Came in looking for a SUV with a third row. Went to several dealerships and found the trucks in poor condition with check engine light or other mechanical issues. Arrived at Titan and found a very clean Tahoe for a better price than some of the others we looked at. Staff was very helpful. I have had my Tahoe for over a month now and absolutely love it. No problems. I would recommend Titan if you are in the market for a nice car.

Easy car purchase and no pressure. Michelle actually responded to my initial email enquiry as I was shopping on the Internet from overseas. Titan was the only car dealer that bothered to respond to me and hence was my first stop when I arrived in Chicago. She and all the staff were professional, helpful and very friendly.We purchased a used Subaru that day for a very reasonable price and are extremely happy with our purchase. However, there was a defect in the sunroof unbeknown to us at the time and so we called Ross, the GM and asked for help. We took the vehicle back to Titan and discussed options, agreeing to split the cost for the repair. I feel this was fair based on the fact that I should have checked before driving away with the car in the first place, it is used and so I also wasn't expecting perfect.Ross and the team are super nice, easy going and helpful....refreshing customer service in an industry that has notoriously got a bad reputation. If you want no hassle pricing and to be treated fairly, I would recommend.Thanks Titan!

They need to work on making sure their inventory is up to date. I called and they said the vehicle was sold, but it was showing online that it's still available. Two weeks later, it STILL shows its available but it isn't. Sort of frustrating.

I felt completely comfortable with my salesman James. He was very patient I showed up a little late due to traffic . Even so James walked me through several different vehicles and options and did not rush me a bit even though it was late. Finally we settled on a 2009 Tahoe and I've been vey happy with the vehicle and personalities with all the employees at Titan and their services.

I was looking for a Nissan Altima because I had one years ago and never had problems. I really didn't want to get away from the luxury I had in the last few cars, but wanted to go back to Altima. Since Titan Auto Sales is less than 2 miles from my house I went there in September, 2015. Not only not did I find what I wanted as for as style, luxury, and low miles, I got the low monthly payments I wanted and a lower interest rate the previous financing. I have since recommended my brother and son to Titian Auto Sales. My only regret is that at that time they didn't have the color I wanted. My last five cares have been gray or silver and I was looking for a brighter color than the charcoal color I got. All and all I am pleased with my purchase and runs really well and burns minimal gas.

Bought a Infiniti 2 years ago from Titan and it has been a great vehicle for my family with no problems. Came back and received 5 star treatment on my purchase of a 2008 Tahoe. The entire staff is great and genuine and they really did everything possible to help me stay within my budget. Anna and Ross made me feel like family. I received a very fair trade in value for my vehicle. The staff was kind and courteous. I liked the no haggle approach. Everything is straight forward and shown to you ahead of time. I bought a Infiniti suv at a fair price. There were a few minor issues with the truck the first week, headlight out AC not very cold. They fixed these issues with no problem at all. Overall a very good experience.

I had this car for about 3 weeks and I've fallen in love with it. Great gas mileage. Great tech system. Overall great car. The service that I received was also amazing. Went in and got a great deal on a Tahoe. It was in the condition as they described over the phone. They were also able to keep the payments within my budget. I've had my Tahoe for 3 months now and it drives great and have had no problems. I will say that Ross and the entire staff really treated me well and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal give Titan a look.

I love my new truck from Titan Auto..... The entire staff were absolutely amazing friendly funny and down to earth. They made my car buying experience so comfortable because they were understanding and quickly approve me for the car that i want. My family had been searching for a new vehicle for about a month, but every other dealership we visited was more interested in making a sale then actually helping us improve our vehicle situation. Most vehicles we saw were too pricey and had high milage , yet those vehicles were still being pushed on us even after we declined their offer. This is my second time going to Titan and they are nothing less than amazing. They make the process of buying a car as painless as could be with their knowledge of the cars and also their personalities. The owner Ross is amazing and always there to help along with Michelle who helped me recently when I bought my 2013 Nissan Altima. I would definitely recommend people to this place, I would say though, that it is best for people to know their stuff and what their own car is worth before going in if they are trading !

went into Titan last week looking for a used car. My credit isn't very good but I found them online saying they work with people in my situation. I was very impressed with the dealership and the employees who work there. I have been shopping around quite a bit and a lot of other places didn't want to work with me and didn't spend a lot of time with me. I feel they care about their customers and really are passionate and want to help. Not just another sale. I need to wait on a couple things first before I buy, but I know when I'm ready in a couple weeks I'm going straight to Titan to buy a car.

