With out a doubt this was the best car buying experiance of my life. Walked in, told Lee what I was looking for, he pointed me in the right direction and let me be until I was ready for him. Then he went to work and he hit it hard, I did nothing other than sign my name when we found what I wanted. Great people, service and atmosphere.... I highly recommend them

Have been a long time returning customer. Bruce and his personnel have always gone to great lengths to make the car buying process a great experience. Have found that his prices are competitive and the customer service second to none. Have bought cars for all my family members at Thrifty and refer all my friends there.

In my hunt for a car, I had gone to every dealership I could find in a 30 mile radius. I went to a dealership the day before who "approved me", and after driving 45 minutes to get there to finalize the transaction told me I was actually not approved, and had to put at least half the ticket price down for a car. In my frustration I searched everywhere for any dealership possible that may finance even the worst vehicle to get me by. In my search, I come across Thrifty Car Mart. I thought nothing of it at first, thinking "Oh, they will never approve me, their cars are way too nice, and I have only just started my jobs." Sure enough, the next morning I get a call from Lee, asking to come visit the dealership and see what we can work out. He was easily the most pleasant individual I had encountered yet, and worked very hard to get a car for me THAT DAY. I picked out two that I liked, and within just a couple hours the temp plates were on one, and I was on my way! In the time that I have had this car, there have been absolutely no issues with it. I checked it with a mechanic after leaving the lot the same day, and my mechanic was amazed at the magnificent condition of this car. Thank you so much Lee from Thrifty car mart for helping me the way you did! I hope anyone reading this, who may be considering to get a car will at the very least visit thrifty car mart and see what I mean about the friendly service and amazing cars!

It was an excellent experiance. I was just browsing through the lot and noticed a car after searching for weeks. I pulled right in and out with a new car within 2 hours. A fun process I would love anyone to buy a car here knowing they are taken care of. Plus Lee helped a lot with some brain farts I had during the paper process. lol. Keep up the good work Ya'll!

Pleasant, helpful, not pushy, seem to genuinely want to help, offices clean and neat. This was a no-problem experience in car-buying, which is pretty rare to me. This dealership takes customer service to heart and in the right way! Thank you.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. The purchase experience went very well. I had a minor issue with the vehicle and brought it back a few times to diagnose. After a few trips they corrected the issue. The staff was very professional and the owner was pleasant to work with. I would definitely purchase another car from them in the future.

Could not ask for a better experience in car buying! I have bought four vehicles from Bruce at Thrifty and each one has exceeded my expectations. He only carries quality inventory and makes the buying process easy - really goes the extra mile. This time around it was a pleasure to work with Lee - efficient, professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend going to this dealership if you are looking for a high quality used car. The owner is as easy to work with as anybody I have ever dealt with in this business. I experienced no pressure; the experience was more about helping me and my family get in to a good safe car as opposed to an attempt to get a sale. There are not many places I have dealt with that work with people as I experienced here...I felt as though I was getting assistance getting in to a good car as opposed to being looked at as a sale. The personal attention, assistance with financing, more than fair trade-in value for my vehicle, and the overall experience makes it worth giving Thrifty the review I have, and I would recommend it to somebody who likes a no pressure, anxiety free car buying experience.

The salesman Lee and the owner Bruce went 101 % to ensure we got the vehicle of our choice. The truck we purchased was well prepared, in excellent shape, clean, and they even made sure we got a Carfax report on it. Reasonable pricing and financing through them with a well known company ensured we were satisfied. I would recommend to friends and relatives if looking for a newer vehicle, a second vehicle, or just checking around to stop by in Lewiston, Me., have a cup of coffee, and browse there inventory first hand.

I've been purchasing vehicles from Thrifty on and off for about 15-18 years. At this point we won't buy from anywhere else. We send family and friends to Thrifty all the time because we've had great experiences as buyers as well as with our vehicles purchased. We like to buy a good used vehicle and drive it into the ground. My husband and I commute a lot and put big miles on our vehicles and need them to be reliable, last, and listed at a fair price. We've always had great deals. They're really good guys who won't rip you off and really take very good care of their repeat customers. I recommend you try them out...most likely you'll become one too.

Lee Ross does anything in his power to get you the car you want. This is my first car I've purchased on my own and Thrifty was so helpful! Wonderful customer service. First car dealership I've been to that makes you feel like more than just got dollar sign to them.

Perhaps a bit outdated, but integrity and trust are not words typically associated with the used car industry. However, Lee Ross and Thrifty Car Mart are doing their best to change that stigma. I was looking for a very specific car that they happened to have. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and was as described. Furthermore, I was an out of state purchaser, and Lee made the entire process as easy as could be.
