While watching TV, I noticed a commercial that had the new CX-9 and was immediately interested in this particular vehicle. I decided that I would venture into Tom Bush Mazda off of Blanding Blvd Orange Park FL to check one out. Upon my arrival I was graciously greeted and asked if I needed any help with anything. The salesman was Rob Miller who did a great job showing me all the CX models that they currently had. What really impressed me was Robs knowledge of the automobile that I was inquiring about. Although I did not buy the car that day, I will for sure give this young man a call when I am ready. I dont normally write reviews but in this case I had to express my gratitude towards Rob and the Tom Bush team for a great visit. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. I wish more visits to the dealership would end up this way. Thanks Rob

We just bought a new CX-5 from Tom Bush Mazda. Our salesman was Mike Groland. He was excellent. Very helpful, not pushy or overbearing. Was very patient with us and explained every question we had. We would recommend Tom Bush Mazda to anyone looking to buy car. Thank you for making our experience so smooth and not stressful.

Best overall I've experience I've had buying a car. From the test drive to signing the paperwork. I bought from Rob. He wasn't pushy or overbearing as the usual salesmen are at car dealerships. If you're buying a Mazda or not. I recommend going here first.

I have purchased 8 vehicles from Tom Bush. There really is no reason to go anywhere else. They are without a doubt the most ethical, friendly people ever. The prices were good, the salesmen ( David Stephens) were excellent, and the service is unbeatable. They actually do stand behind their product to the extreme.All employees without exception really make one feel at home.If you want trustworthy people who really do give you excellent value and service, there is no other place to go.

This is the way car buying should be. My husband and I researched the Mazda3 and traveled to four Mazda dealerships before purchasing the Mazda3 at Tom Bush Mazda. Brett Sanders made all the difference in our car buying experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous through every step of communication and purchase. There was never any pressure. The price quoted via the internet was the actual price of the vehicle when we arrived at the dealership. Brett arranged for the car we wanted to be transported from another Mazda dealership. He and the finance manager were accommodating to our work schedules and stayed late in the evening to facilitate the purchase. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no bait and switch, no price increases, no unnecessary dealer add-ons that we experienced at other dealerships. I cannot thank you enough for the no-hassle experience. My only wish is that we found Tom Bush and Brett Sanders first!

Needed a lower car payment and better gas then what my current car was giving me. Did my homework, and knew what I wanted to pay. At Mazda, Jay Eason, greeted me with a smile, he listened to what I was trying to do (lower payment/better gas mileage), asked what as looking for and showed me the Mazda3. I am not a impulse buyer, so over the next six days, I continued my research. I asked further questions (including ? about financing). Jay introduced me to Jimmy and he proceeded to help me with my questions in this area and assured me we could get it done. Overall, I made about 8 visits to the store. I was never pressured, told the deal would change "if I didn't buy today", or made to feel like I was being held hostage (while I waited to meet the manager before leaving). As a matter of fact, both Jay and Jimmy assured me they could locate a car for me if they didn't have it when the time came and I made my decision. On one visit I took my three grandkids with me, Rene, at the reception desk provided coloring books, crayons, and drinks. The kids had a blast and behaved (Wow). In the end, I was able to get the lower payment, better gas mileage, and a car I love. Craig, in finance was awesome and able to get the deal done at a better rate then anywhere else! I can say without a doubt that this team is the best. Customer service is important to them and it shows in how they listened and followed through in meeting my buying/financing needs. Great job!

I was shopping online for a vehicle with better gas mileage than my Saturn Vue. When I saw the Mazda CX 5 it looked like just what I was looking for. I asked for more information and was contacted by Liz. She was very helpful getting me the information. She even went out and measured the height of the seats to see if it was lower Thames my Saturn. This was important to me since my elderly mother had a hard time getting in my vehicle. When it came time to test drive the CX 5, Liz brought it by my workplace at lunch time so I didn't have to take time off. Liz was always very quick to respond to all my emailed questions. When I decided to purchase, Liz had all of my paperwork ready for my signature so it was a quick and painless process. Thanks for making this such an easy and fun transaction. I really like my new vehicle. Zoom Zoom ;-)

I purchased my vehicle 3 weeks ago to the day and am still going through scenario after scenario so I suggest you-GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING UP FRONT. (EVERYTHING)READ THE FINE PRINT.DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE ANYBODIES WORD OR SMILE AS HONESTY. REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE AUTOMOBILE SALES. I REPEAT "AUTOMOBILE SALES". All that is left to say is "never again"

We negotiated price through email and phone. Arrived, inspected car, got some small issues corrected. A service guy made two trips to get the gas cap door fixed and get a mark off the interior, and found the cargo net I asked for. There was some time wasted in the sales office when they attempted to add cost of registration and tag transfer but we resolved this. It took quite a while to get into the finance office. At this point I had been there approximately 2.5 hours and everyone wanted to get out of there, myself included. I had secured my loan prior to arriving but the dealer offered a better rate, so dealing with finance was worth a few hundred in NPV.

I am a busy mom and needed extra help purchasing my new CX-9 over the phone. Liz was happy to accommodate all of my needs and quickly responded to all of my questions. She found the perfect vehicle for me at the right price. I even made the deposit right over the phone, had the car delivered to my house and signed all of the paperwork with my husband when it was convenient for us. Way to go Liz!!!

I purchased a new CX-9 from Tom Bush Mazda, represented by Elizaeth Treible. I live in South Carolina, 2 1/2 hours away, so all of our contact was by email or telephone. I was provided with complete, accurate, honest information, and our discussions were straightforward and simple. The price was very good, and could not be matched by local SC dealers. Once I got to the dealership, the finalizing the deal and paperwork was very quick. Highly recommended.

take my 06 mazda 3 to servce department check engine ligth on call me she said 1150$to fixed said ok 5 day later call again we canot fixed we dont no whath wrong VVT dont work you nedd another engine 5500$ THIS IS USED .She tell me no charge engine have same problem .Next day go pick the car up SUPRISE 547$ service fee .Good job from Tom Bush mazda service department ASE yunk yard techs

My experience with Tom Bush as well as Anthony & Todd (and their Manager, Jimmy) was excellent. I had a budget that I couldn't surpass and and a certain price that I needed to trade my car in for and they were able to help me to stay within my budget and gave me a great deal on my trade in. All of the employees at this dealer from the sweet lady at the front desk the the nice guy behind the part counter all made me feel welcome and relaxed. Money is very tight these days but I because of my experience with the employees ( and also loving my car choice), I had no problem, and was very relaxed, with making a high dollar purchase with this dealer. I would recommend this dealer very much. And would like to thank each and everyone that helped me feel welcome. Thank you to the nice lady behind the front desk for making the day easier with your kind words. Thank you to the very sweet man behind the parts counter for the zoom zoom you added to my day. And thank you to Anthony, Todd and Jimmy for all of your hard work to make sure that I had the best deal for me!

This is an excellent dealership to do business with. The staff was personable, knowledgeable, and straightforward. We were able to get down to the brass tacks of a deal right away, and the negotiation was fast, enjoyable, and productive. There was no nonsense but rather a professional, courteous transaction from reception to the financial department. This is how car-buying should be.

One of the easiest visits to a car dealer ever. Had what I wanted, Phillip knew the car - there were no surprises, everything was above board and I left with a car I absolutely love at what I wanted to pay. The paperwork was ready when I got there, all I had to do was sign and drive away.I would recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Bryant to absolutely anyone and everyone.Jeanne Jones