Was looking for Ford Fusion and came to Titan. The staff was willing to let me drive 3 Fusions they had in stock and were very patient with me. Never was I pressured and they answered all my questions. I don't like dealing with car dealers but Ross and Anna were great to work with. I was overjoyed when my husband got me the car of my dreams. I had always wanted to drive a Lexus after having driven a friend's car. Titan Auto was recommended to us by a close friend who said the dealership had certified owned cars that were in excellent condition. My husband and I received very good treatment from Mr. Ross Paulos who guided us through the entire purchase. There was a sincerity in his tone that helped us feel that we had made a good decision in choosing Titan Auto to make our purchase. I really do love the car and feel that I will be well looked after with regard to maintenance and care for my car.

BE AWARE . SCAM!!!Not disclosing all the information! I purchased a vehicle from Titan Auto Sales a few months ago. The vehicle was a 2013 Nissan Altima and had one report on Carfax. The sale representative and finance manager both stated that it was a very minor accident and I had nothing to worry about since it was repaired professionally. Come to find out that the vehicle was involved in a Major accident. According to the police report the estimated damages were $10k-$15k. This would be still okay with me IF the repairs were done professionally, but NO. After taking the car to a professional the pointed out a lot of evidence to visible from the accident and repairs were done very poorly. I would not call them repairs more like cover ups until they find someone to buy the car who does not know much about cars. One example is that a door of the car was painted, there is no gloss applied and the color does not even match not even close! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!

Purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima in December and couldn't be happier. I did some research online before checking out my top three picks in person. The quality of cars and customer service was way better than the other dealers I visited. They never made me feel pressured and provided me with service history and even a 90 day free warranty. I felt completely comfortable during the entire process. I would honestly recommend anyone to go and check them out.

Great customer service, great price on my 2013 Nissan Altima, car in great condition. The people I enter acted with like sales lady and person who got me in the dealership was Delisa very nice and informative. Sales Manager was nice and said if I need anything give them a call. My favorite person was Anna the finance manager, such a beautiful soul. She explain the paper work in detail, if I had questions she was able to answer, did not feel like any funny business. My experience was a great one. A dealership with integrity, great variety of vehicles to choose from.

Was shopping for a while on the internet and found a car at Titan Auto that was priced lower than many others. The car was even cleaner and nicer than I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and helped me with financing. My payments were under what I asked and they even got me a good interest rate even though my credit isn't the best. Overall, Titan exceeded my expectations and I would recommend checking them out.

Found Titan by searching on Cars.com for a new car. They helped me get financed even though I owed more on my trade than it was worth. Went to a few other dealers who didn't want to work with me or couldn't get me approved. I'm happy I found them! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and professional. This place needs to be more honest and customer friendly. They are too firm on everything. Rumors are right it seems when people say they never sell anything they move their inventory with trades and other dealerships. It seems as if they do their own reviews. It is nothing like what people say. Stop by and you will see, it is time you can not take back with all regret.

