Once again, I am truly enjoying my Murano. I was away for a week's vacation which was a convenient time for the car to be fixed in perfect condition again. Thanks Thoroughbred and your efficient service department.

Went in for Air Conditioner and transmission repair. Lisa Smiley has always been very friendly and knowledgeable when I have gone in. When it was necessary for the car to be kept overnight I was given a loner car with absolutely no hassle. Barry Schachter has been working on my car when needed for many years and has always been very professional and is an excellent mechanic. I went looking at the used lot of Thoroughbred Nissan for a couple of cars I had found online that I was interested in. I also looked at several other used dealerships and the one thing I noticed more than anything was the quality of vehicles they kept on their lot. The description and pictures matched exactly what I found, defects and all. Other used car lots made the cars look great, then I got there and saw torn interiors, missing trim, bald tires, you name it. Sam helped me out and we took a test drive in one of the vehicles I was interested in and he was great. Very friendly, not pushy at all, good guy to work with through and through. Any questions I had he was able to answer them right away or find an answer for me immediately. I would highly recommend this lot and Sam in particular.

My experience with Thoroughbred Nissan has been great because the staff is very professional. When I had issues with my new car, they took care of it right away. A few weeks after I brought my car, the passenger side molding was peeling off and I contacted my service advisor Encis Contreras who assured me that everything would be taken care of and they fixed the molding right away by replacing it. My windshield crack about 6 months after I brought my car and Encis referred me to a windshield replacement company and ordered the new windshield in minimum time. I would recommend this dealership to any one who owns a Nissan in Tucson Arizona. They really know customer service and satisfaction.

Everyone there is friendly and will help in any way they can. This is the first dealership that the owner actually comes and talks with the customer. I have tried other brand autos but I always go back to Thoroughbred.

All I can say is "Thank You". I went in for an emissions problem came out with a new Nissan Sentra! I was putting to much money in the old Nissan Xterra after a rebuilt motor was put in. It was one thing after another. I was going back and forth in the lobby trying to decide if I wanted to go for purchasing a new car. Then, hey, what the heck, I got a new car! Everyone was absolutely friendly and helpful. It was painless, (except maybe on the wallet, lol) but no worries as far as repairs in the future. Kimson was absolutely wonderful in working with me. I have never owned a Nissan but was looking for an affordable SUV. After a good experience online, I visited Thoroughbred Nissan and was overwhelmed from the moment I stepped out of my car by the friendliness of the team. I located a fairly rare VW Diesel that they had on their used lot. Since I live in Phoenix I did my best to verify the condition of the car, and details prior to driving 2 hours down there to pick it up. I ended up dealing with Robert Blevins, the internet manager. I asked him if he could put me on hold and go out to the lot to inspect the car. I asked him to walk around it, and then open the doors and see if it was clean and smelled ok. He did as I asked and reported back that "it was a really clean car, no smell of smoke or pets, and was a great used car". We negotiated a deal and I said I would be down to pick it up the following evening. I left work, and immediately headed for Tucson with the family to buy our new car! WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP CAR! I have honestly never seen such a rough car on a used lot at a major deal before. This thing was auction material at best. Hundreds of paint chips in the hood, a dent in the fender, and what looks like a run in with a pole or the corner of a garage on the drivers door. Not one of these flaws was visible in the photos on their site, and good ol' Robert failed to mention them to me when specifically asked. He must have thought once I made the drive I would just go ahead and buy whatever he put in front of me. I THINK NOT. I looked at the car for 30 seconds, told Robert what I thought of his customer service, got back in the truck and drove back home. 4 hours in the car, $40+ in fuel and not much more than a "well, it is a used car...". What a jerk. To follow it up, I wrote a letter via their website contact section about my experience, and did not hear one single thing back. Maybe you'll have better luck, but based on their overall Yelp review, I don't think so.

We were greeted courteously and quickly by not only a sales person but the General Manager himself. They couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We were shown several different vehicles and drove 2 or 3. The negotiations were pleasant and without pressure from anyone. Our return trips for service have been pleasant and quick. On Saturdays the dealership provides a cookout for everyone and I do mean everyone - sales personnel, customers, service customers and anyone else who is fortunate enough to be present. There is no charge and it is just an excellent experience.

