Went here on a whim after a long day of unsuccessful shopping for a new truck. I'm so glad I did. The level of service I received was spectacular. There was absolutely zero pressure felt in the buying process. I told the salesperson what I could put down and how much I wanted to spend per month and they worked from there, with no pushing for more like some other places I've been to. The financing process was a breeze, the sales manager office visit, usually the most dreadful part because of all the upselling, was extremely pleasant. I will definitely refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to try this Chevy dealer due to the simplicity and being treated as a person and not just a potential sale. I will definitely return if I need a vehicle again.

Tim Marburger Service Department did a great job on my Jeep, needed an expedited service and they were able to accommodate me. Friendly, professional and personable. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

I had a problem with taking my car in on Thursday morning at 10:45 am expecting it to take a couple hours like I was told. I had not heard from the service department by 3:00 pm so I called and was told they were working on it and they would call when it was ready. I never got a call so around 5:06 pm I called back and was told that the service department was closed. No one had bothered to call and let me know that it was going to take longer. I had to come up with transportation for Thursday afternoon and night and Friday. I called at 8:05 am Friday morning and they gave me an update and I was able to pick my car up Friday afternoon. I think this was VERY POOR customer service. It will take a lot for me to ever go back to this dealership. Very Disappointed!

The staff is wonderful. They made the whole process quick and easy. This is the third vehicle my family has bought here, and we'll definitely be back.
