Had a great experience after moving here from Clarksburg, WV. Bill Pritts was very helpful and the Business Manager helped me with all my paperwork and explained it in great detail. Will buy from Timbrook Kia again!

Thank you to Mr. Bill Pritts and Dina Wilson!! Mr. Pritts always met on the lot or at the door! He was always very kind and made sure I got the car I wanted! When I go in for service, he still greets me at the door and asks how everything is going! He will always be my "go to" for any car I purchase!Thank you to Dina who always makes the numbers work!! Your time and diligence was very much appreciated! I also appreciated that you made sure I had a car to drive while mine was in for a little touch up! Timbrook has always made sure I had a vehicle to drive so I was never inconvenienced! Not everyone does that! Miss Dina you are a gem and I appreciate all your hard work! I have always been skeptical when walking into a car dealership, but with Timbrook Kia it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Their Sales staff, Finance & Service Department make me feel like a customer that matters, I'm not just another sale. Each person I dealt with in each department was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and trustworthy. You do not return to a car dealership for your next purchase if you have had a bad experience with them before. This is my second purchase from Timbrook Kia and I will continue to be a loyal customer because they treat me with respect and honesty.