We purchased a new 2011 Nissan Murano from this dealership in Dec. of 2011. A very pleasant buying experience. In Nov. of 2012, we were involved in in the "middle" of a 4 car rear-ender which was covered by other party insurance.We sent the car to Thoroughbred's body shop. Vikki Chavez took charge of things. During the repair period, all calls, etc. were promptly returned.When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. We were very pleased with everything. First let me say that Family Owned and Opperated is always a plus in any kind of buisness. I know because my wifes family owns an AC Delco Center in Oregon and has been there for over 33 years. That being said, Thoroughbred Nissan is a 10 on a scale of 1-10 being an excellent dealership to do buisness with. I have a 1993 Nissan Hardbody pickup I recently purchased for driving to and from work and I take great pride in keeping my vehicles in top running condition, so when I decided to spend some money I knew where I "wasn't" going and took my truck in to see a veteran Service Advisor named Lisa Smiley at Thoroughbred Nissan. I looked on Thoroughbred Nissans' web site and found a page which gives a brief bio. of each of their Service staff and chose Lisa because she had recieved awards and has been with Thoroughbred Nissan for more than 5 years. As a consumer this is very important information regarding an employees loyalty and obvious above average treatment by his/her employer. I then asked her who would be a prime candidate to perform the particular service I was requesting and she introduced me to Jeff Miles, also a long time employee with Thoroughbred Nissan as well as a Master ASE Mechanic. I had my service completed (Timing Belt, water pump and clutch safe switch) and was completely satisfied with both the price and level of professionalism throughout the entire process. I just returned and had another preventative maintenance action performed and again was absolutly satisfied with the outcome. I strongly reccomend Thoroughbred Nissan to anyone wanting outstanding Service and a friendly environment to spend their hard earned money with. Thanks Thoroughbred Nissan!! Scott

The Thoroughbred Nissan Family took the pain out of dealing with car dealers. Even though we purchased a pre owned jeep, they couldn't have been any better if we purchased the most expensive car on the lot. Everyone was very professional and courtious but yet, they made you feel like family. Oscar (the owner) walked around talking to customers and didn't just sit up in his office, he was on the floor with his employees. The customer care didn't just stop at the sales department, the same treatment continued through finance and customer service we never saw one employee with an attitude or a sour look on their face. I bought a 2012 Nissan Xterra on 16 January 2013 from Thoroughbred Nissan, Tucson AZ. It was an excellent car-buying experience. The staff was knowledge and helpful. Most importantly the truck has performed as advertised. I drove the Xterra back from a ski trip in a driving snowstorm. About a third of the trip was conducted in 4 wheel-drive high at 50-55 mph. The truck was terrific. Stable and steady even onsnow and slush covered rutted back roads. Excellent vehicle that does exactly what it was intended to do very well.thank you, Doug

Tim Kaas "The Guy with the Hat". My wife called him "Mr. Happy Guy". He is very knowledgeable about the car that I am trying to get. He never pressured me into buying the car, but his explanations and expertise helps me to choose the car that I like. He helps me get financed even though I have a bad credit. I would stay away from this business. My experience was with the used car side. Went there to trade in a 2000 Nissan pickup for a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup. At first they were great until it came time to finance the vehicle. They said no problem and kept me waiting for 4 hours on a Saturday only with the salesman telling me the deal is almost done. They could never close the deal to finance the vehicle and said they would keep working on it and let me know Monday. I tried multiple times to contact them about the deal Monday but could not get a return call. I talked to Michelle who told me that I am not their only customer and that the person handling my financing was busy. Never did get a call back from him. I think they called him Diego. I remember him leaving around 6:00 pm the Saturday I was there saying he has another committment but somebody else was working on it. Right. Michelle is listed as business development manager. Not sure how treating a customer like she did is developing business but I will let someone else make that call. Maybe the deal was creditworthy and maybe it was not but my problem with them is their lack of concern for their customer. My salesman was off Monday and nobody else there seemed to care. Not sure if it is just their finance department or the whole dealership but I did not have a good experience. They seem to need some training in customer service at the very least.

