We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV AWD EXL from Thurston.We had an all cash offer agreed to prior to purchase and expressed our desire to have the actual sale and pickup process as streamlined and straight forward as possible with no unnecessary credit application requirement.Tracey Thurston himself set up a very good experience and introduced us to John Daniels who took us through the necessary paperwork as painlessly as possible and with no surprises.Then Juan Sandoval went through every aspect of how the CRV worked and all it's features and set up the initial electronic preferences to our liking (he did an extremely thorough job and displayed an intimate understanding of the vehicle we were purchasing).Overall, the experience was a breath of fresh air after a number of false starts and failed promises at other Honda dealerships.Thank You Thurston Honda, we love our new CRV and appreciate the honest and fair transaction that you have provided us.

I was working with John R. On a used Honda Element. He went beyond execlent customer service, sent detailed photos and videos of the car, answered all 30 phone calls and multi texts. The car was delivered via trailer from there dealer in ukiah California to my office in Eugene Oregon . When Iooked over the car it was as we discussed. I will say this is the first time I have bought from Thurston auto plaza, and will buy other future cars from them. Had a great experience buying my new Honda Fit and then when I got a rock in the front wheel it was fixed in no and they washed my car to boot!! Nice work Thurston.

We live in Indianapolis and our 23-year-old son died suddenly while living in California. He was driving our 2000 Honda Odyssey while living out there. When my wife and I traveled to California to attend his memorial service and gather his belongings, we decided to take the van to the nearest Honda dealership to see if they could get it in shape for the 2,400 trip back to Indy. Tim, the service advisor at Thurston Honda, and his staff were so incredibly helpful. They were kind and understanding of our circumstances. They didn't try and charge us for needless repairs or service -- they simply got the van ready for the long trip across country. We left Thurston mid-day on a Wednesday and pulled into our driveway in Indy at 9 p.m. the following Friday. I will never forget the folks at the Thurston Honda service department for their kindness and their professionalism.

We have owned two Honda Accords and have dealt with Honda exclusively for service. I would like to say that Thurston Honda in Ukiah has been a very good experience every time I have been in the dealership. They have always been friendly, efficient and reasonable for the service work I have had performed. They're new dealership is quite impressive. It is comfortable and has a friendly waiting area and shuttle service. They have both a quick service for routine oil and filter changes as well as a full service department. I live in Fort Bragg, so they have always tried to ensure my wait was as short as possible. They also wash the car after servicing which I think is a great touch!I have moved into the Acura line now, but just felt compelled to share my experience with Thurston. Honda's are a great product and the Thurston Dealership represents them well.