I researched and read some reviews before heading over to Titan. Had high expectations which were exceeded by the staff. Anna and Michelle were very helpful and honest during the entire purchase. It was a good experience to me because the salespeople were not what I expected from other dealership experiences. Very easy going, no hassle questions what so ever, patient. I purchased a $32,700 vehicle that had factory navigation in it from the dealership. Not checking the navigation out just the radio didn't know it would not work,was broken! After signing the papers from the purchase went to put my home address into the navigation for my drive home in the dealer parking lot. The navigation wouldn't work so I went in to tell the salesmen that the navigation would not work. Salesmen told me it's because of the navigation disc is not in the vehicle so he grabs one and comes out with me. When he put the disc in the navigation still wouldn't work and was told it's because of the navigation disc he had must be the wrong one he will order me a new one and have it mailed to my home. I said ok believing him and drove off. Week later the navigation disc comes in the mail and the navigation still doesn't work so I call the dealership to talk to the sales rep. Telling him what's going on. He tells me he is busy probably something simple google it! Well it wasn't something simple the navigation doesn't work after being checked out and needs a new one. When I go to pick up my plates from the new car purchase from the dealership I mentioned this again and told him it's broken and doesn't work. Well again the sales rep tells me to now go to a car audio dealer and have them fix it. No a car audio place can't fix the internal of the navigation instead for me to get one at a discount from a new car dealer it's still $2,000 dollars. So now I spent $32,700 on a car I have to go spend another $2,000 for the navigation. When you spend that much on a used car you would expect things to work or at least have the dealer make them right! Would I go back NEVER!

Buying a used car is never an easy decision. It sucks. Who can you trust was the question my wife and I had when we started the process. After visiting a dealer that was caught lying to me about the mileage, we used a crying baby as an excuse walked out only to find Julio at Titan. Awesome, awesome, awesome! He's was honest and straight forward through the entire process. How we happened upon Titan I don't remember, but we are so thankful that we did. We got a great vehicle at a fair price. Thanks Julio and thank you Titan Auto Sales. If and when we're looking for another vehicle, we're heading straight back to Titan.

Was shopping for a Tahoe?Denali and came to Titan. They really have clean trucks and worked hard to keep me within my budget. If I knew then what I know now I would have just went to a new car lot. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Avenger from this dealership and I wasn't as thorough as I wanted to be when checking the vehicle. The sales people were combative while I was calling out the noticeable damage and we're trying to divert my attention by excessively talking, too friendly if you know what I mean. Anyway after I purchased the vehicle I noticed there was no jack for the spare, one of the windshield wipers was damaged. I also figured out that they bought it at auction and repaired the front end collision damage that they neglected to mention and it doesn't show up on car fax report because it was not reported to the insurance company. Looking closely I can see the hood and headlights are misaligned and has at least one aftermarket fender. For the amount of money I spent there I would have been better off buying a certified vehicle from the dealer. There were other problems as well but this review is getting lengthy. In short buyer beware, look closelyAt body alignment and paint for damage or replaced parts and bring a checklist.

Titan auto took very good care of me. The engine went out on my old car, which I thought, after a check it came out that it wasn't the engine. Even though they gave me a quote for the engine being bad they went back and gave me more for my old car and they didn't have to do that. I highly recommend titan auto. Thank you guys.

i had been looking for a Tahoe for a while, and had gone to about six dealerships, everybody was willing to sell me a Tahoe, but wouldn't come down on the window price,and all were giving me a interest rate in the low teens. I stopped at titan after finding them online. I found a Tahoe I liked,they were willing to come down on the asking price and to my surprise they got me a much lower interest rate than the other dealers. I was very happy with my whole purchase experience. they treated me and my family very nice,i am happy with my Tahoe., I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Went to Titan and bought a 2012 regal for under $300 a month. I love my car and appreciate how the staff worked hard to stay within my budget. I love my regal and had a wonderful experience. I was looking to purchase a nice used full size luxury vehicle but I wasn't looking to pay an arm & leg for it. I stumbled across a Titan Auto Sales ad on Facebook and they had some really nice vehicles listed so I decided to stop in their dealership to check things out. When I cam to Titan I was in quiet a bind, my car had just overheated and the cost was no worth it to get it fixed. So I looked online and came across a BMW 530xi for sale I Titan listed for a resonable price, but I was working with a fixed amount I could spend. So reluctantly I called and came up, not only did the sales person work with my on what I was willing to spend. Not only did he help me with get the car i wanted but he also worked a deal that he brought my over car OVER the value that it was worth! I would recommend Titan to everybody.

