Thorson GM Buick was great... I came in... told them what I wanted and Ash Edwards got it done with no hassle at all. I leased a new Buick Encore and have been very impressed so far, not only with what was included in the lease, but by the SUV itself and all the features. Thanks again to Ash and his team.

If you need a car and need someone reliable, you need to go see Ash. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and he is thorough, efficient and friendly. He got me a great deal over the phone and I was able to walk in and out with a brand new car.

Ash Edwards was the best, very friendly and patient with me, by far the best car buying experience I've had in a very long time, no pressure at all. He even provided me with a courtesy vehicle when I needed to leave my car, when I got my car back I had a full tank of gas!!!!!, need I say more....; ), My husband was 100% pleased and it's hard to please him...

Buying a car is no doubt a stressful experience for many of us. Ash Edwards certainly removed a lot of the stress. He applied no pressure, nor did he try to get us to jac up our budget level. He asked all the right questions and gave us straightforward answers. He never gave us a "sales pitch" on any item except to point out features that were already obvious to us. He even volunteered the fact that the vehicle we finally bought had just been discounted because "it had been on the lot too long." He volunteered this information even after we had decided to seriously consider the car. That says reams about his integrity! Thank you, Ash, for making this experience much, much easier than I ever thought it could be!

Ash Edwards did what a great sales associate should do, he listened to what I asked then provided me with honest information. He was able to provide me with the exact lease I was seeking without pressure or extemporaneous dialog. I will recommend this associate and this dealership to anyone interested in an honest experience .

I first meet Ash on the internet when I asked for a quote on a 2015 Buick Regal. I had visited a local dealer after getting a price quote and when I went in to test drive the car it was suddenly $3,000 more then the quote. So I was not sure I wanted to drive to Pasadena from Torrance. It was the best decision I made this year because Ash Edwards the salesman was extremely helpful. I did not plan on taking home a new 2015 Buick Regal that day but Ash was able to make it happen even with all the challenges I through at him. I leased a nice 2015 Terrain from Thorson primarily due to Ash Edwards' outstanding service. Ash was very helpful with no pressure and arranged for a test drive when I brought my wife in. He even helped me select one of the new GMC colors which is quite different. Ash then worked with the Sales Manager to get a quote on an attractive lease arrangement and we closed the deal. He then personally retrieved the auto from a partner dealer quite far away and had it ready for me the next day. Finally, Ash spent a lot of time explaining communication and navigation features that were of special interest to me. I visit Thorson 3 times and Ash was always very professional including his business appearance. I highly recommend Thorson Buick GMC and Ash Edwards, who together are true professionals.