Purchased a used VW Jetta 3 months ago. It ended up having transmissions issues. They took the car back and put me in another car for the same payment. Absorbed the diffenence between what was owed and the value of that car. I drove out in a newer vehicle, lower mileage and a very happy customer. In customer service they would get an A +++. I was expecting to have a major fight on my hands but I ended up with a new set of car keys instead. Frank Valdez understood immediately the issue and did not hesitate in resolving it. He simply stated "how can we resolve this for you?" He was an excellent salesman. He main goal was to make the customer happy. And I was.I would highly recommend Thoroughbred Nissan for the next time you need a vehicle. The fact that the owner, Oscar, came out to see that everything was going well was a huge plus. A big dealership, keeping it like small town, USA.

My husband and I had a great experience with this Dealer. So did my sister. When I went looking for my 2012 Nissan Juke SV AWD I checked surrounding states for the car and model I wanted with the options I wanted. Thoroughbred met my price with no problem - well under everyone else's price. When I wanted to sign papers later at night, on my way out of town for a business trip, someone stayed late to conclude the paperwork. They kept the car for me while I went on my trip and it was all detailed and ready to go when I picked it up 5 days later.It was a fast, easy and great deal.

I went in to buy a Nissan Titan and was told it was out of my price range but they could put me into a new Altima, he talked a great game but when I got upstairs the Altima ended up being more then the Titan I was looking at, I didn't realize it til I got home since I was happy about getting a new car, then I got a call a week later saying my payment were 75 dollars more then what I was told and I denied and aid I wanted my trade in back, when I got there they magically got my payment dropped only to find out he was taking off the gap and warranty ..I requested my trade in back numerous time but they kept talking me in to staying in the new car, at the end I had to come out of pocket 500 more dollars..the car makes noises in the front end but they tell me nothing is wrong and I only got one key, they say they will order me a new one but it has Ben a month and no key...stay away from these guys, if u want a new car go to Jim click they are nicer and price are a lot better thorobred are crooks ...and all they keep telling you through the process is that when u received something in a email about your experience to make sure u give them 5 stars ...they shouldn't have to tell u that to get 5 stars

Purchased aNissan Leaf and traded in a Cube. Both purchase price and trade in price were good and I feel we got a good deal. Service has been excellent on the Cube (thank you, Robert!) and we regret we will no longer be coming in for routine oil changes since the Leaf does not need them.All the staff are friendly and attentive to our needs and willing to go the extra step to make everything right. Probably be buying the next vehicle there if Nissan make a larger all electric van or SUV.

I have a 13 year old car that I purchased new at Thoroughbred Nissan. I continue to use them for any service or parts, etc. because of the excellent service I receive from Frank Montano and others in the service department. Even though my car is getting up there in years, I trust every repair to Fran Whittman who continually takes care of my car as if his family were driving it. Also, I have been given no preferential treatment at Thoroughbred Nissan, but Mr. Montano and the other service reps always make me feel like I do. They go out of their way to make every one of their customers feel important and valued.

My experience with Thoroughbred was one of the best I have ever encountered. I flew all the way down from SLC, Utah for the purchase of a Nissan Juke. I absolutely LOVE the car and feel that the overall experience could not have been better. Travis Berlin was our customer care representative and catered to me from the moment I walked in the door. He took hours out of his day to explain every little detail and button there is on my new Juke. Every employee that was present that day stopped and took time to introduce themselves to me and congratulate me on my new purchase. After everything was complete the owners of Thoroughbred, Oscar Campos and John Smith, immediately came out of their offices to shake my hand. What a great experience all together! I have purchased two nissans from thoroughbred. i felt i was treated fairly and honestly during negotiations on price. i have dealt with people from sales to service, and spoken with oscar the owner many times. i have taken my 2 and 4 year olds in on many occasions, and the dealership has tv's and a two playrooms to entertain the little ones. they also have computers with guest internet service so you can keep busy should you need to wait. their service department is prompt and their time estimates are accurate. this is important to me with two children, because i need to plan to wait or drop off the vehicle. overall, i have never had a problem with their vehicles, their sales, or their service department. it feels like a family environment there, when i come by i usually run into somebody who recognizes me. they take care of my cars and my family. i'm sold on thoroughbred, i'm sold on nissan.