Overall had a great experience with Titan Sales. Anthony was a friendly (definitely not pushy) sales guy. I bought a car with a small scratch on the bumper, which he promised to take care off. He followed-up on his promise and the paint job was done very nicely. Facilities are slightly outdated, but who cares when buying a car. I had done my research on pricing and they had the best price in the Chicago area.

Wow, Lonnie knows how to drive a customer right out the door, and that's exactly what he did with me! I wasn't in the dealership more than 5 minutes and he was already being rude because I mentioned that I still have a few more dealerships to visit. I have never met someone as rude trying to sell me something. He had the nerve to tell me with attitude "This is how it's gonna work. If you like what I have, you're gonna pay the price I'm asking, cause I have the best cars around." Yeah, needless to say, I was out of there REAL quick!! If you wanna be treated with respect, don't step foot in there!

I was looking for a older but clean sports car at a reasonable price. I came across Titan on the Internet and saw the BMW Z3 Roadster that I had been looking for. The photos on the website looked great so I contacted Lonnie and Ross at Titan. We negotiated a price and Ross confirmed the condition of the car. There was no pressure from the salesmen and it turned out that the car was in the condition described to me, and at a price that was reasonable for a car in that condition. Delivery was scheduled and I received the car two days after I paid for it. The car was in just the condition that I had expected. I have no complaints about the way that I was treated by Titan. When I look for another used vehicle I will no doubt check with Titan first.

This was the best car purchase experience I ever had and I've had plenty. The truck I was looking for was there and there was absolutely no pressure or apprehension associated with the purchase. It seems like Titan realizes that if you take care of the customer, the customer will take care of you via referrals and repeat business. I highly recommend Titan and ask for Ross. I received superb customer service from a young man named Anthony at Titan Auto Sales. walking in I wasn't sure what kind of car i wanted but within an hr i walked out with the car of my dreams at an amazing price. he didn't give me any cheap car salesman gimmicks or anything. great car lot i had called and got approved before i came in for the car i liked and was able to get a low monthly payment that was affordable for me they even worked with me on a down payment so i was able to get the car the check engine light came on a couple days later and they took it back and fixed the problem for free all in all best dealership ive been to to buy a car

All I can say is WOW! The employees at Titan Auto Sales in Worth, Illinois, gave me an experience of a lifetime. I went in just browsing, not to purchase, because I said I wasn't going to purchase until September, I was trying to get a feel of things and before I knew it I was test driving a Mercedes Benz Gl 450 truck and than I was offered to take it home for the weekend (free car for the weekend) who would turn that down. I drive by Titan Auto Sales all the time on my way to work. My car got ruined in the flood last week so I was looking to get a newer used car but something that's affordable. I made an appointment to stop by the dealership and I'm really glad i did. I looked at a couple of cars within my price range. All the cars I looked at looked brand new. They were all super clean on the inside and out. I went inside to go over some paper work and everything went very smoothly. I felt comfortable with everyone working there and didn't feel pressured or rushed. Everything was clearly explained to me and before I knew it I was buying a new car. I'm happy that I decided to stop at Titan Auto. My experience was nothing but good and I've had no problems with the vehicle I purchased from them. I love this dealership I recommened this dealership to my boyfriend,and he was able to get a Kia Optium from there with low miles. Plus the price of the car was resonable. I was looking for a used car but wasnt sure what I really wanted. I shopped around at a couple different dealers but didnt really see anything worth buying. Then I came across Titan Auto Sales online. I called and talked to Michelle. She was very helpful and answered all my questions over the phone and we set up an appointment for just a couple days later. As soon as i pulled up, I could tell it was a really nice clean place with alot of really nice cars. I wasnt looking to spend too much money and they were willing to work with me. I was able to test drive a couple cars and the whole process was much smoother than i thought. I was able to get a great rate and monthly payment thats afforable. After a car accident that left my husband and I without a working vehicle, we started our process of finding a used car/truck. We searched almost everywhere it seemed but nothing was a good fit for our family. Pricing was too high for a small car that would have our family of 5 crammed and bigger trucks that also had a big price tag. I remembered that when I got my car detailed at Tidal Wave I had saw a dealership right next door so we decided to head in. It was pretty late to begin with, around 6 or 7pm but we were greeted by Anthony and Anna. Our overall experience with them was pretty good . We were never rushed or pushed into buying a certain vehicle. We test drove a couple of suvs and Anthony answered all questions that we had on the vehicles. When we finally decided on the one we wanted, Anna was really helpful at getting us a great lender. It has been aout 2 months since our purchase and we couldnt be any happier. We chose a 2004 GMC Denali XL and it is perfect. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, please do yourself a favor and take a look at what Titan Auto has to offer. The office is nice and clean and so are their cars.

Titan auto is a great dealership. They are very negotiable with their prices, and are very friendly. They are a straight forward dealership. They take pride in selling their high quality cars.

I went into Titan Auto Sales about 3 weeks ago looking to see and get a car they had listed for sale that I really liked. My first impression of Titan was very positive I must admit, but that feeling changed soon afterwards when less than 48 hours later I started to notice things wrong with the car. It seemed for the next week I was either jotting something down on paper that I found wrong or on the phone with them on a daily basis. I took time off work to have them fix the problems one day which they at first made it seem like it was no problem and it turned out they couldnt fix my problems and had to rely on Oak Lawn Mazda to fix the issues at hand and I finally got my car back about 5 days later. I really wish I could give them higher praise but I cant, I have to be honest ! I thought Anna who does the financing was good and friendly and Anthony a salesman there was of help in some ways in getting my car back in order. I went on their page on Facebook last night and left a comment which I feel the "truth" struck a nerve with them and they soon deleted it upon seeing it as Im sure they dont want people to see negative or unhappy customers comments and reviews and it seems they just want consumers to view the good comments and to have people believe that all their customers are happy customers. Im sure there are alot of happy customers with Titan Auto Sales and good for them but I'm not one of them and I hope people who go to Titan Auto Sales can see through the smiling faces and thoroughly look the car they want over ! If Titan paid as much attention to the potential problems with their cars as they do taking all the pictures of the cars they advertise on their website they wouldnt have people like myself writing what I just did ! I could write a little more on this matter but I'll just move on now and think of Titan as a thing of the past that I hope I never have to revisit now that the car seems to be OK.*** I really feel that had they took just a little more time to look at this car before listing it and had fixed these issues beforehand that I would have highly recommended them but it just wasn't that way, sorry to say.

What a great experioence from start to finish, we are so happy with our new Jeep, Anna the finance manager was so nice!!! Ross, Anthony, LB, and Mike were also great..... This was teh easiest car buying experience ever and the dealership is immaculate. This place is world class check them out.

Primarily familiar with service department and specifically Fred Meller. Excellent beyond expectations for service of my Ford 2001 Escape. Due to auto accident, I had the pleasurable experience of a highly qualified mechanic recommend a used car at Titan and completed the acquisition of my 2007 Mercury Mariner with Ross Paulos and Anna Krzysiak. Additionally, all were quite helpful and generous with their time for obtaining accessories. I highly recommend Titan Auto Sales of Worth IL.

I was an out of state buyer in the market for an LR3. I called up the dealership and easily negotiated the price that I wanted to pay. They then shipped the vehicle to me and the vehicle is everything they described & what I expected. The only hick-up was that I was missing a floor mat.. I called the dealership to notify them. Had a wonderful buying experience! They know how to treat a customer (unlike several other dealers we visited). We purchased the cleanest Tahoe we had seen at a great price. They seem to have really clean cars on the lot and after 2 weeks I can say my family loves our Tahoe!

I had an exceptional experience, from start to finish. I saw a vehicle of interest online, called, and was pleasantly surprised by a friendly, knowledgeable sales consultant named Dave. I dread the typical dealership games and lingo. I didn't receive anything other then great information. So I made an appointment to view the auto. Still sceptical.... I was blown away by the courteous service I received. The car was exceptional, as was Dave. No pushy tactics, just a great experience that I felt compelled to write about.