This is my 2nd purchase from Thoroughbred Nissan. We got a 2009 Murano and loved it. This May we went back for a newer model with more accessories. Based upon our original 2009 experience we were very happy to see that the level of service and competence was even better than before. We bought a 2012 Murano and could not be more pleased with the vehicle and the dealer's staff. Special kudos to Oscar Campos, President, Mike Gammie, Internet Sales Mgr. and Mike Heemsbergen, Finance Mgr. Also Steve Bailey in Service. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue, and I want to say the experience was awesome. Our salesman listened to our wishes and did not in any way pressure us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose for a test drive, pointing out all the good things (as well as a couple drawbacks). We were able to test drive the Rogue in a variety of conditions (city streets and parkways, parking, turning radius). The Rogue was priced below blue book and we negotiated a good trade-in deal.Our financial adviser had all the necessary paperwork ready once we decided to purchase, even suggesting a warranty package that actually lowered our interest rate and monthly payment. Once that was done, we had a hot dog and hamburger for lunch, provided by the dealer. While we lunched, our salesman cleaned our trade-in out, putting everything in the new one. He then showed us how to program the BlueTooth as well as pointing out several features.While negotiating, John, the salesman, threw in the front passenger/driver/window tinting, gratis, and we set a date for the work to be done. We also were activating our alarm, so scheduled it at the same time.We drove the vehicle for just over a week and noticed a slight squeak that seemed to come from one of the brakes. I called and requested they be looked at while the car was in the shop.When I arrived for the service, I was told it would take approximately 4 hours to complete everything. They were right. Actually just under 4 hours and everything was done to my complete satisfaction.I commend Thoroughbred for their friendly, efficient sales and service teams and definitely recommend them for new and used purchases and for service.All in all, our experience was a 5+.

I just recently purchased my second Nissan vehicle from Thoroughbred Nissan Tucson AZ. This is no joke, I literally got goose bumps when I did my test drive in theNissan Altima I was most preferring. My salesperson, Clarissa, went the extra mile tomake me feel comfortable and patiently explained all the features and options which helped tremendously with my making my final choice. Financing worked with me and helped me satisfy my comfort range with payments. I am totally overjoyed with the product and the service I received.I have guided my family and many friends to this dealership when they were searching for a vehicle. In most cases I tagged along with them to the dealership just to be sure my choice to do so was a positive gesture.....guess what....every one had a happy experience and found exactly what they wished for. By FAR the BEST car sale I have EVER expierenced. These are good people, they worked with me for two months online while I was stationed over in korea...as soon as I arrived in Tucson they were my first stop, after about an hour I left with my car! Picked me up at the house I was renting, even took me to subway before I got to the dealership. Couldnt have asked for a better team! The owner is one of the nicest dealership owners I've met. We just purchased a new vehicle from Thoroughbred 1 1/2 weeks ago. Our experience was good. We were already approved for financing through our bank, and we had found a vehicle online, so it was pretty cut and dry. After we transferred our belongings from our trade-in to our new vehicle, the sales person (Paulette Galston) was great, she set up our bluetooth for our phones and was anxious to show us all the features of the new vehicle. We did not have any problems, and would go to them in the future for another Nissan purchase. (We live closer to Jim Click, but they didn't even come out to check on us when we were looking at vehicles! I like no-pressure shopping, but when you can't even get someone to help you, that's ridiculous!) Thoroughbred Nissan was helpful and not pushy.

I visited Thoroughbred Nissan for some very minor work. They totally screwed up my car and then blamed it on me. Since my brother-in-law and I bought our cars there, I assumed they would take very good care of me. They said that they would do nothing and told me and my brother-in-law to never return. The owner would also do nothing. I have told many people and groups about this unfortunate situation and they assured me that they would never go to this dealership. Use at your own risk, because if you have a problem they will blow you off. Save your time, money and aggravation and find a dealership that truly cares about their customers, even when there is a problem.