I spent about a week on the net searching for a BMW. After narrowing my search to the top 3 available I went to the different dealers to test drive each vehicle. My experience at Titan Auto Sales was by far the best. My salesperson was not pushy and aggressive like the salespersons at the other dealerships. Also, he described the condition and history of the car accurately. One of the other dealers hid the fact that their car had an accident and the other never told me of the large crack on the bumper. Not only was the 535i at Titan the cleanest it was the most reasonably priced. I have owned my 535i for over a month and absolutely love the way it runs and drives. I can tell that they really do service their cars. I have recommended Titan to my friends and suggest you check them out for yourself.

I recently bought a car from Titan Auto Sales with the uupmost satisfaction not only with the vehicle but also the sales people there. The salesmen here are very knowledge able as to what features the vehicle has and also what has been done to the vehicle service wise. After viewing the video of the car online which not all dealerships have I was ery impressed. I also liked the fact that I could view a sales person online at their website before even talking to the dealership. When I went in for the first time I was able to recognize right away who I had been talking to on the phone about the car. The salesmen were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door with no hovering over me like at most dealerships. I was informed that each car is serviced and if something came up in the future I could call and make an appointment to have the vehicle serviced there. The pricing of the cars here are an excellent value. They are not overpriced at all after comparing prices to other dealers in the area. Overall I would highly recommend Titan Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a car. In fact, I already have started recommending them to several friends and family.

I bought a KIA Sorento SUV from Titian that I was told went through a 250pt inspection. I should've known there was a problem when they came up with some B.S. answer to why I couldn't see the inspection report, because I've driven less than 2000 Mi. and noticed that the tires are wearing very unevenly. So I brought it to my local dealership to get an alignment, only to find that the rear breaks pads were 15% (needed replacement) and one of the seat belt sensors were not working. Meaning that if I were to get into an accident the air bags would not have gone off. Both of these were very concerning to me so I contacted Titan to express my concerns and was told that I could schedule an appointment mon-fri and they'd replace it at their shop IF I PAID FOR THE PARTS!!!! I told them this was not acceptable considering I live 3.5 hours away and was told in the first place that this car wouldn't need breaks for some time. The guy told me point blank, "you drove this far because it was the least expensive Sorento you could find, the reason we can sell cars so cheap is because we do the minimal amount to them. If we would have put new breaks on then we'd have to add that into the sell price." So I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. Knowing what I know now, I would never buy a car from this dealership without a 3rd party inspection on that vehicle first.

I needed a 4WD Escape with low miles. After looking around everywhere, getting nothing but pushy sales people and cars that just weren't worth what they expected to get for them, I finally found Titan's website online. I was immediately impressed after watching the video of a 2003 Escape, it was beautiful! I was still skeptical that I would get there and find it too good to be true, but after I met Manny, no sales pitch, he showed me the car, and it was exactly what I saw in the video. I got a great deal, and just what I needed. I am extremely happy with Titan and am recommending them to anyone in search of a car. No hassle, great deals, and good customer service!

Bad customer service. Cars in showroom were dirty. High pressure sales pitch and inaccurate information about car I was interested in. The sales person treated me like I did not know first thing about cars. When asked if I could test drive a car I was told that I could only if I was committed to buying it.

The carfax they showed me at the dealership was not up to date.Got the title with "not actual mileage"on it.Check engine light came on right after i left. Spent over$3500 to fix the car. This guy sels cars with problems and shady titles. Byers beware!

I was looking for several weeks for an affordable BMW. After test driving a BMW at Titan I found that this was the cleanest and best running BMW I came across. Not only was the vehicle serviced but I was able to purchase this BMW for less than others I had looked at. Ross and Allan were very friendly and honest throughout the entire car buying experience. I would highly recommend anyone to take a look at Titan. My best car shopping experience to date.