She was very professional, patient, and friendly, not pushy. I would not have been able to handle pushy, and would have gone to another dealer. I am glad she was so patient, because we did have a few personal problems at the time, and were not able to get back to her immediately. This was the easiest car deal I have ever done. Angel found me a car that they did not have in stock. Clarissa was the greatest sales person ever, she did more then I asked her to do. Mike is the guy upstairs where I signed, he was helpful in explaining the additional services that are available. Oscar, the owner, walked up and asked if I was having a good experience and if he could personally do anything to improve it. It was a nice, low pressure experience. It is rare that I would rate a dealership where I did not actually purchase a car but in this care, it is well deserved. I was looking for a particular make and model used car. I went to Thoroughbred Nissan. I was greeted by Clarissa. She was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to work with. We searched the used car inventory. We found the make and model I wanted but unfortunately by the time I decided to proceed, the vehicle was sold to somebody else. This was the only one they had is stock. I ended up making a deal at another dealership but will definitely go back to see Clarissa when I make my next purchase. I highly recommend you do the same!

We were greeted immediately and led straight for the area of the autos we described. While the first gentleman was very accommodating, he had just started and had trouble with some of the more difficult questions not related to Nissan vehicles. He quickly however found the answers and had help from Clarissa Soto who eventually found a better deal than the initial 2010 Jeep Compass, a 2011 Nissan Rogue that had just come in that day. I loved it and Clarissa and her manager listened to my concerns and we worked out a great deal that met my expectations. Everyone from the initial salesman to Johnny in the office upstairs were very friendly and interested in us as people. I would have appreciated a tour of my car as I wasn't sure where everything was and how to access the spare but I did figure it out by myself- very self explanatory when it came right down to it. Thank you so much for the voucher for dinner as well. That was sweet and caring. The financial person also found me a better interest rate!! Thanks!!!Re Price... we just questioned the used vehicle price being only $1000.00 off a new Rogue. I was still really happy about the whole deal though.

VERY amazing experience. Through all the bs every.other dealership was giving me about my trade in, i stopped by and met clarissa. She was amazingly awesome. Friendly and showed she truly cared about ME and not like most carsalesman where they want the sell. Felt like i was at a family gathering and that i knew everyone for years. From there i met with angel the manager and he was awesome. Completely honest and helpful. In fact we actually named our 2010 jetta after him. He gave us a great deal and even gave us their motto which is very very true. OWNERS FIRST. We tgan met with rj blevins and he was friendly and awesome too. Was very talkative and funny. We even got to meet the owner and he was a hoot. Was like talking to Al Capone only friendlier and was more like a friend than anything. He was a very awesome guy who honestly cared about the company his employees but most importantly the customers. True little man who turned into a big man and never forgot his roots. By far the best dealership me and my wife have ever been to and the only business were gonna continue going to and nobody will change that. TRUE STORY:I bought a new Nissan Altima in 2006 and it made a gurgling sound upon acceleration. I made three inquiries about why a new car would make such a noise. I talked to a service manager who said he would take care of my problem. Each time the Service Department said it would be fixed there was that stupid, annoying noise. Then dealership owner OSCAR CAMPOS had the audacity to say No Product Is Perfect and said I was not welcome to his dealership again. This was a brand new $25,000 automobile at the time!Oh, Big Man in vest! So happy when you walk out of the dealership and the bank cuts you a check! Strangely enough a few months later OSCAR CAMPOS left a weird message (unwelcome and downright creepy) mocking me and saying my name. I didn't have time to deal with his LUNACY.The problem ended up being with the fuel system that was ultimately diagnosed by Jim Click Nissan. (Where I continue to get the darn thing serviced at a much farther location, by the way.) There was a known problem with the fuel system that had to be recalled. So I wasn't imagining this noise. MORAL OF THE STORY:Don't buy from THOROUGHBRED NISSAN.Don't accept NO PRODUCT IS PERFECT. Once you hear that you're screwed!NO MORE THOROUGHBRED NISSAN!

Mikal (sp?), in Finance was effient, comprehensive in his explanations and made this part of the deal painless. Oscar treated my wife and I like we were neighbors, and I am anxious to share this with you if you are thinking of buying a car. I have been to this dealership 2 times. You would think I would have learned the first time. Let me clarify that everyone I have dealt with has been friendly. However, the first time we were led to believe that the deal had gone thru and just needed to be finalized. We had explained to our salesman all of our financial challenges up front. I went back by the dealership to show my brother the car and my salesman was not there that day. The salesman that approached us told me that he would not even unlock the car and did not want to get "involved" and literally 'backed' away from us. The next day, my salesman called and said that they could not get us approved becuase of our financial issues and that was it. Period! End of story. 6 months go by, I walk on their lot to only test drive to make sure that is the car I still want. I dealt with a different - great, helpful salesman, and proceeded to tell him what I was doing. I was upfront with him again with our financial issues, and per his finance manager, it was a true possiblity that something would work. We decided that maybe this time it would be different. Once again, I feel that I was led on by their promises. So this time I typed up a letter and sent it in to the management, explaining the whole situation....great salesman the 2nd time -horrible experience both times. And it has been a few days and NO ONE except the salesman has contacted me about the letter. He, of course, thanked me for the great review. I have not recieved any word regarding my unsatisfactory customer service experience.Bottom line is that I was up front and honest with them both times and feel that they were not the same in return. Even after I asked them to be. Our finances are steadily approving and in a year or 2 we will try again. You KNOW I will not be going back there again.....

I bought my 05 Maxima at the used lot from Thoroughbred. I had a wonderful experience. They put the car I wanted in my budget range and I was able to have my bank finance it. The down side, right after I bought the car, I needed a new key set. Instead of my salesman helping me out and taking care of me, he didn't return any of my calls. I finally had to contact another salesman, who told me to come down and they would take care of it. Went down there and the salesman who sold me the car, didn't say a word to me. I don't even think he knew who I was. He just looked at me and walked away and talked to his co-workers. Two weeks later, I started to notice my car had a rotten egg smell-almost like sulfer. This would happen every time I stepped on the gas. I took the car the Thoroughbred, because I have a 6 month warranty. Told them about the smell and that I was afraid it was either the converter or the transmission. I was told it was neither and it was just the gas. Premium gas always makes the car smell like rotten egg. Are you kidding me? So I let it go. A month later, the smell continued on and off...then all of a sudden, I was driving down the road and my speedometer and RPM's dropped to 0 and shut down. That not only happened to me once, but twice. Then today, I'm driving down the road and my card wouldn't go out of 1st gear. I take it back to Thoroughbred and they tell me it's the transmission!!! Hello! I told you that the last time I was here. Please, please, please make sure you do all your research before you shop through the used lot. It was a great experience up until I handed them my check from the credit union. The service experience is great at the service department, but when it comes to you knowing what your car is doing wrong vs. them knowing is completely opposite. I don't think half of them know what the heck is going on or don't really want to know what is going to waste Thoroughbreds' money to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time I brought my vehicle in. My car is getting fixed because I have a warranty on it, but I honestly have a feeling they knew the problem to begin with and didn't want to fix it or they have no clue how to actually look into the motor to realize where the problem was the first time.

I wouldn't recommend a Nissan vehicle to anyone. I am one of thousands, Im sure, who's vehicle year, make and model is part of the fuel gauge recall but by a miracle produced by Nissan Corp, my VIN# is NOT part of the recall. How convenient since I have already had to PAY to have the fuel gauge fixed in July 2009 to the tune of $490.81.This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from Thoroughbred Nissan and the last. You would think that for $500 they would have wanted to keep me as a customer, but we all know the song and dance about how its a corporate decision not a local one as to who gets a refund. Well then you lose me as a customer for my next new car purchase and all the oil changes and service work left on this vehicle. You want my money? Now I take yours.

Steer Clear of Thoroughbred. I had my 2006 Nissan 350z in their service department for two days because the car would not start. They indicated the problem was due to a bad key and to resolve the issue they reprogrammed both of my keys, but that I could still experience problems starting the car. Great, that gives me a lot of confidence driving around. Instead of getting to the root of the problem they put a band-aid, which, needless to say did not work as the car has stopped turning on altogher now (2 days later).To add insult to injury, I noticed a 4 inch scratch in my driver's side window tint. When I contacted them about the issues they told me that they were sure they did not do it and that they can have a guy fix it for $40. I know for a fact the scratch was not there before I brought the car in, which means it happened when they had possession of it. As for making good on fixing my car they told me their is nothing they could do except get new keys. REALLY?!? Why did they not do that in the first place? Instead, I'm out $98 for the repair bill (which they repaired nothing) and a scratched window.I know they are probably going to give some thoughtless form-letter response to this, but I implore you to get your car serviced elsewhere. I would gladly pay double to have my car actually fixed somewhere else, then bring it back to this group of incompetent morons.

This is the third car I have purchased from Thoroughbred and each time the experience has been great. They are a no pressure dealership with a relatively knowledgeable staff of sales people Tim especially is great to work with. We found a car that we liked with some very expensive after market wheels and my wife asked if we could get the standard wheels that come with the model we selected and they were more than agreeable to to this for us. As for their service department other that sometime having to bring the vehicle back for a part on order I have nothing bad to say about Thoroughbred. They stand behind what they repair which is more than I can say for some repair companies here in Tucson. I would recommend this dealership and there service department.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. The sales guy was great, very personable and patient. I can't remember his name but he wore a cowboy hat and had been at it for years. Quite a change from the other pushy dealerships in town. After some bargaining we decided to purchase a 2006 Nissan Xterra from them. The finance guy went over all of the payments, options, etc.. and after reviewing my credit report they gave me a 6.5% interest rate for the car. We signed all the papers, and drove home with our new car that night. After a couple days of driving the car around town I got a call from the finance guy. They couldn't give me the 6.5% interest rate they promised so they needed me to come back in and void the contract we signed so they could give me a higher interest rate and payment! Needless to say I was a little angry. They asked if I minded if they checked with a couple extra banks to see if they could get a lower interest rate and I said sure. They still couldn't find me anything even close to 6.5% so I went back in, handed them the keys and left the car. I ended up purchasing the same car with a few more options for over $1500 less at Jim Click. A month later I was looking at getting a mortgage but when they pulled my credit report I found that this dealership had placed over 40 inquiries to different banks while looking for a line of credit for me and in the process my credit score had dropped over 100 points. I had to wait for the inquiries to clear before we could get a mortgage. Avoid this place at all costs!

What they DON'T tell you is that many of the extras you buy WITH the car, they actually have installed by third parties so that none of those parts or work are covered in any of their warranties. Don't buy any of the extra warranties because they don't actually cover ANYTHING (I know from experience)!

Terrible used car salesmen. High pressure and no follow through. Very unprofessional staff and office. Used vehicles not in very good condition even though they are charging a premium. Door dents, scratches, and body part repaints. Buyer beware.

I bought my 2005 Nissan Altima in January from Thoroughbred Nissan. After being treated like crap from Lawley Nissan in Sierra Vista, AZ., I found the car I wanted on the internet. I contacted the dealership and was offered what I thought was a fair price. I made the 1 hour drive, saw the car, and negotiated what I thought was a decent sale price. Compared to the crap Lawley tried to pull, Thoroughbred treated me fairly and with respect. The Finance Dept was the best experience I have ever had for a car sale. No pressure to buy any extras. Overall, this was a very good experience!

Went with the intention of buying a new Altima. Talked with a sales person, thought I was getting a good deal, started signing papers and then heard him utter "...and this one comes with the $850 Desert Package..." Apparently this "Desert Package" is $850 worth of paint protectant and Scotchguard. There's no paperwork to prove that it's been done, I've asked. I complained to two managers and got nowhere. I had an accident with the car about 6 months after I bought it and now two years later the new paint looks identical to the "protected" paint. Don't even bother talking to these people.

You lend your name, you give your business, you get dinged!<br><br>I bought a new Nissan from these guys. Some idiot tore the spoiler off the back of my car. I thought "hey, the dealer was good to me. I can trust them to take care of me. I'll take it there to get the body work done." Well, the paint & body shop was not part of the dealer (although they share names, logos, property, and family tree). They forgot to order the brake light for the spoiler and tried to deliver the car back that way! Duh. They insisted no wrong doing and charged me for the light and labor to install because it wasn't on the estimate. While they were legally correct, they are customer STUPID. After a fight, I paid for the light and they intalled for free (5 minute job). <br><br>That fight included asking the manager of the Nissan dealer for help since they share names, logos, property, and family tree, and the dealer sends their paint/body work to them. They refused. So much for customer service. Like others who are myopic, they lost their share of $300,000 in car purchases since then over a $25 feud. Yes - it's that important to me. <br>
